The Administrative Public Policy System (the legal system) is unlawful in the united States of America and provision for its exclusion is contained in the Constitution for the united States of America with it's thirteen amendments. This, of course, was before the Constitution was unlawfully converted to a corporate document and the original thirteenth amendment was unlawfully removed and a new unlawful amendment took its place and through the unlawful activities of all three branches of the US Federal Government and it's corporate franchises (read as, UNITED STATES, STATE OF XXXXXX, COUNTY OF XXXXXXX, CITY OF XXXXXXX) has been perpetuated and allowed to grow by an un-informed public to this day.
