There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

Meanwhile, Back on The Ranch

This rant is true, accurate, and poignant. It hits the proverbial nail on the head. There are of course other additional concerns and mitigating or amplifying concerns which have already happened in our Nation's past and earlier, which are best left for other posts. One of the major problems has been one of corporate person-hood, as covered in the post, 'Hook Line and Sinker: The Plans Are Revealed Part 2" and another is the stranglehold Corporations have on a corrupt Congress and the all too accommodating U.S.Government.

"Here's Your Black Budget, produced by SaveTheChildrenUK.

As their slogan says, "Just because it isn't happening here - doesn't mean it isn't happening somewhere." Because it definitely IS.

Moreover, US Tax Dollars are currently subsidizing dozens of military engagements, without the consent or the knowledge of the American people, as I write this.

Nobody asked us if we want to meddle in the business of the poor Ukrainians – but – we've got US agents there, doing "our" business for "us" and the US has publicly acknowledged, that they have dedicated a relatively "measly" US$5 billion budget to underwrite our agenda in the current Ukraine fracas.

On the scale of US war spending, this is an infinitesimally small sum: take the the total cost of Operation Enduring Freedom, aka the so-called "Afghan War", which from its inception in October 2001 to the fiscal year 2011 cost the US around $468 billion, with the estimated for the cost for the deployment of a single US soldier in Afghanistan equaling more than US$1 million per year.

But all of the above this truly pales, in comparison to the US$ 6 trillion spent between 2003 and 2012 on the so-called "War in Iraq."

Now, that's what I call "money well spent!"

THAT's an operation that Americans can feel really GREAT about, as it was totally "justified", "legal" and it was such a *smashing* success for FREEDOM! We really ought to be proud of this "thing" that was never even declared a war, at all.

Whatever these two interventionist, undeclared conflagrations should actually be called (I'll go with "war crimes"), which are also incidentally the longest "wars" in US History - they have left some 639,000 US Veterans - almost an entire generation of young Americans – PERMANENTLY DISABLED.

This is to say nothing of the hundreds of thousands (millions?) of innocent civilians in South Asia, who had their countries razed to the ground and whose remaining survivors, today are living in much, much worse conditions than they were before "we" invaded; before whoever hijacked the USA, with the power to summon the US Military and to systematically bankrupt this nation with their bloated budgets - and to essentially annihilate a couple of other countries, in the process - while also jeopardizing the entire Global Financial situation...

How do you like them apples, America?

Whatever happened to my grandmother's sainted Apple Pie?

Whatever happened to the US being the "Good Guys?"

Wait! I almost forgot! An article in the Washington Post, based on information given by Edward Snowden detailed how the US allocated $52.8 billion in 2012 for the Black Budget.

So, that SECRET OF SECRETS is no longer.

But this paltry Black Budget doesn't touch the publicly-acknowledged, approximate US$680 billion yearly budget allocated to the multiple branches of the US Department of Defense, while our schools and roads crumble. I'll leave the mystery of Obamacare fiasco out of this - as this has already become a very long newsletter/rant!

Quite simply, our monies have been outrageously squandered - and behind our backs. Our very souls have been "...sold down de Ribber," to quote the great American 19th century Author, Mark Twain.

Instead living in a Utopian world, which as a child, I completely assumed would be a given by the time I was a adult, with all the technological developments, which would free everyone to be an artist or philosopher - and that all children in the future would receive a powerful, valuable education, such that they'd have the capacity and true knowledge of deep history, geopolitics, all the sciences and technologies - to truly enable everyone to be of service and live up to the "promise of America".

But no - the US Government's priorities have, instead been geared toward the creation of a super-redundant Police State; domestic military divisions which are quite obviously set up to wage war on our own people - and the highest incarceration rate of any other country in the world.

We saw glimpses of this last year in Watertown, MA; where a phalanx of body-armored cops driving urban assault vehicles, busted down the doors of everyone in that neighborhood, without warrants of any kind, with the excuse that they were looking for a 19 year old kid.

This was clearly a test, to see what they could get away with; the soft-launch of 21st Century Fascism, American-style!

The hijacked US Government has prioritized the desecration of our Legal Canons: the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, in favor of SmartBombs, SmartPhones ("All the better to track you with, My Pretty!") - and with the crappy educational system, has encouraged the creation of a large population, dumb vapid people.

All of the above is an excellent formula for America's assured failure in an emerging world, that has VERY different priorities from those of the Cold War; an entity, which seems to be desperately seeking to rear its ugly head, since the demons behind the efforts to launch World War Three are continuously failing.

May their WW3 efforts continue to fail - forever!

