Another Senseless Act of Violence: Or Something More?

The agenda of the foreign privately owned-for profit-incorporated UNITED STATES Government is clear:  NO American or U.S. Citizen should own or posses a firearm. The slow step by step build-up of terrorism against Americans incidences began in earnest with George Herbert Walker Bush who gave up his American National status (he is no longer an American):

(Note:  it should be remembered that the official FBI report on the Sandy Hook first person shooter exercise concluded that no one was wounded or killed/murdered, also, it should be recalled that the same known crisis actors were at the Batman Movie Shooting and Boston Marathon Bombing.)

From the point of view of this article, It makes no real difference whether these incidences were real or not, real tragedy aside. The importance of these events is from the American public's perception of them:  In other words, there worth as propaganda or mind control devices of manipulation is important;  although, these events or exercises (in regard to government sponsored terrorism) worked to some extent, they did not have the desired effect (to enable the disarming of the American Public):  the incorporated U.S. Government then shipped into the country real Islamic terrorists into the country knowing that in time they would plan and carry out real terrorist activities in the name of Allah, in the name of Mohammed, in the name of Islam, in the name of Al Qaeda, in the name of ISIS (ISIS-ISIL-Islamic State Iraq Levant), etc.

A series of PSYOPS (Psychological Operations) to condition the American Public to activities of violence in order to begin another war, in order to force the disarming of Americans, in order to desensitize Americans to acts of violence (yet to happen) carried out directly by the incorporated US Government, or other deep state organizations directed by the incorporated US Government.

The yet to come rhetoric from the privately owned major media will, without doubt, carry anti-gun debates, assault weapons bans discussions, emotional pleas from grieving relatives, pictures of people holding or waving black rifles or carbines, etc. The sum total will once again try to force Congress to pass more restrictions, or outright bans. The privately owned major media is a controlled group spewing government (one world government-new world order-United Nation) propaganda intent on disarming the American public. If that situation should come to pass, the American Public will have very little with which to resist Government Tyranny.

The most recent terrorist/hate crime/first person shooter exercise involved Omar Mateen's activities at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Florida. One or more terrorists entered the night club carrying an estimated at 40 or more 30 round magazines and a sig sour MPX rifle. While one or more people barred the exits telling the club goers to stay inside, Mr. Marteen began shooting randomly at people, walls, ceiling and later local police. After three hours of activity, Mr. Marteen was killed by Local Police. 

(Note:  30 round magazine about a pound. many of the more than 50 people hit a dozen times or more-30 magazines 30 pounds. hundreds of rounds fired during exchange with police 100 rounds approx 3 30 round magazine 3 pounds. dozens of misses and 15 rounds fired into the air or ceiling 30 rounds 1 pound. approximately 40+ 30 round magazines weighing 40+ pounds.)

The back story and continuing comments on Mr. Marteen follows: 

From FBI and Local Orlando Police Sources:

"First he claimed family connections to al-Qaeda. He also said he was a member of 
Hezbollah, which is a Shia terrorist organisation that is a bitter enemy of the so-called Islamic State [Isil]. He said he hoped that law enforcement would raid his apartment and assault his wife and child so that he could martyr himself."

The FBI's Mr. Comey said the agency began a 10-month investigation into Mateen at 
that time:

"Our investigation involved introducing confidential sources to him, recording conversations with him, following him, reviewing transactions and records from his communications, and searching all government holdings for any possible connections, any possible derogatory information.

"We then interviewed him twice and he admitted making the statements that his co-workers reported, but explained that he did it in anger because he thought his co-workers were discriminating against him and teasing him because he was Muslim. After 10 months of investigation we closed the preliminary investigation."

Two months later Mateen's name surfaced in an indirect way, as an acquaintance of a man who became a suicide bomber in Syria for al-Nusra. The FBI determined that there were no significant links between the two men.

One person from the mosque he attended said he had once been concerned about Mateen 
radicalizing, but concluded after he had been married and got a job as a security guard that there was no reason for concern.

The Harry Potter ride worker excited for a big night out. Luis Vielma was among 49 people to die later that night inside Pulse nightclub – a venue which attracted people from all across the city of Orlando. The club was gay, Luis was not, but that didn’t matter as the Latino music blared and the Saturday night party was in full swing.

Harriet Alexander in Orlando has spoken to his family who described their last moments and messages with Luis.

An employee at Universal Studios theme park, working on the Harry Potter ride, the 22-year-old was planning a big night with Laura, a Colombian friend from Miami.

“I said to him, hey, why don’t you bring her over for dinner and I’ll cook us all some Mexican food,” said Jose Vielma, Luis’s father, speaking to The Telegraph inside his home on the outskirts of Orlando.

“But he said they were going to head downtown. He texted me at 8.32pm and said: 
‘I love you.’”

