A Belated Fourth of July, or The Fix Is In, Or A Country Without Laws

It is now an official fact that high Government Officials can; run guns over borders, run Guns to ISIS, Syrian Rebels, and ISIL, order billions of dollars of current military war vehicles abandoned to be taken over by the Enemies of America and used against American Forces, allow crossings of American Borders without intervention of any kind, break security regulations put in place to protect America, allow witnesses due to testify against high Government Officials to be accidentally killed, murdered, or commit suicide, allow no investigation of the death of a Supreme Court Justice (a known ideological opponent of the person occupying the White House) found suffocated with a pillow over his face, sacrifice hundreds of thousand of young Americans in unlawful foreign conflicts, spend multi-trillions of dollars to further undeclared or unknown agendas without any oversight, breach all parts of the contract (Constitution)  which legitimizes the existence of that private for profit incorporated Government, gerrymander voting districts to disadvantage opposing political parties, rig election outcomes, take weeks, months, or never fully tally the votes of the people, and apply one set of  rules with little accountability and no penalties to high government  officials - while another unlawful set of Public Policy statutes, regulations, and rules are applied to the people with one hundred percent accountability excessive penny-pinching fines, fees, and penalties are levied, take over the Afghanistan opium poppy fields to become the largest dealers in the world,  etc., etc,. etc., do whatever they want without the consent of anyone with no fear of reprisal, except the World Bank-The IMF-The UN-The Crown-The New World Order (to whom they have unlawfully sold everything). 

While people worry over and comment on what is or might be said on any of the social networks, more and more often, local governments are infiltrated, subverted, and taken over and then put to work to benefit the people running it and the cost is handed to the American people. The current group of Socialist-Liberal New World Order fanatics and followers scream for change and progress, redistribution and equality, 

Say anything, promise anything, just get into National Office and two years later they are worth more than a quarter of a million dollars, more when you add the benefits. The prime example of this activity is the person occupying the White House. He went from student status (broke) to 'Do Nothing' Senator to the White House, and has now amassed a gross worth of fifteen to twenty million dollars, a lifetime income, and real medical care for life, not to mention the benefits and perks. One need look no further than the bank accounts of the majority of these people to realize who and what they really are.

The complete failure of Departments, Bureaus, and Agencies of the government to faithfully carry out the mandated functions, ethically and morally, as stipulated by the contract (Constitution) under which they operate has become the norm. Oversight or self regulation upon ethical lines has become thin to nonexistent. Excellent examples exist everywhere:  the most recent is the FBI's director to differ recommendation for indictment of Hillary Rodham Clinton to Loretta Lynch. 

While brain dead Americans bankrupt buying football tickets and drool over Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Beyonce' and a host of other no talent wannabes, the State of Affairs our forefathers gave their lives to protect is in shambles and all but gone. The Esteemed Readers should know the American Nation on the Fourth of July, 2016 could not be in any worse condition.

Some People Think Everything Is Political, or Some People Think It's All Just A Game, or Tell That to Those That Gave It All

Since there was no armed take over, no stand off, no shoot out, no threat made to anyone, by the Hammonds or the Bundy's or anyone else involved with the Malheur Refuge Incident. The more one reads the official reports and commentary made by various officials and participants the more things seem terribly wrong and incorrect. Murder, deceit, lies, false statements, missing evidence, collusion, negligence in office, failure to uphold oath of office, corruption, conflict of interest, Government kick-back, at the local, state, and national levels and more, much more are being reported everyday. Very little by the Government controlled Privately Owned Major Media.

Americans are constantly held captive by distractions and misdirection (Television, Team Sports, Non-existent threats, success, and who won, just to name a few), and it is they who will suffer for their inattention to what is now happening all around them. while Americans are dreaming of sugar plums and creamy tarts, those with no heart and hob-nailed boots are carrying out the plans for complete domination.

The Esteemed Readers, who read of Mr. Finicum's tragic demise or watched the moment by moment events unfold in the drone video recording or the cell phone recording of the events unfolding inside the truck Mr. Finicum was driving, might be wondering what is the force driving the Megalomaniacal Insanity cloying at Americans; their property, their Rights, their minds, and their lives?  Many articles of information regarding the how; when, where, why, and who have been published on the Fix America internet site.

