A Belated Fourth of July, or The Fix Is In, Or A Country Without Laws

It is now an official fact that high Government Officials can; run guns over borders, run Guns to ISIS, Syrian Rebels, and ISIL, order billions of dollars of current military war vehicles abandoned to be taken over by the Enemies of America and used against American Forces, allow crossings of American Borders without intervention of any kind, break security regulations put in place to protect America, allow witnesses due to testify against high Government Officials to be accidentally killed, murdered, or commit suicide, allow no investigation of the death of a Supreme Court Justice (a known ideological opponent of the person occupying the White House) found suffocated with a pillow over his face, sacrifice hundreds of thousand of young Americans in unlawful foreign conflicts, spend multi-trillions of dollars to further undeclared or unknown agendas without any oversight, breach all parts of the contract (Constitution)  which legitimizes the existence of that private for profit incorporated Government, gerrymander voting districts to disadvantage opposing political parties, rig election outcomes, take weeks, months, or never fully tally the votes of the people, and apply one set of  rules with little accountability and no penalties to high government  officials - while another unlawful set of Public Policy statutes, regulations, and rules are applied to the people with one hundred percent accountability excessive penny-pinching fines, fees, and penalties are levied, take over the Afghanistan opium poppy fields to become the largest dealers in the world,  etc., etc,. etc., do whatever they want without the consent of anyone with no fear of reprisal, except the World Bank-The IMF-The UN-The Crown-The New World Order (to whom they have unlawfully sold everything). 

While people worry over and comment on what is or might be said on any of the social networks, more and more often, local governments are infiltrated, subverted, and taken over and then put to work to benefit the people running it and the cost is handed to the American people. The current group of Socialist-Liberal New World Order fanatics and followers scream for change and progress, redistribution and equality, 

Say anything, promise anything, just get into National Office and two years later they are worth more than a quarter of a million dollars, more when you add the benefits. The prime example of this activity is the person occupying the White House. He went from student status (broke) to 'Do Nothing' Senator to the White House, and has now amassed a gross worth of fifteen to twenty million dollars, a lifetime income, and real medical care for life, not to mention the benefits and perks. One need look no further than the bank accounts of the majority of these people to realize who and what they really are.

The complete failure of Departments, Bureaus, and Agencies of the government to faithfully carry out the mandated functions, ethically and morally, as stipulated by the contract (Constitution) under which they operate has become the norm. Oversight or self regulation upon ethical lines has become thin to nonexistent. Excellent examples exist everywhere:  the most recent is the FBI's director to differ recommendation for indictment of Hillary Rodham Clinton to Loretta Lynch. 

While brain dead Americans bankrupt buying football tickets and drool over Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Beyonce' and a host of other no talent wannabes, the State of Affairs our forefathers gave their lives to protect is in shambles and all but gone. The Esteemed Readers should know the American Nation on the Fourth of July, 2016 could not be in any worse condition.

Hillary Gate Part III: From Benghazi to the White House?

It seems to me that either most Americans have been totally brainwashed by the media or they have completely lost touch with reality due to the chemical additives in processed foods, and fluoride-laced toothpaste and fluoridated water. The privately-owned major media, controlled by just six separate corporations, get paid to tell you what their sponsors want them to say.

While there may be no connection between the Clinton Clan and the media, there may be some media sponsors who favor the Clinton Clan being back in the White House.  Most of those seem to be of foreign interests.

Since the Obama presidency, we have watched our relationships with many nations rapidly deteriorate into mere acknowledgement of our existence or no longer considered allied either by them or by our government. Most of the down slide began under Hillary Clinton's Department of State. I doubt that is coincidental.

In Hillary Gate Part I: Just the Facts, it seems that Dick Morris corrects several 'facts' about the Clintons that are most often spun into some positive yarn. In Hillary Gate Part II:  From Watergate to Benghazi, her professional career is explored from the people who knew her and worked with her or had to deal with her directly or indirectly through her various buffers.

Here is a video accounting of the criminality of the Clinton Cartel. There is some strong language used so I am asking you, the Esteemed Readers to exercise discretion when viewing in the presence of children.

