By The People

There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

Some People Think Everything Is Political, or Some People Think It's All Just A Game, or Tell That to Those That Gave It All

Since there was no armed take over, no stand off, no shoot out, no threat made to anyone, by the Hammonds or the Bundy's or anyone else involved with the Malheur Refuge Incident. The more one reads the official reports and commentary made by various officials and participants the more things seem terribly wrong and incorrect. Murder, deceit, lies, false statements, missing evidence, collusion, negligence in office, failure to uphold oath of office, corruption, conflict of interest, Government kick-back, at the local, state, and national levels and more, much more are being reported everyday. Very little by the Government controlled Privately Owned Major Media.

Americans are constantly held captive by distractions and misdirection (Television, Team Sports, Non-existent threats, success, and who won, just to name a few), and it is they who will suffer for their inattention to what is now happening all around them. while Americans are dreaming of sugar plums and creamy tarts, those with no heart and hob-nailed boots are carrying out the plans for complete domination.

"...nationhood as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority."
Strobe Talbott, Deputy Secretary of State 1994-2001

The Esteemed Readers, who read of Mr. Finicum's tragic demise or watched the moment by moment events unfold in the drone video recording or the cell phone recording of the events unfolding inside the truck Mr. Finicum was driving, might be wondering what is the force driving the Megalomaniacal Insanity cloying at Americans; their property, their Rights, their minds, and their lives?  Many articles of information regarding the how; when, where, why, and who have been published on the Fix America internet site.

With the failure of the League of Nations to ensnare America a new enterprise was immediately begun, The United Nations. Established in 1945 by 51 countries, the stated purpose of the United Nations was, "to preserve peace through international cooperation." That being said, then why is the UN meddling in the domestic affairs of sovereign Nations?  This exercise did not rely on gaining American acceptance, it simply controlled the National financial and monetary system and then bankrupted the system. All of this and so much more was carried out by Lawyers operating unlawfully without the knowledge and informed consent of the American people. Deceit, lies, false statements, collusion, conspiracy, negligence in office, failure to uphold oath of office, corruption, conflict of interest, Government kick-back was carried out in order to allow the UN d.b.a. IMF to purchase the bankrupt Corporation (The United States of America, Inc.) and all of it's alleged assets. All of this and so much more are all still in full swing with no end in sight.

"The UN is militantly anti-property rights?

The UN is dominated by socialist, communist, and other collectivist regimes that are hostile to private property, the basis of our freedom and prosperity. Karl Marx wrote in the Communist Manifesto that "the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: abolition of private property." Marx continued: "In one word, you reproach us with intending to do away with your property. Precisely so; that is just what we intend."

The UN intends to carry out Marx's plan?

In true Marxist fashion, the report of the UN "Habitat I" Conference declares that private land ownership "contributes to social injustice.... Public control of land use is therefore indispensable...." Agenda 21, the UN's massive environmental manifesto, envisions a UN empowered to control and micro-manage our planetary environment and the actions of every person on Earth. It says: "All countries should undertake a comprehensive national inventory of their land resources" and "develop national land-management plans." The UN's Assessment would "reallocate" property rights and have "stakeholder groups," instead of property owners, make decisions on private land use.

Our own U.S. government is adopting many of the UN's anti-property
rights and policies and treaties?

The U.S. has signed Agenda 21 and has begun implementing the UN's "Wildlands Project," an incredible plan to push millions of Americans off their land to make vast nature preserves out of half of the nation. Also, under the UN's 1988 Convention on Narcotics, the U.S. has adopted unconstitutional "asset forfeiture" laws that allow seizure of property without due process.

UN treaties could destroy our heritage of freedom?

Nobel Prizewinning economist, Friedrich A. Hayek, noted that "the system of private property is the most important guaranty of freedom, not only for those who own property, but scarcely less for those who do not. It is only because the control of the means of production is divided among many people acting independently that nobody has complete power over us, that we as individuals can decide what to do with ourselves."

