By The People

There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

Awakening America!

The world is changing and many are left in panic. Fear dominates the progressive movement as more people are awakening and realizing that they can fair better without the shackles of government dependency.

The People of the many States are tasting true liberty, some for the first time, and others feeling a return to what made the united States of America an exceptional group of nation States, independent and yet united in common cause.

We are witnessing protests disguised as anger but in reality it is fear that motivates them. Many are motivated by greed and will gladly accept payment to be a disruptive force.  The Esteemed Readers and followers of this blog are well aware of the truly evil forces that are manipulating the public through all manners of corruption much of which remains unthinkable to a moral person.

Some may view the election of Donald J. Trump as a end in and of itself. I see it as an opportunity to save this nation and restore it to the representative republican form of self-governance that it was designed to be.

The attacks on our freedom are many and from as many different enemies of liberty and sovereignty. We the People now have a powerful tool at our disposal to truly Fix America in a President Trump. Our voices will be heard if we speak and take the proper actions.

Americans must take a bottom up approach to making things right. We all must run for local offices, City councils, county boards, school boards, and where possible, public utility boards. Take responsibility to invoke positive change while encouraging others to step up and run for public office.

Take back control of education for your children. You know what is best for your child so you need to bring that to the school boards. Involve yourselves in parent/teacher associations that can influence the local school boards.

Make changes in election laws and rules that take away the party control and return it to We the People as it was meant to be. End corporate donations, and political action funding. These groups have their own agendas and are usually not in our best interests at all.

The President is only one person, who, while may influence change and work with Congress to make change, it is still the duty of We the People to make sure that our government operates in our best interests and the any particular special interest group.

Busted! Joe Biden Admits To Undercover Reporter That Clinton Is Guilty But Will Never See Jail Time

For the enlightenment of the Esteemed Fix America Readers.

"Joe Biden, king of the gaffe, the man who told a group of people that terrorists would absolutely “test the mettle” of Barry Obama, has done it again. This time, it’s not so innocent.

A reporter for a small local publication in Woonsocket, Rhode Island is going to break the story later today that while Creepy Uncle Joe was massaging her shoulders, thinking she was the twenty-something-year-old daughter of a major Democrat donor, he admitted that Hillary Clinton is a criminal conspirator and should face jail time.

According to the source, Biden said:

“Sure she’s guilty. She’s a politician. We’re all guilty of something.”
After being pressed on the issue and asked if he knew she would be indicted, Biden responded:

“It doesn’t matter. Go ahead and indict her. She’ll still win and we’ll make sure she has a presidential pardon before she takes office.”
Once the encounter was over, Biden returned to the main function hall and gave a speech about how honest and wonderful Hillary Clinton is and what an honor it will be to serve on her cabinet if asked, though he may have to turn down the opportunity if “the nasty little woman goes to jail.”

The room got what was supposedly a joke, laughed and paid their $33,000 checks."

Making America Great Again

When immigrants came to America, they came with dreams for their futures. America was called the Land of Opportunity, and that is what brought them to these shores. Many came with only the clothes on their backs and a skill or trade that was going to make them a good living. They learned quickly to speak English and taught their children to speak it as well. They never saw it as discrimination, in fact they took pride in speaking like an American. They studied along with their children, the history of the nation and the teachings of its Founders. When they felt confident in their knowledge they took an examination for citizenship that required answers to questions pertaining to this nation's history and the contract between We the People and the united States in union. That contract is called the Constitution for the united States of America. That and no other constitution is the contract between the People and the governmental services company of which George Washington was elected as its President and CEO.

Greed of the European bankers and kings drove many to seek new lives in America. Up until about the mid-nineteenth century many people left the continent and sailed to America to live their dreams of freedom and prosperity.

Today in America we have people who come here for free stuff. They could care less about learning English, in fact they find it offensive to be 'forced' to learn English. They don't want to know about our nation's history, and many would like to change it.

And the greed of the bankers now operates here in America taking our wealth like they did in Europe.

Rather than digress into the causes, it would serve the highest good of all concerned to just point to a way to start to fix what is wrong and get America back to being the great nation that all others aspired to be or of which they were jealous. The long-term and short-term solutions I will opine upon.

People need to start running for local offices. city council, county commissioner, mayor, sheriff, school board member, etc. Not as a career, but to take action to fix the problems. You invoke positive change, empower others to step up and continue the work, and you will sleep well knowing you did your part for making America great again. Start fixing the election system by removing party control and return to free and open elections with no need for 'primary' elections. Regardless of how many candidates there may be, the one with the greatest number of votes wins.

Choose your candidates based on what you learn about then and not on what rumor mongers and mudslingers are saying.  Do the candidates seem forthright and honest or avoiding and distrustful? Do they demonstrate a skill or accomplishment or are you left wondering what did they ever accomplish that is commendable? Do your homework on the candidates who will most immediately impact your life whether its your mayor or the President.

