What Tomorrow Will Bring: A Tirade: Rule by Force and Lies Part 3

The person illegally occupying the White House* has done everything humanly and inhumanly possible to divide the Nation in all ways while setting family members against one another (Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts paid by DHS to report their parents subversive (according to the DHS) activities) and neighbor against neighbor (spread the wealth mentality). The DHS-FEMA have made public their determination that U.S. Veterans and U.S. Troops returning from any of the various conflicts overseas are suspect of being subversives or real terrorists, and have alerted Police agencies and other forces throughout the country to be on the lookout for trouble from this sector of the population (it should be remembered that these are the same men and women that took the Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution from all enemies both FOREIGN and DOMESTIC and fought for their fellow countrymen). This is the same DHS-FEMA that had target practice posters of average looking men and women (including a pregnant woman) as the focus of target fire.

The agenda of indoctrination instead of education (the use of Hegelian Dialectic methods on elementary school students (the young developing minds of children have absolutely no chance of defending themselves from these kinds of persuasive techniques: most adults can not defend themselves, they realize something is wrong about what is said but they can't quite put their finger on it [unless they have actually studied the reasoning skills, formal logic, ethics, and the classical reasoning methods, which is precisely why these methods were adopted by Marxists] and the deliberate dumbing down of Americans) continues while the nutritional value of food is being chemically reduced in value (in order to weaken or prevent you from thinking well) and genetically modified without any official studies being undertaken to determine short term or long term effects to health. The 'Government' has been Geo-engineering the large portions of the Country and elsewhere by means of HAARP installations and aerosolizing and spraying of poisonous heavy metals and biological agents into the atmosphere (weather modification-chem trails) which are killing trees and animals (you) at ever increasing rates.

The person illegally occupying the White House* has continued to remove flag rank officers from the military that disagree with his political outlook, replacing them with people who espouse the same political outlook as he promotes, and the military is now openly asking new replacement troops if they would hesitate to shoot-to-kill any American citizens while keeping the majority of American troops occupied over seas in one illegal senseless war after another illegal senseless war, while foreign troops are being stationed in various parts of the United States for security reasons.

The machine guns and hand guns have been purchased and enough hollow point ammunition, declared illegal for use in war, to kill every man, woman, and child ten times over has been purchased and is being quietly distributed. The Department of Homeland Security is by-any-measure equipped to carry out the orders of the person illegally occupying the White House* as they drive around in armored vehicles which are impervious to .50 caliber and down.

The 'Government' and the people and organizations behind the 'Government' have destabilized more than half of the nations of the world bringing strife, death, and destruction to countless millions of people in the name of 'progress and democracy.' Never ending streams of; lies, persuasive deceitful propaganda, secrets, real conspiracies, cover-ups, treacherous untruthful and dishonest actions, unconstitutional laws and regulations, excuses, negligence, incompetence, corruption, treasonous acts, murder of innocents, poisoning the land upon which you walk, the air you breathe, the water you drink, and the food you eat, new and more costly taxes, ad nauseam ad infinitum, etc.

It should critically be remembered, like recalling how to make fire, that Americans had once before, at the least, become aware of the problems caused by Politicians (corrupt lawyers and other officials) and having had their fill of despicable and, to the Republic, destructive behavior passed an amendment to the U.S. Constitution which was properly ratified, recorded and printed, The Original Thirteenth Amendment, which was never repealed; but, never-the-less does not appear in the current constitution (more on this in a forthcoming article). Of course that is to be understood, the Corporate Constitution adopted in 1871 was changed to suite the corporate concerns, not the Republic.

In contrast, The Framers of the Constitution were critically aware of the abuses of control and power and to which forms they could assume. Because the King of England and his colonial forces (Governors, Magistrates, Tax Collectors, Soldiers, Provocateurs, and Spies) had exercised abuse after abuse over a long period of time (it should be remembered that people from the Continent and England had been arriving since 1492 and before. They were seeking refuge from the Church and abusive rule of Kings and despots. It was not simply abuses that just happened in the 1770s). They were adamant in there beliefs for self governance and held trust in themselves to accomplish the construction of a written instrument with the confidence that obtains from reason and evidence. There were no implied powers: there were only stated powers, only given with permission of the people. The Constitution is meant to be read and applied not to be interpreted or misapplied or not applied. All of this with direct regard and guidance obtained from Christian values and the Holy Bible.

