There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

The Farce Continues: And You Bought It All!

With only weeks away from the Iowa Caucuses, it is obvious that the Democrats are ignoring the possibility that Hillary Rodham Clinton may face criminal charges along with several other members of her staff. That is at present, only the remotest of possibilities, because the Department of Justice is more focused on those who slander Islam than doing the right thing by pressing charges against real criminals. So far, it seems that Loretta Lynch is nothing more than Eric Holder in a dress.

On the other side of the illusion of a two-party political system, the Republican establishment is doing its very best to lose every aware and freethinking independent voter they will need to secure a White House win in 2016.

The Independent Voter Network has been pushing for wide open primary elections but the People are not listening. Instead they are hypnotized by a narcissistic megalomaniac billionaire, who beats his own chest claiming He will make America great again.

America is great, it has great People, who have great minds and desire to succeed in life. They want a good home for their families, the ability to labor and reap the rewards, to pray has they wish, and to help others when they can. What they lack is good representation in the corrupted system of government that has replaced the constitutional representative Republic and the system of self-governance, with a legislative democracy in which the People not only have no voice, but are enslaved to its power by force.

In 2008 when Barack Obama was hardly known and Hillary Clinton appeared to be the Democratic nominee, the Republicans had several candidates vying for the nomination. Among them was the Gentleman from Texas, Congressman Ron Paul. The GOP ignored him and his popularity among the younger and independent voters, and instead nominated former Vietnam POW (and alleged fraternizer with the enemy) Arizona Senator John McCain. Again in 2012 the GOP with the help of George Soros funding on the left, cheated Dr. Ron Paul out of the nomination and offered up Mitt Romney along with his lying running-mate, the freshman Congressman Paul Ryan, who was endorsed by the Tea Party on the promise of no more raise in the debt ceiling. He lied.

The privately-owned major media also colluded to make Ron Paul seem like an outcast, and succeeded by not even mentioning him the polls. Which brings us around again to what is happening currently.

Fox Business and Fox News both have made it abundantly clear that they do not like Rand Paul. In many of their online polls, Rand Paul's name is rarely included, instead the choice is 'Other.' In those polls however, 'Other' tops all the candidates, demonstrating that the 'Other' is none other than Senator Dr. Rand Paul of Kentucky.

By moving two candidates onto the main stage (both of whom poll behind Senator Rand Paul), by splitting the candidates into two tiers, is in itself, a public demonstration of the power the media has in controlling what the People think by what they are shown. Apparently, most Americans are swallowing the bait and are once again going to allow the parties and their media whores to control their choices.

The Great Debate?

Fox News will host a GOP candidate debate this Thursday, August 6, 2015. The hype is no less than that of a heavy weight boxing match on pay-per-view.

According to the spin, Donald Trump leads the field of contenders. Why? Is he that 'refreshing' that the public sees him as a serious Presidential hopeful? Allow me to elaborate why he cannot win.

In all of the polls it seems that most Republicans favor Trump over the rest of the field. Well the Republican voter will not decide the vote against the Democratic candidate. That was demonstrated in 2008 and again in 2012. It will be the Independent Voter who will decide the next President.

In the early part of the year, the talking heads were saying that the GOP nominee should be a governor, because a governor has 'executive' experience. Then it was military experience that was needed to combat the terrorism threat against Americans.

For me the choice comes down to one thing:  The Constitution. Freedom from government intervention in every aspect of my life. Adhering to the First Amendment and not forcing the will of government on religious beliefs. Obeying the Second Amendment instead of making excuses as to why the government must pass 'common sense' gun control laws. The latter is an oxymoron and only a moron uses that lame excuse to attempt to take rights of the People.

The (un) Affordable Care Act demonstrates how inept government involvement is. Most candidates want to 'fix' it, but that is not really possible. The real push is for complete control by the government. Donald Trump has been for 'universal health care' for decades, believes that abortion is about women's choice, and thinks that bully tactics against China will somehow fix the economic issues we face today.

Karl Rove (who should have been charged with high crimes and misdemeanors) said it best when he stated that this 'debate' is more like a campaign speech limited to about 8 minutes per candidate.

