Making America Great Again

When immigrants came to America, they came with dreams for their futures. America was called the Land of Opportunity, and that is what brought them to these shores. Many came with only the clothes on their backs and a skill or trade that was going to make them a good living. They learned quickly to speak English and taught their children to speak it as well. They never saw it as discrimination, in fact they took pride in speaking like an American. They studied along with their children, the history of the nation and the teachings of its Founders. When they felt confident in their knowledge they took an examination for citizenship that required answers to questions pertaining to this nation's history and the contract between We the People and the united States in union. That contract is called the Constitution for the united States of America. That and no other constitution is the contract between the People and the governmental services company of which George Washington was elected as its President and CEO. 

Greed of the European bankers and kings drove many to seek new lives in America. Up until about the mid-nineteenth century many people left the continent and sailed to America to live their dreams of freedom and prosperity. 

Today in America we have people who come here for free stuff. They could care less about learning English, in fact they find it offensive to be 'forced' to learn English. They don't want to know about our nation's history, and many would like to change it.

And the greed of the bankers now operates here in America taking our wealth like they did in Europe. 

Rather than digress into the causes, it would serve the highest good of all concerned to just point to a way to start to fix what is wrong and get America back to being the great nation that all others aspired to be or of which they were jealous. The long-term and short-term solutions I will opine upon.

People need to start running for local offices. city council, county commissioner, mayor, sheriff, school board member, etc. Not as a career, but to take action to fix the problems. You invoke positive change, empower others to step up and continue the work, and you will sleep well knowing you did your part for making America great again. Start fixing the election system by removing party control and return to free and open elections with no need for 'primary' elections. Regardless of how many candidates there may be, the one with the greatest number of votes wins.

Choose your candidates based on what you learn about then and not on what rumor mongers and mudslingers are saying.  Do the candidates seem forthright and honest or avoiding and distrustful? Do they demonstrate a skill or accomplishment or are you left wondering what did they ever accomplish that is commendable? Do your homework on the candidates who will most immediately impact your life whether its your mayor or the President.

This election is probably the most agonizing and important one that I can recall.  I'm sure that others will debate me on this issue but that debate will have to wait for another time. The focus here is what do we do when it seems obvious that our real choices are Clinton or Trump. I am aware of the other candidates, so don't think that Johnson and Stein were not part of the agony of choosing.

I visited Arkansas in May and had a very good chat with several people who know or know about the Clinton Clan. Evidently it is quite the family affair. I also lived in New Your City and I am familiar with Trump and his successes and failures, and the accusations and rumors. I do admire his business senses. I have yet to see proof of any serious wrongdoing.

So, if I had but one life preserver, and had to save either Hillary or Donald, whom should I save?

Littering?, or Operation OVERKILL!

How many times in any state have drivers passed temporary memorials to fatalities along the roadside?

The Esteemed Readers might guess hundreds of thousands of temporary memorials across America, and that might be an underestimate. These small memorials usually consist of a small wooden cross, a picture, flowers and cards. Do these remembrances constitute terrorist activity?  Do they constitute littering? 

Do these activities constitute true Felony Criminal Mischief (a $5,000.00 dollar fine), or a Class A Misdemeanor (a $400.00 to $1,200.00 dollar fine)?  What will the Administrative Assistant to the State Tribunal (read as Judge in a state court) decide the fine should really be?  If the alleged crime took place on Federal Public Property (a National Forest), Why would the proceedings be held in a State Tribunal?

Are simple temporary memorials within the boundary of State or Federal Highway Easements really serious crimes worthy of $5,000.00 dollar fine?   Is the damage to State or Federal Property in excess of $1,000.00 dollars?

Oregon Public Policy Statutes follow:

§ 164.365¹ 
Criminal mischief in the first degree
(1) A person commits the crime of criminal mischief in the first degree who, with intent to damage property, and having no right to do so nor reasonable ground to believe that the person has such right:
(a) Damages or destroys property of another:
(A) In an amount exceeding $1,000;
(B) By means of an explosive;
(C) By starting a fire in an institution while the person is committed to and confined in the institution;
(D) Which is a livestock animal as defined in ORS 164.055 (Theft in the first degree);
(E) Which is the property of a public utility, telecommunications carrier, railroad, public transportation facility or medical facility used in direct service to the public; or
(F) By intentionally interfering with, obstructing or adulterating in any manner the service of a public utility, telecommunications carrier, railroad, public transportation facility or medical facility; or
(b) Intentionally uses, manipulates, arranges or rearranges the property of a public utility, telecommunications carrier, railroad, public transportation facility or medical facility used in direct service to the public so as to interfere with its efficiency.
(2) As used in subsection (1) of this section:
(a) Institution includes state and local correctional facilities, mental health facilities, juvenile detention facilities and state training schools.
(b) Medical facility means a health care facility as defined in ORS 442.015 (Definitions), a licensed physicians office or anywhere a licensed medical practitioner provides health care services.
(c) Public utility has the meaning provided for that term in ORS 757.005 (Definitions) and includes any cooperative, peoples utility district or other municipal corporation providing an electric, gas, water or other utility service.
(d) Railroad has the meaning provided for that term in ORS 824.020 (Definitions for ORS 824.020 to 824.042).
(e) Public transportation facility means any property, structure or equipment used for or in connection with the transportation of persons for hire by rail, air or bus, including any railroad cars, buses or airplanes used to carry out such transportation.