This election is probably the most agonizing and important one that I can recall.  I'm sure that others will debate me on this issue but that debate will have to wait for another time. The focus here is what do we do when it seems obvious that our real choices are Clinton or Trump. I am aware of the other candidates, so don't think that Johnson and Stein were not part of the agony of choosing.

I visited Arkansas in May and had a very good chat with several people who know or know about the Clinton Clan. Evidently it is quite the family affair. I also lived in New Your City and I am familiar with Trump and his successes and failures, and the accusations and rumors. I do admire his business senses. I have yet to see proof of any serious wrongdoing.

So, if I had but one life preserver, and had to save either Hillary or Donald, whom should I save?

Choose Wisely!

How did we get to where we are today in the united States of America?  What did We the People do to deserve such a state of crisis on so many levels?

We grew complacent and allowed others to take responsibility for ourselves and our Fellow Americans. We trusted in those we elected to be of higher moral fiber than ourselves. I include myself, so it's not about pointing fingers. We as a people have been our own worst enemy.  We have allowed government and the corporations that control that government to dictate to us, what we may or may not do, what products or services to buy, what rights we may have the privilege of purchasing for a fee, what lands we may or may not own or even dwell upon.  But most of all, parents trusted a system to educate their children instead of assuming that parental right and responsibility themselves.  Fixing the educational system is a long term solution and not the First Aid care this nation requires to survive.

The past eight years have been a disaster for so many American families and the privately-owned major media ignores the facts and instead paints such a wonderful picture that will be marked in history as the end of the American Dream.

I look upon the choices that the criminal political corporations have offered to us and I can only shake my head and wonder how we ever allowed it to get this far. Then I remember the memes about how Hitler rose to power, and all of the dictators before and since. And I see the common thread.

We the People are the common thread that both built and destroyed empires throughout our recorded history.  We become complacent and trusting of those we elect to represent us, and they are not always the honorable men and women we expect them to be. Perhaps some self reflecting is required to see the truth.

It is not secret that Hillary Rodham Clinton is a criminal. The media can play it down all they want, but the truth is right out there for anyone interested to see for themselves. Facts and truth do not require they be reported by a 'major' news source. All that is required is good journalism and fact sources. In this case, plenty of emails that have been revealed and many of which that have been reviewed by the FBI and Congress. Like Obama, Clinton is the result of complacency on our part and a failure to have the moral character to demand the same from those we elected.

I am and have always been a fan of Ron Paul, and supported his bids for the presidency in 2008 and 2012. And I supported Rand Paul this year praying that he would reconsider the suspension of his campaign. He has chosen to represent the People of Kentucky and I respect his choice and support his re-election to the Senate.

I reviewed the 'minor' party candidates, but there is no Ross Perot among them. While I consider myself a lowercase 'l' libertarian, I cannot support the Libertarian Party choice for a presidential candidate. And then that old election time mantra played out across the media and social networks, about voting for the lesser of two evils.

I look at accomplishments and character in the person that I was to represent me and to protect my rights. I look to see what they stand for now and then, and check to see if they have changed any, and whether it is for the better or for the worse.

Now that I am an Oregonian, this election in particular I view as the most significant in my lifetime. For us to succeed as a sovereign nation of free States and People, we most choose wisely. We must replace as many incumbents with new representation as possible, but we must replace them with people who understand the Constitution and are willing to abide by it.

Like the choice for President, my top choice for Governor did not make the cut. So I looked at the other candidates and decided that Bud Pierce is the nest choice for Oregon.  I am also supporting Art Robinson for Congress, and Mark Callahan for US Senator representing the State of Oregon.

The most difficult choice for me was selecting a President. I read and watched, I listened and learned, and when it was time to decide, I chose Donald J. Trump. That was a difficult choice at first and then it became crystal clear to me.

Some have called Trump a bully and yet those who have worked for him say otherwise. Some call him disrespectful to women and minorities. Ask Jennifer Hudson about that, or ask Haitian Americans about his regards to minorities.

Some will point to the fact that Donald Trump's success was guaranteed with a million dollar seed from his father. Many wealthy fathers seeded their sons (and daughters) and may also have had to bail them out of debt because of failures in business or their personal lives.  Trump built an empire. Some will point out the few bankruptcies of Trump endeavors but will fail to mention the better than 95% success rate.

The most important factor to me and probably the one that convinces me that Trump is the smart choice is his absolute love of America and the free market capitalism that made his success possible. He is a capitalist and not a socialist. He is a nationalist and not a globalist.

So when you fill out your ballots or go to the polls this election day, put the emotions and party politics aside, and choose based on ethics and morals, and the future of this nation.

Americans Don't Need to Vote, or Dead People Will Vote For Americans

Reports of voting machine fraud are being reported in multiple voting districts in several states.Notably, Texas, which has early voting, has been having electronic machine votes switched from Trump to Clinton. The Polling officials have been instructed to use the phrase 'Calibration Error' to explain why the machines are incorrectly tallying votes. Experts far and wide are beginning to speak-up:  in digital machines, there is no such thing as 'Calibration' and it follows directly that there can be no 'Error':  the machines have been programmed to switch the vote. Then again all of this has been known since the Bush/Gore Election fiasco.

