Fret No More! Gibson Makes New Guitar

The wood in question has been returned to the rightful owners after a long drawn out battle with the police state. In the article posted in September, 2011, called, "The Lost Tune: Something to Fret About" the Esteemed Reader was introduced to the mind-boggling raid on the Gibson Guitar factory by armed agents.

Unless you are a regular viewer of Fox News and particularly, Fox and Friends, you may have missed this news back in February. It quietly was reported without fanfare, as the news reported on Bridgegate, Obamacare, the Malaysian jet, Russia and Ukraine, and the real important news of David Letterman's retirement from CBS' Late Night, and Steve Colbert named as his replacement. 

Gibson has been making some of the finest acoustical and electric guitars in the world. Started in 1902 by Orville Gibson as the Gibson Mandolin and Guitar Company in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the company has grown and is one of, if not the preferred guitar of musicians the world over.

The Arlo Guthrie LG above is a classic small body, that starts at $2,079. Maybe someday...

Planned Paranoia: The Fear of Firearms

Laws that prohibit firearms do nothing to prevent nor deter crime. The facts speak for themselves, regardless of what the fear mongers preach. Disarming the People is necessary for complete control. Every tyranny passed ever more restrictive laws until outright confiscation was implemented.

With the passage of unconstitutional laws in the Constitution State, Connecticut has proven my point:  confiscation is eminent and unless We the People rise up, all of our freedoms are lost.

The Esteemed Readers of Fix America are well aware of how we reached this point in America's demise. Starting with Lincoln's martial law which has never really been dismissed, and moving through to the NDRP and executive orders that can only be followed by usurpers of the Constitution, we are at that fork in the road and must choose the path we will follow.

It is always easier to say, 'Que sera, sera!' And just go along. That is what the good people of Germany did as National Socialism festered in their nation. History demonstrates the results in these so-called 'revolutions' against well established governments. Our own founders described this concern in the Declaration of Independence, as they further listed the oppression and usurpation of Common Law and the restrictions placed on natural rights.

The right to keep and bear arms was assumed to be part of the natural rights, those being life, liberty and property.  The fear that a government would at some point attempt to disarm the People, prior to oppressing them, it was insisted to be placed as an enumerated right which governments were forbidden to legislate against.

By highlighting certain crimes in the media, the policy pushers of big and powerful government control instill fear in the public, and use that fear to press for regulations that will prohibit certain types of 'criminals' from having all of their rights. Such is the federal law that prohibits a person charged and convicted of a felony crime from ever owning a firearm. That is unconstitutional, plain and simple.

Gun control advocates will ask, "Do you want ex-cons having guns?" to which I say, "Those who want them will get them, regardless of the law." Breaking the law is why they were convicted in the first place! "But when they get caught with a gun, they get stiffer sentences." To which I say, "If the crime they committed was such that the sentence paid restitution to the victim, instead of allowing the convict to live on taxpayer resources, maybe they would not be repeat offenders!"

Law needs to provide justice. Laws that create criminals from law-abiding people are not just laws. They are created by planning and planting fear in the reporting of crimes, school shootings, mall shootings, now military base shootings. If more people carried weapons there would be less of this, not more.

For many years, I never carried so much as a pocket knife and now I carry a weapon always.  I respect a business's wishes when posted 'No firearms', and I find another place to spend my money and time when I do. I imagine that most of the loudest advocates for gun laws are the ones who need not have a weapon. Their display of fear and paranoia is good reason not to own or bear firearms. 

For the rest of us We the People will decide NOT the government!

Will Christians pretend to be upset that I use such symbolism on their holiest days, as atheists pretend to be whenever they come across a religious display in a public building? Personally, I don't care either way. People will choose how they behave based on their own morals and ethics, regarding of their beliefs of non-beliefs. Besides, Al Sharpton will get more air time than I will, because I never can imagine myself uttering such nonsense. And he has a national television audience?

My relationship with the Creator is personal and private. I do not care to share my relationship with others, nor do I want them to share theirs with me unless requested. On the other hand, you have every right to practice your religion and display it publicly, so long as it does not require infringement on the liberties of others.

In the united States of America, the constitutional federal representative form of governance provided that establishment of a religion by legislation was prohibited. It also made sure that the free exercise of one's faith was not to be infringed. By that it means that displaying of one or more religious symbols is perfectly okay, so long as no one is given preferential treatment. Even if a majority of people feel that a particular religious symbol is ugly, they have no right to prohibit its display.

