Points of Clarification

Administrator Brown's Kangaroo Tribunal fails, despite a valiant attempt to sway the jury in favor of the prosecution's arguments and subvert justice, to find all statute violators guilty. In order to fully understand the lead-in sentence, a few deliberate misunderstandings and misrepresentations need Clarification. First and foremost is the misunderstanding that has been regurgitated by the Government's Educational System for many, many years:  The Constitution is the 'Law of The Land'. Nothing could be further from the truth than that statement.

The 'Law of The Land' referred to in the Constitution is 'Common Law' as opposed to the 'Law of The Sea' or 'Admiralty Law' which is one portion of what Today's Legal System employs to determine if a violation has occurred. Another deliberate misrepresentation is that of Court. Courts were places where the 'law of the land' was applied and determined. Today's Legal System has no Judges or courts where Law is applied or determined:  the Legal System closed or displaced all Common Law Courts;  however, a few have regained lawful Jurisdiction, Judge Anna von Reitz, Alaska State Superior Court.

The American Legal System convenes an Administrative Public Policy Tribunal and the person presiding over its proceedings is the Administrator. The Administrator, if no Jury is called to take up the matter, (actions or in-actions [the issue or contest]) against Public Policy Statutes (U.S and State Legislative bodies discuss and generate Public Policy Statutes not Law), and determines if legislative statutes have been violated and assigns 
innocence or guilt, fines and fees, and any other penalties. 



The Legal System has misrepresented itself and taken on the appellation of Court (to which it is not entitled since Law is not practiced or applied) and it has misrepresented statute as Law. United States Code (USC), as well as State Statutes, are NOT Law (Common Law) they are Legislative Statutes. In today's Legal Jurisdictions Corporate Citizens are subjected to regulation (control) by Statute:  this applies to all U.S. Citizens (since the United States is Incorporated and Congress generates Statutes) and all State Citizens (since all States are Incorporated and Legislatures generate Statutes).  

Although the Legal System continues to completely disregard lawful matters brought before Administrative Public Policy Tribunals, Americans are beginning to awaken to the Legal Fraud being perpetrated on the American People. Legal Matters vs Lawful Matters are once again beginning to be viewed by the American Public. Discussion and arguments over the meaning and validity of these current concepts and what they meant during earlier times are again being discussed at the dinner table and in the family rooms of America. Americans are being forced to examine the Legal System and the abuses and issues it has fostered. 

These same abuses and issues were once fought over by our forefathers. The 
Declaration of Independence was an instrument of Grievance and a remedy. 

The Revolutionary War and it's outcome (independence from King George [sovereignty for individuals and the inherent rights gained] and the right to The Law of The Land 'Common Law') have once again become prominent issues in need of Points of Clarification.

Final Countdown: Saving America With The Ballot

For too long now, Americans have assumed that whomever they elect for public office will protect their rights and represent their interests. What they fail to consider is that a political party has an agenda that is usually contrary to that of the People's.

Political parties are funded by special interest groups, political action committees (PACs), and by individual member dues and donations. The entire system is designed to produce power within the party and by consequence, eliminate independent candidates or third-party candidates from contending with the party's nominees. As a result, the representation of the People becomes incidental to the party platform, which of course is designed to benefit the party's largest donors.

In order that We the People are represented by our elected officials, we must be educated and informed in the duties of citizenship and self-governance. Just because we elect people to take responsibility in government does not negate the duty of the People to hold those we elect accountable for their actions, especially so when, those actions are contrary to the law and the will of the People.

The government says they want to fix the economy. The problems with the economy were created by government through mandates, laws, regulations, and taxes. Businesses were forced to close because they could not afford what government forced on them. Those that were able to, moved out of the United States to nations that offered better business environments. Result in America is loss of jobs and loss of tax revenue.

Government says it wants to fix education. It created the problem and now it wants us to trust that it can fix it with more money. It hasn't worked in over 100 years so what makes anyone think that it can be fixed by more money?

Government wants to fix health care and look at the mess they have created with that. What will it take before enough Americans realize that government is not the answer?

Every election, American voters go to the polls and vote for promises instead of reality. Neither party has improved the quality of life for Americans. Neither party has cut spending, in fact they have all increased it. And every day we hear and see more and more stories of corruption, fraud, intimidation, cover-ups, and lies. The very People we elected to protect us are in fact the very ones who are harming us in every aspect of our lives. And yet I still hear People speak of their Party as if it is all the fault of the other party.

In 2010, a change was made. People chose candidates who promised to represent the People and vote in Congress according to the will of the People and not the Party. Those who kept their promises were demonized by their own Party and the press. Those who buckled to the Party were rewarded as was Paul Ryan who, as a candidate promised to oppose any debt ceiling increase and then once elected, voted in favor of the increase and then justified his lies to all of America.

With wide-spread reports of voter fraud and intimidation, no outrage was reported in the media. With many reports of voter machine fixing by unbiased universities, these machines are still in use and being implemented in more districts. This will assure a vote outcome that will be determined by software control and not the actual votes of the People. The Esteemed Readers of this blog will recall several posts that described the fraud and the remedy.

