There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

Lawyers, Guns, and Money!

The original Thirteenth Article of Amendment to the United States Constitution disappeared sometime after the War of 1812 when the British burned Washington, D.C. Prior to that time there were no lawyers allowed in Congress who were members of the Barristers, and carried the noble title of Esquire. (See: TONA Research Committee)

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." [Journal of the Senate]

This sleight-of-hand was accomplished, and the end of constitutional law and limited federal government commenced. The real shame of it is that the majority of Americans feel that it is a "conspiracy theory" and that only those who wear pointy aluminum foil hats and believe in UFO's think this is true.

Now that our Constitution has been trounced on by passage of bills and acts (The Patriot Act, NDAA, Bill 347 a.k.a.(Criminalizing Protest Bill) there are still many Americans that feel these things are necessary for our own protection. Sure, and I have a very nice bridge to sell you at a very good price!

Now the President and Secretary of State have proved once again that the Constitution means nothing to them as they have endorsed the United Nations Gun Ban Treaty another jackboot on the throat of the Constitution and liberty of We the People. Where will it leave us as a free and sovereign nation?

Sadly, it will mean the end of our sovereignty as we become absorbed by a global government, run not by the will of the People, but by the dictates of the banks and their corporate elitists. With the most important Presidential Election of our nation heading toward us at the speed of light, America remains a divided nation, destined to fall because they refuse to unite in common cause for liberty.

They have already lost and are still too shallow to admit it. Most still think this is an ideological debate between left and right, Democrat and Republican. They think it is about race, religion, poor and rich. The privately-owned major media continues to spew lies and even the hard working Americans are swallowing it all, blaming a pretender American President, born a foreigner and raised by the radical socialists who are also mere puppets of the richest families on Earth.

How can we remain a free nation when all of  the signs show that we are heading over the same cliff as did Germany and Russia? How can we stop it before it's too late?

Food as a Weapon

Why is there not enough food to feed all of humanity? We can send probes to other planets and deep into the far reaches of the solar system. We have technology today that can make foods faster and pest resistant. But is it healthy?

I remember listening to a late night talk show many years ago, the guest was an agricultural biologist who claimed that the food we eat today has only a fraction of the nutritional worth of foods our grandparents ate. We would have to eat two pounds of broccoli to gain the same value in nutrition as our ancestors gained in a single serving. Diseases are on the rise even though we have made so many advances in medicine. Or have we?

I submit to you that all of the problems we face as humans around the world is based on an illusion. It's like watching the Wizard of Oz for the first time and discovering the "man behind the curtain." Many of my friends and family will not even look there. They are embarrassed to think that they have been duped for all these years. Many think that I am crazy to think that my government would condone such things. But after all, they are of the same flesh and blood as us, capable of the same successes and failures. One only needs to look at where we are today to see that government has not been capable of controlling its own bloated growth, let alone act on behalf of markets and commodities. Why our Congress even gave up its Constitutional mandate to coin currency and set its value to private banks, trusting them to act with integrity on our behalf.

There are many ways in which the very wealthy can manipulate markets. But staying with food, there are now a few extremely large corporations both foreign and domestic that control possibly as much as 80% of the food supply of the globe. Some think it can be closer to 100% but living in an area where there remain a good number of independent family farms, I am not willing to make that leap. But the truth is that many of these small farms are being forced out by the conglomerates through the outright manipulation of the commodities markets.

A bushel of wheat will still feed the same number of hungry people as it did when it was first cultivated. The growth of any food crop demands the proper arable lands and the cooperation of nature. But it does not determine the amount of food crop available to feed the population. Remember in the biblical stories in Exodus, the temple granaries were full and yet their were people starving during a drought. It was used as a weapon to  wield power over people. It took an act of divine intervention to convince those priests of Egypt to release the stores to the starving masses.

How many other times has food been used as a weapon? A practice still used today through subsidies, is to have farmers turn under a good harvest so as to keep the prices higher. The justification is that the farmer could not make a living selling the crops at a very low price.but the reality is that they are doing just that, only the government is making up the difference. Would it not be better to have that crop sold to either the free market or to the government? Instead of funding dictators and foreign governments that will use our "gifts" to oppress their own people and they themselves live in wealth and splendor, send tons of wheat to feed the masses?

People need not be punished for their prosperity unless they obtained their riches by cheating, lying, stealing from others. There are methods employed today that produce rich and abundant foods naturally, without the use of chemicals for fertilizers or pesticides. I myself have grown tomatoes in my patio garden and always have such an abundance to share with many of my neighbors. I have demonstrated how we can each grow a crop and share our harvests so well will obtain a variety of nutritious fruits and vegetables and not have to buy them from high priced markets. Even when I must make a purchase, I go to markets that offer locally grown produce when available.

We live in a world that has become as much of an illusion as the science fiction film, The Matrix. And it is just as difficult for most of us to awaken ourselves and face reality. We have to do that now. The alarm has been ringing for quite some time and all we are doing is hitting the snooze button.

The Supremacy Clause: It's the Law of the Land!

