Will You Stand For America?

It's a simple question, or so it seems. But what does it really ask? What is America? The UNITED STATES INC. of America? Or a union of Free States for which we stand?

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the united States of America."

So is the America that you stand for, the union of Free States? Or perhaps the America you stand for, is the UNITED STATES INC.

I am a Free Individual or so I thought. I thought for a long time that I lived in a Free State. I thought all States were free and autonomous in the manner in which they governed themselves as per the voiced consent of the Free People residing within their borders.

I really was confused. So were you. It's okay, we can all be honest now and admit that we have been hoodwinked, lied to for many years, and allowed to believe the nation our Founders fought for and the Framers designed as a constitutional republican system of governance, is what we now live with today. We have not had a constitutional Republic since Lincoln. That Republic no longer exists. (See:  Hook, Line & Sinker:  The Plans Are Revealed) 

The treasonous actions of the  26th (16th under the ratified Constitution) President and then the 41st Congress created a new government with a new Constitution, similar to but not the same as the one ratified by the many States in 1797. It omitted the original 13th Article of Amendment from the Constitution, and replaced it in enumeration with what should have been the 14th to abolish slavery. Can you tell me what constitutional article, section, paragraph, and clause gives the Congress of the united States of America the authority to create a separate and autonomous incorporated government (THE UNITED STATES)? Why did they decide that the District of Columbia, required a government of its very own and for what reason?

There is no provision in our Constitution for Congress to make a government for any reason, anywhere, at any time. And creating it on land that was donated by a number of free and sovereign States makes it an unlawful theft of State lands.

Wars do not just happen they are planned. Any military mind can speak to the logic of that. The Constitution does not mandate presidential authority to assume the role of Commander-in-Chief of the Armies until Congress votes and approves a declaration of war. That is why it was prohibited for the government to maintain standing armies in times of peace. Because it is only to be used to defend the nation or under obligation of treaty and it is an expense which would place the national treasury in debt. Our armed forces have been used in unconstitutional acts of aggression, against other nations for corporate profit and political purposes. All of which are paid for by the debt placed on the People of the nation. That's us!

Wars are made for profit. Instigate it, finance it, and regardless of who wins, huge wealth will flow to those making the investments in death. Young men and women will be called to duty under the pretext of defending freedom or liberation from some evil. Reality is that some natural resource of a nation is coveted by the bankers behind the IMF/World Bank and they finance a conflict to destabilize the region until they either get their paid UN/NATO forces to take control of the assets or install a new government that will allow the theft to occur, so long as they get rewarded for their treason.

Why do we care? Are we the only nation that can respond to anyone's crisis? Of course not. That's all about selling weapons. But the weapons makers aren't selling them to the nations in conflict. Oh no! YOU and your children, and their children are buying them and those criminals that you elect are sending them to aid foreign nations along the with billions of dollars in 'humanitarian' aid.

This nation is being bled out and the People are fighting among themselves, totally unaware of who the real enemy is. You really should read more of the previous Fix America posts. Especially the contributions submitted over the last several months. It's heady with educational material that is essential for comprehending the reality of our nation's total destruction and the slaughter of millions of American People.

In the post, The Truth Will Set You Free, you can understand that all of the pieces are in place and it is now just a matter of time before an event will be staged to frighten the largest part of the population, and declare an "emergency" which will set up a state of occupation by armed forces, supposedly to keep order and secure the public, but it will be police state/martial law, and all rights and property will be taken for nation security purposes. So will all registered arms. Cannot allow the public to have arms under an emergency security event. People who do not voluntarily give up their arms will have them taken by force. And they themselves will be taken by force if necessary to re-education and work camps. They are popularly called FEMA camps today.

For which America will you stand? The one that is coming for your arms, your food, your vehicle, your livestock? Or the one that was created from the ashes of revolt and polished with the creation of a representative constitutional bound republic of free States?

The Blame Game: The Continuing Saga of Ineptitude

Let me make this as clear as possible. In the article posted by the Official Tea Party USA, the blame is given to the man occupying the White House and his party of Democratic Socialists. I agree to a point, but not entirely.

All appropriations emanates from the House of Representatives. The Constitution gave the House control of the purse of the taxpayer. The President and the Senate cannot force the House of Representatives to fund anything! The President and his Administration cannot pick and choose what parts of the government shuts down and which remain open, since funding comes from the House, it is only the House that can lawfully make those decisions on behalf of the People they represent.

John Boehner is lying to us all. The power of the purse is in his hands and not the Senate. It is up to him and the House to appropriate the funds necessary to maintain national security and emergency services during this debate over a continuing funding resolution which itself is the result of years of congressional failure to pass a budget.