If We the People are to make a difference in the restoration of America, it will have to b by those we choose to represent us. We can no longer allow party politics to divide us. We can no longer trust technology used in elections to reflect honesty and integrity. It is incumbent upon us all to verify that what we are told is in fact accurate and true.

Who's Can is Getting Kicked?

So the news is that the Senate will pass a “clean” Continuing Resolution and a raise in the debt ceiling (borrow more money we don't have to fund programs we don't need)  The House will cave in to the demands of the dictator in the White House and he will stop hurting us. Oh and have to do this again in January 2014 because they have another sequester mandate that will kick in. In other words, another debt crisis and political wrangling for our entertainment purposes only. The media pundits refer to this as kicking the can down the road. Whose can?

Once again the party politics in Washington proves that We the People need to really step up and clean houses: The House of Representatives (who don't represent us,) The House of the Senate, and the White House. Our government is infested with criminals and we need to clean up the mess they left behind.

In order to make this happen we need to reform the nomination and election procedures to assure honesty and integrity. In Protecting the Vote is detailed information on how to assure that the balloting is kept transparent and accurate. Speed is secondary to the accuracy of the People's choices.


The method of getting nominated and on the ballot varies by state and by county so you will have do the research if you really want to make changes in who represents you in your state and in DC.


Seems to me that the can getting kicked is the American People's and I guess it doesn't hurt enough yet before you'll get off your can and take action. Or does the welfare state outnumber patriotic Americans?

The final part of this article covers what happened and why it happened. After reading the entire article and the video documentaries, the Esteemed Readers should be able to easily identify the TERRORISTS who crafted and carried out this TREASONOUS act. These CRIMINALS must be arrested and held accountable for their actions. The greed for gold, oil, and drugs (god) has all but collapsed and destroyed our Nation.

Instead of hearing officials and authoritarians cry conspiracy (as if everyone else wears tinfoil hats and sees things that are not real), it is truly necessary to understand that 9/11 was a true Conspiracy in the criminal sense of the word. Many people conspired to kill Americans, frighten the public to accepting un-American measures (Patriot Act, Department of Homeland Security, NDAA, NDRP, and other measures) to foster fear and carry out an agenda to perpetuate war, steal the wealth of our Nation, destroy the principles upon which our Nation was founded, and to change the basic functioning of governance of our government by shifting the structure of the balance of power and authority to one branch of government while removing the system of checks and balances of operation and responsibility.

This final part also explains why the continued destabilization of the Middle East is necessary in the minds of these TERRORISTS. These despicable excuses for human beings as members of various groups (CFR, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg Group, Skull and Bones, Quill and Dagger, intelligence Agencies and covert branches of these agencies, Military Industrial Complex, and others) must be unmasked and made public and action taken against them or be exiled from our country.

It has become a criminal matter:  the American people must take action, considering the deliberate ineptitude and negligence of the ethically and morally bankrupt agents within our completely corrupt government, all three branches. The only peaceful method to force a change is to vote with a foreknowledge of the true background and character of those running for any position within our system of governance. Elections in which electronic tabulation in any form must NOT BE USED, because they are being rigged in one way or another at the Local, State, and Federal levels.

Voting Reform

There are three primary areas to consider when looking at how our vote is made to count. It was explained in detail how to insure the integrity of the vote in my post Protecting The Vote. But there are two more points to make clear.

The second is to have an informed electorate. The voters need not only know the name(s) of the candidates and their party affiliations, but more importantly, they must also know what the candidates stands for. What has the candidate accomplished in the past in private, public, and professional life?  Are they willing to vote for the simple majority of the people they represent instead of their own or party line issues or candidates?  If they won't cast the vote of the simple majority, it is high time to find someone who will and find someone else to represent the Voting citizens.

The third is you must increase the number of eligible voters so that at least a simple majority of the people are represented. If only twenty percent of the eligible voters actually vote, then the vote is representing the minority of the people who will be represented.

It should be made mandatory that all citizens, on reaching the age of eligibility, must vote in every election or they forfeit their citizenship until they vote again. They will then be required to prove their citizenship by a state certified copy of their birth certificate.  A Birth certificate and a valid photo identification, such as a driver’s license, will be required in order to vote. All required documents will be available to all US citizens at no cost. This could be accomplished by the states debiting the state tax board accounts or IRS accounts of voters. It ten would cost the voters nothing more than the time to fill out a form to receive their birth certificate in order to obtain, with appropriate testing, a driver's license.

The only way to take back the vote from the electronic machines that control the election is to start with changing state laws. The machine that controls the illusion of a two-party system has to be broken up into little pieces and scattered like ashes in the soil. In a nation as diverse as we are, we need many parties or coalitions to represent US Citizens.

We must be more tolerant of others while protecting the rights of all citizens and those who can be adversely affected by such differences in ideology. A culture that practices human sacrifice can certainly have an adverse affect on their coalition, but if all of their sacrifices are obtained from within their own ranks, surely they will soon discover that ending the practice will prevent their extinction.

Maybe if politicians were held to account to higher standards they too will face extinction if they cannot change their corrupt ways.
