It Makes Me Wonder

As the year 2013 comes to a close and we begin 2014, the focus will no doubt be on the deadlines on healthcare coverage and the fines they call taxes that will ensue. But that is not what makes me wonder.

Does anyone know who has the authority to write law? Does anyone know where in the Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America, it says that the Department of Health and Human Services, or the Supreme Court, or even the President can just make up laws without a Congressional vote in both Houses?

Are Americans so ignorant that they do not realize that they are being conned out of their money, their rights, their very lives? Are we so plugged in that we are so tuned out of the reality of what we face as individuals and as a nation?

We probably would have fared far better had we revolted against the Federal Reserve Act. But the real damage is done when one allows one Amendment to override an integral part of the Constitution that protects the liberty of the People. Above all, individual rights must always trump the rights of any group.

I have watched in horror as Congress did nothing to impeach Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, and yes, even Barry (Barack Hussein Obama Jr.) Soetoro himself. 

I watch the privately-owned major media focus on stories and people who stir emotions while distracting us from the real issues. Issues like the death of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, killed with a weapon allowed (illegally) to be bought and taken to Mexican criminals, aka Fast and Furious; and Benghazi, another cover-up resulting in deaths of four Americans; the IRS auditing and holding up tax-exempt status for non-profits that are not aligned with current government policies and ideologies; and continuing lies about a blatant power grab of one sixth the nations economy in the form of a totally un-affordable health care act in which laws are being written and changed without any congressional debate or vote. It makes me wonder why Americans are not yelling about this!

A judge who decides that the Patriot Act and the security of the nation trumps personal rights to privacy without due process. And that is to reverse a previous court's decision that the NSA practices violated the Fourth Amendment. Can the People allow one man to decide their privacy rights?

Since Congress is doing nothing, since every day we lose more control of our lives and liberty to an ever growing and encroaching government, I wonder how much more Americans will tolerate before they begin to take action.

I wonder how we had what we had in the 1960's that brought such awareness into America was allowed to be suppressed once again and so thoroughly. I wonder how much longer we can survive as a free nation.

Fear Rules America, or A Land of Cowards and Slaves

Anyone who has examined the facts surrounding various recent Incidents now realizes that groups within the US government have carried out PSYOPS and false flag operations on US soil against US Citizens. From Ruby Ridge to Waco, from the Oklahoma City bombing to the World Trade Center, these operations were carried out to cover up, misdirect public attention, and steal gold and securities. All of these operations were effected without any concern for human life and in one of the incidences the operation was meant to kill essentially everyone who could have provided the evidence against those involved in planning and carrying out the operation.



Specifically, with the election of W.J. Clinton, G.H.W. Bush, G.W. Bush, and the illegal election of B. Soetoro/B.H. Obama II, the principles this nation was founded on have been decimated and the destruction continues.

The aftermath of these incidences, in each case, increased the feelings of deep distress caused by loss; depression, despair, grief, despondency, and regret experienced by Americans. These feelings allowed the manipulation of public opinion and acceptance of allowing such un-American measures as the Patriot Act, NDAA, NDRP, TSA, DHS.

Recently, Soetoro/Obama, a wanted fugitive criminal, appointed John Kerry to replace disgraced Hillary Rodham Clinton of Benghazi debacle fame, both long time CFR members and persons of questionable character, as Secretary of State he signed, on behalf of the American people, the UN Arms Trade Treaty, a regulation to restrict inter-country arms trade;  however, the underlying damage is to National Sovereignty because it subjects US Citizens to international laws. Further, the treaty, as the NRA has pointed out, would impose an "invasive registration scheme" by requiring importing countries to give exporting countries information on "end users." 

The Council on Foreign Relations, CFR, is considered to be the most influential policy Think Tank since its inception in 1921. As one of the few intermediaries between banking interests, oil industry, corporate endeavors and the US Government, the CFR wields tremendous influence. CFR members occupy key positions in government, the mass media, financial institutions, multinational corporations, the military and intelligence communities.

Every US Presidential Administration, Over the past 70 years, be it Republican or Democratic, has filled all cabinet positions with CFR Members almost to the exclusion of anyone else since 1940. Every US Secretary of State (with one exception) has been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and/or its younger brother, the Trilateral Commission. Also since 1940, every Secretary of War and every Secretary of Defense has been a CFR member. During most of its existence, the CIA has been headed by CFR members and virtually every key US national security and foreign policy adviser has been a CFR member since World War II.

CFR meeting participants are forbidden 'to publish a speaker's statement in attributed form in any newspaper;  to repeat it on television or radio, or on a speaker's platform, or in a classroom;  or to go beyond a memo of limited circulation.' If a president should surround that position with extra-governmental policies held by a group with an unknown or hidden agenda, to whom is he most likely to listen?

