There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

Restore the Title of Nobility Amendment!

The State of Virginia became the deciding State to ratify the amendment on March 12, 1819, however it was subsequently hidden from the American People after the Civil War ended and the nation's government became a corporation. The records of that ratified amendment were believed to be lost and forgotten. Neither is correct nor true. See: The Original Thirteenth Amendment: Titles of Nobility and Honour

Updated June 30, 2015:

Since this post was first published new information has come to light including a postwar version of the Constitution of the United States of America from Colorado in 1868.

The original Thirteenth Article of Amendment as it was written and ratified states:

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."

What is the true meaning of this amendment and why was it hidden from us?

  1. All layers and judges are Members of the BAR. Bar = British Accredited Register" giving the the Title of nobility "Esquire", and with the acceptance they lose their citizenship, leave alone being able to hold any office in a constitutional court or be an elected politician. Many politicians are lawyers.

  2. It was to keep the lawyers out of public office that the Title of Nobility Amendment was enacted.

  3. My grandfather had to give up his Lordship and status as a don in Castle Di Sangro in Abbruttsia, Italy, along with his Italian citizenship and position as an Ambassador, to become an American. In other words, he gave up much to become American while these lawcrafters and other tyrant criminals give up being Americans, just to steal an "esquiring" title of with no actual nobility, in order to take much from the very People they had forsaken through denouncement of American Sovereignty in order to be thieves of the same.

    1. Many gave up so much to become an American. Now it seems that everyone who comes here wants us to give up so much to them.

Seems like everything is upside down!