(f) Telecommunications carrier has the meaning given that term in ORS 133.721 (Definitions for ORS 41.910 and 133.721 to 133.739).
(3) Criminal mischief in the first degree is a Class C felony. What is the definition of criminal mischief?

A person commits the offense of criminal mischief if he or she willfully and maliciously injures or damages by any means any real or personal property belonging to another, including, but not limited to, the placement of graffiti thereon or other acts of vandalism thereto.

What is the definition of "A Class A Misdemeanor?"

It is the most serious classification of misdemeanor charge in most states. States typically divide misdemeanors into categories such as Class A, B, C, D (or some numerical equivalent), with A being the most serious and C or D being the least serious. Mar 1, 2016


All of this Legal activity seems Draconian when compared to a simple roadside memorial to someone who died;  however, when the State or Federal Government is involved and their involvement was the cause of the fatality, extreme measures seem to be necessary. Why?  Possibly to deflect or misdirect any blame or guilt in any direction other than where it squarely belongs, at the Government's front door. 

What, if any, action must be taken to gard Property against this type of damage?

The the BLM’s Air Tactical Program could be enlarged in purpose and scope and used to track and record these types of truely serious crimes against humanity, just like Military Drones tracking and recording the loss (think collateral damage or innocent bystander) of women, children, and babies in the War torn areas of the Mideast and elsewhere.

BLM LAUNCHING DRONE PROGRAM TO MONITOR PUBLIC LANDS

The Bureau of Land Management has already promoted a notorious thug agent, Dan Love, to head up its new Protective, Security and Intelligence (think Spy) division, and now the federal agency is launching a drone program to monitor various activities and conditions on public lands under BLM control. Do you trust this agency, headed by Harry Reid lackey, Neil Kornze, to use surveillance drones for the limited and specific purposes they profess?


The following story is written by Gary Harmon, as published by the G.J. Daily Sentinel

MEEKER COLORADO — A drone could do in minutes the work of several federal employees to monitor pipeline reclamation efforts, identify and provide a count of endangered plants, watch over raptors, even in their nests, and go where literally no man has gone for hundreds, if not thousands, of years.

Drones were doing just those things, and more, recently, in northwest Colorado, as a team of drone operators and supervisors tested the craft under the deep blue Colorado sky and buffeting spring winds.

“We’re just testing the technology to see how well it works,” Kent Walter, manager of the Bureau of Land Management’s Meeker Field Office, said before heading to the Hay Gulch area to see a drone, or unmanned aerial system, do its stuff over a stretch of the Overland Pipeline.

On a dusty road through a meadow, a crew of BLM employees ran through a checklist, much as a pilot on manned aircraft might do, in preparation for a UAS flight to survey about 400 yards of pipeline.

Once clear, the drone was released to shoot up to 100 feet — the pre-set altitude for the survey — and then down to another pre-set point, where it began a series of transects back toward its starting point.

Think of a transect as one might mow a yard, said Gil Dustin, the BLM’s air tactical program manager. The drone flies a pattern just as a lawnmower would cut a strip, turn and cut a return strip parallel to the first, gradually working its way back to the crew.

In the drone’s case, the swaths are some 40 feet wide across the pipeline and the camera aboard takes high-resolution photos according to a program built into the flight plan. Those photos then are studied by experts to determine whether the earth above the pipeline is indeed being reclaimed according to BLM requirements.

It would require several hours with a crew of employees on foot to conduct the same survey, Walter said.

The same territory could be surveyed again, using GPS, to determine what kinds of change have occurred over the intervening time.

The UAS crew didn’t limit itself to a reclamation survey. It also flew a nearby canyon in search of cultural sites, capturing views of rugged country no human — in centuries — has seen, Walter said.

“We’ll see country that has never been seen before, using the drone’s camera, Walter said.

It also was used to study raptor nests in the piñon-juniper forest — “It doesn’t seem to bother raptors,” said Walter — as well as other tasks.

The drone crews file flight plans with the Federal Aviation Administration, just as they would if flying manned craft.

I have not been enthusiastic about the presidential elections since Ron Paul was robbed by his own party of the nomination, first with John McCain and then with Mitt Romney. It is apparent that the majority of American voters were not impressed with either of them, and based on results they voted for and to stay with Obama.

Many things have changed since Barack Obama was given the presidency in 2008 by deception and fraud. We are in the worst economic climate I have witnessed in my life and America is no longer respected by our allies, nor feared by our enemies/ And both of the major political parties that drove us here now want to fix it. Well I for one am not falling for the rhetoric and fear mongering.

