The following article could be considered comical if it weren't for a long history of drug 
trade into the U.s. The history heats up with Reagan and the Iran-Contra fiasco and President Reagan's warning to the American people regarding the takeover of the country. Then the Clinton crime family's dealings in Mena, Arkansas (a portion of which is covered in a book titled, The Last Circle, by Cheri Seymour) and the furtherance of their criminal activities while Bill Clinton was in office. Dad and Junior Bush have always been shady characters. Bush daddy for his involvement in the Kennedy Assassination and Johnson's bid for the control of the drug trade in South East Asia. A similar although more interesting take on this faction of the shadow government's dealings and it's involvement in the drug trade on home ground titled, The Octopus; Secret Government and The Death of Danny Casolaro, by Kenn Thomas and Jim Keith. This was followed by the Murder of House Representative Sonny Bono who had talked about starting an investigation into criminal activities within the Federal Government. 

The preceding was followed by missing Pentagon Trillions and then the so-called 9/11 attack (the gold heist, the matured bonds trade-in, and subsequent push into Afganistan to protect the poppy fields and take over the Opium Trade), The 'Loose Change' documentaries by Dillon Avery cover the specifics of who was taken out (killed) and what records were targeted for destruction. All of the evidence leads to a cabal operating within the Federal Government.

Here is a note from a DEA informant that I found on the internet . In it, he explains how 
the Clinton Foundation works.

Folks, it is worse than we thought….

Here is the letter:

Dear Mr. Hodges,

As you will recall, I had intermittent contact with you during the so-called Central American 
immigration crisis during May-July of 2014 in which I shared my experiences with you as a 
result of my work with the DEA.

I am sure you will recall that I introduced you to the inner workings of terrorist training 
base camps operating in El Salvador as well the planned influx of MS-13 trained assassins 
into the United States which was accomplished with the oversight of DHS. These forces will 
soon come into prominence in the coming weeks and months. We are going to see violence in this country on an unprecedented scale just as we are seeing in Europe with the Muslim 
immigration, the local police will be powerless to act because they are ultimately controlled 
by federal agencies like DHS who will roadblock normal law enforcement. I am telling you it 
is hard to not believe that the real goal is to perpetuate massive civil unrest so that more 
formal uses of governmental power can be brought to bear against and potential American 
dissident movement which has really mushroomed since the beginning of the Trump candidacy.

My purpose for writing to you today is to let you know that I have contact with DOJ and in 
particular many FBI officials as a result of daily activities. I have to watch my ass and 
it is not as it was two years ago when we first communicated. I am determined to see the 
release of certain information prior to the election because I believe you and others are 
correct when you say, the criminal cabal that seems to have taken over key positions in our 
government are poised to change America and my children and yours will have to try and 
survive what is coming and then they will have to live in this shit hole.  I am playing this 
very close to the vest. Responding to this email will be pointless as all of our future 
conversations will have to remain one-sided but I am not writing anything that I do not 
want released. Please release everything I am sending to you.

To a person my colleagues feel betrayed by the present FBI Director and Attorney General, 
but I am telling you that Obama is controlling the activities through his appointed CIA 
operatives who have infiltrated the DOJ as well as military, generally, and the FBI, 
specifically. The tone of the influence is decidedly pro-“Radical” Muslim and anti-American 
in the traditional sense. This undue influence often seeks to perpetuate the activities of 
those people of privilege who seem to be beyond the reach of traditional law enforcement. 
Their activities include gun running and drug dealing. This has reached into your area 
because Maricopa County Sheriff Joe will be/is the victim of election fraud because the 
certain people want him out because he will not look the other way when it comes to cartel 
drug activity in Arizona which is key because Arizona is a border state.