Sometimes I wonder how a person gets to be in a high ranking position when it is obvious that they do not have the knowledge or skills to perform the duties of that position. As is noted in the article cited from the Texas Tenth Amendment Center it seems that Tennessee's Attorney General uses a partial interpretation of the Supremacy Clause to illustrate the power of the Federal Government over the laws of the States and of the Constitution. He stated, “Congressional power to preempt state law arises from the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution. The Supremacy Clause provides that the laws of the United States “shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, any thing in the Constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding,” U.S. Const. art. 6, cl. 2.”

But the clause he is quoting says, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”

Please correct me if I am wrong here, but I interpret this to mean that the Constitution AND the LAWS of any State is the fundamental structure from which all Federal government laws derive their legality and jurisdiction.

Or as  the article cited indicated, "Federal laws trumps state laws, ONLY IF FEDERAL LAWS ARE CONSTITUTIONAL." So if State law is based on a state constitution, which is based on the United States Constitution's reservation of rights to the States and the citizens, How can any law produced by Congress and signed into law by the President, then trump all else? And when did Executive Orders get the authority to trump both Congress and the Constitution?

The answer is in the creation of the 16th and 17th Amendments, along with another Congressional sleight-of-hand entitled Uniform Commercial Code. On the surface at least it would appear that the UCC deals exactly with what Congress is responsible for, the commerce and trade with other nations, the uniform assessments of duties and tariffs to promote fair trade without negatively impacting the industrial backbone of America. It was then decided that each of us would become "corporations" but not in the same "legal" sense as a "real corporation."

First a lesson in who I am and who the Federal Government and all businesses think I am. I was issued a Social Security Number which I applied for because I was told it was necessary to have before I could be employed. And every job I had, every school I attended, every vehicle registration and drivers license application had a spot on it to enter my SSN.

In school I learned how to print my name and to write it in script. I learned that a signature on an application, or a check, indicated that I was telling the truth and authorized to withdraw money from a checking account, which my name and SSN was also attached to. Today when you apply for employment they ask for SSN, DLN and State you are licensed to drive in, and whether you have had any convictions or felonies. Some require a drug screen before hire.  When I worked on the race tracks I had to be fingerprinted and photographed for FBI background checks.

When we get a bill or a check, have you ever noticed that the name is in all CAPITAL LETTERS? I have a few birth certificates and I cannot recall that any spell my name in all capital letters. But I keep getting "official" correspondences that always are addressed to me in all capital letters.

So I started asking around as to why this is done. Because I have a background in Information Systems Technology I had thought that maybe it started when things were printed on impact printers that had all capital letters and it stuck. What I learned is too much for a blog post. More like a documentary or a novel.

In a nutshell, the government create a "straw man" entity of all of us, so they could get around the Constitutional provision that all taxes be apportioned, that is provide us with the itemized list that the Internal Revenue Service demand of taxpayers.

Why can't individuals claim the same expenses as deductions as a corporation? We cannot deduct mortgage or rent, gas, electric or telephone. You cannot deduct your auto expenses even when it is a necessity to get to and from work. But a "real" corporation can deduct that trip to Tahiti as a "corporate retreat" that was done around meetings and brainstorming sessions. More like 9 holes in the morning and getting trashed at the lounge in the evening.

I am not a corporation and therefore I would like someone to show me what laws gave Congress to tax wages. I want to know what laws specific require individuals to file income tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service, when the refund checks are paid through the US Treasury Department?

It is important that Americans start getting the education about reality in government today. It has been operating under the UCC which in many ways is itself unconstitutional, but try and get a judge to hear the case.

To read where a State AG misinterprets the Constitution to show how Federal law is the law of  the land, is a good example of how poorly educated people are, and the reason is the curriculum not their abilities to learn. And with more and more Federal government programs and intervention into the public school system, it only gets worse.

And now they have control over health care? Doesn't that make me feel all warm and fuzzy!

Is there really a "Free Energy" machine?

It seems that there are many so-called free energy devices with claims of "over-unity" energy production. But do they really work? Are these devices all scams and chicanery or is there a concerted effort to suppress the technology.

I have followed these devices since I first read about Nikola Tesla and radiant energy about 35 years ago or more. I have experimented with others on building devices and have witnessed for myself some remarkable phenomena that cannot be explained by conventional physics. We have even demonstrated experiments to lettered physicists who claim that while they cannot explain what was taking place, there were sure that the "anomaly" was NOT due to some unknown energy source as that is "impossible" since all known sources are documented.

So who is right and why? Can there be nothing new in physics that be discovered?

US Troops vs. US Citizens

(Fred's note)
Occasionally it necessary to bring such things to the attention of the public who normally would not learn of them through the mainstream media. I feel this is such a case. Also, because it was forwarded to me, and also being it was posted on a faith-based site, many would not have even been aware of it (I would not) unless they were of a particular faith. It is my intention to enlighten and not frighten you.