Secretary Kerry related, "This is about keeping weapons out of the hands of terrorists and rogue actors. This is about reducing the risk of international transfers of conventional arms that will be used to carry out the world's worst crimes. This is about keeping Americans safe and keeping America strong," he said. "This treaty will not diminish anyone's freedom. In fact, the treaty recognizes the freedom of both individuals and states to obtain, possess, and use arms for legitimate purposes."  As the Esteemed Readers may remember, Mr. Holder's exceptionally poorly thought out criminal operation "Fast and Furious," the illegal Projects Gunrunner and the Gunwalker scandal to supply Mexican drug cartel members (terrorists) with weapons. Could this be a clear example of Kerry's terrorists and rogue actors?  A radio broadcast which covers the salient point follows.

The fear that Americans hold, allowed the passage of laws which reduced the liberties of American citizens and shifted more powers to the executive branch of the US government. Is America a land of cowards and Slaves?

The Abyss of Arrogance and Conceit

It's not about Treyvon Martin nor is it about racism. It's simply about Obama and what Obama thinks is best. It is about a pathological narcissistic liar who lets no tragedy go without exploitation for personal or political gain. The man who calls himself President always makes it about himself because it has to be about him to matter to him. He demonstrates that he cares about nothing outside of his own delusions of grandeur and has surrounded himself with a devoted supporting cast of corrupt characters to do his bidding and offer their blind devotion.

There are so many issues that are of crisis magnitude facing our country, especially our individual rights and sovereignty. And while the media is focused on the newborn British heir to the throne, America suffers bankruptcy in major cities, unemployment and high prices, a health care plan that is failing before it is implemented, and a corrupt administration that will divide the people further with false charges of racism to deflect focus away from their own criminal acts.

We still do not have an investigation into Fast and Furious gun running that was sanctioned by the BATF and DOJ. Like his boss in the Oval Office, Eric Holder needs to be held accountable.

And there is Benghazi and the unaccountable former Secretary of State and the Commander-in Chief who was missing in action during the whole attack that left Americans without any support ti be butchered.

And then we have the IRS scandal where political opponents were targeted for audits and delays in applications for non-profits status. But Obama didn't find out until it was on the news?

I can go on but what is the sense in that? Americans are still asleep in the back of the bus. As the Obama Regime steers us how much deeper is this abyss?

Broke and Broken!

We all know we are not only broke, but that we are in multi-trillion dollar debt. What is being made public (finally!) by the privately-owned major media is how  bad our government is broken.

We have not operated under a true constitutional government for many decades. We are no longer a representative republic, having our electoral system totally corrupted by those who control the puppets in Washington. 

Now we discover that those who were appointed by the President to the highest offices in government, have used their positions for personal or political gain or both. And the list of acts of corruption and deceit grows daily.

We are now discovering that the Obama Administration and the Republican Party do little to protect the American People, in fact to the contrary, they have colluded to destroy America from the inside out.

It is difficult for any logic or reason to conclude that incompetence is the problem. No group collectively can be this incompetent. And to call it mistakes made and then covered up is like peeing on my leg and trying to convince me that it is raining. Trust me, I live in the Pacific Northwest and know a thing to two about rain and pee.

In my way of seeing things, an order to a rescue team to stand down when American lives are at stake is murder. In this case the weapon used was either a pen or a phone. The lying about the cause of the attack to the world when it has become obvious that many in the government knew exactly what was happening demonstrates how little regard this administration has for rights or rule of law.

 

The Narcissist-in-Chief surrounded himself with enablers, who bow to his every wish and whim, regardless of consequences. Comparisons have been made to the Iran Contra affair where Col. Oliver North testified that he himself protected the President by lying or withholding information from him. The cutesy term, 'plausible deniability' is used to define it. This current administration has taken it to new heights. The entire government under Barack Obama knows less than Sgt. Schultz of Hogan's Heroes fame.

Republicans in the House have done little to expedite this issue, and instead, passed yet another piece of unconstitutional legislation (remember CISPA?) while most of America is distracted with ACA, AG, AP, Fox News, IRS, Departments of Justice and State, oh, and let's not forget unconstitutional and dictatorial executive orders that are justified by other unconstitutional acts passed by Congress.

Just recently, I have heard on the news (probably Fox) that we need to preserve the two party system because it works. Yeah right! What we need to do is redo the entire electoral system, and take away the control from the twp party system. We need to resort to simple paper ballots and public counting. I wrote about this in Protecting the Vote but obviously not many people are paying attention.