Your reporting of the corrupt voting machines in your area seems to be correct but Arpaio 
is more of a target than Trump because he is an impediment to drug trafficking in your area. 
You have to remember that your Sheriff was at one time one of us, so we know what we are 
seeing. Yes- I am saying that Obama’s DOJ is protecting the drug dealers by going after 
Arpaio. The persecution of the Sheriff has nothing to do with the violations of the civil 
rights of immigrants and has everything to do with his refusal to cooperate with the Obama 
administration by looking the other way when it comes to both cartel and the intertwined 
activities of terrorists that have crossed our borders in great numbers since 2010.

Most will never know who these people are until they act. They live among us, work with us 
and their children even go to school our children. When they are arrested, DHS shows up to intervene and the issue is cloaked under the guise of racial prejudice and border agents 
and local law enforcement who are over-stepping their bounds. The police are so discouraged that they have basically given up.  This is actually a case of thinly disguised criminal enterprise corruption and DHS always runs the interference. This is a lot of what you see in these inexplicable catch and release activities. The bigger the drug and gun fish that is apprehended, the quicker they are released to repeat the same actions.

A case in point from the past: Do you remember when Congressman Bridenstine tried to enter a holding facility for immigrants at Ft. Sill during the 2014 immigration crisis and he was told by DHS to come back and make an appointment? DHS was attempting to shield what was truly going on which was the introduction of foreign operatives into mainstream America. West African terrorists are also coming across our border with bad intentions, not just people from Central America and the Middle East. I have every indication that these forces are ready to unleash massive waves of destruction in our country as their drug activities have increased exponentially in the past several months. They are raising money for purposes that extend far beyond mere living expenses.

You have written that you expect the left to unleash terror attacks should Mrs. Clinton not 
win the election through whatever means is at her disposal. You are correct, but I think this 
may be a moot point.  Speaking of Mrs. Clinton, the Foundation is the most criminal enterprise organization on the face of the earth. They avoid detection because of the use of their shell corporations which gives them at least 2-3 degrees of separation.

When the President of the Philippines executed thousands of drug dealers he was upsetting the balance of trade in the drug industry and I believe he was cutting into Foundation activities. This is why Obama was going to Manila to personally speak with him until Obama was attacked with a tirade of insults and name-calling by this newly elected President. This politician will not be in power for long. The CIA has a way of taking the massive protests that we see in the news and turning it on whomever they want to displace. The people of the Philippines are protesting the military presence in the Philippines today but this could be turned into revolutionary force tomorrow. This is why this rogue President is moving towards aligning with China and you have picked up on that in an article I read. This President is looking for protection and he should be.

The world war that is coming has a lot to do with drug wars, not just Syria. There are clear 
divisions in the world that are firming up along these lines and it would be a mistake to 
ignore these developments.

The DEA is just as corrupted as the FBI, as we are still honoring our under-the-table agreement with the Sinolas in which we agree to only interdict 20% of the drug shipments into the United States in exchange for some unknown amount of intelligence information. How many terrorist cells do you think we are knowingly letting in along with the drugs? It was during the same time frame that you and I were talking that Judicial Watch came across the ISIS and drug cartel base camp near El Paso. I am sure you asked yourself how many facilities like this one exist and if there are any inside of the United States? There are and they are now working with foreign entities inside the United States. When we make our token busts, we frequently come upon the involvement of Russian and Chinese national who are in this country and they are immediately released by DOJ and DHS. It is starting to look like one big and happy criminal enterprise family that is international in scope but does enjoy the protection of the Obama administration.

Your article about a multi-pronged attack including a Red Dawn element is close to what I know to be a real possibility and this is the advanced force designed to disrupt command and control in the coming war. The sad thing is that many agents suspect this and we are powerless to expose it. Congress has been tipped off and they show no interest.  A lot of the reason that I think you are correct about what you have recently written, are the paramilitary base camps in and around San Salvador which have now spread to Honduras. this is a growing problem and growing concern. These terrorists have been trained on stingers and 50 cal weapons. They are also serving as drug transport entities.