Especially since there are clearly enough nuclear "accidents" already in the works and some 150+ nuke plants in the US today, which are virtual replicas of that of Fukushima Daiichi - and similarly creaky with age.

If some kind of unforeseeable Gamma Ray Burst or a large meteor impact - or even a medium-sized EMP blast were to occur - then, we'd be dealing with literally 100s of Fukushimas, at the same time.

Meanwhile, TONS of aerosolized depleted uranium nano-dust blows around, from US wars of aggression in the Middle East, which have for a decade been getting swept by the winds to every corner of the Northern Hemisphere, where it appears that a slow program of genocide/ecoside is puttering along - and like the tortoise, it will unrelentingly arrive at the finish line.

So, as Tax Time approaches, please think about how the sweat of your brow is being used and see if you can schedule-in 10 minutes here and there, to let your alleged government representatives know how you feel about the way our Tax Dollars are being allocated.

Please think about how the Sweat of Your Brow is Being Used and let your alleged Government Representatives know How You Feel about the way our ill-gotten Tax Dollars are Being Allocated."

CORPORATE FASCISM: The Destruction of America's Middle Class

"A new kind of fascism has taken over America: the merger of corporations and government whereby corporate power dominates. With the emergence of ever-larger multinational corporations – due to consolidation facilitated by the Federal Reserve's endless FIAT money -- the corporatocracy has been in a position to literally purchase the U.S. Congress.

A James Jaeger Film featuring RON PAUL, Congressman and Presidential Candidate; PAT BUCHANAN, Author and Political Analyst; G. EDWARD GRIFFIN, Author and Producer; EDWIN VIEIRA, Author and Constitutional Attorney and TED BAEHR, Founder of MovieGuide and Christian Film & TV Commission.

A result of the corporate purchase of Congress is that many of the nation's "laws" have been re-configured to benefit WE THE CORPORATIONS, rather than WE THE PEOPLE. "Laws" like NAFTA and GATT resulted in the outsourcing of the U.S. manufacturing base and the destruction of the Middle Class. This is nothing less than the 1 Percenters abusing the 99 Percenters. Known as "monopoly capitalism," "crony capitalism," "mercantilism," "globalization," "the new world order," and/or "free trade" – this is NOT your Grandfather's capitalism." From Youtube

Hook Line and Sinker: The Plans Are Revealed Part 2

There is a mountain of factual evidence piling up which evinces more than just a fraud, or series of frauds. The real facts amassed make obvious the collusion of Federal and State Officials on several levels in a conspiracy of monstrous proportions that has been in operation since 1871 and its inception during the time of Alexander Hamilton.

"System of Self Governance-1st" vs "Government-2nd"

The first is Freedom and Liberty under Common Law.

From the viewpoint of the Founders and Framers, the intent of the Constitution for the united States of America is 'for' the people, and only 'by' permission of the people. The use of the idiom "System of Self Governance" states and implies a function, i.e., duties and responsibilities with limitations and/or restrictions in effect, only by permission or consent of the people.

The second is Serfdom and perpetual indebtedness under UNITED STATES CODE (USC), UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE (UCC), and Admiralty Law and the Incorporated fictional person.

The use of the idiom, "Government" states and implies an entity which strengthens the nonexistent corporate concept of a 'personhood' who has rights and does not need permission or consent. From the viewpoint of the Founders and Framers, 'Government' is a British or English concept, i.e., the Rule of the King, and no permission is required of or by the people under rule.

There is a vast difference of meaning when using the two idioms.

Another concept and power which aided the weakening of the Federal Republic was the Supreme Court Decision regarding MAUBURY v. MADISON, 5 U.S. 137 (1803), and was a landmark case in which the Court formed the basis for the exercise of judicial review in the United States under Article III of the Constitution for the united States of America. The decision helped define the boundary between the constitutionally separate executive and judicial branches of the American form of government. However, a much more important outcome of that decision was the creation of the concept of 'interpretation' as opposed to previous decisions which relied on 'application' of the Constitution for the united States of America. The aftermath of this decision was the granting of more power to the Supreme Court to and by itself (legislating from the bench).

The book by Thomas DiLorenzo, 'Hamilton's Curse', places the preceding concept in the light of reason as-well-as other issues of interest.

During the beginning of Lincoln's term in office the Notes/Loans for funding the Revolutionary War came due. The President knew the 70 year old notes could not be repaid because of insufficient funds. He entered negotiations to refinance the national debt. Those to whom the debt was owed demanded new collateral. Lincoln used public land as collateral. The Southern States took great offense when Lincoln confiscated and reassigned the property rights to land he did not own and the south seceded from the Union of the United States of America.