That was the last Mr Vielma ever heard of his son.

At 5 pm on Sunday she received a text message from Kimberley, at 16 the youngest of the three siblings, confirming their worst fears. She was in Mexico with her mother, Tina, a restaurant worker, preparing for celebrations to mark her birthday. Her father and brother Brian, 19, were at the Orlando hotel which served as a gathering point for the families, and had been given the news.

Soetoro/ Obama Soebarkah:  No clear evidence Orlando attack 'directed' from abroad

From AFP: the person occupying the White House, Barry Soetoro.Barack Hussein Obama said there was no clear evidence that the gunman who triggered a bloodbath in a Florida gay nightclub was directed by a foreign group (Note: plausible deniability is in full force)

While warning that the investigation was at a "preliminary stage," the person occupying the White House said 29-year-old Mateen appeared to have absorbed "various extremist 
information" found online. (Note:  implying online access to information is somehow dangerous and obviously should be controlled)

Here are some quotes from this Soetoro/Obama Soebarkah speech:

"At this stage we see no clear evidence that he was directed externally.

"It does appear that at the last minute he announced allegiance to Isil, but there is 
no evidence so far that he was in fact directed by them," he said, using an acronym for 
the Islamic State group.

"There's also no direct evidence that he was part of a larger plot.

"We're also looking at all the motivations of the killer, but it's a reminder that 
regardless of race, religion, faith or sexual orientation, we're all Americans. (Note:
Soetoro/Obama Soebarkah is not an American in any way, shape, or form.)

"We need to be looking after each other and protecting each other at all times in the 
face of this kind of terrible act."

Police chief: We blew a hole in the wall to prevent further loss of life
Orlando's police chief describes the response to the shooting at an Orlando gay 
nightclub at a press conference on Monday.

Telegraph speaks to British-born preacher 
Ruth Sherlock has spoken with Farrokh Sekaleshfar, the British preacher who spoke 
out against homosexuality at a mosque in Florida.  

Sekaleshfar, a doctor and Muslim scholar from Manchester told this newspaper that he 
had used his sermon at the Husseini Islamic Centre just outside Orlando in April to 
talk about "how Muslims should deal with homosexuals at the university place".

"Many people come to the West in academic institutions and they want to know how to 
manage it," he said. "My sermon was about nurturing children’s views; nurture their 
sexuality."

He said he was helping them develop a "healthy" - straight - sexual identity.

In 2013 the preacher gave a sermon at the University of Michigan in which he said 
that execution of homosexuals was permissible under certain tenets of Islamic 
literature

He claimed that if a gay person has intercourse in public, and more than four people 
witness it, then "death is the sentence".

"There's nothing to be embarrassed about this. Death is the sentence,' he said.

Dr. Sekaleshfar said he "didn't speak about the death sentence" during his Orlando 
address.

He said that had been an "academic" speech on "Islamic theory" and that he didn't 
condone violence against homosexuals in practice. "I regard homosexuality as a sin. 
But it's just like any other sin, like adultery," he said.

"They are not aliens. I wanted to put fears at rest that [Muslim students at 
universities with homosexual peers] shouldn’t be scared."

It has been suggested that Omar Mateen, the Orlando shooter might have attended, or 
been inspired by Sekaleshfar's speeches. But Sekaleshfar is a Shia scholar, and 
Mateen a Sunni Muslim; two denominations of Islam whose worshippers do not usually 
attend each others' sermons.

Sekaleshfar said that only a small number of the usual congregation had come to 
hear his sermon at the Husseini Islamic centre because his scheduled appearance 
had been controversial. He said he never met or interacted with Mateen.

Dalai Lama says shooting was "very serious tragedy"
Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama on Monday called the shooting in Orlando, 
Florida, in which 50 people died at the weekend, "a very serious tragedy."

Speaking at the U.S. Institute of Peace in Washington, the Buddhist leader called 
on the audience to observe a moment of silence.

"Yesterday, very serious tragedy, Orlando. So let us some silent prayer, OK," he said.

Security warning in UK after Pulse shooting
Police in the UK are being asked to review security for all public events following 
the Orlando attacks, the BBC has reported. 

In particular events with the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender) community 
such as Gay Pride, which is on for the next two weeks, need extra vigilance, police 
said.

Shares in security company G4S have plunged to a seven-year low after it confirmed that Omar Mateen, the man who killed 50 people in an Orlando nightclub, was one of its employees, writes the Telegraph's  Rhiannon Bury. 

The company’s shares were down 6.5pc this morning to 175.3p as investors reacted to the news that G4S had carried out a number of checks on Mr Mateen during the time that he worked for them.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, Mr Mateen entered the Pulse nightclub in 
Orlando, Florida and opened fire, killing 50 people and injuring 56 more, some 
critically. The incident is the worst mass shooting in US history.