In the past couple of days since Director Comey announced he was reopening the investigation on Mrs. Clinton, I have had several advanced warnings of what was coming. The Clintons have fallen into disfavor with important entities- groups.

My colleagues believe that more than Mrs. Clinton is being targeted and that there are unknown actors looking to commit a hostile takeover of the Clinton Foundation because the Clintons have stepped on important toes in the international drug and gun trade, in particular, in Peru, which is the conduit between Middle East terrorists and the cartels.  As I have told you before, my associates on the FBI drug task force(s) tell me that this reopening of the investigation is not the result of Director Comey being pressured to act against Mrs. Clinton from within the FBI, as many publications have insinuated. The sudden turning of Director Comey against Mrs. Clinton is motivated by forces outside of the FBI. At least that is what we are being led to believe and I think it is so. Any agent that would launch an investigation into any of the areas that I have mentioned here would be finished or worse.

I have spoken with some who participated in the original email investigation. When the emails led to guns and drugs, the emails were destroyed and this line of the investigation was reduced to a series of meaningless leads. I know this for a fact because we had some of the same information.

Everyone of the agents will privately admit that the first FBI investigation was designed to 
produce exoneration for Mrs. Clinton. My people are aware of this because some of the subject matter involved money laundering from drug and gun operations.  Don’t make the mistake in believing that this present investigation is any more or any less honest that the last one. Of course, you should also not believe what you are reading and seeing in the press. The Clinton duo is being taken down for reasons that are unknown to me by forces that I have to come to believe control Director Comey and AG Lynch. In one of your most recent articles you talked about Clinton being elected and then indicted. This opens an endless universe of possibilities about how the transition of power will be handled in January.

Many of us believe that the United States is about to become a thinly veiled narco terrorist state, the biggest in the history of the world. I could see cartel members, or their representatives visiting the White House in this next administration. At present in the DEA, we are most often cast into the role of blocking legitimate investigations in these areas. Some fear that we will soon become facilitators. To date that role has always been fulfilled by the CIA. However, we think it is going to permeate the ranks of my agency. By the way Dave, you have claimed to have contact with another DEA source during the time we were speaking. Be careful, trolls abound with false information.

I strongly believe that Hillary could be indicted. I think that what you have written about the 
possible scenarios following an indictment is possible, but that part is unknown and unconfirmed from my perspective. I do know that the FBI investigators with our assistance are still being limited in what they can look at. I have been contacted for information related to past drug investigations only to have the requests prepared and the FBI no longer shows any interest in the information, particularly if it is drug related.  Any investigation that includes drug trafficking and money laundering seems to still be out of bounds. The Weiner angle is laughable but they may make it stick.  It appears to some that it is open season on Hillary Clinton at the Bureau with regard to these emails.

It is my belief that if Mrs. Clinton survives this latest round, and I do not think she will, we 
are going to see a massive purge in the government like this country has ever seen. I have given you a lot to digest so I am going to close for now."

Who Needs The Truth When You Have Mockingbird?

US Govt Just Legalized Operation Mockingbird — FBI Can Now Impersonate the Media

"FBI agents conducting undercover investigations have now been given the green light to impersonate journalists, the Justice Department determined last week — effectively legalizing the government’s most notorious propaganda program, Operation Mockingbird.

Last Thursday, the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General published what’s become the subject of outrage for journalists, civil and constitutional rights advocates, and legal experts  — “A Review of the FBI’s Impersonation of a Journalist in a Criminal Investigation.”

Allowing agents to infiltrate media organizations for any reason threatens to utterly undermine public trust, kill the very concept of journalistic integrity, and throttle the flow of information from sources and whistleblowers concerned with the legitimacy of journalists they contact.

As shocking as the finding sounds, it only validates the practice — in fact, the report centers around a case from 2007 in which an FBI agent pretended to be an Associated Press journalist to identify an elusive suspect online. At the time, the FBI “did not prohibit agents from impersonating journalists or from posing as a member of a news organization,” the report states.