'The following 15 points (with emendations) are based upon factual historical evidence:

1st: In 1863, Lincoln instituted martial law. He ordered that the states (people) either conscribe troops and provide money in support of the Union, the North, or be recognized as an enemy of the Union. This martial law Act of Congress is still in effect today. This status has the meaning that the President has dictatorial authority to do anything that can be done by the 'Government' in accord with the Constitution for the united States of America. This is the foundation which has allowed Presidential Executive Orders.

2nd: The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 created a private corporation (hereinafter "Corp. U.S.") owned and operated by the actual government for the purpose of carrying out the business needs of the government under martial law. This was done under the constitutional authority for Congress to pass any law within the ten mile square of Washington, District of Columbia.

3rd: In said Act, Corp. U.S. adopted their own constitution (UNITED STATES Constitution), which was identical to the Constitution for the united States of America, the national Constitution at the time except that it was missing the original and properly ratified 13th Amendment (Prohibition of titles of Nobility and Honour, i.e. Esquire, Attorney-at-Law). The United States Constitution has a different 13th  Amendment (neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, [this does not prohibit voluntary servitude- think-becoming a member of SSA]).

4th: The corporation began to generate debts via bonds etc., which came due in 1912, but the corporation could not pay its debts so the 7 families that bought up the bonds demanded payment and Corp. U.S. could not pay. Said families settled the debt for the payments of all of Corp. U.S.' assets and for all of the assets of the Treasury of the United States of America.

5th: As 1913 began, Corp. U.S. had no funds to carry out the necessary business needs of the government so they went to said families and asked if they could borrow some money. The families said no (Corp. U.S. had already demonstrated that they would not repay their debts in full). The families had foreseen this situation and had the year before finalized the creation of a private corporation (see, 'The Creature from Jekyll Island') of the name "Federal Reserve Bank." Corp. U.S. formed a relationship with the Federal Reserve Bank whereby they could transact their business via note rather than with money. Notice that this relationship was one made between two private corporations and did not involve government;  that is where most people err in understanding the Federal Reserve Bank system. It has no government connection at all:  it is not a part of the UNITED STATES Government. The private contracts that set the whole system up even recognize that if anything therein proposed is found illegal or impossible to perform it is excluded from the agreements and the remaining elements remain in full force and effect.

6th: Almost simultaneously with the last fact (also in 1913), Corp. U.S. passes and adopts (as if ratified) their own 16th amendment. It must be noted that this amendment has nothing to do with our nation, with our People or with our national Constitution, which already had its own 16th amendment. The Supreme Court ruled that it did nothing that was not already done other than to make plain and clear the right of the United States (Corp. U.S.) to tax corporations. We agree, considering that they were created under the authority of Corp. U.S.

7th: Next (also 1913) Congress passed and entered the 17th amendment as ratified, even though the States had no opportunity to ratify the same. This amendment is not only not ratified, it is not constitutional; the Constitution (Constitution for  the united States) forbids Congress from even discussing the matter of where Senators are elected. (Article I Section 4)

8th: In 1914, the Freshman class and all Senators that successfully ran for re-election in 1913 by popular vote are seated in Corp. U.S. capacity only.

9th: In 1917, Corp. U.S. enters WWI and passes their Emergency War Powers, and Trading with the Enemies Acts.

10th: In 1918, President Wilson is re-elected by the Electoral College but their election is required to be confirmed by the constitutionally set Senate; where in the new Corp. U.S., only Corporate Senators were allowed to participate in the Electoral College vote confirmation. The only authority that could possibly have been used for electoral confirmation was corporate only. Therefore, President Wilson was not confirmed into office for his second term as President of the united States of America and was only seated in the Corp. U.S. Presidential capacity. Therefore the original jurisdiction Federal Republic's seats were vacated because the people didn't seat any original jurisdiction governance officers.

11th: In 1933, the Trading with the Enemies Act is adjusted to recognize the People of the united States of America as enemies of Corp. U.S.

12th: In 1944, under the Bretton Woods Agreement, Corp. U.S. is quitclaimed to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and becomes a foreign controlled private corporation.

13th: Some time after 1935, you ask the Social Security Administration for a relationship with their program. They create an entity with a name (that sounds like your name but is spelled with all capital letters) and a depository account number in the Social Security General Trust Fund (GTF). They give you the Social Security card which identifies you as the single person with authority to control the entity they created (on review: you may notice that the Social Security Administration was the creator of the entity, the GTF is its beneficiary and you were made its Trustee. You can also note that the UNITED STATES Constitution does not confer any power to create fictional legal entities) More importantly: this capacity does not limit you or your capacity to act in your sovereign capacity in any way.