The panel of 'inquisitors' from Fox News will ask questions, some of which will be questions submitted by viewers. So far, none of the questions ask how they will accomplish anything, only what they will do if elected. Each will thump about Iran, immigration, abortion, blah, blah, blah.

The exceptions are the senators, Cruz, Paul, and Rubio. Each of them have voted for or against these issues, so we know where they stand. Each has demonstrated by their voting record where they stand.  In the blog post Last Stand:  Freedom or Serfdom I pointed out how only Rand Paul has voted along constitutional lines even when the majority succumbed to popular opinion.

There really isn't more than can be said. America stands to lose its sovereignty unless we elect a President who will follow the Constitution. Rand Paul does just that, always.

The Blame Game: The Continuing Saga of Ineptitude

Let me make this as clear as possible. In the article posted by the Official Tea Party USA, the blame is given to the man occupying the White House and his party of Democratic Socialists. I agree to a point, but not entirely.

All appropriations emanates from the House of Representatives. The Constitution gave the House control of the purse of the taxpayer. The President and the Senate cannot force the House of Representatives to fund anything! The President and his Administration cannot pick and choose what parts of the government shuts down and which remain open, since funding comes from the House, it is only the House that can lawfully make those decisions on behalf of the People they represent.

John Boehner is lying to us all. The power of the purse is in his hands and not the Senate. It is up to him and the House to appropriate the funds necessary to maintain national security and emergency services during this debate over a continuing funding resolution which itself is the result of years of congressional failure to pass a budget.

The Democrats and their Indicted and Convicted Fugitive Criminal, illegal immigrant leader would have you believe that the Tea Party is to blame for the shutdown, but the reality is that the Tea Party and the congressional representatives they endorsed to represent the will of the People, are right in standing up to this blatant disregard for the rule of law. The person occupying the White House wants us to believe that the PPACA is the law of the land, but he and his Regime only follow the law when it is politically expedient.

The proper method(s) employed to remove unjust laws are spelled out in the Tenth Article of Amendment. It is the States who can use their power to nullify unjust federal laws. It has been used successfully in the past and since it is a constitutional method, cannot be prohibited by other unconstitutional laws.

All of this dancing around is a distraction from all of the other issues that really do matter. Benghazi, IRS targeting of groups who oppose Obama, NSA spying on the American People, Fast and Furious gunwalking to drug cartel criminals, arming terrorists in Libya, Egypt, and now Syria, telling Americans they cannot visit the White House because of funding issues while billions are sent to foreign nations, many which are enemies.

This is not a Democrat vs. Republican fight. This is a fight for our freedom and rights which are being eroded and lost to a government regardless of which political party is in power.

The Blame Game: GOP Takes Their Turn

Before the final totals were in, the sore losing Republican Party was already blaming Ron Paul supporters for their loss. Having cheated Dr. Paul out of the nomination by every devious method possible, having denied him the opportunity to be a keynote speaker at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, they had the audacity and gall to ask Ron Paul supporters to throw themselves under the Romney bus.

Just as they accused Barack Obama for blaming all of his problems on George W. Bush, the GOP is taking the same path of blaming others for their own blunders. When Tea Party endorsed running mate Paul Ryan promised fiscal responsibility and no debt ceiling increase, he reneged and voted for it anyway. At least he was as consistent a flip-flopping liar as Romney.

Early on during the debates, Rush Limbaugh mentioned that to win the Presidency, the candidates had to sway the 30% of independent and non-partisan voters. In other words, the majority of  the Tea Party folks. I can't see how they would back Romney/Ryan after the double-crossing Ryan gave them. These are Americans who are not lock stepping with any party agenda. These are the young and educated voters, who know better than to by the propaganda slime of the privately-owned major media.

So who will the Republican Party choose as it's next victim? More relevant is the question, "When will American voters realize that the two party system is an illusion and that it never represents the interests of  the People? Will it happen before the collapse of the USA or will this nation struggle and endure another four years of constitutional deterioration and fiscal irresponsibility?

Will more States nullify the Affordable Patient Protection Act and stand by their own legalization of cannabis in the face of federal threats? Or will they capitulate in fear of losing federal funding for their local law enforcement budgets?

