Sawyer Adrift On A River of Lies

ABC's Diane Sawyer has relayed the triumphant victory of the Texas Primary for Republican darling Willard Mittington Romney as having more than the required number of delegates to catapult that dead weight to be the nominated republican candidate for president.

But, WAIT A MINUTE... less than ten percent of the precincts had been reported when she reported. and less than 30 percent have been reported as I write.  An interesting video:

The Texas primary like many other primaries does not pick delegates until the delegate's convention is held and that occurs after the Primary. The delegates are assigned in regard to the proportion of the popular votes cast during the primary, which has not yet been counted. The delegates  then hold a state convention to vote for the delegates to attend the Republican National  Convention in Tampa, FL  The delegates will then cast their votes at the convention for the candidate who will represent the party in the Presidential election in November. However, the delegates are not bound by the first vote rule or any other rule. Reference US Code and Republican Party Rule 38:

Summary: It is Unlawful to use intimidation, threats, or coercion for the purpose of interfering with the right of a person to vote as he may choose as a delegate for the selection of a candidate for the office of President. -

No delegate shall be bound by any attempt of any state or congressional district to impose the unit rule.

Any Delegate can vote for Ron Paul or any other candidate running for the Republican nominee for president. Any Delegate can vote for whomever, on the First Ballot at the delegates' convention to be held in Florida which has yet to happen! NO PERSON HAS EVER BEEN DISQUALIFIED FOR NOT VOTING with the "UNIT" EVER!

Once again, the ditsy blond seems to have gotten just about every single fact wrong and incorrect and then declared something-or-other based on poor reasoning skills. Way to Go, ABC!

Protecting The Vote

Someone asked me if I were going to hold an election, how would I go about making sure it was fair and open?  I thought the problem over and took the article 'Who Would Have More Votes?' and the video in the article 'A Beacon Of Light:  Take Back America' into consideration. I came up with the following procedure and voting necessities. I am sure I have forgotten things. Please, feel free to leave suggestions that you feel I missed in the comments area.

Voting Process Checks and Balances:

Voter Registration
Residency
Registration Identification
Voter Verification
Ballots
Absentee Voting
Ballot Boxes
Counting Room
Counting:  Electronic Voting Machines
Vote Results Recording & Reporting

Voter Registration:

The problem:  Voter registration has no valid check for residency.

Voter registration is simple and registration forms are available at many locations, such as public libraries, public assistance offices, state motor vehicle offices, and US post offices. US Citizens should demand verification of all registrations and that all of the information must be made available to the proper State and County Election Officials. All registration information shall be public information. This is necessary to avoid multiple state registrations and registration of deceased citizens from inclusion in the voting process as mentioned in an earlier article 'Who Would Have More Votes?'

Residency and Identification:

The problem:  Voter Residency and Identification is lax or does not exist in many parts of the country.

US Citizens must be permanent full-time residents in the state in which they cast their vote, and no other State. (see absentee Voting method)

Your State DMV may provide a State Drivers License or state non-drivers  photo identification with your place of residence. Other forms of Identification may be provided by appropriate sources.

1. State Drivers license
(supplies all required information if valid)

2. State Resident Identification card
(supplies all required information if valid)

3. Military Identification (For Identification only)

4. US Passport (least preferable)
(no current residency information requirement for voting)

5. Long Form Birth Certificate (not certificate of live birth) (least preferable) (no current residency requirement for voting)

Voter Verification:

The Problem:  there is essentially no Verification Standard

Polling personnel must be responsible for properly verifying the identity of a voter

Polling personnel can very easily verify the proper identity of US Citizens wishing to vote, if the registration process above has been implemented, if presented with authentic photo identification.

On election day, when people go to a local polling place to cast their ballot, a method of identification to insure that a voter is truly who they say they are and verification against voter street lists or voter rolls are eligible to vote.

Ballots:

Ballots must be paper and easy to read (see) without confusing the voter.

It must be mandatory that the election board(s) be totally accountable for the protection of the ballots to insure the voting process and the rights of the voter.

Absentee balloting:

Absentee voter information is not covered at this time.

Ballot Boxes:

All ballot boxes must be clear, (transparent). The boxes shall have one entrance slot that is accessible to the voter and the top side open-able with the hinge farthest away from the voter. The boxes are to be kept locked from the time they are placed until the time they are collected for counting. A guard must be kept in the area of the ballot box at all times. Each box shall have a unique serial number by which it is identified by the State election board. Those numbers will not be known to anyone outside the State's election security department, who will maintain a list of those numbers and to which precinct each box was sent. Keys to boxes will be held by each State's election security department, and precinct election security guard, One key each and one backup key held by the State's election security department.

Counting Room:

Each polling place needs a counting room that is completely transparent with one entrance and exit door and multiple ventilation holes 1/4 inch in diameter in floor and ceiling.  Once the ballot boxes and persons designated as counters are inside, it will be locked and remain locked at all times until counting is complete. Counters can enter or exit, but they will not be permitted inside the counting room with anything nor will they be permitted to exit with anything.

