According to the source, Biden said: “Sure she’s guilty. She’s a politician. We’re all guilty of something.” After being pressed on the issue and asked if he knew she would be indicted, Biden responded: “It doesn’t matter. Go ahead and indict her. She’ll still win and we’ll make sure she has a presidential pardon before she takes office.” Once the encounter was over, Biden returned to the main function hall and gave a speech about how honest and wonderful Hillary Clinton is and what an honor it will be to serve on her cabinet if asked, though he may have to turn down the opportunity if “the nasty little woman goes to jail.” The room got what was supposedly a joke, laughed and paid their $33,000 checks." It all makes sense now as to why we have failed to take out ISIS by conducting airstrikes that would blow terrorist organizations into oblivion. Americans have always know we could do it, but we never knew why it didn’t have. Now we know…
Simply put, Obama would not allow our military to perform airstrikes. We were ready. Targets in sight, ready to stop the worst terror the world has even known, but Obama waived off the strikes 75% of the time.
U.S. military pilots who have returned from the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq are confirming that they were blocked from dropping 75 percent of their ordnance on terror targets because they could not get clearance to launch a strike, according to a leading member of Congress.
Strikes against the Islamic State (also known as ISIS or ISIL) targets are often blocked due to an Obama administration policy to prevent civilian deaths and collateral damage, according to Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.), chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
The policy is being blamed for allowing Islamic State militants to gain strength across Iraq and continue waging terrorist strikes throughout the region and beyond, according to Royce and former military leaders who spoke Wednesday about flaws in the U.S. campaign to combat the Islamic State.
“You went 12 full months while ISIS was on the march without the U.S. using that air power and now as the pilots come back to talk to us they say three-quarters of our ordnance we can’t drop, we can’t get clearance even when we have a clear target in front of us,” Royce said. “I don’t understand this strategy at all because this is what has allowed ISIS the advantage and ability to recruit.”
When asked to address Royce’s statement, a Pentagon official defended the Obama administration’s policy and said that the military is furiously working to prevent civilian casualties.
“The bottom line is that we will not stoop to the level of our enemy and put civilians more in harm’s way than absolutely necessary,” the official told the Washington Free Beacon, explaining that the military often conducts flights “and don’t strike anything.”
So there you have it. The reason ISIS is as strong as it is today is because of Obama. He would not allow our military to do their jobs and now we have ISIS terrorists running all over the globe killing people on a daily basis.

Americans are due for a horrendous awakening. It will blind side them like a thug in a dark alley throwing a sucker punch: and Americans will not be able to get back on their feet for round two. Round two will be the use of force, overwhelming force, and the use of the unlawful legal system (and everything it represents) to finish the American Way of Life (best represented by the time period spanning seventeen-seventy-six to the eighteen fifties). The Esteemed Readers might wonder what is meant by the foregoing statements. Slowly, step by step, all of the limitations on the Federal Government (as delineated by the Amendments to the constitution for the united States of America, the Bill of Rights) have been either directly or indirectly abrogated and the original fully ratified Thirteenth Amendment replaced by an unlawful different 13th Amendment (1864, 1865). This has been accomplished by well understood methods since the time of the 1850s. The original system of Common Law in the United States has been replaced by the legal system (USC, UCC, etc. which only has jurisdiction in the ten square miles of the District of Columbia) and this is falling away to a mixture of Admiralty Law, Roman Civil Law, International Law and Islamic Sharia Law. All of this unlawful activity is supported by an unlawful corporate Government. The following video explains some of the methods used by the people who run this country.
Many of Fix America's Esteemed Readers may only dimly remember the anomalous situations involved in the Ruby Ridge Massacre; or the anomalous situations involved in The Branch Davidian Massacre; or the anomalous situations involved in the Oklahoma City Bombing, or the anomalous situations involved in The World Trade Center Attack, or the anomalous situations involved in the Attack on the Pentagon, or the anomalous situations involved in the Sandy Hook Massacre, or the anomalous situations involved in The Boston Marathon Bombing, and other questionable events. The Ruby Ridge Massacre and The Branch Davidian Massacre were, for no apparent reason, both out and out murder. When The FBI released the final report regarding the New Town Massacre, the official finding revealed no people were killed, murdered, or wounded. In other incidents people supposedly killed at earlier events were photographed at later events. People with arms or legs blown off in one event were mysteriously photographed earlier in life with the same missing limbs. This is not to say or imply that people were not killed: they were. Many people were investigating High Government Officials and their involvement in illegal financial transactions involving hundreds of Billions of dollars at the World Trade Center Attack, The collapse of Building 7, and The Attack on The Pentagon: they all died and most of the records were destroyed. Many of the preceding and following events were False Flag Operations and Psychological Operations that were and are being carried out against the American People. Other questionable events that at best were based on poor or bad judgement like; Operation Fast and Furious, the 911 Benghazi Attack, Osama Bin Laden execution and the death of Seal team Six, the Arming of various Foreign Rebels (Al Qaeda, Al Nusra), and providing fighting transportation for ISIS are more examples of actions that have caused the death of Americans and in some cases will continue to cause Americans their Lives.