Mr Mateen had been employed by G4S since September 2007 and worked at a gated 
retirement community in South Florida. He was off duty at the time of the incident.

Omar Mateen's father, Seddique Mateen, who has said he believes that gays should be 
"punished by God," poses with the Afghan flag in military fatigues. 

And in a video he posted online, Mateen Sr. also declares his candidacy for president 
in Afghanistan.

But behind the smile, the people of Orlando discovered on Sunday, lurked the mind of a cold-hearted killer who gunned down dozens of gay and lesbian fellow Americans, 
reportedly after being enraged by the sight of two men kissing.

Clinton renews calls for tougher gun control laws 
The Telegraph's Ruth Sherlock has been following Hillary Clinton's response to the 
shooting:

Hillary Clinton has said America has to recapture the spirit of unity that it had after the 9/11 attacks.

In an implicit rebuke to Donald Trump she said: 'This is a time for statesmanship; for Republicans and Democrats and Independents to come together. We have to remember how we came together after 9/11 and we should recapture that."

She said Trump's rhetoric is 'quite dangerous to our country'. 

"Yes we have to go after anyone who threatens us with terrorism, and tackle radicalism 
in the United States," she said, but added that there are many people in this country 
who use weapons who have no connection to terrorism. 

Pressed on why she wouldn't label the attack yesterday radical Islamic terrorism, she 
said: "It matters what we do more than what we say. It matters we got Osama bin laden; 
not what we call him. What I won't do is demonise an entire religion - plays right into 
Isil's hands. Want to reach out to vast majority of Muslims around this world."

She used the attacks to again press her views on gun reform: "A gunman used a weapon 
of war to shoot down 50 people and we can't even get the congress to block the buying 
of arms for people on no fly-lists."

She said 23 people have been shot by toddlers this year alone.

Police, prosecutors and politicians in Orlando are currently updating us on what they 
know so far.

Of the 49 victims - the death toll of 50 mentioned yesterday includes Mateen - 48 have 
been identified. And of those, 24 have had their next of kin informed.

We were also told that the FBI are investigating other people, and preparing search 
warrants. "If anyone else is involved in this crime they will be prosecuted," said 
Lee Bentley, of the FBI.

Police have said their priority today is identifying the remaining victims, and informing their families. "We will not be defined by a cowardly hater," said Buddy Dyer. "We will be defined by how we respond."

Gunman's father says 'gays should be punished by God,' not those on earth. The father of Florida gunman Omar Mateen has issued a video statement where he says it was wrong of his son to take it upon himself to "punish" the gay community. "God himself will punish those involved in homosexuality,” Seddique Mateen said in the statement, which was posted on Facebook and uncovered by the Washington Post. “This  is not for the servants [of God]," he adds.

Social media users are showing solidarity with the victims of the Orlando shooting using 
the hashtag #GaysBreakTheInternet, the Telegraph's Mark Molloy writes:

with many users posting photos and messages of support for the LGBT community.

One user wrote: “#GaysBreaktheInternet because violence will not silence us and I choose 
to love her loud & proud.”

Florida gunman Omar Mateen had been investigated for links to US's first suicide bomber 
in Syria Omar Mateen, the gunman who killed and wounded more than 100 people at a 
nightclub in Florida, had been in contact with America’s first suicide bomber in Syria, 
writes Josie Ensor in Beirut. 

The 29-year-old American citizen whose parents had immigrated from Afghanistan, had been in regular communication with Moner Mohammed Abu Salha, a fellow Floridian who was a member of al-Qaeda-linked Jabhat al-Nusra.

In early 2014, Mateen was put under surveillance for possible ties with Abu Salha, the 
son of a Palestinian father and American mother who left his home state to join jihadists 
in Syria. Abu Salha, 22, was trained by Nusra in 2012 before returning to Florida in 2014, 
when it is believed he met with Mateen.

Isil (ISIS-Islamic State Iraq Levant) praises Mateen in radio bulletin 
In a radio bulletin, Isil has declared Omar Mateen a "soldier of the caliphate." 

The news item by al-Bayan, an Isil-allied station, also noted that the shooting was the worst in US history. 

It remains unclear whether Isil's (ISIS-Islamic State Iraq Levant) leadership in Raqqa approved the attack. 

But the group last month encouraged its followers across the world to carry out lone wolf attacks in its name.

China’s leaders express condolences after Orlando shooting 
Xi Jinping, the president of China, called his US counterpart Barack Obama to 
express condolences, The Telegraph’s China Correspondent Neil Connor writes from 
Beijing.

“On behalf of the Chinese government and the Chinese people, Xi expressed deep 
sympathy and sincere condolences to Obama, the US government and the US people,” 
a report by state news agency Xinhua said.

