Restore America to the Constitutional federal republic representing the will of We the People!

There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

How to Plant The Seeds of Destruction: or The Icelandic Solution No One Remembers Part 6
A Third Suggestion Offered with Caution:
The Icelandic Solution
A third solution exists for regaining what has been lost, stolen, and usurped. An en' mass occupation of The U.S. Capitol, Washington D.C.; however, there are dozens of Underground escape routes available to 'Government' Officials, not to mention this particular group of criminals have the largest standing Military Armed Forces on the planet under their command at their beck-and-call, and a trained brand new shiny well armed shoot-to-kill Civilian Army, DHS-TSA-FEMA-POLICE AGENCIES, waiting in the side-wings for any sort of civil unrest event to occur. Newly developed Area Denial Beam Weapons and an unlimited supply of non-lethal and lethal chemical and conventional weapons which they have already demonstrated that they will not hesitate to use (remember the longest running most expensive preplanned preemptive unilateral military operation in U.S. History, the Afghanistan-Iraq Iraq-Afghanistan Afghanistan-Libya Libya-Syria Anywhere-somewhere else unprovoked operations that yet continue (they did not attack or aggress the Nation) based on the most costly, (life, property, and money, bonds, securities, and tons of gold bullion), False Flag event in U.S. History (staged and carried out by the U.S.'Government', please see the article, Red lines In The White House, or Criminals, Corruption, and god) are at their disposal. The Icelanders with their pots and pans were not facing the World's largest war machines (no offense meant); however, as for the U.S. population the coming months could become very unsettling if such an en' mass protest were to occur, turned ugly, and went bad, God perish-the-thought, I'll be there and so will my friends.
Dateline Iceland
"Can you imagine participating in a protest outside the White House and forcing the entire U.S. government to resign? Can you imagine a group of randomly chosen private citizens rewriting the U.S. constitution to include measures banning corporate fraud? It seems incomprehensible in the U.S., but Icelanders did just that. Icelanders forced their entire government to resign after a banking fraud scandal, overthrowing the ruling party and creating a citizen’s group tasked with writing a new constitution that offered a solution to prevent corporate greed from destroying the country. The constitution of Iceland was scrapped and is being rewritten by private citizens; using a crowd-sourcing technique via social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter. These events have been going on since 2008, yet there’s been no word from the U.S. mainstream media about any of them. In fact, all of the events that unfolded were recorded by international journalists, overseas news bureaus, citizen journalists and bloggers. This has created current accusations of an intentional cover up of the story by mainstream U.S. news sources.
An “iReport” on CNN, written by a private citizen in May 2012, has questioned the reasons why this revolution has not been widely covered in the U.S., suggesting that perhaps the mainstream media is controlled by large corporate interests and thus has been unwilling to report on Iceland’s activities.
That report is currently making its way around social media. CNN today placed a statement on its website saying: “We've noticed this iReport is being shared widely on Facebook and Twitter. Please note that this article was posted in May 2012. CNN has not yet verified the claims and we’re working to track down the original writer.” It is interesting to note that CNN’s European version, CNN Europe, already covered the story of the protests and the government’s resignation, leading many to question why CNN would now need to “look into” the claims.
Besides CNN Europe’s own coverage of the scandal, the events in Iceland were widely covered by the international media and are easily verified by a simple search on Google which leads to a variety of reputable international news sources that ran numerous stories on the Icelandic revolution. A whole documentary has been made on the governmental overthrow called Pots, Pans and Other Solutions, and now, the conversation is focused on whether or not the citizens’ actions actually worked to make Iceland a more equitable nation.
