The mystery surrounding the birthplace of Obama/Soetoro/ really was. The issue of the Obama/Soetoro birth certificate in 1961 by the British Protectorate of Mombasa should have put an end to the rumors, speculation, and denials;  however, the Obama administration's own lawyers admitted he was not born in the united States of America and that his Long form birth certificate was a forgery, and that they were threatened to testify falsely about the entire issue. The Governor of Hawaii has testified that there is no birth certificate for Obama/Soetoro on record in Hawaii State, at anytime, past or present.

This simple fact throws legitimacy out the window regarding every document Obama/Soetoro signed while occupying the White House. The fraud played on the American People is egregious and horrid. To pretend that Obama/Soetoro was ever President is to make null and void the Constitution of The United States of America. While realizing that the U.S. Government is a foreign Corporation, now incorporated in France, it is still necessary for a corporate officer to adhere to his own Constitution, least it breaches the trust of the parties involved and the contract. 

The past several administrations have violated every Article of Amendment to the Constitution. The violations breach the contract and Nullify the reason for the existence of the U.S. Government. This basic fact is the main reason Obama/Soetoro has referred to the Constitution as 'Just A Piece of Paper' that means nothing. This gives rise to the dictatorial Power of the Fraud occupying the White House and the long chain of unlawful Executive Orders issued by U.S. Presidents.

Any future legitimate President to not take action regarding the fraud perpetrated on the American People, would place doubt on the integrity of the Office of the President and the Person occupying it.

Obama’s Lawyers Officially Admit Birth Certificate is Fake

"Lawyers for the Obama Administration announced that Barack Obama’s long form birth certificate was a forgery. Under penalty of perjury, the lawyers said they were forced to say that the birth certificate was valid.

A lawyer representing the Obama administration say the birth certificate was knowingly purveyed to fool the American public into believing he was legitimately able to be President.

However, they purport that Obama knows he is not a natural born citizen.

Obama stated at a White House briefing that the birth certificate subject is “irrelevant”. He must think that by dismissing it that he can make it go away.

This invalidates the Obama Presidency and makes him ineligible to be President in 2012.

Pen Johannson, Editor of the Daily Pen, stated in his editorial that this controversy should set off a firestorm of constitutional questions and a legislative controversy of epic proportions.

In New Jersey, a case about Obama’s eligibility has influenced activist to question the President’s legal right to be Commander and Chief.

Alexandra M. Hill, representative defense attorney for Obama made comments that brought the Tea Party members to question the legitimacy of Obama’s birth certificate.

Nick Purpura of Wall Township, NJ, and Ted Moran of Toms River, NJ, filed their objection with the New Jersey Board of Elections. Purpura and Moran objected to Obama appearing on the June 5 Democratic Primary ballot on two grounds:

• No one knows exactly who Barack H. Obama is, because he has had three different names in life. Furthermore, he has never furnished a true copy of his birth certificate to the Secretary of State. So no one can be sure that Obama was born in the United States.
• Obama’s father was a British colonial subject. He not only was not a naturalized citizen on the alleged date of Obama’s birth, but indeed never sought naturalization. Therefore Obama could never be a natural-born citizen no matter where he was born.

Attorney for the plaintiff, Mario Apuzzo asserts that the birth certificate is the proof of Obama’s citizenship that allows him to be on the ballot in New Jersey.

On April 10, 2012, these lawyers admitted the forgery.

Obama is asserting that the document is a fake and should not be allowed into evidence. And the judge in this case agrees.

By this admission, Barack Obama can be charged with High Crimes and Misdemeanors by lying to the American public about his legitimacy as President. Obama is guilty to criminal activity and blatantly ineligible for Presidency and the electoral process this year.

Without the birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he is a natural born citizen. Where before this development, the Obama administration adamantly asserted that the birth certificate was legitimate; they knowing lied and therefore should be arrested and charged with their illegal actions against the American people."

It is, without a doubt, amazing just how many people surrounding or opposing the 
person occupying the White House, William Jefferson Clinton, and Hillary Rodham 
Clinton have a serious tendency to become dead. Found suicided and fatal plane 
crashes account for many of the deaths. Even though it is a dated article, it is worth 
thinking about.

Loretta Fuddy was the Health Director responsible for approving and releasing the 
"Certificate of Live Birth" that was sent to Barack Obama. Since that time, many 
have come to the conclusion that this birth record is a forgery. Fuddy died in 
December under bizarre circumstances.

As you may recall, Loretta Fuddy was the sole fatality in a Hawaiian plane crash 
late in 2013. The media narrative of those events quickly fell apart:

In the irony to end all ironies, the L.A. Times published an article entitled Hawaii plane crash fuels Obama 'birther' theories, on December 12th, and within the context of that article may have spilled the beans on why "birthers" should be questioning this story.

