Little Barry has problems and issues, just one is regarding his eligibility issue as President. The tangled tale weaves into and around various people that have names that appear more than once.

In 2000 and 2004, the wording in the official certification:

"This is to certify that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution and are the duly chosen candidates of both the state' and the national Democratic Parties by balloting at the Presidential Preference Poll and Caucus held _____ in the State of Hawaii and by acclamation at the National Democratic Convention held ______ in _______."

In 2008 the wording of the certification of the Hawaii Democratic Party read differently:

"This is to certify that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the national Democratic Parties balloting at the Presidential Preferences Poll and Caucus held on February 19, 2008 in the State of Hawaii and by acclamation at the National Democratic Convention held August 27, 2008 in Denver, Colorado."

The 2008 certification of Obama left out these words: “of the United States Constitution and are the duly chosen candidates of both the state and...”

Nancy Pelosi chairperson of DNC declared and then certified Little Barry (BHO) legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the national Democratic Parties balloting at the Presidential Preferences Poll and Caucus. A confrontation broke out when Kevin Cronin, Chief Elections Officer, Hawaiian Office of Elections, sent a letter stating "Little Barry" was not qualified to be on the ballot for the 2008 presidential Election, and Brian Schatz Chairman of the Democratic Party of Hawaii, refused to take corrective action. The dead lock was broken when Hawaii refused to certify Little Barry as a presidential candidate, and a woman, Elena Kagan, signed the papers for him to be certified to run for President.

By omitting these critical words, The Democratic Party of Hawaii said that Little Barry is not bound by The Constitution of the United States. It also follows that Little Barry therefore does not have to be a Natural born Citizen, in fact he does not have to be a U.S. citizen of any kind, (not to serve as) but to be president of the United States, if he was elected. It is also of interest to note that although most Democratic Electoral College electors were aware of this Hawaii eligibility issue, not one elector raised an objection. On January 6th, 2009, when Congress voted to certify the election by the Electoral College, not one congressman chose to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, as was their duty, and question the state of Hawaii's certification. It should have astounded the public how they all just fall in line. No questioning. No objectivity. No digging into Little Barry's past, but the privately-owned major media was not reporting any of this nationally. By that point in time, most if not all of Congress, believed the problem could not possibly have merit because no one could have gotten that far into the election process without red flags being raised and waived by the privately-owned major media.

On January 20, 2009, at 12:00 PM Little Barry attempted to take the oath of office on the Bible that Abraham Lincoln used for his first inauguration in 1861, but repeated some of the words twice and supposedly broke the concentration of Chief Justice John G. Roberts. He did not take the oath properly and correctly on Inauguration Day. On Wednesday Jan 21, 2009, in a private ceremony, Little Barry took the oath of office on the Qur'an and swore to God (Allah) in front of Chief Justice John G. Roberts.

The Deed was done, but if every state signed the form the democratic party provided, then there isn’t a single state that did certify that Little Barry is constitutionally eligible to be President. They would all be guilty of collusion in a real legal conspiracy of national proportion and should be charged both collectively and singly with failure to uphold and defend the constitution and conspiracy to commit treason against the people of the United States of America during a time of War (pick one), as well as treason. The DNC (Democratic Party) kept the original document and made a different one to send to the states for them to sign. This is no magician's hat trick, this is a Coup d'etat by the DNC (Democratic Party) to illegally install an ineligible person by illegally certifying falsified documents in order to take over the Presidency and install single party rule.

On January 26, 2009, Little Barry, as President, appointed Elana Kagan Solicitor General, and while working in that capacity she was heavily involved in policy discussions on how to make sure Little Barry's Health Care Plan (Obamacare) passed through Congress as emails now reveal. It is now in question as to why the emails were not released at Kagan’s Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearings during June of 2010.

On May 10, 2010, Obama nominated her to the Supreme Court to fill the vacancy from the impending retirement of Justice John Paul Stevens. After Senate confirmation, Elana Kagan was sworn in on August 7, 2010, by Chief Justice John G. Roberts. Elana Kagan's formal investiture ceremony before a special sitting of the United States Supreme Court took place on October 1, 2010.

She has to decide whether her role as Little Barry's Solicitor General at the time the law was drawn up and passed could be seen as an unacceptable conflict of interest. The law says, “Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” It goes on to say they should also quit a case “where he has a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party.”

Justice Kagan, herself, is now responsible for making the decision whether or not she should recuse herself from the case when the Supreme Court hears challenges to President Barry's signature law next spring. A decision on the constitutionality of the law is expected by late June or July, just in time for the two political parties’ National Conventions.

“No justice wants to say that he or she didn’t have prior contact with the case only to be proven wrong in the near future. No Justice is going to try and pull a fast one, especially in today’s high tech society where the truth will eventually be found out.”

Who Would Have More Votes?

Headlines tell the stories of the recent rash of vote fraud being perpetrated on the nation. 2010 was a busy year for prosecutors dealing with vote fraud issues, and 2012 is shaping-up nicely to be a record year for indictments and convictions.

It has now been reported and in a very clear fashion that the caucuses in Iowa, New Hampshire, Maine, Nevada, were all severely compromised not only in regard to fraudulent voter registration, fraudulent street lists, and individual voters registered and reported as voting in two or more States, but violations of caucus rules, fraudulent counting tallies, fraudulent tallied numbers reporting, and in addition to to those problems, unreported and uncounted county or district tallies, missing district ballots, etc. The list of violations and types of fraud continues growing as information is collected. Virginia authorities have identified the Gingrich campaign of fraudulent registration practices. Other states' authorities have identified many irregularities or frauds of various kinds. The numbers are in the hundreds of thousands of votes with numbers growing.

Vote fraud is a serious problem. Every American citizen is denied of civil rights every time vote fraud occurs. The injury is felt when legally cast votes are negated by the fraudulently cast votes. This leads to the core American belief of “one person, one vote” being frivolous and places elections in doubt as vote fraud pervades our election process. Vote fraud is not a victimless crime, everyone becomes the victim.

Some of these frauds are so extensive that federal authorities have begun investigations. It is now without doubt that many state GOP committee leaders have reported Romney as having won whichever, when it fact he had not. In fact, a large majority of the frauds has called to mind the saying "the-ends-justify-the-means." The ends in this situation are Romney, or Santorum, or Gingrich coming out ahead in numbers depending on where the numbers were tallied. These criminal activities of the RNC and the collusion of the privately-owned major media to sway the citizens, by reporting false numbers and in a few instances reporting final vote tallies before the tallies were finished being counted, into thinking Romney, Santorum, or Gingrich are being voted for more often than another candidate.

It is interesting to note that a new study finds that millions of the names on U.S. voter rolls appear in more than one state... or on tombstones. The Pew Center on the States found and has reported millions of invalid registrations remain on the books, including an "army of (potential) zombie voters" who remain registered long after they died. Voter registration in the following data are just one gateway to election fraud, and place in question the integrity of our elections. Here is a part of the problem: 1.8 million Deceased Americans whose voter registration remains active, 2.75 million People registered in more than one state, 68,725 Voters registered in three states, 1,807 Voters registered in more than three states, 51 million Americans who are eligible to vote, but remain not registered, 12 million People registered under addresses that are old or have errors severe enough that mailings are unlikely to reach them, 24 million Voter registrations that are inaccurate or no longer valid — nearly 13 percent of the names currently on voter rolls nationwide, a total of 76 Percent of eligible adults who are registered to vote in the U.S. Most, if not more than these kinds of, problems have been an ongoing problem for tens of decades.

Americans must take it upon themselves to insure integrity in the election process since clearly the election officials are alowing it to happen and restore the importance of voting. In regard to voters, this will require the implementation of safeguards such as photo identification requirements, an adequate period for elections officials to verify voter registrations before the elections, and a close eye on the abuse of absentee voting. In regard to the process, this will require printed rules that are understandable. In regard to the procedure, an adherence to Robert's Rules of Order. It is up to us as citizens to ensure that every legally cast vote counts.

Change and The Brighter Future To Come: or Barry's Best Foot Forward: or American Business As Usual

When Solyndra hit the wall of insolvency, all that could be heard were the echoes of the person occupying the Presidency: "this loan will generate hundreds of jobs insuring Solyndra a brighter future". The $535 million loan was expanded by another $75 million and Solyndra’s expenditures, just to build the plant, cost an estimated $733 million. With those words and figures in mind, more than a thousand people are jobless many are losing or have lost their homes and for them times are, indeed, really tough. More than 900 are still without steady employment.

After the bankruptcy on September 6, a House of Representatives subcommittee hearing was called to ask questions of company officials. The company's CEO, Brian Harrison, and chief financial officer, W.G. Stover, were called and both invoked their Fifth Amendment rights and in response to questions said nothing.

The interesting point of this debacle is not concerning the Solyndra employees, not concerning the increase in future jobs at Solyndra, not concerning the private investors in Solyndra, not concerning the "Made in America" products, not concerning the increase in "Jobs in America", and certainly not concerning solar panels or the "Green Industry." And unquestionably not concerning who the criminals are, how much money they got, and why they aren't all in prison

As memos, Emails, and testimony have clearly shown without doubt, the concern of all the major players involved everywhere, as if it were just a board game to win at any cost, were solely political and had nothing to do with making our Nation strong in manufacturing or profitable for the citizens who work to make a life for themselves and their families. The sleazy dealings of the White House, political appointees at the DOE, and campaign contributors being repaid for helping the person occupying the Presidency. With the political favors repaid, taxpayers left to pay the costs, move on, nothing to see here, more change is necessary. You don't need sunglasses to see all that remains are just another business failure and lives that lay in ruins.

Your Choice Should Be America

Whenever some well-meaning person questions my convictions, I usually make time to explain why I believe as I do.

When the English Monarchy and the Church were both exercising control over empires, nations, and individuals' thoughts, there came to be an increasing number of people that felt they had lost what little control over their own lives they had managed to gain. These people decided, in one way or another, it was time to take control of their own lives and they came from many parts of the old world to settle in the new world. However, because the old world continued to exercise, what the new world settlers felt unfair and confining, control in various forms, they decided to begin a Great Experiment to be free.

The aftermath of the conflict between the old and new world was the establishment of The Perpetual Union (which is no longer in effect) and the later United States Of America. The important ideas, ideals, and concepts were composed and written down as two founding documents the Declaration of Independence and The Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union (A.C.P.U. which is no longer in effect) and the later Constitution of the United States of America. These two sole sources of intents and purposes define America and American Citizens. If, by letter or spirit, either one or both are under attack, by inaction in defense of, or by action to corrupt letter or spirit of, the very way of life in America becomes threatened.

Why do Americans pick between Democrats and Republicans? Why do we patronize the privately-owned major media who regards Americans as having so little intellect that they have to tell us what the candidates stand for and which ones are important? Are we so engrossed in that kind of authoritarian nonsense that we have to rely on others to make choices for us? The "fair and balanced" claim by one network is betrayed by their bias for party favorites to the detriment of any others that may challenge typical Washington politics. All of the major media ignores candidates from any other party, and have even ridiculed one of the most outstanding statesman of our time.

Why do we tolerate public employees who were elected to serve the nation by presenting the best American ideals and addressing the most important issues facing our country and providing solutions to attain those goals, but instead did otherwise? The interests of American Citizens; home and hearth, financial soundness, and personal rights and freedoms are the concerns of all. These important ideas and issues are held as important concepts, as well as many others, within the Constitution. That document and our country largely have been ignored, by the party favorites and only recently have they even mentioned the very real problems we face. It is only obvious that Romney, Santorum, and Gingrich have changed the tune they hum. Instead of their usual stance, pompously prancing about proclaiming themselves our leaders while taking advantage of anything they can, they are now on uncertain ground and are now parroting the only candidate that has said the same things for thirty years. Romney, Santorum, and Gingrich have never been our "leaders" at best they were our representative employees!

It doesn't require a genius intellect to know that neither party has provided a difference in identifying problems nor finding approaches to solutions that have beneficial results, except to grow government in ways that were never intended. What they have provided over the past three or four decades, regardless of their supposed liberal or conservative policies, is an expansion of government in every direction; controlling through legislation, mandates, regulations, taxation, and executive orders has been the result. So far the solutions offered by big government thinking is more jobs in government (most of which are temporary) and borrowing money to fund what they cannot do by increasing taxation. The economic stimulus has been to guarantee enormous loans to companies with poor management and business models that have failed at the taxpayer's expense. Solyndra, Evergreen Solar, M F Global - J P Morgan are all examples.

The generalized root beliefs of today's current American Democratic philosophy are those dangerously close to, if not, socialism. Any of the various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods, or a system of society or group living in which there is no private property and in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state, which is a stage of society in Marxist theory that is transitional between capitalism and communism and is distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done are not American in concept or ideals.

The generalized root beliefs of today's current American Republican philosophy are those dangerously close to, if not, Fascism. The political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race above the individual and which stands for a centralized autocratic government or dictatorial control which is effected by policies or practices of, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition are not American in concept or ideals.

And still the voters select from these same two diseased pools of philosophically political sociopaths.

The generalized root method of enacting today's current American Business philosophy are those of Corporatism. The organization of a society into industrial and professional corporations serving as organs of political representation and exercising control over persons and activities within their jurisdiction. This concept was borrowed from the business practices of the English Crown and is not American in either concept or ideal.

The generalized root beliefs of today's current American Business philosophy are those of Capitalism. The economic system characterized by private or partner ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market is the mainstay in America.

It seems clear that "conservative" Republicans want to save us from the "liberal" Democrats and the "liberal" Democrats want to save us from the "conservative" Republicans. In the end, both parties seek to dismantle freedom and constitutional government in order to accomplish their own agendas. They only differ in style; in substance they are twins. While fiercely opposing each other, both parties seek but one thing: unbridled power and control.

As things stand now, we do not need to fear al Qaeda, Iran, or North Korea as urgently as we need to fear the abuse of power from within our own government. There is no question that we have the military power and strength to fight off any foreign enemy. The bigger question is, do we have the moral strength and ethical power to fight off those within our own country who would strip us of our freedoms? How we answer that question will determine our destiny.

It's our choice: we can continue to vote for candidates that are members of the two major party philosophies, or we can vote for candidates, regardless of party affiliation, who will represent the best interests of America and its Citizens. That does not automatically disqualify a candidate from a major party, it does mean that it is the responsibility of the voter to vet the candidates to determine the ones who have demonstrated their honesty, integrity, and eligibility that have honored their oaths of office to uphold and defend the Constitution (if they have been in office), and who have a record of performance that demonstrates they have made those hard decisions.

It should be obvious I will never vote for Romney, Santorum, or Gingrich to be my employee to hold any public office. I carefully looked at their morals, ethics, qualifications, and their voting records. Instead, and because of a thirty year length record of voting for American ideals and concepts, I am voting for Dr. Ron Paul.

The Alternative Isn't Ominous

I never really gave a thought about the term birth control until quite recently. But while listening to some of the discussion and debates on the issue that has become the recent diversion from what is really wrong, it occurred to me that "birth control" sounds ominous. When I hear the term mentioned it brings up horrible images of government control over who may have children. The issue is really not about contraception, or abortion, or religious freedom. It is only about the individual's right to exercise the right of choice. This right is guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution and no government has any right to claim authority in the matter. This current person occupying the Presidency has done more to erode liberties than any other since Franklin Delano Roosevelt when he gave us all up to the Federal Reserve and the international banks behind it. The Truth behind popular American History is easily uncovered. A fair researcher with the tools available to him at any public library and that has read this, will easily find all the true data required to form their own opinions about what is really going on and what is really at stake. I think most Americans do not realize that they are an election away from losing most of their liberties and rights. After all, they already lost their homes, savings, and the earnings of their grandchildren to the same people that want freedoms and rights for themselves and no one else. Is there nothing that can be done? Will America cease to be a free and sovereign nation? Will it become just another part of another banker-backed corporate State like the ones in the European Union? The Bilderberg Group has stated our country will be a part of the North American Union and the new currency has already been printed and is called the Amero. Nothing really will change except there will be no more Constitution, in its place will be a set of rules and permissions that will define what a citizen is and what he can do. You will no longer be a free individual. You will be a number, like the ones on any of the cards you carry in your wallet, or the one they use to tax you and follow all of your banking transactions. But under the new system, you do not earn a wage or salary with a chance of making more by working harder or longer hours. You will be given what "they" feel is enough to live on and no more. Perhaps, you will get a day off when you turn in one of your fellow workers for talking about something that the government doesn't like or has made a crime. Won't that be fun? This upcoming election is your opportunity to make the choice to elect Dr. Ron Paul as your 45th President of the United States of America and after his election all that has happened in the past will be a bad dream. Dr. Paul has plans that have been presented to the public. Of course, you will have to also elect a House and Senate that will uphold their oaths of office to defend the U.S. Constitution, and will work with Dr. Paul to repair the damage that already has happened. Then it will up us in the future, to elect a President and Congress that will keep our country and its' citizens safe and insure our freedom! The alternative isn't ominous, it's the end of liberty and freedom.

What America Means to Me: or Some Essential Parts of It

I was born in the late 1940s and grew up in the '50s. My formal education began with Jacks & Jills during 1950 and continued unabated with few summer or winter breaks until I graduated from school and enlisted with The U.S. Navy in '68. I attend school during my entire enlistment and received an honorable discharge during '72 and remained on temporary duty (TDRL) until placed on the retired list in 1974. I decided to continue the pursuit of formal education until graduation 1998. Since that time, I have informally continued my education where my interests dictate.

As I became a young man, my day would typically consist of the common household activities, rising, bathing, dressing and taking breakfast at that point school began. My time at school followed a rigid pattern concerning certain traditions. At the commencement of each day, all students gathered, hands were placed over hearts and the national anthem began and the raising of the U.S. Flag commenced. Before the beginning of the first class, the class would stand beside their desks and, with hand over heart, sing the Pledge of Allegiance. Class followed class until dinner and then classes resumed until time for supper. All students then gathered and the lowering of the U.S. Flag and taps was sound. This ceremonial tradition continued daily, until I transfered into public school during the eighth grade, where there was little tradition and even less respect.

Years later I took the Oath of Military Service when I Joined the U.S. Navy.

I hold great respect for the Flag, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the oath I took; however, I have even greater respect for the instrument which our Nation was formed under, The U.S. Constitution. In detail, it describes the parts of government and their composition. This document also contains the manner in which the parts are allowed to interact. The U.S. Constitution also contains a Bill of Rights which applies to all U.S. Citizens. Amendments have been adopted and repealed since its enactment, which may or may not have had worth. It was written in common English of the time in a manner which was expected to be understood by every U.S. Citizen. This does not mean that all citizens could read but could understand what was being said when another read it out loud.

It holds the foundation of ideas and concepts our nation of people represent.

Many other documents of the time contain a much more detailed account and commentary of arguments, both for and against, the various ideas and concepts involved in the composition. The U.S Constitution remains the only single source document that defines America. All other documents of any nature are subordinate. To be sure, there are many other source documents which support its reasoned construction. The United States Declaration of Independence another U.S. Sole source document, which itself has many other documents of the time and previous times with which it is supported. These support documents contain many ideals or ideas which were conceptually incorporated in the composition of its construction.

The People of the United States are the primary governing body. They delegate the day to day responsibility of governance to the Federal Republic through representatives and the combination is bound together under the U.S Constitution. The process of selecting representatives is determined by casting individual votes.

Every U.S. Citizen has the right and responsibility to uphold and defend the U.S Constitution against all enemies. If this single source document and the integral components are allowed to be violated in any way, its' worth is in question. If the U.S Constitution falls due to inattention to its maintenance the Nation falls and the American concept and actuality of a United States of America ceases to exist. It becomes something else that is defined by something else. I vote for the most qualified representatives and candidates that will uphold and defend the U.S Constitution above all else.

I do not believe in political parties and have changed my affiliation many times in order to vote for the candidate best qualified with a proven record of decisions ,that will uphold and defend the U.S Constitution, and that will be beneficial to the Nation.

I Trust Statesmen; I Do Not Trust Politicians.

I cast my vote to maintain the U.S Constitution first, everything else becomes secondary. If a candidate has a record of any unethical, immoral or improper action of any kind while in or out of office that has damaged the letter or spirit of U.S Constitution, I will not and have never voted for that candidate. I will die first before that consideration is undertaken.

Beliefs and Actions

So... Palin says, "they are getting more grounded in their beliefs and are articulating them better."

Palin thinks Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum are becoming more grounded in their beliefs. These politicians and businessman are fully grown men with past actions and public statements which should have cemented their convictions and character development by the age of 21.

By the time U.S. males turn 30, patterns of belief and behavior are developed and become set and the actions and words derived from them define and reinforce those convictions. These male characteristics remain in and with their holders until overtaken by death.

The prime ability and skill politicians must posses is to speak well and convey their ideas to listeners convincingly, nothing else is more important. Even if mistakes are made in their actions or words the skill to talk around, under, over or through opposition, disaster or debacle is paramount: nothing is more important to a successful career politician. If nothing else, Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum should have developed the skill to speak well and convincingly, by now.

You might think Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum truly would have made up their minds ten years later by their 40th year of thought over what they believe in and their actions should have revealed exactly what they believed, or 20 years later by their 50th year of thinking over the same things they believe in and whatever they have done.