14th: In 1968, at the national governors' conference in Lexington, Kentucky, the IMF leaders of the event proposed the dilemma the State governors were in for carrying out their business dealings in Federal Reserve Notes (foreign notes), which is forbidden in the national (Constitution for the united States of America) and State constitutions, alleging that if they did not do something to protect themselves the people would discover what had been done with their money and would likely kill them all and start over. They suggested the States form corporations like Corp. U.S. and showed the advantages of the resultant uniform codes that could be created, which would allow better and more powerful control over the
People.

15th: By 1971, every State government in the Nation of States had formed such private corporations (Corp. State), in accord with the IMF admonition, and the People ceased to seat original jurisdiction government officials in their State government seats.'  From:  Freerepublic.com

Another concept and power which aided the weakening of the Federal Republic was the Supreme Court Decision regarding Corporate personhood. SANTA CLARA COUNTY v. SOUTHERN PAC. R. CO., 118 U.S. 394 (1886). The 1886 case itself concerned a fairly narrow issue around a tax on railroads in California, and the Supreme Court declined to rule on broader constitutional issues at the time. Yet, the case would plant one of the seeds in Supreme Court history that would grow into the modern concept of corporate personhood and all without the justices themselves ruling on the issue.

The Court’s decision appeared to announce that corporations were “persons” within the meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment. The Supreme Court’s actual opinion never reached that constitutional question, but the court reporter, Bancroft Davis for the Supreme Court at the time and who had formerly served as president of Newburg and New York railway, took it upon himself to insert into his published notes Chief Justice Waite’s oral argument statement that the Fourteenth Amendment protects corporations. Through this highly irregular move, bereft of any reasoning or explanation, the idea that corporations were “persons” and had the same rights as individuals, for some purposes at least, was introduced into constitutional law.

He inserted the following piece of commentary on the day’s discussion into the head-notes of the case—normally a short, neutral summary of the ruling added for reference purposes:

“Before argument, MR. CHIEF JUSTICE WAITE said:  The court does not wish to hear argument on the question whether the provision in the Fourteenth Amendment . . . which forbids a State to deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws, applies to these corporations. We are all of the opinion it does.”, (again, legislating from the bench).

These deceitful actions and other more recent False Flag Operations carried out by a subversive and corrupt Government and left unlimited or restricted by the People of these united Sovereign States are meant to directly undermine the Constitution in order to effect a Socialist-Marxist Regime controlled by one world government (read as New World Order, Agenda 21, United Nations) and the fear and horror that it has engendered and will continue to bring into being.

This particular politically inspired conspiracy, the False Flag Operations, is directed against the UNITED STATES Constitution and more specifically against the Second Amendment right of the People to own, possess, and openly carry arms of any type. This politically inspired conspiracy ultimately is against the Peoples' right to defend their Person, Family, Community, State, and Nation from Foreign aggression and/or a lawless tyrannical government bent on the complete destruction of these United States of America and the depopulation of the country by whatever means are at hand.

'A Special Report (with emendations) on the National Emergency
in the United States of America

14 SIGNPOSTS TO SLAVERY

In 1972 a wonderful little book was published. It arrived with little fanfare yet somehow it has managed to survive for 42 years. Most people have never read it. These are the same people who today are asking questions about what went wrong with America. These are the same people who today find that their plans for the future, no matter how hard they have worked to make those plans a reality, have vanished into thin air. These are the same people who are working 3 jobs to keep what one job secured for them 20 years ago.......These people are you and I, the working middle class, the "We the People." The book is titled 'None Dare Call It Conspiracy,' and was authored by Gary Allen with Larry Abraham. It was considered very controversial 43 years ago. In retrospect it appears to have been a blueprint for the future of America. That America is perhaps where we are all living today.

If you doubt the possibility of a conspiracy to bring America to it's knees and perhaps install a totalitarian dictatorship through the conversion of our constitutionally-bound federal republic into a corporate democracy you need only look to the changes in our laws. Gary Allen provided his readers with fourteen signposts on the road to totalitarianism. They were compiled by Dr. Warren Carroll, and Mike Djordjevich, a refugee from Yugoslavian communism.

The list is in no particular order. However, nothing in the list existed in American law at the time the list was compiled.

Read it now, experience it for yourself. Any one of the listed items would be a clear warning that the totalitarian state is very near, and a significant number of perhaps five or more could possibly suggest that the freedom we had once enjoyed and the preservation of our Great Republic has been lost.