On the 13th I reported that Loretta Fuddy was the woman who was responsible for the release of Barack Obama's long-form Hawaii birth certificate. [Editor's Note: this was not accurately stated in my original article. A birth certificate and "Certificate of Live Birth" are not the same.] Of the 9 people on the Cessna that crash landed in open water she was the only one who died. Is it coincidence?

The L.A. Times reports:

Fuddy, 65, was among nine people in a Cessna that crashed into the ocean Wednesday, 
shortly after leaving Kalaupapa Airport on the island of Molokai about 3:15 p.m. The eight others on the plane, including the pilot, were rescued, but Fuddy " remained in the fuselage of the plane," Honolulu Fire Capt. Terry Seelig told KHON-TV. "It's always a difficult situation when you're not able to get everybody out."

Why is this paragraph important?

Simply because it contradicts everything that we have been told.

We were told two things specifically that Terry Seelig has proclaimed to be incorrect.

We were told that Fuddy held hands with her deputy Keith Yamamoto in her final moments. We even have a priest on record who corroborates that account. We were led to believe that due to a variety of circumstances that this plane may never be recovered.
Both of the above accounts come from an Associated Press contributed article. Here are the key quotes that directly contradict the report of Fire Captain Terry Seelig as quoted in the Los Angeles Times.

In the final moments of her life, Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy clung to the hand of her deputy after a small plane taking them back to Honolulu crashed in the ocean off the island of Molokai.

Fuddy, who gained notoriety in 2011 for her role in making President Barack Obama's 
birth certificate public, was one of nine people onboard the flight that went down Wednesday. She was the only one who died.

In the water, Fuddy held hands with deputy director Keith Yamamoto as he tried to help her relax, said the Rev. Patrick Killilea, who consoled Yamamoto after the ordeal.

"He recounted how he said he helped Loretta into her life jacket and he held her hand for some time," the priest said. "They were all floating together and she let go and there was no response from her."

Schuman said he did not yet know why the engine failed because he has not been able to see the plane. The aircraft had no previous problems, he said.

Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor said investigators planned to speak with the pilot, whose name was not released, and some passengers about the crash as they seek more details.

However, the location of the wreckage, combined with wind and wave conditions, likely means it won't be recovered, said NTSB spokesman Eric Weiss. It seems that the fire chief didn't receive the "Fuddy talking points."

Now some more bizarre allegations are circulating.

Could it be that Loretta Fuddy was paid for producing a "birth certificate" that never existed? Homelandsecurityus.com reports:

Since her death, portions related to Loretta Fuddy in the sealed affidavit filed in U.S. Federal Court have been made public. Of particular interest are her financial reports detailing her income and expenses in 2011 and 2012. Each report is filed in January for the previous year.

According to Mr. Vogt, a large and as yet unanswered income disparity was found between the two reports. In short, during her first year as Hawaii's Director of Health, which is also the time she authenticated Obama's COLB, Ms. Fuddy's gross income was reportedly less than $100,000. Nonetheless, her financials show that she apparently paid down her mortgage and decreased her liabilities by at least $50,000 and perhaps as much as $75,000 more than what she grossed that year. Where did that money come from? While there may well be a legitimate explanation for this disparity, it was not disclosed on the financial forms she filed with the Hawaii State Ethics Commission.
If I understand this correctly, the woman made less than $100,000 yet managed to pay down her mortgage by well over $100,000 in a single year. For example, it sounds as if she could have made $90,000 and paid $140,000 toward her mortgage. How does that happen? That money came from somewhere. Could it be legitimate? Absolutely. But it doesn't look good.

The Mr. Vogt who is referenced above is Doug Vogt who brought some attention to Fuddy's financials in an interview just one week before her death. Just one week? That seems to be a little more than coincidental.

You may recall that Tim Adams, a Hawaii Elections official, submitted a sworn affidavit of his own in 2011. His claim is that no Hawaii birth certificate ever existed:

In a sworn affidavit dated and witnessed on January 20, 2011,  Adams states, "Senior 
officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple 
occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed 
for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health and there was no record that 
any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any 
other branch or department of the Hawaii government."

So let's summarize what we know to be true at this point:

A Hawaii government official swears that no Hawaii long-form birth certificate ever existed.

Loretta Fuddy issues a "certificate of live birth" (not to be confused with an official birth certificate which would include extras like foot prints).

Loretta Fuddy allegedly came into some extra money that she applied to her mortgage.

Doug Vogt revealed that Fuddy came into some extra money in a radio interview.

A week later Fuddy is dead and the media totally botches the story.

What conclusion are we supposed to come to?

Why is it that some people who appear to have vital information about Barack Obama 
end up dead?

