A Voice From The Past: General Smedley Butler Speaks Outstandingly

By 1933 corporate America was firmly established in the UNITED STATES of America, corporate ideology had already begun to supplant the ideals of free market commerce and trade (capitalism). This should be keep in mind as you read General Butler's comments regarding corporate racketeering.
"War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.

I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we'll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag.

I wouldn't go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket.

There isn't a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. It has its "finger men" to point out enemies, its "muscle men" to destroy enemies, its "brain men" to plan war preparations, and a "Big Boss" Super-Nationalistic-Capitalism.

It may seem odd for me, a military man to adopt such a comparison. Truthfulness compels me to. I spent thirty- three years and four months in active military service as a member of this country's most agile military force, the Marine Corps. I served in all commissioned ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major-General. And during that period, I spent most of my time being a high class muscle- man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.

I suspected I was just part of a racket at the time. Now I am sure of it. Like all the members of the military profession, I never had a thought of my own until I left the service. My mental faculties remained in suspended animation while I obeyed the orders of higher-ups. This is typical with everyone in the military service.

I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912 (where have I heard that name before?). I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested.

During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents."

"A new American army is growing on American soil. They are prepared.

In hushed tones during conversations across the breadth of the heartland of America there are whispers. Quiet talk. About an army. Of Americans? 
An army prepared to defend an increasingly oppressed population craving reprieve from their government’s increasingly draconian methods. This army, they say, is growing.

After firm handshakes all around, Dan T. and Gene R., who I had good reason to believe were both retired military, settled into our task at hand. I was in their company for the day on business. During the one-day meeting Dan and Gene revealed that they were indeed career military. Dan, Army. Gene, retired Navy. I attempted to politely avoid political discussion in the interest of decorum.

So at the first comment on politics from my hosts I took a long deep breath. My opinions, despite being armed with facts, don’t go-over well in conservative America. Much less with ex-military. No doubt, patience would be needed.

Two hours later we clashed the mugs of our third round of beers together in a boisterous toast.

“This country is going to hell!,” I offered just a bit too loudly in the confines of the cramped bar.

“Damn right it is,” agreed Dan. At 6’4”, and a stout 280 pounds, Dan would make a fine nose tackle. “Quite frankly, I’m in favor of ringing America with an expanded Navy to protect us. It’s time our Military went back to protecting our Nation. Leave the world alone. But… the real question right now in America is…,” and he lowered his voice, giving me a direct stare, “are you prepared?”
Indeed America is going to hell. A sleeping America has no idea of the depth of the plot against them. Those few who are paying attention have good reason to fear the direction of their country and their Government. 

The savvy American knows about the FEMA incarceration camps. These camps are intended for them. This is confirmed by a leaked two-hundred- fifty-four page US Army manual showing the designs of the camps, defining who is to be culled from the population, and who is to be put to death.

These same Americans also know that their America has recently purchased 1.5 Billion rounds of hollow point ammunition and 800 million rounds of double-aught shotgun shells. This ammo is designed for one purpose; killing… people. While police and National Guard are having trouble getting their own ammo, this massive arsenal is being distributed via the Dept. of Homeland Security to points unknown.

They also know that the FBI formally requested in writing to assassinate with a high powered rifle the leaders of the Houston Occupy camp. 

Now, on Tuesday April 29, 2014 the US Supreme Court approved this behavior and a myriad of other authoritarian controls straight from the manuals of Dachau, Auschwitz, or the Gulag.

The informed American should be terrified.
I had heard and read rumblings of a ground-swell movement within the American military. This quiet, passionately pro-American, pro-Constitution, pro-democracy, army is rapidly growing. It has already faced down the US empire twice. Their mission: to save Americans from their Government. They call themselves, “Oath Keepers.”

“I Do Solemnly Swear (Or Affirm) That I Will Uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, Against All Enemies, Foreign and Domestic…Pledging My Life, My Fortune, and My Sacred Honor. So Help Me God.” – US Military Oath of Service.

Oath Keepers are the predictable historical reaction by populations to endemic political, financial, and corporate corruption and the destruction of their society. With a puppet president, malicious congress, and constitutionally irrational court system, to more and more Americans Oath Keepers is becoming the only effective counter weight to a tyrannical empire.

There are approximately 21.5 million military veterans of all ages and ethnic backgrounds in America. Estimates put Oath Keepers membership in excess of 200,000. Within this growing army are every military rank from all four branches of the US military. From Gunny Sergeant to Admiral, from Army Chaplain to Naval Captain, Marine Corp. General to PFC, America’s veteran military corp. remains full of a vast wealth of very expensive and thoroughly trained military. 

Oath Keepers include many active duty service men and women who keep their membership very private. Their numbers are reportedly also swelling.
All these men and women were trained to fight. They remember their training. They remember that they are first and foremost American’s, sworn to protect the constitution and the American people. That never changed. These real American patriots have not for gotten the Oath of Service they swore to so many years before.     
          
Few thought the day would come when, rather than providing protection from foreign adversaries, they would actually heed the currently two most important words, “…and Domestic.”

By all current reports Americans hold over 320 million non-military fire arms of all makes, models, and calibers. That figure is only the guns that are accounted for. Actual numbers are higher. With the recent gun buying surge across America, this number is ever rising. Many of these people are buying these weapons whether they are aware of Oath Keepers or not, and hold very similar views on our Government’s authoritarian intentions. 