To understand the enormity of what happened in Iceland, it’s best to draw parallels between the initial banking fraud that caused Iceland’s economy to collapse and the banking fraud in the U.S. that caused the mortgage crisis six years ago. In Iceland, unscrupulous bankers had inflated the value of Iceland’s banks internationally which in turn caused the “bubble” to eventually burst in 2008 and saw most of Iceland’s banks going bankrupt.
A similar situation happened in the U.S. just one year before the collapse in Iceland, with the mortgage crisis of 2007. Mortgage lenders in the U.S. knowingly lent money to prospective homeowners who could not afford to purchase a home. This, in turn, led to falsely inflated home values and a vicious cycle of too much lending. Just as in Iceland, the bubble burst and many U.S. banks were about to declare bankruptcy. In Iceland, the citizens took to the streets by the thousands, banging pots and pans in what is known as the “pots and pans revolution,” leading to the arrest and prosecution of many unscrupulous bankers responsible for the economic collapse. Icelandic citizens also refused to pay for the sins of the bankers and rejected any measures of taxation to bail them out.
In the U.S., the government bailed out the banks and arrested no one.
The pots and pans revolution in Iceland was not covered by mainstream U.S. media. In fact, any information about this revolution is found only on international newspapers, blogs and online documentaries, not on mainstream front-page articles as would be expected from news organizations covering a story of this magnitude.
The New York Times published a small handful of piecemeal stories, blogs and opinion pieces, but mostly glossed over the main narrative by saying the 2008 financial collapse in Iceland caused “mayhem far beyond the country’s borders” rather than pointing out that Icelanders took to the streets with pots and pans and forced their entire government to resign.
As the saying goes, “there are two sides to every story,” but a more accurate articulation of this phrase would be “in any story, there are multiple sides, viewpoints, opinions and perspectives.”
The story in Iceland is no exception. Socialist and Marxist blogs here in the U.S. say that there’s been a massive U.S. news conspiracy and cover up about the revolution in Iceland because the U.S. media is controlled by corporations, including banks, and the “powers that be” don’t want U.S. citizens getting any ideas to stage a revolution of their own. Some conservative Icelandic bloggers claim that while there was, indeed, a revolution, it did not lead to a successful or widely accepted new constitution.
They say the situation in Iceland is worse than ever, and that international news reports of an effective democratic uprising leading to a better government are simply myths. Social media commenters are scratching their heads over why they were robbed of the story of Iceland’s pots and pans revolution.
As with most narratives, the truth may lie somewhere in the middle of all of these varying perspectives. One thing is clear, though: it’s nearly impossible to find one mainstream U.S. news report of the pots and pans revolution in Iceland, the resignation of Iceland’s entire government, and the jailing of the bankers responsible for the economic collapse there.
Whether or not the revolution led to a more fair government or a workable and effective constitution is irrelevant to the fact that the U.S. media has essentially skipped over this story for the past five years.
Is it possible that mainstream media sources purposely covered up the Iceland story to appease their corporate sponsors? It doesn't seem likely, and yet, what explanation could be given as to why this news never made it to the front pages of our most trusted media organizations here in the U.S.?
As Iceland struggles to regain its footing with a new government, U.S. citizens may or may not be able to look to Iceland as an example of perfect democracy in action. The real question, though, is why weren't U.S. citizens given the information about the ousting of the Icelandic government and the jailing of the unscrupulous bankers? Are journalists in control of the mainstream media or is there some truth to accusations that big business may, in fact, be strong-arming reporters to keep quiet about world events that could inspire similar actions here in the U.S.?" One fact that can be stated without hesitation is America was never meant to be a democracy, perfect or otherwise, and Americans do not want a democracy. They want a Representative Federal Republic that is Constitutionally bound.
I apologize, in advance, for any mistakes or omissions I have made. The final fact for this entire article, How to Plant The Seeds of Destruction, is it has been difficult to write and has given me a headache.