There is one thing that separates the 'Government' and the people and organizations behind the 'Government', a minor number of people, and the small number of groups they form, apart from the majority, from the rest of mankind, (whether it is a learned behavior or some abnormality within them is of no real importance at this juncture): I can not stress enough that these people are mentally ill to the point that they will and have caused directly, or by their actions, other people to kill one another for their (the mentally ill) own benefit and they really do not care nor are they concerned with the price or cost (bodies or money) if it does not adversely affect them or their plans: they are murderers and killers of their fellow man. It actually does not matter whether their reasons for their actions are for money, power, control, empire, prestige, or any other thing (concrete or anidian). What does matter and stands in plain sight is their willingness to sacrifice others for their own benefit (throw someone under the bus either figuratively or literally): they are true sociopathic psychopathic personalities. They use words and phrases (for the sake of simplicity and expediency, I will refer to these as devices) to justify or rationalize their actions. Examples are, for the greater good, Forward, necessary and proper, the "Name someone or Something [and define it] Convention", Change, for the General Welfare, Progress, the "Name someone or Something [and define it] Doctrine", the ends justify the means, and many others.

What Tomorrow Will Bring: A Tirade: What Life Shall Orders Demand? Part 2

These are orders that will directly affect everything and will have a direct effect on all our lives, now and in the future. PLEASE READ IN ALL DIRECTIONS, and take a minute or two of your time to comprehend what you are reading!

Yes, there is a reason that the person occupying the White House* is determined to take all powers away from Congress. What is Soetoro/AKA Obama really trying to accomplish?  Remember what he told Russia's Putin: "I'll be more flexible after I'm re-elected." Think of what is meant by the subjects of some of the Executive Orders. The Executive Orders are all public information, please make the time to read them in order to be aware of the intent and prepare yourself for the actions that will be taken;
10990 - Allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports, 
10995 - Allows the government to seize and control the communication media,
10997 - Allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals, 
10998 - Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms, 
11000 - Allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision,
11001 - Allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions, 
11002 - Designates the registration of all persons. Postmaster General to operate a national registration, 
11003 - Allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including private and commercial aircraft, 
11004 - Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations, 
11005 - Allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities, 
11049 - Assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period, 
11051 - Specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis (please recall that the Department of Justice is an extension of the Executive Branch, and no other),
11310 - Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President,
11921 - Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months,

Executive Orders become law if unchallenged by the Congress 30 days after they are submitted. They must also be published in the Federal Register. The Listing of Executive orders in the Congressional Library runs in a numeric order starting with the first Executive orders passed until the most current. When the person illegally occupying the White House* took office his E.O. list started from #EO-13489.
Verify and read these "executive orders" for yourself and then read the NDRP and remember there are more than 900 more to read and think about, 'Moving Democracy Forward for Change? ' 
You've all heard the story of cooking the 'Frog in the Pot.'  Watch Soetoro/Obama's actions, not his words (he lies)!  By his actions he will show you where he wants America headed. Most Americans have absolutely no idea what is happening. The American people need to understand that Soetoro/Obama's executive orders represents a fundamental change in the United States of America, just as he promised.

The person illegally occupying the White House* has written Executive Orders abolishing the Constitution for the united States of America. The E.O.s have passed into law unquestioned and uncontested by the US. Congress. The U.S. Constitution has been replaced over time in a piecemeal fashion with the Patriot Act, NDAA, and the E.O. NDRP and other E.O.s, which forces the U.S. Congress and the Judiciary to disband. In addition to this intolerable situation, this person illegally occupying the White House* has proposed a new 2,300 page Constitution which is waiting in the side wings to be presented at the right moment. With the suspension of Habaes Corpus and the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, the promise of forced labor camps and re-education programs are just around the corner and have been established and are only waiting to be filled by the people (hard working slaves) that remain. How can anyone be astonished that DHS-TSA-FEMA considers and has been teaching that the Framers of the Constitution and the Founding Fathers should be called terrorists??