It is an established fact that after the machine is programmed and secured the machine can be reprogrammed both locally and remotely in several ways. Testimony before congress by various experts confirmed that this is possibly and after inspecting several of the different makes of machines the experts agreed the machines programming had been modified. When state and local officials in Florida looked into the reports it was decided to ask the general programming population if anyone could write such a program. It was determined when several amateur programmers came forward with demonstration programs, that rigging the machines was child's play. after all was said and done; testimony, different sample programs, demonstrations of rigging any vote in any direction or swinging it to any candidate, Congressional Testimony, State Testimony and Demonstrations, NOTHING WAS DONE. NOTHING WAS DONE!

According to a recent report by the Pew Center the American voter registration system is in dire need of an upgrade or changed to something that is not susceptible to rigging.

Approximately 24 million—one of every eight—voter registrations in the United States are no longer valid or are significantly inaccurate.

More than 1.8 million deceased individuals are listed as voters.

Approximately 2.75 million people have registrations in more than one state.

So severe is the problem of Election Fraud The United Nations has been petitioned. American citizens concerned about Democratic election fraud and voter suppression have launched a petition to the UN requesting emergency electoral monitoring and supervision for the remainder of the 2016 presidential election cycle.

A letter that will be delivered with the petition to the UN Electoral Assistance Division (EAD) says that the integrity of the electoral process in the US has been compromised in order to place an undemocratically chosen candidate in power, and points out the massive discrepancies between exit polls and official results – more than enough to have foreign elections declared fraudulent.

Upon receipt of the petition, the EAD will be legally obliged to acknowledge and investigate the allegations.  With lawsuits, university studies, hacked documents, and now the United Nations hounding Clinton, no wonder Bernie Sanders is quietly confident of winning the contested Democratic convention in Philadelphia.

The letter reads:

'We the people of the United States of America are officially requesting the United Nations to monitor our remaining 2016 presidential election. So far we have seen evidence of massive election fraud all across the country, which gives us reason to believe that the fraud will continue. Our president Barack Obama and the U.S. State Department have done nothing about the obvious rigging of our elections, which gives us reasonable suspicion that our government and the integrity of our electoral process has been compromised in order to place their chosen candidate in power against the will of the American people.

The U.S. State Dept. says that a discrepancy in exit polls of more than 2% indicates fraud, we have had discrepancies above that margin in at least 16 of the state primaries all the way up to a discrepancy of 23%. These discrepancies have only happened in one of our political parties and they have all been in favor of one candidate. On top of the exit poll discrepancies there has been reports of ballots cast in the names of deceased citizens, patients of mental hospitals, and elderly people with dementia. There has been reports of registration purging, switching of party affiliations, vote flipping, and massive voter suppression. Not to mention the millions of voters who have not been allowed to vote because they do not claim any party affiliation. Multiple major universities have calculated that in order to get our current results without election fraud, the odds would be 1 in 70 billion.

This level of election fraud is usually only done covertly and in 3rd world countries, now it’s being done openly and blatantly in the United States. Our democracy is being stolen and we very well maybe on the brink of a dictatorship, we can no longer trust our government and we need help from the outside. So we are respectively requesting the U.N. to step in and assess the integrity of our electoral process. We also request that you review the apparent fraud of our current results and ensure credibility and transparency moving forward. We feel that your help is imperative to avoid an inevitable major conflict in the U.S. due to corruption in our government.'

According to the UN Electoral Assistance Division, the premise of their work is Article 21 (3) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which says: “The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections.”

Is the will of the people forming the basis of the authority of government in the United States being enforced?  One hundred years ago people were hung by the neck for election fraud.

HILLARY IS RIGGING THE ELECTION!  Surprised?  You shouldn’t be. Hillary is tied to the one company that has the power to sway this entire election – Smartmatic owned by George Soros. Smartmatic manufactures the voting machines that will be used this November. Yes, George Soros, the Wanted Dead Or Alive billionaire  CROOK who is one of Hillary’s biggest donors. The VOTING MACHINES WILL BE USED IN THESE 16 CRUCIAL STATES:

Arizona
California
Colorado
District of Columbia
Florida
Illinois
Louisiana
Michigan
Missouri
New Jersey
Nevada
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Virginia
Washington
Wisc

RIGGING THIS ELECTION IS THE ONLY CHANCE SHE HAS!  How does Hillary expect to be President when the entire population refuses to believe she won the election honestly?

Democrats claim it is impossible to determine the full extent of voter fraud in the country. The liberal views voter fraud as if it's a mythical creature that has rare "sightings" every now and then. Election Fraud and Voter Fraud is pervasive:  everywhere.