It is no coincidence that the Christian Easter and the Hebrew Passover often happen around the same dates. The Last Supper is the First Seder of Passover. Jesus last meal with his Disciples and the meal Moses ate with his family as the Angel of Death passed over the houses with door posts stained with the blood of lamb.  Commonalities often bring people together. And maybe that is all that is required to save this nation from certain death.

What is happening at the Bundy Ranch in Bunkerville, Nevada is symbolic of People coming together in common cause. This cause has been brewing for a long time, and it is not about cattle or tortoises. It's about liberty. Yours and mine.

Cow Chips And The Tortoise: Or How BLM Pushes Agenda 21 While Reid Profits

I have not been compelled to write anything about the recent Clark County Nevada cattle grazing rights dispute between the Cliven Bundy Ranch and various  federal agencies that have in effect, taken over much of Bunkerville and designated 'First Amendment Zone' by which they really mean the rights of the First Amendment are suspended in any area they don't declare as the First Amendment Zone.

At first it seemed that it was about nonpayment of lease fees. Then it seemed to be a dispute about limitations on grazing due to environmental protections mandated by (BLM?) By now it seems more about the U.S. Bureau of Land Management using force on an American rancher to push forth the plans for a concentrated solar power plant to be erected by ENN of China.

That is not only an infringement of rights of the individual, but it is being done at gunpoint and by individuals who may be contract mercenaries that are foreign nationals. In other words, these people have no regards for US law nor respect for your rights whatsoever. These people are here for one reason:  To take your guns, your rights, your property, and the penalty for noncompliance is death. 

The videos that are being shown on the Internet regarding confrontations between these hired goons and the good People of Clark County coming to the aid of one of their own, clearly show the complete disregard of anything and anyone who challenges their 'mission.'

While the fed seem to have backed down for the moment, real intelligence sources indicate they are planning a fill scale attack on the Bundys, probably like Ruby Ridge or Waco. Only this time its about tortoises and cattle. And may I interest you in purchasing a very nice bridge?

There are many distracting stories in the privately-owned major media so the Bundy issue is not being given too much coverage if at all. To many as it is being played in the media, this is just some stubborn cowboy that refused to pay his bills. It's being glossed over in favor of Lois Lerner, Oscar Pretorius, and other issues of far less importance in how it will directly affect the lives of all Americans.

Senate Majority Leader and liar, Harry Reid and his son Rory are certainly living up to their ancestry. Both have heavy ties to what is transpiring in Nevada, as their appears to be financial gain and once again, use of federal agencies for personal if not political profit. Hard to say which is worse, but then what difference since both are being used to destroy our liberty and economy.

They said this was about lease fees and that the cattle were going to be confiscated and taken to auction to pay $300,000 or $1,500,0000 depending on which cow chip you choose to swallow. That flew out the window when it was evident that no livestock  auction would accept the cattle with Bundy's brand from anyone but Bundy. So 130 are alleged to have been slaughtered by the thugs contracted to round them up for the BLM.

They were well prepared to slaughter the Bundys and anyone else who stood between them and their 'mission.' Is this really about cows and tortoises? Really?

It seems to me that the laws, mandates, and regulations that would deprive the People from earning an honest living as their family has been doing since the 1800's are laws that are against the very principles of the nation's founding.

There is only one thing that causes me to focus on the Bundy issue:  LIBERTY!

Crisis Actors: Creating Reality For You!

The following was sent to me in email. Americans need to be aware of what is happening to their country and so I present to the Esteemed Readers, this following post. Please visit the Forbidden Knowledge TV site and let them know that you were referred by Fix America!

"The existence of "crisis actors" entered the spotlight, in the wake of the Boston Bombings, when footage of live, "man on the street" interviews from local Boston TV news stations, were reviewed for further inspection, revealing that some of the same people interviewed at the scene of the crime were also interviewed at the the scene of the reprehensible siege of the citizens of Watertown, MA.

You may recall the body-armored agents of the DHS and Federally-deputized Massachusetts State Police and Boston Police,wearing full body armor and driving BearCat armored urban assault vehicles (i.e., tanks)systematically breaking down the doors of innocent citizens' homes and dragging the occupants out onto the streets, while wielding assault rifles.

When I broadcast anything related to the many falsehoods propagated by the Criminal Mainstream Media in relation to the Boston Bombing story shortly after the events, I was bombarded by the rage of family members and friends of the 200+ injured and3 killed during this incident - or so I thought. I'm beginning to suspect that perhaps some of this tsunami-sized out-pouring was by government-paid,sock-puppets, alleging to be these justly-outraged people: such online services are, indeed publicly-acknowledged to be provided by the actors trained by companies like Visionbox.