But even the ubiquitous, mainstream AP — whose outlet became an unwitting pawn for the agency — sharply criticized the DOJ’s announcement.

“The Associated Press is deeply disappointed by the Inspector General’s findings, which effectively condone the FBI’s impersonation of an AP journalist in 2007,” Associated Press Vice President Paul Colford said in a statement cited by US News. “Such action compromises the ability of a free press to gather the news safely and effectively and raises serious constitutional concerns.”

In 2007, a high school student near Seattle emailed a series of bomb threats to his school, but his use of proxy servers thwarted police efforts to learn his identity — so they asked for assistance from the FBI’s Northwest Cybercrime Task Force.

Agents devised a plan, and, as the Intercept summarized, “An undercover agent sent the student email impersonating an editor for the Associated Press. The email included links to a fake news site designed to look like the Seattle Times.”

When the student followed the links, malware revealing his actual location installed itself.

It wasn’t until an ACLU technologist accidentally discovered copies of the bogus news stories in 2014 — buried in pages the Electronic Frontier Foundation obtained from the FBI via a Freedom of Information Act request in 2011 — that the plot to pose as journalists came to light, generating massive controversy and consternation.

Furthering the contempt, FBI Director James Comey penned a letter to the editor of the New York Times defending the agency’s impersonation, dismissively stating “we do use deception at times to catch crooks, but we are acting responsibly and legally.”

The Associated Press and Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press didn’t believe either the veracity or legality of Comey’s statement, and sued the FBI to disclose documents relating to the practice — ultimately obtaining a redacted memo in which the agency acknowledged the agents violated the FBI’s own guidelines. However, the memo also stated that violation, under the circumstances, was not “unreasonable.”

A review was launched by the OIG, but Thursday’s conclusion simply confirmed the FBI’s previous finding it had done nothing wrong — and may proceed with future journalistic deception.

In June this year, the FBI firmed up its rules for when an agent can pretend to be a journalist — but the added rules haven’t quelled the ire.

As long as agents receive approval from the head of the FBI field office, the Undercover Review Committee, and the deputy director of the FBI — who then must meet with the deputy attorney general — they are free to pose as journalists during undercover investigations.

“We believe the new interim policy on undercover activities that involve FBI employees posing as members of the news media is a significant improvement to FBI policies that existed,” states the inspector general.

But no one outside the FBI or DOJ’s Office of Inspector General who grasps the grievous threat to free speech and press — or the potential slippery slope law enforcement co-opting the media represents — agrees anything short of an abolishment on the practice could be acceptable.

“The FBI guidelines adopted in 2016 in response to this incident still permit the FBI to impersonate news organizations and other third parties without their consent in certain cases, and fail to address the host of other dangers associated with FBI hacking,” Neema Singh Guliani, ACLU legislative counsel, said in a statement cited by US News.

“The Reporters Committee for the Freedom of the Press is deeply troubled by today’s disclosure,” David Boardman, RCFP steering committee chairman, wrote in a statement last Thursday, “that the FBI believes that there is a place in this country for federal agents to impersonate journalists. Such a policy can seriously damage the public’s trust in its free press and the ability of journalists to hold government accountable. We urge the Justice Department to take seriously the need for reform and the importance of protecting the integrity of the newsgathering process.”

Anyone with cursory knowledge of the U.S. government’s nefarious programs to control its citizenry will undoubtedly see similarities between the FBI’s fake journalism plot and the post-World War II CIA propaganda campaign, Operation Mockingbird.

To ensure support for its operations and views, the CIA clandestinely recruited American journalists and media outlets, funded the creation of student and cultural organizations, launched purely propaganda-based print media, and, ultimately, worked its way into political campaigns and employed similar methods abroad.

Mainstream outlets like the New York Times, the Washington Post, CBS, and many others, actively and willingly disseminated propaganda disguised as news — through suppression, censorship, and selective focus, etc. — in the interest of the government.