All of these events have been carried out by extremists who have murdered or killed countless thousands and care not at all about the American People, their inalienable rights, or their Rights under the Original Constitution. The Federal Government has already converted Americans' enumerated inalienable rights under the original Constitution of thirteen Amendments into Civil Rights, a privilege, of US Citizens under the Corporate Constitution of twenty-seven Amendments. Since the takeover of our Nation, all of the enumerated rights have been violated or abrogated. The intention of those in charge is to destroy America and everything it represents, and replace it with a subservient Empire based on the fraud of the Democracy being forced on other countries and a central banking system based on fiat currency. They intend to end any authority the Sovereign States may possess and the Sovereignty of the American People replacing everything with ten regions governed by appointees answerable only to the ruler of the nation, a Tyrant. The now completed (?) Operation Jade Helm had several sub-operations. One of the major objectives was to carry out the exercise of rounding up people who speak out against various policies, acts, resolutions, laws, regulations, and a host of administrative public policies, but most of all anyone speaking out against the leaders of the bloated and corrupt Corporate Federal Government and pack them into rail cars heading for FEMA relocation Centers. Or could it be possible that the intent of Operation Jade Helm was to move everything into position for some future use or event? The person occupying the White House promised so many things: prosperity, transparency, and dozens of other wonderful sounding things of progress and change. Instead of those things the Fraud Soetoro/Obama illegally authored more than two hundred Executive Orders, most notably Executive Order 13603. Under that EO No American owns anything: there are no exceptions, the government owns everything; cars, houses, land, food, animals, the clothes on your back, and you, who will be relocated to work without pay in labor camps. And the NDRP government isn't any form of government you will recognize. Read the NDRP. Please do not believe me: do your own homework dig as deep as you can and find the truth for yourself. After all is said and done, just who are revealed to be the extremists, the turncoats, the traitors to America? Americans? How can that be possible? Clothesline, as well as other sources, we learned that the Obama administration is allowing the Sharia Law compliant United Nations to start establishing a presence in American cities with a Global Police Force, ostensibly to fight extremism, called the Strong Cities Network.
First of all, our cites already have police forces. Also, the American people are very well armed. American civilians have more arms than the rest of the world combined. There is nothing that the U.N. has to offer us that we don’t already do better. The level of unconstitutionality this reaches is beyond belief. The Constitution does not enumerate any authority to the federal government to police Americans, let alone bring in foreign militaries to do it. It doesn’t matter what false premise the Obama Administration uses to justify it. There is no justification that passes Constitutional muster.
Even if policing were not the plan for the U.N. Global Police Force, allowing any foreign military presence to base itself on American soil would require a treaty. The U.N. does not hold any authority over the United States of America on our soil.
According to Article 6, The Constitution and any treaties made under the authority of the United States are the highest law in the land. The only way this could pass a constitutional smell test would be for a treaty to be made with other nations, agreeing to this police force. But we know there is no such treaty, because Obama doesn’t make treaties, he makes unconstitutional DEALS, aka Executive Agreements, as he did with the Iran Nuke Deal. Making a treaty requires 2/3 of the Senate to Consent. Article 2, Section 2, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution, while describing the powers enumerated to the President says, “He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur.” When did 2/3 of the Senate concur with quartering foreign soldiers on American soil?
This is treason. This president has gone so far rogue that any other man in his position would have been impeached long ago. Everyone in Congress is either afraid to do anything about it, quite simply because they don’t want to be part of taking down the first black president, or they are complicit and traitors themselves. I urge everyone to contact your congressmen, both your representatives in the House and your two Senators and demand this be stopped! This cannot happen! We can’t just roll over and allow our country to be invaded by a foreign army while our treasonous President Obama and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, laugh about it. Nothing that this administration has done so far, no matter how vile, evil, treacherous, or treasonous should scare you more than this. The Iran Nuke Deal was chump change compared to this, but it set the unconstitutional precedent for Executive Agreements to take the place of treaties, so that this could happen. Call your Congressmen! Write to your Congressmen. Do the same with your governors, state legislators, mayors, sheriffs and police chiefs. Contact everyone. Make them all aware and put a stop to this. America is under attack and there are no defenses being provided by our government. In fact, the government is bringing the invasion to us by training and arming foreigners. Reports from anonymous Border Patrol agents indicate that among those who are invading our nation, are Islamic Jihadists who are being trained by DHS as 'soldiers' in case of 'civil unrest' in US cities. And this just in: The ISIS terrorists found chemical weapons belonging to the Iraqi Army and manufactured no doubt in the United States. The very same weapons that for years, the Democrats in Washington have denied existed.