And who will they blame when foreign troops under the United Nations flag begin to deploy on American soil to quash "civil unrest" and maintain order when the people begin to rebel against the tyranny that has become the federal government?

Divide to Conquer

A strange occurrence emerges as we get closer to the November elections. Ron Paul supporters are being told (once again) that he is not on the ballot in several states therefore they should back Romney or Gary Johnson. It would appear that this would further divide the votes and assure four more years of Obama.

This blog reported the concerted effort by both Democrats and Republicans to keep Ron Paul off the ballots. The reason was evident that he was the only one that can beat Obama head-to-head. Anyone with a pulse can see that now that Romney has shown some life as a contender in spite of the fact that he is more like Obama than different, further division of  the voters seems necessary to keep Obama in office so he can complete the destruction of the United States he started in 2008.

Fast and Furious gun sales to Mexican gangsters pushed onto Eric Holder but defended by the White House, and we know how Defense Secretary Leon Panetta totally ignored Congress, in fact, told Congress that he gets his orders from NATO and the UN. Now we have a Hillary Clinton-run Department of State that is trying to take the blame for the killing of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, and while it is her responsibility, she takes her directives from the President.

Would a President Romney have handled this differently? I don't know that because Romney has changed his mind more often that a mother changes her baby's diapers. What I do know is that a President Ron Paul would not have allowed the killings to happen in the first place, because his policy is clear regarding "meddling" in foreign nations.

The division is not about right/left or even the few issues that privately-owned major media keeps shoving at us. It's really a matter of principles of liberty, the foundations of our republic, the very survival of our nation. That is the real issue that we need to focus on this election.

Do Americans really trust Romney and Ryan will be much of an improvement over Obama? Based on results, Ryan has proved to me he can lie as well as the left, in fact he did lie to the Tea Party folks that backed his election on his promise to reduce deficit spending and not raise the debt ceiling. He voted for the debt ceiling increase. Ron Paul has a history of voting strictly on constitutional grounds, even when his constituents thought otherwise, and they elected him again and again not because of what he promised or gave them, but because he always demonstrates integrity and honesty.

Ron Paul is the only candidate that has a long history of private and public service in which his character cannot be impeached. He is a true patriot and statesman in the Jefferson and Madison tradition. He is the one that Americans need as the 45th President of the United States.

Happy Birthday U. S. Constitution: Rest in Peace!

As I sat down to write another post for the blog, it occurred to me that what really is troubling is the fact that most Americans relish the division in political party rhetoric. The travesty is that most are totally unaware of the divide and conquer plan that the global elitists have created and are about to see the fruits of their evil labors come to be realized.

Since the very founding of America, the bankers of Europe have tried to take this nation down. To control it completely it was necessary to first control the monetary system. What was once the People’s Money soon became the banker’s money.  Twice they failed but the third time was the charm.

With the creation of the Federal Reserve System, they finally rested complete control from Congress, who was mandated by the Constitution to be accountable and responsible for the monetary system. Article I, Section 8, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution states, “To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;” and that should never have been abridged through an Act of Congress. It was a blatant violation of the aforementioned Article, Section, and Paragraph of the Constitution.

Einstein once stated that, “The epitome of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” It has never been more obvious than it is today in the face of the Federal Reserve’s QE3 or Quantative Easing round three. The results of the last two attempts only caused more recession and devaluation of the dollar. Why would this time be any different?

In addition to the monetary crisis we now face, we are also being threatened by Islamic extremists who are being coddled by the usurper-in-chief now occupying the White House. Well, he occupies it when he is not campaigning for re-election, playing golf, or apologizing to our enemies.

I don’t think there are many sane people in America who will want four more years of abomination in an Obama Nation, however they are backing a third place loser to unseat an incumbent President. It has never happened before in history and it cannot in all probability happen now.

I wrote in a previous post about how Obama’s backers were doing all they could to keep Ron Paul off of the ballot. (See: Obama Issues "Kill Order" Regarding Ron Paul and Russia Prepares for Nuclear World War III) Even as early as 2010 they realized that Dr. Paul was the most serious threat to another term. Based on the way the Republican Party played into their scheme, the plan worked! And yet they were not satisfied, knowing that the independent voter would not back Mitt Romney nor Obama, so they got Gary Johnson, whose early exit from the GOP nominees to run instead of Ron Paul as the Libertarian Party choice.