Mockingbird covertly influenced national opinion for years, nefariously planting the CIA’s narrative on the unwitting collective public mind before finally being at least partially exposed over a decade later. It wasn’t until a congressional investigation in 1975 the putative full extent of the program was revealed. Although the CIA claimed it would no longer recruit journalists and media organizations into its folds, Mockingbird has oft been rumored never to have stopped.

Besides the revelations in this article concerning the FBI, documents revealed the government actively tried to influence public thought about Wikileaks and its founder, Julian Assange, in 2011.

It would seem Mockingbird endures to this day — and whatever premise the government claims as reason to become the American media — the public remains, for the large part, its oblivious, captive audience.

Truth and Justice For All!

To the Esteemed Readers and followers of the Fix America Facebook page and this blog, may I present to you the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth!


"Ammon Bundy Totally Vindicated....and Now.....

The Ninth Circuit Court (15-10-117) just ordered the Federales to prove federal subject matter jurisdiction --- not just assume subject matter jurisdiction-- over property "owned" by the federal government.

Federal ownership of land may be (and usually is) merely proprietary--- meaning that the Federales are acting as property managers--- a role that does not create any exclusive use by the federal government and does not create federal subject matter jurisdiction.

This Ninth Circuit case cited above is not directly tied to the Bundy Cases, but addresses the issue of federal subject matter jurisdiction merely presumed to exist on the basis of federal property ownership.

In truth and in fact claims of Federal subject matter jurisdiction require: (1) a Federal use of the land (that is, a use related to the duties directly delegated to the federal government); (2) specific action by the State ceding jurisdiction. Neither one of these conditions were met with regard to the Oregon Wildlife Refuge.

The portions of the Wildlife Refuge including the buildings which the protestors occupied were purchased by the Federales from private land owners back in the 1930's --- under a Congressional Act that not only allowed, but which invited, adverse possession claims such as the protestors brought forward and which additionally ordered the "liquidation" of such properties back to state or private ownership.

Read that as: Federal ownership of the Wildlife Refuge property occupied by the Bundys and others should have been terminated years ago according to the very Acts of Congress which allowed the Federal Government to acquire the property in the first place.

The County Sheriff was always the supreme peacekeeping authority present at the Wildlife Refuge Stand-Off and the officer responsible for protecting the Bundys and enforcing their constitutional guarantees, but instead, Federal Agency personnel---- private corporate subcontractors working for the federal property managers-- were allowed to come in under color of law and assert authority and jurisdiction that they never possessed.

These federal "agents"---- private commercial subcontractors---- were allowed to entrap, ambush, and murder an innocent American rancher, mortally endanger his family, and falsely arrest and imprison all the others for all these months.

And Ammon Bundy stands fully vindicated.

What do I think? I think it is more than past time to prosecute the federal agencies and their personnel to the fullest extent of the organic and public law.

It's time for the men involved in the LaVoy Finicum ambush to be arrested and charged with premeditated murder, conspiracy against The Constitution, and gross violation of Lavoy Finicum's most basic and constitutionally protected rights.

It's time for the mis-named DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BLM, and FBI corporations, and the appointed politicos responsible for controlling and directing those men involved in spooling up the stand-off and allowing the ambush of LaVoy Finicum to be stripped of any claim of immunity and tried by an international war crimes tribunal for their part in these outrages against Americans who were exercising their right to peaceably assemble and to travel unmolested on the public roads they paid for.

It's time for the numbnutz County Sheriff to be charged with dereliction of duty, breach of trust, breach of contract and breach of oath, willful endangerment, aiding and abetting murder, conspiracy against The Constitution, and false arrest.

Acting in my capacity as an Article X Judge I gave him more than fair Notice prior to all these events taking place and it is firmly established on the public record that I did. There can be no excuse for his failure to know the jurisdictional issues because he was told point blank, not once, but twice. He knew, yet he buckled under the political pressure of federal influence and failed to enforce The Constitution and protect the people who were depending on him.