“He also expressed grief to the victims of the terror attack.”

Li Keqiang, the Chinese premier, also expressed his condolences over the shooting, 
as he spoke to reporters during a visit by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, 
according to several domestic media outlets.

Premier Li said China “opposes any form of violence & terrorism”, a Tweet by state 
media outlet People’s Daily said.

It has now been over 10 years since gun owners in Australia were forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their own Government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars.
The statistics for the years following the ban are now in:
Accidental gun deaths are 300% higher than the pre-1997 ban rate The assault rate has increased 800% since 1991, and increased 200% since the 1997 gun ban.
Robbery and armed robbery have increase 20% from the pre-97 ban rate.  From immediately after the ban was instituted in 1997 through 2002, the robbery and armed robbery rate was up 200% over the pre-ban rates. In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 171 percent

Let's examine the overall murder rate and the gun murder rate in Australia. Take note both are virtually unchanged and unaffected by the gun ban. The Australian experience and the other historical facts above prove it. While the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns

ASSAULT

The trend in assaults shows an average growth of five percent each year from 1995 to 2007. The Australians "banned" guns in 1997 as you will recall.

ROBBERY

Oh look. after we banned guns in 1997, people murdered by guns decreased by 10%. On the other hand, people murdered by knives increased by 10%. Well, at least you weren't shot to death and thank goodness no criminals were hurt in the commission of their murders. Awesome!

RAPE

Reported sexual assaults have increased by 51 percent since 1995, at an average of four percent each year. Let's not forget about those little Sheilas now. look at that. They're getting raped more often than ever now that the rapists know they're unarmed. How about that.

I'm sure it wouldn't be that way in America though because our citizens are known to be SOOOO much more civilized than those violent barbaric Australians.

hmmm, wait a second...on second thought-you know what? There's no way I'll be turning my guns in.

Trump is a Pathological Narcissist

The Esteemed Readers of Fix America may recall the post, The Hope For America: Know Yourself and Set Yourself Free in which world-renown psychiatrist Samuel Vaknin claims that Barack Obama is a pathological narcissist and a dangerous person. 

Recently, in an article written by Richard Larsen for the Conservative Daily News, Donald Trump is compared to the narcissistic Barack Obama, and in some cases, surpasses Obama in his arrogance and demeaning of those who dare disagree with him. The following is an excerpt from that article.

"And now we have the bombastic, egocentric real estate mogul from New York mirroring the self-absorption seemingly endemic with our 44th president. And he’s already setting some records with his self-congratulatory rhetoric.

“I’m really rich.” “I’m proud of my net worth.” “I’ve done an amazing job.” “I’m really proud of my success. I really am.” “I’m not doing that to brag because you know what? I don’t have to brag.” But he just can’t seem to help himself! And so Donald Trump self-adulated himself 257 times in his 45 minute presidential bid announcement speech last month. That even exceeded Obama’s 208 self-laudatory references in his 22 minute, 2007 presidential announcement. That’s pretty impressive when you can out-“narcissize” the Narcissist In Chief!

But aside from his egocentrism, the most glaring verity related to Trump’s presidential bid is that he doesn’t belong on the Republican ticket. He clearly is not a conservative, and probably aligns ideologically much more with Bernie Sanders than he does with any of the other 15 candidates on the Republican ticket.

Over the years, Trump has been a proponent for single-payer government funded healthcare, a socialistic step to the left of Obamacare. He’s been a supporter of abortion, has advocated an assault weapons ban, and has even floated the idea of forcing the rich to forfeit 14% of their total wealth to reduce the federal debt.

He has donated heavily to Bill and Hillary Clinton’s campaigns, and to the Clinton Foundation. And when he married his third wife in 2005, Bill and Hillary were on his guest list. And his financial support for Democrat House and Senate candidates has far eclipsed what he’s donated on GOP candidates.
According to public campaign disclosures, 21 of Trump’s 30 political donations have gone to liberal Democrats and political action committees. Only seven went to Republicans, and two went to Charlie Crist, who, like Trump, doesn’t seem to know which party he belongs to.


And in 2008, he sounded just like every other progressive in the nation, bemoaning George W. Bush’s presidency, when Trump alleged, “He was so incompetent, so bad, so evil.” Trump went on to call Bush “maybe the worst president in the history of this country.”"

Since Fix America first published in 2008, we have done so without partisanship, merely reporting and opining on the individual and not the political party they associate with. Ideologically, we have maintained a stance of constitutional and limited governance, regardless of the views of the candidates and those in office or appointed to positions of authority.

It's All Your Fault!

The reason we have any gun laws at all is the fault of the People. When they were first enacted, it seemed like a good idea, because just like today, they believed that laws would make them safe. 