Maybe it is just another one of those astounding coincidences that seem to happen

'Fuddy, was a member of the Subud Cult of Indonesia, she also was in Washington State at the same time the Dunham Family lived there, she worked for the Subud Cult HQs in Washington State at the time Ann Dunham was attending her first year of College at Washington State, it is possible that she met Fuddy there and also R.M. Mohammad (Pak) Subud.  You need to research and look at the photo's of Subud and Obama then tell me who's your daddy, for it damn sure was not Obama Sr, nor Frank Marshall Davis, with that said, he is not half Black, he is have Indonesian and half White, it is a known fact that Ann Dunham was a promiscuous young woman, and there in no doubt that she has been with Blacks the theory goes that she really did not know who the father was and therefore with the hopes it was a Black Man she was arranged with Frank Marshall Davis's help to arrange a mutual arrangement with Obama Sr. (for him it was a win, win situation) they went to Kenya where she gave birth in the hopes that Barry resembled the Obama's and the plan was to leave him there to grow up but when he was born the Obama Family knew right away that he was not related to the Obama Clan and therefore refused to raise him and that is why she returned within a week of his birth back to Hawaii and then back to Washington State with a 2 week old baby. Okay, a little info on Loretta Fuddy, she was a member of the Subud Cult of Indonesia founded by R.M. Mohammad (Pac) Subud, a very interesting man if you read up on him. At the time the Dunham Family lived in Washington State , this was at... the time Ann Dunham started college at Washington State (NOT HAWAII) Ann Dunham was known to frequent the Coffee Houses, was promiscuous was noted as saying in High School I don't have to be married to have a baby to one of her classmates. She was known to run in Socialist/Communist Circles at Washington State and the Black Panthers, and the newly formed Nation of Islam in Washington State. Is it possible that there was a meeting between Fuddy and Ann Dunham which led to a Meeting and affair with R.M. Muhammad (Pac) Subud, the leader of the Subud Cult which is World Wide, he would have been 60 at the time. Shortly after is when the Dunham Family packed up bag and baggage and moved to Hawaii the mother leaving a position as bank vice president and taking on a job once in Hawaii as a teller in a bank, LARGE PAY CUT WHY?? If what I am purposing is in fact true, Obama is not half Black, he is half Indonesian and half White, but Ann Dunham had no idea who the father was, in steps Frank Marshall Davis who set up the arrangement with Obama Sr. as a go-between for the Dunham Family not knowing who the father was of Ann Dunham's baby. Hoping that it was a Black since she was known to go that way, Obama Sr. decided to help since it would be a win, win for him within the standings of the Kenyan way, the more wives the higher your standing in the community. it is recorded from various people who knew Obama Sr. in Hawaii that they never seen Obama Sr. with Ann Dunham in public or in any other place, this was noted by two of Obama Sr's closest friends one White, the other Hawaiian. The hopes were that the baby was of half  Black, and the plan originally was if that was true, when born he was going to be left in Kenya to grow up with the Obama Family, but when born it was noted that he was not even close to resembling Obama Sr., so the family refused to take him, therefore Ann Dunham after Barry was a week old flew back to Hawaii and a week later she and Barry flew to Washington State and she re-enrolled in college at Washington State, she only attended college in Hawaii during her pregnancy, and then again later when she returned and me Lolo Soetoro who she married and he adopted Barry, and he was also Indonesian but a nice guy, that is why Ann Dunham divorced him because he was more of a man of the earth where she was radical, none the less while in Indonesia she worked at a school which she hired members of the Subud Cult as teachers. It is said that a swab was taken of a glass that Barry drank out of in England when he was a Senator, and that the swab proved that he was not related to Ann Dunham's Mother and Father, therefore is it possible that Ann Dunham was not their child but adopted or obtained another way since both were Communists, and atheists and there has never been a marriage license produced to show that they were married. Loretta Fuddy's Subud name was Deliana Fuddy. For the speculation to be true, one must assume that in 1960, Subud and Stanley Ann Dunham met, somewhere, and he, got her, pregnant thus leading to a child who would, after several name changes…Barack Hussein Obama, Barack Obama, Barry Obama, Steven Dunham , Barry Soetoro and the name first noticed back in 2011 regarding an application for a passport extension filed by Stanley Ann Soetoro in 1968.

THAT name was found in the section for either including or exempting a child’s name from the passport and the name she placed THERE before crossing it out was, Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)

Soebarkah, is has been suggested, is a combination name Soe (from Soetoro, Obama’s “adoptive” father) Bar (from the Islamic Aramaic meaning, SON) and Kah (which roughly translates from Indonesian as “was” or, in some cases, in names is used to denote a QUESTION regarding “WHO?”) It has also been suggested “Soebarkah” was a name provided by the Subud cult as Loretta Fuddy went by the Subud name of “Deliana” FuddyAt some point before traveling to Indonesia, she met and was impregnated BY…Subud…NOT by Obama Sr. which would explain why Obama Sr. was never a part of Obama JR.’s life.

Could Subud had fathered a child (Soebarkah) by someone other than his wife? Subud, before his “spiritual epiphany” was a Muslim and we are all aware of the monogamous fidelity of that ideology not to mention the dubious history of such strength of character in cult leaders…Especially in those who feel kinship with the Almighty.Since the teenage Dunham was sexually promiscuous anyway…Simply claim the child wasn’t HIS and she would then assume it belonged to someone ELSE…In this case…Obama Sr.