It should be kept in mind that she and Bill both are members of the Council on Foreign Relations which is a foreign entity. We have clearly heard Mrs. Clinton denounce our rights as Americans and an adherence to the Constitution as she spouts a more global view. Sounds to me like legal-speak for one-world-government. 

Does it seem like destiny?  Hillary violates federal law, the same law that others were prosecuted and found guilty of violating 'without proof of intent' who, innocently shared with one other person or took home to work on after hours, but the FBI will not recommend indictment against Hillary and the Department of Justice will not prosecute. This all magically happened right after an 'impromptu' meeting that took place between Hillary's husband and the Attorney General of the United States. It's now commonplace that the path to the White House is traveled by people who have no regard for existing laws or the safety of the American People.  Laws are for the common good. The current Administration, like the several past administrations, stage false flag events and instigate fear and paranoia See: Planned Paranoia:  The Fear of Firearms) in order to validate their agenda to disarm Americans.

The clear chain of command was non-existent during the disastrous Benghazi/CIA weapons delivery to Syrian/ISIS rebels and was replaced by a muddied National Command Authority assignment.  The State Department is a branch of the Executive Branch of Government, as also are the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice.  Should the Esteemed Readers believe that those who are entrusted with enforcing the law, upholding and defending the Constitution, will do so when one of their own breaks the law?

It has taken a small group approximately one hundred and sixty-six years to infiltrate and change the system of self governance into a Government with goals and an agenda that is completely foreign to the American way of thinking and acting. The current Federal Government applies Administrative Public Policy Statutes as though they were Laws, and the do so selectively. The Government has taken what was once clear straight forward American English words, laws, and concepts and subjected them to interpretation. The aftermath is a progressive set of self reinforcing rules which have no resemblance to the original laws or their meaning.

Like Obama, Hillary is a just another manifestation of how insidious and how deep-rooted this progressive mind set is within government. Americans have become the mindless uneducated zombie-like creatures in low budget apocalypse videos, and are unaware that this problem exists. a growing number of people over three generations have embraced change and progress as another mindless escape from reality. At this juncture the system in place is not functioning as it was intended to function, it is broken. It will make only a small difference if a real American manages to take presidential office. If some else assumes office, the situation can only worsen

EXCLUSIVE: Massive Cover-up – BLM leases Hammond ranch land to Russia through Clinton Foundation donors for uranium

"The Hammond Ranch controversy continues to sink into a rabbit hole without end. Evidence has surfaced that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has been taking land with plans to lease it to Clinton Foundation donors.

Russia gradually gained control of Uranium One, a major mining company, in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, while Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State. Canadian records reveal that the company’s chairman used his own family foundation to make four donations to the Clinton Foundation during that time, resulting in a sum contribution of $2.35 million. Secretary Clinton approved the deal for Russia soon after her family’s slush fund received the donations. Now, Vladimir Putin controls 20 percent of all uranium production capacity in the U.S.

These contribution were not made known to the public by the Clintons, even though Hillary Clinton made a deal with President Obama to disclose all the donors. Other individuals associated with the company made donations too.

Furthermore, after Russia declared that it was taking over Uranium One, Bill Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank, which promoted Uranium One stock.

A gold mine for uranium

It is not known whether the donations were responsible for the uranium deal, but the timing is suspicious. Since Hammond Ranch is a gold mine for uranium, it’s unsurprising that the Clinton Foundation would want to lease the land to Russia through donors.

This would also explain why U.S. authorities have been coming down so hard on protesters. Officials aren’t prosecuting individuals because of the Hammond controversy. Officials are coming down on protesters because they are occupying a valuable piece of land; a piece of land that was promised to the Russians.

According to The New York Times: “Whether the donations [to the Clinton Foundation] played any role in the approval of the uranium deal is unknown. But the episode underscores the special ethical challenges presented by the Clinton Foundation, headed by a former president who relied heavily on foreign cash to accumulate $250 million in assets even as his wife helped steer American foreign policy as secretary of state, presiding over decisions with the potential to benefit the foundation’s donors.”