Common sense and logic dictate the choice must be a candidate who never waivers from adherence to the Constitution of the United States. One who has demonstrated in their personal and public lives good ethics and morals. A person who testifies by their actions what their true nature is regardless of the opposition. This is our third and final opportunity to elect someone with such qualities and qualifications.

Dr. Rand Paul is the only candidate that fits the bill completely. There is another doctor who I also admire for his ethics and morals, and feel he would make an excellent addition to President Paul's cabinet where he will learn about governance from someone who knows it already. Dr. Ben Carson will be my choice in 2024 or 2020 if Rand chooses to be a one-term President.

In the past when writing in support of former Congressman (and Rand's father) Dr. Ron Paul, the Esteemed Readers were given researched facts as to why he was the only candidate capable of defeating Obama. Recent events regarding the NSA spying via Section 215 of the Patriot Act, expired thanks in no small part to the actions of Rand Paul on the Senate floor.

People say that when your enemies attack you with such fervor, it is indicative of you doing the right thing in spite of your opposition. Rand Paul is  that candidate and I for one will do whatever it takes to make him my President in 2016.

An Open Letter to the Congressman

I received an email response from Congressman DeFazio and thought I would share it and my reply with the Esteemed Readers.


"Dear Mr. Marsico:

Thank you for contacting me regarding right-to-carry legislation. I appreciate hearing from you.

I am once again a cosponsor of the National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act, which would allow an individual with a concealed carry permit to carry firearms across state lines. I voted for this bill in 2011. Unfortunately, the Senate did not act on the bill before Congress adjourned. 

I have supported other right to carry legislation as well. For instance, in 2009 I voted for legislation to allow an individual to carry a concealed firearm in U.S. Parks and wildlife refuges in accordance with state law. That legislation is now law. I also cosponsored and supported passage of legislation to allow retired law enforcement officers to receive reciprocity to carry across state lines. That legislation became law in 2004.

Again, thanks for your message. You can be sure that I will continue to fight to protect the Second Amendment rights of law abiding citizens against further abridgement by the federal government.

And my response:

Dear Representative DeFazio,

While I appreciate the fact that you voted for the Reciprocity Act, it was after all, a Harry Reid controlled Senate that sat on it, was never brought to a vote, and never became law, along with over 300 other bills sent out of the House to the Senate, but let's not quibble.

There are too many infringements on our rights now, to extend the 'privilege' of reciprocity to retired law enforcement officers, which they already have in many states, is a slap in the face to each and every American who is forced to be licensed and registered with the government instead of exercising the right to keep and bear arms without any government infringement. All Americans have the right to carry openly or concealed firearms of any type.

I am quite knowledgeable of the methods employed by statutes and codes to make privileges seem like rights, so the very idea 'law-abiding' citizens require you to protect us from the government is absurd. What you really need to focus on is how to keep us 'law-abiding' citizens from coming after all the criminals in government who can't seem to follow the rule of law and obey the Constitution of the United States. Your purpose is to represent, serve, and protect the People, not to rule over them.

'Shall not be infringed' is by no means a suggestion Mr. DeFazio. I suggest you pass the word to the rest in Congress, that We the People are getting pretty fed up with government that does nothing but waste money and abolish rights, only to then give privileges to select People and those who come here breaking our laws. Our patience is waning.

Where Do We Go From Here?

Since 2008 I have been writing articles and sharing articles from other authors with the Esteemed Readers of Fix America. Over those years I  have also shared these posts on forums and within comments of news articles, published by the privately-owned major media and other media outlets of lesser fame.

Most of what I see, hear, and read today is a far cry from news correspondence of a free and impartial press. Instead we are bombarded with the analysis and commentary of others, who, have no more right to voice their opinions than anyone else. The problem is, that what we expect to be unadulterated reporting of current events is instead spin and propaganda, not news, based on the particular ideology of the publisher or their political handlers and their sponsors.

Over the span of the past six or so years, Fix American has informed and educated the Esteemed Readers with facts, and while my opinions and those of other authors are offered, the facts are presented in whole without embellishment.

In an attempt to stifle the views of opposition, Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) has so much as said that anyone with a cellphone and blog does not constitute a reporter, and she wants to stop anyone without 'proper credentials' from reporting news. In other words, if you don't plan on reporting what the government approves, you will be silenced. So now approval by the government is prerequisite for someone to obtain a press pass or even to work for the media as a reporter.

It is by the consent of the governed that governments exists in the first place. It is We the People who created a constitutional representative republican form of self-governance, by which the People and the States remain sovereign and the federal system of governance is the servant and not the master. When did that change, 1871?  You will find most of the answers in the posts that Fix America has published. What you will not find is how and why it happened. For that answer you will have to look for future articles.

If the People are to be free to live their lives as they so choose, they must be willing to do whatever it takes to defend that freedom. To enjoy the fruits of one's labor, to own property, to be safe in their lands and homes, these are what we must all defend for ourselves as individuals, and collectively as communities. We must also be willing to defend our State if need arises to do so.