As with so many other issues of dishonest activity by Government Officials, Election Fraud and Voter Fraud, despite the chest pounding and swearing of oaths, continues and nothing has been done. What are the penalties for committing voter fraud?  Falsely claiming to be a citizen on a voter registration form is a felony that violates three different federal statutes. Voting by a non-citizen under 18 U.S.C. §611 is a strict liability offense. In other words, it “does not require proof that the offender was aware that citizenship is a prerequisite to voting.” The punishment for violating 18 U.S.C. §611 involves a fine and prison time that is up to a year. The same is true for those who violate 18 U.S. Code § 594, which makes it a felony to engage in voter intimidation. Few, if any, are being prosecuted for the Felonies they commit.

America As It Should Be

The Esteemed Readers of this blog know that many of these individual issues have been addressed before in the many posts we have published since 2008. The following article by an ex-CIA spy and former US Marine, calls on Congress to take immediate actions.

Fix America calls on its Esteemed Readers to call and write their delegates in Congress and in their respective State assemblies to take action to bring the federal government back into compliance with its original and enumerated duties and responsibilities to the States and the People respectively.

"Related Ex-CIA Spy: A Global Open Source Revolution is About to Begin

Source - The Mind Unleashed

by Lance Schuttler, September 4th 2016

Robert David Steele is no stranger to telling things how they simply are. And just this past week, he has once again made several paradigm-shifting statements that is bound to get the attention of many throughout the world. In addition to calling for the end of the IRS, the Federal Reserve, the Department of Homeland Security and major reform and criminal investigations into the FDA and Center for Disease Control, he has called for Senator Rand Paul and Speaker Paul Ryan to introduce the Electoral Reform Act of 2016.

This act, if done in September of 2016, would demand that paper ballots would be used in all federal elections. Obviously then, this would be a curveball to the plans of the global elite who are backing Hillary Clinton and who many believe rigged the primaries and would like to rig the Presidential vote in November. Essentially, this would be a positive step forward for the world in that much truth would continue to leak out into public awareness.

Robert Steele, who is a former US Marine and CIA spy, trained officers in over 66 countries in open-source methods. Open source technology and information is a way to ensure transparency and truth on all levels and on any issue throughout our world. In his recent article Libertarians Now or Never, Robert Steele talked about these issues listed above, including the abolishing of the IRS, Federal Reserve and the enacting of the Electoral Reform Act of 2016:

Put most simply, a Libertarian believes that individuals, families, and communities should decide most if not all of the issues that arise from day to day and over time, not the federal government.

Libertarians have not reached the point I have, after a study of the Constitution and our history, which is this: we are the United STATES of America, therefore the federal government should be an administrative service to the STATES united, not an imperial power. If I were elected president, I would appoint a Governor-General and begin the process of terminating the illegal mandate that allows the federal government to tax individuals and organizations and to borrow money.

States should collect such revenue as they see fit from their citizens — I recommend a single Automated Payment Transaction (APT) Tax administered and collected by the states — and states should fund the federal government by agreed upon appropriations from each state.

In passing, I would cancel all Executive Orders and refer them to the Speaker of the House for legislative consideration. All federal regulations — including the newest forbidding the public from swimming with dolphins (I don’t make this crap up) — would be suspended.

The Center for Disease Control and the Federal Drug Administration would be suspended and investigated toward probable criminal indictments against all their “leaders” while the Department of Homeland Security, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Federal Reserve would be closed, plain and simple, with “soft landing” transition plans for all their employees. The Departments of Education and Energy, among others, would be subject to a zero-based review and at least cut in half if not eliminated entirely, subject always to Article 1 of the Constitution — it’s time we totally recast the government, to include harmonization of Congressional committee jurisdictions with the organization of the executive branch and vice versa.

Note 1: 10th Amendment plays here. The STATES are not exercising their power under the Constitution.Nullification and if necessary secession are vital parts of the Constitutional relationship between the STATES and the federal service that has become an imperial power owned by banks.

Note 2: As I said in my appearance in the Hollywood documentary, American Drug War: Last White Hope, marijuana is the seam between a public that thinks for itself and a government that lies for the banks and corporations that thrive on fencing the commons and making private behavior illegal so they can profit — make no mistake, the drug industry is about liquidity for the banks that launder the money, the criminal gangs are merely de facto agents of the banks. Cannabis in all its forms including oil cuts tumors in half or more and addresses cancer in a manner the government and the corporations actively cover up. The criminal insanity of a government that cares more about profits for the few at the expense of the many must be ended. The immediate legalization of marijuana (and hemp, which has many substantial industrial uses) is non-negotiable.
Robert sees this being the perfect time for such a conversation because it would then be no longer possible for the masses to ignore the rigged 2-party system that disenfranchises 70% of all eligible voters. It would force several truths to emerge that would be beneficial to all."

The Farce Continues: And You Bought It All!