However, several years later, Dunham-Obama would have had to notice that her son looked nothing like the man she THOUGHT was the father and, the OTHER man she knew she had been with at the same time was…Subud…Living in Indonesia. Is there any better explanation for why this young woman, with no ties to that country, would go to live there?

That would also explain how Barack Hussein Obama, adopted IN Indonesia by the 
INDONESIAN LOLO SOETORO, was able to attend school IN Indonesia as his records 
indicated, with Indonesian citizenship.

He was Indonesian all along. It would also account for the attempted name inclusion on the passport extension application with Soebarkah, in parentheses, then crossed out.Such a theory, speculative, as we must speculate where no verifiable evidence is available, also would go a long ways toward covering the whole fraudulent birth certificate issue as a child, born in Kenya, would not HAVE a Hawaiian birth certificate and who better to “authenticate” the forged certificate that Loretta…”DELIANA” Fuddy…A woman who WAS the CHAIRWOMAN OF SUBUD USA FROM 2006 UNTIL 2008 IN SEATTLE??? A woman who may…MAY…Have known the TRUTH regarding the “son” of Stanley Ann Dunham-Obama-Soetoro. She being the one to produce the long version of the Birth Certificate that has been proven by multiple experts to be a forgery, and since she did a poor job in preparing the document that was proven fake and now would be under the microscope on why she would do such a thing had to disappear, what better way, plane crash not so great as to kill all on board but just one DELIANA FUDDY.'

I recently ran across a list of statements on the lifeloom.com blog; although the author is not stated the statements remain. I have paraphrased most of the posting. I have brought some of these issues before the esteemed Fix America readership and attempted to answer a few of the issues, but there remains a large residuum that is yet unexplained.

His records going back to childhood are sealed, and he has spent millions of tax-payer dollars keeping those records sealed.  His very first official act as President was to seal his records. What is Obama hiding?

Barack Obama is less of a person than an image—a brand. People see what ever they want as they do on a Rorschach Ink Blot test.

* A man who uses a Social Security Number that is still active, but for a different man who died on vacation in Hawaii.

* A man whose birth records, both in the United States and Kenya, are sealed by government order. Birth records in Kenya?

* A man whose childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, spied on U.S. military installations in Hawaii for the Soviet Union, edited a communist newspaper, authored pornographic novels, and wrote poetry in praise of Joseph Stalin.

* A man who promised transparency in government, but has spent over a million dollars in legal fees hiding information that would determine his eligibility to be President.

* A man whose academic records are sealed from kindergarten through law school.

* A bi-racial man who derided his grandmother (a bank-executive who sent him to an exclusive private school), calling her "a typical white person."

* A man who arrived in New York in June of 1981 without enough money to get a hotel room, but one month later flew to Indonesia and Pakistan.

* Why did he go?

* Who paid his expenses?

* A man who traveled to Pakistan when it was illegal for U.S. citizens to do so. So what country’s passport did he use?  And what country is he really a citizen of?—it's not the USA.

* A man whose Law School Admission Test scores and grades at Columbia University are known to have been mediocre, but was admitted to Harvard Law School through the intervention of a Saudi named Khalid al -Mansour.

* A law review editor who never published an article in any law review.

*A law-school grad who was turned down for a lowly job as an adjunct instructor, but who was then given a corner office and a minimal teaching load (one intro course) when an unidentified person leaned on the Dean.

*An adjunct instructor who was despised by the law school faculty—the professors considered him lazy and stupid—but who is lauded by the fawning press as a "Constitutional scholar."

* A man who has publicly called the US Constitution "fundamentally flawed," and "not understandable."

* A lawyer with no significant accomplishments in the law and no reputation in the legal community.

* A former State and U.S. Senator, who authored just one piece of legislation—which funded the Marxist campaign of his Kenyan cousin, Odingo.

* A former State Senator who routinely used State limousines as a place to smoke crack cocaine and engage in homosexual acts with young men, three of whom ended up shot in the back of the head (officially deemed "suicides").

* A disciple of the Marxist Saul Alinsky.

* A product of the Chicago political machine—the most corrupt political organization in America.

* A man who selects Marxists, corrupt politicians, and criminals as his close political associates and personal friends.

* A man whose Presidential campaign was financed by Soros and Middle Eastern sources.

* A man whose presidential candidacy was endorsed by the Democratic Socialists of America, the Socialist International, and the Workers International League.

* A man lauded for the literary brilliance of two memoirs, both of which were ghostwritten by domestic terrorist Bill Ayres..

* A so-called Christian who says that knowing when human life begins is “above his pay-grade,” but somehow knows that abortion is permissible at any stage.

* A man who thinks “waterboarding” is immoral, but that partial-birth abortion is moral.

* A man who publicly laments slavery in America—which was abolished 150 years ago—but praises Islam, which still practices both slavery and the sexual mutilation of young girls.

* A man who speaks endlessly about helping the less fortunate, but gives almost none of his sizable income to charity—not even to his half-brother, who is living in squalor in Kenya.

