There Are No Such Things As Constitutional Rights

You have no constitutional rights and never did. If you thought that you did, then you need to be educated. Let's examine the definitions.

Thomas Jefferson Viewed the Constitution as a Contract Between the States

" Where did D.C. come from? The parties to the contract, known as the Constitution for the United States of America, are the individual states. Neither the federal government, nor the people, as comprising one nation, are a party to the agreement between the several States. Be sure to research how the Federal Corporation is usurping the powers of the people AND the states!"

The Declaration of Independence states:  "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --"

"“The several states composing the United States of America are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but…by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes [and] delegated to that government certain definite powers,…and…whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force…To this compact each state acceded as a state, and is an integral party, its co-states forming, as to itself, the other party…”"

"“A Law repugnant to the Constitution is void.” With these words written by Chief Justice Marshall, the Supreme Court for the first time declared unconstitutional a law passed by Congress and signed by the President. Nothing in the Constitution gave the Court this specific power. Marshall, however, believed that the Supreme Court should have a role equal to those of the other two branches of government."

Your unalienable rights are neither granted by the government nor are they granted by a contract (The Constitution), they are "something integral with a whole" part of simply being (they are natural birthrights), which by agreement of the contract, are NOT to be INFRINGED by the government. Therefore ALL FEDERAL STATUTES that are INFRINGEMENTS, CONVERSIONS, or USURPATIONS of your UNALIENABLE RIGHTS are repugnant to the Constitution and are NULL and VOID.

So why do We the People obey these Statutes?  It is the deliberate misrepresentation of these statutes as though they are Laws that lead the people to consent by their ignorance and silence. Are the threats of force, loss of Liberty, confiscation of property, or the conversion of unalienable rights into privileges, which are used by the U.S. government, the determining factors in deciding whether the people or the contracted government will ultimately protect those unalienable rights?

Trump is a Pathological Narcissist

The Esteemed Readers of Fix America may recall the post, The Hope For America: Know Yourself and Set Yourself Free in which world-renown psychiatrist Samuel Vaknin claims that Barack Obama is a pathological narcissist and a dangerous person. 

Recently, in an article written by Richard Larsen for the Conservative Daily News, Donald Trump is compared to the narcissistic Barack Obama, and in some cases, surpasses Obama in his arrogance and demeaning of those who dare disagree with him. The following is an excerpt from that article.

"And now we have the bombastic, egocentric real estate mogul from New York mirroring the self-absorption seemingly endemic with our 44th president. And he’s already setting some records with his self-congratulatory rhetoric.

“I’m really rich.” “I’m proud of my net worth.” “I’ve done an amazing job.” “I’m really proud of my success. I really am.” “I’m not doing that to brag because you know what? I don’t have to brag.” But he just can’t seem to help himself! And so Donald Trump self-adulated himself 257 times in his 45 minute presidential bid announcement speech last month. That even exceeded Obama’s 208 self-laudatory references in his 22 minute, 2007 presidential announcement. That’s pretty impressive when you can out-“narcissize” the Narcissist In Chief!

But aside from his egocentrism, the most glaring verity related to Trump’s presidential bid is that he doesn’t belong on the Republican ticket. He clearly is not a conservative, and probably aligns ideologically much more with Bernie Sanders than he does with any of the other 15 candidates on the Republican ticket.

Over the years, Trump has been a proponent for single-payer government funded healthcare, a socialistic step to the left of Obamacare. He’s been a supporter of abortion, has advocated an assault weapons ban, and has even floated the idea of forcing the rich to forfeit 14% of their total wealth to reduce the federal debt.

He has donated heavily to Bill and Hillary Clinton’s campaigns, and to the Clinton Foundation. And when he married his third wife in 2005, Bill and Hillary were on his guest list. And his financial support for Democrat House and Senate candidates has far eclipsed what he’s donated on GOP candidates.
According to public campaign disclosures, 21 of Trump’s 30 political donations have gone to liberal Democrats and political action committees. Only seven went to Republicans, and two went to Charlie Crist, who, like Trump, doesn’t seem to know which party he belongs to.