A 4-point video and recording system pointing in shall be installed within the counting room, but shall not be accessible to anyone inside the counting room . The room itself is transparent, as are tables and chairs and these shall be in full view of anyone wishing to view during the counting process. In fact, the entire tabulating procedure must exhibit full disclosure at all times.

Recording and Reporting:

It shall be mandatory that polling totals are announced, posted, and reported.

After all the ballots are tabulated and verified, the totals are recorded and announced. The printed ballot tally is placed up on the inside of the counting room with the totals facing out for all to witness. This will be done at each precinct or place of voting until all the precincts have been recorded and reported.

Once all of the local precincts have recorded and reported the results to the county board of elections, they will seal the ballots back into the clear ballot box(es) and those boxes will be locked by an officer of the county such as a deputy sheriff, and those locked ballot boxes will be taken to the county board of elections designated verification and review location and all ballots kept for four years and available for public inspection with a County or State Board of Elections guard in attendance.

After the county has obtained all the serial numbered ballot boxes assigned, they will then transport all of the ballot boxes to the Sate Board of Elections where another public count will be taken. That count will be matched with the original local count and if there are no discrepancies it will then become the final official result.

Unwavering - Openness - Clarity - Transparency

“So will there be some [programs] that get eliminated or combined?  The answer is yes, but I’m not going to give you a list right now.”
— Mitt Romney

“I actually have a[n immigration] plan in mind, I haven’t unveiled it. ”
— Mitt Romney

“Because Gov. Romney has not specified how he would increase the tax base, it is impossible to determine how the plan would affect federal tax revenues…”
— Tax Policy Center

WASHINGTON, DC – Admittedly afraid of how voters will react to his ideas, Mitt Romney has a bad habit of teasing his policy proposals before refusing to show voters the details. First, Romney told told the Washington Examiner that he had an immigration plan that he hadn’t unveiled — that was over 100 days ago. Next, he gave a highly publicized “major” policy address at Ford Field in Detroit to unveil his new tax plan, but he failed to actually release the details of the plan in question. And finally, while speaking with the Weekly Standard, Romney flat-out admitted he was keeping secrets from voters because he was afraid his ideas would be unpopular. The Standard wrote:  “But Romney, ever cautious, is reluctant to get specific about the programs he would like to kill. He did this in his bid for the Senate 18 years ago and remembers the political ramifications.”

“Mitt Romney’s refusal to release his plans before the election shows he’s fully aware that his ideas are out of touch with American values. The only thing more cynical than Romney’s outdated policies that make the rich richer is his willingness to keep the details secret from voters."
 —  Rodell Mollineau, American Bridge president

Americans expect presidential campaigns to be worthy of the office they’re seeking — for candidates to offer competing visions for the future, instead of defaulting on the promises that got them there.  Romney has yet to prove to anyone he has what it takes. In fact, in the sixty months since Mitt Romney began his quest for the White House, the most noteworthy thing he’s done is outspend Rick Santorum in a couple of states. He has failed to realize it’ll take more than that to reach the White House.

Romney promised to eliminate cabinet agencies and government programs, but refused to specify which, out of a fear of the plans being politically unpopular. According to The Weekly Standard, “Mitt Romney wants to eliminate government programs and shutter cabinet agencies. Doing so, he says, is ‘the critical thing’ that needs to be done in order to bring government books back into balance and to begin restoring the promise of America.' ‘Actually eliminating programs is the most important way to keep Congress from stuffing the money back into them,’ he revealed in a 30-minute interview on March 21. It’s a smart answer in that it actually says nothing and is a deeply politically correct one.

Romney, ever cautious, is reluctant to be specific about any programs he would like to kill. He did this in his bid for the Senate 18 years ago and remembers the political ramifications. ‘One of the things I found in a short campaign against Ted Kennedy was that when I said, for instance, that I wanted to eliminate the Department of Education, that was used to suggest I don’t care about education,’ Romney recalled. ‘So I think it’s important for me to point out that I anticipate that there will be departments and agencies that will either be eliminated or combined with other agencies. So for instance, I anticipate that housing vouchers will be turned over to the states rather than be administered at the federal level, and so at this point I think of the programs to be eliminated or to be returned to the states, and we’ll see what consolidation opportunities exist as a result of those program eliminations. So will there be some that get eliminated or combined?  The answer is yes, but I’m not going to give you a list right now.’
[The Weekly Standard, 04/02/12]

December 7, 2011:  Romney admits he had an illegal immigration plan, but refused to unveil it.