Combine all these weapons with the millions of American veterans and you have a highly trained and well- armed militia ready, willing, and waiting to protect Americans from their own government. Was this not the original wisdom of the inclusion of the American Constitution’s very controversial Second Amendment?

Freedom loving Americans have only two distinct choices. Either use their First Amendment right to assembly and free speech to produce a massive showing of outrage that retrieves the remains of true democracy… 
Or… it will be the Second Amendment. Guns.
I asked Dan and Gene to comment.

Dan slams his glass down in agreement, since it is empty, looking intently out from under a beat-up, bleached out, somewhat reddish baseball cap. 
“That’s a good way to put it,” he says while eyeing me carefully over the foam atop a freshly poured beer. “The question really is,” he says again quietly, “are you prepared?”

In America’s desperate condition being prepared runs the gambit from eliminating one’s personal debt, eliminating unnecessary possessions, putting assets into gold or silver, and stocking a sensible amount of supplies and provisions away just in case. It means having the presence of forethought to realize the dire reality of America’s real social and political condition.
It also implies being prepared to protect and defend those possessions, and freedoms, from a growing government tyranny.

A whole lot of well trained, well-armed, Americans have seen this day coming. 
The Oath Keeper motto is, “Not On Our Watch!” Their own pro-American, pro-constitutional oath has been sworn by all Oath Keepers whether active military, veterans, police officers, national guardsmen, TSA officials, firemen, or peace officers. The Oath is defined clearly in ten separate guarantees: 

Oath Keepers will NOT obey any order to:

1. Disarm the American people.
2. Conduct warrant-less searches of the American people, 
3. Detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” 
4. Impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.
5. Invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty. 
6. Blockade American cities, turning them into giant concentration camps.
7. Force American citizens into any form of detention camps.
8. Assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil.
9. Confiscate the property of the American people.
10. Infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances. 

Only two Days ago the US Supreme Court of the United States formally gave approval for US Government goons to reap all these horrors on all Americans. 

On Tuesday, the court in Hedges v. Obama, U.S. Supreme Court, No. 13-758, refused to review the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeal’s (traditionally the president’s pocket court) decision to overturn a lower court decision that did, temporarily, protect Americans from these unconstitutional war crimes of Sect. 1021 of the Obama inspired of the National Defense Authorization Act. All ten horrors are, right now, legal across America.

Foolishly I had mistakenly interpreted the Oath of the Oath Keepers to mean that those who take the oath would lay down their weapons under such extreme circumstances. 

“Wrong!” said Paul immediately, inching forward and giving me a penetrating glance while setting down his beer. “We’re not laying down our weapons for anyone!” 

Gene was also eyeing me keenly. Quickly forgiving my small indiscretion, he offered support saying, “Yeah. You’re absolutely right about the Oath. But if you don’t have your weapons you’re not going to fight back. That’s what the huge recent increase in gun sales is all about.”

Gene’s a retired Navy aircraft carrier pilot, one of the Navy’s most highly trained servicemen. Of a Bantam weight’s build, and just as feisty, at sixty Gene is looking as youthful as his days in the cockpit. He is just as assured and straight talking. 

I told them about the FBI study that concluded that American citizens and their massive private, and growing, arsenal could never defeat the US military, should the populous finally fight back.

Gene smiled slyly, then laughed. “They've got that one wrong,” Gene is quite likely correct. Quantifying the totality of a potential armed push back by an armed American public, truly shows the dire consequences about to befall America. It is no wonder that Gene is smiling.

Sadly, that result will be bloodier than the Civil War, just as apocalyptic, and spell the darkest days in the history of America, should it remain a nation when the sands of time have finally cleared the wreckage.

The American Empire has been keeping any news of Oath Keepers out of the media. The regime does not want an example of courage and successful opposition getting to the minds of its subjugated and fearful people. The regime fears the Oath Keepers for a very good reason; this army has already beaten the devil back-down below.
Twice.

When the sequestration cuts agreed to by a criminal congress took effect in late 2013, the Obama administration decided to punish Americans for his failure as president. He proceeded to close the ocean to recreational fishing and boating, and close access to lakes and national parks. His dark minions in the Forest Service went so far as to ring the famous geyser, “Old Faithful,” a US tourist attraction, with a twelve foot high solid plastic fence. This made sure that no-one could see and enjoy it. Tourists who went to the third floor of an adjacent hotel to sneak a peek, were arrested.

Then the puppet went too far.

American veterans come from across America to remember their friends and loved ones at the Vietnam and World War Two war memorials. When Obama closed these, it was a call to action for the Oath Keepers.
  
Wearing side arms, some in uniform, Oath Keepers showed up en-mass. They proceeded to escort arriving visitors past the equally armed Capitol Police and then protected them during their visit. To everyone privy to this successful operation, the Oath Keepers were heroes.

Two weeks ago a corrupt US Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) tried to use his equally corrupt connections at the Bureau of Land Management to then order US Marshal’s Service to seize Clive Bundy’s Nevada ranch so he could sell it to the Chinese. Two thousand people showed up to defend the ranch, but the siege was turning ugly. Marshall’s were tazering peaceful protesters, and slamming women to the ground. Things were getting bad.

Then the Oath Keepers road in.

Armed and ready, several dozen Oath Keepers took up positions and began patrols on Clive Bundy’s property. Many publicly stated that if they were fired on they would return fire.

So, two hundred plus Federal Marshals went home.
The cheers were world-wide.