Most, if not the majority, of the male population of the U.S. Are considered old codgers that are completely set in their ways by the time they reach their 55th year. Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum have the experience of their actions and the publics' reaction and response to whatever they have done or said in the past with which to work. Regardless of reaction and response, when considering the true worth and measure of any man, his record of actions can be the only quality of merit or accomplishment.

Romney, a corporate raider with a record of business cannibalism and destruction, believes money and the power to get more is the most important thing in his life, since he has spent his entire professional life doing just that. Great hair, pretty teeth and a real live shark.

Gingrich, a politician with a long ugly record of ethics violations and more, continues to do and say whatever he thinks people will believe. His personal life, a failure at any point except to take advantage of self-made disasters, and use them for financial or political gain reflects his professional life and vise-versa. Great hair, rotund presence and words that are only backed by current listeners.

Santorum, another career politician with severe blemishes, pandering to lobbyists, developing rapidly into a sleazy politician (no moral or ethical compass of any bearing) and representing foreign institutions by adding an amendment which drove the suicide rate at one home for Veterans from 59 in 2000 to 131 in 2003. Earmarking, big government spending, and bringing religious matters and concerns to whip-up the voting public. It should be remembered that the U.S. Constitution prohibits laws regarding religion. Santorum does not think it important and does what he can to circumvent the letter and spirit of the U.S. Constitution, even at the high price of U.S. Veterans lives. Suave, self righteousness at any price oozing from every pore.

However, there is a completely unexplainable exception to this cavalcade of professional Politicians and wanna-bes.

An apparent statesman, who relies on and applies judiciously and unerringly what was written and trusted more than two centuries ago. His entire carrier has in purpose and action been applied to the benefit and well being of his countrymen. These actions of record were gained by a thorough understanding of what was written and what it represented. Few politicians and even fewer citizens take the time to truly become familiar with the document that defines our nation and by extension its people. While others argue, accuse and insult one another, this statesman explains truthfully and simply what has gone wrong and what must be done to correct these problems. His beliefs are secondary when compared to his record. There are no brave Americans. Americans are cowards. In the near future right around the corner from today, the real Americans are going to be wondering "just what the hell happened?" The Great Experiment is almost over. Not because the idea was ill formed or the concept flawed, but because the inheritors were asleep or worse yet, because the American People have been lulled into a state of passivity, due to little adjustments constantly being made in various ways over generations of families.

U.S. Citizens are out of work and hungry, if you ever believed, or cared, or not, the middle class is extinct. What were they? People that owned (no mortgage) their own house and the land upon which it was built and had the ability and skill to produce goods to support a family of four or more. They earned 4 to 5 times the minimum wage. As sub classes, Yuppies and Dinks were looked on unfavorably.

The rich greedy ego-maniacal ne'er-do-wells running for president, not to mention the fraud in office, have demonstrated in thoughts, words and actions their negligent, incompetent, and treasonous acts and are a disgrace against all statesmen. These pretenders to concern for the welfare of our Nation and its' Citizens have no regard for honor or integrity for statecraft of any stripe-and-color unless it is yellow-and-green and serves their own purposes. Romney, Gingrich and Santorum are liars, cowards, and traitors.

A true and real nightmare has been brought to life and is unfolding right in front of our eyes, and most Americans are blind to what is happening. When the average citizen has been asked directly what he thinks or how he feels, the most common response is he does not understand the question. This ignorance can be understood considering the scope and magnitude of the methods being employed by the enemy, but it can not continue or the result will be death. Some of the responses to questions about the war have been the responses of gibbering idiots.

War is being waged and engagements with America's Enemy are sporadic but in progress and America is failing. America has been fighting the war haphazardly because it only dimly recognizes engagements and does not well understand the war fronts at all. The war is raging on multiple fronts and America is loosing badly in various engagements.

This war is being waged for the total and complete annihilation of the very heart and soul of our Nation. The majority of American soldiers engaged on the ground can not recognize the enemy or identify its Leadership. The Soldiers that have been placed in harms way are not trained and poorly equipped for this war. The casualties are severe, and what little of the Army at the various fronts that have managed to survive, have been signaling desperately, by every method imaginable, across an expanse of time, for relief and supplies and those have been misinterpreted, and the requests have been ignored.

Make No Mistake! Your Way of Life and The Very Survival Of Your Families Is The Price That Will Be Paid In Full.

The known recent engagement cost has been calculated to be $27,000,000,000,000.00 dollars (27 Trillion) and is about to be increased by an additional war funding of $1,300,000,000,000.00 dollars (1.3 Trillion). The money that is being spent by our government is real and represents the entire current earnings (wages, salaries, investment earnings, and dividends) and the savings of American generations past, present, and generations to come. The country is in debt to the tune of "your Great Grandchildren" and it is almost to "your Great Great Grandchildren," which is just 80 years.

The cost of the war in current dollars has been roughly estimated in the Quintillions of dollars (example, $123,456,789,101,234,567,891.01) the actual cost will never be known.

The war consists of a multi-dimensional battlefield that is global in nature. In addition to the normal fully integrated symmetrical and asymmetrical methods, newer Temporal Methods have been deployed for some time and the effects have been devastating, because they were unrecognized by active American strategists and completely ignored by American Military strategists. The Military has been and is trained to engage combatants that look and act like themselves, not words, ideas and concepts from the past, present and future. The actual Geo Temporal war plans of the Enemy are not known, only the results are recognized and then not completely or clearly.

Strange how things are turning out. John Huntsman drops out and endorses Mitt Romney, and now Rick Perry hangs up his spurs and offers his reins to Newt Gingrich! All that campaign rhetoric about "Washington Insiders" and Perry endorses the one with the most questionable honesty and integrity? I can almost hear the music starting and stopping and starting and stopping. It almost seems as if the Party favorites are all acting out in a never ending play of musical chairs designed to distract the American Citizen from choosing the only real candidate who actually believes in America.

Now, verified official reports revised vote totals Thursday that give party favorite, Santorum a 34-vote edge over party favorite, Romney, which reverses the eight-vote advantage held before the state completed certifying the results of the Jan. 3 caucuses with missing truckloads of votes in addition to known misreporting of precinct counts, affidavits of election fraud added to not knowing what the true count is and no way of ever determining anything: the Republican Party in Iowa has declared party favorite, Santorum, the winner and another favorite, Romney, with another party favorite, Perry, gaining or losing votes.

What has happened? The story and details are torturous and convoluted; however, with patience the story will unfold and make some sort of sense.

Little Barry has issues and problems. Plagued by an identity issue,problems with Social Security Numbers, problems with U.S. Citizenship, problems with Lawsuits from Local Courts to Superior Courts, problems with his job, little Barry's problems are ever multiplying along with the costs engendered by his issues & problems.

Exactly WHEN did Little Barry legally change his name from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama II, or is it Jr.? He did not, according to Stephen Pidgeon, Barak Mounir Ubayd changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama on 14th of October 1982 as evidenced by a change of name form (registration No.1973200415889) issued by the Ministry of Health Planning British Columbia, Canada.

In a passport amendment submitted Aug. 13, 1968, the child's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, identified her son with an Indonesian surname and asked the State Department to drop him from her U.S. passport.

The fact that the child was adopted by Indonesian Lolo Soetoro Mangunharjo in the 1970s, and his name was legally changed to Barry Soetoro at that time, is most likely the reason he is spending millions of dollars to hide his real birth certificate. He never filed the papers to change his name back to “Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.”, so any birth certificate produced by the state of Hawaii would list him as “Barry Soetoro”. Especially since the certificate of live birth was generated after the fact. It should have reflected his new name, which indicates it was never changed back.

That’s not the only problem with his birth record or citizenship either. When Barry's mother took him to Indonesia she created another little problem for little Barry. Little Barry's bigger problem is larger than any birth record. His adopted mother dropped his American citizenship because she wanted him to go to school in Indonesia. Well, in order to go to school in Indonesia, unlike here in the USA, you have to be a citizen of Indonesia. Indonesia does not have dual citizenship as an option, you become Indonesian or attend school elsewhere. Little Barry's mother went all in, (see westernjournalism.com) if he ever did change his name, as of this writing, there is no record anywhere of it.

The Social Security System: running numbers

A list of some 100 addresses under the name of Barack Obama (and similar spellings was obtained by Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ.) The list in itself is not a problem; however, these addresses are attached to different social security numbers. As is known the first three digits in a social security number signify the state. These attached numbers were issued all over the country. One of which was used, by Little Barry a law student, while attending Harvard. He used this number which was attached to his address in Sommervile, Massachusetts, but was issued in the State of Connecticut. Records of the Social Security Administration clearly state that the holder of this number was 118 years old.

No U.S. Citizen can legally have dozens of different social security numbers and ?/Soetoro/Ubayd/Obama? (Little Barry) is not a 118 years old. .

As an IRS tax examiner, one of many former federal jobs, I have seen what it appears Barry Soetoro has done, mostly by illegal aliens attempting to acquire a new identity in the U.S and/or criminals looking to acquire a new ID.

Barry, AKA Obama, was lawfully adopted by a foreign national, Lolo Soetoro, and Barry's name was legally changed to "Barry Soetoro". (Barry’s own admission) Barry Soetoro was also made an official legal Indonesian citizen. (again Barry’s own admission) The adoption would be noted in Barry's vital statistics record in Hawaii on his original birth certificate...

OR Lolo Soetoro may have always been Barry's legal birth farther. The public does not know for sure at this point who Barry's father really was and Barry himself may not know.

Barry was raised as a Muslim in Indonesia and attended a Catholic funded school that permitted all faiths to attend.

Barry's mother dropped him as a dependent for some reason, maybe even when Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. His mother's passport records dropped Barry as a dependent indicating Barry was no longer a legal dependent of his mothers. (The passport records of his mother have been produced showing Barry was no longer a dependent when Barry was permanently residing in Indonesia.) Barry went to Hawaii to live with his alleged grand parents after Lolo Soetoro and Barry's mother divorced.

A "certificate of live birth" can have names changed on it including a child's birth name, and birth parent’s names. Even a modified date of birth can be on a "certificate of live birth". This occurs frequently for adopted children where the birth parent does not want the child to know who they are. The public has no idea who Barry’s real birth father is or who Barry’s real birth mother is. (Barry could have been adopted by his mother) The original birth certificate is the only legal vital statistics record of a person’s birth parents, birth location, birth date, etc… I can get a “certificate of live birth” for a dead person; I cannot get a birth certificate of a dead person without “Deceased” on it. (I’ve tried)

There is no evidence Barry Soetoro ever lawfully changed his name to “Barrack Hussein Obama”. There is no proof Barry Soetoro was born with the name "Barrack Hussein Obama". I’m willing to bet the name “Barrack Hussein Obama” is not present on the real birth certificate as Barry’s birth name or as Barry’s birth father. I have pictures of me with my mother and Jimmy Buffet… that doesn’t make him my father even if I start using the name Jimmy Buffet.

The public knows Barry Soetoro finished high school in Hawaii as Barry Soetoro and attended Occidental as Barry Soetoro where he did drugs and flunked out of school. After dropping out of Occidental, Barry showed up in New York, homeless and on drugs. (Barry’s own admission) Barry then hooked up with a Pakistani to live with and traveled back to Indonesia on his new boyfriend’s dime to renew his Indonesian passport and traveled to Pakistan with him.

Ask any law enforcement officer in a large city or detective and they will tell you homeless young men on drugs in large cities usually end up as male prostitutes. Barry ended up as a world traveler with a degree...(Not likely) Barry Soetoro returned to New York from Pakistan and began using the fictitious name “Obama” for some reason. (again Barry Soetoro’s own admission) One could only suspect that a person addicted to drugs returning from Pakistan to New York, the main route for Afghan heroin into the U.S., maybe Barry had a reason to start using a new name. There are literally over 1 million open warrants on file in New York...maybe Barry is one of them?....

After spending some time in New York allegedly working under the name “Obama”, It appears Barry used the fictitious name "Barrack Hussein Obama" for the first time to file his federal taxes in Connecticut at a Post Office Box for the purpose of evading paying taxes in New York and /or to establish a new identity. (This is a felony with no statute of limitation.) When the IRS received Barry Soetoro’s federal tax filing, the IRS could not attach the name Barrack Hussein Obama to the SSI number provided or the address provided. So the IRS assigned the fictitious name "Barrack Hussein Obama" a tax ID number for a person from Connecticut (Where Barry unlawfully filed a federal tax form using a false name). Barry Soetoro began using the tax ID number as his SSI number when using the fictitious name Barrack Obama. This is why Barry Soetoro has a Connecticut SSI number. When I worked for the IRS, I saw this occur more than once and yes, it is a felony to knowingly file a fraudulent federal tax forms. Most of the politicians that cheat on their taxes claim it was an accident. That is how they get away with their tax cheat crimes. Using a fake name is no accident.

It appears Barry fled New York to Chicago using his new identity to get a job . He likely ordered a fake diploma to bolster his new identity as "Obama". Fake Diploma's were very big in the 80's and diploma mills were even being used by federal workers to get promotions. There is evidence his alleged attendance at Columbia was faked (Barry never attended Columbia) and Barry lied his way into Harvard (he had no transcripts to get in)... Including telling the Saudi royal family he was fighting in Afghanistan with the Muslim Jihad against the Russians, so they would help him get into a law school.

The Saudi's apparently loved Barry's story of Jihad in Pakistan/Afghanistan and paid for Barry to attend Harvard under the name "Obama". The Saudi family has admitted to paying for Obama to attend Harvard and gave Harvard a gift of $20 million dollars. Harvard in turn made their special attendy President of the law review a person that never wrote a single law review.... I guess that is what $20 million buys at Harvard.

It is unlikely Barry was a Jihadist and was most likely a drug mule if anything, maybe even a CIA street hire to haul Afghan heroin back to New York, so the Afghans could buy U.S. Made stinger missiles with U.S. dollars to shoot down Russian helicopters?... I hired people over seas to do work below my pay grade all the time, even foreign nationals... I think this is the story Barry told the Saudi's, but he was most likely really just a drug mule/dealer and probably still wanted on an outstanding warrant in New York.

After I looked at Barry’s selective service filing I noticed it was most likely fraudulent too based on the name he used. Barry did not start using the name "Obama" until he returned from Pakistan (long after he flunked out of school in California) His selective service record (maintained in Chicago coincidentally) shows he registered at a Hawaiian post office as “Obama” in Sept 1980... Problem, Barry was getting high in California at Occidental in Sept 1980 (Barry's own admission) and was not using the fictitious name "Obama" at that time. Barry began using the fictitious name "Obama" only after he returned from Pakistan. The selective service filing is fraudulent.

NEW NOTE - On the the Selective Service Registration, Barry did not have the Connecticut Tax ID number he used on the Registration until after he began using the name "Obama" in New York. More evidence his Selective Service filing is fraudulent.

Barry returned to Chicago and attend a semi-Christian radical black church with his first female love Michelle. Barry admits keeping in touch with Phil Boener, who traveled to New York from Occidental to be with Barry and was most likely Barry's first love.

Barry still could not get a real job, because he was still a fraud, even with his Harvard degree in hand he could lie and take the Bar exam, but he could not work as a lawyer for a major law firm without a back ground investigation and he would never pass one. So, Michelle got Barry a job at her law firm. Barry never filed a case alone and never filed a motion. He wrote lots of memos according to the law firm where Barry worked. (I think they know Barry is a fraud and don't want to be sued by previous clients) Barry rescinded his law licenses, so as not to be disbarred for fraud. The Bar knows Barry lied on his application. Michelle also had to turn over her law license for her involvement in corruption with the Chicago mayor's office.

With time on his hands Barry, a well spoken black man, was able to get elected to a state office, oddly because he looked for fraud in his opponents voter registrations and got his opponent disqualified from running. Barry a well versed liar was a natural in state politics. He used his political influence to get himself a position as a lecturer at Chicago's law school. Barry embellished this position as a "professor of law" which everyone knows is completely false. Barry was not a professor or even a specialist at anything but lying.

On a whim Barry ran for United States Senate for the State of Illinois. Politicians do this all the time to make a name for themselves even if they can't win. At the time the Republican Ryan was a shoe in for the Senate seat, so no real Democrat contenders entered the race, but Barry did. On a fluke after the primary Ryan's wife Jeri Ryan (Seven of nine from Star Trek) went public that her husband was making her have sex with other people while he watched. Ryan dropped out and Alan Keyes moved from Maryland to run against Barry Soetoro.

The election got all kinds of press because there were no blacks in the U.S. Senate and one of these black men was going to be a Senator. Alan Keys did his best to warn everyone Barry was not who he claimed to be, but the public saw him as a carpet bagger. Barry kept the lie going and presented himself as a clean black man that talked like a white man... Illinois elected Barry to U.S. Senate. The Democrats had already began scrubbing Barry's back ground when Ryan dropped out.

Phil, Barry's boy friend from Occidental, was found working in California as a communications specialist (receptionist) for a dental hygienist school and given a diploma from Columbia and cover story. The rest of Barry's drug friends were all given jobs or money by the Democrat machine to keep quiet.

Because Barry was such a news maker as the only Black in the Senate, and he could speak like a white man he was made key speaker for the Democrat convention. Barry then decided to run for President to keep the lie going. No one thought to question Barry's back ground in the Democrat party... They helped cover up the ugly back ground. The only person jumping up and down warning Barry was not who he claimed to be was Alan Keyes and he was discarded as just an angry loser.

Now we have a complete fraud sitting in the Office of the President. Clearly the most corrupt, inexperienced, and ignorant President in the history of the United States whose only quality is that he can lie with a straight face. Barry Soetoro is as much of a fraud as Bernie Madoff and his house of cards will soon fall down."

In the campaign ramp up for election massive financial fraud could have been perpetrated to fill Little Barry's War chest. The large number of accounts of Name/SS number/ addresses might have been used to split up large campaign contributions and other transactions into smaller amounts. There is evidence of campaign contributions coming from countries like Libya, Uganda, Palestinian authority and Saudi Arabia.

Little Barry's grandmother, Ms. Madelyn Dunham worked as a volunteer in probate department of the Oahu Circuit court and had access to the Social security numbers of deceased individuals, which might explain some of the findings. Little Barry's mother Ann Dunham, according to databases had numerous aliases and at least two social security numbers.

Let's examine some facts which makes up the totality of Mitt Romney's business experience.

Bain & Company was established in 1973 by a group of seven former partners from the Boston Consulting Group headed by Bill Bain. The company was headquartered in Lexington, MA on Militia Drive. Under Bain’s direction, the firm implemented a number of unconventional practices in its early years. Notably, Bain & Co. would only work with one client per industry to avoid potential conflicts of interest. Partners did not carry business cards and clients were referred to by code names, further demonstrating its reputation for enforcing client confidentiality. The company preferred to work behind closed boardroom doors rather than marketing itself.

The firm’s founding was followed by a period of growth in the late 1970s and early 1980s as the firm opened offices in London, Munich, San Francisco, and Tokyo.

An innovative consulting approach that Bain & Co. pioneered was aligning its incentives with its clients’ performance by accepting equity in lieu of fixed fees. It sometimes landed clients by offering several weeks of work at no cost until the clients stock market value demonstrated an increase in stock price relative to the Dow Jones Industrial Average. An estimated 10% of Bain's revenue is derived from this equity participation or "success fees." As an example, Bain took an ownership stake in fruit processor Del Monte Foods while working to revamp the company’s strategy.

"Coming into a leveraged buyout situation is never easy," says Del Monte CEO Richard Wolford." Bain's desire to obtain equity in the client's business was the engine behind Bain's interest in the business.

Bain & Co. found itself facing a growing list of challenges in the 1980s. In the midst of sluggish business conditions and over staffing, Bain also faced the dilemma of having to turn away business due to its one-client-per-industry restriction. Competition increased as other firms copied Bain’s implementation-focused strategy. Daunting though these external challenges were, it was internal infighting among the senior partnership that threatened to destroy the business. In response, Bain & Company, Inc. was formally incorporated in 1985 as Bain Capital Inc. and, over the course of two years, the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established. Bain's senior partners began borrowing against the ESOP equity for cash, leaving the firm with a heavy debt load and employees with a stock plan that might have been nothing more than a fable. As business slowed, this debt load began to have a real effect on the firm. Bain ultimately found itself in non-compliance with the Bank of New England's loan covenants. The resulting debt write-off at the Bank of New England eventually resulted in that bank's failure in 1991.

Facing financial duress, Bain & Company, Inc. partner Mitt Romney was asked to rejoin Bain Capital, Inc. as interim CEO. Bringing along two lieutenants from Bain & Co., Romney began a traveling campaign to rally employees at all Bain offices globally. Romney led a cadre of attorneys that eventually negotiated a complex settlement between the Bain partnership and the firm's lenders, including a $10 million reduction in the $38 million Bain owed the Bank of New England, which by that time had been seized by the FDIC and placed in Chapter 7 liquidation. The Boston Globe pointed out that: “Over several weeks, Romney's team managed negotiations with the banks and among the partners. The moment came when negotiations produced a package in which Bill Bain and the founding partners would give up control of the firm, turning back $30 million they had taken from the ESOP and $100 million in notes they held against the firm.”