  14 SIGNPOSTS TO SLAVERY

 1. Restrictions on taking money out of the country and on the establishment or retention of a foreign bank account by an American citizen.

  2. Abolition of private ownership of hand guns.

  3. Detention of individuals without judicial process.

  4. Requirements that private financial transactions be keyed to social  security numbers or other government identification so that government records of these transactions can be fed into a computer.

  5. Use of compulsory education laws to forbid attendance at presently existing private schools.

  6. Compulsory non-military service.

  7. Compulsory psychological treatment for non-government workers or public school children.

  8. An official declaration that anti-communist (Patriot) organizations are subversive and subsequent legal action taken to suppress them.

  9. Laws limiting the number of people allowed to meet in a private home.

  10. Any significant change in passport regulations to make passports more difficult to obtain.

  11. Wage and price controls, especially in a non-wartime situation.

  12. Any kind of compulsory registration with the government of where individuals work.

  13. Any attempt to restrict freedom of movement within the United States.

  14. Any attempt to make a new major law by executive decree (that is, actually put into effect, not merely authorized as by existing executive orders.)

President Nixon invoked numbers 1, 11 and 14. As of January 1,1972, banks must report to the government any deposit or withdrawal over $5,000. That number has since been reduced to $3,000. Any purchase over $10,000 made in cash must also be reported to the federal government. Clinton has done the same via Executive Orders.

Courts have in some instances ordered individuals without bank accounts to open one under threat of incarceration through charges of Civil contempt.

This government is presently attempting to end private handgun ownership in America through federal legislation, signpost #2.

Recent destruction of Habeas Corpus has made signpost #3 a reality. Federal banking laws have made signpost #4 the law of the land.

President Clinton's "America in Service" legislation has made signpost #6 an expected part of American behavior. Federal civil rights legislation in regard to helping young children deal with alternative life styles of adults ( Suzie's two mommies/daddies) has made signpost #7 a part of the new American landscape.

Increased fees and much extended waiting times are now required to obtain a passport, signpost #10.

The EPA's trip reduction legislation, which limits an individuals right to travel freely on the highway is a perfect example of signpost #13. Road blocks or check points set up by either local or state police under the guise of searching for drugs or drunk drivers, while appearing to be in the service of society are in truth an invasion of our freedom to travel.

  Well, we have seen these already -- 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 – 14

Signpost #8 is up for grabs, and 5, 6, 7 and 9 may take a little more time.

The truth speaks for itself . . . . America may be lost . . . . We may now be living under totalitarian rule. Some of us will recognize the truth. Some of us will continue to be in denial of the truth. Too few of us will fight back to regain the freedoms we have lost. The only thing you can be sure of is that this 'Government' will continue in it's relentless march over whatever may be left of this once great Federal Republic until we are all slaves on land we do not own which our fathers fought and some died for to make free.

Winston Churchill, speaking to the English people as they were about to become involved in World War II proclaimed:

"If you will not fight for right when you can easily
win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your
victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come
to the moment when you will have to fight with all odds
against you and only a precarious chance of survival."

Because the American people have ignored warning after warning, we have finally come to that place in time where we are beginning to ask where our freedoms have gone. Unless we begin to take action now against unconstitutional acts on the part of our elected public servants, we will face a future choice, also described by Mr. Churchill. He said:

"There may be even a worse fate. You may have to fight
when there is no hope of victory, because it is better
to perish than to live as slaves."

To study the 'whys' and the 'wherefores' of our present condition, I suggest "Our Enemy, The State" by Albert J. Nock - 1935, his classic and brilliant critique distinguishing 'Government' from the 'State'.

In the same vein, tracing the path of 'STATE' from tyranny to freedom and back again to tyranny, I suggest 'The Law' by Frederick Bastiat -1850, another much ignored classic expose of all socialist tendencies in the functioning of government.' From:   bearfootsworld.net

As can be appreciated from the brief informative material contained in the preceding related posts, essentially all Americans are completely unaware of the legal complexities involved in the status of our nation and their legal standing under Corporate and Admiralty Law (USC, UCC, and the Admiralty Law). It can also be ascertained that Corp. U.S. has been and is involved in a vast conspiracy to vacate by force of action and intent the legitimate System of Self Governance and overthrow the original Federal Republic and the Constitution for the united States of America. TREASON

Summary:

The basis for this state of being, regarding the nation, involves the unconstitutional actions which Abraham Lincoln effected with regard to the repayment of the 70 year note coming due and payable for the funding of the Revolutionary War and his actions regarding extra collateral demands during the re-negotiations of that debt during his administration. His unconstitutional actions and Executive Orders led directly, and were the cause for the secession from the union of the Southern States, to the Civil War between the States. This in turn led to the illegal formation of the UNITED STATES as a corporation, as briefly covered in the Organic Act of 1871 during Hiram Ulysses Grant's administration, which was followed by other unconstitutional actions taken by a series of illegitimate 'Government' administrations up to the current unconstitutional administration under the indirect control of a foreign national (Barry Soetoro,AKA Barrack Hussein Obama) who is directly controlled and guided by extra-national concerns bent on one world governmental rule.