In a Washington Examiner editorial board meeting, Romney was asked, “Have you not said enough to encourage that… simply by saying, ‘Well, once we’ve secured the border, we can do something?’" Romney responded, “I actually have a plan in mind, I haven’t unveiled it. There are other people I’d like to sit down with and review it with me. I went down to Florida and met with Jeb Bush six, seven months ago, laid out what I thought would be a complete plan to deal with permanent immigration policies with regards to our legal system to simplify it. Number two, how to deal with those who are here illegally today. And then number three, how to secure the border. And every piece of advice I've received from people who talk about this topic say get the first job done first, because if you talk about the other jobs you get highly confused with whether you are going to create incentives for people to come here illegally to take advantage of whatever program you might describe.”
[The Washington Examiner Editorial Board, 12/7/11]

Romney promised to eliminate tax deductions to pay for his tax plan, but did not specify which deductions, making it impossible to accurately evaluate his proposal. According to the Tax Policy Center, “In his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination, Mitt Romney has proposed permanently extending the 2001-03 tax cuts, further cutting individual income tax rates, broadening the tax base by reducing tax preferences, eliminating taxation of investment income of most individual taxpayers, reducing the corporate income tax, eliminating the estate tax, and repealing the alternative minimum tax (AMT) and the taxes enacted in 2010’s health reform legislation. …

The plan would recoup the revenue loss caused by those changes by reducing or eliminating unspecified tax breaks, thereby making more income subject to tax. Gov. Romney says that the reductions in tax breaks, in combination with moderately faster economic growth brought about by lower tax rates, will make the individual income tax changes revenue neutral compared with simply extending the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts.  He also promises that low- and middle-income households will pay no larger shares of federal taxes than they do now… Because Gov. Romney has not specified how he would increase the tax base, it is impossible to determine how the plan would affect federal tax revenues or the distribution of the tax burden.”

Mitt Romney Platform:

What is the platform of Mitt Romney? Is Mitt Romney's 2012 platform truly conservative? And most importantly, can Mitt Romney be trusted to stand by his platform?

Mitt Romney's 2012 candidacy platform is contrasted below with the platform Mitt Romney maintained before and during his governorship of Massachusetts, and the previous article. Why is Mitt Romney running for President on a platform that has been so drastically altered?

Obviously, the 2012 Mitt Romney platform plays to the conservatives to win the Republican nomination, while Mitt Romney's earlier platform played to the liberals in Massachusetts to try to unseat Senator Edward Kennedy. In fact, Mitt Romney's earlier platform was actually more liberal than Kennedy's liberal platform.

Mitt Romney on Gay Marriage:

1994:  "As we seek to establish full equality [for gays], I will provide more effective leadership than my opponent, [Edward Kennedy]."

2011:  "I believe we should have a federal amendment to the Constitution that defines marriage as between a man and a woman."

Mitt Romney on Abortion:

1994:  "Abortion should be safe and legal in this country."

2002:  "Let me make this very clear, I will preserve and protect a woman’s right to choose."

2011:  "I believe people understand that I'm firmly pro-life."

Mitt Romney on Homosexuality in the Military:

1994:  "[I support] gays and lesbians being able to serve openly and honestly."

2007:  "‘Don’t ask, don’t tell’ has worked well... We’re in the middle of a conflict. Now is not the time for a change in that regard, and I don’t have a policy posture as to allowing gays in the military to serve there openly."

Mitt Romney on Health Care:

2007:  “I’m proud of what we’ve done... If Massachusetts succeeds in implementing it, then that will be a model for the nation.”

2011: "What works in one state may not be the answer for another."

Mitt Romney on Immigration:

2006:  "[I am against] rounding up 11 million people and forcing them at gunpoint from our country."

2008:  "I disagree fundamentally that the 12 million people who come here illegally should be allowed to stay here permanently. I think that is a form of amnesty and that it's not appropriate."

Mitt Romney on Campaign Finance Reform:

1994:  "I would like to have campaign spending limits."

2007:  "The American people should be free to advocate for their candidates and their positions without burdensome limitations."

Platform 2012?

Abortion:  pro-life

Capital punishment:  against

Censorship:  against the Fairness Doctrine

Child protection:  "would propose a "One-Strike, You're Ours" law for child sex offenders convicted of using the Internet to prey on children."

Education:  supports No Child Left Behind

Abstinence education:  supports this in public schools

Prayer in schools:  He was against this in 1994, but in 2007 said,  "We ought to allow ceremonies, graduation ceremonies and public events that we have the ability to recognize the Creator."

Gas crisis: Wishes to become independent of foreign oil by using alternative fuels as well as domestic reserves of petroleum.

Environment\Global warming:  Pro-environment; regulation of greenhouse gas emissions through voluntary measures.

Family life:  Mitt Romney has said,  "That strong families are one of his three pillars, along with military and economy, for a strong America."

Gun control:  Romney has "flip-flopped" on this issue, once stating that he supported, "the right of individuals to keep and bear arms as guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution." and at another date saying he supported gun control and a ban on assault weapons.

Health Care:  supports the right of states to form their own health care plans for their respective state citizens.

Same-Sex Marriage/Civil Unions:  Romney has avidly supported same-sex marriage in the past, saying, "We must make equality for gays and lesbians a mainstream concern." However, in his 2008 campaign, Romney stated that, "I oppose same-sex marriage and I also oppose civil unions."

Medical Marijuana:  Stated, "I am not in favor of legalizing medical marijuana."

