Restore America to the Constitutional federal republic representing the will of We the People!

There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

The Supreme Court is Wrong
Amendment IV Article VI of the Constitution for the United States of America states:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
These rights only apply to U.S. Citizens and with modern extensions of interpretation to your vehicle.
Depending on your profession and employment, you may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with your employer to protect confidential and proprietary company information. Within the various branches of government you may be required to undergo investigation to be assigned a security clearance and sign non-disclosure agreements and if required, to take an oath of office or service for reasons of national security. Depending on the type of service, upon Separation, debriefing and signing other instruments of agreement and restrictions may be required.
But when you are in your home, watching television, surfing the Internet, or talking on the phone, your 4th amendment rights are protected by the Constitution (unless you give them away.) Examples are numerous which outline situations under which Citizens have given up their 4th amendment rights. 'Signing up' for any home service of any kind can breach your rights.
Without probable cause of wrong-doing and the securing of a warrant with appropriate stipulation, issued according to constitutional law, anyone obtaining information by means of search or seizure about you or your habits is a violation of your constitutional rights and therefore unlawful.
Edward Snowden at the very least is in violation of his employer's NDA and at worst, is a spy and or traitor. By giving information obtained while employed by the U.S. Government or any of its extensions to any potential enemy which harms or may bring harm in current or future endeavors, he has violated his oath of office or service and as a U.S. Citizen may be a traitor.
This does not negate the unlawful planned activities or any current actions the government is perpetrating on the citizens of the United States. Looking for terrorists, or any potential enemies is not just cause to subject all American people to such violations of basic liberties.
The Supreme Court is incorrect in its current interpretation, you do have rights to privacy. If we allow the government to continue ignoring the rule of law, we have given up the Republic.

Power to the People!
There are plenty of reasons to highlight this invention whether you believe the carbon tax (global warming) proponents or not. Seems that Ms. Eesha Khare of Saratoga, CA has invented a power storage device that can recharge a cellphone in seconds. According to NBC News's John Roach, Ms. Khare won the Intel Foundation Young Scientist Award (a $50K prize) for her nano-technology-based device that can be charged in seconds, pack more energy than comparable rechargeable battery and last (10,000 recharge cycles vs. 1,000) much longer than conventional rechargeable batteries.
I'm sure battery makers are just thrilled at the thought of such competition. That is, unless one of them is smart enough to license the technology and maybe even improve on it for making specialty batteries, like those that would be required to make electric transportation viable to replace internal combustion engines.
Having been involved with presentations of technology that is deemed 'disruptive' because it poses such a negative impact on monopolistic corporations, who also have very strong lobbying power at the state and federal level, I can assure you that your iPhone will not be charging up any faster anytime soon.

Broke and Broken!
We all know we are not only broke, but that we are in multi-trillion dollar debt. What is being made public (finally!) by the privately-owned major media is how bad our government is broken.
We have not operated under a true constitutional government for many decades. We are no longer a representative republic, having our electoral system totally corrupted by those who control the puppets in Washington.
Now we discover that those who were appointed by the President to the highest offices in government, have used their positions for personal or political gain or both. And the list of acts of corruption and deceit grows daily.
We are now discovering that the Obama Administration and the Republican Party do little to protect the American People, in fact to the contrary, they have colluded to destroy America from the inside out.
It is difficult for any logic or reason to conclude that incompetence is the problem. No group collectively can be this incompetent. And to call it mistakes made and then covered up is like peeing on my leg and trying to convince me that it is raining. Trust me, I live in the Pacific Northwest and know a thing to two about rain and pee.
In my way of seeing things, an order to a rescue team to stand down when American lives are at stake is murder. In this case the weapon used was either a pen or a phone. The lying about the cause of the attack to the world when it has become obvious that many in the government knew exactly what was happening demonstrates how little regard this administration has for rights or rule of law.
The Narcissist-in-Chief surrounded himself with enablers, who bow to his every wish and whim, regardless of consequences. Comparisons have been made to the Iran Contra affair where Col. Oliver North testified that he himself protected the President by lying or withholding information from him. The cutesy term, 'plausible deniability' is used to define it. This current administration has taken it to new heights. The entire government under Barack Obama knows less than Sgt. Schultz of Hogan's Heroes fame.
Republicans in the House have done little to expedite this issue, and instead, passed yet another piece of unconstitutional legislation (remember CISPA?) while most of America is distracted with ACA, AG, AP, Fox News, IRS, Departments of Justice and State, oh, and let's not forget unconstitutional and dictatorial executive orders that are justified by other unconstitutional acts passed by Congress.
Just recently, I have heard on the news (probably Fox) that we need to preserve the two party system because it works. Yeah right! What we need to do is redo the entire electoral system, and take away the control from the twp party system. We need to resort to simple paper ballots and public counting. I wrote about this in Protecting the Vote but obviously not many people are paying attention.