With only weeks away from the Iowa Caucuses, it is obvious that the Democrats are ignoring the possibility that Hillary Rodham Clinton may face criminal charges along with several other members of her staff. That is at present, only the remotest of possibilities, because the Department of Justice is more focused on those who slander Islam than doing the right thing by pressing charges against real criminals. So far, it seems that Loretta Lynch is nothing more than Eric Holder in a dress.

On the other side of the illusion of a two-party political system, the Republican establishment is doing its very best to lose every aware and freethinking independent voter they will need to secure a White House win in 2016.

The Independent Voter Network has been pushing for wide open primary elections but the People are not listening. Instead they are hypnotized by a narcissistic megalomaniac billionaire, who beats his own chest claiming He will make America great again.

America is great, it has great People, who have great minds and desire to succeed in life. They want a good home for their families, the ability to labor and reap the rewards, to pray has they wish, and to help others when they can. What they lack is good representation in the corrupted system of government that has replaced the constitutional representative Republic and the system of self-governance, with a legislative democracy in which the People not only have no voice, but are enslaved to its power by force.

In 2008 when Barack Obama was hardly known and Hillary Clinton appeared to be the Democratic nominee, the Republicans had several candidates vying for the nomination. Among them was the Gentleman from Texas, Congressman Ron Paul. The GOP ignored him and his popularity among the younger and independent voters, and instead nominated former Vietnam POW (and alleged fraternizer with the enemy) Arizona Senator John McCain. Again in 2012 the GOP with the help of George Soros funding on the left, cheated Dr. Ron Paul out of the nomination and offered up Mitt Romney along with his lying running-mate, the freshman Congressman Paul Ryan, who was endorsed by the Tea Party on the promise of no more raise in the debt ceiling. He lied.

The privately-owned major media also colluded to make Ron Paul seem like an outcast, and succeeded by not even mentioning him the polls. Which brings us around again to what is happening currently.

Fox Business and Fox News both have made it abundantly clear that they do not like Rand Paul. In many of their online polls, Rand Paul's name is rarely included, instead the choice is 'Other.' In those polls however, 'Other' tops all the candidates, demonstrating that the 'Other' is none other than Senator Dr. Rand Paul of Kentucky.

By moving two candidates onto the main stage (both of whom poll behind Senator Rand Paul), by splitting the candidates into two tiers, is in itself, a public demonstration of the power the media has in controlling what the People think by what they are shown. Apparently, most Americans are swallowing the bait and are once again going to allow the parties and their media whores to control their choices.

The Great Debate?

Fox News will host a GOP candidate debate this Thursday, August 6, 2015. The hype is no less than that of a heavy weight boxing match on pay-per-view.

According to the spin, Donald Trump leads the field of contenders. Why? Is he that 'refreshing' that the public sees him as a serious Presidential hopeful? Allow me to elaborate why he cannot win.

In all of the polls it seems that most Republicans favor Trump over the rest of the field. Well the Republican voter will not decide the vote against the Democratic candidate. That was demonstrated in 2008 and again in 2012. It will be the Independent Voter who will decide the next President.

In the early part of the year, the talking heads were saying that the GOP nominee should be a governor, because a governor has 'executive' experience. Then it was military experience that was needed to combat the terrorism threat against Americans.

For me the choice comes down to one thing:  The Constitution. Freedom from government intervention in every aspect of my life. Adhering to the First Amendment and not forcing the will of government on religious beliefs. Obeying the Second Amendment instead of making excuses as to why the government must pass 'common sense' gun control laws. The latter is an oxymoron and only a moron uses that lame excuse to attempt to take rights of the People.

The (un) Affordable Care Act demonstrates how inept government involvement is. Most candidates want to 'fix' it, but that is not really possible. The real push is for complete control by the government. Donald Trump has been for 'universal health care' for decades, believes that abortion is about women's choice, and thinks that bully tactics against China will somehow fix the economic issues we face today.

Karl Rove (who should have been charged with high crimes and misdemeanors) said it best when he stated that this 'debate' is more like a campaign speech limited to about 8 minutes per candidate.

The panel of 'inquisitors' from Fox News will ask questions, some of which will be questions submitted by viewers. So far, none of the questions ask how they will accomplish anything, only what they will do if elected. Each will thump about Iran, immigration, abortion, blah, blah, blah.

The exceptions are the senators, Cruz, Paul, and Rubio. Each of them have voted for or against these issues, so we know where they stand. Each has demonstrated by their voting record where they stand.  In the blog post Last Stand:  Freedom or Serfdom I pointed out how only Rand Paul has voted along constitutional lines even when the majority succumbed to popular opinion.

There really isn't more than can be said. America stands to lose its sovereignty unless we elect a President who will follow the Constitution. Rand Paul does just that, always.

In Denial: The Wrong Message

The truths in the election results are not being told by the privately-owned major media. None of them are. There is a huge Republican Party victory by candidates of the conservative movement in many States, but here in Oregon it is progressive socialism still sailing on albeit on rough seas. Evidently there are more people in the metropolitan areas that want a government nanny instead of being responsible for themselves. The problem is they don't consider that those who are being responsible are being punished by the nanny-state politicians who are once again elected by the 'Gimmes'.