It is unfortunate that Carroll Quigley (Tragedy and Hope) passed on during '77.  I would have put the project in his capable hands. The legal meanderings and history are, to-say-the-least, daunting. It would be a very interesting book if ever written.

Power to the People!

There are plenty of reasons to highlight this invention whether you believe the carbon tax (global warming) proponents or not. Seems that Ms. Eesha Khare of Saratoga, CA has invented a power storage device that can recharge a cellphone in seconds. According to NBC News's John Roach, Ms. Khare won the Intel Foundation Young Scientist Award (a $50K prize) for her nano-technology-based device that can be charged in seconds, pack more energy than comparable rechargeable battery and last (10,000 recharge cycles vs. 1,000) much longer than conventional rechargeable batteries.

I'm sure battery makers are just thrilled at the thought of such competition. That is, unless one of them is smart enough to license the technology and maybe even improve on it for making specialty batteries, like those that would be required to make electric transportation viable to replace internal combustion engines.

Having been involved with presentations of technology that is deemed 'disruptive' because it poses such a negative impact on monopolistic corporations, who also have very strong lobbying power at the state and federal level, I can assure you that your iPhone will not be charging up any faster anytime soon.

Dear Dan

I am replying to an email that I received regarding the current environment in which we now live in America. After careful consideration of facts, it appears that blame and fault is not going to fix what is wrong, only action by good Americans can do that. Keep in mind that it is more of a challenge than some agree on.

Here is the body of my reply:

Dan,
The same fear and propaganda thing repeats itself and the uneducated fall for it again and again. It is sad but true that our nation, the greatest experiment in individual liberty is rapidly coming to an end. There are too many people who believe in the god of government and children are educated to depend on the government for more and more.

This results in the breakdown of the family as children learn in school an opposing view to the morality and responsibility that good parents give to their children. Government mandated education has ruined America as it did to Germany and Russia. The same influences that created the Soviet Union and the National Socialist Party are doing the same to America.

We are not at a crossroad, we are on a precipice and headed for the abyss. Many will give in and many others will fight and die for their freedom. Same as it was when this nation was founded. The difference now is that military technology and weapons today allow more citizens to be slaughtered more quickly. And weapons laws that keep those weapons from the citizens are allowed for government law enforcement at every level.

We are being controlled by media that focuses attention on social issues such as gay marriage and abortion. The powers behind the control of everything want to keep you focused on religion rather than liberty. I watch as the nation I love is divided on the false assumption that Democrats and Republicans are different. The results of the last 70 years however prove that there is very little difference. Big government gets bigger as more and more people become dependent on government programs. Food stamps and Medicaid have replaced jobs and benefits. Corporations have more rights than individuals and the gap between them is widening.as more and more laws are written to restrict our rights and give corporations wider freedom to do as they please to make profit.

Some will say that we have two many problems to fix and that it is impossible to do anyway. It's meant to seem so complex by design. That is so people feel overwhelmed and turn to their political 'leaders' for solutions. And that is why we keep marching down the path to destruction of the free and sovereign United States of America. Everyone wants the 'problem' fixed and most want someone else to fix it.

It doesn't matter to me where one draws resolve and strength. Allah, Buddah, Jehovah, Jesus will be sought in vain by many because they won't get up off their knees and fight their God's war. Our nation was built on the premise that all are created equal and endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights. It is important to understand how those words have been twisted to mean all sorts of things when used to prove a point. Taking a phrase or sentence out of context happens all the time. The words that define our nation must remain in the context they were written in, not the interpretations of a legislature or Supreme Court decision.

The very foundation that supports this nation is being hammered on from different enemies of the state. Foreign and domestic enemies who want to destroy liberty and control the lives of everyone are winning. They are winning because we are being manipulated so completely by these rich and powerful cowards. They have control over most of the resources of the world, and once they complete the takeover of the U.S. and its military resources, they will have what they want and we are no longer free or secure.

We are truly chattel and with the homogenizing and pasteurizing of American culture and society (in the name of progress) we are becoming exactly what our enemies want. Weak-minded and ignorant, following along leaders who offer promises that they never keep, only more and more dependence on government for all of their needs.