With the failure of the League of Nations to ensnare America a new enterprise was immediately begun, The United Nations. Established in 1945 by 51 countries, the stated purpose of the United Nations was, "to preserve peace through international cooperation." That being said, then why is the UN meddling in the domestic affairs of sovereign Nations?  This exercise did not rely on gaining American acceptance, it simply controlled the National financial and monetary system and then bankrupted the system. All of this and so much more was carried out by Lawyers operating unlawfully without the knowledge and informed consent of the American people. Deceit, lies, false statements, collusion, conspiracy, negligence in office, failure to uphold oath of office, corruption, conflict of interest, Government kick-back was carried out in order to allow the UN d.b.a. IMF to purchase the bankrupt Corporation (The United States of America, Inc.) and all of it's alleged assets. All of this and so much more are all still in full swing with no end in sight.

"The UN is militantly anti-property rights?

The UN intends to carry out Marx's plan?

In true Marxist fashion, the report of the UN "Habitat I" Conference declares that private land ownership "contributes to social injustice.... Public control of land use is therefore indispensable...." Agenda 21, the UN's massive environmental manifesto, envisions a UN empowered to control and micro-manage our planetary environment and the actions of every person on Earth. It says: "All countries should undertake a comprehensive national inventory of their land resources" and "develop national land-management plans." The UN's Assessment would "reallocate" property rights and have "stakeholder groups," instead of property owners, make decisions on private land use.

Our own U.S. government is adopting many of the UN's anti-property 
rights and policies and treaties?

The U.S. has signed Agenda 21 and has begun implementing the UN's "Wildlands Project," an incredible plan to push millions of Americans off their land to make vast nature preserves out of half of the nation. Also, under the UN's 1988 Convention on Narcotics, the U.S. has adopted unconstitutional "asset forfeiture" laws that allow seizure of property without due process.

UN treaties could destroy our heritage of freedom?

Hayek, noted that "the system of private property is the most important guaranty of freedom, not only for those who own property, but scarcely less for those who do not. It is only because the control of the means of production is divided among many people acting independently that nobody has complete power over us, that we as individuals can decide what to do with ourselves."

The same succession of Foreign Corporations infiltrated the other two Branches of Governance. The legislative Branch was slowly and unlawfully changed from it's mandated authority of enacting laws within it's jurisdiction to passing Public Policy Statutes and finally Administrative Public Policy Statutes and Regulations. The Judicial Branch of Governance slowly moved from it's mandated authority of American Common Law jurisdiction of the Land to the Admiralty Law jurisdiction of the Sea. These current Administrative Tribunals (courts) are not Lawful. Time and time again facts are presented over and over that prove these and other facts and current Administrative Tribunals (courts) ignore it all or do not respond (because they can not argue with facts). Tribunals (courts) can only unlawfully argue legal issues which are not laws.

"WAR ON THE WORLD

American blood and taxes are being used for military operations unrelated to U.S. defense?

A May, 2000 Joint Chiefs of Staff report states that since 1990 more than 55 "Operations Other Than War" (military engagements now called "peace-keeping" or "humanitarian" missions), have cost U.S. taxpayers over $21 billion -- more than $4 billion in 2000 alone.  Of course, there is no price tag imaginable for American soldiers who have been killed in UN-sanctioned, UN-led "Operations Other Than War" such as Somalia.

That our own government is committed to making the UN more powerful than any nation on Earth?

In 1961, President John F. Kennedy presented to the UN a three-stage disarmament program entitled Freedom From War. "In Stage III," said this State Department document, "progressive controlled disarmament... would proceed to a point where no state [nation] would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened UN Peace Force." The disarmament program originally presented in Freedom From War has never been withdrawn. It remains the official policy of the United States.

The UN is being given control of our military?

U.S. forces have been sent to the Persian Gulf and Somalia to carry out UN resolutions. They were sent to the Balkans under the authority of NATO, a regional subsidiary of the UN. In the Balkans and Somalia, they have been placed under foreign commanders who view the secretaries-general of the UN and NATO -- not the U.S. President -- as their commander in chief.

U.S. military personnel are being prepared to become United Nations soldiers?

About 300 U.S. Marines stationed at Twenty-Nine Palms, California, got a reality check in 1994 when they were required to participate in a "Combat Arms Survey" asking how they felt about statements such as:

1. "[T]he President of the United States has the authority to pass his responsibilities as Commander-in-Chief to the UN Secretary General";

2. "I would swear to the following code: 'I am a United Nations fighting person...'"; and 

3. "I would fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the U.S. government."