The results of the national mid-terms indicate that most Americans are fed up with what is happening in Washington, D.C., a District of Criminals. The total disregard for the sea of messages the People have sent is typical of the level of self-importance exhibited by the person occupying the White House.  While his own party is jumping Ship of State, he continues to believe his shipload of policies will sail on calm seas. And if they don't, like hardtack, he will shove them down the throats of Americans whether we like it or not.

First there is the fact that this turn in events will not go into effect until after the newly elected officials are sworn in next year. Obama has promised to take executive action if the current Congress won't give him what he wants. He has threatened so much and disregards the messages the election sent to Washington.

There are some places who either remained liberal or elected a few Democrats because of opposition to legislation the People wanted, but the Governor or Assembly refused to pass.

Pennsylvania's current Republican Governor lost as he had opposed a medical marijuana bill and promised to veto it. The Governor elect will sign it when it passes both State Houses.

Here in Oregon, the Republican challenger lost to the incumbent Democrat who also like the person who occasionally visits the Oval Office between golf and basketball games, and fundraising, Dr. Kitzhaber has also used his position for alleged personal and political gain, and for the profit of his mistress and political favors for his supporters. There are allegations of other improprieties however no investigations have been initiated or undertaken.  Just like the person occupying the White House has managed to avoid prosecution with an entourage of spin doctors deflecting the public's attention onto phony issues like the war on women. Even the race card didn't trump the natural cards:  Mia Love in Utah and Tim Scott in South Carolina. A woman and both African-American Republicans. I'll bet that has Debbie Wasserman-Schultz seething.

There were many victories that were based on the candidates constitutional doctrines. There were a few because of the opposition's view that was not aligned with the voters. But by and large, the message sent by the results is plain and simple:  STOP OBAMA!

The ACA is the VA Way!

The real cost of healthcare will not really hit until after the mid-term elections, and quite possibly not until the People are fooled once again into believing the Democrats will fix everything once they have another socialist in the White House and return the House to a socialist majority. Don't expect the Republicans to do any better.

The latest in a long list of scandals, the problems with the Veterans Administration is no surprise to millions of veterans and their families.
J.D. Gordon, a retired Navy Commander who served as a spokesman with the Pentagon in the Office of the Secretary of Defense from 2005-09 and a senior adviser to several Washington-based 'think tanks' reported on Fox News last week that Al Qaeda prisoners have better health care than America veterans.

According to the post at Fox News Opinion:

"Despite the fact that Al Qaeda terrorists carried out the Sept. 11 terror attacks, killing 3,000 people in America, the admitted co-conspirators and their roughly 150 fellow jihadists at Gitmo have approximately 100 doctors, nurses and health care personnel assigned to them.
Doctors and medical personnel are at their beck and call. Got a cold, a fever, a toothache, a tumor, chest or back pain, mental health issues, PTSD? No problem, come right on in. Military doctors are waiting to see you.

The VA and Gitmo eligible patient-to-health care provider ratios speak volumes.

While the Gitmo ratio is 1.5 to 1, for America’s 9 million veterans receiving VA health care and 267,930 VA employees, the ratio is 35 to 1.
"

I know from my own personal experience of the VA. My father was a disabled veteran of World War II and served in the Army Air Corps. His injuries would take over a decade to begin to manifest themselves, just as he was told by the excellent Army and Navy surgeons that treated him at Walter Reed Army Hospital. In 1958, he was admitted to the VA Hospital, in Philadelphia, where a decortication was performed to remove most of his left lung, which had calcified over the years and was pushing his heart toward the center of his chest.

His care at that time was excellent. But things did change over the years. After returning from a fishing trip, Dad collapsed and was taken by Emergency Medical Team transport to the local hospital and then transferred to VA for emergency surgery to remove his gall bladder. That incident happened in the early 1980's. I accompanied him on several visits for follow up care and noticed that things were getting sloppy. Missing physician's prescriptions for patient medications, and then a home delivery of medications via US Postal Service or United Parcel Service. But the waiting times are what I noticed had changed. Maybe it was due to an increase in the number of veterans requiring medical care, a decade or so after Vietnam.

Things got really bad by the 90's when my father was waiting for weeks to see a doctor. Several times the VA 'lost' his appointment request. Dad's passing took my focus off of VA since I was no longer dealing with them. But I do have friends today who have had similar experiences and say that it is getting worse not better.

According to a report issued by the Inspector General there were violations regarding human subjects used in research programs in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Executive Summary found the following:

"We substantiated the allegations of human subjects protection violations in the areas of informed consent and adverse event reporting. We found that researchers obtained Human Immunodeficiency Virus tests on subjects without their consent; could not provide informed consent documents for all subjects enrolled in the protocols; and did not appropriately obtain witness signatures for demented patients enrolled in research protocols. We further found that researchers did not report deaths occurring during the course of the protocol, although these deaths were most likely not related to the research."