And because of that Sheriff's failure to exercise his authority and honor and enforce the Law of the Land, a good man, a true American, was ambushed and killed by foreign commercial mercenaries on his way to attend a public meeting.

It's time for that Sheriff to fry in his own oil for it.

It's time for "Governor" Brown to be summarily impeached for moral torpitude, gross incompetence, and conspiracy against The Constitution, to have all pretension of foreign or sovereign immunity stripped away, and to stand trial with the rats from the DOJ and BLM and FBI before an international war crimes tribunal.

It's time for the family of LaVoy Finicum to become multi-millionaires.

It's time for all the others to be set free and for serious compensation to be paid to them and their families for the time they have spent under false arrest and all they have been through and all that they have suffered and risked simply to assert rights and prerogatives that were always theirs to begin with.

It's time for everyone in America to wake up and remember Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City, 911, LaVoy Finicum, and so much more----and to see these things in their proper light.

These things are not being done by our government.

These things are being done by British Subjects and by other foreigners and by their hired-gun subcontractors----all in the employ of private, for-profit, mostly foreign bank-owned corporations in the business of providing government services.

The DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BLM, and FBI are all separate for-profit corporations which have functioned in this instance and in many others as crime syndicates and failed even the most basic tests of competency and good faith. They have violated their charters and besmirched their names and this is not the first time.

I remember reading about Randy Weaver's wife and baby, just as I read about LaVoy Finicum and the siege at Waco and 911.

And I thought then and I think now----these rotten, worthless, criminals are our employees.

They are sticking their filthy paws in our pockets and drawing a paycheck for the "service" of preying upon us--- for racketeering, for falsely arresting, for mischaracterizing, for thieving, for violating our constitutional guarantees, for trespassing upon us and our property, and yes, even for murdering us----all in violation of their commercial contracts and in violation of the treaties allowing them to be here.

They need a jack boot so far up their butts the steel toe sees daylight."

To and Fro, Who Will Take The Final Blow?

Anyone who has a penny's worth of common sense should understand what kind of TURMOIL and APPREHENSION Judge Anna Brown's kangaroo Tribunal and proclamation have caused, not to mention the FEAR of Government reprisal. As the Esteemed readers understand from the previous post, 'Up Is Down Left Is Right, or Government Is Good, Fight! Fight! Fight!', Judge Brown's announcement that witnesses will be considered Unindicted Co-conspirators runs in every direction except along the path to Truth and Justice. The American Legal System serves no one except itself at the cost of the American People and has done so for, at the very least, 81 years (see source references), but that is another issue. The Governments efforts to justify the means to arrive at unlawful ends is a small part and parcel of the unlawful conversion of Public Wealth (read as land grab - selling off Natural Resources for private gain) perpetrated by the Obama Administration's Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The selling off of Natural Resources that belong to the Sovereign States and the American 
People is just one of the methods used by the U.S. Federal Government (a Foreign Corporation) to plunder America and rob by force the wealth of the people. The 'Uranium one scandal' is well enough known that anyone can learn more about it, but that is another issue. Please, excuse my digression:  The entire concept of JUSTICE and LAW was discarded when Government Enforcers shot LaVoy Finnicum, who had his hands up, three times in the back. This was done to halt the protests and petitions landowners have with the BLM (a Puerto Rican Corporation) and the UNITED STATES Inc (a French Corporation). Hired by the UNITED STATES Inc. and charged or mandated with Managing Public Lands and Property, the BLM has instead followed the prescribed concepts behind the Strong Cities Network (SCN), namely, Regionalism (see Notes Below) this regional integration de facto contributes to those economic forces that build globalization. This Regionalism which forces people off the lands they own and into cities (Please See;  'Fighting Extremism: The Strong Cities Network, or Fundamentally Changed America: More Changes Are Necessary, or Mindless Americans Need No Sovereignty: Soetoro/Obama Knows Best', and 'Land of the Ignorant , Or Home of the Destitute', and the book 'Rockefeller--Regionalism: The shadow behind Oregon's LCDC: an encyclopedia about political intrigue') coupled with U.N.'s uninhabited “buffer zones” around several U.S. national parks (See Article Below) more readily allows the BLM and Government Claims to Private and Public Lands.