From the unlawful takeover of the American Union (The united States of America) by a succession of Foreign Corporations deliberately controlling all American financial concerns through a cyclical monetary system of eternal debt and bankruptcy, this sickness has spread across America to the current owners of the United States of America, Inc. (a.k.a. UNITED STATES) The UNITED NATIONS DBA (International Monetary Fund) IMF, DBA The United States of America, Inc. (a private corporation incorporated in France). Fueled by greed, money, and easily obtained power, this type of activity draws the easily controlled mental defectives (narcissists, megalomaniacs, sociopaths, psychopaths [those who exhibit an overwhelming need to control and manage everyone around them, and who will use whatever means are at hand to accomplish those ends].

"To achieve One World Government it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, their loyalty to family traditions and national identification."
Brock Chisholm, while director of UN World Health Organization

The same succession of Foreign Corporations infiltrated the political structure of the united States of America (both parties and the overlying structure that controls them) and then each State and it's political structure by means of umbrella Corporations or Franchises, in many cases right down to the city level (a perfect example is Burns, Oregon (where it is painfully clear that local government is corrupt to the core and has no concern for the people on the land, except to control them and move them  off the land). Through concepts such  as; regionalism, Core education, wildlife conservation, endangered species, environmental protection, resource management, smart cities, smart grid, Homeland Security, TSA, NDRP, argumentum ad nauseam - argumentum ad infinitum.

Education:

"As long as the child breathes the poisoned air of nationalism, education in world-mindedness can produce only rather precarious results."
-UNESCO-produced pamphlet in the Toward World Understanding series

"The people who have taught us to believe whatever they were told by their parents or their teachers are the people who are the menace to the world."
-Dr. G. Brook Chrisholm, former Director General of the UN's World Health Organization

"Families must also become the medium for promoting new values and behavior consistent with the rights of individual family members, as established by various United Nations instruments."
-Program for the UN's "International Year of the Family," 1994

Wildlife Conservation-Endangered Species-Environmental Protection:

"Does ... the Wildlands Project advocate the end of industrial civilization?

Most assuredly. Everything civilized must go."
-Editor John Davis, 'Wild Earth', UN Wildlands Project's journal,

"The collective needs of non-human species must take precedence over the needs and desires of humans."
- Wildlands Project Co-architect Reed Noss

"Humanity must undergo a radical change in its attitudes, values, and behavior ... a new global ethics is taking form, and it is finding expression in international law."
- International Union for the Conservation of Nature's Earth Ethics magazine (Spring 1996)

The same succession of Foreign Corporations infiltrated the other two Branches of Governance. The legislative Branch was slowly and unlawfully changed from it's mandated authority of enacting laws within it's jurisdiction to passing Public Policy Statutes and finally Administrative Public Policy Statutes and Regulations. The Judicial Branch of Governance slowly moved from it's mandated authority of American Common Law jurisdiction of the Land to the Admiralty Law jurisdiction of the Sea. These current Administrative Tribunals (courts) are not Lawful. Time and time again facts are presented over and over that prove these and other facts and current Administrative Tribunals (courts) ignore it all or do not respond (because they can not argue with facts). Tribunals (courts) can only unlawfully argue legal issues which are not laws.

"WAR ON THE WORLD

American blood and taxes are being used for military operations unrelated to U.S. defense?

A May, 2000 Joint Chiefs of Staff report states that since 1990 more than 55 "Operations Other Than War" (military engagements now called "peace-keeping" or "humanitarian" missions), have cost U.S. taxpayers over $21 billion -- more than $4 billion in 2000 alone.  Of course, there is no price tag imaginable for American soldiers who have been killed in UN-sanctioned, UN-led "Operations Other Than War" such as Somalia.

That our own government is committed to making the UN more powerful than any nation on Earth?