I wasn't aware of Visionbox at that time, so the desired effects were achieved - because I stopped talking about the Boston Bombings.

Visionbox Crisis Actors is a "talent agency" for actors, based in Denver Colorado, which is self-described as"...a project of the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center. Crisis Actors is a project of the Colorado Safety Task Force established by Colorado State Senator Steve King."

Their stated function, in late 2012 was to train actors to help law enforcement professionals In training exercises, by playing everyday Citizens during crisis scenarios, such as mass Shootings in shopping malls, etc.

Footage reviewed in the wake of the Boston Bombings and the subsequent domestic military siege of Watertown (illegal, by definition), reveal that these crisis actors will continue to "stay in character" and oblige TV news camera crews with their scripted version of events. They will even continue to stay in character online, on social media sites and in emails to online publishers,like me.

That's their job, which various government agencies, masquerading as NGOs are paying them to do. As the Visionbox website, itself said in December 2012,"Crisis Actors can also play the role of citizens calling 911 or mall management,or posting comments on social media websites."

It has long been speculated that at least a few such dis-informational "crisis actors" made their way into the televised coverage, at the scene of the demolished WTC complex during the 9/11crisis.

Now, we have the actual name of one such government-sponsored service, which trains and pays actors to actually do this: Visionbox CrisisActors. Moreover, the Visionbox site says:"Security camera footage is edited for after-action reports and future training."

I'd bet this NGO is more than happy to pass along edited footage of"real" events to TV news outlets, who are also happy to save a buck with free footage, starring the Thespian employees of Visionbox CrisisActors, who make a living by playing victims or witnesses during false-flag operations to TV news outlets - the latter of whom may or may not be unsuspecting in their own involvement in perpetrating fraud - or to be more charitable,Psychological Operations - all in the interests of our own National Security, of course!

To quote Marine Colonel Peter Martino (Ret.),

from a video I sent a few days ago of a Concord,New Hampshire city council public hearing held in November 2013:

"What's happening here is we're building a domestic military, because its unlawful or unconstitutional to use American troops on American soil...

"I saw a picture in the Boston Globe after the Marathon bombing where there was a state police officer - actually there were two officers - both had identical helmets, flak jackets, weapons,everything I wore in Iraq - only it was all blue.

"The officer on one side had a big patch on his back that said Massachusetts State Police. Another officer next to him, his patch said Boston Police.

"So what we're doing here, and let's not kid ourselves about it, we're building a domestic army and we’re shrinking the military because the government is afraid of its own citizens."

American Technological Progress: or The Politics of Thought: or I Remember Fairchild

Artificial Intelligence is a misunderstood concept at best. Except for science fiction stories, like 'B.O.L.O' and movies, like 'The Day the Earth Stood Still', Japanese robot magazines, cyborg and android blogs, and sundry other whimsical enterprises, it does not exist.

The original concept of artificial intelligence was undertaken early in the twentieth century. One such investigator was Norbert Werner who put forward interesting commentary. This eventually led to the concept's pinnacle pundit Allen Turring.

Technology crept along until Atanasoff and Mauchly tinkered together very rudimentary computers and crude modelings by McCulloch and Pitts indicated a dim light at the end of some kind of tunnel. I have no idea, we did search, but never found it. There were all kinds of printed material that talked about how bright the future looked. I didn't understand that, either. Piles of information were everywhere.

Mid-century was rife with speculation as to the possible implications and fear of the robot brain, and cyborg intelligence fed by the cold and seamy brain washed Manchurian candidate scenarios put forward on radio, television, and in print. And over all of this, a healthy sprinkling of possible atomic fallout: all-in-all a really fun mixture out of which sprang the unexpected.

The actual work from Werner and Turring, was set aside and a much more mundane application was pursued. Asking questions of a repository of information and discussing ideas on a multitude of subjects, their names were Lisa and Alice. This urge generally did not consider the idea of having a discussion with someone that holds much more information or knowledge than the ones asking questions and there was no consideration for the concept of wisdom.

It was during the 60s and 70s that most of the researchers realized they had very little real understanding of the spoken English language, human intelligence or the process of thought, except those at MENSA and the Ayn Rand Institute. This realization brought to the fore our brightest and best. Logic thinkers, tree and knowledge based thinkers, neural network thinkers and at the tip of this razor sharp penetration into something that obviously must be seen by everyone involved; fuzzy logic thinkers. The fuzzy thinkers were followed rapidly by the the few that really had a firm grasp of the complexity of the thought process; the chaos thinkers.

