Video From Inside The Truck Finicum Was Driving

It should be apparent to the Esteemed Readers of Fix America, that based on the evidence known at this time, Robert LaVoy Finicum was murdered in retaliation for defying the unlawful regulative orders of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), a Puerto Rican Corporation. It is relatively unimportant at this time just which agency or NGO (non-government organization) fired. The truly important point is no one discharged any firearm of any type except one or more Government, or State Agency, or NGO. All of the bullshit legaleze about officers fearing for their lives when faced by an unarmed already wounded American with his hands raised is outrageous!  The 9mm drop gun ostensibly found by the FBI is a laughable outcome of agencies or NGOs covering their protruding asses.     





The others that were arrested on charges of "federal felony charge of conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation or threats" is at the very least questionable.

Those alleged charges have nothing to do with the peaceful occupation of the Malhuer National Wildlife Refuge, nor the rally for the injustices done to the Hammonds, or the Hammond's 'terrorist arson charges and conviction' as alleged by the BLM and the corporate Administrative Public Policy Tribunals that handed down the conviction against the Hammonds.

The refusal of the federal government to allow inspection or photography of the bullet riddled pickup truck Mr. Finicum was driving or provide government or NGO dash cam and body cam evidence is understandable; considering that it is evidence that will surely and undoubtedly be presented at the various trials to prove the government's allegations. 

The entire incident has been just one of many demonstrations to come of raw naked killing force meant to frighten and intimidate the Americans-on-the-Land into giving up their unalienable rights, their constitutionally protected rights, and eventually their property and finally their liberty.

This type of unlawful government or NGO action will strip you and me of our unalienable rights, rights which can only be taken by force, and only if Americans are incapable of self-defense. It is for all Americans who cherish the freedoms and liberty they have so dearly fought for to resist giving in to the fear of an out-of-control tyrannical government. 

Americans Need to Awaken from a Sleep That Will Kill Them

Americans are due for a horrendous awakening. It will blind side them like a thug in a dark alley throwing a sucker punch:  and Americans will not be able to get back on their feet for round two. Round two will be the use of force, overwhelming force, and the use of the unlawful legal system (and everything it represents) to finish the American Way of Life (best represented by the time period spanning  seventeen-seventy-six to the eighteen fifties). The Esteemed Readers might wonder what is meant by the foregoing statements.

Slowly, step by step, all of the limitations on the Federal Government (as delineated by the Amendments to the constitution for the united States of America, the Bill of Rights) have been either directly or indirectly abrogated and the original fully ratified Thirteenth Amendment replaced by an unlawful different 13th Amendment (1864, 1865). This has been accomplished by well understood methods since the time of the 1850s. The original system of Common Law in the United States has been replaced by the legal system (USC, UCC, etc. which only has jurisdiction in the ten square miles of the District of Columbia) and this is falling away to a mixture of Admiralty Law, Roman Civil Law, International Law and Islamic Sharia Law. All of this unlawful activity is supported by an unlawful corporate Government. The following video explains some of the methods used by the people who run this country. 

Planned Paranoia: The Fear of Firearms

Laws that prohibit firearms do nothing to prevent nor deter crime. The facts speak for themselves, regardless of what the fear mongers preach. Disarming the People is necessary for complete control. Every tyranny passed ever more restrictive laws until outright confiscation was implemented.

With the passage of unconstitutional laws in the Constitution State, Connecticut has proven my point:  confiscation is eminent and unless We the People rise up, all of our freedoms are lost.

The Esteemed Readers of Fix America are well aware of how we reached this point in America's demise. Starting with Lincoln's martial law which has never really been dismissed, and moving through to the NDRP and executive orders that can only be followed by usurpers of the Constitution, we are at that fork in the road and must choose the path we will follow.

It is always easier to say, 'Que sera, sera!' And just go along. That is what the good people of Germany did as National Socialism festered in their nation. History demonstrates the results in these so-called 'revolutions' against well established governments. Our own founders described this concern in the Declaration of Independence, as they further listed the oppression and usurpation of Common Law and the restrictions placed on natural rights.

The right to keep and bear arms was assumed to be part of the natural rights, those being life, liberty and property.  The fear that a government would at some point attempt to disarm the People, prior to oppressing them, it was insisted to be placed as an enumerated right which governments were forbidden to legislate against.

By highlighting certain crimes in the media, the policy pushers of big and powerful government control instill fear in the public, and use that fear to press for regulations that will prohibit certain types of 'criminals' from having all of their rights. Such is the federal law that prohibits a person charged and convicted of a felony crime from ever owning a firearm. That is unconstitutional, plain and simple.

Gun control advocates will ask, "Do you want ex-cons having guns?" to which I say, "Those who want them will get them, regardless of the law." Breaking the law is why they were convicted in the first place! "But when they get caught with a gun, they get stiffer sentences." To which I say, "If the crime they committed was such that the sentence paid restitution to the victim, instead of allowing the convict to live on taxpayer resources, maybe they would not be repeat offenders!"

Law needs to provide justice. Laws that create criminals from law-abiding people are not just laws. They are created by planning and planting fear in the reporting of crimes, school shootings, mall shootings, now military base shootings. If more people carried weapons there would be less of this, not more.

For many years, I never carried so much as a pocket knife and now I carry a weapon always.  I respect a business's wishes when posted 'No firearms', and I find another place to spend my money and time when I do. I imagine that most of the loudest advocates for gun laws are the ones who need not have a weapon. Their display of fear and paranoia is good reason not to own or bear firearms. 

For the rest of us We the People will decide NOT the government!