If democratic socialist ideas are so good or beneficial for Americans why must the Government force everyone to participate by creating statutes that make democratic socialist ideas mandatory? The answer to that question is simple Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation have benefited by arranging the sale of various resources to Foreign Governments and Companies. Millions upon Millions upon Millions of dollars. How has the American Public Benefited? IT HAS NOT. How have individual Americans benefited? THEY HAVE NOT. People have lost their homes. People have lost their living. People have lost their land. And like the Hammond's, Bundy's, and so many others across America they have lost their LIBERTY and will, because they can not make a living while incarcerated, fined, and penalized, will lose everything they have worked for and the American people will lose in so many ways.

Who benefits? Hillary Clinton and The Clinton Foundation. Iran Nuclear Programs who bought Uranium form the Russian owned Canadian company who bought the mineral rights to the land from the Secretary of State (a private corporation being headed (at the time) by Hillary Clinton working for the privately owned Federal Government), that only coincidentally, covers large areas of Public land and which includes the Bundy Ranch, The Hammond Ranch and those other Ex-Ranchers that were burned out or scared off their land by the Foreign owned BLM (a private chartered for profit Puerto Rican corporation) hired by the Federal Government (a bankrupt foreign owned for profit private corporation bought by the IMF, chartered in France). 

The Esteemed Readers might be wondering what is really happening? What is driving all this? While the Federal Government breaches every article of their charter contract (The Constitution of the United States), distracts the American people with Elections of new or returning corporate officers to corporate positions, the poor US economy, the horrible condition of NAME SOMETHING, the Corporate Federal Government, Corporate State Governments, Banks, Mortgage Companies, and Internal Banking Syndicates are filing for Allodial Title and Land Patents as-fast-as is possible.

A Hero's Letter to Obama

Often times, I run across a rant from some American, who has come to realize what a serious mistake Americans made in electing a socialist community organizer to the highest elected office in the land.

But the following "open letter" to Barack Obama comes not from a disgruntled tax paying American, but from an American Patriot and War Hero, who gave three of his limbs to fight a war in Iraq, only to have over a decade of struggle be for naught.

I present to the Esteemed Readers of Fix America, the following letter from Senior Airman (Retired) Brian Kolfage.

"Senior Airman Brian Kolfage is a United States hero.  He is a triple-amputee veteran of the War in Iraq who has surpassed all odds and made the most incredible recovery of any veteran to ever survive his injuries.  He is a patriot – the kind of man you want your son to grow up to be.  This is his letter to Obama on Presidents Day.

I nearly died in a war that you and most of your colleagues supported overwhelmingly, including the two presidents who came before you. Many citizens may not agree with waging war in Iraq to free the oppressed Iraqi citizens, but it’s something that warriors like myself have zero control over. I joined to serve my country and to better my life. I’ve seen things that you could never imagine, and they have made me the person I am today.

Mr. Obama, even though we share extreme opposite views, we have one thing in common, we both attended school in Hawaii. However, that’s where the similarities end. You see, as you attended your exclusive, private school, I would ride my bike to Kaimuki High school in one of the roughest areas in Hawaii every morning and would ride past Punahou, the exclusive privateschool you attended. I would notice the Bentleys, Maserati’s, and fancy foreign cars that all the kids were dropped off in; wow it must have been extremely rough in Hawaii living that life, right? I could only imagine what it was like to have that kind of money. Fortunately for you, not many people are aware of the school and the upper class citizens who attended it. The tuition to attend your exclusive, private school was more than it cost me to obtain a Bachelor’s degree inArchitecture from the University of Arizona. You talk a big game when it comes to financialinequality, yet I’m quite sure you have no idea what it’s truly like to have sacrifice. You were one of the elitist children in Hawaii.

After High School, we each chose very different paths. You were able to attend Ivy League schools, and I sought out a military career to in hopes of earning a degree. What we have in life as children usually sets the tone for what we will face later in life that will make us successful. I worked to get where I am today, and YOU WERE HANDED IT….Mr. Inequality.

I volunteered to go to Iraq on both of my deployments, and the second time I begged to go even after I wasn’t selected, which ultimately got me placed on the team where I would lose both legs and my dominant arm. I’ve never asked myself was losing 3 limbs in a war worth it, even though many Americans were against it.