It is apparent that we can no longer trust those who we elect, members of the corporate UNITED STATES, to protect our rights and secure our borders. It is therefore incumbent upon We the People to defend ourselves and our neighbors from this attack on our unalienable rights.

Without digressing into the intricate details that led to the revolt against Great Britain, it is obvious that the collective reasons were enough to risk everything to gain sovereignty and be free of servitude. 

Our rights have been taken and replaced with privileges, granted by the corporate UNITED STATES. Our freedoms are no longer a foregone conclusion as more and more infringements by militarized law enforcement agencies disregard even basic individual rights all over the nation. While focus is held to one or two incidents that are used as propaganda by the privately-owned major media to reinforce the justification for more laws that take away more individual rights, police forces are treating the People as enemies of the STATE and use deadly force against the most benign of our fellow citizens.

What can we do? How much abuse will We the People tolerate before taking action?

Where do we go from here?

Who Were The Minutemen?

In the early days of America as colonies, they were for the most part left to their own devices and defenses. It was therefore necessary that all men kept and bore arms, to protect that which they labored to build and own.  It was from this need for a common defense among all the people, that agreements were made to provide able-bodied men to take up arms when an alarm was sounded.

It became necessary then to make formal agreements of association to establish a militia of the people, that is a group of fighting men forming the people's civilian army. They were not an army under the control of a central government, rather they were ordinary men upon who duty deemed it necessary to train and be ready to come to the defense of their fellow colonists.

When the British stopped supplying gunpowder the colonist had  to make their own. When the British came to confiscate their arms, the colonists rebelled. There were many other things that were done to the colonists by the Crown, but as loyal subjects, they filed their grievances in the proper manner, and witnessed themselves being treated as less than the subjects in Great Britain were treated. But it was the attempts to take their arms that finally was the last straw or the "shot heard 'round the world"!

So who were the 'Minutemen' and what did they do to earn such a name for themselves? According to American Revolutionary War history they were a select group of well-prepared militiamen, who were so named because of  their rapid response to a call-to-arms when they were needed to defend against an enemy attack. Today they would be the Rapid Deployment Forces of an elite military. The Continental Army called up these minutemen for rapid response to British attacks. 

So to recap and put it as plain and simple as can be, I am no longer 'duty-bound' to join a militia as I have reached past the age of sixty, however my patriotism and sense of responsibility will keep me 'in the fight' to restore the Republic that has been taken from us all.

In light of the fact that we are being invaded on our southern border, with several reports of Mexican troops crossing and firing upon Americans, that surely looks like an act war, declared or not. Although the federal government is constitutional bound to protect the borders from invasion, they have not only ignored the duty, that are aiding and abetting the invasion!

There have been calls to arm and deploy the militias, to defend the border states from this invasion, but not by the governors of those states. The Governor of Texas has been complaining about the lack of federal support and has asked militias NOT to intervene as the Texas Department of Public Safety will respond. The problem is, they are grossly over-matched for the task.

It will then fall upon the sheriffs of those border counties to call forth the militia, and deputized them to defend the land. It is the duty of We the People to respond to that call, and be prepared to become part of the forces under orders of those officers assigned to lead.

The Fall of a Nation

America is under attack and there are no defenses being provided by our government. In fact, the government is bringing the invasion to us by training and arming foreigners. Reports from anonymous Border Patrol agents indicate that among those who are invading our nation, are Islamic Jihadists who are being trained by DHS as 'soldiers' in case of 'civil unrest' in US cities. In other words, they will have no problem killing American civilians, including women and children. They are getting fed and clothed, and they are being sheltered and trained to kill Americans. Oh yes! This is happening right now while your attention is being drawn to what is going on in the Middle East and in Eastern Europe.

Thousands of lives and over a $1,000,000,000,000 US are lost. Tens of thousands more US troops are maimed by the atrocities of terrorists claiming to represent the 'Religion of Peace.' And like Nero who fiddled while Rome burned, the person occupying the White House is campaigning and golfing while Baghdad is about to fall. And this just in:  The ISIS terrorists found chemical weapons belonging to the Iraqi Army and manufactured no doubt in the United States.  The very same weapons that for years, the Democrats in Washington have denied existed.



The border with Mexico is now controlled by the Mexican drug lords, while U.S. Border Patrol Agents have been reassigned to babysitting and nursemaid duties. And instead of doing their constitutional duty to call up the citizen soldiers to defend their states, the Governors of Arizona and Texas are doing nothing. Calls are going out for militia support by the communities being threatened, and some unconfirmed reports of American casualties have been coming forth as well.

Congress has not protected the People who elected them and instead are looking at how to help Afghanistan and Iraq. Directly negotiating with terrorists and exchanging five high-ranking Taliban 'generals' for one deserter and possible enemy collaborator, arming terrorists with American weapons to overthrow the governments of Egypt. Libya, and now Iraq, while training illegal immigrants on US soil to fight us. And now bringing back a Libyan national who claims no direct responsibility for the American live lost nor any remorse, to the States for criminal prosecution instead of being tried as an enemy combatant in a military court. He is a terrorist just like the ones exchanged for the deserter Bowe Bergdahl.