* A man who had the most left-wing voting record in the United State Senate, but was predicted by the press to “govern from the middle,” but in fact governs from behind.

* A man who has never created a job, met a payroll, or even operated a lemonade stand, but wants to tell Detroit how to make cars.

* A man praised for his public speaking skills who is proficient in reading what is written for him on a teleprompter, but who jerks and stammers his way through any off-the-cuff speaking.

* A man who requires a teleprompter in order to be able to speak for five minutes to a class of kindergartners.

* A man whose health records are sealed from childhood to the present day.

* A man who spent 20 years in a church whose pastor espouses Marxist Liberation Theology, anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Semitism, but claims he never heard his pastor utter anti-American, and anti-Semitic statements.

* A man who added more to the National Debt in 120 days than all other Presidents did in the past 220 years, yet feels qualified to lecture Americans about “fiscal responsibility.”

* A man who publicly expressed disdain for the U.S. Constitution on a Chicago radio station because it limited the government’s ability to “redistribute wealth.”

* A man who sits and listens submissively while his country is castigated by Daniel Ortega—a Communist thug whose own daughter accused him of raping her.

* A narcissist who gave the Queen of England a present from the United States—an iPod containing recordings of his own speeches.

* A so-called Christian who officially declared “Pride Month” for a lifestyle that the Bible calls an abomination.

* A man who wanted Americans to ignore his Muslim name during his election campaign, yet boasts of his Muslim name when he travels to Muslim countries.

* A man who can name hundreds of America’s shortcomings, yet none of its great accomplishments.

* A President who claims the moral high ground by closing Gitmo yet supports the transfer of terror suspects to countries where horrific torture is certain.

* A President who scoffed at being called a socialist yet acted to nationalize the auto industry, the banking industry, and the insurance industry . . . and now seeks to nationalize the healthcare industry.

* A President who violates private property rights, the sanctity of contracts, and the rule of law—three essential principles that go back over a thousand years in the Common Law tradition.

* A man who promised 95% of all Americans a tax cut, but is increasing taxes on 100% of the population through inflation—the cruelest tax of all.

* A lawyer who represented ACORN—an organization now indicted in several states for voter fraud—whose stated goal is to get as many people on welfare as possible in order to destroy our financial system.

* A President who cheated GM’s bondholders by giving their property to the UAW in a political payoff.

* An American President who frequently criticizes his own country when speaking in foreign countries, but never praises America’s generosity, goodness or greatness.

* A President whose Secretary of the Treasury cheated on his taxes—as did several other appointees and advisers.

* A President who scoffs at being called a socialist, yet has appointed 28 “Czars” to circumvent constitutional government, including: a“Science Czar” who has advocated compulsory abortions for American women and the “surrender of sovereignty” to a “comprehensive Planetary Regime;" a“Green Jobs Czar” who is a self-professed communist; a "Pay Czar” to unconstitutionally micro-manage the pay of corporate executives.

* A President who swore an oath to “preserve, protect and defend the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic,” yet who placed a domestic enemy of the Constitution (Sotomayor) on the Supreme Court.

* A President whose Homeland Security Chief classified pro-lifers, veterans, and supporters of traditional marriage as terrorists.

* A President who stood silent while the Iranian government hacked unarmed protesters to death with axes, because it was an internal matter, but freely offers his opinions about the internal affairs of Israel and Honduras.

* A President who decreed that true acts of terrorism must now be described as “man-made disasters.”

* A President who, on national television, called Special Olympians "retards."

* A President who refused to intercept or inspect a North Korean ship virtually certain to be carrying Weapons of Mass Destruction to Burma.

* A President who wants to cancel all missile defenses while rogue nations are developing long-range ballistic missiles.

* An American President who blames the violence in Mexico on America.

* A Commander in Chief who claims to have been unaware that Air Force One was taken on a terrifying, low-level photo-op over Manhattan.

* A President who berates American CEO’s for flying in private planes at private expense on company business, but whose wife spends hundreds of thousands tax payer dollars flying to Paris for shopping sprees.

* A President who promised a transparent administration, but requires all questions be screened before “impromptu” appearances.

* A man who freely admitted that his energy policies are designed to bankrupt the American coal industry.

* A President who has presided over the loss of 14.7 million jobs and whose “energy policy” will cause the loss of another 1 million jobs.

* A President whose “energy policy” will increase the average American’s utility bills by over $2,000 a year in the middle of the Great Recession.

* A President whose caucus rammed through unconstitutional “healthcare reform” which nationalizes almost one-fifth of the American economy.

* A President who is by definition a fascist, as his unconstitutional takeover of the healthcare industry, the auto industry, and the financial and banking industries, has effectively nationalized one-half of the American economy.

What If?:

SOMEONE KNOWS:

The vast majority of Americans do not know who he is, but someone surely does.

* Someone paid for his travel expenses to Pakistan and Indonesia.