I am frequently reminded of the many young Iraqi children who would beg me for water, food, and toys while I was stationed in Iraq. Children, who in all aspects made the poorest of poor American children look rich. You have no idea what it really means to be poor. It’s laughable that you, who would have no idea what it means to be poor would so frequently play the inequality card.

While I was in Iraq, our mission was to liberate the Iraqi citizens from a tyrant and that’s what we did. Never forget, it was your people who sent us there, like the Clintons, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi & Carl Levin. However, since the day you busted onto the scene you’ve been talking about ending the war and pulling the troops out, not understanding the blood sweat and tears that so many Americans and Iraqi’s invested. And with complete disregard for every life sacrificed, every limb lost, and every broken family, you bailed on our mission to pursue an agenda that was completely centered on your re-election in 2012. If you didn’t bail on Iraq you were worried that you may not get re-elected and that’s a fact. Just before elections on Oct 11, 2012 you said “Al Qaeda is on the run and Osama bin Laden is dead.” Look at Iraq now, they are in shambles and the Al Qaeda flag is flying freely. Clearly, you’re unfit for duty as a Commander in Chief. You put your own agenda ahead of America’s agenda, and now you have single handedly ruined and destroyed nearly everything we gained in Iraq. It clearly means nothing to you, because the only thing that you’ve personally invested in that country was a promise to bail on them. However, people like me gave limbs, friends have died, and we’ve watched families destroyed by war’s aftermath.

I’m not placing blame on you for the war, I’m placing blame on you for destroying what we’ve worked so hard to build. You’re not a leader, you’re a community organizer. A leader would have stood up regardless of the situation and put America’s agenda first and that is ensuring a secure Iraq even after 10 years of war. But, you placed Barack first, just as Robert Gates confirmed in his new book. I can’t help but think of those poor kids who I gave water and toys to 11 years ago. They’re probably 15 or 16 years old now, and I can only imagine what it’s like for them to have their nation being torn apart yet again; all because of your poor leadership qualities. Regardless of why we went to Iraq, its water under the bridge. We went there, we waged war, and we not only owed it to our KIA’s but we owed it to the citizens of Iraq. We invaded their country and turned it upside down, and you bailed on them. You bailed on our soldiers and you’ve wasted every death and every limb, it’s all for nothing. And to make matters worse you blame others for your failures

You’re just another elitist rich thug who’s pretended to live the rough life growing up in the inner-city. You’re only worried about your own agenda and furthering your party instead of taking care of Americans. Your inability to be a leader at some of the most critical points has caused both of our wars to fail. You’ve been a joke to most of our veteran community and we have no faith in your ability to lead.

In light of the seemingly imminent nomination of Hillary Rodham Clinton by the Democratic Party for President of the United States of America in 2016, I am compelled to list a number of facts about Mrs. Clinton that the privately-owned major media seems to ignore.

Starting with the attack on Americans in Benghazi, we have a woman who death seems to be the consequence in her wake. Four Americans were killed by terrorists in what some experts described as a well-planned, military-type strike, where the enemy knew of all of the strengths and weaknesses of the compound. It also is now well known that requests for additional security was denied by Mrs. Clinton's State Department several times and yet she testified before Congress that she had no knowledge of such requests or denials by her department. The head of the department has no knowledge of such requests made by the Ambassador? Is it not her State Department's duty to secure Americans around the world? 

When Hillary Clinton was campaigning against Barack Obama in 2008, both attended a 'secret' meeting of the 'Bilderberg Group' and after being the front-runner, she quickly faded and Obama won the nomination. And then Hillary accepts the post of Secretary of State from the man who defeated her for the presidency. But who is Hillary Rodham Clinton?

“Excerpted from EO-History:  The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary’s history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther – and goes much deeper – than anyone realizes.

Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.

Why?
“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

How could a 27-year-old House staff member do all that? She couldn't do it by herself, but Zeifman said she was one of several individuals – including Marshall, special counsel John Doar and senior associate special counsel (and future Clinton White House Counsel) Bernard Nussbaum – who engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation.