And in 2008, he sounded just like every other progressive in the nation, bemoaning George W. Bush’s presidency, when Trump alleged, “He was so incompetent, so bad, so evil.” Trump went on to call Bush “maybe the worst president in the history of this country.”"

Since Fix America first published in 2008, we have done so without partisanship, merely reporting and opining on the individual and not the political party they associate with. Ideologically, we have maintained a stance of constitutional and limited governance, regardless of the views of the candidates and those in office or appointed to positions of authority.

It's All Your Fault!

The reason we have any gun laws at all is the fault of the People. When they were first enacted, it seemed like a good idea, because just like today, they believed that laws would make them safe. 

Criminals do not obey laws, therefore gun laws have no affect on them whatsoever. The People who are law abiding are the ones who are burdened by these unconstitutional laws. And they are all unconstitutional make no mistake about that.

While many states are making it easier to obtain arms and to carry concealed, here in Oregon, the legislature is once again proposing a bill that will cost the State and the People, while doing nothing to prevent or even deter crime.

But it's all your fault! You believed the NRA and other groups who claim to fight for your 'gun rights' when the only thing necessary to combat these laws is simply to disobey them.

The only thing that makes a law enforceable is the consent given by the People. That and of course the armed law enforcement agencies who work for the same corporation that is taking your rights at the point of a gun.

If you want to exercise your rights, don't wait until the corporate government is voting on an unconstitutional act.  Gather together in force and demand that the government obeys the People. Demand that your local and state governments ignore the federal laws that infringe on the rights of the People. Not with posters and chants. But with the same show of force the government uses when it tries to make the People obey them.

The Fall of a Nation

America is under attack and there are no defenses being provided by our government. In fact, the government is bringing the invasion to us by training and arming foreigners. Reports from anonymous Border Patrol agents indicate that among those who are invading our nation, are Islamic Jihadists who are being trained by DHS as 'soldiers' in case of 'civil unrest' in US cities. In other words, they will have no problem killing American civilians, including women and children. They are getting fed and clothed, and they are being sheltered and trained to kill Americans. Oh yes! This is happening right now while your attention is being drawn to what is going on in the Middle East and in Eastern Europe.

Thousands of lives and over a $1,000,000,000,000 US are lost. Tens of thousands more US troops are maimed by the atrocities of terrorists claiming to represent the 'Religion of Peace.' And like Nero who fiddled while Rome burned, the person occupying the White House is campaigning and golfing while Baghdad is about to fall. And this just in:  The ISIS terrorists found chemical weapons belonging to the Iraqi Army and manufactured no doubt in the United States.  The very same weapons that for years, the Democrats in Washington have denied existed.



The border with Mexico is now controlled by the Mexican drug lords, while U.S. Border Patrol Agents have been reassigned to babysitting and nursemaid duties. And instead of doing their constitutional duty to call up the citizen soldiers to defend their states, the Governors of Arizona and Texas are doing nothing. Calls are going out for militia support by the communities being threatened, and some unconfirmed reports of American casualties have been coming forth as well.

Congress has not protected the People who elected them and instead are looking at how to help Afghanistan and Iraq. Directly negotiating with terrorists and exchanging five high-ranking Taliban 'generals' for one deserter and possible enemy collaborator, arming terrorists with American weapons to overthrow the governments of Egypt. Libya, and now Iraq, while training illegal immigrants on US soil to fight us. And now bringing back a Libyan national who claims no direct responsibility for the American live lost nor any remorse, to the States for criminal prosecution instead of being tried as an enemy combatant in a military court. He is a terrorist just like the ones exchanged for the deserter Bowe Bergdahl.

Impeachment was the answer for merely breaking the law, but Congress has not acted. Indictments need to be served to many members of this criminal regime yet Congress does nothing. I cannot understand why the Republican led House of Representatives has not acted on Articles of Impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors. I have heard an excuse making the rounds claiming that it is an exercise in futility so long as Harry Reid and the Democrats control the Senate. That is not a valid reason to not live up to your oaths of office and do the right thing under the Constitution. Unless you have broken that oath and no longer represent We the People.

As was emphatically stated in the Declaration of Independence two hundred and thirty eight years ago,

 "Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

It seems irrefutable that our government no longer represents the will of the People and definitely is operating without the consent of the governed who are We the People.