Impeachment was the answer for merely breaking the law, but Congress has not acted. Indictments need to be served to many members of this criminal regime yet Congress does nothing. I cannot understand why the Republican led House of Representatives has not acted on Articles of Impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors. I have heard an excuse making the rounds claiming that it is an exercise in futility so long as Harry Reid and the Democrats control the Senate. That is not a valid reason to not live up to your oaths of office and do the right thing under the Constitution. Unless you have broken that oath and no longer represent We the People.

As was emphatically stated in the Declaration of Independence two hundred and thirty eight years ago,

 "Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

It seems irrefutable that our government no longer represents the will of the People and definitely is operating without the consent of the governed who are We the People.

Because of the immediate danger of this unabated invasion, we must act now to secure the border ourselves and deal with restoring the constitutional republic once we can save our lands from invasion.

Are You American?

Most people who are citizens will answer "Yes!" Citizenship alone does not make you an American. No, being American is not the ability to vote or wave the flag and sing the national anthem.

The peoples who came to America did so for freedom. Freedom to worship as they believed, freedom to work and keep the fruits of their labors, free to defend themselves from criminals.

You are an American if you refuse to obey ANY law that is unjust, because being an American is a way of life, ii is about principles and not ideology. It is about ethics and morals, regardless of where you get them. It is about the liberty to live as you feel is best for you so long as you honor and respect that same right of everyone else.

The People of the colonies chose members of their communities to represent them, and they met and formed rules of association with each other, rules or laws that provided mutual respect for liberty and rights. They formed a confederation among themselves and established a system of governance in which they could live in peace and prosperity. They committed themselves to rules of order, and when someone's life or property was endangered or taken from them, they established laws to provide justice to the victim(s) and their dependents or survivors.

Justice. That is the purpose of law. Being a 'law-abiding citizen' does not make you an American. Being American is exceptionalism because unlike every nation before it and since, the constitutionally limited republican representative system of governance, was truly a form of self-governance. The 'government' in that sense was a body politic that was a representation of the will of the People. It was not an entity of its own nor did it hold any power over its People. After all, the People created that government and gave it duties and responsibilities, while explicitly prohibiting that government from infringing on the liberty and the rights of the people.

It was by definition a form of anarchy, that is anti- monarchy, or anti- oligarchy. It was against any form of government that ruled by force and suppression of free will. And yet it did have rules and hence laws. Laws to provide justice for those accused and convicted of crimes against the People.

We now are faced with the cold, hard facts that we no longer have a constitutional republic. That was taken from the People by treasonous acts of then President Abraham Lincoln and Congress in 1871. The former made all citizens insurgents and enemies of the government, and the latter when Congress unlawfully created a government for the District of Columbia and created a corporation which would then replace the People's constitutional republic with a corporate government, which represents the financial interests of the corporation and not the People.

The Esteemed Readers of the Fix America blog and its Facebook page will know that we are in grave danger and it will only result in our nation falling if we don't act now.

Will You Stand For America?

It's a simple question, or so it seems. But what does it really ask? What is America? The UNITED STATES INC. of America? Or a union of Free States for which we stand?

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united States of America."

So is the America that you stand for, the union of Free States? Or perhaps the America you stand for, is the UNITED STATES INC.

I am a Free Individual or so I thought. I thought for a long time that I lived in a Free State. I thought all States were free and autonomous in the manner in which they governed themselves as per the voiced consent of the Free People residing within their borders.

I really was confused. So were you. It's okay, we can all be honest now and admit that we have been hoodwinked, lied to for many years, and allowed to believe the nation our Founders fought for and the Framers designed as a constitutional republican system of governance, is what we now live with today. We have not had a constitutional Republic since Lincoln. That Republic no longer exists. (See:  Hook, Line & Sinker:  The Plans Are Revealed) 

The treasonous actions of the  26th (16th under the ratified Constitution) President and then the 41st Congress created a new government with a new Constitution, similar to but not the same as the one ratified by the many States in 1797. It omitted the original 13th Article of Amendment from the Constitution, and replaced it in enumeration with what should have been the 14th to abolish slavery. Can you tell me what constitutional article, section, paragraph, and clause gives the Congress of the united States of America the authority to create a separate and autonomous incorporated government (THE UNITED STATES)? Why did they decide that the District of Columbia, required a government of its very own and for what reason?

There is no provision in our Constitution for Congress to make a government for any reason, anywhere, at any time. And creating it on land that was donated by a number of free and sovereign States makes it an unlawful theft of State lands.

Wars do not just happen they are planned. Any military mind can speak to the logic of that. The Constitution does not mandate presidential authority to assume the role of Commander-in-Chief of the Armies until Congress votes and approves a declaration of war. That is why it was prohibited for the government to maintain standing armies in times of peace. Because it is only to be used to defend the nation or under obligation of treaty and it is an expense which would place the national treasury in debt. Our armed forces have been used in unconstitutional acts of aggression, against other nations for corporate profit and political purposes. All of which are paid for by the debt placed on the People of the nation. That's us!