Stem Cell Research:  Believes it is ethical, but opposes research involving cloned embryos and opposes federal funding for it.

Free Trade: Supports

Minimum Wage:  Supports predictable, steady "changes" in the minimum wage. Up or down... Who knows?

Taxation:  Has pledged to not produce any new taxes or increase any existing taxes;  advocated for the elimination of the estate tax.

Immigration:  Supports legal immigration and decreased illegal immigration. Opposes amnesty for illegal aliens, but supports a path to citizenship for them, without any special treatment over legal immigrants, as well as the requirement to pay taxes and register with the government.

Iran:  Believes the use of tactical nuclear weapons against Iran if the latter country threatens to use nuclear weapons is an option.

Iraq War:  Romney has stated, "So long as there is a reasonable prospect of success, our wisest course is to seek stability in Iraq, with additional troops endeavoring to secure the civilian population." Is willing to withdraw from Iraq if the surge proves unsuccessful, which Romney believes is too early to tell.

Pakistan:  Wishes to aid this country in military, informational, and governmental ways through the Special Partnership Force."

What... if anything does the previous information actually mean?  You could corner Willard Mittington Romney in a closed room and sweat it out of him... but he might not know.

Dr. Ron Paul's Plans To Reduce The Cost Of Government

"Texas Rep. Ron Paul (R) plans to outline in a speech Monday afternoon in Nevada a budget proposal that would shed $1 trillion from the federal budget, eliminate five Cabinet-level departments and cut salaries to government employees.

“Ron Paul’s plan is the only one that seriously addresses the economic and budgetary problems our nation faces. It cuts $1 trillion in one year, and slashes regulations and taxes so our economy can grow and create jobs,” Jesse Benton, Paul's campaign chairman, said in a statement.

Paul's cuts include completely eliminating the departments of Energy, Housing and Urban Development, Commerce, Interior and Education, along with agencies like the Transportation Security Administration. Paul's plan also would get rid of corporate subsidies and foreign aid, along with immediately withdrawing troops from overseas to drastically reduce the cost of having troops overseas.

Paul would cut the federal workforce by 10 percent, slash congressional pay and limit travel by federal employees. The Texas congressman said he would only draw a salary of $39,336 as president, equivalent to the median income of the American worker.

“It’s the only plan offered by a presidential candidate that actually balances the budget and begins to pay down the debt. And it’s the only plan being offered that tries to reign in the Federal Reserve and get inflation under control," Benton said.

Paul's plan would lower the corporate tax rate to 15 percent, permanently extend Bush-era tax cuts, and eliminate estate and personal savings taxes.

Paul also says he would eliminate many federal regulations and repeal the president's health care and financial reform laws. He said if his plan were to be enacted, the country would cease to run a deficit by 2015 and save $2.2 trillion compared to Obama's budget over the next four years.
By Justin Sink, 10/17/11"

Unfortunately, since Obama's Executive 'Kill Order' little if any of these planks have had public airing. Is it really so surprising that Willard M. Romney has adopted many of these planks as his own?  Is there any wonder why, when pressed for any specific details of the Romney plans, he has very little to say?  Isn't it interesting to note Obama's Kill Order doesn't mention Romney anywhere?

Romney is well known for his bad habit of saying one thing, then if he receives negative press or worse yet, no press, he adopts the opposite point of view, or adopts his opponents' point of view.

In regard to his 4 year political career, he has said whatever will get him into office and then carry out the agenda he never talked about, but had in mind all along, and he will continue doing whatever it takes.
He has bad habits.

Neither This Jackass Nor This Elephant Is Fit To Be Ridden Or Walked In The Park, They Leave Stuff Behind Them

As Democrats and Republicans concerns intensify over Willard Mittington Romney's experience and just what it could mean for the Nation if he becomes the Republican candidate, they seem to have completely forgotten the facts and instead rely on opinion polls which contrast him against someone who is a known Socialist and Marxist agitator and has stated that he hates America, listen to what his wife has to say. One of his mentors, Bill Ayers, who contributed to his Harvard education fund, stated too many times to count that he wanted to see the complete distruction of America. He and his followers wanted to replace it with a Marxist/communist government. Suprise! Please read the earlier NDRP article "Busy Bees Make Shiny New Hive...," you will not see a Constitution, legislature, or judiciary mentioned anywhere, just a dictator and his minions.

As a Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Willard Mittington Romney, has stated that he felt pressured by the liberal legislature, as if the Commonwealth was the pressure cooker and the U.S. Legislature (Congress) is a simmering cup of tea.

Romney's signature Health Care plan is the model on which Obamacare is based. Social programs do not belong in our form of governance. They do nothing regarding the operation of our government. Retirement, Pension, and Medical plans are the provenance of insurance and HMO companies. When enacted at the national level, these types of social programs provide untapped revenue streams. Why do you think the Social Security Insurance Program fund is bankrupt every year; because, it continues to be borrowed from and not repaid and in addition mismanaged to the point that it cannot fulfill its purpose. For more information on Romney's experience, see the articles, 'Erosion And Death Follows,' and 'So... You Want Which Fox To Guard The Hen house?'