Because of the immediate danger of this unabated invasion, we must act now to secure the border ourselves and deal with restoring the constitutional republic once we can save our lands from invasion.

Are You American?

Most people who are citizens will answer "Yes!" Citizenship alone does not make you an American. No, being American is not the ability to vote or wave the flag and sing the national anthem.

The peoples who came to America did so for freedom. Freedom to worship as they believed, freedom to work and keep the fruits of their labors, free to defend themselves from criminals.

You are an American if you refuse to obey ANY law that is unjust, because being an American is a way of life, ii is about principles and not ideology. It is about ethics and morals, regardless of where you get them. It is about the liberty to live as you feel is best for you so long as you honor and respect that same right of everyone else.

The People of the colonies chose members of their communities to represent them, and they met and formed rules of association with each other, rules or laws that provided mutual respect for liberty and rights. They formed a confederation among themselves and established a system of governance in which they could live in peace and prosperity. They committed themselves to rules of order, and when someone's life or property was endangered or taken from them, they established laws to provide justice to the victim(s) and their dependents or survivors.

Justice. That is the purpose of law. Being a 'law-abiding citizen' does not make you an American. Being American is exceptionalism because unlike every nation before it and since, the constitutionally limited republican representative system of governance, was truly a form of self-governance. The 'government' in that sense was a body politic that was a representation of the will of the People. It was not an entity of its own nor did it hold any power over its People. After all, the People created that government and gave it duties and responsibilities, while explicitly prohibiting that government from infringing on the liberty and the rights of the people.

It was by definition a form of anarchy, that is anti- monarchy, or anti- oligarchy. It was against any form of government that ruled by force and suppression of free will. And yet it did have rules and hence laws. Laws to provide justice for those accused and convicted of crimes against the People.

We now are faced with the cold, hard facts that we no longer have a constitutional republic. That was taken from the People by treasonous acts of then President Abraham Lincoln and Congress in 1871. The former made all citizens insurgents and enemies of the government, and the latter when Congress unlawfully created a government for the District of Columbia and created a corporation which would then replace the People's constitutional republic with a corporate government, which represents the financial interests of the corporation and not the People.

The Esteemed Readers of the Fix America blog and its Facebook page will know that we are in grave danger and it will only result in our nation falling if we don't act now.

Will You Stand For America?

It's a simple question, or so it seems. But what does it really ask? What is America? The UNITED STATES INC. of America? Or a union of Free States for which we stand?

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united States of America."

So is the America that you stand for, the union of Free States? Or perhaps the America you stand for, is the UNITED STATES INC.

I am a Free Individual or so I thought. I thought for a long time that I lived in a Free State. I thought all States were free and autonomous in the manner in which they governed themselves as per the voiced consent of the Free People residing within their borders.

I really was confused. So were you. It's okay, we can all be honest now and admit that we have been hoodwinked, lied to for many years, and allowed to believe the nation our Founders fought for and the Framers designed as a constitutional republican system of governance, is what we now live with today. We have not had a constitutional Republic since Lincoln. That Republic no longer exists. (See:  Hook, Line & Sinker:  The Plans Are Revealed) 

The treasonous actions of the  26th (16th under the ratified Constitution) President and then the 41st Congress created a new government with a new Constitution, similar to but not the same as the one ratified by the many States in 1797. It omitted the original 13th Article of Amendment from the Constitution, and replaced it in enumeration with what should have been the 14th to abolish slavery. Can you tell me what constitutional article, section, paragraph, and clause gives the Congress of the united States of America the authority to create a separate and autonomous incorporated government (THE UNITED STATES)? Why did they decide that the District of Columbia, required a government of its very own and for what reason?

There is no provision in our Constitution for Congress to make a government for any reason, anywhere, at any time. And creating it on land that was donated by a number of free and sovereign States makes it an unlawful theft of State lands.