Our conversation had been enlightening, optimistic, supportive, but at the same time terrifying. To discover that so many American active and retired military are of like mind to just as many passionate pro-American progressives holding radical viewpoints was heartening.

Knowing that former members of America’s military had already sworn an oath to protect me, and other Americans, from the very real threat of being shot, or incarcerated without a warrant, by our own government was reassuring.
Assuredly the Oath Keepers will be called to order again soon.

That is terrifying.

How to Plant The Seeds of Destruction: or The Corporate Logic of Insanity Part 3A

From another point of view it follows that:

From a different (but-true-never-the-less) legal point of US Legal History it is recorded that:

U.S. Law is Private Merchant Law, leaving the people as Surety and Debtor on the bankruptcy.

Law is contract, universally and in the U.S., so we must follow the progression of contractual agreements which constitute the underlying U.S. Law. (this article cannot address all individual laws and cases or you would not have time in a life to review it, even though ignorance of the millions of laws, statutes, codes, etc… is no excuse in Private Admiralty Jurisdictions.)

In basically chronological order, the following progression of contracts, and an interpretation of them follows:

The USA, a corporation of the English Crown (this may actually be The Crown Temple in London;  however that is a nightmare to unscramble and understand: if any of the Esteemed Readers have researched this issue please contact the Fix America moderator with source information), is bankrupt, and has been since at least 1788. The Articles of Confederation states in Article 12:  “All bills of credit emitted, monies borrowed, and debts contracted by, or under the authority of Congress, before the assembling of the United States, in pursuance of the present confederation, shall be deemed as considered a charge against the United States, for payment and satisfaction whereof the said United States, and the public faith are hereby solemnly pledged.” The “Founding Fathers,” as constitutors, acknowledged and reorganized the debt in the US Constitution 1787, Article VI, hence “constitution.” Bankruptcy occurred on January 1, 1788 based on 21 loans that the United States of America received from the King of England dating from February 28, 1778 through July 5, 1782, the repayment of which had been ratified by Congress on January 22, 1783. 

The United States Bank, created in 1791, was a private bank, with 18,000 of 25,000 shares owned by England.

No de jure, constitutional Congress has existed since March 27, 1861 when seven (7) Southern States walked out of Congress leaving Congress without a quorum for adjourning and therefore ending sine die. That which is called “Congress” today assembles and acts under the authority of the President acting in capacity of being Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, under emergency war-powers rule, i.e. “law of necessity,” i.e. no law (see 12 Stat 319, which has never been repealed and exists in Title 50 USC §§ 212, 213, 215, Appendix 16, 26 CFR Chapter 1 § 303.1-6(a), and 31 CFR Chapter 5 § 500.701 Penalties).

Since the above-referenced date, March 27, 1861, Americans have been under Fascist rule via presidential executive order under the aforementioned Emergency War Powers, 12 USC 95 a, b. Every “citizen of the United States” is now “legally” established as an “enemy” via the Amendatory Act of March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, amending Trading With Enemy Act of October 6, 1917, H.R. 4960, Public Law No. 91.

December 6th, 1865, the 14th Amendment was proclaimed as ratified (even though it never properly was, see below). The 14th amendment, which is private Roman Catholic Ecclesiastical Trust Law, constitutes a constructive, cestui que trust, a public charitable trust, “PCT,” that was expressly designed to bring every corporate franchise artificial person called a “citizen of the United States” into an inseparable merging with the government until the two are united (with the power inhering in the government, not the people). A cestui que trust is fundamentally different from a regular trust, which is express in nature and consists of a contractual indenture involving three (3) parties: Grantor (Creator or Trustor), Trustee, and Beneficiaries. In an express trust, legal ownership is transferred by written contract between Grantor and Trustee in which the Grantor surrenders ownership of property to the legal person, the Trust, to be managed by the Trustee on behalf of those who are to benefit from the arrangement, the Beneficiaries. 

A cestui que trust, on the other hand, differs from an express trust in several crucial ways:

a. It is not formed by express contract, i.e. overt agreement expressed in writing, but by legal construction, i.e. fiat.

b. A cestui que trust has no Grantor, but, being a constructive trust created by operation of law, i.e. by make-believe, has only co-trustees and co-beneficiaries. The co-trustees are the parties with the duties for managing property for the “public good,” i.e. for the benefit of those designated as co-beneficiaries.

The Legislative Act of February 21, 1871, Forty-first Congress, Session III, Chapter 62, page 419, chartered a Federal company entitled “United States,” a/k/a “US Inc.,” a “Commercial Agency” originally designated as “Washington, D.C.,” in accordance with the so-called 14th Amendment, which the record indicates was never ratified (see Utah Supreme Court Cases, Dyett v Turner, (1968) 439 P2d 266, 267; State v Phillips, (1975) 540 P 2d 936; as well as Coleman v. Miller, 307 U.S. 448, 59 S. Ct. 972; 28 Tulane Law Review, 22; 11 South Carolina Law Quarterly 484; Congressional Record, June 13, 1967, pp. 15641-15646). A “citizen of the United States” is a civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee and co-beneficiary of the PCT, the constructive, cestui que trust of US Inc. under the 14th Amendment, which upholds the debt of the USA and US Inc. in Section 4.