As can easily be understood, all this unlawful Government activity at the local level; the false allegations, the charges, change in venue, Unindicted co-conspirators, is just a symptom of and diversion from a much larger real conspiracy to Plunder America, Rob the States and The People of wealth and line the pockets of the people running this FARCE with the ill-gotten gains.

Witnesses for both the defense and the prosecution, set to testify in the controversial trial 
over the Occupation of the Malheur Refuge, are terrified by the idea of possible retaliation

In a frantic call to GMN this morning one witness expressed their concerns by saying, the Judge obviously doesn’t understand the dynamics of the situation in Burns, which brought hundreds of protesters there in the first place.  The Government has gone to great lengths to protect informants and FBI agents from public scrutiny in fear of their safety — Why then are other witnesses not being allowed the same protection?

Burns Oregon is a community divided and the deck is stacked in favor on the “anti-Bundy side” making the life of over 40% of the population in Harney County a living nightmare.

Children are being bullied, business owners are being threatened and the fact they are going to add fuel to the fire by broadcasting this trial to what many perceive as aggressive employees of the United States Government is horrifying, said one witness.

“We are terrified; These people running the show in Portland are failing to protect the very 
people they say were terrorized by the occupation.”

The witnesses are quick to point out that it’s not just those who will be testifying for the 
defense who are concerned; Those set to testify against the Occupation are also expressing deep concern over their well being as the government prepares to put them on camera and blast their testimony out to a community that's already on the edge.

” I never wanted to testify in this trial, says another witness and the government is forcing 
me. What happens to me if somebody gets the wrong idea?” explained a witness for the Government

After the Occupation ended the media and the Judge lost interest in Burns and Harney County in general, and the witnesses say this ruling shows the complete disconnect between the court and her attorneys assigned to represent their best interest on both sides in this trial.  Witnesses took note that not one Defense Attorney objected to the government's request for a live feed into Burns leaving them all to questions just who this trial is for, and just how much they care about them as human beings.

Whether you fall on the side of the government in this one, or the Occupiers, witnesses on both sides agree that a live feed of this trial is irresponsible and creates a terrifyingly dangerous potential for them in Harney County and definitely puts lives in danger.

GMN spoke to an attorney close to the case, but not representing any clients involved, and his opinion was as follows;

then what is stopping the court from allowing the whole of America to watch this proceeding?

It is unfair that once again the government is allowed to run the narrative and does not allow for others on the supporting side to have an opportunity to watch in support of these witnesses who have so much much to lose in Harney County.

"I just want to express my concern in regards to the news of a trial being live streamed to the local BLM office. I personally have a HUGE problem with this. Those of us who have been subpoenaed will only be showcased as “domestic terrorist” sympathizers allowing the already bigoted community of government workers to ostracize, alienate, and ridicule us more than they already have. In my opinion, this is a gross abuse of power by the judge and just shows an assignment of elitism to the government workers they have so loosely characterized as 'victims'. Despite my feelings and or the reason I was subpoenaed, my concern is for the safety of my children and the ability to maintain my home and business in Harney County. My kids have to go to school with the wives of many BLM employees. My business is dependent on locals. What will Judge Brown offer as a solution when my children are slighted of an opportunity because their teacher is married to a BLM employee who watched my testimony live in the comfort of his office and he didn’t agree with me?  What will Judge Brown offer as a solution when my business is forced to close its doors because of lost contracts with either government agencies or locals that have relation to disgruntled BLM employees?  It is my opinion that allowing and condoning the live stream of the trial to the local BLM office is a blatant disregard for the safety and wellbeing of all witnesses that have been subpoenaed  ~ Witness Signed"