The Romney Team plan involved "a complicated restructuring of the firm’s stock-ownership plan, real-estate holdings, bank loans, and money still owed to partners". To avoid the financial crisis that a buyout would have triggered, the group of founding partners agreed to return about $100M cash and forgive outstanding debt. Bain Capital has come a long way since the hostile takeovers it was known for when Mitt Romney was CEO.

Today it reports about $655 billion in assets, including such industry giants as Toys R US, Clear Channel Communications, (parent company of Rush Limbaugh's EIB network, and the radio shows of Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity, Dunkin Brands (Dunkin Donuts), Burlington, Warner Music Group, and the Weather Channel. Bain Capital also owns another company that for some reason is not listed on the Bain Capital website: EDGAR Online.

From an article forwarded to me:

"Bain Capital said that it had purchased Edgar Online for $12 million with the stipulation of the right to name two of the Board Members of Edgar Online, a publicly traded data services company that helps businesses prepare regulatory filings in a new format that will be mandatory by 2012... Edgar Online's main offering is helping companies to prepare filings for the Securities and Exchange Commission in a computer format known as XBRL, which is used for the S.E.C.'s Edgar tool. It also offers data analysis products for regulatory filings."

The question is why did Bain buy Edgar Online? Does the phrase "prepare filings" catch in the throat?

"EDGAR, the Electronic Data-Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system, performs automated collection, validation, indexing, acceptance, and forwarding of submissions by companies and others who are required by law to file forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The database is freely available to the public via the Internet (Web or FTP)." Approximately 3,000 company filings are made with EDGAR each and every day. In fact, if you wish to search for company filings on the Securities and Exchange Commission's website, you will be redirected to the EDGAR database.

So, Mitt Romney's Bain Capital has the ability see and then monitor every company's SEC Filing information even before the SEC sees it. Before anyone else can see them, Bain sees the filings. That is what is known as a competitive advantage. It is also known as Trading on Insider Information if Bain Capital is perusing these financial filings and using them to decide what to buy and sell within its portfolio.

According to SEC Guidelines:

"The SEC adopted new Rules 10b5-1 and 10b5-2 to resolve two insider trading issues where the courts have disagreed. Rule 10b5-1 provides that a person trades on the basis of material nonpublic information if a trader is "aware" of the material nonpublic information when making the purchase or sale. The rule also sets forth several affirmative defenses or exceptions to liability. The rule permits persons to trade in certain specified circumstances where it is clear that the information they are aware of is not a factor in the decision to trade, such as pursuant to a pre-existing plan, contract, or instruction that was made in good faith.

Rule 10b5-2 clarifies how the misappropriation theory applies to certain non-business relationships. This rule provides that a person receiving confidential information under circumstances specified in the rule would owe a duty of trust or confidence and thus could be liable under the misappropriation theory." (SEC.gov)

In what could be viewed as a huge advantage over the average investor, this scandal would make the movie "Wall Street" look like "Sesame Street". An investigation of Bain Capital's internal documents by any enforcement agency, including the SEC or Congress, could make Michael Milken look like a boy scout.

"Milken was indicted on 98 counts of racketeering and securities fraud in 1989 as the result of an insider trading investigation. After a plea bargain, he plead guilty to six securities and reporting violations but was never convicted of racketeering or insider trading. Milken was sentenced to ten years in prison and permanently barred from the securities industry by the Securities and Exchange Commission. After the presiding judge reduced his sentence for cooperating with testimony against his former colleagues and good behavior, he was released after less than two years. Milken could only wish that he had access to every company's financial reports and SEC filings before anyone else knew about them.

An investigative report by ABC revealed that Republican Presidential Primary candidate Mitt Romney, has avoided paying his fair share of taxes by keeping his money in off-shore accounts in the Cayman Islands and elsewhere. Is it any wonder that he continues to refuse to release his income tax records as is the tradition of those running for the Executive Office of this nation?

Evoking FOIA exemption 7(a), the FBI denied access regarding Bain Capital records held by the F.B.I. on the grounds that such information was currently part of an ongoing criminal investigation: The letter, viewable on Scribd.com, has had the name of the person requesting information redacted, as well as the date it was written. The top of the letter reads “Subject: Bain Capital” The relevant paragraph in the letter, signed by the FBI’s David Hardy, Records/Information Dissemination Section Chief, reads in part, “I have determined that the records responsive to your request are law enforcement records; that there is a pending or prospective law enforcement proceeding relevant to these responsive records; and that the release of the information contained in these responsive records could reasonably be expected to interfere with the enforcement proceedings.” In fact, the only time the Bureau is allowed to deny such a request is during an active investigation in which acknowledgment of responsive records would compromise it.

This should be front-page news but the privately owned major media seems to have missed the importance of this issue. With Wall Street and Congress so corrupt that the average stock investor doesn't have a chance of making anything on their investments, this is an ethical and moral outrage. Is it any wonder why Mitt Romney's company, Bain Capital, from which he continues to receive significant compensation from, reports the New York Times, is under the scrutiny of the FBI?

So...Let me see if I understand this correctly, New Hampshire and Iowa want Romney to control the purse strings of this nation? You might as well have the Fox guarding the Hen House! Or maybe..., a Wolf to guard the Sheep!

The New Hampshire Debate has accomplished little to define either the candidates intentions, ideas, or beliefs or a coherent account of their records. This was due to the moderators questions which steered around all the major problems facing this country focusing on issues not pertinent to the governance of this nation and the moderators inability to curtail frivolous issues which ended with pastime pursuits!

I would have cared to listen to the candidates response to questions like:

As president, how would you:

1. Restore and protect citizens' rights as enumerated in the U.S. Constitution?

Signing the National Defense Authorization Act on New Year’s Eve, President Barry (Barack Hussein Obama?) Soetoro said that he had his reservations over the controversial legislation that will allow for the indefinite detention of Americans; but, signed it anyway.

Now, some of the president’s advisers are expressing their concern with Obama’s action and say that the commander-in-chief should have thought harder before signing away the civil liberties of Americans. Under the bill, which approves all defense spending for the 2012 fiscal year, certain provisions allow for the military detainment and torture of US citizens, indefinitely, essentially allowing for Guantanamo Bay-style prisons to be a real possibility for every American. As the act floated around Congress, an underground outrage erupted and activists attempted to keep the bill from leaving the House and the Senate, although a lack of media coverage largely left the matter hidden from the public. Despite this campaign, the legislation made it out of the Capitol Building and into the Oval Office last month, prompting advocates against the act to petition for the president to veto it. But, Barry (Barack Hussein Obama?) Soetoro signed it anyway.

2. Repair the damage that has been done to several of the amendments to the U.S. Constitution?

Violation of the U.S. Constitution by deliberate omission of the original 13th Amendment:

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any Emperor, King, Prince, or foreign Power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."

The Real Thirteenth Amendment, shown above, was ratified March 12, 1819 with the vote of the Virginia General Assembly to publish the Revised Code of the Laws of Virginia with this article of amendment included in the Constitution of the United States, and thus it became an integral part of the Constitution for the United States of America. This amendment added a heavy penalty, not included in the original exclusion of Titles of Nobility provided in Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution, upon any person holding or accepting a Title of Nobility or Honour, or receiving any emolument, other than their legitimate earnings, under any guise from external sources, by making that person "cease to be a citizen of the United States" and "incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under the them, or either of them." This amendment was proposed, properly ratified, and was a matter of record in the several States archives until 1876, by which time it was quietly, and fraudulently "disappeared", never repealed, during the period of Reconstruction after the Civil War and the presently acknowledged Thirteenth Amendment was substituted.

Article 1, Section 8: perversion of the monetary system; ... To coin money, (responsibly?) regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures; the federal Congress has unconstitutionally turned over the coining of Money, the regulation of the value thereof, and of foreign coin to the Treasury, in contradiction to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5 and Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1; the federal Congress has failed to provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current coin of the United States in contradiction to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 6, by implementing the Federal Reserve Bank in 1913; HJR 192 – Federal Reserve Notes are NOT lawful money – “payment is declared to be against public policy” (Act of 28 October 1977, Pub. L. 95-147, § 4(c), 91 Stat. 1227, 1229, now codified in 31 U.S.C. § 5118(d)(2)).

Violation of Article 1, Section 9:

The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it. ; ... the Department Of Justice, in contradiction to Article 1, Section 9, Clause 3, has allowed ex post facto laws to be passed (i.e., retroactive taxation), and, in contradiction to Posse Commitatus, has allowed the military to be used against citizens in the united States of America, resulting in the deaths of minor children and adults;

Violation of Article 3, Section 1:

The federal Judiciary, in contradiction to Article 3, Section 1, has held Office during bad behavior by not complying with the following: The supreme Court has the power of “judicial review,” (i.e., the power to declare laws passed by the U.S. Congress to be null and void if such a law or laws was/is in violation of the Constitution for the united States of America.) They have failed by omission to declare as unconstitutional both the public and secret edicts of President(s) (i.e. Executive Orders.)

(To protect states against invasion); borders are wide open; the federal President has become a “domestic enemy” by implementing Bankruptcy (1930-32) and “War and Emergency Powers” (March 9, 1933 and subsequently) and “International Emergency and War Powers” (1977) in contradiction to Article 4, Section 4; “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion (from all enemies foreign and domestic); and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.”

Also, under Title 8, Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, “Improper Entry by Alien,” any citizen of any country other than the United States who:

Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;... has committed a federal crime. Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.

Violation of Article 5 of the U.S. Constitution:

By all 535 members of Congress (see FOAVC.ORG and Walker vs. Members of Congress);

Violation of Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution:

Flagrant violations of oath of office; the federal President has failed to live up to his oath of office in contradiction to Article 2, Section 1, Clause 8, to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution for the united States of America (original intent); NOT: “of the United States” – limited jurisdiction (legal entity).

The Congress has flagrantly violated their oath of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution (i.e., Article 5 is one obvious example)

The violation of the 1st Amendment: Passage of laws providing federal tax revenues to be provided to faith based organizations; Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances; also, by violating Article 5, the Congress has violated the 1st Amendment (and vice-versa)clause: “and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

Violation of the 2nd Amendment:

The right to bear arms; only recently did the Supreme Court finally uphold the 2nd Amendment by rejecting Washington D.C.’s ban on hand gun ownership for the past 32 years.

Violation of the 4th Amendment:

(search and seizure without a warrant); Too many examples to justify use of space.

Violation of the 5th Amendment:

Flagrant legal plunder via eminent domain abuses (Supreme Court upholds abuse of eminent domain abuse); 6.8 new cases per day;

For the violation of the following: the 5th Amendment: right not to be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury (Statutory Jurisdiction notwithstanding the 6th Amendment: right in all criminal prosecutions to enjoy a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of Counsel for his defense. the 7th Amendment: right to trial by jury; as opposed to trial WITH jury; the 9th Amendment: the enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people; the 10th Amendment: the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people; 16th Amendment: Also, many people are claiming that the 16th Amendment was never ratified by three-fourths of the states? 17th Amendment: Was the 17th Amendment really ratified by three-fourths of the states? The violation of U.S. law and international treaty (Geneva Convention): torture at Guantanamo Bay, water-boarding (which is stated in clear legal language that it is illegal in the Army Field Manual);

3. Correct the American economy and monetary system?

4. Restore the Posse Comitatus Act, and would you redefine military service branches, (i.e., Departments), to insure military force not be used against U.S. Citizens on U.S. soil?

5. Dissolve unconstitutional departments and agencies, or re-mandate and re-task them?

Federal agencies that are not constitutional, specifically the Department of Education, the Department of Energy and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution states that the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Those who claim the Department of Education is Constitutional say that it promotes the general welfare of the United States, however, this phrase, appearing in the preamble of the Constitution does not grant or prohibit power to Congress, is not its purpose. The preamble simply describes the Constitution and what the document itself was designed to do, and is not actually a binding decree of the Constitution.

The Department of Education was founded using the preamble as the basis for its Constitutionality, but due to what’s stated above, it is clear that it is not. Thomas Jefferson considered the federal government’s involvement in education to be unconstitutional. In 1862, James Buchanan warned that giving education to Congress would create a vast and irresponsible authority. Both he and Jefferson were right.

President Obama requested a $48.8 billion budget for the Department of Education, and an additional $28.6 billion for Pell Grants (both increases from previous years) in his first 2012 budget. Despite all the spending for education, test scores do not improve. Because of this failure of the department, and its inherent unconstitutionality, it should be devolved back to the states.

The Department of Energy should suffer the same fate. Nowhere in the Constitution does the federal government have the right to control a specific industry. The elimination of this department was something Ronald Reagan greatly desired, but was unable to do with Democrats controlling Congress. The department was created from components of existing agencies in 1977. By 1982, the agency’s budget had doubled. President Obama’s 2011 budget request for the department was $28.4 billion, a 6.8% increase from 2010. Please remember, the Department of Energy is responsible for the crony loan program which gave taxpayer dollars to companies like Solyndra, Beacon, Evergreen Solar and many more which have all bankrupted after loans were granted or received. This department, which has been using taxpayer funds to invest in highly risky companies (I thought risky investments were the reason the Occupiers hate Wall Street?) based solely on political reasons is clear grounds for elimination.

The NLRB… where to begin. This agency has been trying to bolster union support since its inception. Union membership actually only totals about 9% of the national workforce, yet this agency would prefer that to be 100%. We’ve seen that with their lawsuit against Boeing. They want Boeing to shut down a plant that employs over 1000 people just because it’s not unionized. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) even agreed that the government force the plant to shut down, but she would prefer it simply become union.

Is this kind of government overreach Constitutional? Remember, these are only some of the agencies that are not authorized by the Constitution, and are just a small example of departments in our federal government that should not exist.

6. Prevent world-wide preemptive U.S. Military action and stop unrequested and invasive military action (i.e., unilateral warfare)?

The long war provoked by the treasonous acts of Sept. 11 is over. The congressional resolutions authorizing combat in Afghanistan and Iraq no longer justify military operations in either country -- or anywhere else. U.S. President Barack Obama gained office by denouncing his predecessor’s assertion of unilateral power to commit the nation to an endless war against terror (the cause of which is now plain to see for anyone willing to look at the real evidence). Yet, despite the absence of legislative authorization, Obama is moving down George W. Bush’s path to unilateral warfare. This is the real existential threat to American democracy.

7. Guarantee the right to privacy for U.S. Citizens from all Departments, Agencies, and Bureaus?

FBI in hundreds of privacy violations, report finds By Jeff Stein

The Federal Bureau of Investigation reported nearly 800 violations of privacy laws and regulations to the President’s Intelligence Oversight Board from 2001 to 2008, according to records obtained by a watchdog group.

The San Francisco-based Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) said it had also uncovered “indications that the FBI may have committed upwards of 40,000 possible intelligence violations in the 9 years since 9/11.” It said it could find no records of whether anyone was disciplined for the infractions.

The group drew its findings from about 2,500 documents it obtained under the Freedom of Information Act.

The reports of serious misconduct by FBI agents included "lying in declarations to courts, using improper evidence to obtain grand jury subpoenas, and accessing password-protected files without a warrant," the EFF said.

Valerie Caproni, the FBI's general counsel, said that the violations were mostly technical or procedural.

The number of substantive violations of someone's rights is very small and we take them very seriously," she told the Los Angeles Times, which first reported the findings on Sunday.

These guidelines were put in place to prevent civil rights abuses," responded Mark Rumold, the EFF lawyer who obtained the documents. "And when the FBI is glibly treating violations as technical mistakes, it's indicative of a broader problem — the FBI's attitude toward dedicated, effective oversight.”

Caproni told the Times that she was “confident that, by and large, 99.9 percent of the time our agents are acting in compliance with the Constitution, the statutes, executive orders (which now have effectively negated all civil liberties and the Constitution itself, a concerned reader states) and FBI and DOJ policies on civil liberties.

The disclosure comes as Congress grapples with renewing the USA Patriot Act, passed in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, which loosened restrictions on U.S. intelligence agencies to obtain personal information on American citizens. It expires in February.

Sen. Patrick Leahy, (D-Vt.), the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, has proposed putting restrictions on domestic intelligence-gathering (now negated by practices of Fusion Centers all over the country, a concerned reader states). His office said he would have no comment on the EFF report until he had had a chance to read it.

But on Jan. 26, when he introduced his USA PATRIOT Act Sunset Extension Act, Leahy said the legislation would "increase judicial oversight of government surveillance powers that capture information on Americans."

These are just seven of the more than thirty critically important questions I was hoping to hear answers to from each candidate.

Instead of these, the moderators allowed and encouraged responses regarding personal religious beliefs or customs (the constitution prohibits any law regarding religion), arguments involving the truth of numbers of jobs generated (figures no one has actually counted, calculated or confirmed), issues voted on (a matter of record not open to debate), mud slinging, and the penultimate question of the evening "if you weren't doing this what would you be doing?" Only one candidate had any response I thought was reasonable considering just one of the problems facing the state of our nation. It wasn't regarding football or basketball!

If I were in charge of the network who staged this circus, I would tell Stephanopoulos and the dizzy blond to pack their bags and look for work elsewhere!

They Are All The Same!

At some point in time it seems that Americans will begin to realize that the GOP candidates and Obama are all really the same. The only differences are minor ones that serve their own special interests.


Mitt Romney has changed his positions with each bid to get elected. His former
Hedge Fund running company is now under investigation by the FBI, he has refused to release his tax records, he passed a health care bill in his State that is as detrimental as ObamaCare. His silly call to "punish" China for the "manipulation of their own currency" is blatantly absurd. That is what the private banking cartel's Federal Reserve System (whose only purpose is foreign profit) has always done, which has made our dollar so unsound the U.S. lost its most favored credit rating which is due to be down graded again. His policies on Iran will force the U.S. into another foreign war where borrowed money and American lives will be the cost, with an outcome of further destabilization of the Middle East more innocent lives lost or ruined and increased resentment toward the U.S.



Rick Santorum is also a war-monger as well as being anti-gay. He would have the U.S. military carry out a preemptive strike against Iran to prevent them from becoming a nuclear power and possibly developing nuclear weapons. His continuing insistence on a constitutional amendment to define marriage as being between a man and a woman inhibits freedom of religion and expression and is on its face unconstitutional. His term in the Senate among other questionable habits displays his penchant for earmarks and pork-barrel projects; so, I fail to see where his present policies or politics are any different from the present actions of a failing congress.


Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich speaks well but his actions betray his words. His past is littered with illegal actions while in office, and marred by continuing infidelity in marriage. His stance for military aggression against "Islamic extremists" is well known. His more dangerous position against the judicial branch of government is also known. Newt, as a leader, will bully the legislature to impeach and remove judges or justices that do not comply with his agenda.


Governor Rick Perry of Texas claims that he created more jobs in Texas than Obama did in the rest of the U.S. While that might be true (I still question the numbers of part time government summer jobs) he also authorized free education to illegal residents in Texas, and then he raised taxes significantly to pay for those entitlements. He tried, by Executive Order, to force young girls to take the Gardasil vaccine (the Texas legislature voted against it). He has stated that he feels the Bilderberg Group are "good guys" and they want to help us out of our economic mess. This same group, Bilderberg Group, gave us Obama and it supports the banking cartel behind the Federal Reserve System and is directly tied to the other central banks of the world that are bankrupting nations in Europe and all around the world.



All of the favored GOP candidates, like Obama, want the government to be everything to everyone, deciding and then telling you what you can eat, what you can drink, what health choices are right for you, and how much of your wages or savings you can keep: doesn't this sound just a bit socialistic or communistic, systems that historically fail without rigid police state enforcement? Not one of these favored candidates or Obama have even mentioned correcting or repairing the damage that has been done to the U.S. Constitution, they are, in fact, the ones responsible for recent and ongoing damage. None of them have come up with any plan to make America productive and competitive in global markets. They all want the government to manipulate "fix" everything so the problems will vanish, like some magic trick with a rabbit. It was the government that created the problems by passing unconstitutional measures, incorrectly regulating and taxing businesses into closing or relocating off-shore and by allowing Executive Orders to stand. Even Mitt Romney has a good portion of his undeclared holdings outside the U.S. in foreign banks.


As I listen and watch the candidates speaking in debates and town hall meetings, and as I then listen to the analysis from the so-called political experts, it is clear that the agenda is not to fix anything, but merely give the illusion that GOP party favorites are the best thing we have other than another term of Obama. Let's face it, if I ran against Obama with his record, I could beat him soundly. So could any of these candidates, but the real question we all must ask ourselves is: who truly has the only track record of voting, based on the U.S. Constitution, that reflects sound reasoned judgment and has real plans for the repair and restoration of our country. "Can the favorites restore America or someone else?"

When are Americans going to realize both the Republican Party and Democratic Party are owned and controlled buy the same group of criminals that have raped our country and are about to take complete control of our nation. They have stripped us of our constitutional rights and are about to get rid of the U. S. Constitution altogether. Is the average citizen so dumbed down and poorly educated that he doesn't recognize his freedom to choose has all but vanished and his liberty is disappearing quickly. It maybe the average citizen has completely fallen for the mind control persuasion programs dished out by this group.

Borrow more money! Go further into debt! You can get out, around, or through this; if you will just do the right thing! Sell what you own so you can feed your family. Don't vote for the one presidential candidate that knows how to correct these problems! Vote for Romney, Santorum, Gingrich, Perry, Bachmann, Cain, Or anyone but that other guy...what's his name! He's too radical, revolutionary, isolationist! Short, thin, whatever may sway or frighten the people to vote for our puppets.