All surveys or polls are based on the questions asked, and in addition the answers, on which analysis is based, are opinions, not facts. Take this type of tool and place it in the hands of the privately-owned major media, all of which are biased and controlled, Google/see Project Mockingbird, and you can generate any outcome you want and present it for public consumption: can anyone spell P-R-O-P-A-G-A-N-D-A?

Obama's record is abysmal EVEN at its zenith, but then again, he wants to replace the The Unanimous Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution with something similar to or worse than the NDRP which he signed into law, avoiding all the complicated procedures stated in the Constitution 'like the legislative branch of governance which is subject to judicial review of the other branch of governance,' and simply made the NDRP an Executive Order, fait accompli.

When considering such important areas of governance (the ways in which our government works), artificial contraceptives, abortion, and sterilization have absolutely no importance or place, as does gay marriage rights. These, if taken up by some non-governmental organization, are social and religious matters. Then again, there is that pesky Constitution and its purpose of day-to-day operation of the nation and the protection of the citizens to which it belongs. I suppose someone could appoint someone, like the excommunicated catholic Kathleen Sebelius as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to write regulations into law. After all she had quite a bit of experience in helping to write Obamacare. Now 41 Catholic Dioceses and Organizational groups have named HHS Secretary Sebelius, Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and their departments as defendants in federal courts around the country for violating their freedom of religion, which is guaranteed by the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

CFR Member Willard Mittington Romney has already subscribed to the policies of Bush and Obama, See 'Bigger Sharper Teeth...': his voting record proves it and the policies of the CFR are a matter of public record:  the destruction of the United States as a sovergn Nation comprised of sovereign individuals in favor of One World Government (NWO). Is there any wonder why Bush Jr. has publicly endorsed and is now supporting Willard Mittington Romney.

Neither the Obama Jackass nor the Romney Elephant is fit to be ridden or walked in the park.

A Beacon of Light: Take Back America

Perhaps in some way it is self-fulfilling prophecy, the ultimate confrontation of good and evil, playing out on the stage of life each day and yet most Americans are totally unaware of it. All they see are many seemingly unrelated issues, reported more in passing, media dishes out more non-news than real news. There has to be a point where an individual is confronted with the truth and a choice must be made whether to accept it or deny it. For me that time came a long time ago, and it amazes me how very few people have chosen to see the truth.

If you believe what the privately-owned major media reports, you would think that a Romney vs. Obama election is a done deal. Just the past few days even had a rumor making its way around the Internet that Ron Paul folded up his tent and was going to endorse Romney. None of it is true of course, but most Americans swallowed it as if it were.

When I first came across it, I reported it on this blog that the media was ordered silenced on Ron Paul. See Obama Issues ‘Kill Order’ Regarding Ron Paul and Russia Prepares for Nuclear World War III .  The media has hyped Mitt Romney as the greatest thing since sliced bread and the public swallowed it whole. This is the same corporate raider who finished 3rd in the 2008 GOP race which makes him a 4th ranked candidate to the eventual occupier of the Oval Office.

The privately-owned major media would have you believe, Obama and the Democratic-socialists (who have taken over the left side of the party) are worried about Romney’s campaign, the truth is that it would not matter at all to us. Only how quickly we are taken over completely by the corporatism statists.

The fact that Congress did not immediately have Defense Secretary Leon Panetta arrested and charged with treason when he told them he gets his marching orders from NATO and the U.N. says volumes about who is really running this country. It certainly is not We the People through our elected representation that much is clear.  Who is actually in charge remains to be determined although it is strongly suggestive that it isn’t  an American.

The so-called Harvard professor occupying the White House admonished the Supreme Court for hearing the case on his namesake health care plan, denouncing their mandated power to judicial review of a law passed in Congress by majority.  For Obama, the fact that he was able to get laws passed is enough of a testimony to his megalomaniacal-narcissistic character to convince me that he is not going to leave office quietly as most defeated Presidents do.

And then recently, I ran across an article sent in an email to me that depicts an even more diabolical and sinister plot to destroy the economy of the United States, in a blog by one Jim Campbell, at his Dancing Czars blog. Now I don’t necessarily think that Obama himself is the mastermind of all this, just the willing pawn who loves the attention and the power he is holding while acting as President.

So knowing that Willard Romney, a third-rate GOP nominee in 2008, is now the party darling, tells us the compromising that the Republican Party itself made.  Add to the sellout compromises made by a GOP majority in the House, and it shows that Congress has not changed all that much with the so-called ‘Tea Party victories’ in 2010. Continued votes for unconstitutional acts only serves to show us how endemic the corruption really is.

While Ron Paul may lead the nation, and be nominated in Tampa, as can be accomplished, we require a Congress that will have the courage to uphold the Constitution with regard to Dr. Paul’s policies when he becomes President. It must also reflect on who we elect at the local and regional levels as well, because we want people in office who represent us and not banks and corporations. We want people who uphold their oaths and defend the Constitution always and not only when it is politically expedient to do so.