In 1961, President John F. Kennedy presented to the UN a three-stage disarmament program entitled Freedom From War. "In Stage III," said this State Department document, "progressive controlled disarmament... would proceed to a point where no state [nation] would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened UN Peace Force." The disarmament program originally presented in Freedom From War has never been withdrawn. It remains the official policy of the United States.

The UN is being given control of our military?

U.S. forces have been sent to the Persian Gulf and Somalia to carry out UN resolutions. They were sent to the Balkans under the authority of NATO, a regional subsidiary of the UN. In the Balkans and Somalia, they have been placed under foreign commanders who view the secretaries-general of the UN and NATO -- not the U.S. President -- as their commander in chief.

U.S. military personnel are being prepared to become United Nations soldiers?

About 300 U.S. Marines stationed at Twenty-Nine Palms, California, got a reality check in 1994 when they were required to participate in a "Combat Arms Survey" asking how they felt about statements such as:

1. "[T]he President of the United States has the authority to pass his responsibilities as Commander-in-Chief to the UN Secretary General";

2. "I would swear to the following code: 'I am a United Nations fighting person...'"; and

3. "I would fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the U.S. government."

"[The Security Council is authorized to] take such action by air, sea, or land forces as may be necessary to maintain or restore international peace and security."
-UN Charter, Article 42

"Arrangements for the use of this [proposed UN] force should ensure that the United Nations can effectively deter or suppress any threat or use of arms in violation of the purposes and principles of the United Nations."
- UN "Final Document," Adopted - UN General Assembly, 1978 session

"Let me give you this final message. If we use the [U.S.] military, we can make the United Nations a really meaningful, effective voice for peace and stability in the future."
President George Bush, December 1990, prior to the launch of Operation Desert Storm"

The ideas behind such recent movie trilogies as; "The Lord of The Rings", "The Dark Knight", "Captain America", "The Hunger Games", "The Divergent Series; Divergent, Insurgent, Allegiant (being separated into two parts Allegiant and Ascendant)", all deal with and have an underlying theme that spans centuries of people dealing with the very same problems that Americans now face that arise when mentally defective people are placed in charge of anything that has any authority to control (Liberty) or regulate (Freedoms) anyone else.

"The UN's aim has always been to take over our educational system?

The UN launched its Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in 1946 with the announced intent to usurp parents' rights to educate and train their children. UNESCO heavyweight Dr. Luther Evans stated, "UNESCO's is a radical program.... To make the system of the UN and its specialized agencies work, we must sweep past traditional barriers...." (emphasis added.) Radio newscaster Paul Harvey condemned UNESCO's undermining of patriotism in one of his broadcasts: "Through UNESCO, American children are influenced away from their national allegiance. American children are being indoctrinated with world government."

The UN's Convention on the Rights of the Child would insert government between parents and children?

Proposed for ratification in 1989, its language states that governments shall insure children's rights to "freedom of thought, conscience and religion," "privacy," "rest and leisure," and much more. According to this UN document, parents shall not be allowed to shield their children from harmful groups and philosophies, inspect their rooms for dangerous items, or require them to do their assigned chores.

As article 13 states: "The child shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of the child's choice." Should that kind of "freedom" be mandated for children, parents will have lost any power over what their children may be exposed to.

Harmful UN programs are undermining America's educational system?

In 1990, the "World Conference on Education for All" met in Jomtien, Thailand. Sponsored by UNESCO, UNICEF, the UN Development Program, the UN World Bank and other UN agencies, the conference produced a document entitled "Framework for Action to Meet Basic Learning Needs." Its recommendations became the basis for educational systems in the U.S. known as "Goals 2000," "Outcome-based Education," and "School-to-Work." Congressman Henry Hyde (R-Ill.) has criticized these programs as "a concept for dumbing-down our schools and changing the character of the nation through behavior modification."