The Democrats and their Indicted and Convicted Fugitive Criminal, illegal immigrant leader would have you believe that the Tea Party is to blame for the shutdown, but the reality is that the Tea Party and the congressional representatives they endorsed to represent the will of the People, are right in standing up to this blatant disregard for the rule of law. The person occupying the White House wants us to believe that the PPACA is the law of the land, but he and his Regime only follow the law when it is politically expedient.

The proper method(s) employed to remove unjust laws are spelled out in the Tenth Article of Amendment. It is the States who can use their power to nullify unjust federal laws. It has been used successfully in the past and since it is a constitutional method, cannot be prohibited by other unconstitutional laws.

All of this dancing around is a distraction from all of the other issues that really do matter. Benghazi, IRS targeting of groups who oppose Obama, NSA spying on the American People, Fast and Furious gunwalking to drug cartel criminals, arming terrorists in Libya, Egypt, and now Syria, telling Americans they cannot visit the White House because of funding issues while billions are sent to foreign nations, many which are enemies.

This is not a Democrat vs. Republican fight. This is a fight for our freedom and rights which are being eroded and lost to a government regardless of which political party is in power.

Red Lines In The White House, or WAR For Peace - Part 1

The Nobel Peace Prize recipient occupying the White House, at least when he is not playing golf or God or raising campaign funds, has once again shown his stripe and color which is not red, white and blue, is writing executive orders and about to commit US military assets to begin yet another costly war and attack Syria. A nation which has not aggressed the United Sates. 

Alleged American military troops who are against breaking their oath to defend the United States and fight a unilateral offensive action or war in Syria have posted across the Internet. The reason for the posts, that they would be fighting with and for the same extremist terrorists who are busy killing fellow soldiers throughout the Middle East, is well grounded in fact. They would be fighting for and with Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood, the same groups of terrorists who were involved in the Benghazi debacle. It should be correct and is right that all Americans must oppose an attack on a nation that is embroiled in a religious civil war.

"On the other side, Russia very much prefers the Assad regime for a whole bunch of reasons. One of those reasons is that Assad is helping to block the flow of natural gas out of the Persian Gulf into Europe, thus ensuring higher profits for Gazprom. Now the United States is getting directly involved in the conflict. If the U.S. is successful in getting rid of the Assad regime, it will be good for either the Saudis or Qatar (and possibly for both), and it will be really bad for Russia. This is a strategic geopolitical conflict about natural resources, religion and money, and it really has nothing to do with chemical weapons at all."

"Former US congressman Ron Paul has said that a reported chemical weapons attack in Syria was a “false flag” likely carried out by the US-backed militant groups.

Washington has accused the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad of launching a chemical attack against militant strongholds on August 21, and is preparing for what it calls a retaliatory military response. 

“We are not really positive who set off the gas,” Paul, a long-time Republican representative from Texas, said during a Fox News interview filmed Wednesday. 

“The group that is most likely to benefit from that is al-Qaeda. They ignite some gas, some people die and blame it on Assad,” he noted. 

Paul said that the case for a military intervention in Syria resembles the scenario used prior to the 2003 invasion of Iraq when the US accused the Saddam Hussein regime of having an active “weapons of mass destruction” (WMD) program. The intelligence was later discredited. 

“Just look at how many lies were told us about Saddam Hussein prior to that buildup. More propaganda. It happens all the time,” he stated. “I think it’s a false flag. I think really, indeed,” Paul said, referring to the reported use of chemical weapons in Syria.

The US released an intelligence report on Friday claiming the Syrian government was responsible for the chemical attack. The Syrian government has strongly rejected the allegation. 

On Saturday, President Barack Obama, who had previously described the use of chemical weapons as a “red line”, announced that he had decided Washington should attack Syria. The president, however, said he would seek congressional approval for an attack." by HJ/HJ 

The Chemical weapon attack, the Obama administration has used against Bashar Al-Assad’s forces to justify a new war in Syria, is just another lie coming from the administration. One of an uncountable number of prevarications of the truth used by this criminal administration in order to carry out the destabilization of the Middle East in order to carve out an area for an Al Qaeda Nation. The number of deaths are not important to Obama and his minions:  he has already caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands all over the world. The illegal administration will have its way at any price. Syrian Jabhat al-Nusra rebels, an Al-Qaeda offshoot, in the Damascus suburb of Ghouta are responsible for the Chemical weapon attack. This new information (linked below) is now an unquestionable fact. 