Criminals do not obey laws, therefore gun laws have no affect on them whatsoever. The People who are law abiding are the ones who are burdened by these unconstitutional laws. And they are all unconstitutional make no mistake about that.

While many states are making it easier to obtain arms and to carry concealed, here in Oregon, the legislature is once again proposing a bill that will cost the State and the People, while doing nothing to prevent or even deter crime.

But it's all your fault! You believed the NRA and other groups who claim to fight for your 'gun rights' when the only thing necessary to combat these laws is simply to disobey them.

The only thing that makes a law enforceable is the consent given by the People. That and of course the armed law enforcement agencies who work for the same corporation that is taking your rights at the point of a gun.

If you want to exercise your rights, don't wait until the corporate government is voting on an unconstitutional act.  Gather together in force and demand that the government obeys the People. Demand that your local and state governments ignore the federal laws that infringe on the rights of the People. Not with posters and chants. But with the same show of force the government uses when it tries to make the People obey them.

"The beauty of the Second Amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it."

A Liberal's Perspective: Defending The Boundary of American Ideals

In hushed tones during conversations across the breadth of the heartland of America there are whispers. Quiet talk. About an army. Of Americans? 
An army prepared to defend an increasingly oppressed population craving reprieve from their government’s increasingly draconian methods. This army, they say, is growing.

After firm handshakes all around, Dan T. and Gene R., who I had good reason to believe were both retired military, settled into our task at hand. I was in their company for the day on business. During the one-day meeting Dan and Gene revealed that they were indeed career military. Dan, Army. Gene, retired Navy. I attempted to politely avoid political discussion in the interest of decorum.

So at the first comment on politics from my hosts I took a long deep breath. My opinions, despite being armed with facts, don’t go-over well in conservative America. Much less with ex-military. No doubt, patience would be needed.

Two hours later we clashed the mugs of our third round of beers together in a boisterous toast.

“This country is going to hell!,” I offered just a bit too loudly in the confines of the cramped bar.

“Damn right it is,” agreed Dan. At 6’4”, and a stout 280 pounds, Dan would make a fine nose tackle. “Quite frankly, I’m in favor of ringing America with an expanded Navy to protect us. It’s time our Military went back to protecting our Nation. Leave the world alone. But… the real question right now in America is…,” and he lowered his voice, giving me a direct stare, “are you prepared?”
Indeed America is going to hell. A sleeping America has no idea of the depth of the plot against them. Those few who are paying attention have good reason to fear the direction of their country and their Government. 

The savvy American knows about the FEMA incarceration camps. These camps are intended for them. This is confirmed by a leaked two-hundred- fifty-four page US Army manual showing the designs of the camps, defining who is to be culled from the population, and who is to be put to death.

These same Americans also know that their America has recently purchased 1.5 Billion rounds of hollow point ammunition and 800 million rounds of double-aught shotgun shells. This ammo is designed for one purpose; killing… people. While police and National Guard are having trouble getting their own ammo, this massive arsenal is being distributed via the Dept. of Homeland Security to points unknown.

They also know that the FBI formally requested in writing to assassinate with a high powered rifle the leaders of the Houston Occupy camp. 

Now, on Tuesday April 29, 2014 the US Supreme Court approved this behavior and a myriad of other authoritarian controls straight from the manuals of Dachau, Auschwitz, or the Gulag.

The informed American should be terrified.
I had heard and read rumblings of a ground-swell movement within the American military. This quiet, passionately pro-American, pro-Constitution, pro-democracy, army is rapidly growing. It has already faced down the US empire twice. Their mission: to save Americans from their Government. They call themselves, “Oath Keepers.”

“I Do Solemnly Swear (Or Affirm) That I Will Uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, Against All Enemies, Foreign and Domestic…Pledging My Life, My Fortune, and My Sacred Honor. So Help Me God.” – US Military Oath of Service.

Oath Keepers are the predictable historical reaction by populations to endemic political, financial, and corporate corruption and the destruction of their society. With a puppet president, malicious congress, and constitutionally irrational court system, to more and more Americans Oath Keepers is becoming the only effective counter weight to a tyrannical empire.

There are approximately 21.5 million military veterans of all ages and ethnic backgrounds in America. Estimates put Oath Keepers membership in excess of 200,000. Within this growing army are every military rank from all four branches of the US military. From Gunny Sergeant to Admiral, from Army Chaplain to Naval Captain, Marine Corp. General to PFC, America’s veteran military corp. remains full of a vast wealth of very expensive and thoroughly trained military. 

Oath Keepers include many active duty service men and women who keep their membership very private. Their numbers are reportedly also swelling.
All these men and women were trained to fight. They remember their training. They remember that they are first and foremost American’s, sworn to protect the constitution and the American people. That never changed. These real American patriots have not for gotten the Oath of Service they swore to so many years before.     
          
