Is it me?

I'm sitting here looking at two screens. One I was reading my email and the other I was reading posts on a forum. I was a bit distracted by an email that had a link to a video. In it, a woman gets up during what appears to be a town hall type meeting with a local Congressman, and she brings up the Obama birth certificate issue. She gets a standing roaring ovation from the crowd, but more importantly, the person that posted this video on their blog, was trying to make it seem that this is the reason that the Republican Party is losing ground.

Now I know that this story has been bantered about since before the votes were cast and counted, A PA attorney even tried to get the election postponed or at the very least, get a replacement candidate unless the issue could be resolved before said election. He was a Democrat. Personally it seems like a moot point to me as America has made her choice and is good with it.

But I am a Libertarian and care less about the posturing between the Dems and Reps than I do about the consistent erosion of Constitutional rights and liberties. These lasted over two hundred years as the backbone of the nation. Except for the usurping of the American monetary system by the member banks of the Federal Reserve, we pretty much had Constitutional Government working but it still has its flaws, And one thing that is clear in the Constitution is that the President must be a natural born citizen of the United States to be eligible for office. Now, is the issue just sill banter or is there a reason why this continues to be talked about?

All that is required to put this puppy to sleep is for Obama to produce his original birth certificate in a legible format for all to see. End of controversy once and for all.