Then we have reports from Albuquerque, New Mexico about more 'secret waiting lists' in an article at the Daily Beast:
"Add Albuquerque, New Mexico to the growing list of VA hospitals accused of keeping secret waiting lists to hide delays for veterans seeking medical care. And it may already be too late to get to the truth and find out what harm, if any, was done to veterans there—VA officials are already destroying records to cover their tracks, a whistle-blower inside the hospital tells The Daily Beast.

Last month, word broke that the Department of Veterans Affairs hospital in Phoenix kept a secret waiting list that allegedly led to dozens of preventable deaths. The VA’s inspector general was brought in to investigate the charges and hasn't yet found any deaths in Phoenix linked to wait times, but his investigation is ongoing. Since then five other facilities have come under fire, leading to calls for VA Secretary Eric Shinseki to step down. And now there’s Albuquerque’s. The evidence for this new secret list may be hard to track down, however.

“The ‘secret wait list’ for patient appointments is being either moved or was destroyed after what happened in Phoenix,” according to a doctor who works at the Albuquerque VA hospital and spoke exclusively with The Daily Beast. “Right now,” the doctor said, “there is an eight-month waiting list for patients to get ultrasounds of their hearts. Some patients have died before they got their studies. It is unknown why they died, some for cardiac reasons, some for other reasons.”"

Then we have another report out of Florida:

"Three mental health administrators at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville have been placed on administrative leave after U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs officials found a “secret” waiting list of more than 200 patients, a local union president said Thursday. …

News recently surfaced of alleged secret waiting lists and falsified records at VA hospitals around the country, including reports of allegations that some veterans on such a list at the Veterans Affairs Health Care system in Phoenix had died while waiting for appointments. Reports have said the secret waiting lists were meant to hide delays and could have been used so management executives could get bonuses related to shorter wait times.

Muriel Newman, union president for the local chapter of the American Federation of Government Employees, told The Sun that the VA administration had placed chief psychiatrist Dr. Rajiv Tandon, administrative officer Karen Chin and Peter Durand, the chief of the mental health service call line, on administrative leave after the discovery of the list at the Gainesville VA hospital.

Wisnieski confirmed those three employees have been placed on paid administrative leave while a review is conducted into the list and the circumstances surrounding it."

Based on all definitions, the Veterans Health Benefits Administration is a single-payer system. That is relevant when you consider that Obamacare is going to head in that direction after the next presidential election. The reasons are many but the bottom line is that no private insurance carriers will be capable of paying claims on the amounts of premiums that they can charge.

According to the Weekly Standard:

"Robert Laszewski—a prominent consultant to health insurance companies—recently wrote in a remarkably candid blog post that, while Obamacare is almost certain to cause insurance costs to skyrocket even higher than it already has, “insurers won’t be losing a lot of sleep over it.”  How can this be?  Because insurance companies won’t bear the cost of their own losses—at least not more than about a quarter of them.  The other three-quarters will be borne by American taxpayers.

For some reason, President Obama hasn't talked about this particular feature of his signature legislation.  Indeed, it’s bad enough that Obamacare is projected by the Congressional Budget Office to funnel $1,071,000,000,000.00 (that’s $1.071 trillion) over the next decade (2014 to 2023) from American taxpayers, through Washington, to health insurance companies.  It’s even worse that Obamacare is trying to coerce Americans into buying those same insurers’ product (although there are escape routes).  It’s almost unbelievable that it will also subsidize those same insurers’ losses."

However, it should be remembered that insurers subsidies terminate in 2016, placing the entire burden on the American Taxpayer.

The bureaucracy of the (not so) Affordable Care Act will eat up so much of the budget, there will be little to do except ration care and borrow more Federal Reserve Promissory Notes. Although the White House and both Houses of Congress will not suffer along with the rest of the nation, as they are the board members of the UNITED STATES INC. and their salaries and benefits are immune to the problems they caused  for all the other American People.

It has to be that way in a closed loop system with no fresh revenue coming in without higher premiums or subsidies. Subsidies in the form of Congress passing spending bills that will be financed by borrowing, which of course will have to be paid back. And where will those funds come from?

While the foregoing is terrible, the true purpose of the secret waiting lists was to remove patients from the active waiting list in order to reduce the number of patients waiting, in order to qualify for incentive bonuses, which increases the total amount paid by the American Taxpayer

My Response to Senator Merkley's Campaign Manager

I certainly must admit that these people have unmitigated gall! After removing my letter from his Facebook page and then removing my comment regarding the same, I published both Senator Merkley's email and my reply for the Esteemed Readers of the Fix America blog to peruse. But instead of addressing me, the non-representing Senator and his staff not only ignored me, but had the audacity to send me a solicitation for campaign contributions for his re-election!