The Farce of Debate: Rand Paul Shines and Nobody Notices

I was so disappointed in the way the debate was handled, I really could not sleep last night. I tossed and turned thinking about how badly Rand Paul was treated, not just by Donald Trump, which is somewhat expected by now from the bully billionaire, but from the CNN panel of moderators who only allowed him to speak when his name was mentioned by the other nominees.

Pompous platitudes and innuendos abounded, while Dr. Paul was given the obligatory opportunity to defend himself slightly. It appeared that Trump at center stage was in complete control of the panel.

I finally dragged myself out of bed at 11:00 AM to have some coffee, and ran across the following article, which perked me up a bit.

I present it in its entirety to the Esteemed Readers of this blog for their assessment.

"Donald Trump does not like Rand Paul.

In the weirdest non sequitur of a often-incoherent second Republican presidential debate, the billionaire front-runner for the party nomination declared, “Rand Paul shouldn’t even be on this stage. He’s number 11. He’s got 1 percent in the polls. There’s too many people onstage already.”

As he has been on so many points, Trump was entirely wrong on this one.

Paul distinguished himself with coherent questioning of mass incarceration, calls for criminal-justice reform, and aggressive referencing of the injustices that extend from a failed drug war. The senator from Kentucky had one of the best moments of the debate when, during a back-and-forth over Jeb Bush’s youthful inhaling of marijuana, Paul put things into perspective for the former Florida governor: “Kids who have privilege like you do don’t go to jail. But the poor kids in the inner city still go to jail.”

And when the debate turned to foreign policy, Paul made more sense than the rest of the runners combined.

“I’ve made my career as an opponent of the Iraq War,” declared the senator, who reminded the crowd that “The Iraq War backfired and did not help us.”

“I’m not sending our sons and our daughters back to Iraq.” —Rand Paul
Those lines did not earn Paul a lot of applause Wednesday night. This Grand Old Party does not well remember—nor respect—the wisdom of Dwight Eisenhower’s warnings about a military-industrial complex or the example of “old-right” Republicans who opposed military adventurism.

But Paul displayed a steady awareness of that history. His great contribution to the debate was to offer an alternative to the bombast and bluster that came Wednesday night from many of the other contenders—and that, frankly, comes on a regular basis from prominent figures who position themselves across the political spectrum.

The senator warned, “”If you want boots on the ground, and you want them to be our sons and daughters, you’ve got 14 other choices. There will always be a Bush or Clinton for you if you want to go back to war in Iraq.”

While others spoke of putting boots back on the ground in the Middle East, he dissented, saying, “The first war was a mistake and I am not sending our sons and daughters back to Iraq.”

Paul’s dissents extended beyond objections regarding the Iraq imbroglio—as was appropriate during the course of a debate that produced plenty of objectionable statements from the crowd of Republican front runners and pretenders.

Early in the evening, several of the contenders were stumbling over one another in express their readiness to rip up the Iran nuclear agreement, with Senator Ted Cruz trumping them all by promising, “If I am elected president, on the very first day in office, I will rip to shreds this catastrophic Iranian nuclear deal.”

A few minutes later, in a break from what New Jersey Governor Chris Christie referred to as “this childish back-and-forth” with Trump and Fiorina over who was the worse CEO, Fiorina said there would be no back-and-forth with the president of Russia. “Having met Vladimir Putin, I wouldn’t talk to him at all,” she announced. “We’ve talked way too much to him.”

This is where Paul really stepped up.

Noting the location—the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California—Paul said with regard to the “wouldn’t talk to him” line: “Well, think if Reagan had said that during the Cold War? We continued to talk with the Russians throughout the Cold War which [was a] much more significant [challenge than] where we are now.”

Paul continued:

Should we continue to talk with Iran? Yes. Should we cut up the [Iran nuclear] agreement immediately? That’s absurd. Wouldn’t you want to know if they complied? Now, I’m going to vote against the agreement because I don’t think there’s significant leverage, but it doesn’t mean that I would immediately not look at the agreement, and cut it up without looking to see if whether or not Iran has complied.