False Flag Operations and Operations of Misdirection are being used against multiple targets "Senator Lindsay Graham has warned South Carolinians about the threat of a ‘terrorist nuclear attack’ on the same day that our exclusive high level military Intel revealed to us that nuclear warheads were being shipped to South Carolina from a major Texas air force base under an ‘off the record’ black ops transfer." as reported by Anthony Gucciardi and Alex Jones (linked below)

John Kerry wants a House resolution of war worded in such a way which allows for ground troops in an attack on Syrian soil. Mr. Kerry, after attending extensive meetings given by expert people who were on the ground in Syria, refuses to believe the rebels are the same groups of terrorists who were involved in the Benghazi debacle. It is not clearly understood just who make up the factions, except that they are religious fanatics committed to killing anyone having different beliefs. The Head of the U.S. State Department is displaying unsound judgement based in faulty logic which relies on a refusal to understand basic facts and truths and is completely detached from reality. 

The American people, according to various polls, who approve of this costly open ended military action is hovering poorly around eleven percent (11%), which of course means, of those polled, eighty nine percent (89%) disapprove of any involvement in Syria. The person occupying the White House where red lines abound is unwilling to take any responsibility for his instigation and blames inaction on anyone he can call on the telephone.

Anyone in Congress who supports such an action displays their weakness of moral fortitude and mental ineptitude to reason, especially when Democratic loyalties are given as the foundation for support which are blatantly political in nature, instead of the principles and concepts held within the Unanimous Declaration and the Constitution. If Congress or the person occupying the White House commits troops to battle when there are no apparent attacks or threats of any kind directed against America or American interests, their action is not sane. Any action taken, simply because of atrocities committed in the Middle East, is not a valid constitutional reason to declare war and send American troops into harms way. 

The price of this proposed action will be more lives in ruin and heaps of dead people and a further destabilization of the Middle East region. The cost of this action's opening shot has been estimated at two billion dollars;  however, if the action lasts more than a week or two no one is sure of the figure. The esteemed Fix America readers may recall the 900 billion dollar figure for the ACA which was covered in the previous article 'The Pain of Health Care at Any Cost: The Remedy is Nullification and Then Repeal' and how the implementation estimates have grown to 2.6 trillion dollars and increasing, which does not cover any unfunded liabilities.

It has now been revealed, General Jack Keane former vice chief of staff of the US Army, that Obama plans for a much larger engagement in Syria, see link below. The American people have been told by the Obama administration that the planned intervention will be from a week to two weeks;  however, various sources within the Department of Defense are indicating months to years and that it is an open-ended plan for the instigation of full scale warfare.

The Last Line of Defense

Myth: We obtain our rights from the ‘Bill of Rights’  by way of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Fact:  We obtain our rights from our Creator. The Constitution is a document of mutual agreement among all U.S. citizens. The agreement is composed of two concepts; the first is self-governance, and the second is the restrictions and limitations of that governance. The Bill of Rights limits or restricts the government (which we formed) from enacting laws that infringe on our ‘God-given’ rights. The Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution because many of the founders and the people they were representing agreed that these particular rights needed to be emphasized. Unlike the enumerated ‘responsibilities’ of government, the rights and responsibilities of Citizens are unlimited.

The Constitution was meant to define the functions of governance and limit it, because the founders knew that without such constitutional restraints, the people would soon find themselves dealing with tyranny as they did with King George and the Monarchy. The founders also gave notice to the people, warning them to protect their liberty and property from governmental authorities by being ever vigilant of those who would seek to rob them of their property and their lives.

Lately we have been bombarded with the news that “someone” in the Department of Justice authorized the seizure of telephone records of Associated Press and Fox News journalists. Governmental authorities would like us to believe these unlawful actions are justified by stating that there was a leak within the government and they were seeking to uncover the source of the leak because of national security issues. You may recall the problem America had with Congress when Congress stamped NSA 1947 on their lunch bills to prevent Citizens from discovering just how much money was being spent. The abuse of NSA 1947 has exceeded the point of being ridiculous.+

The problem is, no matter how important it may seem, it is not lawful under the restrictions and limits within our Constitution. 

Nothing else is as important as being ever vigilant. If governmental authorities exceed the Constitutional restrictions or limitations, the actions are unlawful. It is the responsibility of congress to recognize and correct faulty laws or repeal them. Failing common methods of corrective action or redress, it is up to the people to take corrective action. It is not only your right; it is a citizen’s duty to act. 

The Constitution was the product of the founders' genius and they intended that the document be a living document. Amendment was the preferred method which would keep the Constitution current in cases unforeseen. This process of amendment can be abused by authorities who do not have the common well-being of citizens in mind.