We want to take back America from the usurpers, Soros or the Banksters or the Globalists, and restore liberty. We will then have demonstrated to the world that it is the People of the United States of America whose love of freedom will remain, for all humanity to see, like the Statue in the harbor, in the darkness of tyranny a beacon of light.

What Is The Prime Target?

Regardless of the rigged caucus and primary elections results for the CFR member, Willard Mittington Romney, the corporate raider who truly belives "greed is good," has based his entire business career on it.

"Greed constitutes his major motive."

The important outcome of the general election for 2012 will not be who becomes President, but what will happen after he takes office.

I know Americans are happy to lose their individual rights secured by the Bill of Rights, because they have done nothing to change or reverse the rate at which they are disappearing. It is painfully obvious that Americans enjoy TSA VIPR Teams roaming the highways and byways of America looking for domestic terrorists, i.e. patriotic Americans. Americans love that warm cozy feeling of knowing the DHS has purchased 750,000,000 rounds of hollow point 40 mm ammunition which (outlawed for military use), if terrorist were found in every American household, would be enough for protracted engagements all around the country for seven years.

Americans understand that FEMA has been mandated with the power to suspend the U.S. Constitution should martial law be declared which would remove any method of recapturing America except one. Americans appreciate the Patriot Act, the NDRP, the NDAA and other friendly Acts and Executive Orders put into place since the beginning of President Ronald Reagan's administration that have provisions for indefinite detention, torture of domestic terrorists, re-education programs while at FEMA Camps. I realize just how supple and pliable the minds of Americans have become under the American Educational System which teaches that short attention spans and social issues should be important political considerations all the while taking little mental steps toward teaching a socialist America.

The current illegitimate president may not be re-elected; but that does not really matter, because his controllers also control CFR member Willard Mittington Romney who follows the policies of the CFR, a publicly known outlet for policies of the Bilderberg group. These Globalist Elites have openly espoused the destruction of America from within since the social engineering and eugenics Rockafeller branch began their attack before WWI, since the economic branch met on Jekyll Island to re-establish central banks, and these one world government (League of Nation/ United Nation) controllers have continued thier infiltration and advance throughout all branches of government while dismantling checks and balances of basically every aspect of American Life. They are the enemy at the gate, and they have been trickling over the ramparts for decades.

Read through an earlier article "Bigger Sharper Teeth or Romney's Dirty Dozen" which quickly looks at his foreign Policy dream team. A much more serious extension of George Bush's policies. I realize Romney's full head of hair, shiny straight sparkling white teeth, pronounced jaw and golden tan are the really important character building points he has cultivated and presented to America while quietly razing American business and amassing almost a billion dollars in personal riches. Behind the scenes he has worked diligently and denied the means for the average American to ever achieve the American Dream. "Greed constitutes his major motive" and if he gains office through rigged elections run by criminal RNC State Chairpersons and electronic voting machines which are easier to crack than the old gum ball machines just as Bush Junior did when Diebold CEO promised to deliver the election before it took place.

More fun news from the Canadian Rumor Mill:  "Obama agents, operating through the DHS and other assorted colluders, are plotting a major ‘Reichstag’ event to generate racial riots and produce the justification for martial law, delaying the November 2012 elections, possibly indefinitely, a DHS whistle blower informed the Canada Free Press on Tuesday.

The ‘Reichstag Event’ would take the form of a staged assassination attempt against Barack Obama, “carefully choreographed” and manufactured by Obama operatives. It would subsequently be blamed on “white supremacists” and used to enrage the black community to rioting and looting, the DHS source warned.

The Obama administration would then use the violence and chaos they created as justification for the imposition of martial law in major urban cities in America, the creation of DHS checkpoints, restriction of travel, and the indefinite delay of the November 2012 elections. The Reichstag event refers to a fire started during Hitler’s rise to power. The fire allowed him to grab emergency powers and murder his opposition. Historians have long believed that Hitler started the fire himself, while he blamed it on the Communists.

The anonymous whistle blower elaborated on how the Obama administration is using the Occupy movement, labor unions, and other assorted subversive groups to create massive chaos within the nation. Canada Free Press."

True... Who knows?  The Romney-Obama issues are a sham. Issues of gay marriage rights, or abortion, or health care, or any other hot button social issue has no legitimate place in the governance of the Federal Republic. They are meant to distract Americans' short attention from the only real candidate who believes in America and who upholds the concepts and principles that made this country the envy of the world and unfortunately the prime target.

One Of America's Best

Today, people in general believe the young just lie about, play video games and generally contribute to the downward mobility within our society. You will find below... a surprising and refreshing collection of some of the most enlightening ideas I have read in years. Many Kudos to the brilliant 21-year-old woman who put them together and then put them to paper which was subsequently published on November 18, 2010 Waco Herald Tribune. It is truly a shame that two questions remain unanswered, Why, If Romney is so for America, didn't he think of these, and who is this woman and why isn't she in charge now?