Few thought the day would come when, rather than providing protection from foreign adversaries, they would actually heed the currently two most important words, “…and Domestic.”

By all current reports Americans hold over 320 million non-military fire arms of all makes, models, and calibers. That figure is only the guns that are accounted for. Actual numbers are higher. With the recent gun buying surge across America, this number is ever rising. Many of these people are buying these weapons whether they are aware of Oath Keepers or not, and hold very similar views on our Government’s authoritarian intentions. 

Combine all these weapons with the millions of American veterans and you have a highly trained and well- armed militia ready, willing, and waiting to protect Americans from their own government. Was this not the original wisdom of the inclusion of the American Constitution’s very controversial Second Amendment?

Freedom loving Americans have only two distinct choices. Either use their First Amendment right to assembly and free speech to produce a massive showing of outrage that retrieves the remains of true democracy… 
Or… it will be the Second Amendment. Guns.
I asked Dan and Gene to comment.

Dan slams his glass down in agreement, since it is empty, looking intently out from under a beat-up, bleached out, somewhat reddish baseball cap. 
“That’s a good way to put it,” he says while eyeing me carefully over the foam atop a freshly poured beer. “The question really is,” he says again quietly, “are you prepared?”

In America’s desperate condition being prepared runs the gambit from eliminating one’s personal debt, eliminating unnecessary possessions, putting assets into gold or silver, and stocking a sensible amount of supplies and provisions away just in case. It means having the presence of forethought to realize the dire reality of America’s real social and political condition.
It also implies being prepared to protect and defend those possessions, and freedoms, from a growing government tyranny.

A whole lot of well trained, well-armed, Americans have seen this day coming. 
The Oath Keeper motto is, “Not On Our Watch!” Their own pro-American, pro-constitutional oath has been sworn by all Oath Keepers whether active military, veterans, police officers, national guardsmen, TSA officials, firemen, or peace officers. The Oath is defined clearly in ten separate guarantees: 

Oath Keepers will NOT obey any order to:

1. Disarm the American people.
2. Conduct warrant-less searches of the American people, 
3. Detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” 
4. Impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.
5. Invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty. 
6. Blockade American cities, turning them into giant concentration camps.
7. Force American citizens into any form of detention camps.
8. Assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil.
9. Confiscate the property of the American people.
10. Infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances. 

Only two Days ago the US Supreme Court of the United States formally gave approval for US Government goons to reap all these horrors on all Americans. 

On Tuesday, the court in Hedges v. Obama, U.S. Supreme Court, No. 13-758, refused to review the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeal’s (traditionally the president’s pocket court) decision to overturn a lower court decision that did, temporarily, protect Americans from these unconstitutional war crimes of Sect. 1021 of the Obama inspired of the National Defense Authorization Act. All ten horrors are, right now, legal across America.

Foolishly I had mistakenly interpreted the Oath of the Oath Keepers to mean that those who take the oath would lay down their weapons under such extreme circumstances. 

“Wrong!” said Paul immediately, inching forward and giving me a penetrating glance while setting down his beer. “We’re not laying down our weapons for anyone!” 

Gene was also eyeing me keenly. Quickly forgiving my small indiscretion, he offered support saying, “Yeah. You’re absolutely right about the Oath. But if you don’t have your weapons you’re not going to fight back. That’s what the huge recent increase in gun sales is all about.”

Gene’s a retired Navy aircraft carrier pilot, one of the Navy’s most highly trained servicemen. Of a Bantam weight’s build, and just as feisty, at sixty Gene is looking as youthful as his days in the cockpit. He is just as assured and straight talking. 

I told them about the FBI study that concluded that American citizens and their massive private, and growing, arsenal could never defeat the US military, should the populous finally fight back.

Gene smiled slyly, then laughed. “They've got that one wrong,” Gene is quite likely correct. Quantifying the totality of a potential armed push back by an armed American public, truly shows the dire consequences about to befall America. It is no wonder that Gene is smiling.

Sadly, that result will be bloodier than the Civil War, just as apocalyptic, and spell the darkest days in the history of America, should it remain a nation when the sands of time have finally cleared the wreckage.

The American Empire has been keeping any news of Oath Keepers out of the media. The regime does not want an example of courage and successful opposition getting to the minds of its subjugated and fearful people. The regime fears the Oath Keepers for a very good reason; this army has already beaten the devil back-down below.
Twice.