The ideas behind such recent movie trilogies as; "The Lord of The Rings", "The Dark Knight", "Captain America", "The Hunger Games", "The Divergent Series; Divergent, Insurgent, Allegiant (being separated into two parts Allegiant and Ascendant)", all deal with and have an underlying theme that spans centuries of people dealing with the very same problems that Americans now face that arise when mentally defective people are placed in charge of anything that has any authority to control (Liberty) or regulate (Freedoms) anyone else.

"The UN's aim has always been to take over our educational system?

The UN launched its Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in 1946 with the announced intent to usurp parents' rights to educate and train their children. UNESCO heavyweight Dr. Luther Evans stated, "UNESCO's is a radical program.... To make the system of the UN and its specialized agencies work, we must sweep past traditional barriers...." (emphasis added.) Radio newscaster Paul Harvey condemned UNESCO's undermining of patriotism in one of his broadcasts: "Through UNESCO, American children are influenced away from their national allegiance. American children are being indoctrinated with world government."

The UN's Convention on the Rights of the Child would insert government between parents and children?

Proposed for ratification in 1989, its language states that governments shall insure children's rights to "freedom of thought, conscience and religion," "privacy," "rest and leisure," and much more. According to this UN document, parents shall not be allowed to shield their children from harmful groups and philosophies, inspect their rooms for dangerous items, or require them to do their assigned chores.

As article 13 states: "The child shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of the child's choice." Should that kind of "freedom" be mandated for children, parents will have lost any power over what their children may be exposed to.

Harmful UN programs are undermining America's educational system?

In 1990, the "World Conference on Education for All" met in Jomtien, Thailand. Sponsored by UNESCO, UNICEF, the UN Development Program, the UN World Bank and other UN agencies, the conference produced a document entitled "Framework for Action to Meet Basic Learning Needs." Its recommendations became the basis for educational systems in the U.S. known as "Goals 2000," "Outcome-based Education," and "School-to-Work." Congressman Henry Hyde (R-Ill.) has criticized these programs as "a concept for dumbing-down our schools and changing the character of the nation through behavior modification."

Many of Fix America's Esteemed International Readers have asked a 
number of Questions which require real answers.

What in the world has happened in Burns Oregon?  Why are unarmed 
Americans being murdered by Americans?  When are Americans going to 
wake Up and realize what is happening to America, and the peoples' 
Unalienable Rights?

Contrary to U.S. government propaganda the Privately Owned Major Media is 
spewing out onto the ears and minds of the public, the real events are 
quite different. I will attempt to answer these questions as-best-as I 
am able. It is time to make several points very clear.


1. There was a peaceful rally at the County Court House at the County 
    Seat of Burns, Oregon.

       The people in attendance were there to voice their discontent 
       of the actions of the Bureau of Land Management (a for profit 
       private corporation chartered in Porto Rico) in the County. 
       Their complaints regarding the out-of-season Burning of rangeland, 
       Burning of livestock corrals, Burning of ranch Structures on private 
       property, the burning of Live stock, and setting fires and leaving 
       them unattended to burn out of control. These actions have been 
       occurring for more than a decade and local and state authorities 
       have refused to take any kind of action or notice of complaints.
       This activity has resulted in ranchers being literally burned out. 
       of there homes and businesses. The BLM has then purchased the land 
       for a fraction of the amount the ranches they destroyed were worth.

2. Unknown to the Hammonds, Three Percenters, and The Oath Keepers and 
    the general rally goers, the Bundy group decided to occupy the Malheur 
    Wildlife Refuge without telling anyone in advance, and no one at the time they 
    did so.

3. There was no armed takeover, standoff, or shootout at anytime at the Malheur 
    Wildlife Refuge or anywhere on State Highway 395:  although, it should be 
    remembered that a new set of rules has, at the moment, been placed into force
    by the new Owners of the United States Inc. 
It should be remembered also that a takeover is the permanent change 
of residence or ownership, a standoff requires brandishing of weapons 
    by both sides, and A shootout requires fire and return fire from opposing 
    forces.

There was an occupation (old school-sit in) by as few as ten and as 
many as twenty people of the seasonally Closed (open to the public 
Wildlife Refuge). People came and went and no weapons were brandished 
by any of the occupiers at anyone. 

4. Some of the people occupying the Refuge had rifles and pistols. 

This is allowed in Oregon. Oregon is an Open Carry State. Concealed 
        Handgun Licenses are issued by the State of Oregon. Concealed Carry
licenses from some other States are honored. 