Citizens must vote for someone who believes in the United States of America, who has followed the United States Constitution and will continue to uphold it's principles by action. Someone who understands that borrowing money, instead of limiting spending, is a disaster just waiting to happen. Someone who understands that our government is bloated and needs to be trimmed. Someone who understands our government is taking control from the people. Someone who understands that the government is too domestically invasive.

The GOP has already said anyone is okay, except Dr. Paul. why would they say that? It might just be that they have no control over him and are very afraid that the government gravy train they run and upon which they have been riding is about to be derailed by someone who will uphold the U. S. Constitution and repair the damage that has already been done.

It is easy to understand that if anyone else is okay: they already know the ones they want are already under control or can be persuaded, unlike Dr. Paul. Is it time for Americans to stop voting for the favorite with the most hair, or the youngest favorite, or any favorite who tells listeners exactly what they want to hear? Wake UP! Smell the oncoming meals served at more than eight hundred FEMA detention camps and concentration centers ALL OVER THE COUNTRY!

Romney, with a background as a former head of a private equity firm, who spent millions in Iowa in 2008 only to lose, has not campaigned hard there until recent days. Mitt Romney's company applied for and received a one million dollar grant from American Taxpayers to pay for his company's employees medical plan! Mitt Romney is worth $250 millions of dollars, but yet he feels he needs to milk the American Taxpayer for another million! Mitt, can you say,"sleazy corporate welfare?" Romney is likely to make a strong cash haul and surpass $20 million in fund-raising in the final three months of 2011, a Republican source said. That amount would almost certainly put him far in front of Republican Party Favorites.

And this is the guy the GOP is pushing? who says he is "going to fix Washington!" If Romney becomes President, nothing will change and our country will borrow more, bail out more, tax more and the Union will go down in the flames of heaps of burning worthless Federal Reserve notes! In my opinion, Dr. Paul should be the only one on the ballot in any state. As far as Rick Perry is concerned, If You are running in an election that has rules and can't follow the rules, committing to deadlines, and then expect to sue your way into Virginia, then like Romney but in different ways, he's showing how unqualified he is.


Gingrich implied that Ron Paul supporters (which would have to include the large number of US active duty military supporting Paul) are "not" decent Americans: Gingrich is an ugly joke! Santorum is too anti-gay and anti-Muslim to beat anyone.


You can't go around bashing religions and citizens of the world and expect to gain global respect... anywhere. Bachmann has no brain and just flings whatever random thoughts she has out there whenever and wherever.

Well, that is what the privately owned major media would have you believe and should be immediately discounted. The only ones foaming at the mouth don't live and work in Iowa. Farmers who provide over ten billion dollars worth of crops and livestock annually, closely follow important national issues and weather; otherwise, the Nation Would Starve.

The good Citizens of the Hawkeye State are much more rational and sensible than the the sources of national news. The State of Iowa will not disappear in a flurry of caucus ballots. The State Motto "Our Liberties We Prize and Our Rights We Will Maintain" means they take our rapidly withering Rights seriously. They understand Liberty is paramount and that the Freedom to choose can not be ignored.

They know the identity of who the only one that is campaigning for States Rights and economic sanity: it's not Mitt Romney. Only one candidate stands and always has stood for Constitutional Rights, Liberty, and Freedom: it's not Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, or Rick Santorum. After months of speculation over how much effort Mitt Romney will put into participating in the Iowa caucus, the answer appears to lie elsewhere.


Romney is in New Hampshire; however, regardless of where Romney spends his time over the next few days, a steady and continuing increase in interest in the polices and ideas of Dr. Paul has sparked a reawakening of patriotism and pride in the nation's original concepts. State Senator Kent Sorenson, state campaign chairman for Ms. Bachmann, quit her efforts to join with the advocates for Dr. Paul when he announced his support for the Texas gentlemen at an evening rally. Dr. Ron Paul remains the only candidate to have followed the same convictions and principles through out his career.

To say Romney is "all in" in Iowa suggests a desperate attempt to sway the state. Likewise, Gingrich, whose campaign promises and concepts change depending on who he talks to, is now fading dramatically in the prediction markets and Yahoo's Signal, where he was never the front runner. The Real Clear Politics Involved seem to revolve around replenishing his war chest and worrying that a bad loss may be financially devastating.


Perry has shifted, once again, to an extreme position on abortion; he now states that abortion is not justified even in cases concerning rape, incest, or death of the pregnant mother. His campaign is directed at any psychological positions which might get traction in Iowa, where social engineering may sway conservatives who dominate the caucuses, but there's no question that his positions will change with his appeal outside Iowa to the general electorate, if he gets through Iowa.

Gambling is about demonstrating confidence in potential wins and losses. Romney is making an investment with a potential upside and huge potential cost. For Gingrich and Perry a poor showing in Iowa followed by a beating in New Hampshire would leave both limping and bleeding heading into South Carolina; they have serious costs if their bets do not succeed.

Dr. Paul does not believe in gambling with the Nation's Future. He is not concerned with upside, downside, showing, or potential. He is very concerned with actions based on concepts which will bring the Citizens of America back on to their feet in support of freedom, liberty, rights and prosperity for all.

It should be apparent to anyone that is not sound asleep on their feet something ts very different in this year's campaigns than in previous ones. Not that any of the negative ads are worse than they ever have been; however, it seems there is a concerted effort by the privately owned major media to sway public opinion toward a particular GOP candidate.

Michelle Bachmann was the Tea Party favorite narrowly winning the Iowa Straw Poll in her own state. Soon after, Rick Perry joined the fray Bachmann's numbers dropped. Having followed the debates closely, I feel she fumbled several of the issues, as did Perry, who appeared to be just another puppet dangling by obvious strings. Bachmann has now suspended her campaign after the poor results she received in Iowa.

Herman Cain momentarily captured the attention of the public with his "Nine, nine, nine" tax plan, but public scrutiny of his past revealed some questions of his morality and fidelity. Perhaps that is also why Newt Gingrich has fallen off in most of the reported polls. When Cain withdrew, the privately owned major medias were telling us how Gingrich would gain the majority of the Cain supporters' votes and Romney might pick up the remainder. I read now where many of them are changing their support to Ron Paul, and his poll numbers seem to indicate that is the case.

Now that the Iowa Caucus results are in, it seems that the once touted Bachmann is in single digits, Mitt Romney won with eight votes more than Santorum, and Ron Paul 3rd by percentage points. Romney is really just as good at being behind someone as he was when the GOP favorite was Senator John McCain. Romney finished third behind McCain who of course lost to Obama in the Presidential election. Now McCain who attacked Romney in 2008 is endorsing him for the GOP candidacy. More flip-flopping by the GOP elite just to deflect attention away from Ron Paul.

Ron Paul's sound principles and convictions backed by his thirty years record of voting was given little attention by his own party and faded in comparison to Obama's now failed promises and failed programs of change.

Steve Forbes has been speaking well of his Bilderberg selection, Rick Perry and his flat tax idea, while also taking cheap shots at Ron Paul. Dick Morris has tried trashing Ron Paul on Fox News, calling him a radical and extremist. Morris says he would dismantle the military and allow Iran to become a nuclear power and destroy Israel. A few are calling him an isolationist because Dr. Paul says, that it is better to enjoy commerce and trade with nations instead of preemptive military force to make others comply: that America should lead by example and not by force.

Now there is a needed strategy on the part of the Democrats given Obama's ineligibility to be a presidential candidate in the 2012 election. So far, it has been a strategy of shifting blame that began with President Obama placing blame on former President Bush for the bailouts, deficits and wars. Now the Democrats are blaming the Tea Party Movement for making it impossible for the President to get any legislation passed to create jobs and stimulate the economy. The Tea Party Movement is not in office and never has been.

But everyone knows that what happened in 2010 was just a warning to all of Congress and the President. The people of America want and demand real change. Not hollow promises and ever failing policies and programs. Both political parties have been put on notice. Americans deserve the changes that will return our nation to that which was always admired and envied around the world.

The 'Restore America Now Plan' can cut spending by one trillion dollars in the first year of office and provide a balanced budget with spending limits by the third year. This can be accomplished by reductions in unnecessary government bureaucracy. suggested are the TSA, corporate subsidies, and unnecessary foreign aid. In addition to the reductions, an end to the never ending wars which have nothing to do with defense of the country. Bring the troops home, and back to their families. knowing the constitutional limits of a standing army, Dr. Paul would be well aware of how the Coast Guard, Marines and Navy can be used as a very formidable defense. He is not against a strong defense but he does stand with the same non-interventionist principles for which our founding fathers stood. Those principles were used to established routes of trade and commerce without intervening in how other nations govern their people.

Dr. Ron Paul stands alone among all other candidates to break the misguided recent trends of politics and policies that has all but destroyed us from within. We must prove that we can exercise our protests with the vote and make changes. Will enough fellow Americans come to their senses in time?

The American Dream: Has It Become a Nightmare?

Is there no sanity left in America? Are we so well socially engineered by the propaganda machines that we no longer can see reality?

We are quickly approaching the most important election in recent history, many of of the presidential candidates are thumping for war against Iran and dictators and terrorists around the world. This kind of irrational rhetoric of the war-mongering conservative right is a direct reflection of the lobbying influence that has been used since World War II: remember President Eisenhower's warning concerning the Military Industrial Complex?

As a veteran and Statesman, Dr. Paul stands firm on national defense. He objects to militarism not the defense of the nation against real threats. We were once the richest nation on the planet, had no income tax, did not have a large military, remember the fleet at Pearl Harbor? Although we were not "prepared for war" we were able to motivate our citizens and manufacture supplies to defeat major enemies on two fronts with the aid of our allies. We could have returned to that pre-war footing after WWII were it not for the vast profit potential of the war footing developed by major corporations.

Dr. Paul opposes the Patriot Act: American citizens need not be treated as criminals and subjected to indefinite detention to prevent terrorism and voted, “Nay.” President Barack Obama's staff has indicated he will sign the indefinite detention bill into law. The bill, called National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for the Fiscal Year 2012, has provisions that explicitly spell out the authority of the U.S. President to indefinitely detain U.S. citizens suspected of terrorism or supporting terrorists. This law completely bypasses the rights (like due process) promised to citizens in the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Dr. Paul is equally opposed to the TSA's X-ray, Strip, and Grope behavior which displays an attitude unwarranted toward American Citizens. He explains that the airlines themselves need to make passengers feel safe to fly on aircraft, not the government. In maintaining the appearance of political correctness, we don't "profile" people, who because of their religion, might be terrorists. Dr. Paul points out the fact that Israel does not have a TSA-like "search and grope" but they have a secure airport and airline there. The Israelis do "profile" because it works for them.

Maintaining a secure national border and coast is a constitutional power granted to the federal government by the People. National Border Security is an important concern of the federal government: But, that does not prohibit nor restrict the law enforcement branches within any state from enforcing State and federal laws to provide protection for its own residents. Illegal immigrants are certainly a problem and a burden on State Revenues and Resources. Dr. Paul being from Texas is well aware of these problems and similar problems faced by Arizona and California. Dr. Ron Paul explains this and demonstrates the respect for State sovereignty and States rights to protect their own borders and Citizens.

Many politicians are reactionary and want to pass laws to prevent every possibility of people harming others and themselves. In the name of a safe and secure citizenry, the majority of both House and Senate representatives we have elected and entrusted with protecting our freedoms which ensure our protection, they have instead usurped the U. S. Constitution and passed unconstitutional laws further eroding the sovereignty of the individual and of the States that comprise the union. Party favorites, Romney, Gingrich, Perry are clearly offering and pushing political agendas that do not include the corrective reduction of the Federal Government and which continue to blur the basic and fundamental rights of the States. During his entire political career, Dr. Paul has stood alone in his convictions and are reflected by his voting record which has demonstrated a solid understanding of the U. S. Constitution and the concepts on which it is based.

The European Union is wrought with debt: many of its member nations are on the brink of economic collapse. E. U. member nations have followed the policies of the European Central Banks and if they continue they will join all the other bankrupt countries around the the world. If the United States continues to follow these same polices of the central banks and their U. S. representative, the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking System, America will soon join the ever growing number of bankrupt nations that have relied on policies of the central banks. Regardless of which presidential candidate you listen to, save one, all say they will slow the collapse but they cannot prevent it. All the presidential candidates are unwilling to take any action to correct this problem. The exception, Dr. Paul.

Dr. Paul accurately predicted the destruction of the American Economy and offered the reasons for it. He exposed the true nature, a system designed on the basis of debt, of the Federal Reserve System and explained how the United States can regain a sound global and national economic stance for its citizens by returning to a currency backed by real assets. Not on a system designed on the basis of debt. This is the reason that we, our children, and their children can never get out of debt: the debt only increases. Halting the Central banks from creating an unending flood of worthless Federal Reserve Notes is the solution.

Mitt Romney has been very critical of China's manipulation of its currency and he suggests high tariffs are needed. Dr. Paul has offered what is needed is a solid and sound monetary system to insulate the United States from any effects of what any nation does to manipulate its own currency. Dr. Paul understands the current monetary system and why it cannot be repaired as so many other presidential candidates have insisted. It cannot be repaired because it is designed to be a debt-based system which always increases the national debt. Dr. Paul has stated that Congress should take its constitutional mandate and responsibility to enact a monetary system that is immune from manipulation by other nations and central banks. It has been demonstrated over thousands of years of commerce and trade, a monetary system that is backed with real assets is the only system.

All of the candidates have talked about a balanced budget amendment at one time or another; however, only Dr. Paul explains that balancing the budget is only part of the issue. If Congress wants to increase the budget and remain "balanced" they will have to (as they do now) create a source of revenue (fees/taxes) or borrow it from the Federal Reserve System to pay for it. A balanced budget in and of itself does nothing to curb spending and reign in the spending power of Congress. But Dr. Paul has explained that many of the programs funded by the federal government are unconstitutional and need to be eliminated.

If We the People are to restore our liberties, to remain a sovereign nation, to rebound from the economic collapse close at hand, we must do something that is radically different from the actions that have led us to this point in history. We must stop choosing between the party favorite candidates that have always done exactly the same thing after being elected. The opposite of what they promised to do or nothing. We need to elect representation that will look out after our interests. We need a revolutionary candidate. There is a glimmer of light shining on the nation's darkest hours.

There is only one man running for President who has withstood all of the hype and spin, and has been relentless in his defense of liberty, freedom, and upholding his oath of office. As the primaries loom ever closer, a viable presidential candidate is urgently needed but not to the extreme that any one will do. The gathering of presidential hopefuls have now adopted the concepts and ideas that one candidate has been explaining and discussing for thirty years. You have heard his name only occasionally. Romney, Gingrich, and Perry are not presidential material.

Only one presidential candidate understands that actual change needs to occur. The necessary changes must conform to The U. S. Constitution. Dr. Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate willing to make the changes necessary to return our nation to one of freedom and liberty for all.

In one of the most stunning reversals of human rights in modern history the Federal Security Service (FSB) is reporting today that the Obama regime has issued a blunt warning to all American citizens that, in essence, states that any one of these once free people who dare to oppose their government they will be immediately killed and offered no chance to defend themselves before a Court and/or jury of their peers.
According to this report, this unprecedented attack was begun yesterday when the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) General Counsel Stephen Preston in responding to a question at an American Bar Association national security conference bluntly stated that “American citizens are not immune from being treated like an enemy if they take up arms against the United States.”
Obama regime lawyers further stated that only the Executive Branch, not the Courts, is equipped to make military battlefield targeting decisions about who qualifies as an enemy thus equating all American citizens as being potential “enemies of the state” thus effectively destroying the Constitution all of these government officials had sworn to defend.
As we had stated in our previous report about the destruction of the freedoms and liberties once enjoyed by the American people, the US Senate, likewise, voted this past week to expand the power of the Obama regime to target its own citizens by the passing of new law debated in secret allowing for the total military takeover of this once free country.
So frightening is this new law it caused the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to issue an unprecedented warning that stated “The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself.”
This FSB report notes that the actions now being undertaken by the Obama regime show its “outright contempt” for the democratic process and the US Constitution in that for the first time in American history military power is being put above that of civil authorities; a move many Russian intelligence analysts say can only be compared to the ending of freedoms in Russia under the Communists and Germany under the National Socialists (Nazis) preceding both World Wars of last century.
Even more astounding in the US Senates action, which according to noted American anti-war activist Justin Raimondo has created a “Presidential Dictatorship,” was Obama’s threat to veto this new law wasn’t because it went too far, but rather because it didn’t go far enough in allowing him to crack down on his own people.
To the reason behind the Obama regimes wanting to target its own citizens with state-sponsored murder and military rule, this FSB reports warns, is its“Great Game” strategy to overturn the entire Middle East and Central Asia in order to gain control over the majority of our planets last few remaining fossil fuel energy resources and whose next targets are Syria, Lebanon and Iran.
Virtually unknown to the vast majority of the American people is that “The Plan” to conquer the Middle East and Central Asia was revealed by General Wesley Clark (Ret.) who on 2 March 2007 [watch video HERE] stated that 10 days after 9/11 while walking through the Pentagon he was approached by another General who told him that the Bush regime was making preparations to invade Iran and at least 7 other Middle Eastern and Central Asian nations over the next 5 years.
Unfortunately for the American war hawks, however, was the Bush regime wasn’t able to complete their goal in the time they allotted themselves because they underestimated the fierce resistance they were met with, but since Obama took office has been able to gain speed.
Now, most ominously, with the US Senate passing by a unanimous vote to place sanctions on Iran’s Central Bank this FSB report warns that conflict is “all but assured” as Iran had previously stated that such an actions would be considered by them as an “act of war.”
The FSB further notes in their report that the American peoples ability to counteract the measures being put into place against them by the Obama regime appear to be “all but nonexistent” due to the “gulag mentality” instilled in these once free people through their educations system said to be virtually indistinguishable from their prisons [see video HERE] which hold more prisoners than all of the other worlds jails combined.
Current news stories coming out of the United States more than back up this FSB assessment of the way American children are being treated like criminals and include: 1.) A 4-year-old girl arrested for shoplifting at a Safeway store and made to sign a statement banning her from this store for life. 2.) A 13-year-old boy arrested, handcuffed and jailed for burping in class. 3.) A 6-year-old child charged with “sexual assault” when found “playing doctor” with another student. 4.) Two 12-year-old students investigated for “sex crimes” after they kissed in school.
And if the treatment of America’s children isn’t bad enough, new reports emerging from the United States by Obama regime supporters are now warning that Christians are a “national security threat” because they place their belief in God above that of their government.
To the future these Americans will awaken into should they fail to heed the many warnings being shouted out to them was described best by George Orwell in his seminal work 1984 wherein he warned….“People simply disappeared, always during the night. Your name was removed from the registers, every record of everything you had ever done was wiped out, your one-time existence was denied and then forgotten. You were abolished, annihilated: vaporized was the usual word.”
In order to avoid this future, however, these Americans would be well advised to listen to the advice given to them by their Founding Father Thomas Jefferson who warned… “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”
So today, as millions of American children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered, one does indeed wonder when these once free people will awaken from their long slumber before all is lost.

But even with these startling statistics, it does not include many other Americans who are not counted for reasons such as part-time employment, ineligibility for unemployment benefits, businesses that were forced to close, etc. Including all figures would no doubt, bring the unemployment figure up into the 20%-30% range.

We need to stop electing party favorites and elect representation that works directly for the People and not the special interests. We need a President with the intestinal fortitude to stand up to big corporations and stop their interference with legislation and due process of law. We need to restore Constitutional integrity to the federal government.

We can accomplish all of this by simply making Ron Paul our President and supporting him with a Congress that will protect and defend the Constitution and not shred it.

The minor, although important issues of either challenging whether or not Obama was born in the United States or the authenticity or kind of birth certificate, become irrelevant to the issue.

Barack Hussein Obama II/AKA Barry Soetoro is not now nor ever has he been President of the United States; however, you can be pardoned for missing the ruling as it came down, not in the last few weeks or days, but during 1875.

The requested action is now simple, that all Federal courts uphold the rulings of the United States Supreme Court. Two lawsuits, and additional lawsuits put before the courts, one in Arizona and the other in Tennessee, by the Liberty Legal Foundation promises to render it impossible for the Democratic National Committee to place Obamas name on the 2012 ballot.

The argument before the two courts is plain. "Natural Born Citizen" was not defined in the U. S. Constitution. It was later defined as children born of two U.S. citizens' regardless of the location of the birth. The U. S. Supreme Court found: The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. Resolution of that question was ultimately left to the decision of the United States Supreme Court and during 1875, that determination was made in a ruling and the decision was handed down: Minor v, Happersett, Both parents must be U. S. Citizens.

Obama's problems, by his own admission and by records of the State Department are this:

Obama's father was not a United States citizen; and therefore, by way of the decision in Minor v. Happersett the United States Supreme Court during 1875 settled the matter of "Natural Born Citizen", since Obama's father was not a U.S. citizen, Barack Hussein Obama II/AKA Barry Soetoro is not a "Natural Born U.S. Citizen."