Wars do not just happen they are planned. Any military mind can speak to the logic of that. The Constitution does not mandate presidential authority to assume the role of Commander-in-Chief of the Armies until Congress votes and approves a declaration of war. That is why it was prohibited for the government to maintain standing armies in times of peace. Because it is only to be used to defend the nation or under obligation of treaty and it is an expense which would place the national treasury in debt. Our armed forces have been used in unconstitutional acts of aggression, against other nations for corporate profit and political purposes. All of which are paid for by the debt placed on the People of the nation. That's us!

Wars are made for profit. Instigate it, finance it, and regardless of who wins, huge wealth will flow to those making the investments in death. Young men and women will be called to duty under the pretext of defending freedom or liberation from some evil. Reality is that some natural resource of a nation is coveted by the bankers behind the IMF/World Bank and they finance a conflict to destabilize the region until they either get their paid UN/NATO forces to take control of the assets or install a new government that will allow the theft to occur, so long as they get rewarded for their treason.

Why do we care? Are we the only nation that can respond to anyone's crisis? Of course not. That's all about selling weapons. But the weapons makers aren't selling them to the nations in conflict. Oh no! YOU and your children, and their children are buying them and those criminals that you elect are sending them to aid foreign nations along the with billions of dollars in 'humanitarian' aid.

This nation is being bled out and the People are fighting among themselves, totally unaware of who the real enemy is. You really should read more of the previous Fix America posts. Especially the contributions submitted over the last several months. It's heady with educational material that is essential for comprehending the reality of our nation's total destruction and the slaughter of millions of American People.

In the post, The Truth Will Set You Free, you can understand that all of the pieces are in place and it is now just a matter of time before an event will be staged to frighten the largest part of the population, and declare an "emergency" which will set up a state of occupation by armed forces, supposedly to keep order and secure the public, but it will be police state/martial law, and all rights and property will be taken for nation security purposes. So will all registered arms. Cannot allow the public to have arms under an emergency security event. People who do not voluntarily give up their arms will have them taken by force. And they themselves will be taken by force if necessary to re-education and work camps. They are popularly called FEMA camps today.

For which America will you stand? The one that is coming for your arms, your food, your vehicle, your livestock? Or the one that was created from the ashes of revolt and polished with the creation of a representative constitutional bound republic of free States?

How to Plant The Seeds of Destruction: or The Corporate Logic of Insanity Part 3B

1917. Corporate-only Senators begin participating in all matters with those Senators who still had original jurisdiction government capacity, as a result of which all activities of the government were performed in corporate capacity only.

1917. Corporate President in occupation Wilson was re-elected by the Electoral College, but only US Inc.’s Senate performed the Senate confirmation necessary for seating the national corporate President. 

There was no national government Senate confirmation; no national seats were seated and all remained vacant. 

Note: the national Corporate President is also the Military’s Commander in Chief, and under the nation’s status of being ruled by the private, commercial, martial-law rule of the Bankers and English Crown, the business needs of the nation have remained under US Inc. control since 1871, i.e. ever since US Inc. was incorporated and made operational over such matters.

1917-1944. All national government seats are and remain vacant, and US Inc. continues maintaining the business needs of the government under martial-law rule.

1933, June 5, US Inc. declares bankruptcy under House Joint Resolution, “HJR,” 192.

1935. The Social Security Act is passed.

On application, the new Social Security Administration (hereinafter “SSA”) creates a private Trust with a trust name that sounds like the name of the applicant except the Trust’s name is spelled with all capital letters. 
SSA makes the applicant a co-trustee of the namesake Trust, designates the SSA General Trust Fund as the Beneficiary of the namesake trust, and assigns the Trust a Social Security General Trust Fund Account number re (by-way-of) the applicant for accounting and identification purposes.

1938. In Erie Railroad v. Tompkins, 1938, 304 U.S. 64-92, the U.S. Supreme Court sets the presumption re the status and capacity of an individual as that of General Capacity/General Partnership relationship with the namesake Trust, as if the two (2) entities—individual and namesake Trust—were one-in-the-same person.

1944. In the Bretton Woods Agreement US Inc. is quit-claimed into the newly formed International Monetary Fund (hereinafter “IMF”) in exchange for the power allowing US Inc.’s President the right of naming (seating and controlling) the governors and general managers of the International Monetary Fund, The World Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the Inter-American Bank also formed in that agreement (codified at United States Code Title 22 § 286). 