The same goes with China. I don’t think we need to be rash, I don’t think we need to be reckless, and I think we need to leave lines of communication open. Often we talk about whether we should be engaged in the world, or disengaged in the world, and I think this is an example of some who want to isolate us, actually, and not be engaged.

We do need to be engaged with Russia. It doesn’t mean we give them a free pass, or China a free pass, but, to be engaged, to continue to talk. We did throughout the Cold War, and it would be a big mistake not to do it here.

There was a similar moment when the question of intervention in Syria arose.

The Kentuckian said:

I think this gets to the point of wisdom on when to intervene and when we shouldn’t. Had we bombed Assad at the time, like President Obama wanted, and like Hillary Clinton wanted and many Republicans wanted, I think ISIS would be in Damascus today. I think ISIS would be in charge of Syria had we bombed Assad.

Sometimes both sides of the civil war are evil, and sometimes intervention sometimes makes us less safe. This is real the debate we have to have in the Middle East.

Every time we have toppled a secular dictator, we have gotten chaos, the rise of radical Islam, and we’re more at risk. So, I think we need to think before we act, and know most interventions, if not a lot of them in the Middle East, have actually backfired on us.

There are plenty of issues on which Rand Paul is wrong. He is not so steadily anti-war as his father, former congressman and 2012 presidential contender Ron Paul, or as “old-right” Republicans like North Carolina Congressman Walter Jones Jr.

There are plenty of things that Paul has said and done that merit skepticism, and opposition.

But the senator—and his dissenting views with regard to foreign policy—belonged on the main stage Wednesday night. Indeed, it was Rand Paul, not Donald Trump, who made Wednesday night’s gathering of Republican presidential contenders a debate. "

Thanks to John Nichols, The Nation’s Washington correspondent.

Where Do We Go From Here?

Since 2008 I have been writing articles and sharing articles from other authors with the Esteemed Readers of Fix America. Over those years I  have also shared these posts on forums and within comments of news articles, published by the privately-owned major media and other media outlets of lesser fame.

Most of what I see, hear, and read today is a far cry from news correspondence of a free and impartial press. Instead we are bombarded with the analysis and commentary of others, who, have no more right to voice their opinions than anyone else. The problem is, that what we expect to be unadulterated reporting of current events is instead spin and propaganda, not news, based on the particular ideology of the publisher or their political handlers and their sponsors.

Over the span of the past six or so years, Fix American has informed and educated the Esteemed Readers with facts, and while my opinions and those of other authors are offered, the facts are presented in whole without embellishment.

In an attempt to stifle the views of opposition, Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) has so much as said that anyone with a cellphone and blog does not constitute a reporter, and she wants to stop anyone without 'proper credentials' from reporting news. In other words, if you don't plan on reporting what the government approves, you will be silenced. So now approval by the government is prerequisite for someone to obtain a press pass or even to work for the media as a reporter.

It is by the consent of the governed that governments exists in the first place. It is We the People who created a constitutional representative republican form of self-governance, by which the People and the States remain sovereign and the federal system of governance is the servant and not the master. When did that change, 1871?  You will find most of the answers in the posts that Fix America has published. What you will not find is how and why it happened. For that answer you will have to look for future articles.

If the People are to be free to live their lives as they so choose, they must be willing to do whatever it takes to defend that freedom. To enjoy the fruits of one's labor, to own property, to be safe in their lands and homes, these are what we must all defend for ourselves as individuals, and collectively as communities. We must also be willing to defend our State if need arises to do so.

It is apparent that we can no longer trust those who we elect, members of the corporate UNITED STATES, to protect our rights and secure our borders. It is therefore incumbent upon We the People to defend ourselves and our neighbors from this attack on our unalienable rights.

Without digressing into the intricate details that led to the revolt against Great Britain, it is obvious that the collective reasons were enough to risk everything to gain sovereignty and be free of servitude.