Why would they want to do that? Because, according to Zeifman, they feared putting Watergate break-in mastermind E. Howard Hunt on the stand to be cross-examined by counsel to the president. Hunt, Zeifman said, had the goods on nefarious activities in the Kennedy Administration that would have made Watergate look like a day at the beach – including Kennedy’s purported complicity in the attempted assassination of Fidel Castro.”

She is NOT who most people think she is. She is not a person who respects the rule of law, in fact her actions have been contrary to the rule of law in every position and office she has held.

Red Lines In The White House, or Selecting The Truth - Part 2

There is a cause for John Kerry's and John McCain's brain dead position on just how moderate the rebel force is in Syria, which is made up of more than seventy factions. 

"The woman whose opinion lawmakers are relying on to go to war in Syria is also a paid advocate for the war-torn country’s rebels.

On Wednesday, Secretary of State John Kerry encouraged members of the House of Representatives to read a Wall Street Journal op-ed by 26-year-old Elizabeth O’Bagy, an analyst with the Institute for the Study of War, who asserted that concerns about extremists dominating among the Syrian rebels are unfounded.

“Contrary to many media accounts, the war in Syria is not being waged entirely, or even predominantly, by dangerous Islamists and Al Qaeda die-hards,” O’Bagy wrote for the Journal on Aug. 30. “Moderate opposition groups make up the majority of actual fighting forces,” she wrote.

But in addition to her work for the Institute for the Study of War, O’Bagy is also the political director for the Syrian Emergency Task Force (SETF), a group that advocates within the United States for Syria’s rebels, a fact that the Journal did not disclose in O’Bagy’s piece.

In an interview with The Daily Caller, O’Bagy said that despite her title as the group’s political director, she is paid as a contractor.

She insisted that she is not involved in the political lobbying that SETF does. “They kind of have two departments within the Task Force — one focused on working with the government on the Hill on advocacy and then the other working inside Syria and directly implementing government contracts,” she said.

O’Bagy’s relationship with SETF is a serious conflict of interest, according to David Reaboi, vice president for strategic communications at the Center for Security Policy.

“While there’s been a lot of worthwhile effort to expose activists considered pro-Assad or pro-Hezbollah — or, at least, to consider their analysis as coming from an interested party — O’Bagy seems to pass herself off as an impartial observer of the situation. Her access to Congress, intelligence services and to think tanks should be regarded as what it really is, which is a reflection of the Syrian rebels’ cause and aspirations,” Reaboi said.

In speaking with The DC, O’Bagy regularly insisted that she was not a salaried employee of SETF, but a paid contractor acting in an advisory role.

“I’m the political director and aid coordinator, and that’s my official title at the organization, but that’s mostly because it provides me an opportunity to engage on humanitarian issues and to be a part of some of these larger government contracts going to humanitarian aid,” O’Bagy said.

The Foreign Policy news site reported in June that SETF “boasts extensive contacts with rebel commanders” and “spent months lobbying Congress, the State Department and the White House for everything from small arms to anti-tank and and anti-aircraft weapons to body armor to advanced communications equipment for the rebels.”

O’Bagy is quoted in the Foreign Policy piece saying that the Obama administration’s June decision to openly arm Syrian rebels didn't go far enough. ”Small arms and ammunition really only get you so far against airplanes,” she said then.

Kerry and other lawmakers (including Sen. John McCain) have relied on O’Bagy’s assessments while calling for an American military intervention in Syria. McCain even traveled with O’Bagy to Syria in May.

“A woman by the name of Elizabeth Bagly, B-A-G-L-Y, just wrote an article,” Kerry said in congressional testimony Wednesday (spelling O’Bagy’s name wrong)“she works with the Institute of War. She’s fluent in Arabic and spent an enormous amount of time studying the opposition and studying Syria. She just published this the other day. Very interesting [Wall Street Journal] article, which I commend to you.”

“I just don’t agree that a majority are Al Qaeda and the bad guys,” Kerry concluded.

Kerry made the same argument before the Senate on Tuesday.

“The opposition has increasingly become more defined by its moderation,” Kerry told Sen. Ron Johnson, “more defined by the breadth of its membership and more defined by its adherence to … an all-inclusive, minority-protecting constitution, which will be broad-based and secular.”

