Restore America to the Constitutional federal republic representing the will of We the People!

There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

A Fond Farewell: The Last American Statesman
We may never know what America would have been had the American People stood up to the parties in force and elected Dr. Ron Paul as their 45th President. It is an equally sad day for those Texans that he has represented admirably for twenty three of the last thirty five years in the House of Representatives.
No one person has stood before the Congress with such integrity and honesty in defending the Constitution and the liberties of All Americans as Dr. Ronald Earnest Paul, the distinguished gentleman from Texas.
I have written about Dr. Paul over these last four years in my effort to educate and inform my followers and readers why it would be in the best interest of all Americans to have this statesman as our President. In the post What Would Really Happen If Ron Paul Were To Be Elected President? I explained through the words of Bill Sardi the policies of Dr. Paul and how they would restore economic solvency, reduce debt, and restore our monetary system to a soundness that has been absent since the beginning of the Federal Reserve System.
To allow Dr. Paul to say it in his own words I present here the full transcript of his farewell address to Congress, courtesy of the Campaign for Liberty website. You can read the Farewell Speech here.

Give Me Liberty!
I have written many posts about many topics over several years now. I now feel that it is time that I write about the ignorance of the general population in America. As I listen to and read the pettiness of party politics, it is more evident that this nation is failing.
I can blame many things on the nation’s decline. Education has been and will continue to be one of the major reasons it is failing. Not that funding is inadequate, but rather curriculum and teachers are failing to provide the education that is necessary to a free and prosperous nation.
We as People have failed to protect ourselves. We have allowed bureaucrats and corporatists to take our nation away from us. We have been enslaved by the very institutions that swore to protect us. Every discipline of our society has been infiltrated and corrupted by the elite. We have become enslaved and many don’t even realize it.
In my recent post Lawyers, Guns, And Money I did valiantly attempt to instill the outrage of what our so-called leaders are doing to take away our freedom. Since 2008 I have written and warned readers of the dangers we face, not from foreign terrorists, but from the very people we elect to represent our best interests.
In the post titles Real Money I explained what real money is and how the Federal Reserve Act created fiat currency that is debt and not real. I offered you the opportunity to educate yourselves and pointed you to the Money Masters website and the teachings of Nobel Prize winning economist Milton Friedman I have also written extensively about presidential candidate and Congressman, Dr. Ron Paul and why he would make the best President of the United States. The posts, What Would Really Happen If Ron Paul Were Elected President? and Ron Paul’s Plan to Reduce The Cost of Government explains why we need a President who understands that government does not create jobs but does prevent economic growth by its interference in the markets.
We need a President who holds the Constitution as the law of the land and does not compromise his oath of office to appease the international community. We need a Congress that takes responsibility for the constitutionally mandated duties it is charged with by We the People, and does not delegate those responsibilities to private banks and institutions who were not authorized by the people to do so.
Most will point to the Patriot Act as the beginning of the loss of liberty, but it goes back in history much further. We can go back to the passage of the Federal Reserve Act, but I go even further back to the hiding of the Title of Nobility Amendment and the War of 1812. It really begins with the founding of this nation as a sovereign country, which was never fully accepted by the British Crown.
There is no doubt that our founders were rebels and in the eyes of the Crown, insurrectionists. By today's standards they may even be labeled as "terrorists" and were hunted down as those terrorists of today. Were they wrong in what that did? Shall we today, follow what our government dictates or stand up for our national sovereignty and our rights as free and sovereign individuals?