In conformity with the above-referenced creation of United States (1871) and the 14th Amendment,  the Legislature of each State created a limited-liability corporation, chartered in a private, military, international, commercial, admiralty/maritime jurisdiction, entitled “STATE OF…” e.g. “STATE OF CALIFORNIA,”  as evidenced by, inter alia, the change in the seal and the creation of a new constitution, e.g. Constitution of the State of California (1879), concerning which,  re California:

a. A general partnership agreement, hereinafter  “General Partnership,” exists between the California Republic (1849), and STATE OF CALIFORNIA (1879), with STATE OF CALIFORNIA acting as governmental controller.

b. STATE OF CALIFORNIA now acts as an agent/instrumentality of United States, collecting whole life insurance premiums, known as “taxes,” for the International Monetary Fund, based, inter alia, upon the Limited Liability Act of 1851 and the bankruptcy of United States of 1933, see House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933; Public Law 73-10; Perry v. U.S. (1935), 294 U.S. 330-381, 79 L Ed 912; 31 USC 5112, 5119.

Inasmuch as all law is contract, the contract involved in a constructive trust is an implied contract. An implied contract can be ratified by two (2) means:

a. Acquiescence by silence, i.e. the “government”  asserts its intentions concerning your life, rights, and property and you assent, don’t rebut, and compliantly go along with what they claim. In 1871 the Government changed the nature of its contract with the people from law as defined by the original Constitution of 1787 that recognizes law (common law), admiralty (on the sea only), and equity (functioning by voluntary contract between all participating parties), and began relating to people as if they were “citizens of the United States” within/under the private, commercial, international, military jurisdiction of the new de facto corporation, i.e. US Inc. They offered people a “new deal,” and almost everyone bought it (based on naive and foolish trust and assuming that everything was OK).

The people were thereby denied access to law and placed on the ship of state of US Inc. where the captain’s word is law and no one has any rights.
As Jefferson phrased the matter, “As government grows, liberty recedes.”

b. You expressly accept “benefits” offered by the government, and thereby finalize the contract by deed. This is similar to finalizing a contract with a restaurant by sitting down at a table, reading a menu, and then ordering and consuming a meal. By your deeds you affirm to the restaurant that you will pay for the meal in accordance with the price stated on the menu. No written contract is signed, but a contract is formed nevertheless.

By the above two (2) means people give implied assent that they are bound by an alleged contract with US Inc. in accordance with the terms and conditions that inhere in being treated as a “citizen of the United States” under the 14th Amendment, and are therefore placed into permanent legal status as a Debtor and Surety for U.S. Inc.. 

In such a position people leave the ground of sovereignty and all capacity for asserting their unalienable rights in favor of being presumed as having exercised their sovereignty and free-will autonomy for the purpose of going along with the government’s assertion that they sacrifice everything for the “public good,” i.e. the PCT. 

By so doing people lose their standing in law, i.e. they “die a civil death in the law.” They are placed in the legal position of mortmain (i.e. as if deceased) and are shorn of capacity for asserting their rights, since the presumption is that they have already exercised those rights for the purpose of being placed in the position they are in, i.e. property of the government with a lien against you and everything your life labor could ever create, including your children. 
The private being (the real individual) is sacrificed for the good of the public (the imaginary collective).

When people die such a civil death in law, they are like ghosts, and thereby incapable of managing their own affairs and enjoying their unalienable rights. Like the estate of a decedent, they are then managed by the executors/administrators of the estate, in probate. Such is the condition of every “citizen of the United States” today in law, managed by the government agencies acting as executors/administrators of their estates in bankruptcy, legal incapacity, and civil death as assets of the bankrupt US. The US is property of the private Real Parties of Interest, the Creditors in bankruptcy.

The 14th Amendment was allegedly established for the purpose of creating a citizenship for the liberated blacks, and other disenfranchised people, who otherwise had no citizenship because they could not comply with the requirements for state citizenship. 

What actually happened was that the blacks were taken off of the Southern slave plantations and placed into the slave plantation of US Inc., a far worse lot in life. The government then gradually absorbed everyone else—including state citizens—into the same condition.

1871-1913. Officers of the actual government held office in dual capacity, i.e. in both USA and US Inc. status.

1912. Bonds issued by US Inc. came due but US Inc. did not have the resources for paying their creditors (the seven families that founded the Federal Reserve Bank), so US Inc.’s owner (the actual government) was required to pay the balance. The national government was also without sufficient funds to meet US Inc.’s obligations, so the creditors settled for all of the assets of both US Inc. and the national government instead of foreclosure on and liquidation of the entire country. By so doing they expropriated the nation—both USA and US Inc. Sic transit America.

1912. US Inc. forms an agreement with the Federal Reserve Bank (It is important to note that both of these entities are private corporations which removes the general allegations of treason or fraud from this relationship). Through this agreement US Inc. must function in debt, even though they have neither funds nor resources for financing their operation.

1912. The first corporate only Senators are seated in the next election year by popular vote of the US Inc. registered voters. The original-jurisdiction national Senators of the States did not assume office that year and at least one third of the nation’s Senators seats were lawfully and voluntarily vacant.

February 3rd, 1913. US Inc. passes its 16th Amendment and Congress orders the Secretary of State to enter it as ratified even though the States had not ratified it according to Law. The Secretary complied. It should be noted that this would not have been lawful if it were a national Constitution amendment, however it was perfectly legal within the colorable, de facto corporation. It should also be noted that where the national Constitution already had a 16th amendment and where the Supreme Court says that the new 16th Amendment did not do anything, this corporate amendment must simply be a space filler entered such that US Inc.’s Constitution (1871) would have the same number of amendments as that of the national Constitution (1787).