During the last two hundred years various authorities and groups have brought undue pressure and direct force against congress to enact laws and make amendments which benefit themselves. It must be the people who correct the problems when congress court and common sense fail, not the politicians who have been corrupted by greed and peer pressure from within the government itself.

If the government persists in carrying out unconstitutional actions, the solution to limiting those unlawful actions is nullification of the laws that are unconstitutional. It should be remembered that Congress is the primary body responsible for not passing unconstitutional laws. The Supreme Court is not the last word in determining the constitutional validity of laws passed by Congress, the U.S. Citizen is the last line of defense.

Immigration and Border Control

The way I see it, the immigration 'problem' can be handled quite simply and it will save tax dollars.

First, you must remove the incentives that attract foreigners from coming into the U.S. illegally. You do that by removing ALL federal benefits for education, food, health care, and shelter. If you arrive here from anywhere else with proper documentation, you are free to come to America to find a job or start a business. Or if you have promise of employment a work visa may be obtained expeditiously when proper background checks are made to both the employer's and the government's satisfaction regarding that clean record in one's background. That person will pay taxes at a rate slightly higher than a U.S. citizen since a job here means that an American is not employed.

Next, you must seal the border. With joint cooperation between the state and federal governments, a plan that serves the best interests and capabilities of each border can be implemented. If funding is required to build fences or walls, depending on the necessity of the local terrain, it can be found in the savings from ending funding to foreign nations, starting with the ones that are most hostile toward the United States. Troops can be redeployed from around the world to provide temporary security until the border crossings are in place and the entire length is secure in the manner that serves the requirements of the local terrain. No additional taxes or borrowing will be necessary to fund the endeavor.

These fine members of our armed services will no doubt make excellent law enforcement officers if they so desire, in both state and local governments, protecting their family, friends, and community.In fact, they still will be serving to protect the nation as deputy sheriffs and police officers. A secure border is not about keeping illegal immigrants out, rather it deters foreign enemies from coming to the United States as spies and saboteurs. They can now cross the border as easily as a good man seeking work and liberty for himself and his family.

Many politicians will try to convince us that we cannot forget that many of these illegal and undocumented workers must have a path to legal status and citizenship. Well they do! If they are here illegally, the path will lead back to their country of origin. There they will make application just as so many other foreigners have and do. We cannot reward them for breaking the law by moving them ahead of those who are waiting in line with legal application documentation.They broke the law so they get deported. When Americans break laws they go to prison so I don't see a problem here.

Many will also tell us that children who were born or brought here guiltless victims if their parents are deported. Really? And how about all the homeless American citizens with children that can benefit from the aid given to foreigners illegal or legal? How can you possibly justify so many Americans in need when foreigners are given so much?

Simply a case of a shortage of common sense and logic when the government is put in charge of solving a problem that they (the government) created in the first place!

Chuck Chuck: No Defensive Senator for Defense Secretary

Why a Presidential appointee for Secretary of Defense shows up for a confirmation hearing so totally unprepared and clueless, bumbling, mumbling, and stumbling over simple yes/no answers is beyond me. If this is the choice of the President, Obama is truly doing what he can to destroy our defenses.

A Commander-in-Chief that has control of the most formidable weapons one the planet, must have a Defense Secretary that is competent in military and political strategies when dealing with the types of enemies that we have created.

Charles "Chuck" Hagel is obviously not the choice that I would make. Actually, I would like to see someone like Ron Paul in that spot. A true statesman that has military background and knowledge that would surely be a positive in our national defense interests. Unless the goal is not to strengthen but to weaken our defenses.

So let me see if got this right: The government wants to take our personal defenses away, while they are arming the IRS and other Homeland Security agents with "assault' military weapons using hollow point ammunition that is prohibited by international laws or treaties, design for maximum kill capacity. And they want the People by proxy of their Senators, to confirm a man who has little clue about any defense beyond covering his own hind quarters when caught in a lie or just plain demonstrably wrong about an issue.

While all the economy goes to hell in a hand basket,our elected representatives are looking out for our best interests by putting a self important member of the Republican Party up for confirmation by the Democratic-controlled Senate, showing the public that the liberals are willing to "reach across the aisle" and select a member of the "opposition" for a cabinet position. If anyone watched the badgering he got from members of his own party, it seems obvious that he is not the Republican choice for the position.

In all the time he was being questioned, it seemed that he was lost, unable to think quickly or clearly enough to even seem credible. Not the person that I would want between the President and the military. I can't imagine how he was elected as a Senator by a majority. The other choice must have been really bad!