It must be noted that this act created an unlawful conflict of interest between US Inc. (with its new foreign owner) and its purpose of carrying out the business needs of the national government. This is the cause of our use of the term “original-jurisdiction” government. With the new foreign owner of US Inc. a conflict of interest is created between the national government and US Inc., even though the contracted purpose of US Inc. has not changed on its face.

The CIA, the Military, and other organizations are unlawfully engaging in human experimentation with and without the knowledge of the subjects (Since 1953 – 1975 and beyond, MKULTRA (Mind Control, etc.). Military airborne toxins are sprayed on large cities without warning for the purpose of studying distribution and effect patterns, and other more sinister purposes (see numerous sites on the Internet re “chem-trails”). Cite: Joint Hearing before the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, 95th Congress, 1st Session, August 3, 1977.

1962. At the National Governor’s Conference in Lexington, Kentucky, US Inc. informs the governors, under the guise of “public necessity”, that they must all form, or reform existing, private corporations under US Inc. (in their state’s interest), so that the people will not discover what the state governments are doing with the people’s money (dabbling in foreign notes, i.e. Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs), bonds, and evidences of debt), which activity is forbidden from State governments by their own State Constitutions, which information would likely cause a people’s revolt ending in the State officials being at worst killed and at least replaced. The proposed incorporation deadline was 1968.

1970. By this time each State revised its constitution and statutes and formed private corporate entities of the name “STATE OF (X)” (where “(X)” is representative of the common State name), and then vacated their original jurisdiction government seats in favor of foreign ownership and control under the mandate of US Inc.

It appears that this was all done so a General Partnership could be presumed as existing between “The State” (of the national Union of States) and “STATE OF (X)”, a private corporation. Said STATE OF (X), as General Partner, then assumes the role of governmental operator/controller. This scenario is further proven by the fact that these corporate entities cannot handle gold and silver coin of the United States of America in commercial transactions without violating the Par Value Modifications Act and the Foreign Currency Exchange Act.

1994, April 19th,. Under Janet Reno's plan Federal agents attack, burn, and raze the religious compound near Waco, Texas, killing approximately 100 of the members of the sect, without any lawful cause for the action. This was done to establish force as a ligitimate solution to any allegation.

1996, September 5, U.S. Patent & Trademark Office application number 709471 is filed, consisting of a plan for marking the alleged “human property” of US Inc., i.e. every “citizen of the United States,” which is more than reminiscent of the Biblical reference in the nature of the Mark of the Beast. 
This plan is a violation of foundational law.

50 USC 1520 et seq. demonstrates that there exists an agenda for using Americans (Sovereign and otherwise) as biological test subjects. This is a fundamental breach of an alleged Constitutional contract.

Corporate President Clinton pushes for a mandatory health care bill for the purpose of placing the physical bodies of all Americans under control of US Inc., with international identification attached, for the purpose of tagging the populace, as per the Biblical prophesy of the Mark of the Beast. The computer that would handle the tracking is even identified with the acronym: B.E.A.S.T.

Corporate President in occupation, Obama, pushes PPACA which is passed, despite constitutional requirements not having been met and without having been read by those voting on its passage (when asked how could anyone, in good conscience, vote for a bill of this magnitude (2,700 pages) without reading it first, there are not even copies available to read?  Nancy Palosi shrugged and replied, "I guess you'll have to pass it so you can read it." There are now more than 40,00 new laws and regulations specifically supporting and implementing Obamacare which have been passed since the passage of Obamacare and the number of laws and regulations is ever increasing. 

What the above progression depicts is the systematic growth of the power, scope, and pervasive control of Government exercised against the American people by foreign, criminal, and hostile powers. This same dreary gestalt constitutes the nature of man’s history on this planet as far back as the eye can see and memory can recall. Civilizations rise, fall, and disappear, replaced by new ones that—based upon being founded on, and functioning in accordance with, wrong principles—are foredoomed for extinction, as were all of their predecessors and as all future civilizations will be until mankind finally learns and ceases “beating a dead horse” by structuring law, commerce, religion, and social organization in general on principles that are existentially impossible.