For a person, as his or her party's nominee to run for President, the party must issue certification that the person named is eligible under the United States Constitution to become President. The Constitution specifies that in order to become president, the person must be a "Natural born citizen", which was defined by decision of the United States Supreme Court in 1875. The Democratic National Committee could not possibly have been unaware of this legal ruling. It should be painfully evident that the DNC decided to risk-it-all and fraudulently certify Obama as eligible. This action of DNC Certification violated the U. S. Constitution Article 2, Section 1. Paragraph 5.

The quick and accurate response is clear. Obama was never eligible to become President on two counts: He is not 1. a "Natural Born Citizen: U. S. Supreme Court Minor v. Happersett", 2. Nor has he ever been able to show on close examination, to anyone's satisfaction, a long form birth certificate from any State, because it does not exist. By Obama's own public admission he was not born in the United States and his wife and grandmother have repeatedly said the same, that he was born in Kenya, South Africa. Obama is ineligible to serve the United States in the capacity of President.

The United States Supreme Court handed down the ruling in 1875 and it is the law.

If the Democratic Party should again certify Obama, the members of the committee would be just as guilty of breaking the law as they were the first time. The committee members would be acting to perpetrate a fraud, just as they did the last time, and they will be the parties who are solely responsible for that certification. Why hasn't the U. S. Department of Justice taken any action? Why hasn't Congress taken any action?

I wrote to my State Senators and Representatives repeatedly, and received form letter responses that provided no answers regarding my questions.

I then wrote to the only newspaper in my area regarding this matter and was told over the telephone that they, the editors, were not allowed to discuss or print anything regarding this issue in any manner what-so-ever.

A much more serious problem now faces America: It is the actions of this impostor to the presidency. Signatures, laws, resolutions, executive orders, appointments, treaties and agreements. Anything he has done is null and void because he is not a U. S. Citizen and could never have been the U. S. President and never was. The true and real security of our nation has been breached and vast damage has been done. And it continues.

The Senators and Representatives of the U. S. Congress have failed to uphold their oath of office and defend the United States Constitution.

Eliminate Newt Gingrich

There is no denying that Newt Gingrich is articulate and well read, and that he is a formidable debate opponent. A Lincoln-Douglas debate would certainly be an advantage for the former Speaker of the House. With no teleprompter to aid him, Obama would not stand a chance in a head-to-head match with the Newt.

That does not mean that I want him as my President. He divorced his first wife soon after her bout with cancer and surgery. He cheated on his second wife with a House staff worker, 23 years his junior, and he also changed his faith from Lutheran to Southern Baptist and now he claims to be a devote Catholic.

Just not too certain with wanting Newt Gingrich as a neighbor, because no telling whether he will be a friend or foe. I guess it would depend on how much profit he can get out of the relationship. He is founder or chair of American Solutions for Winning the Future, Center for Health Transformation, Gingrich Productions and Renewing American Leadership

He was sanctioned by the House Ethics Committee and paid $300,000.00 due to allegations and charges of "check kiting" and tax violations. Nancy Pelosi was on that ethics panel, the same Nancy Pelosi that shared a couch with Mr. Gingrich when he was lobbying for legislation on global warming. I bet he would like that to go away now that he is looking to be President.

There is nothing that can be uncovered that would be any less damning than that which is already widely known about Newt Gingrich. While the privately-owned and controlled major media still pushes the party favorites, pitting Gingrich and Romney as the "front-runners" and even blaming the Tea Party Movement as the reason that there is so much division in the GOP, it is evident by the straw polls and the other polls that neither Gingrich nor Romney are gaining any ground except on one another.

Gingrich favored the individual mandate in 2005 when then First Lady Hillary Clinton was pitching a national health care agenda. Now he don't think that is a good idea. Well Mr. Gingrich, fellow House Republican Ron Paul said back then that it was unconstitutional but nobody paid much attention.

We the People are paying attention to Ron Paul and many more are joining to support Dr. Paul as our next President. And I don't care what Hannity and O'Reilly think, or any other "thumper" for the party faves.

Process of Elimination: Newt Gingrich

It should not be a surprise to anyone that Mitt Romney is no longer the top pick of the GOP. His third-place finish behind John McCain in 2008 indicates that he wasn't the party favorite then either. So now they, along with the privately-owned major media are pushing former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich as the one to beat Obama in 2012. But I question his integrity and so should you.

Infidelity with his first wife, asking her for a divorce while she was recuperating from surgery, and he was living with his third wife (Callista Bisek) in his apartment in DC at the time, and not paying bills for his wife and children. Can he be trusted to be faithful to We the People? I don't think so.

Gingrich also has to answer for his book deals with Rupert Murdoch's Harper Collins publishing company. Was it a $2.5 million or $4.5 million deal? Seems that Murdoch offered multi-million dollar book deals to other politicians in China and Great Britain, where he needed legislative support. Newt Gingrich is among that group that includes former British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher. Seems that NBC complained about FOX TV being owned by a foreign national which is against US law. Newt also was criticized by his GOP peers and he dropped the lucrative $4.5 million advance in favor of a still quite generous royalty arrangement.

Gingrich claims to be a "hawk" regarding the US military, but he did not serve in the armed forces, instead obtained deferments to avoid the draft and service during the Vietnam War era. Remember that his current rival Ron Paul served as a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force, and Paul is opposed to much of the militarism that Gingrich supports.

And let us not forget those ads with Nancy Pelosi about global warming. As President, will he reduce taxes on profits only to add taxes to carbon emissions? I am not willing to elect him to find out. Having a bit of "handicapping" experience, it serves the best interests of all concerned to pass on Gingrich, and look at why Ron Paul will make the best President for all Americans.

A Process of Elimination: Rick Perry

There are many reasons why Rick Perry needs to be eliminated as a candidate, the HPV innoculations, approval of free education for illegal immigrants, but the most damning is his involvement with the Bilderberg Group.

Selling off public lands and roads to foreign investors to further the creation of the North American Union and the end of the United States as a sovereign nation. He accepted generous contributions from Merck Pharmaceuticals, who just happens to manufacture Gardisil, the HPV antivirus drug.

After listening to him speak at so many of the televised debates, I noticed that he has been picking up on points made by fellow Texan, Ron Paul, who does not think much of his Governor, claiming that since Perry's tenure, he has been paying more in taxes.

According to the New York Times, Barney Frank will retire after 2012, mainly (he says) due to the redistricting in his congressional district. I for one will not miss him at all, in fact I am disappointed that no one had the courage to indict him on fraud charges for his role in the mortgage debacle.

There is only one thing that I personally can say positive about the man: He co-sponsored a bill to repeal the federal prohibition on cannabis along with fellow Congressman Dr. Ron Paul, the best Presidential candidate. In a field of mediocre GOP hopefuls, Ron Paul stands far above the rest.

Frank also co-authored the Dodd-Frank Act, which many GOP presidential candidates vow to repeal. Seems odd that Frank received over $350,000 of his 2010 campaign funding from the very same Wall St. brokers he is so eager to criticize. Of course now that we know how the Federal Reserve loaned our money to those banks and financial institutions that were "too big t o fail" and people still lost their homes, Mr. Frank is walking away to begin a new career on the lecture circuit. Dodd cut and ran last year.

“To my disappointment, the leverage you have within the government has substantially diminished,” he said. “The anger in the country, the currents of opinion are such that the kind of inside work I have felt best at is not going to be as productive for the foreseeable future, and not until we make some changes. And so I firmly believe that my ability to be an advocate on the kinds of issues I most care about will be as great outside as inside.”

Well, hell Mr. Frank, We the People are not going to take government abuses anymore! We want to clean house and restore the Constitution as the guide by which others will follow. We are tired of "leaders" who are elected to office to "follow" our direction, not those of the special interest lobbyists, like those that fund Barney Frank's campaign. Even Obama will reap campaign rewards from Wall St. No matter, We the People will make sure he is a one term President and he can join Barney on the talk show and lecture circuits. How about the Barney and Barry Hour? With or without a teleprompter?

Maybe he can get Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters to follow him out of Washington? Well, one can hope for change!

Hope & Change: Super Failure

I know that many Americans are disappointed and even stressed at the the dismal results of the Super Committee's failure to reach a deal. The Democrats will blame the Republicans and the Republicans will blame the Democrats. In fact, the finger pointing has already begun, and that is no surprise either.

The fair and balanced but conservative leaning major media outlet will have you believe that a former third placed Presidential candidate is the nation's best hope of defeating Obama. As if that is the only goal that We the People have.

I can't say that I find either party lacking in fault for where we are today. Both parties have contributed to a bloated federal bureaucracy, unbridled spending, and ridiculous laws, mandates, regulations and taxes that have only served to drive manufacturing out of the US and into more business friendly nations around the world. But some candidates will have you think that it's China's fault. Not so.

The blame lies with We the People plain and simple. Yes, it's all your fault for buying the bullshit that both major political parties and the privately-owned major media spoon-feed you daily. Why didn't Romney beat McCain in 2008? What makes Romney capable of beating Obama now? I can beat the sitting President with the record he has compiled thus far. But I am not seeking office. But I do have a candidate that I will support and vote for.

In my life, I have never found a candidate that represents the People with such honesty and sincerity, with such strict adherence to the Constitution, as Congressman Ron Paul. Dr. Paul's record stands out among all representatives in both Houses, as exemplary in voting and voicing the will of We the People.

Ron Paul predicted the housing market crisis a decade or more ago and everyone said he was a lunatic. He voted against every single bailout offered and against most spending bills that did not include spending for the military troops in combat and support roles in Iraq and Afghanistan. And he wants to bring them all home now!

He is the only Presidential candidate who has spoken out against the secretive practices of the Federal Reserve Board, calling for an audit of the Fed and its eventual replacement with sound money. Money that is backed by assets of gold and silver, reserves of oil and coal, natural gas and other commodities that boost the GDP instead of reduce it.

Ron Paul's courage is displayed when he stands up against all sanctions against Iran for their development of a nuclear weapon. He points out how many nukes Russia (former USSR) and China have and how we played war games with those nuclear arsenals without attacking each other. Common sense instead of emotional response to the spin by the military minded.

He is all for defense of our nation and wants to secure our borders from criminals and terrorists, not just illegal immigrants that come here as many legal immigrants do, for the opportunities to become self reliant and even prosperous. And he is all for taking away the "magnets" of social programs that further entice people to come here illegally while burdening the People with the bill.

Ron Paul will be a President that will restore the rights of the sovereign States and to the sovereign People residing in them. He will reduce the size of government, reduce the pay of government officials and employees to equal that of the private sector, so as not to compete with the private sector for employees.

Isn't it time we all stopped picking from the same menu offered by the two major parties and the media?

It seems obvious that if the Federal Reserve keeps printing more notes, they will decrease in worth as there are no assets to make them worth anything. The currency of the United States is only backed by the good credit and trust of the People. Since there are more People unemployed and requiring support from the government, there are also less Americans paying taxes, Congress still borrows and spends, and now that the US has had their credit rating downgraded, they are still looking to spend more.

As I listen to Members of the House and Senators speak, and the lectures of "fair share" taxing of the "wealthy" by the President and his Administration, I am reminded of all the great nations that have fallen before us, and being broke is a major cause. Reagan was in office when the military spending of the Soviet Union could no longer sustain itself and take care of its People.
If we wait for a new President or Congress to fix things, I'm afraid it won't get fixed. The government has been unable to fix anything economically and all they do is throw money at it and hope it will change. It didn't work for Bush and it is not working for Obama. No surprise there really, after all, you cannot expect different results when you do the same things over and over. Someone famous called that the "epitome of insanity."

No, this time must be different. This time We the People must choose new representation, but not from the favorite ranks of the two predominant political parties. No, we need to pick candidates that are either not career politicians or have demonstrated by their deeds and words that they stand for liberty, property, and limited government. We need representation that has the courage to tell the truth even when it is not politically correct or motivated by popular support.

I find that very few Americans speak out against "water boarding" and torture in general, claiming that it was "necessary" to save lives. How many Americans were tortured by Nazis and Japan? How many Americans suffered the cruelty as POWs in Vietnam? John McCain knows what that is like. But what makes America exceptional is that we did not use such methods on prisoners and still won the war. Would torture have saved lives? Maybe. But the damage to the nation's character would have lasted for several lifetimes, and if we take that course it will be very difficult to be that example of liberty and humanity that makes the United States exceptional.

One way we can lead by example is to elect a President that supports the Constitution and demonstrates the ethics and morals that made the US a great nation. It wasn't our military might, it was honor and integrity that pushed innovation and invention. We made the products the world wanted and were proud of them too. Now we buy and sell products made in other nations, as more American factories close and jobs never return.

A President nor a Congress can create jobs. The best they can do is create an environment where businesses can be productive and prosperous. But we need to have a stable currency that has worth. When the US dollar had worth, there was no high taxes. In fact, there was no income tax at all prior to FDR and the New Deal. More like a "raw deal" is what we got.

A Simple Truth: Lead By Example

What makes America exceptional? Is it its military might? It certainly is no longer the opportunities for prosperity. A few great men had their own ideas about America. This short video highlights them.

When the privately-owned major media places Mitt Romney as the front-runner, I laugh. He lost in 2008 to John McCain and we know how well McCain did against Obama. Newt Gingrich is an intelligent man and has a strong love for America, but he stands for killing American citizens that are labelled "terrorists" or "enemy combatants" by "intelligence" and that is okay? Santorum wants the government to define marriage and I say that is the province of faith and religion and not government. The marriage license issued by a State is a contract between two people who upon their oaths (vows) pledge to love one another and take of each other. Legally they need to be entitled the same benefits as any other couple relationship.

We don't want our troops to be tortured, so it is only fitting that we do not employ such methods on others. It is not a matter of effectiveness or necessity. It it a matter of leading by example.

JFK said, "Ask not, what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." What you can do is save the United States, and elect Ron Paul as President in 2012.

Purpose

The primary purpose of government is to serve the people. The government serves us by protecting the nation from enemies on the seas and through commerce and trade with foreign nations. The government that was formed by our founders was unique in all the world, in that it was designed for the People to be self-governed, through a delegation of representatives .

We have strayed far afield from the visions those founders had of what this nation would become. What was once a thriving economy as the richest nation in the world, now is on the brink of total economic collapse and yet there are very few who really identify what the problems are and how to solve them.

I personally do not subscribe to the political parties as my representation, in fact I an against the domination of the electoral process by the Democratic and Republican parties, who deny equal access to other parties. Even independent candidates and voters are prohibited from voting in most primary elections. For the most part, people don't seem to mind this because for most of the voters, they would be "confused" by more than choice between one or another candidate. At least that is what most party politicians would like you to believe.

I consider those of you who read and follow my blog to be intelligent and knowledgeable individuals, who don't buy into the propaganda "du jour", and yet I find some of you who do comment on my posts to show a lack in thinking beyond the spin of the media. This seems to be inversely proportional to education, that is, the more educated people seem to stay closest to the party politics, while those with less formal schooling are those that appear to be more or less, outside-the-box thinkers.

Bill Gates, Richard Branson and Steve Jobs all lacked a PhD and yet all were outside-the-box and very successful in life. Each of them has their own purpose and as we witnessed it for ourselves, they succeeded where many felt they could not possibly do so.

Like them, I too have a purpose in life, and part of that purpose is realized with every comment and donation I receive from my readers. To all of you who have been so generous, I thank you. You have acknowledged me in a profound manner and that motivates me to go forth.

I know that I am not always right in life and make as many mistakes as anyone else. When you point out an error and I research your correction, I will make it known that that I stand corrected. And on the same note, if you criticize or offer an opinion that is not well informed, I will call you on that too. We have to teach one another to move forward. There is no positive movement when we are distracted by arguing and name calling.

Let's leave that for the politicians who have nothing to offer us except to denounce their opponents. In my post If Ron Paul Were To Be Elected President I re-posted what Bill Sardi wrote about Ron Paul. Several people have written back claiming that Ron Paul is a wimp, he will decimate the military, or simply state that he is not electable. Let me address the last comment first: He was elected by his Texas constituents to 12 terms in Congress. As far as being a wimp, he has stood toe-to-toe on the House floor with the most powerful in government and stood practically nose-to-nose with Rick Perry in debate. As a veteran of the USAF and the recipient of more contributions from the military than all the other candidates combined, I will just say that I feel those in service now and the veterans who served before all seem to know more about it than I do. If the men and women of the military back him, why would anyone listen to a commentary on TV for an opinion?

What is the purpose of backing a candidate? Is it because you (and I) feel that candidate will best serve us or simply the best chance to beat the incumbent?

Will Cain Be Able?

This past week has taken its toll on the nation with holidays approaching and no end seen in this stubborn attempt by an inept Administration, to do the right thing to ease out of this depression. But our attention has been drawn to the alleged smear campaign regarding the alleged sexual harassment charges, brought against Republican Presidential Candidate Herman Cain.

Now I see two issues here, and only one really concerns me as to Herman Cain as a candidate that I would vote for. Of course the drooling media outlets are all hoping for something juicy. And the question there is simply what did her do or say or both? My only question is, was he lying? Will Herman overcome this attack on his character by whomever dug up this issue from his past? Or will he fade into the mist like Gary Hart did several years ago? Questions and questions, when what we need is answers. Where is the answer man when you need him?

When all is said and done, I don't want a President who will lie to me just to get elected. How has that worked out in recent history? I want a President that will tell me the truth, even when it is not what will make the polls go up. I want a President that will have the courage to do what is necessary to restore the honor and integrity of the United States of America, as an example first, and a strong defense secondary to the ethics and morals of its People.

There comes a time when the honest assessment of cause is addressed to fix a problem. Are the solutions being offered those that have worked before or are they conservative measures that will ease things back to where they were?

I don't know about you, but I don't want to go back to the way it was, I rather want to create a new path to ensure a prosperous future to be enjoyed by a free population that are examples of self-governance as they once were in the United States.

We need a Jefferson, a Madison, a true patriot that abides by the limitations of government. A President who will humbly serve We the People, who will restore liberty to us and to the sovereign States. Now all we have to do is find and elect that person.

Cronyism Costs Taxpayers Trillions

It doesn't take a PhD. in economics to see how much taxpayer revenue and borrowed funds are being wasted on "investments" in alternative energy projects. And while the President in busy with campaigning and finger pointing at the GOP-led House to pass another "stimulus" bill disguised as a jobs bill, there are several bills stacked up in the Democrat-controlled Senate that Harry Reid & Company have been ignoring. Several of them are budgets which will prevent another last-minute panic to push through a budget so that government won't be shut down. Sound familiar?

Now subpoenas are sent to the White House because the Administration is stonewalling and not providing information about the Solyndra scandal. The President however pokes at Congress passing a reaffirming resolution to keep "In God We Trust" as the national motto while his jobs bill gets no vote of confidence.

The biggest contributors to the Obama campaign are the same ones that received huge bailouts, many that pay no taxes (General Electric) and yet Obama says he wants the rich to pay their "fair share." The jobs in his "jobs bill" will create "thousands" of jobs in construction, bridges and highways, all union and all costing the taxpayers. The budgets thus far all have not cuts spending, instead they raised the credit limit (Can you do that with your bank or credit card company?) for themselves and spent more money that they had to borrow.

With the support of grassroots patriots, organized as the Tea Party Movement, the majority in the House shifted to the right, and gains were also made in the Senate, although short of the desired majority. But in a way, that is good for Americans who can plainly see (if they choose to) where the real problems are and with whom. They are not found in examining the sexual harassment allegations of Herman Cain, or the religious beliefs of Mitt Romney.

I can go down the list of the candidates vying for the GOP nomination and I am sure to find good things to say about each. But in all but one of them, we can discover past indiscretions, that even as isolated incidents, call into question their integrity and ability to serve the People and their Constitution.

There are many things that are going wrong in the United States, many issues that the government, the President cannot solve. The best thing for them to do is remove the barriers to free markets and lower taxes to stimulate business development. There are too many laws and department level regulations that inhibit business development and growth, moving innovation and jobs overseas along with revenue from profits. ARRA and TARP are but two prime examples of wasted spending and a burden to the American taxpayer. Guaranteed loans in excess of one half billion dollars to Solyndra is an exclamation point at the end of the phrase, "government waste and total ineptitude."

After listening and reading all of the so-called solutions that all these candidates are offering, and as we watch and listen to the debates and the analysis of those debates, one thing seems evident to me. Only Ron Paul is offering the tough and truthful answers to all of the questions, with the same consistency and persistence that We the People need and want in a President. A man who seems almost meek, but don't let that fool you, as he has been as tough as anyone in Congress that you will find. Not once can you find him changing his mind on issues, it is why the GOP and media resort to name-calling when they do have to acknowledge him. Mostly they just tend to ignore him.

We know that the major media will do whatever it is paid to do, regardless of how "fair and balanced" they profess to be. It is We the People that need to take back our liberty and choose our President, not from the rank and file party favorites, but from the Spirit of Liberty, the Constitution, Free Markets and Sound Money.

Democracy or Republic? Your Choice!

Parallels are being drawn in the media between the Tea Party Movement and the Occupy Wall Street mobs. So I thought I would do some research myself and see where these parallels are. What I find is quite contrary to what is portrayed by the privately-owned major media.

Where does the First Amendment end and public nuisance and disorderly conduct laws begin? I cannot see where freedom to speak out has any bearing on defecating in public. Regardless of your opinions of the law enforcement department, those vehicles are paid for with tax dollars and not private investors funds.