The privately-owned major media pounds the two parties’ candidates daily into the minds of the American People, so that they have come to believe the lies as the gospel. When demonstrating this to them, I too am ostracized and ridiculed as a ‘Paul-Bot’ or ‘Paulite’ much the same as Dr. Paul himself was treated by that same media and his own Republican Party. Yet only Dr. Paul has demonstrated his honor and integrity in all of his years in Congress by always voting against bills that violated constitutional law.

Further, of all of the candidates past and present, only Ron Paul put forth a plan to reduce government spending, reduce the size of government, eliminate foreign aid, and build the nation’s defense while reducing the military presence in foreign lands. (See: Ron Paul’s Plan to Reduce the Cost of Government)

I was disappointed in how Dr. Paul was treated in 2008 by the GOP through all of the debates, and really thought that America would see through the farce and demand that he get equal time in 2012.  Why did they allow the persecution of this honorable statesman to continue?

Perhaps it is embarrassment to admit that they have been fooled for so long. It is hard for many to admit they have been duped. Soon they will realize that they have been had but it will be too late.

American Revolution in the 21st Century

Republicans are busy defending their position and their candidate Mitt Romney. Democrats are telling us that Barack Obama needs four more years to complete his change in America. Even Libertarians are thumping their candidate Gary Johnson as the alternative to the other two.

While the division of the American people continue, Ron Paul supporters are being “warned” that a vote for Dr. Paul will assure four more years of Obama. In my blog post entitled, “Obama Issues Kill Order on Ron Paul” I explained how the administration and their minions were pushing for a Romney challenge, because they know that America will not support him. The privately-owned major media supported the administration by limiting coverage of Ron Paul, and even the debates limited his air time.

We are no longer free to choose our own candidate for office, as the party apparatus controls the rules of elections and the selection of candidates. You and I have no real choice unless we stand up to these thieves and force open and honest elections. This is not a popularity contest; this is a matter of restoration of constitutional government and returning to sound money and fiscal responsibility.

To accomplish this task we must assure that our elections are without fraud. In Protecting the Vote I explained how this can be done. We must have paper ballots, authentication of valid voters, an honest count of ballots, and a clear audit trail in case of any challenges.

It is a proven fact that the current occupier of the White House has no regard at all for the Constitution or the rule of law. With the appointing of “czars” he has eliminated the powers of the legislative branch of government and through his admonishments and threats, forced the judicial branch to rule that the Affordable Patient Protection Act, a.k.a. Obamacare is a tax and therefore constitutional.

Romney has supported the Patriot Act, NDAA, the Federal Reserve, and war against Iran. He even wants to start an economic war with China. His choices for a cabinet are as frightening to liberty as the Obama Czars. See: the blog post Bigger Sharper Teeth or Romney's Dirty Dozen.

There are very little freedoms left to the American people. If we do not elect a President who will follow the Constitution and a Congress that will have the courage to repeal all of the laws that have made that Constitution powerless, we will no longer have a sovereign nation and we will surely be slaves to the global elite that has been successfully destroying the United States over many decades.

This is the time where America must put aside its ideological and political differences and unite for liberty. This is the only chance we have to revolt against this usurpation of the rule of law. There is no other way out now.

What Are You?

I am often asked if I am a Republican or Democrat. Some people hear me speak or read my posts and ask  if I am a Libertarian. I am not any of those.

I am a follower of the Constitution for the United States of America, A nation founded as a representative republic but often called a democracy. I have registered to vote as a Democrat, a Libertarian, even a Republican, but that wasn't because I feel loyal to a party.

I do subscribe to the representative form of government that our founders created with the ratification of  the Constitution. I support those individual candidates who also share my concerns that we have drifted far from those principles in America. But does that address the question, "What are you?" No.