When the sequestration cuts agreed to by a criminal congress took effect in late 2013, the Obama administration decided to punish Americans for his failure as president. He proceeded to close the ocean to recreational fishing and boating, and close access to lakes and national parks. His dark minions in the Forest Service went so far as to ring the famous geyser, “Old Faithful,” a US tourist attraction, with a twelve foot high solid plastic fence. This made sure that no-one could see and enjoy it. Tourists who went to the third floor of an adjacent hotel to sneak a peek, were arrested.

Then the puppet went too far.

American veterans come from across America to remember their friends and loved ones at the Vietnam and World War Two war memorials. When Obama closed these, it was a call to action for the Oath Keepers.
  
Wearing side arms, some in uniform, Oath Keepers showed up en-mass. They proceeded to escort arriving visitors past the equally armed Capitol Police and then protected them during their visit. To everyone privy to this successful operation, the Oath Keepers were heroes.

Two weeks ago a corrupt US Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) tried to use his equally corrupt connections at the Bureau of Land Management to then order US Marshal’s Service to seize Clive Bundy’s Nevada ranch so he could sell it to the Chinese. Two thousand people showed up to defend the ranch, but the siege was turning ugly. Marshall’s were tazering peaceful protesters, and slamming women to the ground. Things were getting bad.

Then the Oath Keepers road in.

Armed and ready, several dozen Oath Keepers took up positions and began patrols on Clive Bundy’s property. Many publicly stated that if they were fired on they would return fire.

So, two hundred plus Federal Marshals went home.
The cheers were world-wide.

Our conversation had been enlightening, optimistic, supportive, but at the same time terrifying. To discover that so many American active and retired military are of like mind to just as many passionate pro-American progressives holding radical viewpoints was heartening.

Knowing that former members of America’s military had already sworn an oath to protect me, and other Americans, from the very real threat of being shot, or incarcerated without a warrant, by our own government was reassuring.
Assuredly the Oath Keepers will be called to order again soon.

That is terrifying.

The Second Amendment: It's Not Just About Keeping Arms!

Most of the focus in general regarding the Second Article of Amendment to the Constitution of the united States of America, is on the second clause of that amendment, that is, "the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

While doing research on the first part of that amendment, I discovered some very interesting posts, one of which I feel is relevant to share with the Esteemed Readers of this blog.

I therefore present the post in its entirety with no embellishments of edits of my own.

Here’s some of the straight dope from true American history, and analysis.

Alleged “Laws” that were not “made in Pursuance thereof” do not qualify as legitimate proof; e.g. such as the repugnant federal and state Militia statutes passed into “Law” since 1903, currently codified at 10 USC 311 and the 50 State Militia Acts.
The April 29, 2014 commentary “The States and The Sovereign’s . .” posted here re-asserted some previously asserted legitimate proofs that stand un-rebutted, and the same commentary asserted some new proofs, through analysis of historical and constitutional language in American documents and publications, and specific statutory analysis such as of the repugnant 1916 oxymoron “Unorganized Militia”, a phrase that had no historical or constitutional basis whatsoever.

By constitutional enumeration and definition, Militia are State institutions only, to be composed of county and local command structures per State statute; structures which are in turn composed of the whole body of the People. After reading and studying the following key words, phrases, and clauses in American documents, ask yourselves—DO the ALLEGATIONS of State Militia institutions existence, that must meet the requirements and mandates confirmed by the language in these American documents, CONTAIN ANY TRUTH WHATSOEVER? What will your legitimate answers to the posed questions reveal about alleged Militia existence? (Upper case emphasis added by DVM3)

“A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, COMPOSED of THE BODY of THE PEOPLE, TRAINED TO ARMS ..” – Virginia Constitution, Decl of Rights, Sec 13

“.. EVERY STATE SHALL ALWAYS KEEP UP A WELL-REGULATED and DISCIPLINED MILITIA ..” – Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union, Art VI Clause 4

“.. THE MILITIA TO EXECUTE THE LAWS ..” – Constitution for the United States of America, Art I Sec 8 Clause 15

“This CONSTITUTION, and THE LAWS of the United States WHICH SHALL BE MADE IN PURSUANCE THEREOF .. SHALL BE the SUPREME LAW ..” – Art VI Clause 2

“A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, being NECESSARY to the SECURITY of a FREE State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE infringed.” –Second Amendment

“MILI’TIA, n. .. The body of soldiers in a state enrolled for discipline, but not engaged in actual service except in emergencies; as distinguished from regular troops, whose sole occupation is war or military service. The militia of a country are the able bodied men organized into companies, regiments and brigades, with officers of all grades, and required by law to attend military exercises on certain days only, but at other times left to pursue their usual occupations.” – Noah Webster’s 1828 American Dictionary of the English Language