The above progression has proceeded in America by implementing such strategy as:

1. Relentlessly instilling in people the foundational idea that governments in general are absolutely essential in the society of man and that the Government in America is the people’s friend and servant, i.e. a “government of the people, by the people, and for the people.” These premises are untrue—self-serving cons by those who want the power.

2. Creating governmentally owned corporate franchises, such as a “citizen of the United States” and one’s all-capital-letter name, with which people are deceived into identifying.

3. Regarding every citizen of the United States as contractually being:

a. A corporate citizen, i.e. a corporate franchise;

b. A co-trustee (with duties) and co-beneficiary (with privileges) of the 14th Amendment Public Charitable cestui que Trust;

c. Pledged as an asset in the bankruptcy of US Inc., and therefore a co-surety for the debts of US Inc.;

d. An enemy of the Creditors;

e. Chattel property of the Bankers and Power Elite;

f. A slave with no capacity for asserting any rights, no standing in law, and no capacity for contracting.

4. Functioning on the presumption that the individual being, with autonomy and free will, knowingly, intentionally, and voluntarily contracted into the situation of being united—like heads and tails of a coin—with a corporate entity created and owned by the Government.

As per the established maxim of law, “As a thing is bound, so it is unbound,” the way out of the problem is within and through the problem. This is accomplished by understanding what the problem is, i.e. its structure and character, just as solving the problem of a plugged drain is accomplished by realizing that the problem is the plugged drain, whereby the solution consists of unplugging the drain. “Know the truth and the truth shall make you free.”

The United States Library of Congress now has between 2,000,000 and 3,000,000 books on law. Any law library is a daunting place, possessing row after row of shelves with books full of fine print. Making knowledge of such “law” even more unattainable is not only that what passes for law today perpetually changes, altered by every new court case/opinion, legislative enactment, and all of the ever-changing policies, rules, and regulations of administrative agencies, but an immense amount of the world’s law today, as actually implemented, is unwritten and inaccessible.

This is not only because judges operate in general equity in which the ultimate arbiter of a matter is the “conscience of the court” (i.e. how the judge feels about something that day), but because almost all of the world’s law is the private Law Merchant of the Creditors in bankruptcy of the world’s nations, essentially all of which are insolvent and in receivership to the Bankers.[3] This private Law Merchant is of ancient origin, and is implemented today by men whose identities are unknown to the mass of mankind.

In the face of this undependability of law we may ask some fundamental and ingenuous questions:

1. Is there such a thing as genuine law that is timeless, stable, and dependable?

2. If so, can such universal law be effectively invoked and utilized in practice today? How can I use it to ensure my inalienable sovereign birth rights to life and happiness?

3. If genuine law exists, why is it not taught and uniformly utilized instead of the chaotic and colorable charade that dominates the legal field today?

4. Can we integrate said universal law with the ephemeral, desultory “law” that now enslaves the overwhelming majority of people on this planet?

Broke and Broken!

We all know we are not only broke, but that we are in multi-trillion dollar debt. What is being made public (finally!) by the privately-owned major media is how  bad our government is broken.

We have not operated under a true constitutional government for many decades. We are no longer a representative republic, having our electoral system totally corrupted by those who control the puppets in Washington. 

Now we discover that those who were appointed by the President to the highest offices in government, have used their positions for personal or political gain or both. And the list of acts of corruption and deceit grows daily.

We are now discovering that the Obama Administration and the Republican Party do little to protect the American People, in fact to the contrary, they have colluded to destroy America from the inside out.

It is difficult for any logic or reason to conclude that incompetence is the problem. No group collectively can be this incompetent. And to call it mistakes made and then covered up is like peeing on my leg and trying to convince me that it is raining. Trust me, I live in the Pacific Northwest and know a thing to two about rain and pee.

In my way of seeing things, an order to a rescue team to stand down when American lives are at stake is murder. In this case the weapon used was either a pen or a phone. The lying about the cause of the attack to the world when it has become obvious that many in the government knew exactly what was happening demonstrates how little regard this administration has for rights or rule of law.