The border with Mexico is now controlled by the Mexican drug lords, while U.S. Border Patrol Agents have been reassigned to babysitting and nursemaid duties. And instead of doing their constitutional duty to call up the citizen soldiers to defend their states, the Governors of Arizona and Texas are doing nothing. Calls are going out for militia support by the communities being threatened, and some unconfirmed reports of American casualties have been coming forth as well.
Congress has not protected the People who elected them and instead are looking at how to help Afghanistan and Iraq. Directly negotiating with terrorists and exchanging five high-ranking Taliban 'generals' for one deserter and possible enemy collaborator, arming terrorists with American weapons to overthrow the governments of Egypt. Libya, and now Iraq, while training illegal immigrants on US soil to fight us. And now bringing back a Libyan national who claims no direct responsibility for the American live lost nor any remorse, to the States for criminal prosecution instead of being tried as an enemy combatant in a military court. He is a terrorist just like the ones exchanged for the deserter Bowe Bergdahl. Impeachment was the answer for merely breaking the law, but Congress has not acted. Indictments need to be served to many members of this criminal regime yet Congress does nothing. I cannot understand why the Republican led House of Representatives has not acted on Articles of Impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors. I have heard an excuse making the rounds claiming that it is an exercise in futility so long as Harry Reid and the Democrats control the Senate. That is not a valid reason to not live up to your oaths of office and do the right thing under the Constitution. Unless you have broken that oath and no longer represent We the People.
As was emphatically stated in the Declaration of Independence two hundred and thirty eight years ago, "Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." It seems irrefutable that our government no longer represents the will of the People and definitely is operating without the consent of the governed who are We the People. Because of the immediate danger of this unabated invasion, we must act now to secure the border ourselves and deal with restoring the constitutional republic once we can save our lands from invasion. What a difference a day makes! Is it really possible that a CIA station chief in Afghanistan was purposefully outed because he knew something about Bergdahl that the Regime in the White House wanted to keep quiet?
Obama seems to want to deflect the issue but even his staunchest supporters are beginning to question this latest move. There are stories coming forward now that paint a different picture of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl and why he was released by exchanging five Gitmo prisoners to do so.
What about Diane Feinstein coming out and saying that Obama broke the law? Which one(s)? did he break, because we need to start a list! We could start with Benghazi, but that would not do justice to this latest act that does appear to border on treason against the United States of America, and places any American in a foreign nation in grave danger. Making a deal with terrorists is not a prisoner exchange: armies take prisoners, terrorists take hostages. If Bergdahl was not there willingly and learning the ways of Islamic Jihad, the exchange of five dangerous top terrorist commanders for a non-commissioned soldier is in itself a great travesty. But after seeing and hearing his father, speaking in fluent Arabic and not only praising Allah, but wishing vengeance for the children of Afghanistan and Pakistan gives much credibility to the rumors of collaboration with the enemy charges being brought against him. Fourteen American soldiers lost their lives searching for Bergdahl. The amount of assets that were assigned to find him is indicative of something more than mere desertion. Adding the fact that when Obama went to Afghanistan last week, a story broke about the name of a CIA station chief working in Afghanistan was 'leaked' to the press. For a White House who keeps so many secrets it does not seem plausible to believe that this was anything less than a deliberate attempt to keep something else quiet. The timing of Sgt. Bergdahl's release for known criminal terrorists with the CIA station chief outing is difficult to separate. Is it stupidity or audacity on the part of this White House? Or is it even more sinister than we dare imagine? Collaboration with the enemy is a treasonous offense, much more serious than dereliction of duty or desertion. The most serious offense would be the White House knowingly 'rescuing' a man who they knew may be working with the enemy, covering up the fact in order to make the exchange of terrorist prisoners for his (Bowe Bergdahl's) release. That would suggest the President must be impeached for high crimes as misdemeanors, as even if he claims no knowledge of any criminal activities by those surrounding him, it is his responsibility, his duty, to uphold the laws. As Senator Feinstein stated, he broke the law, and it's just a matter of the House passing an impeachment resolution and the Senate convening the hearing.