Wars are made for profit. Instigate it, finance it, and regardless of who wins, huge wealth will flow to those making the investments in death. Young men and women will be called to duty under the pretext of defending freedom or liberation from some evil. Reality is that some natural resource of a nation is coveted by the bankers behind the IMF/World Bank and they finance a conflict to destabilize the region until they either get their paid UN/NATO forces to take control of the assets or install a new government that will allow the theft to occur, so long as they get rewarded for their treason.

Why do we care? Are we the only nation that can respond to anyone's crisis? Of course not. That's all about selling weapons. But the weapons makers aren't selling them to the nations in conflict. Oh no! YOU and your children, and their children are buying them and those criminals that you elect are sending them to aid foreign nations along the with billions of dollars in 'humanitarian' aid.

This nation is being bled out and the People are fighting among themselves, totally unaware of who the real enemy is. You really should read more of the previous Fix America posts. Especially the contributions submitted over the last several months. It's heady with educational material that is essential for comprehending the reality of our nation's total destruction and the slaughter of millions of American People.

In the post, The Truth Will Set You Free, you can understand that all of the pieces are in place and it is now just a matter of time before an event will be staged to frighten the largest part of the population, and declare an "emergency" which will set up a state of occupation by armed forces, supposedly to keep order and secure the public, but it will be police state/martial law, and all rights and property will be taken for nation security purposes. So will all registered arms. Cannot allow the public to have arms under an emergency security event. People who do not voluntarily give up their arms will have them taken by force. And they themselves will be taken by force if necessary to re-education and work camps. They are popularly called FEMA camps today.

For which America will you stand? The one that is coming for your arms, your food, your vehicle, your livestock? Or the one that was created from the ashes of revolt and polished with the creation of a representative constitutional bound republic of free States?

A Liberal's Perspective: Defending The Boundary of American Ideals

"A new American army is growing on American soil. They are prepared.

In hushed tones during conversations across the breadth of the heartland of America there are whispers. Quiet talk. About an army. Of Americans? 
An army prepared to defend an increasingly oppressed population craving reprieve from their government’s increasingly draconian methods. This army, they say, is growing.

After firm handshakes all around, Dan T. and Gene R., who I had good reason to believe were both retired military, settled into our task at hand. I was in their company for the day on business. During the one-day meeting Dan and Gene revealed that they were indeed career military. Dan, Army. Gene, retired Navy. I attempted to politely avoid political discussion in the interest of decorum.

So at the first comment on politics from my hosts I took a long deep breath. My opinions, despite being armed with facts, don’t go-over well in conservative America. Much less with ex-military. No doubt, patience would be needed.

Two hours later we clashed the mugs of our third round of beers together in a boisterous toast.

“This country is going to hell!,” I offered just a bit too loudly in the confines of the cramped bar.

“Damn right it is,” agreed Dan. At 6’4”, and a stout 280 pounds, Dan would make a fine nose tackle. “Quite frankly, I’m in favor of ringing America with an expanded Navy to protect us. It’s time our Military went back to protecting our Nation. Leave the world alone. But… the real question right now in America is…,” and he lowered his voice, giving me a direct stare, “are you prepared?”
Indeed America is going to hell. A sleeping America has no idea of the depth of the plot against them. Those few who are paying attention have good reason to fear the direction of their country and their Government. 

The savvy American knows about the FEMA incarceration camps. These camps are intended for them. This is confirmed by a leaked two-hundred- fifty-four page US Army manual showing the designs of the camps, defining who is to be culled from the population, and who is to be put to death.

These same Americans also know that their America has recently purchased 1.5 Billion rounds of hollow point ammunition and 800 million rounds of double-aught shotgun shells. This ammo is designed for one purpose; killing… people. While police and National Guard are having trouble getting their own ammo, this massive arsenal is being distributed via the Dept. of Homeland Security to points unknown.

They also know that the FBI formally requested in writing to assassinate with a high powered rifle the leaders of the Houston Occupy camp. 

Now, on Tuesday April 29, 2014 the US Supreme Court approved this behavior and a myriad of other authoritarian controls straight from the manuals of Dachau, Auschwitz, or the Gulag.

The informed American should be terrified.
I had heard and read rumblings of a ground-swell movement within the American military. This quiet, passionately pro-American, pro-Constitution, pro-democracy, army is rapidly growing. It has already faced down the US empire twice. Their mission: to save Americans from their Government. They call themselves, “Oath Keepers.”

“I Do Solemnly Swear (Or Affirm) That I Will Uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, Against All Enemies, Foreign and Domestic…Pledging My Life, My Fortune, and My Sacred Honor. So Help Me God.” – US Military Oath of Service.