Seems that most Americans will not do anything until it's too late.

Taxing the Wealthy to Create Prosperity

No other nation was more productive and prosperous than was the United States of American just after the turn of the century. And no other nation was envied for its wealth as much either. That is not taught in history. It is one of those lessons that good teachers brought out of the students when they studied American History. At least some did when I went to public school.

Today there is a huge majority of Americans who were educated improperly to promote the free thinking and liberty loving people of the past. Today the American Dream has been recreated by ideologues who make it seem that the American Dream has something to do with the government providing for the health and wealth of the citizens. And this twisted ideology now includes people who are not even citizens, and those citizens who never participated in this forced charity except as recipients of someone else's labor and wealth.

The government seems to be in a quandary as to how to solve the economic crisis that is and has been upon us for over a decade. The recent turmoil can be traced backed to September 11, 2001. But the particulars of how that began the plunge of American economy is for another topic. This is to see who is benefiting from our demise and how we must proceed if we are going to save the Republic.

Nothing that has been tried or proposed by anyone in government thus far has proved to be the answer. And that is because nobody in government has the courage to stand up and point to the real criminals in all of this. And that party is the central banking cartel. See, when we discuss cartels, it is usually drug cartels or oil cartels, and both are perceived to be negative. Why then would a banking cartel be any different? After all, they are a group of wealthy investors whose purpose is to make money by controlling it. They are the ones who create market bubbles and then burst them. It was the banks who crashed the markets and create panics that resulted in runs on the banks. Look at history and it is evident that no laws that were passed ever solved the problem.

But there is an interesting bit of history that I have discovered for myself. Those nations  that taxed the wealthy too much, that is to the point of losing that revenue because of bankruptcy or the rich just leaving the country, all collapsed. All of  them did. Not one survived the debt they created and attempted to pay off with taxes. Not a one.

And that is because none chose the true path to prosperity. Our founders did but later administrations were corrupted and the majority if people were unaware of what was happening. They had become complacent in their prosperity and relative peace. They let down their guard and were not paying attention to who was working against their liberty and prosperity. And soon there was 'need' for a central bank created by the very people elected and entrusted with preventing such s criminal act from being perpetrated on the citizens.

So how do we fix the problem? Simple. Get rid of the central banking system. It is a Ponzi Scheme that can never benefit the nation that it holds in its grasp.

If the wealthy invest in businesses that will make them profit, that is good for the economy. Businesses that need funds to expand or improve sell stock to these wealthy investors or borrow from the bank. The bank lends money that it doesn't have and charges interest on the loan. The same way that the banks behind the Federal Reserve System 'lends' money to the United States of America and charges us interest. And where does the Federal Reserve get that money? Magic!

The money we use today in the form of Federal Reserve Notes are not money in the true definition of money. Real money is something that is of worth all by itself. The Federal Reserve Notes by definition are promissory notes. They are IOU documents. And who owes who?

We are constantly being told how government spending is out of control and that our children and grandchildren are being left with the debt. Not unlike our parents and grandparents who worked and paid taxes, and paid into the Social Security and Medicare retirement accounts that were promised to be there for them when they retired. Even the very wealthy, who probably never collected a dime from the accounts because they paid more in taxes than what these benefits would have compensated, paid into these accounts from the day they were started under federal law.

Our government by consent of the People through the ballot box, has mortgaged our very lives and the lives of generations to come, in order to provide programs and expand itself to the point of collapse.

Will be be forced to auction our national defense arsenals to pay the foreign nations who are our creditors? Will be sell off more public lands to foreign nations because with all the spending by our government, they can't make the forest service or postal service work within a reasonable budget?

The great Obama told us we need to 'tighten our belts' while he plays links with Tiger Woods, and travels the nation on taxpayer expense to campaign for his programs and policies, none of which can nor have they fix any of our economic problems. In fact, based on the evidence, they have spiraled us further down the path to collapse. How long will America be able to find willing lenders to finance its ever expanding debt and spending?

Health, Wealth, Laws, and Rights

With all of the hype in the media lately regarding abortions, guns, health care, and immigration, Americans as a whole are being duped by the people we trusted to protect our rights and our borders.

First, abortion is not a choice. Having sex is a choice and doing so with responsibility is what needs to be taught and not legislated. As a teenager, my parents spoke with me at length about sex and how it will be my responsibility to take care of a child that I father. Neighbors with daughters also taught them that having sex was not just about feeling good, as it is a reproductive process that will produce a child. Abortion was never considered as an option to carelessness and disregard for the sex act itself.