Happy Birthday U. S. Constitution: Rest in Peace!
As I sat down to write another post for the blog, it occurred
to me that what really is troubling is the fact that most Americans relish the
division in political party rhetoric. The travesty is that most are totally
unaware of the divide and conquer plan that the global elitists have created
and are about to see the fruits of their evil labors come to be realized.
Since the very founding of America, the bankers of
Europe have tried to take this nation down. To control it completely it was
necessary to first control the monetary system. What was once the People’s
Money soon became the banker’s money.
Twice they failed but the third time was the charm.
With the creation of the Federal Reserve System, they
finally rested complete control from Congress, who was mandated by the
Constitution to be accountable and responsible for the monetary system. Article
I, Section 8, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution states, “To coin Money, regulate
the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and
Measures;” and that should never have been abridged through an Act of Congress.
It was a blatant violation of the aforementioned Article, Section, and
Paragraph of the Constitution.
Einstein once stated that, “The epitome of insanity is
doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” It has
never been more obvious than it is today in the face of the Federal Reserve’s
QE3 or Quantative Easing round three. The results of the last two attempts only
caused more recession and devaluation of the dollar. Why would this time be any
different?
In addition to the monetary crisis we now face, we are
also being threatened by Islamic extremists who are being coddled by the usurper-in-chief
now occupying the White House. Well, he occupies it when he is not campaigning
for re-election, playing golf, or apologizing to our enemies.
I don’t think there are many sane people in America who
will want four more years of abomination in an Obama Nation, however they are
backing a third place loser to unseat an incumbent President. It has never
happened before in history and it cannot in all probability happen now.
I wrote in a previous post about how Obama’s backers
were doing all they could to keep Ron Paul off of the ballot. (See: Obama
Issues "Kill
Order" Regarding Ron Paul and Russia Prepares for Nuclear World War III)
Even as early as 2010 they realized that Dr. Paul was the most serious threat
to another term. Based on the way the Republican Party played into their
scheme, the plan worked! And yet they were not satisfied, knowing that the
independent voter would not back Mitt Romney nor Obama, so they got Gary
Johnson, whose early exit from the GOP nominees to run instead of Ron Paul as
the Libertarian Party choice.
The privately-owned major media pounds the two parties’
candidates daily into the minds of the American People, so that they have come
to believe the lies as the gospel. When demonstrating this to them, I too am
ostracized and ridiculed as a ‘Paul-Bot’ or ‘Paulite’ much the same as Dr. Paul
himself was treated by that same media and his own Republican Party. Yet only
Dr. Paul has demonstrated his honor and integrity in all of his years in
Congress by always voting against bills that violated constitutional law.
Further, of all of the candidates past and present,
only Ron Paul put forth a plan to reduce government spending, reduce the size
of government, eliminate foreign aid, and build the nation’s defense while
reducing the military presence in foreign lands. (See: Ron
Paul’s Plan to Reduce the Cost of Government)
I was disappointed in how Dr. Paul was treated in 2008
by the GOP through all of the debates, and really thought that America would
see through the farce and demand that he get equal time in 2012. Why did they allow the persecution of this
honorable statesman to continue?
Perhaps it is embarrassment to admit that they have
been fooled for so long. It is hard for many to admit they have been duped.
Soon they will realize that they have been had but it will be too late.

Fixes for the economy: Common Sense
"The best way to put more money in people's wallets is to leave it there in the first place." -Edwin Feulner
Wise words indeed, and words that we have not lived by in the United States of America. Instead, we the people that compose the many States of the union, have abdicated our own personal responsibilities of vigilance for liberty and injustice. We allowed laws to be written by those we elected, and they in turn have thinly sliced away at privacy and personal liberties ever since.
There was a nasty trick played upon the citizens of this nation by allowing them to directly elect Congress and a Presidential "ticket" which included of course the Vice President. That way, we could not choose one from different political parties. Back then there were many political parties, and they all offered candidates for office. Same as today but still, with much more liberty than what is possible under the election rules currently.
But that is only a compounding of the "original sin" if you will, and that was the very real and historical conspiracy that became the Federal Reserve System. Finally, America's enemy's had a way to wrest control of the nation while the people would not even be aware of it. And most of Congress and the President may not really know what is the real power behind them. Oh I am sure that Mr. Obama thinks he is the seat of power, but although Congress has abdicated many responsibilities to the Executive and Judicial branches, it is that very act that is unconstitutional in breadth and depth.
The Federal Reserve System must be abolished in order to restore real fiscal responsibility to the government. And with it, its collection agency also must be eliminated, that which we fondly call the Internal Revenue Service. Now isn't that a grand play on words? And it does appear that both the Fed and the IRS are tied to the United States Department of the Treasury, but that is all smoke and mirrors. The Fed is totally independent of the government. There are appointees to the Board, but the President and Congress are told by the Fed what is going to happen, and not the other way around as it should be.
But I am not going to explain that all again here; you can watch The Money Masters or Russo's America: Freedom to Facsism if you need to educate yourself about how fiat money is the root cause of debt in government.