But on Thursday morning, Reuters called out Kerry’s — and by extension, O’Bagy’s — assessment as “at odds with estimates by U.S. and European intelligence sources and nongovernmental experts, who say Islamic extremists remain by far the fiercest and best-organized rebel elements.”

In December, O’Bagy opposed the Obama administration’s attempts to designate Al Nusra — a powerful Syrian rebel group — as a terror organization because of its ties to Al Qaeda.

“I’m not saying they aren't a terrorist group. But given the circumstances and given their cooperation with the opposition as a whole, designating them now would be disastrous,” O’Bagy said to McClatchy newspapers in December 2012.

In April 2013, Al Nusra pledged loyalty to Al Qaeda.

O’Bagy told The DC that she had opposed the terrorist designation because she feared it would damage the rebellion against Bashar al Assad’s dictatorship.

“The point that I was trying to make in terms of Al Nusra being designated a terrorist organization was that at the time they had been embraced to a large degree by certain aspects of the population and they were very much seen as fighting for the cause,” she said. “I knew that designating them as a terrorist organization would have a very radicalizing impact on the ground. I wasn't sure if that trend could be reversed. I was terrified that this could be an irreversible process of radicalization.”

O’Bagy told The DC that she was wrong to consider Al Nusra anything but a terror group.

“I can admit when I’m wrong. In many ways Al Nusra has revealed its true face and many see it as a foreign influence and an outside group… Designating them a terrorist group has helped empower more moderate groups,” she said.

But O’Bagy blames the United States’ lack of support for the increased role of such Al Qaeda affiliated groups.

The “failure of America to help the Syrian people” is what is “pushing” Syrian rebels “into the arms” of extremists, she said.

“If the moderate forces are going to be successful, if they are going to maintain their ability to leverage any sort of influence, then they need to be supported and they need to be empowered. If they are not able to respond to these attacks, the rebels [will join the extremists who] are better resourced, better equipped, actually willing to respond directly to these chemical weapons attacks,” O’Bagy said."

Considering the source, to whom these and other government officials are relying on for sound information, a paid lobbyist for planes, tanks, weapons, and body armor for extremist Al Qaeda off shoot groups, is the last person, if at all, to who anyone should be listening. This is but one example of the type of mental ineptitude displayed by Secretary of State John Kerry and Senator John McCain.   

However, according to others who actually have been on the ground in Syria and have talked with the people still living there and people in refugee camps, The Free Syrian Army, which is made up of jihadi radical extremists from other countries, raped, murdered, and burned homes to the ground until the majority of the decent people fled the country.

Same Game: Different Blame?

Well the blame game is just getting under way. First we have the Benghazi murders that neither the White House nor the State Department wants to talk about. First they blamed the attack on a video and then on spontaneous protests. And there are survivors who will testify before Congress on Wednesday, several under alleged threats from the government.

Next we have the Boston Marathon bombings where one dead brother is being refused a burial site and the other is being Mirandized to clam up. Neither the White House nor the Justice Department will say who gave the order for that. Guess they must know all they need to know from the friends of bombers also, as one at least has been released to his mother's custody with a GPS bracelet on his ankle.

Then there is the trial of murderess, Jodi Arias that has taken up more air time than the entire NBA regular season, while a butcher of infants in Philadelphia gets ignored by the privately-owned major media. The former is a sick woman that needs to be found guilty because she destroyed the life of a young man in his prime, and the latter the death penalty for the countless murders he committed in the name of unwanted pregnancies.

With all that is going on, I still managed to place a small wager on Orb in the Kentucky Derby and be rewarded a winning ticket. And that is the only certainty to report on this day. Lot's of questions and very few answers. Tell me again why I should believe what is reported as news?

This, That, and Another Thing

Having recently moved into a new place, I haven't really had time to even thing about what to write. So I thought I would simply catch up on what has been happening in current events since I also purchased a new TV to go with the high speed internet service and the HD cable package.

First, Secretary of Defense nominee Charles Hagel's confirmation is not going well. And with just cause as I explained in my recent post Chuck Chuck: No Defensive Senator for Defense Secretary and with his past remarks regarding Israel, he certainly needs to be withdrawn of the nomination.