Oath Keepers are the predictable historical reaction by populations to endemic political, financial, and corporate corruption and the destruction of their society. With a puppet president, malicious congress, and constitutionally irrational court system, to more and more Americans Oath Keepers is becoming the only effective counter weight to a tyrannical empire.

There are approximately 21.5 million military veterans of all ages and ethnic backgrounds in America. Estimates put Oath Keepers membership in excess of 200,000. Within this growing army are every military rank from all four branches of the US military. From Gunny Sergeant to Admiral, from Army Chaplain to Naval Captain, Marine Corp. General to PFC, America’s veteran military corp. remains full of a vast wealth of very expensive and thoroughly trained military. 

Oath Keepers include many active duty service men and women who keep their membership very private. Their numbers are reportedly also swelling.
All these men and women were trained to fight. They remember their training. They remember that they are first and foremost American’s, sworn to protect the constitution and the American people. That never changed. These real American patriots have not for gotten the Oath of Service they swore to so many years before.     
          
Few thought the day would come when, rather than providing protection from foreign adversaries, they would actually heed the currently two most important words, “…and Domestic.”

By all current reports Americans hold over 320 million non-military fire arms of all makes, models, and calibers. That figure is only the guns that are accounted for. Actual numbers are higher. With the recent gun buying surge across America, this number is ever rising. Many of these people are buying these weapons whether they are aware of Oath Keepers or not, and hold very similar views on our Government’s authoritarian intentions. 

Combine all these weapons with the millions of American veterans and you have a highly trained and well- armed militia ready, willing, and waiting to protect Americans from their own government. Was this not the original wisdom of the inclusion of the American Constitution’s very controversial Second Amendment?

Freedom loving Americans have only two distinct choices. Either use their First Amendment right to assembly and free speech to produce a massive showing of outrage that retrieves the remains of true democracy… 
Or… it will be the Second Amendment. Guns.
I asked Dan and Gene to comment.

Dan slams his glass down in agreement, since it is empty, looking intently out from under a beat-up, bleached out, somewhat reddish baseball cap. 
“That’s a good way to put it,” he says while eyeing me carefully over the foam atop a freshly poured beer. “The question really is,” he says again quietly, “are you prepared?”

In America’s desperate condition being prepared runs the gambit from eliminating one’s personal debt, eliminating unnecessary possessions, putting assets into gold or silver, and stocking a sensible amount of supplies and provisions away just in case. It means having the presence of forethought to realize the dire reality of America’s real social and political condition.
It also implies being prepared to protect and defend those possessions, and freedoms, from a growing government tyranny.

A whole lot of well trained, well-armed, Americans have seen this day coming. 
The Oath Keeper motto is, “Not On Our Watch!” Their own pro-American, pro-constitutional oath has been sworn by all Oath Keepers whether active military, veterans, police officers, national guardsmen, TSA officials, firemen, or peace officers. The Oath is defined clearly in ten separate guarantees: 

Oath Keepers will NOT obey any order to:

1. Disarm the American people.
2. Conduct warrant-less searches of the American people, 
3. Detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” 
4. Impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.
5. Invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty. 
6. Blockade American cities, turning them into giant concentration camps.
7. Force American citizens into any form of detention camps.
8. Assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil.
9. Confiscate the property of the American people.
10. Infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances. 

Only two Days ago the US Supreme Court of the United States formally gave approval for US Government goons to reap all these horrors on all Americans. 

On Tuesday, the court in Hedges v. Obama, U.S. Supreme Court, No. 13-758, refused to review the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeal’s (traditionally the president’s pocket court) decision to overturn a lower court decision that did, temporarily, protect Americans from these unconstitutional war crimes of Sect. 1021 of the Obama inspired of the National Defense Authorization Act. All ten horrors are, right now, legal across America.

Foolishly I had mistakenly interpreted the Oath of the Oath Keepers to mean that those who take the oath would lay down their weapons under such extreme circumstances. 

“Wrong!” said Paul immediately, inching forward and giving me a penetrating glance while setting down his beer. “We’re not laying down our weapons for anyone!” 

Gene was also eyeing me keenly. Quickly forgiving my small indiscretion, he offered support saying, “Yeah. You’re absolutely right about the Oath. But if you don’t have your weapons you’re not going to fight back. That’s what the huge recent increase in gun sales is all about.”

Gene’s a retired Navy aircraft carrier pilot, one of the Navy’s most highly trained servicemen. Of a Bantam weight’s build, and just as feisty, at sixty Gene is looking as youthful as his days in the cockpit. He is just as assured and straight talking. 

I told them about the FBI study that concluded that American citizens and their massive private, and growing, arsenal could never defeat the US military, should the populous finally fight back.

Gene smiled slyly, then laughed. “They've got that one wrong,” Gene is quite likely correct. Quantifying the totality of a potential armed push back by an armed American public, truly shows the dire consequences about to befall America. It is no wonder that Gene is smiling.

Sadly, that result will be bloodier than the Civil War, just as apocalyptic, and spell the darkest days in the history of America, should it remain a nation when the sands of time have finally cleared the wreckage.

