There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

High Treason and Treachery

"From the 1893 Dictionary of Law:
Treason. Betrayal, treachery, breach of faith or allegiance.

Treason may exist only as between allies: it is a general appellation to denote not only offenses against the king and government, but also accumulation of guilt which arises whenever a superior reposes a confidence in a subject or inferior, between whom and himself there subsists a natural, a civil, or even a spiritual relation, and the inferior so abuses that confidence, so forgets the obligations of duty, subjugation, and allegiance, as to destroy the life of the superior.

When disloyalty attacks majesty itself it is called, by way of distinction, high treason, equivalent to the 'crimen loesoe majestatis' of the Romans.

High treason is the most heinous civil crime a man can commit. If indeterminate, this alone is sufficient to make a government degenerate into arbitrary power."

Copied from the website: Detax Canada - http://www.detaxcanada.org/treason.htm

Is the President of the United States guilty of high treason? What about the Secretaries of Defense and State? And may we also include the Attorney General in this grouping? If you are of the opinion that the Constitution of the United States is the law of the land, then it must be evident that the above mentioned offices have violated the Constitution and hence the trust of the American People to whom they vowed to protect.

We can view the actions of Eric Holder as criminal as he had violated law by allowing known criminals to obtain weapons through illegal means. Americans have been murdered with these weapons and yet the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms along with the Department of Justice have not been held accountable by Congress or the President. In fact, many of  them including Barack Obama have covered up and stalled investigations into the matter.

In blatant violation of the Constitution regarding declaration of war, Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta told Congress that he will take such orders from NATO and the UN. And Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and the President are signing UN Small Arms Ban treaties also a direct violation of the Second Amendment.

And all most Americans do is complain to one another instead of marching on their State capitals and demanding their Governors protect them from just a runaway federal administration that resembles more of a cabal or cartel.

This election in November may be the last one as there is no chance for the United States to remain sovereign while giving in to such an international order as is the United Nations and the central banks that are now in control. Even candidate Romney has indicated his support for the central banks, saying that the Federal Reserve System is better than having Congress responsible for the Treasury.

We Are Slaves

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Seems plain and simple yet most Americans are not aware of all of the unconstitutional laws passed and enforced by the federal government. Further, this Tenth Article of Amendment to the Constitution is also part of the Bill of Rights, which without inclusion in the Constitution, would not have been accepted by the delegates representing the sovereign States and the People.

We are now faced with the prospect that our nation will become just another part of a world government, where the rights of the people will be totally suppressed and the state will issue privileges to those that comply with its laws and mandates.

Barack Obama promised fundamental changes in America and so far, he has delivered on that promise. The problem is, most of those changes are away from the constitutional republic and closer to a dictatorship. Side-stepping Congress by appointing "czars" to administer policy without legislative process, having written and signed Executive Orders that further his goals of total power without oversight of Congress or the Supreme Court.

He and his Cabinet have ignored our laws and have made United Nations laws and policies the guidelines for his transforming America. He has repeatedly refused to even enforce the current federal laws regarding immigration and protecting our borders, and has apologized to terrorists for America's actions and ideology.

But to be so naive to think that Mitt Romney will restore the Republic is another tragedy of belief in propaganda and spin. Romney may approach the policies differently but he will nonetheless continue them.

Romney has stated that he agrees with the Patriot Act, the NDAA, wants to keep the Federal Reserve System in place, thinks that government can create jobs, wants to increase revenue by increasing taxes, and his chosen running mate has demonstrated his dishonesty by voting for an increase in the debt ceiling after promising he would vote against it.

Our choice for President has been eliminated through party corruption and vote fraud. Electronic voting machines have been demonstrated to be rigged, and now to insure that the vote rigging will not be detected by the American People, the counting will be done by a private corporation in a foreign land.

There will be no freedom once the elections are over. And if you make too much noise about it, chances are you will be taken away to prison for dissent against the government.

Or maybe we will just have martial law declared before the elections to insure that Obama can complete his goal to transform America.

Give Me Liberty!

I have written many posts about many topics over several years now. I now feel that it is time that I write about the ignorance of the general population in America. As I listen to and read the pettiness of party politics, it is more evident that this nation is failing.

I can blame many things on the nation’s decline. Education has been and will continue to be one of the major reasons it is failing. Not that funding is inadequate, but rather curriculum and teachers are failing to provide the education that is necessary to a free and prosperous nation.

We as People have failed to protect ourselves. We have allowed bureaucrats and corporatists to take our nation away from us. We have been enslaved by the very institutions that swore to protect us. Every discipline of our society has been infiltrated and corrupted by the elite. We have become enslaved and many don’t even realize it.

In my recent post Lawyers, Guns, And Money I did valiantly attempt to instill the outrage of what our so-called leaders are doing to take away our freedom. Since 2008 I have written and warned readers of the dangers we face, not from foreign terrorists, but from the very people we elect to represent our best interests.

In the post titles Real Money I explained what real money is and how the Federal Reserve Act created fiat currency that is debt and not real. I offered you the opportunity to educate yourselves and pointed you to the Money Masters website and the teachings of Nobel Prize winning economist Milton Friedman  I have also written extensively about presidential candidate and Congressman, Dr. Ron Paul and why he would make the best President of  the United States. The posts, What Would Really Happen If Ron Paul Were Elected President? and Ron Paul’s Plan to Reduce The Cost of Government explains why we need a President who understands that government does not create jobs but does prevent economic growth by its interference in the markets.

We need a President who holds the Constitution as the law of the land and does not compromise his oath of office to appease the international community. We need a Congress that takes responsibility for the constitutionally mandated duties it is charged with by We the People, and does not delegate those responsibilities to private banks and institutions who were not authorized by the people to do so.

But most of all we require an American People with courage to stand up for their God-given rights and not allow any government to take them away.  The most important of which are those included in the Constitution as the first ten amendments, also known as the Bill of Rights.

Most will point to the Patriot Act as the beginning of the loss of liberty, but it goes back in history much further. We can go back to the passage of the Federal Reserve Act, but I go even further back to the hiding of the Title of Nobility Amendment and the War of 1812. It really begins with the founding of this nation as a sovereign country, which was never fully accepted by the British Crown.

There is no doubt that our founders were rebels and in the eyes of the Crown, insurrectionists. By today's standards they may even be labeled as "terrorists" and were hunted down as those terrorists of today. Were they wrong in what that did? Shall we today, follow what our government dictates or stand up for our national sovereignty and our rights as free and sovereign individuals?