Social Welfare Programs have no legitimate place in the governance of the Federal Republic. Until they are removed from the government's list of projects that have been empowered, we can only hope that bright young Americans will become involved, like this young woman, before our nation collapses from the economic strain of social programs.

"Put me in charge

Put me in charge of food stamps. I’d get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash for Ding Dongs or Ho Ho’s, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans, blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.

Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I’d do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations. Then, we’ll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine and document all tattoos and piercings. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, smoke or get tats and piercings, then get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a military barracks? You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of repair. Your "home" will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions will be inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and your own place.

In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week or you will report to a "government" job. It may be cleaning the roadways of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for you. We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the "common good."

Before you write that I’ve violated someone’s rights, realize that all of the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our rules.. Before you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin their "self-esteem," consider that it wasn’t that long ago that taking someone else’s money for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self-esteem.

If we are expected to pay for other people’s mistakes we should at least attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current system rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.

What It Is and Is Not

This nation was founded on the basic principles of inalienable rights to life or individual sovereignty, free choice or liberty, the pursuit of individual interest or that which makes one happy, and the right to own property, both personal and real.

The Declaration of Independence is the first of two source documents upon which our nation was founded. This document puts forward the concepts of individual sovereignty and freedom from ruler-ship of all kinds. The Declaration of Independence was a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies, then at war with Great Britain, regarded themselves as independent states, and no longer a part of the British Empire. John Adams put forth a resolution earlier in the year which made a formal declaration inevitable. A committee was assembled to draft the formal declaration, to be ready when congress voted on independence. Adams persuaded the committee to select Thomas Jefferson to compose the original draft of the document, which congress would edit to produce the final version. The Declaration was ultimately a formal explanation of why Congress had voted on July 2 to declare independence from Great Britain, more than a year after the outbreak of the American Revolutionary War. The Independence Day of the United States of America is celebrated on July 4, the day Congress approved the wording of the Declaration.

The U.S. Constitution is the current second source document (based on the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union) upon which our Nation was founded. The Union is much older than the Constitution. It was formed, in fact, by the Articles of Association in 1774. It was matured and continued by the Declaration of Independence in 1776. It was further matured ... by the Articles of Confederation in 1778. And finally, in 1787, one of the declared objects for ordaining and establishing the Constitution was "to form a more perfect Union." It describes the means by which self governance functions. It can be modified based on rules within its own framework. For this reason, it is described, in an overall sense, as a living document. It is the relationship between each citizen and the source document which determines and defines each American. This singular relationship is paramount. The Constitution for the United States is the supreme law of the United States of America. The first three Articles of the Constitution establish the rules and separate powers of the three branches which when taken together form the method of governance of the the federal Republic:  a legislature, the bicameral Congress; an executive branch led by the President; and a federal judiciary headed by the Supreme Court. The last four Articles frame the principle of federalism. The Tenth Amendment confirms its federal characteristics.

The Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787, by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and ratified by conventions in eleven states. It went into effect on March 4, 1789.

The first ten amendments are known as the Bill of Rights. The Constitution has been amended eighteen times (for a total of 28 amendments).  The current 28 Amendments are meant to modify the Constitution with concepts which allow the Constitution to be relevant to the current society within America.

Each State has its own Constutution to further define self governance in regard to any powers or rights not mandated to the federal government by the Constitution and returned to the states should they care to take either or both before the Legislature for consideration. The many states constitutions and the U.S. Constitution are the documents which comprise the states relationship within the Republic and the Republic as a whole.

The United States of America is a representative form of Democracy that is a Constitutionally bound Federal Rpeublic. Each Comonwealth, Dominion, District, and State are Constitutionally bound representative democracies. Each Natural born Citizen is a Sovereign individual by right of birth from parents who are U.S. Citizens. U.S. Citizenship is comprised of three catagories which are determined by the method under which thier citzenship was established.

Problems always arise when any citizen dose not adhere to the concepts within the framework of the U.S. Constitution.

The U.S. Constitution is not a document of social interaction or structure.

Social interactions are the folkways, mores, morals (which have or are based on higher principles), which describe behavior between two (i.e. a dyad), three (i.e. a triad) or more individuals (e.g. a social group). Social relations, derived from individual agency, form the basis of the social structure. These are best put forward or described in a community of people which is called the social structure of the society and is governed by social codes and ethics.

Social interaction is further developed with the practice of custom, manners, etiquette, courtesy, protocol, decorum etc. Among the most prominent writers on North American etiquette are Letitia Baldrige, Judith Martin, Emily Post, Elizabeth Post, Peggy Post, Gertrude Pringle, and Amy Vanderbilt.