* Someone engineered legal challenges to all of his election opponents for the State Senate and had them disqualified.

* Someone straightened and leveled his path to the U.S. Senate when a Democrat Judge made public the sealed child custody records of his Republican opponent. When he was a candidate for the U.S. Senate, someone arranged for him to speak at the 2004 Democratic National Convention.

* Someone saw to it that all of his records were sealed, both at home and abroad. Someone assembled the massive organization for his run for the Presidency. Someone knows all about him.'

[The essay below was originally published as "Just Happened....," in The Obama Timeline, Sept. 30, 2012.]

Any one of these ‘coincidences’ when taken singularly appear to not mean much, but when taken as a whole, a computer would blow a main circuit if you asked it to calculate the odds that they have occurred by chance alone. Sit back, get a favorite beverage, and then read and ponder the Obama-related ‘coincidences’ … then super-impose the bigger picture of most recent events i.e. Fast and furious, Benghazi, the IRS scandal and the NSA revelations … then pray for our country.

Obama just happened to know 60's far-left radical revolutionary William Ayers, whose father just happened to be Thomas Ayers, who just happened to be a close friend of Obama’s communist mentor Frank Marshall Davis, who just happened to work at the communist-sympathizing Chicago Defender with Vernon Jarrett, who just happened to later become the father-in-law of Iranian-born leftist Valerie Jarrett, who Obama just happened to choose as his closest White House adviser, and who just happened to have been CEO of Habitat Company, which just happened to manage public housing in Chicago, which just happened to get millions of dollars from the Illinois state legislature, and which just happened not to properly maintain the housing—which eventually just happened to require demolition.

Valerie Jarrett also just happened to work for the city of Chicago, and just happened to hire Michelle LaVaughan Robinson (later Mrs.Obama), who just happened to have worked at the Sidley Austin law firm, where former fugitive from the FBI Bernardine Dohrn also just happened to work, and where Barack Obama just happened to get a summer job.

Bernardine Dohrn just happened to be married to William Ayers, with whom she just happened to have hidden from the FBI at a San Francisco marina, along with Donald Warden, who just happened to change his name to Khalid al-Mansour, and Warden/al-Mansour just happened to be a mentor of Black Panther Party founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale and a close associate of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, and al-Mansour just happened to be financial adviser to a Saudi Prince, who just happened to donate cash to Harvard, for which Obama just happened to get a critical letter of recommendation from Percy Sutton, who just happened to have been the attorney for Malcolm X, who just happened to know Kenyan politician Tom Mboya, who just happened to be a close friend of Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., who just happened to meet Malcolm X when he traveled to Kenya.

Obama, Sr. just happened to have his education at the University of Hawaii paid for by the Laubach Literacy Institute, which just happened to have been supported by Elizabeth Mooney Kirk, who just happened to be a friend of Malcolm X, who just happened to have been associated with the Nation of Islam, which was later headed by Louis Farrakhan, who just happens to live very close to Obama’s Chicago mansion, which also just happens to be located very close to the residence of William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, who just happened to have been occasional baby-sitters for Malia and Natasha Obama, whose parents just happened to have no concern exposing their daughters to bomb-making communists.

After attending Occidental College and Columbia University, where he was a registered foreign student just happened to have foreign Muslim roommates, Obama moved to Chicago to work for the Industrial Areas Foundation, an organization that just happened to have been founded by Marxist and radical agitator Saul “the Red” Alinsky, author of Rules for Radicals, who just happened to be the topic of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s thesis at Wellesley College, and Obama’s $25,000 salary at IAF just happened to be funded by a grant from the Woods Fund, which was founded by the Woods family, whose Sahara Coal company just happened to provide coal to Commonwealth Edison, whose CEO just happened to be Thomas Ayers, whose son William Ayers just happened to serve on the board of the Woods Fund, along with Obama.

Obama also worked on voter registration drives in Chicago in the 1980s and just happened to work with leftist political groups like the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and Socialist International (SI), through which Obama met Carl Davidson, who just happened to travel to Cuba during the Vietnam War to sabotage the U.S. war effort, and who just happened to be a former member of the Students for A Democratic Society (SDS) and a member of the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism, which just happened to sponsor a 2002 anti-war rally at which Obama spoke, and which just happened to have been organized by Marilyn Katz, a former SDS activist and later public relations consultant who just happened to be a long-time friend of Obama’s political hatchet man, David Axelrod.

Obama joined Trinity United Church of Christ (TUCC), whose pastor was Reverend Jeremiah Wright, a fiery orator who just happened to preach Marxism and Black Liberation Theology and who delivered anti-white, anti-Jew, and anti-American sermons, which Obama just happened never to hear because he just happened to miss church only on the days when Wright was at his “most enthusiastic,” and Obama just happened never to notice that Oprah Winfrey left the church because it was too radical, and just happened never to notice that the church gave the vile anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan a lifetime achievement award.