Some of the banners are downright humorous. So long as the owner is cleaning up after his protesting canine, I see no problem here. But there are things that really are immoral and treasonous being done and I don't see the President or any Democrats speaking out. Most of them are praising these protests as the demonstration of democracy, the "American People" protesting against the "fat cats."

So tell me then how defacing the flag of America is a patriotic thing? Explain to me how this act demonstrates anything American? Because from where I sit this looks anti-American and that is without judgement about the person standing on our symbol of liberty. I would like one of those analysts or commentators to explain this action as anything else than what it truly is.

But they insist that these OWS protesters somehow have something in common with the Tea Party Movement protesters. Perhaps I am not aware of something that these analysts know?

So I went looking for Tea Party protests and found some interesting photos. In the very first photo I came upon, I saw a woman with an umbrella that had a sign on her abdomen. She was protesting high taxes in Washington, D.C. not on Wall Street. The next photo I saw involved the U.S. flag. It demonstrates a contrast from the OWS protester that was standing on a flag.

These Tea Party protesters were carrying signs that protested the President and Congress. This one was calling for liberty and Constitutional law. Again, it is a contrast to OWS not a parallel at all.

Americans will have a choice with elections this month and again in 2012 when they must choose a President. These elections more than any others in this nation's history will be more important to the lives of every single individual that calls himself/herself "American." These election will determine whether we will restore the republic to a free and sovereign one, or will be surrender to the takeover and enslavement that economic collapse will produce

If the media is pushing a candidate I won't support that candidate. If the media is ignoring a candidate I will research that candidate and see if he or she is worth supporting based on their ideology but also on their record. This is true for all levels of government, not just the federal government.

So what would really happen if Ron Paul were as elected President?

President Paul would immediately push for $1 trillion cut in federal spending (per year, not the $3 trillion that Democrats proposed over 10 years with half of that from increased taxes).

President Paul would have the authority as commander-and-chief to withdraw troops from overseas, within limits of treaty commitments which must be honored (US supplies defense for Saudi Arabia, many other nations). To the extent possible, the US would cease being the world's policeman and plunderer of foreign economies (Iraq, Libya). The US would cease being a war economy. President Paul would also push to eradicate foreign aid which essentially is bribery, often to foreign despots who the US quietly supports because they hold a strong hand over their masses.

President Paul would have some empty chairs in his Cabinet – the Department of Commerce, Department of Education and other Cabinet positions would be eliminated. Civil service employees would be ushered into other government jobs.

President Paul would likely demand, using his bully-pulpit, a regular audit of the Federal Reserve (recall the FED pushed $13 trillion of short-term loans out the door in the world financial crisis without any oversight, which resulted in worldwide inflation and the unrest we now see in foreign countries – Egypt,Libya, etc – as a result of rising food prices.).

You probably don't know that the Federal Reserve bank takes a 6% cut off the top of all interest it collects as middleman between the US Treasury Dept and local banks. (President John F Kennedy realized this, recognized it would result in huge federal debts in the future, which have now materialized, and cut the Federal Reserve entirely out of the equation in 1963 by directly issuing US Notes, not Federal Reserve currency, into the economy. Of course, shots fired in Dallas ceased that practice and all those US Notes were quietly withdrawn from circulation.) That cut for the central bankers would be eliminated in a Ron Paul Presidency.

President Paul would likely demand and personally oversee an audit of the gold at Ft. Knox. Wouldn't you like to be there for that (live cameras please)? If the gold isn't there, who absconded with it and where is it now? (Might not have to look far, it could be stashed in Federal Reserve bank vaults – recall, the Federal Reserve is not federal, it is a bunch of private banks who may have absconded with the nation's gold supply).

With a public groundswell of support, President Paul would oversee the abolishment of the Internal Revenue Service, freeing Americans of the onerous and treacherous task of figuring out the taxes they owe (recall the Secretary of the Treasury couldn't accurately figure out his own taxes). No more debtors prison for not filing tax forms properly (yep, some Americans are in prison for this). That would free-up about 6 billion man-hours and $250-300 billion of money now committed to tax preparation. Real money, not the fractionated loan money, would be returned to the economy.

There would be a re-adjustment period as the nation figures out how to rebuild employment without phony government jobs programs, but anticipate an eventual US renaissance. The US would be spared the fate of Greece which has 40% employment in the government sector, placing those jobs on the back of the remaining tax payers there.

Without an income tax the Federal Reserve would have no conduit to siphon money back out of the economy to limit inflation and it would have to cease its inflationary money printing practices. Mothers of young American children would be told that their struggles to see their kids get ahead in this country will not be futile as the Federal Reserve's planned inflation policy would be put to a halt. If your kids can't earn a better income than the rate of inflation (now 7-11%, government says it is only ~3%) they will surely be impoverished.

For example, if an American child was born in 1990 and her/her mother as sole bread winner was making $35,000 a year on the date of that child's birth, that child would have to earn $60,758 today (2011) to equal his/her mother's salary in 1990. Soccer moms should shout loudly for a Ron Paul Presidency. Your children have no future if one of the other pretenders is elected. Without currency reform, all other reforms become meaningless. The elites will continue to plunder and undermine the wealth that you create.

President Ron Paul would push for the federal government to get out of the real estate lending business. By Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac ensuring home loans, lenders generated loans based upon low teaser interest rates (subprime, ALT-A) and unverified incomes and then funneled these bad loans on up to these quasi-government agencies where the public took the losses (these losses are now on the accounting books of the Federal Reserve). In a Ron Paul Presidency, bad lenders would go out of business, not be given bailouts.

The Federal Reserve now holds over $1 trillion in bad loans on it accounting books – let the Federal Reserve get what it deserves – a giant loss as its banks go out of business due to insolvency, just punishment for allowing low interest rates to prevail and create a real estate bubble in the first place. Stop protecting bankers, start protecting your own wealth – vote for Ron Paul!

Without a government backstop to insure home loans, lenders would be more diligent in checking out lender qualifications and incomes. Thefalse demand for housing that the Federal government created would cease and home values would crash, for a short time. But that would be good news – now homes would become affordable.

It is said, if the Federal Government would get out of housing homes prices would tumble by 50%. While that is not good news for the asset-side of lenders accounting books, it is the only way to bring back the housing market in a short time. This is the mark-to-market value accounting that must be practiced. Interest rates on home mortgages would rise, but so would the interest on saved money – Americans would cease losing money on savings accounts (interest on saved money today is less than 1% while inflation is ~7-11%).

While the US economy is said to be the strongest in the world (~$14 trillion), the US is hiding the fact its Gross Domestic Product is actually in decline and that probably half of the GDP is comprised of financial gains from moving money around. An example is the stock market with 70% of its trades now comprised of high-speed millisecond trading. Financial gains are contrived and there is no real value created out of these phony transactions, nor is any employment created. The lending classes will have to face reality. Phony numbers would not likely be a part of a Ron Paul Presidency.

With a groundswell of public support, President Ron Paul would push for a currency that has limited stretchability by backing it with gold. No more rubber money. The fortunes of Americans would cease being eroded by money printing practices at the Federal Reserve. If you missed Ron Paul's object lesson - he recently held up a pre-1964 silver dime (dimes today have no silver in them) and said it is worth ~$3.00 today, about the price of a gallon of gasoline. That means a gold-backed dollar could buy you a full tank of gas. Imagine that?

But inflationary policies have robbed American bank accounts of wealth. The thief of inflation that is robbing your money out the back door of your local bank would be handcuffed.

Ron Paul would also push for competing currencies (if this sounds foreign to you, we already have one – its called a VISA card, and don't forget American Express Checks). Creators of currencies who have the most backing in the form of reserves would have the most desired currencies, those who don't would have currencies of lesser value.

So what would happen worldwide with the announcement of a Ron Paul Presidency? Did you see what happened yesterday when the European Union band-aided its currency and debt problems for the time being. Markets soared with even a hint of sound money. Likewise, a Ron Paul Presidency should cause markets to soar just on the announcement of his Presidency. The International Monetary Fund has been begging the US to cut federal spending or devalue its currency by 30%.

The tax and print-money Keynsians would be ousted from power. Phony money would be a thing of the past. Real jobs, not government-contrived jobs that add a 15% administration burden and place the salaries of government workers on the remaining private sector, would be created. Two bad examples are Solyndra and General Motors, both whom received a government-back loan and then sought government contracts to sell solar panels to the US Navy and Chevy Volt electric cars to the federal government's fleet of automobiles. That is nothing but false demand.

Imagine Ron Paul appoints a new chief at the Food & Drug Administration who turns that institution upside down, who complies with the law (Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act) rather than repudiates or ignores it as the current FDA does, and works to allow health claims for natural medicines that work far more safely and effectively than synthetically made drugs, and at much lower cost. Imagine the National Institutes of Health is forced to generate studies to reveal the true effectiveness of vitamins C and D, as previously documented by this author in the archives at LewRockwell.com, and the life expectancy of Americans soars and their quality of life in their retirement years greatly improves. Dr. Ron Paul is committed to this kind of real change, not give lip service to it.

Imagine for a moment that President Ron Paul, advocate of free markets, calls for a true revamp of the nation's electrical grid unlike the current administration which only gives rhetoric to the idea. With installation of new US-manufactured power cable technology that is able to transmit twice as much power on a single power line with 9-20% greater efficiency (less line loss), averting the need for 98 new fossil-fueled or atomic power plants by stringing just 3000 miles of the nation's power lines with this US-made technology, and bringing $60 billion greater bottom-line profits to power generating companies, your electricity bill would be measurably trimmed instead of continually rising.

Raising Cain: Sexual Harrassment Charges?

Herman Cain'is 9-9-9 Plan has elevated him to the top of the GOP contenders list, ahead of Mitt Romney (the 'good old boys' favorite) and Governor Rick Perry (Bilderberg Group crony) as the major media favorite. But a storm may be brewing in the media with the allegations that while head of the National Restaurant Association from 1996-1999 he sexually harassed two women.

While no names have been mentioned, it has been reported that there were "settlements of five figures made" to the "victims" in lieu of law suit. Cain's chief of staff Mark Block says, “Every negative word and accusation in the article is sourced to a series of unnamed or anonymous sources. Questionable at best."

I am sure this story will get lots of play in the news over the next few days or even weeks. In the meantime, none of this makes any other candidate better, it only brings up more questions about Herman Cain, who is also a former Federal Reserve employee. I find his tenure at the Federal Reserve more relevant than his sexual adventures, but that just me. I don't watch reality TV either.

Herman Cain disagrees with Ron Paul about ending the Federal Reserve, and even said that an audit will prove nothing because they don't have anything to hide. Ben Bernanke disagrees with Cain because he is hiding information from Congress.

As I have been following the candidates and the debates it does seem that there is only Ron Paul, who stands out amongst all the others. Try as they do to find fault with Ron Paul, they usually resort to calling him a lunatic because of his Constitutional ideology that Federal Government has far overreached its limitations; that laws to control arms, drugs, health care, sending troops into foreign lands without a declaration of war, and even funding other countries with taxpayer money is wrong. Now they are saying that he is too old to be President.

What will it take to get Americans to embrace liberty and take responsibility for it? When will the voters see the error in picking the same two party favorites is not their only choices?

Education Redux

It seems that this Administration has no regard whatsoever for the rights of We the People anymore, nor the government that We the People designed with the ratification of the Constitution for the united States of America.

In his latest bid for reelection, the President in his infinite disrespect for law has decided to use more tax dollars to thump for a "reinvestment" to support tuition for poor students who could not attend college without tax payer support.

It is important to know that the founders were themselves educated and well informed in the law, and most of the colonists were also. And none of them had formal schooling or advanced degrees from colleges and universities. They were educated by their parents and peers, and subjects that interested them they were self-taught. There were no provisions made in the Constitution or in any other laws of States or Federal Government that made schooling mandatory. That was something that begun when large industrialists realized the implications for profit.

Ideologies were adopted to fit their needs, not to develop a child. In fact, the opposite is true of their intentions. They created drones, obedient workers, and instilled the "work ethic" as a fervent religious dogma, that hard work somehow equals success.

Seems to me that the nation was most successful without the forced schooling of more modern times. Taking over control of children's minds and filling those minds with a social engineering agenda regardless of the rights of parents to instill their own values in their children. American People have been duped.

Through the manipulation of the curriculum, standardized courses based on the magic numbers of grades and ages, we have allowed further subdivision of children which in effect keeps them immature and in need of more schooling.

Benjamin Franklin didn't require more schooling. he only required the basics which he learned without school. I myself learned from my mother and grandfather how to read before I started kindergarten. In fact, I was reading the daily newspapers before first grade. I spent the first six years in elementary school where I was bored to death most of the time because the rest of the class could not keep up. Not because they were stupid, only that did not enjoy the same opportunity to learn as I did BEFORE I ever started school.

My values were those of my family and faith, not standards produced by corporate sponsored bureaucrats who only required obedient drones to carry out the assembly-line production processes that required very little real learning. And now we have reached the point where any other nation in the world can achieve greater successes with students than we can, and yet we keep spending more and more on education as results decline.

We certainly live in interesting times.

Education Funding vs. Freedom

Todemonstrate how the unconstitutional funding of education is a toolfor the political ambitions of Congress, lets examine a case that isclose to me. I supported ArtRobinson for Member of the House of Representatives in 2010against incumbent Congressional fixture Peter De Fazio.

All wasgoing well until the last week before the 2010 elections when the media blitzof negative ads (paid for by DNC) came out against Dr. Robinson,claiming that he was being funded by corporations. He narrowly lost.As a consultant he does take funds from corporations to performresearch and development. Then again, Mr. De Fazio takes money fromthe DNC which is funded by big corporations, unions, pharmaceuticalcompanies, and of course banks and financial institutions.

All ofArt Robinson'sPhD undergraduate children were home schooled proving that standardsand methods in mandated and regulated curriculum is not necessary. The tax dollars collect by the federal government and doled to the States for education would best serve the States and the People if that money stayed within the respective State to used to their specific needs. Congressman and Presidential candidate RonPaul agrees and stated, as President he would end the Departmentof Education.

Much ofwhat Art Robinsonstands for can be appreciated from a perspective of Constitutional lawand the limitations of the federal government. Having such arepresentative in Congress will benefit Oregon because we will have arepresentative with Constitutional integrity to remove federal regulations that inhibit commerce and trade, and not create more bureaucracy and tax dollars wasted.

If weare to save the Republic and restore the federal government to itslimited powers according to the Constitution, we will need morerepresentatives like Art Robinson, representing the voice and thewill of the People.

Wouldn'tit be great if ArtRobinson endorses Ron Paulas President? It would be a very encouraging and positive step forLiberty.

Money As Debt

Many people find it hard to sit through the entire documentary, The Money Masters, so as a public service to my readers I decided to post this video which is much shorter. It is an education worth having for all Americans young and old. It would make great dinner conversation instead of discussing American Idol or Dancing With The Stars.

After watching this video and having time to think about it and discuss it with family and friends, I would appreciate your comments and feedback. We are in serious trouble as a sovereign nation and we need to take action now!

The Constitution for the united States of America

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

Explicitly stating that we are giving the government this Constitution so that it understands its duties and limitations of authority over the sovereign individuals (We the People) and the sovereign States. There are many laws that have been passed by Congress that are beyond Constitutional limits, and yet instead of performing its own Constitutional mandate, the Supreme Court often interprets the Constitution in phrases, which removes from its substance the original intent. At that point most Americans throw up their hands in surrender to "the powers that be" and resign to the fact that "the law is the law," and we just have to obey it.

But those very smart founders left a remedy that is seldom used today when testing an act of Congress for Constitutional integrity. The States have the power, the responsibility and duty to nullify laws that violate the U.S. Constitution as well as their State's. In those places like California and Oregon where the People can petition and get an initiate or measure on the ballot, they can vote to overturn laws that violate their rights as Sovereigns within their respective States.

Candidates, Congress and the Constitution

I heard on the news today that the Affordable Patient Protection Act, a.k.a. ObamaCare, is causing quite a stir for the archdiocese. Within the bill is a stipulation that demands that schools provide contraceptives through the school systems, which is against the principles of the Catholic Church. By refusing to abide by the mandates in the bill, the Church faces fines and penalties. Now here is a case where the government is stepping over its Constitutional limitations and prohibitions to interfere with ethics and morals of religion. Once again it seems, the Obama Administration ignores the Constitution and instead does whatever it feels it needs to do in order to force its policies on the people.

There is another issue that seems you need be aware of although when you look at it from the perspective of common sense it seems that the justification is valid. That is the ban on weapons (arms) in public schools. Rather than dwell on the issue, suffice to say that the right to bear arms as it is in the Constitution does not specify a legal or proper age in which an individual may bear arms, but it does specifically indicate that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed by Congress. Parents must teach their children ant expect or rely on strangers to do that for them.

There is adequate room for debate whether or not a State has the right to prohibit the carrying of arms in a public school, since the funding for public schooling does emanate from the federal government and since it is a “public” facility, there is a question of authority in enforcement of such a mandate or rule.

Now it seems fairly obvious that the acceptance of federal aid has strings attached, and with the economy in a tailspin and the unemployment rate remaining above 9 percent on average nationally, that Obama's Jobs Bill may seem like the answer to the problem. Upon closer scrutiny however there is a clause which will take away all sovereign rights from the States that accept the funding of the bill. Blatantly unconstitutional and yet as we have already witnessed, many unconstitutional laws are passed and remain enforced with the court's full support.

Many Americans feel that because the courts will uphold the federal laws even when they are arguably unconstitutional, that we must surrender to the “changes in times” as the judiciary has adopted a dangerous precedent in claiming the Constitution is a “living” document, which by definition would make it malleable. This interpretation is wrong!

Within the Constitution are the tools necessary to amend and repeal provided that is done through the procedure of Constitutional Convention. Once an amendment is passed by both houses, it then must be ratified by the States, where a simply majority is NOT enough.

Since the current administration and Congress both seem to ignore Constitutional limitations of federal government, since they also ignore the rights of States and individuals as specified in the Constitution, it is the duty of We the People, to speak our grievances and take action against those who have broken their oaths of office and do as they please. We the People are over 300 million and yet we allow 535 to ruin our Constitution and demote us to a third-world nation status.

Many of the GOP Presidential candidates talk about the unconstitutional ObamaCare and how they as President would write an executive order that will in effect render it ineffective my issue of waivers. The problem with that is the very nature of executive order itself is unconstitutional. The only candidate that understand and articulates this to the public is Ron Paul. But as it is evident right now that the President cannot force his policies on the nation without the consent of Congress, President Paul will also need a Congress that will have the courage to apply is policies and to repeal those laws that are both unconstitutional and a detriment to the free markets.

As we approach November, may I remind you that we will also be voting for members of Congress and local representatives in our cities, counties, and states. We sent a message to Washington in November, 2010 when we made an historical turn of the tide by electing representatives from the Republican Party with promises that they will correct the wrongs of the liberal left that had been in control of both houses.

After the debt ceiling debacle this past summer it seems that neither Democrats or Republicans will do what the will of the people demand. They think they know better than we do. They call themselves our leaders when in reality there are our hired hands. They vote themselves increased salaries, health benefits and pensions. They secure themselves all of these things on taxpayer money and then have the gall to force upon us these programs that they themselves do not have to participate in.

When the nation was created, the opportunity to serve the people as a representative was considered an honor, a privilege, a temporary leave from their businesses or jobs to serve their constituents, in the State or Federal Legislature. It was never thought that it can be a career.

This time we all need to become members of the “Broom Party” and take responsibility to sweep the lot of them out and replace them all with representatives who demonstrate their adherence to the Constitution. We have a bit more than a year to make those choices, so please do choice wisely.

Therehas been much hype in the last week or so about Herman Cain's rise tothe top of the GOP contender list for President. But there is littlefacts being told about him and the other candidates in the running.

Weall know by now that Cain was a former Federal Reserve director andstood against any audits. He called Alan Greenspan a "great"leader during his (Cain's) tenure at the Fed. Cain has some otherissues that will keep me from making him President.

BothHerman Cain and Mitt Romney support the Patriot Act, with Cain stating that he agrees with 90% but will not saywhat he doesn't agree with. He thinks that it is okay togive up liberties for a "sense of security." Ron Paul votedagainst it and remains opposed to it as unconstitutional.

Originally, Cain agreed with Ron Paul and was against the assassination ofAmerican citizens on foreign soil. He has since flipped on the issueand fully supports Obama's decision to kill Al-Awlaki. Mitt Romneyfully supports the assassinations of Americans. Ron Paul disagreesand said that every U.S. Citizen has the right to trial by dueprocess and if guilty punished severely but lawfully.

HermanCain feels that States should be allowed to take gun rights away.Romney who back in 1994 stated, "I don't line up with the NRA."But in 2007 when he made a bid for the presidency, he said, "Iam now a proud member." Ron Paul fully supports the 2ndAmendment as it is written and without restriction.

"A wellregulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State,the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not beinfringed."

Thereare others issues that question the viability of Herman Cain as acandidate, such as his backing of TARP and stating thatthose who opposed TARP were "economic morons." Romney saidhe thought it necessary in March, 2009. By September of that sameyear he flipped and opposes it. Ron Paul voted against it in Congressand he was the only public official who predicted the bankingcrash years before and everyone ridiculed him. Paul also warned ofthe housing bubble and they ignored him again.

