HR 3962 Passes 220-215

With the passages of the first of three bills, Americans have been told by the Democratic-led House, "We don't care what you want!" Called, "The most sweeping social legislation in more than four decades" by CNN and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi comparing "this historic health care reform" to Social Security and Medicare legislation, she said this will bring to completion the dreams of our founders as true "Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." She claimed that health has finally become a right for all Americans. Of course she neglected to mention the illegal immigrants that will also be covered by more taxes and less medical coverage for Medicare recipients. Of course we can all read that somewhere in that 1100+ pages of unconstitutional mandates that reduce freedom and invade privacy.

I am making this my personal goal to obtain the 220 names of the House Representatives that voted in favor of this bill. I will campaign against them politically and will ask that they be indicted for treason as they have violated the very Constitution of the United States, which they took an oath to uphold. They have become the domestic enemies of the people, and hence they are the real anti-American threat to this once great nation.

Just calling this a bad idea is not good enough for me, so I will look at what can be done to make health care truly affordable for all without violating anyone's rights to do so. There are about 37 states that have either considered or have adopted resolutions that claim a national health plan violates the constitutional rights of both the several states and the people, therefore the will not abide by any of its legislation. If your state is not among them, find out why and get them on board.

It is long passed time for us as patriots to stop this usurpation of our nation by the corporate and banking interests that are enslaving us. The government is the nations's largest employer and none of them will be subjected to the health care reforms placed upon the rest of us. And Nancy said this was for the American people?

Let's call this "Mine Shaft" government. The government allows the Federal Reserve's collection agency (the Internal Revenue Service) to take what is Mine and all I get is the Shaft!