Although no one had ever heard of him at the time, Obama just happened to receive an impossible-to-believe $125,000 advance to write a book about race relations, which he just happened to fail to write while using the cash to vacation in Bali with his wife Michelle, and despite his record of non-writing he just happened to receive a second advance, for $40,000, from another publisher, and he eventually completed a manuscript called Dreams From My Father, which just happened to strongly reflect the writing style of William Ayers, who just happened to trample on an American flag for the cover photograph of the popular Chicago magazine, which Obama just happened never to see even though it appeared on newsstands throughout the city.

Obama was hired by the law firm Miner, Banhill and Galland, which just happened to specialize in negotiating state government contracts to develop low-income housing, and which just happened to deal with now-imprisoned Tony Rezko and his firm Rezar, and with slumlord Valerie Jarrett, and the law firm’s Judson Miner just happened to have been a classmate of Bernardine Dohrn, wife of William Ayers. In 1994 Obama represented ACORN and another plaintiff in a lawsuit against Citibank for denying mortgages to blacks (Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Federal Savings Bank), and the lawsuit just happened to result in banks being blackmailed into approving sub-prime loans for poor credit risks, a trend which just happened to spread nationwide, and which just happened to lead to the collapse of the housing bubble, which just happened to help Obama defeat John McCain in the 2008 presidential election.

In 1996 Obama ran for the Illinois State Senate and joined the “New Party,” which just happened to promote Marxism, and Obama was supported by Dr. Quentin Yong, a socialist who just happened to support a government takeover of the health care system.

In late 1999 Obama purportedly engaged in homosexual activities and cocaine-snorting in the back of a limousine with a man named Larry Sinclair, who claims he was contacted in late 2007 by Donald Young, who just happened to be the gay choir director of Obama’s Chicago church and who shared information with Sinclair about Obama, and Young just happened to be murdered on December 23, 2007, just weeks after Larry Bland, another gay member of the church, just happened to be murdered, and both murders just happened to have never been solved. In 2008 Sinclair held a press conference to discuss his claims, and just happened to be arrested immediately after the event, based on a warrant issued by Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who just happens to be the son of Joe Biden.

In 2003 Obama and his wife attended a dinner in honor of Rashid Khalidi, who just happened to be a former PLO operative, harsh critic of Israel, and advocate of Palestinian rights, and who Obama claims he does not know, even though the Obamas just happened to have dined more than once at the home of Khalidi and his wife, Mona, and just happened to have used them as occasional baby-sitters. Obama reportedly praised Khalidi at the decidedly anti-Semitic event, which William Ayers just happened to also attend, and the event Obama pretends he never attended was sponsored by the Arab American Action Network, to which Obama just happened to have funneled cash while serving on the board of the Woods Fund with William Ayers, and one speaker at the dinner remarked that if Palestinians cannot secure a return of their land, Israel “will never see a day of peace,” and entertainment at the dinner included a Muslim children’s dance whose performances just happened to include simulated be-headings with fake swords, and stomping on American, Israeli, and British flags, and Obama allegedly told the audience that “Israel has no God-given right to occupy Palestine” and there has been “genocide against the Palestinian people by (the) Israelis,” and the Los Angeles Times has a videotape of the event but just happens to refuse to make it public.

In the 2004 Illinois Democrat primary race for the U.S. Senate, front-runner Blair Hull just happened to be forced out of the race after David Axelrod just happened to manage to get Hull’s sealed divorce records unsealed, which just happened to enable Obama to win the primary, so he could face popular Republican Jack Ryan, whose sealed child custody records from his divorce just happened to become unsealed, forcing Ryan to withdraw from the race, which just happened to enable the unqualified Obama to waltz into the U.S. Senate, where, after a mere 143 days of work, he just happened to decide he was qualified to run for President of the United States.

Obama Not Legally Eligible to Be President: the Final Word

Once again, the storm clouds of disbelief and discontent have formed above Washington D.C. and over the Headquarters of the Democratic National Committee. The esteemed Fix America readers were familiar with various eligibility issues as reported in past posts. (Please See: Post List Below) 




The DNC party talking points covering all imaginable deflections from their culpable part (sufficiently responsible for criminal acts or negligence to be at fault and liable for the conduct) in this ongoing fraud against the American people, at best, are without merit and at the worst constitute conspiracy to commit fraud in addition to any violations of election rules and regulations and any violations of U.S.C. laws, rules, and regulations, etc. 