5. The FBI arrived in Burns and set up a Local Area of Operations at the Airport.


6. The Judge, Steve Grasty, and the Sheriff, David Ward, had been notified of 
   their unlawful activities by a U.S. Superior Court Judge in regard to their 
   refusal to uphold their respective constitutional duties and were reminded 
   of their Constitutional Oaths of Office and their jurisdictions, of which  
   all had been ignored and continue to be ignored.

7. The people of Harney County formed a Committee of Safety (a time honored 
   procedure - back to Colonial Times) to take matters into the hands of the 
   people when Officials and Authorities ignore the people and their matters of 
   concern. 

8. The committee presented their Proposal of Resolution to the Board of County         
    Commissioners for Harney County, Sheriff Ward, Judge Grasty, the 
    appropriate State and Federal Authorities and in addition was hand delivered 
    to an Agent  of FBI at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge. 

The unnamed FBI Agent stated that it was above his paygrade and would 
be passed up the chain of command.

9. The Bundy's and a handful of others were traveling (in two conveyances at the 
    suggestion of Mark McConnell, the most probable Government Mole and 
    infiltration agent) from the refuge to a town meeting at the invitation of meeting 
    organizer Tad Houpt not Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer in the nearby    town 
    of John Day in neighboring Grant County where some four-hundred people were                   gathering to hear what the Bundy's had to say. It further has been established by the             other people traveling in the white truck that Robert LaVoy Finicum was unarmed
    as he had left his six shooter at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge.

A peaceful gathering to find out what, if any, progress was being made 
in Burns Oregon with Officials or Authorities. The Sheriff and the Fire
Marshal in Burns had recently resigned and an Unelected Sheriff had been 
appointed by the local Judge, Judge Steve Grasty. The town's only judicial 
representative, Judge Grasty, has for some number of years ruled in favor    
of the BLM or refused to hear legitimate complaints of the residents of 
Harney County regarding the BLM. He very recently stated that only 
        selected people were going to be allowed to attend Public Meetings in 
        Burns Oregon.

10.The Unelected Governor of the State of Oregon, Kate Brown, was under 
      pressure from the Obama Administration in Washington D.C. to "Take 
      care of the problem by whatever means are necessary." She issued orders 
      to the Oregon State Police to take care of matters by whatever means were 
      necessary  and they were aided by the Deschutes County Major Crimes 
      Team. The FBI worked in conjunction with the Oregon State Police and the 
       Deschutes County Team.

11.Initial stop and final Fatal Road Block incident 

At approximately 4:25 p.m. (PST) Tuesday, January 26, 2016, the 
Oregon State Police (OSP) and Federal Bureau of Investigation 
(FBI) began an enforcement action (road blocking several highways-
US 395 was but one), aided by the Deschutes County Major Crimes 
Team. Two vehicles were stopped. The lead first vehicle, a jeep, 
driven by Mark McConnell, security consultant, a passenger, Ammon 
Bundy and Brian Cavalier (AKA: King Booda, Booda Bear, Buddha), 
Bundy's personal Body Guard. In the following second vehicle, a 
truck, traveling as a group to John Day, and driven by Robert 
LaVoy Finicum were, Ryan Payne, Ryan Bundy, Shawna Cox, and 
Victoria Sharp, 18. 

The following second vehicle, a white truck, pulled around the 
Jeep and stopped in the road (according to Mark McConnell). The 
white truck left the initial stop site because authorities began 
shooting blindly into the truck and it was at this time Bundy's 
shoulder was wounded. The white truck traveled a mile further down 
the road and arrived at a previously set up road block. After 
swerving to avoid the roadblock, the truck came to rest in a 
roadside snow bank. At this time, the order of events is unclear, 
whether tear gas was released or whether Flash-Bangs were detonated 
or whether some number of warning shots were fired;  however, some 
number of all were released, detonated, and discharged. The white 
truch sustained more than one hundred bullet holes. It is clear from 
Miss Sharp's account no one in the truck handled or discharged a 
firearm at any time. Robert LaVoy Finicum exited the vehicle and 
words were exchanged with authorities. Unarmed and with hands raised 
Mr. Finicum may have approached the authorities or may have lost 
his balance in the knee deep snow and was shot a number of times. 
According to Miss. Sharp, authorities approached the fallen and 
wounded Finicum and fired three more rounds which killed him.








The unedited footage, which has only been modified to blur out 
aircraft information, was taken by an undisclosed U.S. Agency's 
drone was released by the FBI on 01/28/2016. 