April 8th, 1913. US Inc. passes its 17th amendment and Congress orders it to be entered as ratified in the exact same manner as they did with US Inc.’s 16th Amendment. This amendment changes where US Inc.’s Senators are elected. This amendment is not even lawfully possible as a national Constitution amendment for several reasons, not the least of which is that the amendment would have required that Congress first pass an amendment that stated that they had the power to say where Senators are elected before they could even deliberate on such a subject matter, after which they would then have to have competent ratifications performed on such amendments in accord with constitutional limits, not as was done with US Inc.’s 16th Amendment.

December 23, 1913. The Congress, late at night with only a small cadre of supporters present, passed the Federal Reserve Act, surrendering the creation and management of the nation’s currency into the hands of a cartel of private—and mostly foreign—bankers. 

Currency is the single most essential and critical commodity in the world, embodying more law and principles of commerce than any other. Since all interactions are “commerce,” and the medium of doing business in commerce is currency, money is in a very significant sense the measure of all things. By abandoning control and management of the money supply the nation surrendered all capacity for claiming sovereignty. The government lost its independent treasury (one of the requirements in law for national sovereignty). The United States Government became a mere fiefdom, or administrative arm, of the bankers, who now owned the store.

Passage of the Federal Reserve Act was a major milestone on the “road to serfdom” that this entire progression outlines. The conspiratorial nature of matters is exemplified in comments by one of the major actors in the triumph of the Federal Reserve, Edward Mandell House, who had this to say in a private meeting with Corporate President in occupation Woodrow Wilson:

“[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will effect our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability.

After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.” 

"To-say-the-very-least, Words with an ominous ring, have come to pass, and now Americans pay taxes and fines and fees. Remember to add to the bottom of the list the so called PPACA (Obamacare) tax. 

Not one of the following sample of taxes (or other methods of collecting financial wealth or property) existed 100 years ago, and our nation was the most prosperous in the world. We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mother could stay at home to raise the children and teach them things of virtue. What happened? Can you spell "politicians?"

How to Plant The Seeds of Destruction: or By Hob's Tongue-The Duce You Say! Part 2

It is difficult to understand the turn of events that has led to this state of affairs; but turn they have, crushing almost everything in their path. It is even more difficult to understand why this halter of control and oppression has not been noticed by Americans. The People of this Country have suffered enough. The People have paid with the sweat of their brow, the blood of their young, the products of their labor, and the wealth of their families and their posterity, and often with their own lives to those who claim to rule by the Rights given by the Succession of Popes based not on the Word of God, but on the self-serving word of a man named Peter who set up a church that has murdered millions upon millions of people and has all but destroyed the planet for the Power to Control the lives Others and obtain the Wealth of Others. 

Truly, look into yourselves and into your heart of hearts and determine if you have any right to control the lives of others. if you believe you do not have this right, then you are in conflict with those that believe otherwise. 
This presumption does not negate the right to control your own life nor to defend (if it becomes necessary unto death) your own life or the life of others if threatened with deadly force. 

If you do believe you have that right, then you are among those that will march into the home of another and take whatever you want, including their life. It should be critically remembered that this action could occur to your home. That is the lesson taught by Darwinism, the law of the jungle where only the strongest and most aggressive survive: true chaos acts in the dark of night or the light of day.

It is time to recognize the truth for what it is.

The following is true and a matter of public record. The legal meanderings and history are, to-say-the-least, daunting. It would be a very interesting book if ever written. However, the series of events that have taken place from the stance of history and from a legal point of view, in brief, are:

By the time of the 11th administration of the United States of America, under George Washington, the new nation had struggled under more than one differing systems of governance. It was time for the adoption of the best set of mechanical parts and the ways they would be allowed to interact.

Yet still, there were people who understood the corrupt advantages the English System of Mercantilism represented.

1781 to 1860 - The original United States that was in operation until 1860; a collection of sovereign Republics in union. Under the original Constitution the States controlled the Government of the Federal Republic; the Federal Government did not control the States and had very little authority.

1871 - The original United States was usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and its territories (the Incorporated States-STATE OF X), and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government.

The UNITED STATES CORPORATION operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.

The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.”

The CORPORATE CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original U.S. Constitution for the United States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he wants. They are following corporate law that completely strips Sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights. 

Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract. 

Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private.

A Timeline of events which has lead to the current UNITED STATES CORPORATION.

1788 (January 1), The United States was officially bankrupt.

1790 (August 4), Article One of the U.S. Statues at Large, pages 138-178, abolished the States of the Republic and created Federal Districts. In the same year, the former States of the Republic reorganized as Corporations and their legislatures wrote new STATE CONSTITUTIONS, absent defined boundaries, which they presented to the people of each state for a vote... the new STATE CONSTTUTIONS fraudulently made the people “CITIZENS” of the new CORPORATE STATES. A CITIZEN is also defined as a “corporate fiction.”

1845, For reasons unknown at this time, Congress passed legislation that would ultimately allow Common Law to be usurped by Admiralty Law. The GOLD fringe placed around court flags demonstrates this is still true. Before 1845, Americans were considered Sovereign Individuals who governed themselves under Common Law.

1860 – Congress was adjourned Sine Die – Lincoln could not legally reconvene Congress.

1861, President Lincoln declared a National Emergency and Martial Law, which gave the President unprecedented powers and separated the Executive Branch from the other Branches of 'Government.'

This has NEVER BEEN REVERSED.

1863, the Lieber Code was established taking away your property and your rights.