Story on the 2nd: “§ 1890. The importance of this article will scarcely be doubted by any persons, who have duly reflected upon the subject. The militia is the natural defence of a free country against sudden foreign invasions, domestic insurrections, and domestic usurpations of power by rulers. It is against sound policy for a free people to keep up large military establishments and standing armies in time of peace, both from the enormous expenses, with which they are attended, and the facile means, which they afford to ambitious and unprincipled rulers, to subvert the government, or trample upon the rights of the people. The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them. ..” – Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States(1833) Joseph Story. First part of Sec 1890 on the Second Amendment

Short list of questions:
1. Do the alleged Militia—the National Guard, the State Defense Forces, or the private groups, meet all the requirements of Militia existence, Militia duty and execution of enumerated Militia powers in any emergency? Are they composed of the whole body of the People, as required? (Determine your own legitimate answers to the questions after analyzing all document quotes.)
2. Did any true constitutional Militia composed of the People provide all the security necessary before, during and after Hurricane Katrina or Hurricane Sandy? How about before, during and after western wildfires? How about before, during and after central tornadoes?
3. Are there any Militia, governed by State and federal statutes, in the four southern border States that have been called forth to guard and protect the southern border, on a rotation basis?
4. Are there any Militia in the country that have been called forth to actively execute the Laws?—i.e. taken lawful actions to enforce the Constitution, Bill of Rights and State Constitutions, or taken lawful actions to stop unlawful actions?
5. Have all able-bodied 17/18 year olds in any local, county or state jurisdiction, been automatically enrolled and reported to their first Militia muster on the town green?
6. What federal or state statutes are the alleged Militia citing as authority, that enumerate the body of the People, each able-bodied person with rank in organized governmental command structures, or that enumerate the body of the People to execute the Laws and enforce the Constitution and Laws made in Pursuance thereof?
7. Are alleged Militia activities limited to domestic activity on American soil?
8. Do alleged Militia members keep their Arms and accoutrements required for Militia duty?
9. Have any alleged Militia units or members made lawful arrests of tyrants, usurpers or criminals?
10. Have any alleged Militia provided lawful security at elections, both outside and inside polling places?
11. Have any alleged Militia secured the health and safety of the food supply, the water supply?
12. Have any alleged local, county, or state Militia units representing the People, the Sovereign, decided the unconstitutionality of alleged “Laws” not “made in Pursuance thereof”, and taken lawful action against said unconstitutional “Laws”?
13. What is the Second Amendment about in its totality? (Few seem to know.) Have any of the recent Second Amendment rallies been true Second Amendment rallies, or just RTKBA rallies?
14. Are alleged Militia (NG, SDF) under local-county-state control, pre-1903 state & federal statutes, and Clauses 15/16/2nd Am per constitutional requirements, or are they under Clause 12 “Armies” federal control through the State Adjutant-General?
(Clauses 11 “ declare War”/12 “raise and support Armies”, and Clauses 15/16 “Militia”, were never intended to all meet and work together, except against a foreign military invasion on American soil.)

Around the same time that President Andrew Jackson was routing out the international banksters, a warning was issued by Justice Joseph Story in his 1833 Commentaries:

“§ 1890. … And yet, though this truth would seem so clear, and the importance of a well regulated militia would seem so undeniable, it cannot be disguised, that among the American people there is a growing indifference to any system of militia discipline, and a strong disposition, from a sense of its burthens, to be rid of all regulations. How it is practicable to keep the people duly armed without some organization, it is difficult to see. There is certainly no small danger, that indifference may lead to disgust, and disgust to contempt; and thus gradually undermine all the protection intended by this clause of our national bill of rights.”

Some private factions allege the right or power to form Militia themselves without superseding civil authority, statutes and regulations, because in their words the government at all levels has failed to adhere to the Constitution. Usurpation is allowed to occur due to lack of political vigilance by the People. Is it just a coincidence that the same private factions never wanted any part of pursuit of political action or remedy? The defeat of the 2009 Mass. “Pandemic Bill” after passing the Senate 36-0, proves the potential of political success when pursued. According to State Constitutions (2 cited above), military power must always be subordinate to the civil power or authority. Civil authority must be politically adjusted or changed first in order then to adjust or change the military power. State legislators now have the duty and power to revitalize the Militia power with one statute. If legislators continue abdication upon a major emergency, the Sovereign would have the duty and authority, in order to protect life, liberty and property, to make necessary emergency adjustments to restore lawful civil authority in order to restore the Sovereign People’s enumerated Militia powers and duties in “the common Defence” of natural rights.

What do the enumerations, requirements, and your own legitimate answers reveal? What is revealed—of the restorative action necessary to be executed by State legislators? Is the necessity revealed of what must be done by statute?—To bring the mandated State Militia institutions back into proven constitutional compliance, including satisfying the mandate “A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State”, and including satisfying the mandated duty and power of the States and the People to Enforce Our Constitution through execution of the Laws.