It can be seen at approximately 9:28/26:28 that Mr. Finicum, after 
exiting the truck and walking several steps, with his hands up or 
outstretched, lowers one arm. It has been stated by various eye 
witnesses that Mr. Finicum only dropped one arm in response to being 
wounded in the right side torso by two officers coming from the road 
and as he turned around was wounded several more times by the officer 
who had been approaching Mr. Finicum from his six-o'clock position. 
A total of nine shots with one being in the face were fired. 

It has been established that Robert LaVoy Finicum owned and wore a six 
shot revolver on his right hip but that he had left this pistol at the 
Refuge, and did not carry or own a 9mm of any type, and was carrying no 
firearm of any type in the white truck.

12. The FBI stated that a 9mm handgun was found on or near Mr. Robert LaVoy 
      Finicum. This Drop Gun was later identified as having been stolen in neither 
      Oregon or Nevada, but a different un-named State.

Considering the statements of thoes traveling with Finicum; that he 
was unarmed, that he did not have or own a 9mm, that he had left his 
six shot revolver type pistol at the Refuge, it can only be suggested 
that the handgun was planted by Oregon State Police, Federal Authorities, 
or by some other agency.

As to the Second Question asked, "Why are unarmed Americans being 
murdered by Americans?"

He wasn't murdered by Americans, he was killed by mercenaries working 
for a Foreign Corporation operating outside their lawful jurisdiction 
and with the intent to quash the spreading virus (Senator Ron Wyden's 
comment regarding the Americans realization that something is seriously 
wrong with the U.S. Government to Mr. James B. Comey, seventh and 
current Director of the FBI) with overwhelming Force. The United 
Nations (UN) doing-business-as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) 
doing-business-as The UNITED STATES, a Government Services 
       Corporation now recently chartered and incorporated in France has a new 
       set of rules and public policy that will never be accepted by any American. 
       Please, remember what Americans did with the League of Nations which 
       was the second salvo of this same group of Psychopathic Sociopathic 
       Megalomaniacal would be Rulers of the Know World.

13. After the murder of Mr. Robert LaVoy Finicum, an attorney representing the 
      people of Haney County contacted the U.S. Provost Marshall with a request 
      for Military Forces to remove the FBI and U.S. Military Forces that had now 
      occupied the town of Burns. The people stated that they were in fear of 
      loosing their lives. The attorney stated from his memory that the Oath he 
      took stated that the U.S. Armed forces were required to uphold and protect 
      the Constitution and therefore the people from all enemies both foreign and 
      domestic. 

The attorney was told the matter would be passed up the chain of command.





14. It is to be understood clearly that Americans do not have Constitutional 
      Rights:  they do have Unalienable Rights and can not be forced to give 
      them up. The Constitution for the united States of America is on its face 
      an Equity Contract and an enumeration of 19 services that are to be

      United States Inc. shall not abrogate and nothing more. It should be taken

"I would like to start by saying the Soros controlled communistic media is lying through their teeth to cover up criminality on part of the Justice dept and the government.

This is not an armed stand-off nor was it an armed takeover. An armed takeover would involve weapons being drawn and forcibly taking over a location or building and persons. No weapons were ever brandished or used, so this was not the case at all. There is also no one that is confronting them, so technically it is not a standoff either. It is just an occupation and restoration of our God given rights.

The Malheur Wildlife Refuge is left open in the winter and is not staffed during that time. The Militia is occupying the refuge center and have renamed it the Resource Center to help the ranchers get back their lands and livelihoods. This is also the location that was used by the BLM to carry out their dastardly deeds.

They are currently working to get a common law judge and a common law grand jury in place to handle this problem and free the Hammonds. They are also cleaning up the place that looks like no one has ever done such a thing. There is a huge rat infestation with droppings everywhere and equipment is just struan about and the place is just filthy.

This is how the government takes care of the buildings and equipment that you paid for.

This refuge, that is kept open and operating with the public's money, is not being maintained or cared for at any time of the year. It appears as though it has never been cleaned since it has opened five years ago but the BLM wants to manage our land? Well, they have effectively created the same disorder and mess for our farmers ranchers lands.

The lying dying controlled press loves buzz words like heavily armed, standoff, takeover, domestic terrorism for sensationalism and hype because they are a dying press with viewer ship as low as a small radio station on Monday morning.