Chris Dorner certainly had his fifteen minutes of fame. Now, is he dead or alive in Mexico somewhere? Nobody's talking. A recent post that I came across on Facebook indicates that it is a fish smelling story about how his identification managed to survive the inferno that leveled the mountain cabin he allegedly was holed up in. Seems like a Hollywood screenwriter was paid handsomely for that yarn. Just another media spin at the behest of the government to make the glazed-eyed masses believe the Second Article of Amendment to the Constitution for the united States of America somehow needs to be exclusive of certain types of arms.

Obama's State of the Union was more a campaign thump than an indication that he is serious about getting this nation back on the right track. Global warming is not our most pressing crisis. And being upstaged by Dr. Benjamin Carson did nothing to bruise the ego of the man occupying the Oval Office. Obama seems totally detached from what needs to be done and yet his personal agenda remains against every principle of a representative republic, and a strong reflection of his blatant narcissism.

John Kerry as Secretary of State is a step to the side if not a slide backwards from Hillary Clinton. With the Benghazi attacks still unaccounted for by the State Department and the President's seeming lack of interest when the murders were taking place, does nothing to instill any sense of confidence or safety in most Americans abroad.

Oh, and fuel prices are as high as there were last summer and it's not even March!

Why Are We Targets of Terrorists?

Everyday we are bombarded with media from all parts of the world regarding terrorism, and much of it seems to be targeting Americans.  Aside from the issues in the Middle East, much of it is also against America's ally Israel; we still do not have an answer that addresses the true reasons why.

The most recent killings of Americans in Benghazi was blamed on a video. I doubt that anyone with an ounce of intelligence will believe that. It seems far-fetched to assume that such a production can be responsible for such atrocities when there is no connection between the two other than Islam and American clashes in ideology and propaganda. Both sides are equally guilty of their own atrocities, one in the name of Allah and the other in the name of freedom. 

Neither Allah nor freedom can condone the murder of innocent people whose only crimes are difference of ideology or religion. The war of words is more inflammatory than what the so-called diplomats are willing to admit.

The finger pointing is not correctly targeting the real culprits in all of this. The banks and the manufacturers of weapons of war are the ones who always profit no matter who wins. It is they who profit from war no matter who wins.

"All men are created equal..." as quoted from the American Declaration of Independence, however they do not all find equal station in life. Some are content with a simple yet charitable life, while many others feel the temptation of greed and power to be more appealing to their wants.

The Constitution for the United States makes it clear that the founders of this once great and prosperous nation felt that above all, liberty of the individual was the most relevant issue of any union of States in forming a nation. The laws which govern the People, were by and large, those which were based on the simple rule that we all our accountable for our own actions, and those actions must not infringe upon the rights of others in order that they be permissible in a civil society.

The very idea that any one people is more relevant than others is arrogant in the least and detrimental to the well being of all others. In the original words, it was, "the inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" which was changed to include the right to property. Property is subject to interpretation which does not necessarily include land ownership. That concept was brought to these shores by feudal systems of Europe where owning lands was an elevation to one's station in life. The many nations of North America had no concept of owning the land. They were merely using it and left it as their needs dictated, and mostly did what they could to return it to its original pristine state when they moved on.

When World War II ended and a piece of land in the desert was designated as the new home of the many survivors of the Nazi death camps, Great Britain was the "owners" of the lands they called Palestine. It was also the British who armed the nomadic tribes they called Arabs to try and keep the Jewish state from forming, in spite of the efforts of many other allied nations and the United Nations to make it a reality.

The Nazis themselves had polluted the minds of those nomadic tribes to prevent many Jews from escaping to a safe sanctuary instead of facing death in the many camps built to exterminate them. Perhaps religion does play a part in all of this.

The Holy Roman Church probably did more to hurt the nations of Islam in their Crusades than all of the Israeli Jews did. And while I cannot simply condone retribution as just cause for killing innocent people, it does seem that a workable solution can be had if both sides can be made to own up to their own atrocities and agree to live with each other in harmony and peace.