 

The Narcissist-in-Chief surrounded himself with enablers, who bow to his every wish and whim, regardless of consequences. Comparisons have been made to the Iran Contra affair where Col. Oliver North testified that he himself protected the President by lying or withholding information from him. The cutesy term, 'plausible deniability' is used to define it. This current administration has taken it to new heights. The entire government under Barack Obama knows less than Sgt. Schultz of Hogan's Heroes fame.

Republicans in the House have done little to expedite this issue, and instead, passed yet another piece of unconstitutional legislation (remember CISPA?) while most of America is distracted with ACA, AG, AP, Fox News, IRS, Departments of Justice and State, oh, and let's not forget unconstitutional and dictatorial executive orders that are justified by other unconstitutional acts passed by Congress.

Just recently, I have heard on the news (probably Fox) that we need to preserve the two party system because it works. Yeah right! What we need to do is redo the entire electoral system, and take away the control from the twp party system. We need to resort to simple paper ballots and public counting. I wrote about this in Protecting the Vote but obviously not many people are paying attention.

The Last Line of Defense

Myth: We obtain our rights from the ‘Bill of Rights’  by way of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Fact:  We obtain our rights from our Creator. The Constitution is a document of mutual agreement among all U.S. citizens. The agreement is composed of two concepts; the first is self-governance, and the second is the restrictions and limitations of that governance. The Bill of Rights limits or restricts the government (which we formed) from enacting laws that infringe on our ‘God-given’ rights. The Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution because many of the founders and the people they were representing agreed that these particular rights needed to be emphasized. Unlike the enumerated ‘responsibilities’ of government, the rights and responsibilities of Citizens are unlimited.

The Constitution was meant to define the functions of governance and limit it, because the founders knew that without such constitutional restraints, the people would soon find themselves dealing with tyranny as they did with King George and the Monarchy. The founders also gave notice to the people, warning them to protect their liberty and property from governmental authorities by being ever vigilant of those who would seek to rob them of their property and their lives.

Lately we have been bombarded with the news that “someone” in the Department of Justice authorized the seizure of telephone records of Associated Press and Fox News journalists. Governmental authorities would like us to believe these unlawful actions are justified by stating that there was a leak within the government and they were seeking to uncover the source of the leak because of national security issues. You may recall the problem America had with Congress when Congress stamped NSA 1947 on their lunch bills to prevent Citizens from discovering just how much money was being spent. The abuse of NSA 1947 has exceeded the point of being ridiculous.+

The problem is, no matter how important it may seem, it is not lawful under the restrictions and limits within our Constitution. 

Nothing else is as important as being ever vigilant. If governmental authorities exceed the Constitutional restrictions or limitations, the actions are unlawful. It is the responsibility of congress to recognize and correct faulty laws or repeal them. Failing common methods of corrective action or redress, it is up to the people to take corrective action. It is not only your right; it is a citizen’s duty to act. 

The Constitution was the product of the founders' genius and they intended that the document be a living document. Amendment was the preferred method which would keep the Constitution current in cases unforeseen. This process of amendment can be abused by authorities who do not have the common well-being of citizens in mind.

During the last two hundred years various authorities and groups have brought undue pressure and direct force against congress to enact laws and make amendments which benefit themselves. It must be the people who correct the problems when congress court and common sense fail, not the politicians who have been corrupted by greed and peer pressure from within the government itself.

If the government persists in carrying out unconstitutional actions, the solution to limiting those unlawful actions is nullification of the laws that are unconstitutional. It should be remembered that Congress is the primary body responsible for not passing unconstitutional laws. The Supreme Court is not the last word in determining the constitutional validity of laws passed by Congress, the U.S. Citizen is the last line of defense.

A Boy Wants to be King!

Looking back over the last five years or so, I see a nation that trusts a child with the highest office in the land. I see a child who for all intent and purpose, is so wrapped up in himself that he really believes he can do anything he wants without question or consequence. The scary thing is, he has the most powerful weapons on the planet at his fingertips.

The United States of America is unique in its creation and the proper functions of the government and the People. The participation of the People was made inherent in the fact that the Constitution itself is a contract, between us and the government that is assembled as a result of that contract. 