It is now legally clear that Soetoro/Obama has admitted;  He was born in Kenya, he is a Kenya “natural born” citizen, his foreign birth was registered in the State of Hawaii, his father, Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr. admitted paternity of him, his mother gave birth to him in Mombasa, Kenya, his mother’s maiden name is Stanley Ann Dunham a/k/a Ann Dunham, that the COLB [Certification of Live Birth] posted on the website “Fightthesmears.com” is a forgery, he was adopted by a Foreign Citizen, he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, M.A. a citizen of Indonesia, he was not born in Hawaii, he was not born at the Queens Medical Center in Hawaii, he was not born at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Hawaii, he was not born in any Hospital in Hawaii, he is a citizen of Indonesia, he never took the “Oath of Allegiance” to regain his U.S. Citizenship status, he is not a “natural born” United States citizen, his date of birth is August 4, 1961, he traveled to Pakistan in 1981 with his Pakistani friends, that in 1981, he went to Indonesia on his way to Pakistan, (Pakistan was a no travel zone in 1981 for American Citizens)(during 1981, Pakistan was not allowing American Citizens to enter their country) he traveled on his Indonesian Passport to Pakistan, he renewed his Indonesian Passport on his way to Pakistan, his senior campaign staff is aware he is not a “natural born” United States Citizen, that he is proud of his Kenya heritage, that his relatives have requested changes to the portion of his birth certificate that identifies his first name, that his relatives have requested changes to the portion of his birth certificate that identifies his last name, that his relatives have requested changes to the portion of his birth certificate that identifies his place of birth, that he requested changes to the portion of his birth certificate that identifies his first name, that he requested changes to the portion of his birth certificate that identifies his last name,that he requested changes to the portion of his birth certificate that identifies his place of birth, that the document identified as his Indonesian School record from Fransiskus Assisi School in Jakarta, Indonesia is genuine, that he went to a Judge in Hawaii to have his name changed, that he went to a Senator and/or Congressman or other public official in Hawaii to have his name changed, that he had a passport issued to himself from the Government of Indonesia, (The United States Constitution does not allow for a Person to hold the office of President of the United States unless that person is a “natural born” United States citizen), he is ineligible pursuant to the United States Constitution to serve as President and/or Vice President of the United States, he never renounced his citizenship as it relates to his citizenship to the country of Indonesia, he never renounced his citizenship as it relates to his citizenship to the country of Kenya, he is an Attorney who specializes in Constitutional Law, that Kenya was a part of the British Colonies at the time of his birth, that Kenya did not become its own Republic until 1963, he is not a “Naturalized” United States Citizen, that he obtained $200 Million dollars in campaign funds by fraudulent means, he cannot produce a “vault” (original) long version of a birth certificate showing his birth in Hawaii, his “vault” (original) long version birth certificate shows his birth in Kenya,  that the only times he was to a Hospital in Hawaii was for check-ups or medical treatments for illnesses, that Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii does not have any record of his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama) giving birth to him, that Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, Hawaii does not have any record of his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama) giving birth to him, he was born in the Coast Province Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, he represented on his State Bar application in Illinois that he never used any other name other than Barack Hussein Obama, he went by the name Barry Soetoro in Indonesia, his Indonesian school records are under the name of Barry Soetoro, he took an Oath to uphold the United States Constitution when admitted to the State Bar of Illinois to practice Law, he took an Oath to uphold the United States Constitution when he was Sworn into his United States Senate Office, he holds dual citizenship with at least one other Country besides the United States of America, and he has admitted to other statements of fact that implicate him and his followers in many ways un-American and against various Articles of the Constitution of the United States. What, if anything, has he had to say about any or all of his admissions?

"It's not important, it doesn't matter, I was elected."

"The API on March 9, 2012, has reported that since March 6, 2012, they have been in possession of the certificate and a letter of authority from the Office of Registration of the Coast Provincial Hospital verifying its genuine nature. Whether or not the veracity of the API is questioned, the indisputable probity the document presents itself is all that matters, which has yet to be confirmed by any U.S authority or party interested in this issue. What can be said without question is there are too many of these certificates with conflicting facts, and that alone is much more than sufficient to warrant a true and honest congressional investigation.

After the true facts are determined, and if a fraud is determined to have been perpetrated against the U.S. Constitution and the people of our nation, it should be obvious that all the people that participated in this conspiracy to place an ineligible person into office, be identified and placed in custody without bail until they can be charged with as many charges as can be filed. Then after impeaching or removing anyone the person occupying the presidency appointed to any position, void any and all instruments generated or signed or agreed to by any of these illegally appointed people including the president, and bar them, if any of them are ever released from prison, from holding public office anywhere within the United States of America for the remainder of their lives."

That also includes holding all decisions made by the Supreme Court of The United States null and void since his illegal appointment of any Justice, since he has no legitimate authority to have done so.

What, if anything, has the DNC had to say about any or all of his admissions or their part in this fraud to gain control of the United States of America in order to move Forward the Changes wanted by the American Communist Party and its' extensions?

"We did nothing wrong. It's not important, it doesn't matter, he was elected."

Now that Obama/Soetoro has his private army (think DHS, TSA, and foreign troops on American soil) and the Concentration Camps for dissenting Citizens (think F.E.M.A. Camps) and enough 10 mm hollow point ammunition to kill every Citizen 10 times over, more than 2,700 Urban Warfare Vehicles marked, POLICE/RESCUE, without Congress and the Armed Forces of the United States, it will be very difficult and costly (think not of money) to re-establish our government and the proscribed methods of governance under the Constitution of the United States.