Our rights have been taken and replaced with privileges, granted by the corporate UNITED STATES. Our freedoms are no longer a foregone conclusion as more and more infringements by militarized law enforcement agencies disregard even basic individual rights all over the nation. While focus is held to one or two incidents that are used as propaganda by the privately-owned major media to reinforce the justification for more laws that take away more individual rights, police forces are treating the People as enemies of the STATE and use deadly force against the most benign of our fellow citizens.

What can we do? How much abuse will We the People tolerate before taking action?

Where do we go from here?

Ukraine: Freedom or Serfdom?

While most of the news is focused on the missing Malaysian flight 370, and the Russian Federation taking control in the Crimean region of Ukraine, we are being bombarded with rhetoric from our government about how Vladimir Putin is violating international law and the constitution of the Ukraine.

There are many mysteries to be uncovered regarding the missing plane, but very few regarding why Putin did what he did, and where he really stands. Yes, he is formerly Soviet KGB, and generally a pretty tough character. But his is neither arrogant nor stupid. Russia's Gasprom has vested interest in Crimea, and the Ukraine's economic problems have placed Russian interests in jeopardy. Ukraine was being swooned by NATO and the IMF, as allies and debtors to the banking cartel. And the fuels that flow through the Crimea were surely the only decent collateral that the Ukrainian government could offer for massive loans.

It really is hard for me to agree with my own representatives when they seem to think that I am dumb enough to buy the rhetoric of war mongers. I have not witnessed a war in my lifetime that was in direct defense of our liberty or our lands. What I have witnessed is a government that has systemically moved to a socialist oligarchy that these political pinheads have duped most Americans into believing is progress.

This isn't partisan war mongering. John McCain and now John Boehner have both publicly condemned Russia and support 'sanctions' against Russia. Russia is securing its pipeline and fuel resources from the banking cartel of the west. Good for him. But the 'free' press in American will not present that point of view. No, that doesn't fit in with the agenda of the globalist bankers.

As I was about to close down for the night and enjoy some music, I noticed a news article claiming that Barack Obama has issued yet another unconstitutional executive order claiming the right to seize the assets of anyone (including American citizens whether here or abroad) if he 'thinks' you may be supporting the Russians.

Well, I am an American, a patriot, and a liberty-loving, Constitution carrying member of no party, and I commend any president who has the intestinal fortitude to stand against the takeover of the natural resources and economy of a nation by placing it in debt to the IMF. Maybe Obama needs to give his Nobel Peace prize to Putin?

Perhaps we need an Icelandic revolt against the banks to get our economy back on track. Along with changes in Washington so we can get back to a constitutionally limited, representative republican system of governance. And stop being the police force for the globalists.

Now that I got that off my chest, I'll sleep better.

Death of a Nation

What will become of America now that liberty has been taken for the illusion of safety? Many people came out this past Tuesday to support the incumbent even with all the issues that have plagued this Administration and the American People.

A hastily passed health care act that will rob over a half trillion dollars from Medicare, restrict medical services based on accounting rather than need, and force people to purchase health insurance, furthering the demand on the people instead of providing them choice.

An  appointed Attorney General who has side stepped the law and allowed weapons to be sold to criminals in the now infamous Fast and Furious debacle, a man who has ignored immigration law, has refused to come forth with documents regarding the arms sale debacle that resulted in the deaths of countless civilians on both sides of our southern border, in addition to the Border Patrol agent(s) who also were murdered with those same weapons.

We have currently a Defense Secretary who has told Congress that he gets his marching orders from NATO and the United Nations, unconstitutionally by-passing Congress altogether. But he did say that he would inform Congress of actions if it is deemed necessary.

This was never a perfect union and yet it managed to survive and prosper for over 200 years until the foundations of that union began to crumble. There are many places we can point to, but one of the most significant is the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.