Civil unrest and martial law in the US

Saturday October 4, 2008

posted by Rod Dreher @12:02pm

Several of you have privately pointed me to this story from last week in Army Times, which reports on the new, permanent mission of the 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat team. It's not Iraq; it's within the United States. Excerpts:
Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.
It is not the first time an active-duty unit has been tapped to help at home. In August 2005, for example, when Hurricane Katrina unleashed hell in Mississippi and Louisiana, several active-duty units were pulled from various posts and mobilized to those areas.
But this new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.
After 1st BCT finishes its dwell-time mission, expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be a permanent one.
More:
They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.
Training for homeland scenarios has already begun at Fort Stewart and includes specialty tasks such as knowing how to use the "jaws of life" to extract a person from a mangled vehicle; extra medical training for a CBRNE incident; and working with U.S. Forestry Service experts on how to go in with chainsaws and cut and clear trees to clear a road or area.
The 1st BCT's soldiers also will learn how to use "the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded," 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier said, referring to crowd and traffic control equipment and nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them.
The package is for use only in war-zone operations, not for any domestic purpose.
Oh, of course not (he says, nervously). More:
"I can't think of a more noble mission than this," said Cloutier, who took command in July. "We've been all over the world during this time of conflict, but now our mission is to take care of citizens at home ... and depending on where an event occurred, you're going home to take care of your home town, your loved ones."
I mean to cast no aspersions on this commander, but that language is, frankly, Orwellian. The reader who first tipped me off to this story caught a reference to it in The American Conservative, which last year ran a remarkable piece about how the legal barriers preventing the deployment of US soldiers domestically was eroding. Excerpt:
How many pipe bombs might it take to end American democracy? Far fewer than it would have taken a year ago.
The Defense Authorization Act of 2006, passed on Sept. 30, empowers President George W. Bush to impose martial law in the event of a terrorist "incident," if he or other federal officials perceive a shortfall of "public order," or even in response to antiwar protests that get unruly as a result of government provocations.
Section 1076 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 changed the name of the key provision in the statute book from "Insurrection Act" to "Enforcement of the Laws to Restore Public Order Act." The Insurrection Act of 1807 stated that the president could deploy troops within the United States only "to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy." The new law expands the list to include "natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition"--and such "condition" is not defined or limited.
How about a condition brought about by, say, an economic collapse and what follows? IJS.
The important point here is not that a single brigade is going to be in the position of enforcing emergency military rule, a physical impossibility. The important point is that a line has been crossed in the law. The redeployment of this BCT is an outward sign of a legal transformation that happened while few of us were paying attention. As someone said to me this morning, "The scary thing is not so much that they've done it, but that they felt the need to do it at all."
HAARP: PSYCHOTRONIC CONTROL TOOL OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER

HAARP's space-generated ELF waves, coming back down to the earth, can be utilized in many different ways, such as communicating with submarines or creating harmful biological and mental effects upon a specifically targeted population. HAARP can also be utilized in a system of earth-penetrating tomography, for locating hidden underground bunkers in enemy territory or the buried arms, survival supplies, and valuable coins buried by U.S. patriots and militias.

The 1/96 'Progressive Magazine' reported that a 1995 article, "Non-Lethal Technology and Airpower", in the 'Air Command and Staff College's Airpower Journal', describes how so-called non-lethal psychotronic and electromagnetic weapons will be used against civilians:

"In the very near future, it will become clear that non-lethal methods have applicability across the entire spectrum of conflict, including crime and terrorism..."
"In this research paper, the authors reveal for the first time, the U.S. military is developing high-powered microwave weapons for use against human beings" (which is one of the hidden goals of the HAARP transmitters).

Such "microwave weapons are almost uniquely intrusive" (especially when they are pulsed at ELF frequencies). "They do not simply attack a person's body, they reach all the way into a person's mind...They are meant to disorient or upset mental stability."

The Soviets aimed one of these weapons at the American Embassy in Moscow for years and caused enormous physical and emotional damage amongst the Americans working there. It is thus shocking to see the U.S. military now preparing, with the help of the Justice Department, to use such electromagnetic totalitarian zapping devices against American civilians.

Years before he became House Speaker, Newt Gingrich wrote the foreword to an official U.S. Air Force book that described how electromagnetic weapons can be used to subjugate U.S. citizens who oppose the policies of the Federal government. The publication, titled 'Low Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology' (Lt. Col. David J. Dean, USAF, Editor), contained a chapter written by Capt. Paul Tyler that deals with electromagnetic, (so-called) non-lethal and psychotronic weapons.

Because of the strong support for using the U.S. military against civilians (as clearly demonstrated by recent anti-terrorist legislation), this Air Force publication (and its relationship to HAARP) is very significant. Capt. Tyler stated:

"The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations. ...Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups" (as currently defined by the Clinton administration), "crowd control, and...antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all cases, the electromagnetic systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation" (psychotronic weapons application).

"In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they provide coverage over large areas with a single system"(disguised reference to projects like HAARP).

"...One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena", which appears to be a veiled reference to the Federal government's use of electromagnetic and psychotronic devices to create artificial UFO abductions amongst unwitting civilians. Such government-staged UFO encounters (not to be confused with the many real UFO events, such as the Roswell crash) are now being used a cover for widespread physical and psychological experimentation upon U.S. civilians.