After all, we in the United States have grown because of our acceptance and tolerance of the many immigrants who came here to find a new life of peace and prosperity. Tolerance only needs to be acceptance of the differences without changing one another's beliefs in regards to religion.

Divide to Conquer

A strange occurrence emerges as we get closer to the November elections. Ron Paul supporters are being told (once again) that he is not on the ballot in several states therefore they should back Romney or Gary Johnson. It would appear that this would further divide the votes and assure four more years of Obama.

This blog reported the concerted effort by both Democrats and Republicans to keep Ron Paul off the ballots. The reason was evident that he was the only one that can beat Obama head-to-head. Anyone with a pulse can see that now that Romney has shown some life as a contender in spite of the fact that he is more like Obama than different, further division of  the voters seems necessary to keep Obama in office so he can complete the destruction of the United States he started in 2008.

Fast and Furious gun sales to Mexican gangsters pushed onto Eric Holder but defended by the White House, and we know how Defense Secretary Leon Panetta totally ignored Congress, in fact, told Congress that he gets his orders from NATO and the UN. Now we have a Hillary Clinton-run Department of State that is trying to take the blame for the killing of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, and while it is her responsibility, she takes her directives from the President.

Would a President Romney have handled this differently? I don't know that because Romney has changed his mind more often that a mother changes her baby's diapers. What I do know is that a President Ron Paul would not have allowed the killings to happen in the first place, because his policy is clear regarding "meddling" in foreign nations.

The division is not about right/left or even the few issues that privately-owned major media keeps shoving at us. It's really a matter of principles of liberty, the foundations of our republic, the very survival of our nation. That is the real issue that we need to focus on this election.

Do Americans really trust Romney and Ryan will be much of an improvement over Obama? Based on results, Ryan has proved to me he can lie as well as the left, in fact he did lie to the Tea Party folks that backed his election on his promise to reduce deficit spending and not raise the debt ceiling. He voted for the debt ceiling increase. Ron Paul has a history of voting strictly on constitutional grounds, even when his constituents thought otherwise, and they elected him again and again not because of what he promised or gave them, but because he always demonstrates integrity and honesty.

Ron Paul is the only candidate that has a long history of private and public service in which his character cannot be impeached. He is a true patriot and statesman in the Jefferson and Madison tradition. He is the one that Americans need as the 45th President of the United States.

High Treason and Treachery

Treason may exist only as between allies: it is a general appellation to denote not only offenses against the king and government, but also accumulation of guilt which arises whenever a superior reposes a confidence in a subject or inferior, between whom and himself there subsists a natural, a civil, or even a spiritual relation, and the inferior so abuses that confidence, so forgets the obligations of duty, subjugation, and allegiance, as to destroy the life of the superior.

When disloyalty attacks majesty itself it is called, by way of distinction, high treason, equivalent to the 'crimen loesoe majestatis' of the Romans.

High treason is the most heinous civil crime a man can commit. If indeterminate, this alone is sufficient to make a government degenerate into arbitrary power."

Is the President of the United States guilty of high treason? What about the Secretaries of Defense and State? And may we also include the Attorney General in this grouping? If you are of the opinion that the Constitution of the United States is the law of the land, then it must be evident that the above mentioned offices have violated the Constitution and hence the trust of the American People to whom they vowed to protect.

We can view the actions of Eric Holder as criminal as he had violated law by allowing known criminals to obtain weapons through illegal means. Americans have been murdered with these weapons and yet the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms along with the Department of Justice have not been held accountable by Congress or the President. In fact, many of  them including Barack Obama have covered up and stalled investigations into the matter.

In blatant violation of the Constitution regarding declaration of war, Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta told Congress that he will take such orders from NATO and the UN. And Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and the President are signing UN Small Arms Ban treaties also a direct violation of the Second Amendment.

And all most Americans do is complain to one another instead of marching on their State capitals and demanding their Governors protect them from just a runaway federal administration that resembles more of a cabal or cartel.

This election in November may be the last one as there is no chance for the United States to remain sovereign while giving in to such an international order as is the United Nations and the central banks that are now in control. Even candidate Romney has indicated his support for the central banks, saying that the Federal Reserve System is better than having Congress responsible for the Treasury.