What I see now is a nation that seems paralyzed by their own ignorance of facts, holding on to an illusion that electing Barack Hussein Obama was to show the world we have emerged into the sphere of humanity and we are truly no longer a racist nation. In the meantime we have a self-centered child leading us into one crisis after another, and he has no clue as to how to fix any of them. He has surrounded himself with childhood playmates who also possess the same delusions of grandeur and who are equally clueless as to what it will take to fix the problems we face. And they seek to destroy all who have the audacity to oppose their dangerous policies.

I do have a plan that will restore integrity and sanity to this once great country. We the People will not elect the candidates that the two major parties nominate. No, we will vet candidates who by the way they live their own lives, demonstrate they are aligned with true patriotism and constitutional law. And with their representation in all levels of government, we will repeal all the laws enacted that are clearly violations of constitution limits. We will reduce spending and taxes so that businesses can become profitable and the taxes on their profits will be enough to sustain a trim national government. Those taxes will be reduced when we have a lean federal government.

It will mean that most Americans will have to take action themselves. It will mean that we cannot just allow someone we elect the trust that they will serve our best interests, unless we perform due diligence and hold them accountable from the start. And when they complete their terms of service, they will return to their previous businesses and jobs, knowing they performed a service to their community, state and/or nation. That it how it was designed to be, without career politicians living off of the tax payers to whom they were elected to serve.

In the coming days and weeks, it is apparent that our narcissistic Commander-in-Chief must be held accountable for his actions, or more precisely, his lack of action when it was required to save American lives. He must be held accountable for dereliction of duty in not taking immediate steps to defend Ambassador Stevens and his staff. And most of all, those who we have elected to office, who swore oaths to defend and protect the Constitution, must impeach this childish President and all those who have been supporting him in deceiving the American people with behavior that is criminal in their implications and deadly in their results. Don't just assume that there are those in Congress who will do the right thing. Demand it!

A Fork in the Road

Yes, we have reached a fork in the road as a nation. We have a choice to make that will determine whether or not we really cherish liberty or want to become like every other nation that fell under the yoke of socialist slavery.

We already are questioning the validity of our Constitution in view of world governance, and have not been vigilant of the runaway usurpation by those we chose by election to represent and protect us. Slowly over the decades, our servants have become our leaders and they are leading us off of the path of liberty and onto the road to serfdom.

Even what we eat and drink has become a subject of sociopolitical concern of those who we asked to protect us from a government that steps beyond its constitutional boundaries, and into the private lives of the American People.

What are we to think of a government that uses the same propaganda to scare and disarm its citizens as every dictator and tyrannical government has since recorded history? Are we to believe that it will be different this time? Why? If humans were better today than they were during the Inquisition and more civilized, we wouldn’t be discussing gun control at all. But the issue is what to do to protect ourselves without giving up our liberty in the process. And the truth is there is proof that no matter how well intentioned such laws were when enacted, the result has always been the murder or innocent civilians.

Our military is the most advanced on the planet, more than capable of protecting all of the United States from border to border and sea to shining sea from any enemies. But why are we paying them to protect other nations and corporate interests? If they were all brought home to defend  America, we would not have the need for the excessive military spending we have now.  And with a smaller military force that is backed up at home by the very capable and well armed citizens, less taxes need to be levied on the businesses and work force in America.

Some will say that we live in a more dangerous world today than even that of fifty years ago. That is all the more reason for the people to be well armed and trained in protecting themselves. How many planes would have been taken by terrorists if all those brave Americans were armed? Even a Sky Marshall or a few on a plane will be targets to take out before taking over the cockpit or crew.

I am saddened by these school killings, and I am appalled that those in positions to do the most good have instead continued to play a dangerous game of politicking which only serves to embolden criminals and place more good people in harm’s way. I will not however be willing to give up any rights for the illusion of security. Not once in human history has the banning of weapons benefited the people at large. Not once.

So here we are, looking at spiraling debt and out of control government spending, as the government looks for more ways to restrict the rights of its citizens as it taxes them into poverty. We have reached a fork in the road and if we take the path to the right, we may have the means to restore the Republic and our natural liberties and rights. Or we can continue to allow 534 people in Washington to continue to ruin our nation while they continue to enact laws designed to take more of our rights and our property.