Harry Reid from Nevada who was involved in the Bundy Ranch standoff calls our constitutional militia domestic terrorist. No terrorism has taken place! To the contrary, Harry Reid is a domestic terrorist calling for the execution of the militia as did Chris Christy the schlep from New Jersey who thinks they should all be wiped out. And Montel Williams had to join the fun by calling for them to be wiped out also. What is wrong with these vermin's minds or do they even have one?

No one has been injured but the ranchers and farmers by the government, no violence has taken place, and no damage has been done, yet the globalist minions on the programming tube want to see them murdered. Have they no scruples? Apparently not!

If anything, this ordeal is showing the world who the real enemies of this republic are. The George Soros controlled left communistic media, their empty talking heads, the presstitutes, and the elected officials who brand our constitutional militia as terrorist are in fact the real terrorist against this republic while state governments stand idly by.

Harry Reid also had a hand in the Bundy Ranch standoff because he was instrumental in getting hundreds of families off their lands they've owned for generations and in this case the Bundy's were the last men standing.

Harry Reid it turns out was trying to give the land to China to build a solar and wind farm that Harry 's son would run. Now Harry Reid wants the constitutional militia murdered? Why is Harry Reid still running around free? How can someone call for the murder of someone on national television and still roam free? Soros controlled press that's how. Reid is the epitome of corruption and should be made an example of with a rope. ( after a fair and impartial trial of course, something the Hammonds did not receive.)

There is an ocean of ignorant press, lying and twisting things to demonize the militias, and that should send up red flags for any constitutionally minded person because it could mean you're next.

I want to inject some reality and truth into this courageous situation and you tell me who the terrorist are;

The Bundy operation is supported by hundreds of hard working Americans taking back their lands from federal government overreach. That includes past victims and patriots who realize it's time to exercise their oath and their God given rights.

The lands, to clarify the incorrect assumption that the federal government owns the land, are public lands owned by the State of Oregon not the federal government they have no deed to the land. Article 1 section 8 clause 17 states the federal government cannot own land except for ten square miles designated as a military base or outpost and they have to go through the state legislature to obtain that deed and they have to compensate the owners fairly. In this situation and hundreds of others, the government has failed to do that.

For all of these injustices, where are the States? Counties? Sheriffs? Governors? Attorneys General? District Attorneys? I’m hearing from some people, but getting DEAD SILENCE from our “representatives”, excepting congressman Greg Walden. See the video below.



Some facts here from The Citizens Wire to the issue of burns;

• Miller homestead wildfire 2012 burned 160,000 acres
• Barry Point fire in Lake County 93,000 acres
• Summer 2015 799,974 acres burned in Oregon
• Malheur Long Draw fire burned 557,000 acres.

"The federal government will frequently go on private land without permission to back-burn...that happens all the time...nobody went to prison for that..."

"Hammonds are in prison tonight for setting a back fire...139 acres...They will sit in prison...5 years."

There are many videos showing the government starting these supposed wild fires in Washington, Oregon and California.

This is a case of land and resource theft and the government knows it, that's why they are silent as a kid caught red handed.

The feds have just usurped the land away from farmers and ranchers all over the west and the states and sheriffs do nothing to protect their citizens from the government, so with petitions ignored and all redress of grievances ignored, this occupation has happened in response to their inactions. If BLM is allowed to continue, so will the occupations and protests.

Judge Ann Aiken the second sentencing judge who should know what double jeopardy is, was responsible for getting the sage grouse on the endangered species list that was used to claim lands away from the owners like the Hammonds under the false pretence of environmentalism and saving endangered species.

Many lands stolen from farmers for instance have ended up in the hands of big Agra who are aggressively trying to shut down small farmers and ranchers around the country so they can be the one world food source. Most health conditions associated with food came about after big Agra started processing our food.

In the case of Southern Oregon ,the environmental Nazis had successfully shut down numerous mills stating the spotted owl needed old growth forest to reproduce which was a lie as the spotted owl was breeding itself out of existence with the larger Bard owl anyway. So now as before they try again with the sage grouse which is not endangered at all but instead a useful tool of the globalist and agenda 21. There are people in the environmental movement who study all the wildlife in an area to determine what they can exploit to steal land and resources. I'm sure there's are some well intentioned people in the environmental movement, but the fail to realize they are useful idiots.

These assaults are leaving decimated economies in their wake while not providing some kind of alternative training for the generations of timber and ranching families unable to do anything else. So many go homeless, get involved in the drug trade, or become vagrants while the counties are sheepishly wondering how this happened and what are they going to do with all the homelessness and vagrants. The counties created it now fix it.