Then President Woodrow Wilson admitted that he sold out the nation when he signed that bill into law. Several Presidents since that time expanded the control of the Federal Reserve over the nation’s currency, no doubt to deplete the gold reserves that kept our currency stable.

The promise of ending depressions was short-lived as we all know that the markets crashed in 1929 and many banks failed, leaving the country in a Great Depression, with many homeless and unemployed. It wasn’t until the united States declared war against Japan and finally joined the alliance in Europe fighting Hitler and the Nazis before a sense of recovery began.

Americans seem to have very short term memory when it comes to history. Somehow they allow the same foolish policies to be repeated and they expect better results. History proved time and again that a nation cannot survive purely on borrowing and giving benefits to people who are not productive members of the nation’s society..

When Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed the bills that started Social Security, it was by design a Ponzi scheme, one which could never fulfill the promise of a retirement account for the individuals paying into it. The reality is that it is another method of taxation. But the real problems with Social Security began when Lyndon Baines Johnson became President and raided the funds to pay for a war in Vietnam. By doing so, the nation didn’t raise a ruckus over more debt. It was also during his tenure that the Medicare tax was instituted, yet another method of bilking the fruits of one’s labor.

This nation has trusted its elected representatives to protect their interests and they have not only failed to live up to those expectations and promises, but in fact have sold us out in every way imaginable. By taking over so much of the decisions of the individual, the government has become our nanny, telling us what we may or may not do, regardless of the unconstitutional laws, mandate, policies, and regulations it forces upon us.

Americans have grown fat and lazy while the nation has been taken over gradually by corporations. They have succumbed to slavery plain and simple. They would rather do with less that is provided for them, than to strive for more which they can keep for themselves or share with those truly in need.

The basic rights of the individual have been systematically replaced with permissions granted by the government. Public policy has replaced common law and common sense and logic. Look at how many nations that embraced communism, fascism, socialism, totalitarianism, have all failed to sustain them and eventually crumbled. From the mighty Roman Empire to the late U.S.S.R. history demonstrates that only when people remain free and the nation’s government limited can a nation prosper.

Perhaps we can survive another four years. I’m an not so confident that we can. We are on the edge of a precipice and we are not the only nation that faces crisis. We have become morally as well as financially bankrupt. We have become a People divided instead of united.

Perhaps as I have written in past, this great experiment is over and it failed. We will not have long to wait to find out!

Divide to Conquer

A strange occurrence emerges as we get closer to the November elections. Ron Paul supporters are being told (once again) that he is not on the ballot in several states therefore they should back Romney or Gary Johnson. It would appear that this would further divide the votes and assure four more years of Obama.

This blog reported the concerted effort by both Democrats and Republicans to keep Ron Paul off the ballots. The reason was evident that he was the only one that can beat Obama head-to-head. Anyone with a pulse can see that now that Romney has shown some life as a contender in spite of the fact that he is more like Obama than different, further division of  the voters seems necessary to keep Obama in office so he can complete the destruction of the United States he started in 2008.

Fast and Furious gun sales to Mexican gangsters pushed onto Eric Holder but defended by the White House, and we know how Defense Secretary Leon Panetta totally ignored Congress, in fact, told Congress that he gets his orders from NATO and the UN. Now we have a Hillary Clinton-run Department of State that is trying to take the blame for the killing of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, and while it is her responsibility, she takes her directives from the President.

Would a President Romney have handled this differently? I don't know that because Romney has changed his mind more often that a mother changes her baby's diapers. What I do know is that a President Ron Paul would not have allowed the killings to happen in the first place, because his policy is clear regarding "meddling" in foreign nations.

The division is not about right/left or even the few issues that privately-owned major media keeps shoving at us. It's really a matter of principles of liberty, the foundations of our republic, the very survival of our nation. That is the real issue that we need to focus on this election.