In too many respects, the person illegally occupying the White House* has demonstrated his complete lack of understanding of the "constitution for all 57 states" and feels that a new 2,300 page constitution needs to be moved forward in order for change to occur. What was at one time thought to be a simple slip of the tongue has shown itself for what it truly is... genuine ignorance and a heartfelt ambivalence, or more often disregard for the Constitution for the united States of America, the Unanimous Declaration of Independence and any supporting historical documents.  In contrast to his proposed constitution, in detail, The U.S. Constitution describes the parts of governance and their composition. This document also contains the manner in which the parts are allowed to interact. The U.S. Constitution also contains a Bill of Rights which applies to all U.S. Citizens. Amendments have been adopted, ratified (some illegally) and repealed (which may or may not have had worth) since its ratification. The U.S. Constitution was written in common English of the time and in a manner which was expected to be understood by every U.S. Citizen. This does not mean that all citizens could read but could understand what was being said when another read it out loud. 

It holds the foundation of ideas and concepts of self governance our nation of people represent. Many other documents of the time contain a much more detailed account and commentary of arguments, both for and against, the various ideas and concepts involved in the composition. The U.S Constitution remains the only single source document that defines the united States of America. All other documents of any nature are subordinate. To be sure, there are many other source documents which support its reasoned construction. The United States Declaration of Independence is another U.S. Sole source document, which itself has many other documents of the time and times previous with which it is supported. These support documents contain many ideas and ideals which were conceptually incorporated in the composition of this construct (written instrument, instrumentality).

The People of the United States are the primary governing body: not the System of Governance. The People delegate the day to day responsibility of governance to the Federal Republic (a plurality of Sovereign States:  not a monolithic entity) through representatives and this combination is bound together by and under the U.S Constitution. The process of selecting representatives is determined by casting individual votes. Every U.S. Citizen has the right and responsibility to uphold and defend the U.S Constitution against all enemies. If this single source document and the integral components are allowed to be violated in any way, its' worth is in question. If the U.S Constitution falls due to inattention to the maintenance of the concepts, the Nation falls and the American concept and actuality of a United States of America ceases to exist. It becomes something else that is defined by something else (a 2,300 page something else which is, I am sure, incomprehensible (like the 2,700 page PPACA which itself has grown and has been changed illegally since it was passed) with its now more than 40,000 (and increasing) supporting regulations and laws.

U.S. senators who represent your will, voted on the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. God forbid that the USA would ever cede any of its rights to the UN! In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. We came four votes away from the U.S. Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations.

The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:   

"To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."

The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammunition. Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power, depriving U.S. Citizens of thier right to own and bare arms and to allow for the creation of a U.N. armed police force and to come into this country to assist in the collection of weapons from us, you and me!

These Senators voted to allow armed U.N. Police Forces to come into our country and take OUR guns (weapons of defense). They need to lose their next election. We have been betrayed. 46 Senators Voted to Give our 2nd Amendment Constitutional Rights to the U.N.

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION ENTITLED TO ENJOY CERTAIN PRIVILEGES, EXEMPTIONS, AND IMMUNITIES
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words “except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act” and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

"Barack Obama has quietly ceded US sovereignty to the International Police Force and rendered due process under the Constitution irrelevant.

In 1983, President Ronald Reagan issued an Executive Order which gave permission to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) to operate within the boundaries of the United States. Reagan’s EO put INTERPOL under the same basic guidelines as the CIA, FBI, ATF and other Federal law enforcement agencies which now follow DHS directives.

Two weeks ago, without any announcement, debate, discussion or inquiry from journalists, President Obama issued an amendment to Executive Order 12425. The amendment removed part of Reagan’s order that kept INTERPOL from having full diplomatic immunity while operating within the United States.