The Sheriff David Ward who acts like the cowardly lion may not realize he has the power to keep the feds at bay and out of their county, but in this region of the country we have too many sheriffs dishonoring their oaths to the constitution while allowing the usurpations to take place. If sheriff Ward really wants them to go home, then start by freeing the Hammonds and that may happen.

Any sheriff dishonoring their sworn oath should be recalled immediately to prevent further damage to our lands, livelihoods, and freedom. Side note; the BLM agent that lied on the stand against the Hammonds was named David Ward also.

The sensationalized stories on the mind sucking tube are full of lies, half truths and outright cognitive dissidence on part of the controlled media monsters.

The truth is, this is all about jurisdiction and the fact the federal government does not have jurisdiction over a states lands. Territories yes, but once it becomes a state on an equal footing the federal government loses all control.

One problem is, the states are too afraid to say anything for fear of losing funding the federal government bribes them with, but the ironic thing is the federal government is bribing the states with their own money they gave to the government which is lent back at interest.

Why do the states put themselves in that compromising position when they could just keep that money as a sovereign state and tell the feds to take a hike. The federal reserve, the state legislators, the governor, the attorney general, and the state and county governments are to blame for all of this. They are the complicit who let this happen at the expense of the public's livelihoods, their freedoms.

Those state entities and individuals are the reason the government is allowed to trample the constitution by turning a blind eye, therefore, making them complicit in all this tyranny. In Oregon we do not possess any common law court systems instead it's a federal admiralty court system that can care less about what happens on the land since it's maritime law, the law of the sea, where the constitution doesn't apply, so the agents of the crown (lawyers) and corporations are free to trash our supreme law of the land. This is why Ammon is looking to set up a common law court system that is rightfully the court system for the land. But since the War Powers Act the federal government has been running admiralty courts because we are constantly under a state of war in fact we haven't left a state of war since WW1.

To understand the charges, a charge of arson has to prove malicious intent, there was no such thing ever, it was an accident the first time that burned approximately 139 acres of public land that had no one on it, no buildings were destroyed, and no injuries occurred and the Hammonds put it out themselves. Arson was used by federal prosecutor with no jurisdiction to get the Hammonds off their land.

Also, the second fire was done in defense of the Hammond Ranch after BLM thugs tried to burn them out as they have done to countless other ranchers and farmers, so a back fire was lit to keep the flames from approaching the house and that's when it got away from them and federal fire fighters had to put it out on public land, again burning only sage brush and some small trees. No injuries, no persons, and no structures were in danger or harmed.

Do people realize, that the Hammonds were tried twice, double jeopardy, for the same crime by reclassifying them as terrorist by Amanda Marshall the federal prosecutor appointed by Obama?

Did you know, the Hammonds had already done their time the first time but the federal prosecutor said it wasn't enough, so she sent them back for the full five year sentence as part of federally mandated minimum sentencing for eco terrorism.

Do people realize federal minimum sentences are unconstitutional especially where there’s no jurisdiction and mitigating circumstances? Do you know that all unfunded mandates to the states are illegal as well?

Dwight Hammond 73 and Steven his son 46 will not see the outdoors for the remainder of time spent, which means the son will get out first and the father who received a lighter sentence initially of 3 months, will still be in prison defenseless for another seven months after Steven leaves. This is an egregious miscarriage of justice and the federal judge Aiken and prosecutor Marshall should be disbarred. I dare those able to initiate this to do it. If any harm comes to either of those men while in custody, then charges should be brought up on the judges, BLM, Forestry Service, and the fed prosecutor.

Did you know, Amanda Marshall the federal prosecutor was under investigation and has resigned claiming health reasons, (PTSD lie) She should ask the Hammonds about PTSD? She inflicted it! While working, she was involved with a co-worker that she continually harassed at all hours of the night with texts and phone messages? I think she ducked out to avoid prosecution.

Do you know, that Amanda Marshall over stepped her jurisdiction by insisting to overrule the original judge's order where he stated, "the mandatory sentence was cruel and unusual punishment"?

Do people realize that the Hammonds received threats from Amanda Marshalls justice dept stating," If you talk to anyone about this we will send Dwight and Steven to a less than desirable prison". That would essentially be a death sentence for Dwight Hammond 73.

Did you know, that the second Judge Ann Aiken that ignored the double jeopardy order was appointed by Clinton? That should speak volumes since it was Clinton that got the ball rolling on the UN's Agenda 21 in the early nineties.