Following is that solicitation email and my response. I am sure you agree with my position and encourage you to share these posts and write to your own elected representatives and see where they stand on issues of rights and constitutional legislation.

"Fred,

As Jeff Merkley's Campaign Manager, it’s my job to help re-elect one of the strongest progressive champions in the U.S. Senate.

How will I do that?  By building an impressive grassroots campaign that takes Senator Merkley’s progressive message to every community, every neighborhood, and every doorstep in Oregon.  To do that we need you, and supporters just like you, to join our campaign.

Grassroots support matters, and it’s a way to help the causes you care about. We aren’t just working to win an election.  We’re working to raise the minimum wage, stop corporate polluters, hold Wall Street accountable, take on the giant biochemical industry, fight for marriage equality, and restore the American Dream for middle-class families.

So join us.  We’ve set our biggest monthly goal so far – an aggressive $48,000 target.  There are just seven full days left in February, so chip in $7 right now and let’s make it happen!

When we all stand up, everyone from the Koch Brothers to the Tea Party Republicans take notice.  And make no mistake: they’re coming.  They’re making a list and Jeff Merkley’s on it.  As Karl Rove has said, “Oregon might be next.”

When the attacks come I want to make sure we’re ready.  $7 today makes you a part of this fight.

Join us!

Alex Youn
Campaign Manager
Merkley for Senate"

My reply:

Alex,

The first line says it all! "...one of the strongest progressive champions.." and that is the problem! We the People do not want strong progressives, we want strong statesman who will stand up to those who dare oppose the rights of the People and try to justify passing legislation that erode our rights.

As I posted on the Senator's Facebook page (which was removed along with my comments about that removal) and on my blog, I feel that all gun laws are unconstitutional, therefore we want our representatives to stand with us in fighting these blatant attempts to disarm the People, and not stand with those who want to take our arms and rights away.

I want you also to understand that I am not a member of a political party nor do I support them. As far as I am concerned, party candidates represent the party agenda and not the will of the People. Senator Merkley has on numerous occasions demonstrated his loyalty to his party and not his constituents by his voting record.

If you think the 'Tea Party' is coming to Oregon, I have a revelation for you:   We are already here!

I wish you good luck in convincing other Oregonians to back more socialist/progressive party politicians. I certainly will not be in your corner.

In liberty,

Fred Marsico

Final Countdown: Saving America With The Ballot

For too long now, Americans have assumed that whomever they elect for public office will protect their rights and represent their interests. What they fail to consider is that a political party has an agenda that is usually contrary to that of the People's.

Political parties are funded by special interest groups, political action committees (PACs), and by individual member dues and donations. The entire system is designed to produce power within the party and by consequence, eliminate independent candidates or third-party candidates from contending with the party's nominees. As a result, the representation of the People becomes incidental to the party platform, which of course is designed to benefit the party's largest donors.

In order that We the People are represented by our elected officials, we must be educated and informed in the duties of citizenship and self-governance. Just because we elect people to take responsibility in government does not negate the duty of the People to hold those we elect accountable for their actions, especially so when, those actions are contrary to the law and the will of the People.

The government says they want to fix the economy. The problems with the economy were created by government through mandates, laws, regulations, and taxes. Businesses were forced to close because they could not afford what government forced on them. Those that were able to, moved out of the United States to nations that offered better business environments. Result in America is loss of jobs and loss of tax revenue.

Government says it wants to fix education. It created the problem and now it wants us to trust that it can fix it with more money. It hasn't worked in over 100 years so what makes anyone think that it can be fixed by more money?

Government wants to fix health care and look at the mess they have created with that. What will it take before enough Americans realize that government is not the answer?

Every election, American voters go to the polls and vote for promises instead of reality. Neither party has improved the quality of life for Americans. Neither party has cut spending, in fact they have all increased it. And every day we hear and see more and more stories of corruption, fraud, intimidation, cover-ups, and lies. The very People we elected to protect us are in fact the very ones who are harming us in every aspect of our lives. And yet I still hear People speak of their Party as if it is all the fault of the other party.

In 2010, a change was made. People chose candidates who promised to represent the People and vote in Congress according to the will of the People and not the Party. Those who kept their promises were demonized by their own Party and the press. Those who buckled to the Party were rewarded as was Paul Ryan who, as a candidate promised to oppose any debt ceiling increase and then once elected, voted in favor of the increase and then justified his lies to all of America.

With wide-spread reports of voter fraud and intimidation, no outrage was reported in the media. With many reports of voter machine fixing by unbiased universities, these machines are still in use and being implemented in more districts. This will assure a vote outcome that will be determined by software control and not the actual votes of the People. The Esteemed Readers of this blog will recall several posts that described the fraud and the remedy.

If We the People are to make a difference in the restoration of America, it will have to b by those we choose to represent us. We can no longer allow party politics to divide us. We can no longer trust technology used in elections to reflect honesty and integrity. It is incumbent upon us all to verify that what we are told is in fact accurate and true.

What to do, what to do?