The Meaning of Liberty
In the past several months I have written about liberty and rights. I have used both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution as evidence of the commitment to liberty our founders made. But I cannot do the subject as much justice, nor can I offer the level of inspiration and motivation that I discovered in this short video with the late Paul Harvey.
In this monologue, Mr. Harvey explains the agenda of the founders in a way that is contrary to those that I have learned in school or discovered for myself at the library in documentary texts or film.
I trust you will share this with others. We must all know and understand the real sacrifices made to bring this nation into being. It is most relevant that we learn from the past and know what is necessary to restore liberty while it is still possible to accomplish that goal through the ballot box.
But we also must remain vigilant and prepared to fight for our freedom in whatever manner circumstance may dictate.

Gun Law Illusion of Security
Most of these people hold degrees in history or law. Some may also have degrees in social services and they have been taught incorrectly, that weapons cause violence. It is just nonsense.
I have been around hammers more than guns, and I know a hammer is a very dangerous weapon in the hands of someone wanting to harm someone else. A gun is just another tool, yet it was so important to the founders of the United States, to include it in the Constitution as part of the Amendments collectively named, The Bill of Rights. The gun debate stems from the Second Article of Amendment which states, "... the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." It was another limitation placed on the government, explicitly stating that no laws restricting that right is lawful.
Many will argue that today's social problems with drug cartels and dealers on the streets were not known to our founders or they may have made some concessions. It is arrogant and deceitful to expound on what the founder's may have done differently when it is obvious to anyone that studied the history of the American Revolution and even the Civil War, can plainly see that the resistance was against a federal government interfering with the rights of the free individuals residing in the free and sovereign States.
To even claim that we have law enforcement today that was lacking in the past is absurd also. Those inclined to do a crime, will do so regardless of laws. We have absurd drug laws and yet we have drugs rampant in American cities. Chicago has some of the toughest gun laws in the nation and they enjoy the highest murder rate with guns as the number one weapon. Maybe if victims had guns they would have at least prevented someone else from being shot by a criminal.
There is no evidence and there will be none that demonstrates any correlation between tough gun laws and lower rates of crime. How can there be any, when the opposite is true? Global statistics reveal that where there is little or no restrictions on citizens owning weapons, there is reduced violent crime.
Benjamin Franklin said, "Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both."
Tell your Congress that!

Resistance is Futile: Assimilate or Annihilate
History shows that no matter how bitter the battle and
how costly the victory, the public will soon forget and feel they can once
again trust others to protect them.
That happened with the victors of the Revolutionary War
as the general public relaxed and allowed others to deal with the protection of
the new Republic. They soon forgot how important it was to their own liberty to
be wary and remain vigilant. There are always those who attempt to subvert the
will of the people through deceit and force.
The entire chronology of the events that leads up to
the present will be too lengthy to display in a blog article. However it does
demonstrate the steps that were taken to slowly take control of the nation and
the methods employed were devious.
Controlling the People’s money was the primary goal
employed. The failed Aldrich Bill was later reintroduced as the Federal Reserve
Act, and the public was duped into believing in was the cure for economic
collapse. Reality has demonstrated the contrary in that it is the cause and not
the cure.
Getting the individual States to lose the Senatorial
selection played a major part in defeating the Republic. The 17th
Amendment needs to be repeals so that there is a more equitable balance of
power in the Congress.
Of course that alone will not restore liberty to the
States and the People respectively, but it will serve to repair the foundation
of federal government that become shaky when the amendment was ratified. Some
question the validity of that ratification, and I mention it here so my readers
may further research and determine the veracity of it for themselves.
The education of the young was another part of society
that became a “responsibility” of the federal government through the effective
lobby of the corporate leaders in America, why felt by controlling what was
taught and how student were “supposed” to think, it would benefit the corporate
need for disciplined workers. By further standardizing education into primary
and secondary, and then post-secondary further segregated from the former two,
they made that college and University education expensive so that the average
worker could not afford it for themselves or their children. It was an
effective process to separate People into “classes.”
The premise of “life, liberty and property” became “life,
liberty and the pursuit of happiness” where happiness became synonymous with
having two weeks vacation after all the living expenses were paid, and the
assumption of property ownership was unlawfully replaced with deeds issued by
the corporate state. Think you “own” your house? Try refusing to pay property
taxes and see how long you remain in possession of it. It is the State’s
property so long as you pay your lease fees which are called property taxes.
Motor vehicles are not owned by the People, they are
registered to the lessee, and the lessee pays fees to register said vehicle in
their name as the responsible party.
Instead of protecting the religious rights of the
People, the modern interpretation of the Constitution fools the People into
thinking that banning any religious displays in public is protection. Under the
guise of not wanting to offend others with contrary beliefs the rights to
religious expression are thereby suppressed. That is unless of course, the religion
happens to be Muslim and the political environment wants to appear tolerant by
becoming intolerant to expression of all other faiths. It is this very thing
that the Constitution was to prevent.
People step up and dare to challenge the system of delusion
only to be beat back with anger, arrest, harassment, and ridicule. No suppression
or retribution is unwarranted when the government and its puppet masters need
to quell the uprising against them.
So we are left with this:
Obey the government no matter what they tell you or
become a dissenter, an insurgent, a rebel, a terrorist. Regardless of how you
feel, the government will choose what category you fall into based on the level
of your resistance to slavery. They will determine whether you can be interred
and “re-educated” or if you are threat to society because you cannot be
reprogrammed, and therefore must be eliminated from being a disruptive
influence on others.