Do people realize, setting prescribed burns to rejuvenate the land is common practice for ranchers as was the case in the accident of the first fire in 2001. The BLM however, were doing their burns in July not in the fall when it's normally done.

Do people realize the BLM has burned over a million acres illegally to flush out ranchers in the area and other parts of the country so as to confiscate land and resources from innocent hard working ranchers and farmers not to mention the firefighter lives they put in jeopardy?

Do people know that the BLM claimed first rights to the Hammond ranch land if they go bankrupt from all the litigation the BLM has caused them to pay for. That's over a million dollars so far, that the state of Oregon should pay back to the Hammonds with interest after they are released from their unjust confinement. BLM has no legal claim nor has the jurisdiction. BLM also has no policing or arresting powers yet they intimidate innocent people with threats of arrest.

Where are the charges for impersonating a law enforcement officer? Where are the eco-terrorism arson charges for the BLM? They certainly had malicious intent starting fires in July. Just watch this video and you will see for yourself the tactics of this out of control agency as they go about their routine. In the case of this video there are no prior charges, no judge or jury, no due process, and no redress of grievances, no compensation. Just dead cattle and burned out homes and buildings.



Do people realize this is UN agenda 21 and Cloward and Piven at work to take land and resources from the owners to give it to corporate Chinese interests for the fraudulent debt created by the federal reserve thugs, so the Chinese and others can obtain the huge cash of uranium and rare earth minerals that’s under the ground there in Harney County?

The Chicoms are currently buying up all the rare earth minerals from around the world they can get their hands on. The world is being dived up by the globalist interests and we the people are not included in their plans.

Do people realize in the case of the Bundy’s it was later discovered that Harry Reid was trying to get the land to give to a Chinese company for a solar and wind farm that his son would run? That's some extreme cronyism.

Do people realize the government cannot own land unless the process for a military base or some out post is done through the state legislature and the owners are properly compensated while being limited to ten square miles? Article 1 section 8 clause 17.

Do people realize this is not within the jurisdiction of the federal government to take land or own it?

This is about the takeover of America using agenda 21 but the media scum want to vilify an innocent ranching family to hide the illegal persecution, prosecution, confinement, and theft of their land and resources.

Does the public at large realize they are all under attack from the real terrorist like the BLM, the UN, the American Planning Association, ICLEI, and the Forestry Dept. responsible for stealing land and resources, burning out hundreds of ranchers, farmers, and intimidating civilians.

It’s all on film how they burn down houses and put towns like French Glen in danger and kill cattle burning them alive. The BLM also killed hundreds of head of cattle belonging to the Bundy’s, no due process, no jury, no trial, no charges, no compensation. You don't hear any of this in the controlled media.

Do people understand this is theft by this tyrannical government using agenda 21?

DO PEOPLE REALIZE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO JURISDICTION OVER STATES LANDS? NONE!

The constitution is the supreme law of the land and it has not been violated by the Bundy’s or the Hammonds at any point, but the media presstitutes continue with their controlled fictitious statements of illegalities on part of the Bundy’s and Hammonds.

In fact, a state reps was reading off charges at a town hall meeting in Burns recently about the situation without due process, while the accused were never told of these charges nor have they been charged. That town hall meeting was quite communistic telling a reporter Pete Santilli to shut up before they threw him out for mentioning the constitution ( the Chicoms would be proud of them) and by the way none of the real important people were there to speak out as those town folks asked for it to all go away without regard for the constitutionality or the rights of the Hammonds. Those people are profusely ignorant!

Ammon Bundy and the crew have stated they want this to be a peaceful restoration of the land and resources back to the rightful owners and they will stay as long as it takes but that they are prepared to defend themselves from a tyrannical government. They are located 50 miles south of Burns to keep from interfering with daily life there, but the school district nannies shut the school down fearing for the children.

Talk about scare tactics and overreacting, using the children's safety excuse like the sycophants always profess to be protecting them while perverting them and turning their brains into mush with a dose of common core. The school has since been reopened.

To all you ignorant and otherwise brain dead public turn off your television, better yet get rid of it and READ the supreme law of the land, it is what governs this republic not the nihilistic corrupt government.

If we do not abide by this doctrine then soon this lawless society will fall into total anarchy just the way the globalist want. Order out of chaos is their mantra, and you the public will be the ones to allow it to happen if you do nothing. Call your state representatives and tell them to free the Hammonds immediately.