Witnesses who will be testifying for both the Prosecution and the Defense are asking community groups and social media platforms, on both sides, to please call the Attorneys and Prosecutors in this case and ask them to respectfully ask Judge Brown to drop the plans providing a live feed into Harney County. In a case where witness tampering through intimidation is already a problem, witnesses believe this ruling has opened the door for more of the same. Last year a United Nations-designated panel, at the behest of the Clinton administration, called for the creation of uninhabited “buffer zones” around several U.S. national parks. Since then roughly two dozen U.S. parks and preserves, covering millions of acres of public land, have been included in the plan.

Now, however, new plans to expand these zones are in the works, and the outrage has reached a near fever pitch among experts who say these U.N.-designated sites are merely attempts to “globalize” huge portions of the United States — with taxpayers picking up the tab.

Henry Lamb of Eco-Logic — a watchdogorganization that monitors U.N. activities and U.S. sovereignty issues— told WorldNetDaily that one example — at Yellowstone National Park, where the creation of a larger buffer zone is well under way — was “just a sign of things to come.”

“Inside Yellowstone, the U.S. Park Service is shutting down campgrounds as the park is being prepared to become the core of a huge biosphere reserve, as part of the United Nations global biodiversity plan,” he said. “Once established, no human activity will be permitted in the area,” even though U.S. taxpayers must continue to fund the maintenance and upkeep of Yellowstone and other popular outdoor tourist sites.

Lamb said that in order to increase the buffer zone around Yellowstone, the Park Service drove local businesses away by refusing to maintain access roads. When the businesses folded as a result of heavy financial losses, the land was bought with taxpayer money and a larger zone of inaccessibility was created by default.

“Once they buy the land, the government is obviously not going to resell it,” he said, thus creatin permanently larger buffer zones.

“The purpose of establishing sites as U.S. national parks was to have people in them enjoying them,” Lamb added. “But the Clinton administration has completely bought into this U.N. notion that our land ought to be their land, managed by them. And as such, it ought to be uninhabited as well.”

He said if most Americans “knew what was going on (with their national parks), the uproar would be deafening.”

In the case of Yellowstone, Lamb said the government’s acquiescence to the U.N.’s agenda cost a gold mining company about $30 million and in the end prevented them from mining one ounce of known gold reserves, even though the government indicated they initially would have allowed it.

“The owners of the Crown Butte New World gold mine, which is outside of Yellowstone National Park,” he said, “were told by the government to comply with a list of environmental requirements before they could move in and begin mining.”

But after being threatened with non-stop litigation from environmental groups funded by U.N. agencies that could have lasted decades, the mining company finally agreed to a deal that leaves at least $650 million of known gold reserves in the ground instead. That deal provided the company with about $65 million dollars for “more exploration.” Of that amount, the government said about $21 million had to be used for “environmental clean-up.”

Lamb said that Congress has consistently ignored Clinton administration orders and directives designed to implement many of the U.N. mandates. Clinton, he said, is implementing U.N. directives via executive order and presidential directive “because then he doesn’t have to worry about getting Senate treaty ratification.”

At present a U.N.-sponsored biodiversity treaty, designed to limit U.S. public access to so-called “World Heritage Sites” and “Biodiversity sites” is languishing in the Senate. No action is scheduled on its ratification.

Lamb added that in the course of the next several years, with no congressional oversight, the addition of more U.S. parks to the “Heritage” and “Biodiversity” sites lists will follow.

“It is a well-documented fact that the U.N. is trying to gain control over vast amounts of U.S. territories to herd more people into cities where they are more manageable,” Lamb said. “That can’t be done without at least tacit approval from Congress, regardless of the political agenda of any administration.”

Lamb said he has “allies” in Congress that are opposed to the implementation of this, and other, U.N.-mandated land use plans.

“But they’re relatively few and as such equally unsuccessful” in stopping such initiatives, he added."