Do Americans really trust Romney and Ryan will be much of an improvement over Obama? Based on results, Ryan has proved to me he can lie as well as the left, in fact he did lie to the Tea Party folks that backed his election on his promise to reduce deficit spending and not raise the debt ceiling. He voted for the debt ceiling increase. Ron Paul has a history of voting strictly on constitutional grounds, even when his constituents thought otherwise, and they elected him again and again not because of what he promised or gave them, but because he always demonstrates integrity and honesty.

Ron Paul is the only candidate that has a long history of private and public service in which his character cannot be impeached. He is a true patriot and statesman in the Jefferson and Madison tradition. He is the one that Americans need as the 45th President of the United States.

A Beacon of Light: Take Back America

Perhaps in some way it is self-fulfilling prophecy, the ultimate confrontation of good and evil, playing out on the stage of life each day and yet most Americans are totally unaware of it. All they see are many seemingly unrelated issues, reported more in passing, media dishes out more non-news than real news. There has to be a point where an individual is confronted with the truth and a choice must be made whether to accept it or deny it. For me that time came a long time ago, and it amazes me how very few people have chosen to see the truth.

If you believe what the privately-owned major media reports, you would think that a Romney vs. Obama election is a done deal. Just the past few days even had a rumor making its way around the Internet that Ron Paul folded up his tent and was going to endorse Romney. None of it is true of course, but most Americans swallowed it as if it were.

When I first came across it, I reported it on this blog that the media was ordered silenced on Ron Paul. See Obama Issues ‘Kill Order’ Regarding Ron Paul and Russia Prepares for Nuclear World War III .  The media has hyped Mitt Romney as the greatest thing since sliced bread and the public swallowed it whole. This is the same corporate raider who finished 3rd in the 2008 GOP race which makes him a 4th ranked candidate to the eventual occupier of the Oval Office.

The privately-owned major media would have you believe, Obama and the Democratic-socialists (who have taken over the left side of the party) are worried about Romney’s campaign, the truth is that it would not matter at all to us. Only how quickly we are taken over completely by the corporatism statists.

The fact that Congress did not immediately have Defense Secretary Leon Panetta arrested and charged with treason when he told them he gets his marching orders from NATO and the U.N. says volumes about who is really running this country. It certainly is not We the People through our elected representation that much is clear.  Who is actually in charge remains to be determined although it is strongly suggestive that it isn’t  an American.

The so-called Harvard professor occupying the White House admonished the Supreme Court for hearing the case on his namesake health care plan, denouncing their mandated power to judicial review of a law passed in Congress by majority.  For Obama, the fact that he was able to get laws passed is enough of a testimony to his megalomaniacal-narcissistic character to convince me that he is not going to leave office quietly as most defeated Presidents do.

And then recently, I ran across an article sent in an email to me that depicts an even more diabolical and sinister plot to destroy the economy of the United States, in a blog by one Jim Campbell, at his Dancing Czars blog. Now I don’t necessarily think that Obama himself is the mastermind of all this, just the willing pawn who loves the attention and the power he is holding while acting as President.

So knowing that Willard Romney, a third-rate GOP nominee in 2008, is now the party darling, tells us the compromising that the Republican Party itself made.  Add to the sellout compromises made by a GOP majority in the House, and it shows that Congress has not changed all that much with the so-called ‘Tea Party victories’ in 2010. Continued votes for unconstitutional acts only serves to show us how endemic the corruption really is.

While Ron Paul may lead the nation, and be nominated in Tampa, as can be accomplished, we require a Congress that will have the courage to uphold the Constitution with regard to Dr. Paul’s policies when he becomes President. It must also reflect on who we elect at the local and regional levels as well, because we want people in office who represent us and not banks and corporations. We want people who uphold their oaths and defend the Constitution always and not only when it is politically expedient to do so.

We want to take back America from the usurpers, Soros or the Banksters or the Globalists, and restore liberty. We will then have demonstrated to the world that it is the People of the United States of America whose love of freedom will remain, for all humanity to see, like the Statue in the harbor, in the darkness of tyranny a beacon of light.