The American Empire has been keeping any news of Oath Keepers out of the media. The regime does not want an example of courage and successful opposition getting to the minds of its subjugated and fearful people. The regime fears the Oath Keepers for a very good reason; this army has already beaten the devil back-down below.
Twice.

When the sequestration cuts agreed to by a criminal congress took effect in late 2013, the Obama administration decided to punish Americans for his failure as president. He proceeded to close the ocean to recreational fishing and boating, and close access to lakes and national parks. His dark minions in the Forest Service went so far as to ring the famous geyser, “Old Faithful,” a US tourist attraction, with a twelve foot high solid plastic fence. This made sure that no-one could see and enjoy it. Tourists who went to the third floor of an adjacent hotel to sneak a peek, were arrested.

Then the puppet went too far.

American veterans come from across America to remember their friends and loved ones at the Vietnam and World War Two war memorials. When Obama closed these, it was a call to action for the Oath Keepers.
  
Wearing side arms, some in uniform, Oath Keepers showed up en-mass. They proceeded to escort arriving visitors past the equally armed Capitol Police and then protected them during their visit. To everyone privy to this successful operation, the Oath Keepers were heroes.

Two weeks ago a corrupt US Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) tried to use his equally corrupt connections at the Bureau of Land Management to then order US Marshal’s Service to seize Clive Bundy’s Nevada ranch so he could sell it to the Chinese. Two thousand people showed up to defend the ranch, but the siege was turning ugly. Marshall’s were tazering peaceful protesters, and slamming women to the ground. Things were getting bad.

Then the Oath Keepers road in.

Armed and ready, several dozen Oath Keepers took up positions and began patrols on Clive Bundy’s property. Many publicly stated that if they were fired on they would return fire.

So, two hundred plus Federal Marshals went home.
The cheers were world-wide.

Our conversation had been enlightening, optimistic, supportive, but at the same time terrifying. To discover that so many American active and retired military are of like mind to just as many passionate pro-American progressives holding radical viewpoints was heartening.

Knowing that former members of America’s military had already sworn an oath to protect me, and other Americans, from the very real threat of being shot, or incarcerated without a warrant, by our own government was reassuring.
Assuredly the Oath Keepers will be called to order again soon.

That is terrifying.

When Law Is Crime!

There is a convinced and growing portion of the population in the united States of America today, that has been recently fueled by the stand-off at the Bundy Ranch, in Bunkerville, NV and the lack of attention brought to other government land grabs across the country. The purpose of the original Legislative Branch of government is to represent the People (House of Representatives) and the States (two Senators originally selected by the state legislative bodies) and to protect the rights of both.

Little by little, the rights of both the People and the States have been taken by an increasingly tyrannical corporate federal government. And many Americans think that it is both 'necessary and proper' that we allow it, and it is allowed by silent consent. I strongly disagree.

The Founders knew that a corporate federal government (See:  East India Company) will overreach its limits and begin to infringe on and control the rights of the People. The very fact that it is by the People's consent that governance exists is lost on most Americans today, as they have been indoctrinated by a public education system designed to make them believe they are obligated to a corporate structure.

Sovereignty was the province of the King and all others were Subjects. Our nation was founded on the principle of Sovereign Individuals and the bodies of government were servants to the People.

There were very specific reasons that the Constitution limited the scope of the federal government. Because the law of the land is the Constitution, all laws must conform to it, otherwise they are invalid. When an unconstitutional law is obeyed by the majority of People, it gives government power to enforce it. Common Law is the law of the land under the Constitution, and it has been replaced with the very system that helped ignite the Revolution. See references to the Organic Act of 1871 in previous posts at the end of the article.

To those who do not remember or who did not learn of it in school, it was the taking over of the law by the British and the confiscation of arms that finally riled the People into rebellion. Defending themselves was a right they were not willing to concede to authority, even when that authority possessed the mightiest naval forces in the world at that time.

There are so many laws that have been passed by all levels of government, that it seems that the moment you leave your home, you are violating some of them. Of course it only seems relevant when actions you take that are perfectly in order with natural rights, are deemed against some law or mandate and you are arrested and charged with a crime.

In the post titled, The Second Amendment: Meaning and Purpose the reason that it was included in the Constitution becomes clear.  And it was clear when the Japanese were interrogated after the war, that they did not invade the US mainland because they feared a 'rifle behind every blade of grass' as the American People were well-armed.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"

It is apparent that any laws that restrict the rights of  the People to keep and bear arms, and to restrict the formation of citizen militias, is a crime against the Constitution and the People. Those who wrote and passed these laws are by their actions, perpetrators of high crimes and misdemeanors.

There are lawful processes for the People to take action against crimes committed by those entrusted to protect the People's rights. The Constitution provides the remedy through the grand jury method. Not the one that requires a prosecutor (DA) to initiate. But one initiated by Petition of the People.

There is no constitutional grounds for the federal government to own land. The 'public land' belongs to the People. It's time for the People to defend their lands, even from their own government.