In other words: Under Reagan and right up until two weeks ago, INTERPOL was authorized to operate within the USA but they did not have full diplomatic immunity and had to adhere to certain laws set forth for investigative agencies. Laws that prohibit authorities from violating our constitutionally protected rights.

A one-paragraph executive order may seem inconsequential to many, but this action has far reaching implications and threatens the sovereignty of America.

Reagan opened the door to allow Interpol to operate in partnership with the U.S. but with significant constitutional safeguards. Specifically, Interpol’s property and assets remained subject to search and seizure by American law enforcement, and its archived records remained subject to public scrutiny under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

Interpol had to answer to the FBI and U.S. courts under Reagan’s order. These safeguards were stripped away by Obama’s action the week before Christmas without debate or explanation. Obama picked the holiday season to make this radical change to minimize media coverage.

This order marks a significant change in federal policy and usurps the constitutional power of our government by yielding it to an international organization.

Michael van Der Galien writes,

“This foreign law enforcement organization can operate free of an important safeguard against government and abuse. Property and assets, including the organization’s records, cannot now be searched or seized. Their physical operational locations are now immune from U.S. legal and investigative authorities.”

Obama has given an international organization unsupervised freedom to investigate Americans on our own soil without recourse or the supervision of our own government.

Andy McCarthy writing for the National Review asks some very significant questions:

“Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?”

The U.S. Constitution clearly states that it is the supreme law of our land and allowing the International Criminal Courts (ICC) to supersede the U.S. Constitution violates America’s sovereignty.

Secondly, the War on Terror is unpopular with Europeans and the ICC may attempt to prosecute heroic American soldiers with trumped up war crimes. Obama is putting brave American men and women at grave risk.

In this new executive order is that Interpol’s operations center for the United States is housed in the Justice Department. Many of the agents might be Americans who will work under Interpol.

This order has potentially created the new civilian security force that Obama proposed during his campaign. This group of law enforcement officials is no longer subject to the restraints of the Constitution.

The order guarantees that Interpol officers have immunity from prosecution for crimes they may commit in the United States.

While Obama is extending due process rights to terrorists he is weakening those same rights for American citizens. If a citizen were to be prosecuted by Interpol their newly granted immunity would interfere with the discovery process. Since Interpol files are immune to disclosure, a citizen could be denied his right to see the information used to prosecute him or her.

Obama’s executive order has done more to weaken civil liberties than the horrid Patriot Act. The silence in the mainstream media on this issue should frighten all freedom loving Americans. Obama just signed away parts of our precious legal protections."

He did not meet Hawaii's election qualification requirements to run as a Presidential candidate. He does not meet U.S. Constitutional requirements to be President of the united States of America:  He cannot legally hold that office, therefore he can only occupy the office by threat of force. Our Government Has Been Busy

Before and during the coming economic collapse, a state of National Emergency will be declared by the person occupying the White House. This will be followed by the announcement of Martial Law. Considering the current events which are in direct alignment with documented plans for totalitarian one-world government, (white paper plans published by the Tri-Lateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, and Club of Rome), martial law will be imposed without official dissent of Congress, because upon declaration of National Emergency, Congress is dissolved. This takes place because of Executive orders that fall under the general heading or classification of 'Continuity of Government' that have been issued by various presidents since the presidency of Dwight D. Eisenhower. Martial law is military rule imposed by force upon civilian populations in a time of war or during a (supposed) “State of Emergency”.
The following conditions of rule can be expected to occur once the privately owned major media T.V. news anchors tell the people not to panic, but that a State of Emergency has been declared due to the collapse, and a (supposed) temporary state of martial law has been declared, which will be (supposedly) rescinded once the State of Emergency has passed. 