Second, regarding all of the media propaganda and the power grab by government to strip Americans of their Second Amendment rights, it is the duty and the right of We the People to oppose this tyranny. It is the primary purpose of the Second Amendment. It was written to insure that a government duly elected as representatives of the citizens, could not use force in order to take our rights from us. The safety of our persons and of our family is not the responsibility of government; it is our responsibility to protect our person and property. Law enforcement was never meant to replace personal responsibility rather it was to enhance it.

Contrary to popular social ideology, health care is not a human right or a right of an American citizen. Medicine as it is practiced today is an extension of the pharmaceutical industry, and it does nothing to further cures or to maintain good health. Sure, diet and exercise are both stressed as important factors in health care today, but it is drugs that are relied upon to accommodate those with unhealthy lifestyles. And now with the unconstitutional implementation of the Affordable Patient Protection Act, commonly referred to as Obamacare, the decisions regarding your own health are being handled through government bureaucrats who will decide whether or not you are worth the treatments you require. In other words, even your doctor has little to say in regards to your personal health.

Finally, we are now faced with proposed new legislation to make it easy for immigrants to gain legal status and a path toward citizenship, even though they have been breaking the laws of immigration for many years. While I am writing this, I am also listening to the President speaking about this issue. He wants to make new laws when he and his administration has refused to enforce the laws already there. He wants us Americans to believe that we will benefit from immigration laws being changed.

Obama wants to punish businesses that take advantage of illegal workers by having them work long hours and with less that minimum wage pay. Most of these workers are supposedly doing labor that Americans will not perform for these low wages. But if these businesses were able to afford to hire American workers at living wages, don’t you think more Americans would take those jobs? Perhaps the underlying problem is the value of our money and not greedy employers. It’s greed of the banking cartel  that must be addressed, and by We the People not just by the politicians we elected to protect us from them.

When my ancestors arrived here from Europe, they did not receive benefits. They worked and saved, educated their children to strive for a better life here. Many succeeded in businesses and professional careers, paid their taxes and contributed to charity to benefit their community. They did not have any government programs that entitled them to benefits from taxpayers. They themselves were taxpayers. And whatever laws on immigration and naturalization there were at the time were obeyed and eventually they became citizens. Why do we need to change a system that worked so well? What is needed is enforcement of the laws currently in place.

There is always the cry for being humanitarian and allow these illegal immigrants to stay here. But look at other nations around the world and you will see that we are the most lenient on the planet when it comes to illegal immigration. We cannot continue to subsidize those who break our laws and reform the laws so that they will go unpunished for their crimes.

The Problem is Not The Government

There is a belief in America today that our government is taking rights away from the people. Each day we hear and read about how government passes laws that chip away constitutional rights or how the President writes executive orders that by-pass Congress and the judicial review process entirely to make laws as a dictator.

But the problem lies with the people and not the government. Yes, that's right, you are the reason that it is happening.  In all that is happening, the blame lies with the American People and not the American Government.

We all know the history we learned in school about Napoleon, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, and even Castro in Cuba. What you don't learn in school is that all of them were financed by the wealthy bankers and industrialists, all of whom profited through the imprisonment and murder of innocent citizens who willingly gave up rights for the illusion of security.

We are bombarded by the privately-owned and government controlled major media to believe that America's lax gun control is responsible for the shooting in schools and movie theaters. That the drive-by shootings in drug-infested sections of metropolitan areas will somehow cease if weapons are banned. Even Hollywood celebrities come out clamoring for stricter gun laws or the outright ban of weapons by private individuals.

The problem is not the celebrities or the media, or even the government that produces this propaganda to frighten the masses into submission to loss of rights with the illusory promise of security.

In most nations around the globe, those with the strictest gun laws are  the ones that have the highest rates of crime. By contrast, the nations with the most armed citizens are those with the lowest crime rates. But you don't even have to look beyond our own borders to see  the absurdity in the media reports. While shooting like those in Sandy Hook grab the attention of the media, the stories of crimes being prevented or thwarted by armed citizens go unnoticed and unreported.

Every other alternative news story I read claims that are Second Amendment is under attack and that we stand to lose it entirely due to treaties being negotiated and signed by our President. If you really bothered to read our Constitution and truly understand its meaning, then it will become obvious to you that the President nor Congress has the authority to do anything beyond what the Constitution permits. The infringements made against us by our government is treason.

So when will you all begin to come to terms with the fact that it is by allowing it to happen that it does? When will you choose to stand up and fight for your nation in the face of a government that has been taken over and is being destroyed by true un-American activities? Huh? When?