BothCain and Romney support a border fence, while Paul calls for bringingtroops home from Iraq and Afghanistan and placing them at the borderto protect the citizens. He also calls for social programs that arefunded through taxpayers to prohibit non-citizens from receivingbenefits from social programs, which would remove incentives fromillegals wanting to come to the US by other than lawful immigrationprocedures. It is a glaring obvious fact that major media opposes RonPaul because he stands against all of the corporate cronyism that 12terms in Congress have demonstrated to him.

Heis the ONLY Presidential candidate that fully supports theConstitution and his voting record in the House of Representativesproves his commitment and integrity to those high standards they Wethe People demand from our elected representatives.

Food as a Weapon

Why is there not enough food to feed all of humanity? We can send probes to other planets and deep into the far reaches of the solar system. We have technology today that can make foods faster and pest resistant. But is it healthy?

I remember listening to a late night talk show many years ago, the guest was an agricultural biologist claimed that the food we eat today has only a fraction of the nutritional worth that foods our grandparents ate. We would have to eat two pounds of broccoli to gain the same value in nutrition as our ancestors gained in a single serving. Diseases are on the rise even though we have made so many advances in medicine. Or have we?

I submit to you that all of the problems we face as humans around the world is based on an illusion. It's like watching the Wizard of Oz for the first time and discovering the "man behind the curtain." Many of my friends and family will not even look there. They are embarrassed to think that they have been duped for all these years. Many think that I am crazy to think that my government would condone such things. But after all, they are of the same flesh and blood as us, capable of the same successes and failures. One only needs to look at where we are today to see that government has not been capable of controlling its own bloated growth, let alone act on behalf of markets and commodities. Why our Congress even gave up its Constitutional mandate to coin currency and set its value to private banks, trusting them to act with integrity on our behalf.

There are many ways in which the very wealthy can manipulate markets. But staying with food, there are now a few extremely large corporations both foreign and domestic that control possibly as much as 80% of the food supply of the globe. Some think it can be closer to 100% but living in an area where there remain a good number of independent family farms, I am not willing to make that leap. But the truth is that many of these small farms are being forced out by the conglomerates through the outright manipulation of the commodities markets.

A bushel of wheat will still feed the same number of hungry people as it did when it was first cultivated. The growth of any food crop demands the proper arable lands and the cooperation of nature. But does not determine the amount of food crop available to feed the population. Remember in the biblical stories in Exodus, the temple granaries were full and yet their were people starving during a drought. It was used as a weapon to wield power over people. It took an act of divine intervention to convince those priests of Egypt to release the stores to the starving masses.

How many other times had food been used as a weapon? A practice still used today through subsidies, is to have farmers turn under a good harvest so as to keep the prices higher. The justification is that the farmer could not make a living selling the crops at a very low price.but the reality is that they are doing just that, only the government is making up the difference. Would it not be better to have that crop sold to either the free market or to the government? Instead of funding dictators and foreign governments that will use our "gifts" to oppress their own people and they themselves live in wealth and splendor, send tons of wheat to feed the masses?

People need not be punished for their prosperity unless the obtained their riches by cheating, lying, stealing from others. There are methods employed today that produce rich and abundant foods naturally, without the use of chemicals for fertilizers or pesticides. I myself have grown tomatoes in my patio garden and always have such an abundance to share with many of my neighbors. I have demonstrated how we can each grow a crop and share our harvests so well will obtain a very of nutritious fruits and vegetables and not have to buy them from high priced markets. Even when I must make a purchase, I go to markets that offer locally grown produce.

We live in a world that has become as much of an illusion as the science fiction film, The Matrix. And it is just as difficult for most of us to awaken ourselves and face reality. We have to do that now. The alarm has been ringing for quite some time and all we are doing is hitting the snooze button.

Food, Health and Nutrition

It seems that the government wants to protect us once again, and the Food Safety Modernization Act, as its disclaimer suggests,

"The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) was signed into law by President Obama on January 4th, 2011. It aims to ensure the U.S. food supply is safe by shifting the focus of federal regulators from responding to contamination to preventing it."

Well I do not buy it. It is yet another expensive government program that will create more expense for the growers, add more workers to government payroll (that is more tax revenue spent on public sector jobs) while putting many small farms out of business because they cannot afford the new "safety" regulations.

The major source of contaminated food is imported. It is obvious that we cannot control the safety of food unless it is inspected thoroughly upon arrival into U.S. ports, and that seems like a very daunting and expensive exercise. But the legislation is loaded with fees that will drive many small businesses into closing because only the large corporate processors will be capable of paying the many fees included in this poorly written bill.

For example, and this is directly from the FDA website:

Q: How will FDA calculate the total fee assessed?
A: For Fiscal Year 2012, the hourly rate is $224 if no foreign travel is required and $325 if foreign travel is required. The total fee that is assessed will depend on the number of hours FDA spends directly on the reinspection-related activities or food recall activities associated with a recall order.
Reinspection-related activities could include conducting compliance reinspection at the facility, making preparations and arrangements for the reinspection, traveling to and from the facility, analyzing records, analyzing samples, preparing reports or examining labels, and performing other activities as necessary to determine compliance with the requirements found to be violated in the initial inspection.
Food recall activities associated with a recall order could include conducting recall audit checks, reviewing periodic status reports, analyzing the status reports and the results of the audit checks, conducting inspections, traveling to and from locations, and monitoring product disposition.

Here in the Pacific Northwest there are many family farms, local growers who depend on the small profit margins to sustain their business and provide healthy produce to their customers. Local packaged food processing will be driven out due to these high fees and regulatory hoops they must jump through. But who will monitor the produce in Costa Rica that is imported by American food processors?

Whydo we use the money we have today? What makes us accept it as validfor commerce and trade?

Itis that acceptance of a monetary unit such as the Federal ReserveNote requires a certain amount of trust from the people and thegovernment.

Inthe present Presidential Debates it seems that while many candidatessay all of these things about job creation and cutting spending,nobody except Ron Paul talks about sound money. Now the reason ismainly because they are paid not to. Now don't think for a momentthat I am accusing anyone of accepting a direct bribe to layoff theissue. Most of them probably do not even understand what Dr. Paulmeans by sound money.

At first thought even I felt that he was referring to the gold standard. Butgold alone would not make our currency stable or sound. It requiresthe backing of the United States Government's credit and goodwill,with its partners in commerce and trade. Having a stable currencywill mean that real money of silver and copper coin must berecirculated, and the printing of paper currency can only be done bythe United States Department of the Treasury, and then only through theConstitutional mandate for Congress to issue such an order.

Thatpaper currency is a trade note that is redeemable in coinage and will be backed by the assets of the country, not justgold and silver, but the natural resources that are exported to othernations, payable in assets that can then be used to back the currencyand then expand it without inflation or deflation of its worth. Anounce of silver or an ounce of gold will have a worth in U.S. Dollarspronounced by Congress as is its responsibility under theConstitution.

Duringthe transition from Federal Reserve Notes to U.S. Dollars, banks willbe required to reduce their fractional reserve lending practicesuntil it is incrementally reduced to about 5% or 10% over depositsunless in times of need again, determined by Congress.

Theremay be necessary amendments to the Constitution to facilitate theprohibition of private banks from issuing the currency of the nation.This will include a clause that will make the Treasury the only legalprinter of U.S. Dollars and minted coinage. We possess the technology today to inhibit counterfeiting of currency with design complexities and the sensing of those complexities via automation.

Thepractices that have been in place now since the unlawful passage ofthe Federal Reserve Act in 1913 have not prevented depressions aspromised. The facts clearly demonstrate the contrary, that thecontrol of the currency, first by making it plentiful and then byretracting it from circulation, the Federal Reserve Bank caused alldepressions and recessions we have endured.

Wethe People who are aware of the issues and the solutions are in asituation I call the Moses Paradox. Moses had to wait 40 yearsuntil nearly all of the original people were but a few and he wasable to indoctrinate the new generations with the Law. Those who haveconspired to destroy what our founders fought and died for have hadgenerations now to spin their propaganda to the masses through forcedgovernment controlled education and the private corporate media thatsupports those Money Masters behind the curtain.

Dumbing Down the Population Creates Corporate Control of Government

Have you ever wondered why we don'thave great minds today like Nikola Tesla And Thomas Edison? Or whyour government lacks great statesmen like Benjamin Franklin, ThomasJefferson or George Washington? The answer lies in government forcedstandards in education.

Have you ever noticed that with all ofthe rights stipulated in our founding documents, there is no mentionof the rights to schooling? Was it merely an oversight of these greatthinkers or a purposeful omission? I will take the latter answer asmy own for in all their wisdom, it seems that such an omission wasdeliberate. They knew something then about education that has beenlost on the generations of the present.

Most of these great thinkers wereself-taught and what little formal schooling they had played only aminor role in the development of their character and creativity. Theyknew that not everyone would assimilate knowledge at the same rate,nor would people have interest or need in subject matter at the sameages. Many of these pioneers of ours were well read andself-sufficient before they were sixteen years old. Quite a few werevery successful in business and trade before they were in theirtwenties.

They attended no schools yet knew moreof math and the physical sciences than their college degreedcounterparts in the modern age. And that is the reason why we have nosuch great minds stepping forth to solve the economic tribulations wenow all face, not only here in the United States, but around theworld as well. But there are rare instances where these creative andknowledgeable come forth and offer the solutions to problems. Butbecause they are not only rare, but are bringing forth solutions thatare so different than what is offered by the “well-schooled” inpositions of commerce and government, they are labeled “radicals”and extremists by their peers, and in some cases imprisoned for their“insurgencies.”

No nation, regardless of its naturaland human resources, will survive at length when it depends oninstitutions to maintain it. In production of goods, no company cansurvive when it must spend more than it can take in, and instead ofprosperity there is bankruptcy at worst and stagnation as best.Innovation dwindles when there are so few that can see beyond whatlimited learning they get in schools.

The same is true with people as theyare treated as resources by the corporations, and the corporationswere the influencers of modern education in America. The goal was notto teach young minds how to think, it instead taught them what tothink. It produced very rigid curricula in order to suppressself-confidence and free-thinking individuals. It was created toinstate a class system that was to have working class and middleclass segments of the population, those that would labor with theirbodies and others who labored with their minds, but both withinlimitations so as to keep them in their place as it were.

In limited degree today, we havecharter schools and home schooling advancing the idea that childrencan learn better outside the classroom. This has cause more than alittle resistance from the many boards of education and the unionsrepresenting educators. And with hood reason they need to beconcerned, for it is proven that these “alternative” schools andlearning systems are vastly more effective than the governmentmandated systems in place.

Everyone has the right to an educationbut no one has the right to go to school. Learning never needs tocost the student or parent of the student, it must be part of theresponsibility a parent takes on in raising children, just asinstilling ethic and morals upon a developing mind is an obligationof parenthood. It was never meant to be in the province of the Stateto take on that responsibility.

If Things Were Right

In the vision of our founders as is demonstrated by the careful word crafting in the documents that we now call Founding Documents, the explicit limits to federal government are plain. In all of them the rights to all were equal, not that all are equal. One who works for wages or starts their own business or trade is not equal to someone who feels those businesses and trades and workers all must pay support for them because they are entitled. Charity is voluntary not mandatory.

Freedom is something you must both earn and and pay for if you are to keep it. The rights of others cannot be infringed upon by you as you would have your rights not be infringe upon by others, without your wanting and willingness to take action to defend those rights. What right did you give to the federal government to use your tax dollars to give to foreign nations? And at what point did you feel obligated to fund "entitlement" programs for people that are not citizens or plain and simply lazy Americans who use excuses instead of brains or physical dexterity to at least earn their own keep?

Somewhere in our not so distant past we began to lose our rights. Property rights, individual rights, privacy rights, and most Constitutional rights were all systematically taken away and there wasn't hardly a heated public debate to defend those rights. The right to determine where our tax dollars are spent was something that was much simpler to understand when the Constitution limited taxation with apportionment and a budget had to be approved by the Representatives and the People of the many States were heard through the voices of those elected to that post of service. They aren't our leaders at all, they are our followers. If they are not following our lead then we need to remedy the problem.

If things were right in this country, our currency would be stable regardless of what other nations currencies are worth. It would based on a standard weight of tangible asset whose worth is based on real industrial value and not a formula that requires a four-year degree in Economics.

If things were right we would think $100.00 as a weekly wage was doing pretty good. Fuel prices would be less than 25 cents per gallon and a brand new American built automobile would cost less than $5,000.00 with all of the optional extras.

If things were right, schooling would be the total responsibility of the parents and not the state. Home schooling, charter schools, and eventually no schools at all. All the-libraries in the world made available on DVD and online for the world to gain knowledge. The classics as told be those who wrote them and not just the opinions of those teachings written by others. Discussions and debates can take place at meeting places or online since that enables communications across the continents.

If things were right we can easily transition from fueled vehicles into electric powered vehicles with technology that even today is making that possible but at a premium price that few can afford to pay. Sound and stable currency, lower taxes and easing of regulatory obstacles that add unnecessary fees and certifications to manufacturers would make employment opportunity always there for a younger generation to go out into the world to seek their dreams and their goals.

If things were right I would have work to do and would be self-sufficient instead of desperately trying to produce the rent for this month. I also would be typing less and talking more as the host of an online talk show. But reality is not the same as being right.

If things were rights there would be simple treatments to cure cancer and other illnesses that are so often fatal. If only things were right.

It is the right and the patriotic duty for all American sovereign individuals to voice their grievances to those who represent them in government for remedy. And that remedy begins when we cast our ballots to choose just who will represent us and carry forth our wishes to a compliant and not a complacent federal government.

Democrats and Republicans as political parties have taken away out ability to be fairly represented. Those who do not embrace and expound the party ideology are removed from candidacy with support by the privately-owned major media, who spoon feed the public with the party choices while they ostracize the nominees who do not toe that party line.

I have worked for and have been involved with government at all levels and feel there is no level that is not corrupted by lobbying and funding from special interests. While the media will point fingers at individuals, groups and corporations, the problem gets worse and never better.

The next presidential election in 2012 will be noted as the most important one in the history of the United States of America. It will determine whether America will rise from the ashes like a phoenix, or crash and burn and become absorbed by the global elitist who have been taking over the world through their banks and the corporations they created.

If we keep voting the same party people into office, we will lose our sovereignty and become slave labor to the statists.

Marriage: Is it Legal? Or Is It Lawful?

I am constantly being bombarded with email and "snail" mail letters telling me to support laws that will define marriage as that union between one man and one woman. It is apparent that this issue is important to many Americans. But I would like to offer my thoughts on the subject and perhaps it will assist others in seeing this issue in a different light.

When I got married, I was REQUIRED to obtain a legal marriage certificate from the State of Pennsylvania. But my wife and I also were married according to our faith(s) and so in effect, I have two separate documents that declare our marriage. One in which we declared our love and devotion to each other to the Creator and to the Universe and the other (with appropriate blood tests and fees) in accordance with "law" to the State of Pennsylvania.

And I feel that this extremely volatile debate over the "definition" of marriage can be settled in a few paragraphs.

Under most religions it is not permissible for two members of the same sex to join in "holy matrimony" as that joining is based on the assumption of reproduction as the primary role of marriage. But in the legal sense of marriage, it has to do with sharing responsibility with respect to contracts, income(s) and taxes. The former is mutually exclusive from the latter and that is as it should be, as the government has no legal authority to make that former religious point as law since that would be a violation of the First Amendment in a very specific sense, that it would enforce a religion's definition of marriage on all people, regardless of their personal liberties to choose their own life and life style.

In the Mormon faith, a man may have several wives, but that is against the "law" in America. I have a solution: For the purposes of legal recognition, one person may be "assigned" to the role of "spouse" as defined in tax laws and contract law. and the others are spouses under their common religious beliefs. Will that work for you?

So to settle the debate, I offer this: Any two (or more) people may join in a contractual union which will hold them all responsible for and to the others of that union. In other words, if one falls ill or dies, the other(s) would share the burdens and rewards that are requisite in all spousal relationships. As a compassionate and loving human being, isn't it wrong to deprive a person bereaving the loss of a loved one, simply because they are of the same sex?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Therefore, to establish any law regarding the religious institution of marriage is a violation of the First Amendment to the Constitution. Every State that issues a certificate or license for marriage is also in violation of First Amendment Rights.

It is incumbent upon the individuals who choose to join themselves in a loving bond to determine what rights and privileges are to be enjoyed by that union and not the province of government to make that determination.

Charitable: Government: With Other People's Money!

Has it ever occurred to you that if you didn't have such high taxes, you can afford to donate to the cause(s) that you have the most compassion for? Instead of sending money to foreign countries (who mostly hate us anyway) you and your neighbors could get together and help that family in your neighborhood that faces eviction or foreclosure? As a child I witnessed such kindness in my hometown.

With all of the political rhetoric from both dominant parties who say they want to take care of Americans in need, why are so many more Americans in need, without jobs or homes? Maybe it's because our elected Representatives send all of those dollars to Afghanistan, Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan, and on and on. Add to that the "charity" called bailouts and stimulus given to banks and corporations that are "too big to fail.

If that money was distributed evenly to every American citizen, everyone would have a decent home and drive a new American automobile, could afford college tuition for our children, provide health care for all of our families and have a retirement account that Congress won't pilfer.

Many of my friends tell me that there is nothing we can do about that except "hope" that a new administration and Congress with make the "changes" to our mutual benefit. As I recall, the last Presidential Election , won by Barack Obama on a platform of hope and change a promise of openness and transparency is how we arrived here in the present.

Well, I hope you are all happy with that change. Just remember that it will take more than change to pay all of your bills. You will need dollars too.

The Lost Tune: Something to Fret About

It seems to me, if what was contracted with an Indian or Malagasy supplier was a finished block of wood of such and such a size which was produced by an Indian or Malagasy Worker and then shipped, the DOJ case will be dismissed, eventually. If not, The American Manufacturing industry using imported rose wood or ebony is doomed to failure. The supplied block of wood is a finished product, by definition of contract specification. The use to which the purchased product may be subject to after payment and receipt is determined by the purchaser.

Otherwise, manufacturing, fabrication, and artistic craftsmanship have taken a heavy and fatal blow. The sources of rare or exotic wood not domestically grown and available in the United States would be outlawed for every industry using such wood. The furniture industry, the guitar industry, the American made piano and harpsichord industry, and in addition to these the manufacturers of salad bowls and kitchen utensils will fall to predation by over zealous actions of DOJ thugs in hob nailed Jackboots pounding the streets carrying sub-machine guns in a silly effort to uphold a law that was poorly crafted to benefit a particular group which has self serving interests and goals.

During the interim people lose their jobs, US made product is lost to the customer, the company operating in the US loses revenue, companies leave the US permanently taking jobs with them or close, foreign companies lose revenue because they can not sell product, revenue is lost to the US, all this and more at a cost in many millions in expense to the tax payer, because some dolt at DOJ wants to make a name for himself.

I do understand both Andrea Johnson's, forest campaign director for the Environmental Investigation Agency, a nonprofit advocacy group and Jameson French's, CEO of Northland Forest Products and the former chairman of the Hardwood Federation, a trade association, positions on the lack of jobs in America and who are very concerned about the rampant and completely insane clear cutting of American forests that has all but ended the American Timber Industry. Perhaps, they would do better in setting up a National Trust for the Billions upon Billions of board feet of Ebony, Indian Rose Wood, and maybe Teak forests left in the United States. I can only wish them great success in this environmental and job conserving venture.

If I were truly rich and wished to display my contempt for such government stupidity, I believe I would order a couple dozen chords of Indian Rose Wood and some of that long lasting Ebony and use it for firewood, or does the DOJ expect ashes to be shipped from foreign shores. What a bunch of horse feathers!

The "Fixing America" blog began because of problems seen in the way that government was being conducted which occurred before the last Presidential election in 2008. It started on a shoestring budget with plans for a streaming audio talk show that would allow a platform for a more rapid spread of information regarding new developing problems and solutions for older problems. This would give everyone the opportunity to actively participate and voice their opinion. This type of forum would allow for a better understanding of our form of government and how it was intended to operate.

Privately-owned major media has biases and agendas which have little in common with the American citizen except to make a profit by providing entertainment. In general, they do not provide any type of balanced reporting without first stacking various biased points of view and then play those off against each other with controlled questioning. Because these outlets are not supposed to influence or sway opinion, they avoid any discussion of solutions which might be proposed by the citizenry and instead, in many situations, interview the very people responsible for creating the problem.

The "Bail Outs" of big businesses have gained nothing for Americans, in a family sense, to make up for the losses suffered by Americans but made billions for the businesses that were bailed out at the expense of American citizens and for the generations to come. Americans have suffered through all the "stimulus" packages that promised relief and supplied nothing but very limited and temporary help while adding much more debt for the citizens of the nation.

A streaming audio discussion forum would have the potential to identify problems faced by Americans and openly propose and discuss there potential as real solutions to correct foreseen problems. These real solutions could then be brought to sponsors in state legislatures and the Congress.