1864-1867, Several Reconstruction Acts were passed forcing the states to agree the 14th Amendment had been ratified, which made everyone slaves.

1865, the capital was moved to Washington, D.C., a separate country – not a part of the United States of America.

1871, The United States became a Corporation with a new constitution and a new corporate government, and the original constitutional government was vacated to become dormant, but it was never terminated. The new constitution had to be ratified by the people according to the original constitution, but it never was. The whole process occurred behind closed doors. The people are the source of financing for this new government.

1917, the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) was passed. This insightful video from [link to movielocker.com/4084)] states the following: 

“This act was implemented to deal with the countries we were at war with during World War I. It gave the President and the Alien Property Custodian the right to seize the assets of the people included in this act and if they wanted to do business in this country they could apply for a license to do so. By 1921, the Federal Reserve Bank (the trustee for the Alien Property Custodian) held over $700,000,000 in trust.” 

Understand that this trust was based on our assets, not theirs.

1933, 48 Stat 1, of the TWEA was amended to include the United States Person because they wanted to take our gold away. Executive Order 6102 was created to make it illegal for a U.S. Citizen to own gold. In order for the Government to take our gold away and violate our Constitutional rights, we were reclassified as ENEMY COMBATANTS.”

1933, there was a second United States bankruptcy. In the first bankruptcy the United States collateralized all public lands. In the 1933 bankruptcy, the U.S. government collateralized the private lands of the people (a lien) – they borrowed money against our private lands. They were then mortgaged. That is why we pay property taxes.

From a speech in Congress in The Bankruptcy of the United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993, Vol. 33, page H-1303, a Representative addressing the House stated:

“…It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 – Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.

The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads in part: “The U.S. Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United States…

Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens of mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) “Hypothecated” all property within the Federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. The U.S. Citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the Federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets, and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. Citizen to the Federal Reserve System. In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States Corporation all of the credit “money substitute” it needed.

Like any debtor, the Federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. Since the Federal United States didn't have any assets, they assigned the private property of their “economic slaves,” the U.S. Citizens, as collateral against the federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks, forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.

Unwittingly, America has returned to its pre-American Revolution feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign and the common people had no rights to hold allodial title to property. Once again, We the People are the tenants and sharecroppers renting our own property from a Sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank. We the People have exchanged one master for another.”

1944, Washington D.C. was deeded to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by the Breton Woods Agreement. 
The IMF is made up of wealthy people that own most of the banking industries of the world. It is an organized group of bankers that have taken control of most governments of the world so the bankers run the world. Congress, the IRS, and the President work for the IMF. The IRS is not a U.S. government agency. 

It is an agency of the IMF. (Diversified Metal Products v. IRS et al. CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate Report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391.)

How to Plant The Seeds of Destruction: or What Did You Say: Who Owns What and Why? Part 1

Another Saint Patrick’s day has come and gone. I was fortunate enough to stop by the Village Pub at just the right moment:  a hotbed of culinary expertise with Stephanie at the stove. I sampled the celebration fare, Corned Beef & Cabbage with the traditional side of potatoes, carrots, and onions cooked to perfection. 

I only have another year before I can have another excellent Irish repast. And on to the meat & potatoes of this article.

Many people have recently wondered what has happened to America?  What has caused this avalanche of problems and when did the snow field begin to move under the feet of Americans?  When did it begin snowing?  To understand the answer to these questions it is only necessary to look at American history.

The Early American Colonists and later the Citizens of the united States of America were completely aware of the ways in which societies succeeded or failed. The early colonists labored under the highly ineffective system of English Mercantilism.

By the time in which the United States of America was formed, the people living in America were totally disgusted with the power and control methodologies this system presented and under which the people were forced to live. There is no mistake regarding the formation and the name of the new nation, The united States of America.

The ideas and concepts involved in the formation of the new nation were understood to a fine degree of comprehension, little if anything was in question. The issues regarding States Rights were settled. Each State was sovereign. There was no question or debate over this fact. What was in question was which combination of well understood concepts (except those few who understood the corrupt benefits of English rule and wanted to be king of America, namely Alexander Hamilton and his followers) would best suit the people of this new nation.

Yet still there were people who understood the corrupt advantages the English System of Mercantilism represented.

There are now several disjunct factions maneuvering in plain sight and others from behind the scenes for the ownership and control over what was once the united States of America; which unfortunately, is no longer actually active. its wealth and the wealth of the People are up for whatever group wins. These groups represent various extra national concerns; economic, political, property ownership, etc. although, as the People become aware of the truth of this reality, they are forming small groups of resistance that are engaged on various fronts of conflict to regain what has been lost or stolen. The only real questions to be considered are; has the fighting spirit been reduced by Silent Weapons to a point of nothing but token resistance, is there enough time to awaken the People to the truth of what has actually happened, what should be done to prepare to correct, in earnest, this problem and the auxiliary problems, and if all else fails to what location do Americans move. The last is the most easily answered: there is no place to where Americans can move that is not already under, either directly or indirectly, the control of one or more of these disjunct groups.

