Similar conditions exist since the Sovereign States were coerced into Incorporating during the early nineteen sixties (the States had been told by the US Government that it was necessary to protect the administrators of State Governments trading in foreign currency (Federal Reserve Notes) from being forcibly removed from office and prosecuted by the people (if the people ever realized what had been done.
The same basic strategy occurred to the system of law (American Common Law-the law of the land) which was slowly and fraudulently replaced by the current legal system (USC, UCC, and Special Admiralty (the Law of the Sea) and Roman Civil Law) and has no lawful or legal Jurisdiction outside the District of Columbia contrary to what the American People have been led to believe.
The US Government understands very well how easy it is to apply excessive or overwhelming force in order to accomplish the intimidation and continued plundering of people of the United States of America on US soil.
People must remember Ruby Ridge, Waco, and the few other incidents that have resulted in the excessive use of force being used against the American People. In two of these past incidences, it was discovered that Government agents had set-up easily persuaded people through the use of psychological operations techniques, i.e. misinformation, disinformation, misdirection, propaganda, etc. in order to make examples of them to the American People and the consequences of resistance to assumed authority.
This was done to increase the feeling of continuing fear experienced by the people of the overwhelming force that will be used and this condition makes them ripe to accept measures that are said to protect them. "The Report form Iron Mountain" and "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars; an Introduction Programming Manual" (Operations Research Technical Manual TM-SW7905.1.) are outdated Government documents to which the people have access if they care to understand how far the US Government will go in order to accomplish the goal. Follow up False Flag Operations (FFOs) lead to the WTC FFO that accomplished several objectives. Many FFOs since then have kept up the psychological pressure in order to break down the resistance of people to the acceptance of the idea that they need protections offered by Government: NDAA, Patriot Act, Homeland Security, TSA, Gun Control measures, etc. are all little steps down the road to incarceration and no freedoms or rights. Conceptually defang the snake depicted on the Gadsden Flag and you can easily step on it.