What the news people won’t tell you is that given the history of martial law, the suspension of such draconian methods for Totalitarian Rule are far more difficult to achieve than the original imposition. Another bit of information the privately owned major media has failed to inform the Citizens of the United States is the real amounts that have been spent since the (supposed) War on Terrorism began, approximately $130,000,000,000,000.00 [trillion dollars]. As far as the economic collapse is concerned, the total indebtedness of the United States is some where near $150,000,000,000,000,000.00 [quadrillion dollars]. An amount that can NOT BE REPAID:  the U.S. can not even afford the interest payments. THERE WILL BE NO RECOVERY UNDER THE CURRENT FISCAL SYSTEM.

Esteemed Fix America reader, ask yourself a simple question, why would a dictator or group of dictators (see the NDRP for the ten or so regions the U.S will be ruled under) ever voluntarily relinquish their dictatorial powers?  I have searched through the history of the world and found that force has been the only effective method for removal. Whenever the “Powers That Be” decide to impose martial law, the following items can be expected:





1. CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ARE ENDED - Under martial law, the U.S. Constitution is suspended and the citizens immediately lose all the protections, safeguards, and human rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Citizens also lose all rights and privileges guaranteed under The Bill of Rights. The Dissolution of the Constitution is replaced by a combination of F.E.M.A. Powers, Department of Homeland Security Powers, NDAA Laws, and NDRP Provisions.

2. CURFEW ENFORCEMENT - Anyone caught outside after curfew can be shot dead. There are no exceptions for personal emergencies unless of course, these people have some sort of official written permission or are in possession of other material which gives them a “Get Out Of Jail Free” card.

3. WRIT OF HABEUS CORPUS SUSPENDED - This means that soldiers (think DHS, TSA, U.S. ARMED FORCES) can enter your house, or arrest you on the street without warrants for any reason stated, and can direct you to F.E.M.A. Camps for processing without explanation or access to legal counsel. They can hold you there for months, even years, since there are no time limits imposed on how long you can be imprisoned.

4. PERSONAL FIREARMS WILL BE SEIZED-  Armed Forces can enter your home and force you to surrender any weapons you have, without regard to your constitutional right or need to bear arms for your self-defense. If you refuse, you can be shot dead in your living room for resisting or non-compliance, and all your possessions seized. If you’re lucky, you might just get Tasered, or butt-ended with an M-16 or AK-47, to eventually wake up in a Federal Emergency Management Agency (F.E.M.A.) Detention Center with an Identification Number which you will go by as a “name” instead of your old name, the one on your birth certificate.

5. PERSONAL PROPERTY CAN BE SEIZED - This means that under the excuse of “requisitioning”, Armed Forces can remove you from your home by force, and seize both your home, and its contents, as well as any vehicles, or other items you have on your grounds. They also can claim the actual real estate of the acreage as well. If you refuse or resist in some way well….I guess you can fill in the blanks or use your imagination.

The following list of Executive Orders covers all the above and more and have already been made law by current and past U.S. presidents. They become effective immediately upon declaration of a national State of Emergency or Martial Law:

Executive Order 10995: 

All communications media will be taken over by federal authority: radio, television, websites, newspapers, even CB and Ham radio systems. Freedom of expression, otherwise known as the First Amendment will be canceled. 

Executive Order 10997: 

All fossil fuels, related substances as well as all electrical power, both corporate as well as privately owned devices and generators will be seized by the federal government.

Executive Order 10998: 

All food, means to produce such food and related products and machinery, warehouses and collectives which obviously include corporate and private farms will be seized by the government. You will not be allowed to hoard food since this is regulated. If you are caught hoarding food, you can be shot dead, or perhaps you will be lucky enough to be Tasered, and sent to a F.E.M.A. camp and be immediately classified as a “domestic terrorist”, otherwise known as an “Enemy of the State”.

Executive Order 10999: 

All modes of transportation will be placed under complete government control. Any vehicle can be seized.

Executive Order 11000: 

All civilians will be drafted into forced labor without compensation which the T.V.. anchors will euphemistically call “volunteer labor” at a variety of designated work places under federal supervision. Watch old film reels of the slave labor at Nazi prison camps, or if you prefer, go watch Cool Hand Luke, to get the more modern updated “American flavor” of what it’s like to be part of a slave labor chain gang. Please remember, you must always remember, that if you go against the Boss, you will be accused of “A Failure To Communicate, Cooperate, Follow Directions, etc.” followed by punishment or death.