I have been referring to this ongoing struggle as a global Geo-temporal war,  please see the article entitled, "Is America a Land of Cowards and Slaves!, January 22, 2012" and the companion article "Fear Rules America, or A Land of Cowards and Slaves, September 30, 2013." The reasons for this descriptor were, to my mind, clear. Silent Wars were being waged against America and her People on many fronts and at many global locations over an extended period of time. Very few of the factions began operations of war at the same time, but none of them have halted operations of war, like tenacious packs of animals vying with one another for the largest piece of the carcass they can obtain. This has been proceeding, in-one-way-or-another, since the formation of this Nation under the First President Samuel Huntington on March 2, 1781, under the Constitution of 1777: despite the deliberate historical disinformation and fabrication presented by the modern educational system. Opposing forces to American ideas and concepts were well established by the time of the eleventh administration under George Washington 1789, under the Constitution of 1787 and because of the painful awareness of abuses, the emendation of a Bill of Rights during 1791, and because of the critical awareness of subversive activities within the system of governance the original Thirteenth Amendment of 1812. 

Essentially all Americans are completely unaware of the legal complexities, many carried out illegally, which are involved in the status of this Nation and their legal standing under Corporate and Admiralty Law (USC, UCC, & the Admiralty Law). The basis for this state of being, regarding the Nation, involves many unconstitutional actions which were taken by Congress and later Abraham Lincoln, who negotiated with regard to the repayment of the 70 year debt coming due and payable for the funding of the Revolutionary War and his actions regarding extra collateral demands during the re-negotiations of that debt during his administration. His unconstitutional actions led directly, and were the major cause for the secession from the union of the Southern States, and to the Civil War between the States. This in turn led to the illegal formation of the United States as a corporation, as briefly covered in the Organic Act of 1871 during Hiram Grant's administration, which was followed by other unconstitutional actions taken by a series of illegitimate government administrations up to the current unconstitutional administration under the direct control of a foreign national (Barry Soetoro) who himself is under direct control and guided by extra-national concerns bent on one world governmental rule. '

It is unfortunate that Carroll Quigley passed on during '77.  I would have put the project of explaining all of this in his capable hands.

Your Choice Should Be America

'When the English Monarchy and the Church were both exercising control over empires, nations, and individuals' thoughts, there came to be an increasing number of people that felt they had lost what little control over their own lives they had managed to gain. These people decided, in one way or another, it was time to take control of their own lives and they came from many parts of the old world to settle in the new world. However, because the old world continued to exercise, what the new world settlers felt unfair and confining, control in various forms, they decided to begin a Great Experiment to be free.

The aftermath of the conflict between the old and new world was the establishment of The Perpetual Union (which is no longer in effect) and the later United States Of America. The important ideas, ideals, and concepts were composed and written down as two founding documents the Declaration of Independence and The Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union (A.C.P.U. which is no longer in effect) and the later Constitution of the United States of America. These two sole sources of intents and purposes define America and American Citizens. If, by letter or spirit, either one or both are under attack, by inaction in defense of, or by action to corrupt the letter or spirit of, the very way of life in America becomes threatened. 

Why do Americans pick between Democrats and Republicans?  Why do we patronize the privately owned major media who regards Americans as having so little intellect that they have to tell us what the candidates stand for and which ones are important?   

Are we so engrossed in that kind of authoritarian nonsense that we have to rely on others to make choices for us?  The "fair and balanced" claim by one network is betrayed by their bias for party favorites to the detriment of any others that may challenge typical corrupt Washington politics. All of the major media ignores andidates from any other party, and have even ridiculed one of the most outstanding statesman of our time, (namely Dr. Ron Paul).

Why do we tolerate public employees who were elected to serve the nation by presenting the best American ideals and addressing the most important issues facing our country and providing solutions to attain those goals, but instead did otherwise?   The interests of American Citizens; home and hearth, financial soundness, and personal rights and freedoms are the concerns of all. These important ideas and issues are held as important concepts, as well as many others, within the Constitution. That document and our country largely have been ignored by the party favorites, and only recently have they even mentioned the very real problems we face. It is only obvious that Romney, Santorum, and Gingrich have changed the tune they hum. Instead of their usual stance, pompously prancing about proclaiming themselves our leaders while taking advantage of anything they can, they are now on uncertain ground and are now parroting the only candidate that has said the same things and voted the same way for thirty years. Romney, Santorum, and Gingrich have never been our "leaders" at best they were our representative employees!

It doesn't require a genius intellect to know that neither party has provided a difference in identifying problems nor finding approaches to solutions that have any beneficial results, except to grow government in directions that were never intended. What they have provided over the past three or four decades, regardless of their supposed liberal or conservative policies, is an expansion of government in every direction, including tyranny;  controlling through legislation, mandates, regulations, taxation, and executive orders has been the result. So far the solutions offered by big thinking government is more jobs in government (most of which are temporary) and borrowing money to fund what they cannot do by increasing taxation. The economic stimulus has been to guarantee enormous loans to companies with poor management and business models that have failed at the taxpayer's expense. Solyndra, Evergreen Solar, MF Global – JP Morgan are examples.

 The generalized root beliefs of today's current American Democratic philosophy are those dangerously close to, if not,  socialism. Any of the various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods, or a system of society or group living in which there is no private property and in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state, Which is a stage of society in Marxist theory that is transitional between capitalism and communism and is distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done are not American in concept or ideals.

The generalized root beliefs of today's current American Republican philosophy are those dangerously close to, if not, Fascism. The political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race above the individual and which stands for a centralized autocratic government or dictatorial control which is effected by policies or practices of, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition are not American in concept or ideals.

And still the voters select from these same two diseased pools of philosophical political sociopaths. CFR, neoconservative movement,

The organization of a society into industrial and professional corporations serving as organs of political representation and exercising control over persons and activities within their jurisdiction. This concept was borrowed from the business practices of the English Crown and is not American in either concept or ideal.'