Judith Martin states that if one wishes to become an accepted member of any society or group, one "had better learn to practice its etiquette." Early North American etiquette books claimed that the manners and customs of the "Best Society" could be imitated by all, although some authors lamented that the lower classes, meaning those "whose experience in life has been a hardening process," in fact treated the rules of etiquette with "contempt and ... a sneer." Current etiquette books do not employ the concept of "best society," but rather define etiquette as a set of guidelines that "help steer our behavior as we move through our daily routines" and that can help deal with "the pressures of modern life [which] make it all the more difficult to stay civil." This change is reflected in the content of etiquette books; etiquette books published in the early 20th century contained detailed advice on the treatment of servants, the conducting of formal dinner parties, and the behavior of a debutante;  more modern books are likely to emphasize the importance of respecting people of all classes, races, and ethnic backgrounds. Some books make a further distinction between etiquette and manners:  Etiquette is protocol, rules of behavior that you memorize and that rarely bend to encompass individual concerns and needs. Manners embrace socially acceptable behavior, of course, but also much more than that. They are an expression of how you treat others when you care about them, their self-esteem, and their feelings. Etiquette writers assert that etiquette rules, rather than being stuffy or classist, serve to make life more pleasant. Though etiquette rules may seem arbitrary at times and in various situations, these are the very situations in which a common set of accepted customs can help to eliminate awkwardness. While etiquette is often a means to make others feel comfortable, it is also the case that etiquette can serve to eliminate inappropriate behaviors in others by increasing discomfort.

The beliefs and faiths within a society are religiously or philosophically based. These religiously based concepts are between oneself and the Great Creator of all. The philosophically based concepts, like Confucianism (which is a Chinese ethical and philosophical system) are more practically based on various traditional principles and customs.

For Mother

It is that time of year when the greeting card sellers and jewelers all offer the best ideas for Mother's Day gifts. I remember how I agonized as a child when I saw all the lavish presents that were given and thought I could never afford that!

I was fortunate to have a Mother who taught me valuable lessons that have stayed with me throughout my life. She taught me that love and respect above all meant more to her than all the riches offered. She appreciated the little clay bear and ashtray I made in school more than the most expensive gifts that others gave on such occasions. For Mom, she could feel the love that went into the molding and sculpting of that little bear. She felt my thinking of her as I applied the colors to that lumpy ashtray.

Years later, I realized that it had nothing to do with cards and presents. It was always about love and respect. and how one expresses love and shows respect does mean everything. It is easy to do and it costs nothing. And it is appreciated always.

So this Mother's Day, make it about Mother. Live you life in such a way that your Mother will always be proud of you. Act kindly toward others and treat them with the same respect you want for yourself and what you give to Mother.

Smile a lot too. Happy Mother's Day!

What Will You Do?

The privately-owned major media can't report what it is told not to report i.e., "Obama Issues Kill Order" a follow on to Operation Mockingbird. The truth does not matter when the press is controlled: so what will you do?  If you continue to watch and listen to censored news, it is difficult to think over that which you have not seen or heard: so what will you do?  If you only have some of the facts, You can not accomplish much really: so what will you do?  If you unplug the cable TV and only use the Internet portion for a source of news for a week, they will notice, because your choice of services is recorded all the time.

If the person occupying the Presidency says he will do one thing, but he does something else: what will you do?  Will you say, "That's just how government operates these days?"  Or... will you take a stand against those people in government who refuse to follow the constitution, and vote out of office those that can be and then demand the appointed ones be removed?  With all of the stories about vote fraud and electronic voting machines fraud rob you of your vote: what will you do?  Will you shrug and think to yourself that it really doesn't matter because "they are all the same" when it comes to politicians?   Or... Will you demand that ballots be paper and counted by humans?  Or... will you just once again stand up for something that has more meaning than the rigged results of the latest poll: What will YOU do?

The Obama Administration has taken bold and brazen steps to remove the U.S. Constitution as the rule of law and turn the US into provinces of a North American Union with International Law replacing rights with permissions, none of which are inclusive of The Bill of Rights, in fact it will be a crime to dissent against anything the government does. So again I ask, "What will you do?"

When foreign troops start rolling into your community what will you do?  Will you comply with them because they have weapons or will you resist and stand up for America?  When they start pulling people out of their homes because they have been labeled as "extremists" because they listen to Rush or watch Fox News what WILL you DO?  Will you wait hopefully... for them to pass you by because you were never involved in anything "political" and so you don't think they will take you: What will you do?  When they do come for you, what will you do?

So you think that four more years of Obama will reverse the downward spiral our nation is in or that Mitt Romney will beat Obama and make things better?  I have posted all of the things that Romney said and all of his actions for you to decide about Mr. Mitt. Obama already has a past performance that is dangerously close to a Marxist despot. His CFR and Goldman Sachs minions selectively make and apply law when it suits their agenda and goals. So what will you do?

Now there is an alternative that the bought-and-paid-for media do not mention very often: Texas Congressman Dr. Ronald E. Paul. Unlike Romney he's not an all glitz and glamour loud filthy rich political animal. He is certainly not a politician in the baser common sense; but, more of a Statesman in the Thomas Jefferson personification of a true Patriot and Champion of the People. A man who is unassuming and stands for liberty.

Are you going to allow the two parties to decide the opponents and then rig the results or will you take a stand for liberty?  You may have brothers or sisters, fathers or mothers, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, serving our nation to protect it from our enemies. Most of them are supporting Ron Paul.

What will you do?