Many Americans are busy with work and holding their family together, and do not have the opportunity to research what they see and hear in the privately owned major media for accuracy, balance, or truth. To inform and educate would be a service to my local community and my country, to report what I research regarding government, health care, and medicine, and how that effects all of our lives is the concept of this website.

The Challenge of Change

Barack Omama ran for the White House on a platform of change, but the reality of that is that he gave us changes that have devastated the economy, devalued the currency, destroyed the housing markets, and left an adjusted unemployment rate that is well into double digits.

But the President alone only sets the standards by which his policies are brought forth, and that is through the legislative branch of federal government. Both Obama and Congress have failed to uphold their oaths of office and instead have ripped the Constitution to shreds with legislation and dictatorial Executive Orders that are rapidly eroding the solvency of the United States of America.

The problem is not centered in the debates and ideologies of the two major parties, but in the people who time after time, vote for candidates from those same two parties. With very little exception, both Democrats and Republicans promise lower taxes, reduced spending, smaller government, and all manner of entitlements to their voters, and then taxes are raised, spending increases, government expands, and entitlement are reduced, at the expense of the nations tax payers! . Doesn't that enrage you as much as it does me?

It seems blatantly obvious that the privately-owned media is also supporting this sham, by biasing their coverage of the candidates, and even ostracizing them when it seems that their policies are based on the Constitution, and then they are labeled too extreme and radical for the nation. And what makes the press so knowledgeable and informed that they know what's best for the nation? I would think that someone like a Bill O' Reilly would make a suitable Representative or Senator, and would win easily. No, they are not interested in taking on that responsibility themselves, they would rather back a candidate that will make good television shows later when they succeed or fail in office.

But the challenges we all face run deeper than what is regurgitated for daily TV and radio. Alex Jones and Glenn Beck are too extreme and radical for the likes of Excellence in Broadcasting, and their favorite son, Rush Limbaugh will attest to that. But while the privately-owned media are thumping for the Rick Perrys and the Mitt Romneys, with an occasional nod toward Newt Gingrich, they all ignore Ron Paul, who, by any standard of worth, stands far afield from all of the rest, but not for the reasons they expound.

Dr. Paul's reputation is that of "Dr. No" in Congress for he never fails to give a "nay" response to any bills that call for tax increases or that in any way violate the Constitution. And for that he is labeled as a radical and worse.

It seems to me that concerned Americans made it clear in 2010 how they feel about government, and more specifically, the representatives they choose to manage the affairs of the nation. But somehow the Republicans think that it is an attack on the left-wing liberals and a thumbs-up for the Republican party itself. It was NOT.

We are fed up, figuratively and literally with the federal government. We are tired of blame and excuses offered instead of actions that produce results. Albert Einstein said, "The epitome of insanity is doing the same thing, over and over, and expecting different results." Isn't that what we all do when we pick between two parties?

Ron Paul ran as a Libertarian presidential candidate but even the Libertarian Party nominated a different person.It would not surprise me if Ron Paul received more votes as a write-in than the Libertarian Party choice. But it was apparent that Ron Paul was ignored by the media and the Republican Party, which he has served in Congress as a member of for 12 consecutive terms.

The media wants to portray this election as about jobs, health care, economy, foreign affairs, Medicare and Social Security. Even media favorite and crony capitalist Rick Perry called the Social Security system a Ponzi Scheme and was criticized by some and praised by others for it. Only Ron Paul told the truth, that it is unconstitutional to require all taxpayers to pay for it. Now that does not mean that you cannot have a public retirement system, it just means that it must be a choice, an option, but not a demand.

The Constitution was written with provisions for Congress to lay taxes, but those taxes must be apportioned. By amending the Constitution to allow direct taxing without apportionment, Congress now has a method by which it could match taxes to spending, thereby capable of spending more, so long as the People don't complain too much. But then we got the Federal Reserve Act and now Congress could borrow money from the central banks, and create more debt that will be paid by future generations of tax payers.

But that is only the tip of the iceberg as they say, because the Federal Reserve prints money that has no inherent value, only that which the Fed determines, and that is all based on the labor of the American People against the number of dollars in circulation. The more money there is, the more prices go up. Not all at once mind you, but after the banks and other financial institutions use it to drive up stock markets. Then the tangible assets begin to inflate as the value of the dollar shrinks. Gold costs more because the dollar is worth less, not because gold is worth more. Gold and silver were fixed assets used for currency since recorded history and was the currency used here in American until Nixon finally put the nail in the coffin of real money.

Ron Paul understands this and will return us to a currency of worth with a Congress that will support him. So the challenge we face now is not only to get Ron Paul in the White House, but to replace Congress with fresh faces, faces with backbones to make the radical changes required to restore the united States of America to the Constitutional Republic it was created to be. I would imagine that British Parliament and the Crown felt the demands of the founders were extreme and radical also. It will take extreme and radical action to restore us to the nation of liberty that is our birth right.

There is the sidebar issues of Social Security andMedicare with a garnish of entitlements and earmarks. But all of themavoid the real issue. The issue of Liberty.

A free and sovereign People haveassigned the law making authority to the US Congress, not thePresident! Mitt Romney said. “If I am elected president,I will issue on my first day in office an executive order paving theway for waivers from ObamaCare for all 50 states,” Romney wrote inan Op-Ed in USA Today, yesterday. But we all know that hecan't do that! If Obama or Bush is any measure of action,he can. Since when can a sitting President write Law thatcompletely bypasses the Legislative Branch?

Whydo we allow our tax dollars to finance the buildingof infrastructure in foreign nations when our own iscrumbling? Why do we allow two political parties to dominate theelectoral process and give us a choice of the lesser of two evils?Why?

What Is Money?

The People formed the government and charged it with the protection of the nation and the commerce across the seas. They gave Congress the responsibility to coin currency and set its worth. Today it seems, that most people do not know what money is.

Money is the property of the People. It represents work, in all the various forms, manufactured goods, research and development, and all forms labor. But in order for money itself to possess worth, it must be something of worth. Traditionally, money has always been made of metals; gold, silver, copper. These metals were fashioned into coins, giving the coinage inherent value. The Knights Templar were one of the earliest known groups to use the letter of credit, paper money, or script as money; however, they gave that paper worth, by accepting the metals as deposits and guaranteeing payment in metals on demand at a Templar bank at their destination so that the letter of credit had value based on the deposit of metals.

The worth of various metals is inherent in thier industrial uses. Copper can be used for pipes, wiring, cooking (skillets and kettles,) while more valuable metals such as gold for overlays, preventing decomposition of the underlying substance, or as linings for cups and vessals to prevent reactions with liquids. Silver has been used traditionally for its medicinal value and for adornment, jewelry. Today they are used as they were traditionally and in the electronics industry. These metals have always been used in the making of coins as they are today. The founders of this republic knew and understood that principle and that is why there is no mention of paper currency in the Constitution.

Now they also were aware of the fact that transporting large amounts of silver and gold was burdensome, costly, and a security risk. So in order to have paper money that had worth greater than the paper and ink used to produce it, they also created reserves of gold,silver, and coper to back that paper currency. In that way, the worth of the monetary unit (the U.S. dollar) would remain stable, without inflation or deflation of its trade value, so long as there was an equal amount of metals to maintain that worth.

Federal Reserve Notes are NOT money. They are instruments of debt having an assigned value 1, 5, 10, 20, etc. When you work and get paid, and you receive a check from your employer, that is not money either. When you deposit that check in a bank or credit union, the institution will credit your account for the amount received through that instrument of debt, and they in turn will issue a debit notice to the bank from which the payroll account of your employer is drawn.

But where is the worth in that money? And what makes each of those Federal Reserve Notes worth one U. S. dollar? The answer is nothing! There is no worth in a Federal Reserve Note since it it is backed by nothing. Its worth is determined by the number of dollars in circulation. The private Federal Reserve and the banks that own it can print whatever number amount is requested with intrest. The Federal Reserve prints more and more paper money and then they adjust the worth because of inflation and intrest. That is the simple reason your dollar is worth less and less.

Health Care vs. Insurance

The cookie cutter candidates each have their own pet ideas regarding the reform of the health care system. In most of the scenarios privatization plays an important part.

As to privatization efforts, in almost all programs given up by the federal government the services have been reduced the quality has been lowered and overall cost to the us citizen has gone up. This is because it is no longer a service provided to benefit the citizens well being, it has been converted into a business for profit.

It is interesting to make note that as far as actual medical care is concerned there has been no change in the general downward trend in patient health. This is because the medical industry in general faced a potential collapse of the system in place, during the middle 1990's. The writing was on the wall for all to see and the medical industry moved heaven and earth to whitewash the wall and cover-up everything else they could.

One of the Bilderberg Cookie Cutters Has a plan. The plan includes an employer mandate in which businesses must either pay their employee health insurance or else pay into a government fund to cover the uninsured.

A similar mandate has already been in place in Massachusetts for over five years. Mitt Romney's splendid plan has turned into a rude awakening. As health costs have skyrocketed, the state government has asked for more and more "contributions" from businesses. During this financial crisis, the last thing America needs is yet more economic burdens on the businessmen who create jobs and prosperity.

Obama's "wonder plan" has already been found unconstitutional by several States.

Don't be confused. The cookie cutters are talking about insurance not medical treatment, care, or the cost of that care. Very little is ever said regarding the improvement in medical treatment for bacterial, viral, and fungal infections or parasitic infestations that was made during the mid-1990s.

During the mid-1990s, a research group was investigating different techniques to clean and preserve blood supplies, other than the already proven method discovered and discarded. They were investigating techniques which had an unreliable success rate with the intention of uncovering the reason for a success rate less than 100%.

The researchers were successful and patented their findings quickly. The simple technique and complex embodiment were presented at a medical symposium. Then a very strange and to this day inexplicable thing happened. All information relating to this new medical technique and its ability to completely kill bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, and all parasitic infestations without any harm to the human patient was not heard about anywhere.

Ten years passed and Dr. Bob Beck happened to stumble over the mention of this technique. He devised a simple device instead of the complex and costly embodiment the patent holders had envisioned and devised, and without further complication, made the entire matter public. Technique, protocol, and an ancillary self treatment device, all of this at his own expense. The information contained in an Article entitled "Take Back Your Power" available at hundreds of internet websites will allow anyone to treat themselves for the complete eradication of bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, and all parasitic infestations over a period of two to four months.Herpes, AIDS, Pneumonia, Measles, Diphtheria, Smallpox, Anthrax, and whatever else you care to identify: are all curable. Or you can listen to the Cookie Cutters argue about how to solve the health care INSURANCE problem and make it profitable.

Capitalism vs. Cronyism

There is so much talk about capitalism and the free-market economics, yet it seems that quite often, the terms are blurred by the political agenda of the speaker (or writer) when opining.

As we are all well aware, China has embraced capitalism and is continuing to grow their economy, while the United States is sinking faster than the Titanic. We are supposed to be the free nation, and yet, with all of the mandates and regulations placed on businesses, we are far worse off than the Chinese communist nation, and the gap is widening.

There is a reason and a remedy. The main reason is the stifling of the markets by government regulations, and the highest tax rate on businesses in the world. Why else would companies abandon the States for foreign shores? Lower wages? Perhaps that is a reason, but not the main one. Healthcare costs spiraling out of control? Yes, that is also a factor, and the health care act that was forced on all of America played a role in the exodus of businesses to China, India and other eastern Asian countries.

But the regulations and taxes are the main reason. When New York city was bankrupted and Ed Koch became mayor, he deferred and reduced taxes for corporations and brought businesses back to the city. While I lived there, jobs were bountiful, pay was good, and the city was vibrant. Of course 9/11 played a role in my leaving there, but moving to Oregon also provided me with ample opportunity for employment at decent wages.

Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney would have you believe that he is a creator of jobs, as he did so in the private sector. But he also signed a health care bill that the people didn't like or want, and he was soon looking for work himself. Now he wants to bring his brand of job creation and health care to the federal government as President. I don't think so.

Rick Perry of Texas also wants us to believe that he is the right man, because he created so many jobs in Texas, when the rest of the nation was losing jobs. What he fails to say is the overall unemployment rate in Texas still increased. And most of those jobs he created were minimum wage and less, many without health care benefits.

Yet, in the past few days, only these two potential GOP nominees are getting the attention of the media. Why? Because the privately-owned major media is controlled by followers of the Bilderberg Group.

It's cronyism at its finest! The Bilderberg Group's chosen cookie-cutter candidates for President, Rick Perry and Mitt Romney, just as Obama was there choice in 2008.. Only Perry was a bit more audacious and said publicly that they are "a bunch of good guys" who want to help us. Sure they do, and I have a very nice bridge that spans the East River that I will sell you at a very good price.

Gov. Perry wants to change the Constitution because he doesn't think the Supreme Court is accountable to the people. He wants to provide Congress with the ability to override the court by vote. Perry does not understand that the Court of the Land was never meant to be accountable to the people! It was to be accountable to the Law of The Land and Constitutional Correctness.

The Law of The Land is Common Law: it is neither Admiralty Law nor is it The Law of Commerce.

The Problem is the case of Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (1 Cranch) 137 (1803)which, for the first time, allowed the court to give itself the power to interpret the meaning of the Constitution: to write new law in a very real way and subvert the power of making law, a legislative power. This assumed power has lead to another problem: stacking the court with judges who have leanings toward one political persuasion or another. This has had the effect of driving our society to a more socialistic point of view. At the same time, this drives our society toward more control: a police state.

To force the court to be accountable to the people is to subject the courts to rule by the feelings or emotions of the general populace or the people: mob rule.

"We should take steps to restrict the unlimited power of the courts to rule over us with no accountability," he writes in Fed Up! "There are a number of ideas about how to do this . . . . One such reform would be to institute term limits on what are now lifetime appointments for federal judges, particularly those on the Supreme Court or the circuit courts, which have so much power. One proposal, for example, would have judges roll off every two years based on seniority." [Perry quote from his book.]

Lifetime tenure has nothing whatsoever to do with the decision making skill: proper education in the Law of the Land and the Constitution does.

This proposal would allow the stacking of courts in a timely manner to more effectively aid the politicians who placed the Judges. This would end the Judicial Branch of Government in its ability to carry out its Constitutional mandate.

Michele Bachmann claims that she represents the Tea Party Movement and that if elected President, she will follow the Constitution and revise the tax code. As a former IRS investigator and a lawyer, she should be well versed in the tax codes, but I cannot believe that she will do what really must be done to get us out of the continuous debt-based monetary system that has enslaved us since the crash of '29.

Republicans and Democrats both have fueled the fires, by increasing spending and the size of the federal government. And neither has kept their campaign promises to lower taxes, reduce spending or balance a budget. But the balancing of a budget is something that every Mom and Dad in America must do to provide for their families.

Which brings us to the most honest and ignored candidate for President, Texas Congressman and Libertarian ideological Republican candidate Dr. Ron Paul. There are many who feel that Dr. Paul is too radical, too extreme, and some that call him "looney" because of his "libertarian" ideology. Yet the people in his district keep sending him back to represent them in Congress, for decades now. But what can they possibly know that the Republican National Committee and the mainstream media don't?

They know that this man is honest, abides by the limitations placed on the federal government by the Constitution, stands for defending America, and his monetary policies are based in common sense and sound, asset-backed currency. He is the ONLY candidate who has come out against the Federal Reserve System, calling it what it really is, a private banking cartel whose main goal is profit, at the expense of the people of this nation.

Ron Paul introduced a bill (along with Barney Frank) that would repeal the marijuana prohibition that Nixon signed into law as part of his "war on drugs."
And while Obama said that his administration would not seek to arrest and prosecute offenses in states that have medical marijuana legislation, the arrests and seizures of plants are on-going.

Congressman Paul has voted against any federal spending that places burdens on the people and the states in violation of its Constitutional authority. He has repeatedly pointed out that using the "commerce clause" as justification is not valid when it violates so many other parts of the Constitution that clearly define the rights of the States and We the People.

The rhetoric is building up. The media is narrowing the field to just Perry and Romney. But how quickly they forget that the Tea Party Movement fired a shot across the political ship's bow in 2010. That was a warning to all Washington elected representatives, that We the People are fed up and we are going to take action.

I am looking also at my state and local candidate for those that abide by the Constitution, who represent the People and not special interests, whether those interests are corporate or not makes no difference.

The summer is officially over and it's back to school time. Congress is long overdue for a schooling in Constitutional law and what We the People expect from those we elect.

We the People are fully awake now! Let the debates begin!

Ron Paul is Still Right!

There is obviously a concerted effort by the government to suppress truth, and the mainstream media is their spin machine. Ron Paul predicted the economic crisis we all face now as far back as 1983. He didn't blame Clinton or Reagan or Bush.

No other Congressional Representative nor Presidential candidate has been so bold and honest in their assessment of the scope and depth of the issues we face. And only Ron Paul has steadfastly defended the rights of the States and of We the People as is expressed by our Constitution.

The rest of the GOP field seem like just more of the same hype and rhetoric that created the problems we now face. Only Ron Paul has correctly identified the usurpation of rights through the Federal Reserve System which is an unlawful act based on explicit Constitution directives to Congress, to coin currency as well as set the value of that currency.

The limitations of federal authority, have been grossly breached and misrepresented for many decades now, so much so, that the people feel that the government does have that authority based on citations by Congress and the Supreme Court, such as the commerce and necessary and proper clauses.

But using these limited powers to usurp the rest of the Constitution is a travesty, perpetuated by acts that do border treason. The very survival of the republic depends on what will happen in the 2012 elections.

Having Dr. Paul as our President will insure that no acts of Congress will be signed by the President that do not fall within the Constitution limits of federal government authority. But that in itself will not be enough to restore the republic to its intended form, nor will it produce the fiscal responsibility required to create a sound monetary policy, based on asset-backed currency.

So it is up to We the People to not only elect Ron Paul as our next President, but to also elect representatives to both Congressional houses, so that his Constitutional policies can be carried forth.

As patriotic Americans, it is not only our right, but our duty to remove from office, all members who will not obey their sworn oaths to defend and uphold the Constitution. When choosing your Representatives and Senators for the 2012 general election, the only criteria that is required, is that they uphold the Constitution and represent the needs and wants addressed by their constituents.

For your State primary: Register as Republican or if permitted by election rules, register Independent as get Ron Paul on the ballot.

Cancer Cure in Cannabis?

So I watched the video and learned a little. The little that I learned was that more and more, the medical benefits of cannabis are becoming apparent to more doctors. But there remains a strong advocacy for government control via FDA approvals.

What I find disturbing is that for decades of prohibition and classification as a controlled substance, big pharma has already acquired patents on synthesized cannabinoids. And government is supporting them in controlling the market.

Marijuana in all its various forms, must be totally legal as alcohol and tobacco are. There is no evidence to indicate cannabis is any more of a health risk than either of the aforementioned popular "drugs" of choice.

Contact your Representative and tell them to bring the Paul-Frank bill of to the floor of the House for public forum discussion and debate. Allow medical experts that have a clinical history with cannabis make their presentations, instead of the lobby for the pharmaceutical companies and the spin of an ill-informed media.

For this story I commend the producers at PBS. It was the right thing to do.

Almost Like Hitler's Youth Corps

I really have a problem with teaching Boy Scouts how to "take out" a disgruntled Iraq war veteran" as if he/she were just another threat to Homeland Security. This is an individual who put their own life on the line, so that Americans can enjoy the liberty of scouting. But training them to "secure" or "take down" a war veteran is more like what extremists teach their youth.

Along with the PSA videos that tell citizens, "If you see something, say something" we are becoming what the National Socialists engineered for the citizens of Germany, where anyone that disagrees with government will be labeled as an extremist or terrorist and hence a threat to national security.

How much more obvious does it need to be before the majority of Americans see what is quickly becoming a police state? We already have elected public servants that are turning on the people that put them in office, labeling Tea Party supporters as terrorists and subversives, claiming that the goal of the group is to bring down the government.

No, that is not true, and any awake and reasonable individual can never come to such an absurd conclusion about their fellow Americans, who are simply fed up with the rhetoric from both major parties, and are going to use the voice of the people to change it.

We must stop Congress and the White House from spending money they don't have, and then come crying to the people that they need to raise taxes or reduce services to Americans. And we Americans who don't buy that line anymore, are going to keep making noise about reducing spending, and you can call us whatever names suits your agenda.

But we will not allow any group, including those who have abused the privileges of office to attempt to stop us from our just and proper causes of liberty and Constitutional limits of power. We are not going to be intimidated by "Hitler Youth Corps" tactics either.

Quake Rocks DC

After the remarks made by Congresswoman Maxine Waters that, "The Tea Party can go straight to hell," it only seemed fitting that a 5.8 earthquake would rock the Capital. It may be an omen. A sign that the times are changing, but not the way that the White House and the left has expected.

Americans are waking up to realize that neither Democrats nor Republicans have reduced spending nor the size of government. They are realizing that after all the hype and fanfare, Barack Obama will be a one term President.

Perhaps the quake is also a reminder that to end the business-as-usual politics in Washington, we are looking outside of the limitations of the two parties and their agendas. If that is the case, then it looks increasingly apparent that the one candidate that serves the best interest of the people, and has demonstrated that service for nearly three decades is Dr. Ron Paul.

It will be a battle not only between the Tea Party and the left, but the GOP standard bearers are on notice also that the Tea Party wants results and not rhetoric.

We need to "shake things up" in Washington.