To address that question, I have to search beneath my ideology and political visions. I must search my soul. In doing so, I can define myself as a loving human who cares more about how I can serve the highest good of all rather than serving self. I can define myself as the sum of two very different religious beliefs and how that has produced a spirituality that transcends theology. A reverence for the Creator and Master of the Universe that is not based in fear, rather a striving to commit myself to attaining the level of love for all that our Creator demonstrates in all that we experience in life.

I can also define myself as a patriotic American, who was born and raised in the city where independence and liberty are enshrined with the symbols that represent the nation from its birthplace. Yes, I do pledge my allegiance to the flag but not to the government that has usurped the very Constitution they swore to uphold and protect.

I am an American Patriot, who like many before me and many of my fellow patriots today, are not pleased with a system that has corrupted the basic institution of electing representatives. Party agendas have replaced the will of the people, and  the politicians who have become the prostitutes of the banks and corporations consistently demonstrate their lack of caring for the very people who entrust them to protect.

I am a free and sovereign individual and as such do not accept any form of government that deviates from that which our founders created as a limited form of governance, where the authority of the sovereign States and the People trump those of the nation government.

I am all of that which hates tyranny in all of its hideous and insidious forms of enslaving a free and sovereign people to the whims and wishes of a chosen few.

I choose to vote for the best candidates to represent me,who will defend, obey, and protect the Constitution from all enemies, including those within the Democratic and Republican parties.

What are you?

Attack on Liberty!

The GOP wants Romney to be their candidate and they will stop at nothing  to make it happen. Now they are changing the rules to lockout all Ron Paul delegates (see: The Most Important Post Regarding the RNC: Calling All Delegates!) to insure the American People have to choose by the usurper-in-chief or the flip-flopper challenger.

Former GOP nominee Gary Johnson is now the candidate of the Libertarian Party, but it is clear that was a choice made because Ron Paul stayed with the GOP as a potential nominee, only because the electoral system favors the two major parties and excludes other parties. But Johnson can stand behind Dr. Paul by supporting him in the face of the GOP farce.

To those of us who are both educated and informed it is no surprise that the GOP is pushing Romney as their choice. It is apparent to us that Ron Paul stands as the main threat to their business as usual agenda. The 2010 elections that swept Tea Party endorsed candidates into Congress was meant to be a warning to the rest of the Washington elitists that Americans are not satisfied with business as usual. It is part of the master plan to insure the United States cannot return to its true sovereign status as a free nation. Even if Gary Johnson wins a major part of voter support it will mean that Obama will get another term. Romney cannot win head-to-head with Obama, because there remains a majority of independent voters who will not vote for his global corporate agenda.

All Americans must do whatever it takes to defeat Romney's nomination and get Ron Paul to challenge Barack Obama head on. He is truly the only candidate that has demonstrated his integrity and honesty through thirty years of public office as he has also done in his professional and personal life.

Gary Johnson in this address is repeating what Dr. Paul has been saying for decades. Johnson is taking that message as an agenda for the Libertarian Party. But as a third party candidate in a two-party rigged system, his ability to beat either of the other two candidates is highly improbable. Most Americans think the Libertarian Party is nothing more than a bunch of conspiracy theory basket cases. While I myself agree with Libertarian ideology, I am also certain that most Americans will vote Democrat or Republican and not for a Libertarian. And I am sure that Dr. Paul knows this or else why would he not have taken that nomination instead of Gary Johnson?

This is the most important election in our nation's history and is nothing less than the survival of the republic. Our status as sovereign individuals, as citizens of a sovereign nation is the real issue. A further division of the People will only erode what little chance we have to restore liberty for all. But we must also protect the vote! To do so we must end the power of the two major parties. We must end the farce of party politics altogether because the party does not represent us, they represent the agenda of the party's contributors. Our founders understood this and tried to keep the parties (there were many then) as insignificant on the national front, maintaining them in communities to choose the candidates and delegates to represent those constituents and not the nation at large.

This is NOT merely another election, this is revolution against a corrupt structure that has abandoned the very principles upon which this nation was founded.

The real power lies in the People and not the government. It is time that was use t hat power to restore our nation to the one that all other nations strive to imitate as well as covet. The best way to do that is by setting an example of what freedom really means to us and remove from office all those who have cheated us and lied to us only to remain in power over us.