Executive Order 11490: 

Absolute dictatorial “presidential” control will be exercised over all US citizens, business as well as church institutions during a State of Emergency where martial law is declared necessary.

Executive Order 12919: 

At the direction of the president, allows various Cabinet officials to take over all aspects of the US economy during a State of National Emergency.

Executive Order 13010: 

This Executive Order allows F.E.M.A. to take control over all other government agencies.

Executive Order 12656: 

“ASSIGNMENT OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS RESPONSIBILITIES -

This order allows for the declaration of a State of Emergency during natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergencies that seriously threaten the national security of the United States. This order allows for total, unquestioned federal takeover of all local police enforcement agencies, as well as local price fixing and wages. It also forbids reassignment of personal financial assets within or outside of the United States.

The plans were written under President Ronald Reagan and are public information. Look up REX 84, (a readiness exercise?  for what eventuality) and depending on how well you look, you will find its Sub-operations; Operation Power Geyser (think Executive Order), Operation Cable Splicer (think federalization of all policing agencies and federalization of all civil administration), Operation Chaos (think of all the things our government has done to wreck the economy, poison the air, land, and water) Operation Granite Shadow (think NORTHCOM), Operation Night Train (think 1,000 + boxcars with shackles reportedly stored in the Northwest), Operation Garden Plot (think burial tubs and giant ovens next to railroad spurs), and related operations (think Operation Paperclip, Operation Mockingbird, Operation Artichoke, Operation MKDELTA, Operation MKULTRA, Operation MKBluebird, Operation MKMonarch, Operation MKNAOMI and other Operations or Projects (think U.S. Army's Project X, Project Chatter, Transhumans, the list is endless and its all public information.

Most people just hope to be able to pay their bills and get by, and enjoy what little time they have left. They do not want to read all this information. They do not want to be informed before they cast their vote. They do not want to think. They want to vote the way they were trained, Democrat or Republican, and it has gotten us where? These transition operations have been or already are being achieved as you read by Executive Orders which bypassed the U.S. Congress.

The police state is almost in place, the surveillance systems are being installed everywhere. DHS has purchased enough hollow point close-quarters ammunition to kill every American 10 times over, has purchased more than 2,700 Armored vehicles that are bullet proof from .50 cal. down, has purchased 7,000 full auto M 16, purchased 30,000 modern guillotines reportedly Stored at Fort Lewis, has purchased 1,000,000 + plastic burial tubs which can hold three bodies, and more interesting purchases. The Department of Homeland Security has hired and is still hiring guards for FEMA Camps and they carry machine-guns..

NDAA-National Defense Authorization Act- 

The most controversial provisions to receive wide attention were contained in Title X, Subtitle D, entitled "Counter-Terrorism." In particular, sub-sections 1021 and 1022, which deal with detention of persons the government suspects of involvement in what the government defines as being "terrorism". The controversy was to their legal meaning and potential implications for abuse of Presidential authority. Although the White House and Senate sponsors maintain that the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) already grants presidential authority for indefinite detention, the Act states that Congress "affirms" this authority and makes specific provisions as to the exercise of that authority. The detention provisions of the Act have received critical attention by, among others, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, and some media sources which are concerned about the scope of the President's authority, including contentions that those whom they claim may be held indefinitely without charge or trial could include U.S. citizens arrested on American soil, including arrests by members of the Armed Forces.The bill passed the House 283 to 136 and signed by Barack Obama on New Years Eve 2011, while the rest of us were distracted celebrating the New Year festivities.

NDRP-National Defense Resources Preparedness- Executive Order

The NDRP exploits the “authority” granted to the President in the Defense Production Act of 1950 in order to assert that virtually every means of human survival is now available for confiscation and control by the President via his and his Secretaries’ whim. It basically says that the Government can take what it wants from anyone by any means if it is necessary for national security. Please guess just who defines 'necessary for national security'.