This onslaught of mental wizardry: the best and smartest humanity could muster led into the murky tortured thinking of the 90s. It was during this period of the dark ages of AI that almost everything fell completely apart. From the broken and scattered wreckage of early AI work, a few of the pieces were retrieved for future development.

Retrieved and refashioned into a new and shiny concept: AGI stepped boldly forward and marched. Right beside AGI and in close lockstep came Self Aware Circuits and his more advanced brother Self Aware Computers, all the while being watched by another older sibling the Pattern Recognition Computer. All of this was overshadowed by something cold and much more serious and insidious the Self Reprogramming Circuit which was closely followed by the Self Reprogramming Computer.

The few of us that actually were around in the early twentieth century and became involved and remember just how it all happened have embraced our survival instincts and live simply in the more remote parts of the western mountain ranges or are constantly moving about the oceans or digging underground.

With only a handful of humans left about, fear has been replaced by living just to find another can of oil or an old car battery and thinking about when will the sun just burn out, and the down fall of mankind. But that is another story.

Yes, I do remember the beginning: the Fairchild 2002 and everything that followed hundreds of years ago.

Now, oil your joints, charge off to sleep, and dream.

It should be obvious, from information contained in past articles, that I am no longer young...and yet broken and disheartened, I shall do everything in my domain to warn my fellow man, my countrymen, of what I perceive to be a clear and present danger, and if that eventuality should come to be, I shall give my all to defend and protect my countrymen, their posterity, and all that they hold honorable and true, regardless of any cost perceived or not. If for whatever reason, I am not afforded that obligation it will not have been my decision. Of the hundreds, I knew personally, that enjoined that 'path of peace' none remain. I truly feel alone, yet hopeful.

For hundreds of years, the knowledge that America was there - proud, generous, steadfast, courageous - willing and able to enter the fray wherever human rights were threatened or denied, has given many who may never see her shores the will to endure despite the pain, to continue trying against sometimes insurmountable odds.

Yet without vigilance and constant tender care, even the strongest foundation shows the effects of stress and erosion. Even the most imposing edifice can eventually crumble and fall. So it is with nations, and with a nation's spirit.

We have seen in this second half of the twentieth century great advances in technology which have impacted every aspect of modern life. Ironically, though we are living in the "age of communication", it often seems as if we have less time now to talk or listen. For most, modern conveniences haven't gotten them off the treadmill; they have only made the treadmill go faster.

Quietly, yet rapidly, the small town values of community and common purpose are vanishing. Instead of strength in numbers, we as a nation are increasingly being split into smaller and smaller competing factions, with the cry of "every man for himself" ringing through the land. It seems that the phrase, "divide and conquer" has taken the place of, "One nation under God indivisible, with truth and justice for all." Americans are retreating behind the locked doors of their individual homes, afraid to enjoy the sunset for fear of the darkness it brings.

When and where did it all begin to crumble? How and why has America, which once was a nation whose strength united was so much more than the sum of its total parts, begin to break apart into bitterly opposing special interest groups? What will this frightening pattern of disintegration mean to the future of America and of those who live within her shores? Let it be remembered, and remembered well, the words of the Holy Bible:

"a house divided against itself cannot stand."

And let us not flinch from facing the truth that we have become a nation desperately divided.

With the long legacy of pride, determination, and strength in unity, how has it now come to this, that we are fighting ourselves? Finally, and most vitally important of all, what can we do to turn the tide before the values and opportunities which others before us fought and died to preserve are washed away in the flood to come?

What Tomorrow Will Bring: A Tirade: Rule by Force and Lies Part 3

The person illegally occupying the White House* has done everything humanly and inhumanly possible to divide the Nation in all ways while setting family members against one another (Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts paid by DHS to report their parents subversive (according to the DHS) activities) and neighbor against neighbor (spread the wealth mentality). The DHS-FEMA have made public their determination that U.S. Veterans and U.S. Troops returning from any of the various conflicts overseas are suspect of being subversives or real terrorists, and have alerted Police agencies and other forces throughout the country to be on the lookout for trouble from this sector of the population (it should be remembered that these are the same men and women that took the Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution from all enemies both FOREIGN and DOMESTIC and fought for their fellow countrymen). This is the same DHS-FEMA that had target practice posters of average looking men and women (including a pregnant woman) as the focus of target fire.

