There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

AIG: Too Big to Fail

I remember hearing that months ago. AIG also happens to be the corporation that holds the pension plans of Congress. So while my 401k and your tanked, those representatives we elected to look out for us, instead looked out only for themselves and we get the bill. Real nice.

Now we are being given a health care plan for all Americans, well almost all Americans. The members of the House and Senate along with the President are all exempt from the bill. It's not good enough for them, but it's good enough for us. First of all, that violates Constitutional law and they know it, but lawmakers operate under the Universal Commerce Code instead of the Constitution. Some people have mistaken believed that UCC trumps the Constitution.