Meanwhile, Back on The Ranch

This rant is true, accurate, and poignant. It hits the proverbial nail on the head. There are of course other additional concerns and mitigating or amplifying concerns which have already happened in our Nation's past and earlier, which are best left for other posts. One of the major problems has been one of corporate person-hood, as covered in the post, 'Hook Line and Sinker: The Plans Are Revealed Part 2" and another is the stranglehold Corporations have on a corrupt Congress and the all too accommodating U.S.Government.

As their slogan says, "Just because it isn't happening here - doesn't mean it isn't happening somewhere." Because it definitely IS.

Moreover, US Tax Dollars are currently subsidizing dozens of military engagements, without the consent or the knowledge of the American people, as I write this.

Nobody asked us if we want to meddle in the business of the poor Ukrainians – but – we've got US agents there, doing "our" business for "us" – and the US has publicly acknowledged, that they have dedicated a relatively "measly" US$5 billion budget to underwrite our agenda in the current Ukraine fracas.

On the scale of US war spending, this is an infinitesimally small sum: take the the total cost of Operation Enduring Freedom, aka the so-called "Afghan War", which from its inception in October 2001 to the fiscal year 2011 cost the US around $468 billion, with the estimated for the cost for the deployment of a single US soldier in Afghanistan equaling more than US$1 million per year.

But all of the above this truly pales, in comparison to the US$ 6 trillion spent between 2003 and 2012 on the so-called "War in Iraq."

Now, that's what I call "money well spent!"

THAT's an operation that Americans can feel really GREAT about, as it was totally "justified", "legal" and it was such a *smashing* success for FREEDOM! We really ought to be proud of this "thing" that was never even declared a war, at all.

Whatever these two interventionist, undeclared conflagrations should actually be called (I'll go with "war crimes"), which are also incidentally the longest "wars" in US History - they have left some 639,000 US Veterans - almost an entire generation of young Americans – PERMANENTLY DISABLED.

This is to say nothing of the hundreds of thousands (millions?) of innocent civilians in South Asia, who had their countries razed to the ground and whose remaining survivors, today are living in much, much worse conditions than they were before "we" invaded; before whoever hijacked the USA, with the power to summon the US Military and to systematically bankrupt this nation with their bloated budgets - and to essentially annihilate a couple of other countries, in the process - while also jeopardizing the entire Global Financial situation...

Whatever happened to the US being the "Good Guys?"

Wait! I almost forgot! An article in the Washington Post, based on information given by Edward Snowden detailed how the US allocated $52.8 billion in 2012 for the Black Budget.

So, that SECRET OF SECRETS is no longer.

But this paltry Black Budget doesn't touch the publicly-acknowledged, approximate US$680 billion yearly budget allocated to the multiple branches of the US Department of Defense, while our schools and roads crumble. I'll leave the mystery of Obamacare fiasco out of this - as this has already become a very long newsletter/rant!

Quite simply, our monies have been outrageously squandered - and behind our backs. Our very souls have been "...sold down de Ribber," to quote the great American 19th century Author, Mark Twain.

Instead living in a Utopian world, which as a child, I completely assumed would be a given by the time I was a adult, with all the technological developments, which would free everyone to be an artist or philosopher - and that all children in the future would receive a powerful, valuable education, such that they'd have the capacity and true knowledge of deep history, geopolitics, all the sciences and technologies - to truly enable everyone to be of service and live up to the "promise of America".

But no - the US Government's priorities have, instead been geared toward the creation of a super-redundant Police State; domestic military divisions which are quite obviously set up to wage war on our own people - and the highest incarceration rate of any other country in the world.

We saw glimpses of this last year in Watertown, MA; where a phalanx of body-armored cops driving urban assault vehicles, busted down the doors of everyone in that neighborhood, without warrants of any kind, with the excuse that they were looking for a 19 year old kid.

This was clearly a test, to see what they could get away with; the soft-launch of 21st Century Fascism, American-style!

The hijacked US Government has prioritized the desecration of our Legal Canons: the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, in favor of SmartBombs, SmartPhones ("All the better to track you with, My Pretty!") - and with the crappy educational system, has encouraged the creation of a large population, dumb vapid people.

All of the above is an excellent formula for America's assured failure in an emerging world, that has VERY different priorities from those of the Cold War; an entity, which seems to be desperately seeking to rear its ugly head, since the demons behind the efforts to launch World War Three are continuously failing.

May their WW3 efforts continue to fail - forever!

Especially since there are clearly enough nuclear "accidents" already in the works and some 150+ nuke plants in the US today, which are virtual replicas of that of Fukushima Daiichi - and similarly creaky with age.

If some kind of unforeseeable Gamma Ray Burst or a large meteor impact - or even a medium-sized EMP blast were to occur - then, we'd be dealing with literally 100s of Fukushimas, at the same time.

Meanwhile, TONS of aerosolized depleted uranium nano-dust blows around, from US wars of aggression in the Middle East, which have for a decade been getting swept by the winds to every corner of the Northern Hemisphere, where it appears that a slow program of genocide/ecoside is puttering along - and like the tortoise, it will unrelentingly arrive at the finish line.

So, as Tax Time approaches, please think about how the sweat of your brow is being used and see if you can schedule-in 10 minutes here and there, to let your alleged government representatives know how you feel about the way our Tax Dollars are being allocated.