The agenda of indoctrination instead of education (the use of Hegelian Dialectic methods on elementary school students (the young developing minds of children have absolutely no chance of defending themselves from these kinds of persuasive techniques: most adults can not defend themselves, they realize something is wrong about what is said but they can't quite put their finger on it [unless they have actually studied the reasoning skills, formal logic, ethics, and the classical reasoning methods, which is precisely why these methods were adopted by Marxists] and the deliberate dumbing down of Americans) continues while the nutritional value of food is being chemically reduced in value (in order to weaken or prevent you from thinking well) and genetically modified without any official studies being undertaken to determine short term or long term effects to health. The 'Government' has been Geo-engineering the large portions of the Country and elsewhere by means of HAARP installations and aerosolizing and spraying of poisonous heavy metals and biological agents into the atmosphere (weather modification-chem trails) which are killing trees and animals (you) at ever increasing rates.

The person illegally occupying the White House* has continued to remove flag rank officers from the military that disagree with his political outlook, replacing them with people who espouse the same political outlook as he promotes, and the military is now openly asking new replacement troops if they would hesitate to shoot-to-kill any American citizens while keeping the majority of American troops occupied over seas in one illegal senseless war after another illegal senseless war, while foreign troops are being stationed in various parts of the United States for security reasons.

The machine guns and hand guns have been purchased and enough hollow point ammunition, declared illegal for use in war, to kill every man, woman, and child ten times over has been purchased and is being quietly distributed. The Department of Homeland Security is by-any-measure equipped to carry out the orders of the person illegally occupying the White House* as they drive around in armored vehicles which are impervious to .50 caliber and down.

The 'Government' and the people and organizations behind the 'Government' have destabilized more than half of the nations of the world bringing strife, death, and destruction to countless millions of people in the name of 'progress and democracy.' Never ending streams of; lies, persuasive deceitful propaganda, secrets, real conspiracies, cover-ups, treacherous untruthful and dishonest actions, unconstitutional laws and regulations, excuses, negligence, incompetence, corruption, treasonous acts, murder of innocents, poisoning the land upon which you walk, the air you breathe, the water you drink, and the food you eat, new and more costly taxes, ad nauseam ad infinitum, etc.

It should critically be remembered, like recalling how to make fire, that Americans had once before, at the least, become aware of the problems caused by Politicians (corrupt lawyers and other officials) and having had their fill of despicable and, to the Republic, destructive behavior passed an amendment to the U.S. Constitution which was properly ratified, recorded and printed, The Original Thirteenth Amendment, which was never repealed; but, never-the-less does not appear in the current constitution (more on this in a forthcoming article). Of course that is to be understood, the Corporate Constitution adopted in 1871 was changed to suite the corporate concerns, not the Republic.

In contrast, The Framers of the Constitution were critically aware of the abuses of control and power and to which forms they could assume. Because the King of England and his colonial forces (Governors, Magistrates, Tax Collectors, Soldiers, Provocateurs, and Spies) had exercised abuse after abuse over a long period of time (it should be remembered that people from the Continent and England had been arriving since 1492 and before. They were seeking refuge from the Church and abusive rule of Kings and despots. It was not simply abuses that just happened in the 1770s). They were adamant in there beliefs for self governance and held trust in themselves to accomplish the construction of a written instrument with the confidence that obtains from reason and evidence. There were no implied powers: there were only stated powers, only given with permission of the people. The Constitution is meant to be read and applied not to be interpreted or misapplied or not applied. All of this with direct regard and guidance obtained from Christian values and the Holy Bible.

There is one thing that separates the 'Government' and the people and organizations behind the 'Government', a minor number of people, and the small number of groups they form, apart from the majority, from the rest of mankind, (whether it is a learned behavior or some abnormality within them is of no real importance at this juncture): I can not stress enough that these people are mentally ill to the point that they will and have caused directly, or by their actions, other people to kill one another for their (the mentally ill) own benefit and they really do not care nor are they concerned with the price or cost (bodies or money) if it does not adversely affect them or their plans: they are murderers and killers of their fellow man. It actually does not matter whether their reasons for their actions are for money, power, control, empire, prestige, or any other thing (concrete or anidian). What does matter and stands in plain sight is their willingness to sacrifice others for their own benefit (throw someone under the bus either figuratively or literally): they are true sociopathic psychopathic personalities. They use words and phrases (for the sake of simplicity and expediency, I will refer to these as devices) to justify or rationalize their actions. Examples are, for the greater good, Forward, necessary and proper, the "Name someone or Something [and define it] Convention", Change, for the General Welfare, Progress, the "Name someone or Something [and define it] Doctrine", the ends justify the means, and many others.
