With only weeks away from the Iowa Caucuses, it is obvious that the Democrats are ignoring the possibility that Hillary Rodham Clinton may face criminal charges along with several other members of her staff. That is at present, only the remotest of possibilities, because the Department of Justice is more focused on those who slander Islam than doing the right thing by pressing charges against real criminals. So far, it seems that Loretta Lynch is nothing more than Eric Holder in a dress. On the other side of the illusion of a two-party political system, the Republican establishment is doing its very best to lose every aware and freethinking independent voter they will need to secure a White House win in 2016.
The Independent Voter Network has been pushing for wide open primary elections but the People are not listening. Instead they are hypnotized by a narcissistic megalomaniac billionaire, who beats his own chest claiming He will make America great again. America is great, it has great People, who have great minds and desire to succeed in life. They want a good home for their families, the ability to labor and reap the rewards, to pray has they wish, and to help others when they can. What they lack is good representation in the corrupted system of government that has replaced the constitutional representative Republic and the system of self-governance, with a legislative democracy in which the People not only have no voice, but are enslaved to its power by force.
In 2008 when Barack Obama was hardly known and Hillary Clinton appeared to be the Democratic nominee, the Republicans had several candidates vying for the nomination. Among them was the Gentleman from Texas, Congressman Ron Paul. The GOP ignored him and his popularity among the younger and independent voters, and instead nominated former Vietnam POW (and alleged fraternizer with the enemy) Arizona Senator John McCain. Again in 2012 the GOP with the help of George Soros funding on the left, cheated Dr. Ron Paul out of the nomination and offered up Mitt Romney along with his lying running-mate, the freshman Congressman Paul Ryan, who was endorsed by the Tea Party on the promise of no more raise in the debt ceiling. He lied. The privately-owned major media also colluded to make Ron Paul seem like an outcast, and succeeded by not even mentioning him the polls. Which brings us around again to what is happening currently.
Fox Business and Fox News both have made it abundantly clear that they do not like Rand Paul. In many of their online polls, Rand Paul's name is rarely included, instead the choice is 'Other.' In those polls however, 'Other' tops all the candidates, demonstrating that the 'Other' is none other than Senator Dr. Rand Paul of Kentucky. By moving two candidates onto the main stage (both of whom poll behind Senator Rand Paul), by splitting the candidates into two tiers, is in itself, a public demonstration of the power the media has in controlling what the People think by what they are shown. Apparently, most Americans are swallowing the bait and are once again going to allow the parties and their media whores to control their choices.
Let us face the facts, if we listen to today's truthful Democrats, Hillary is a Goddess as clean as the driven snow. Honest beyond comprehension, truthful to the point of pain, transparent as the surface of a soap bubble, knowledgeable beyond any ancient sage, incapable of any wrongdoing, adhering at all times to laws and rules, etc. are just a small sample of the things that could be said. If we listen to today's truthful Republicans, Hillary stands at the side of Lucifer Himself: a true henchman capable of anything that will further the world song of discord and ingratiate herself to the voting public. The Democrats are right, there are two Americas.
The America that works, and the America that doesn’t. The America that contributes, and the America that doesn’t. It’s not the haves and the have nots, it’s the dos and the don’ts. Some people do their duty as Americans, obey the law, support themselves, contribute to society, and others don’t. That’s the divide in America.
It’s not about income inequality, it’s about civic irresponsibility. It’s about a political party that preaches hatred, greed and victimization in order to win elective office. It’s about a political party that loves power more than it loves its country. That’s not invective, that’s truth, and it’s about time someone said it.
The politics of envy was on proud display a couple weeks ago when President Obama pledged the rest of his term to fighting “income inequality.” He noted that some people make more than other people, that some people have higher incomes than others, and he says that’s not just.
That is the rationale of thievery. The other guy has it, you want it, Obama will take it for you. Vote Democrat. That is the philosophy that produced Detroit. It is the electoral philosophy that is destroying America.
It conceals a fundamental deviation from American values and common sense because it ends up not benefiting the people who support it, but a betrayal. The Democrats have not empowered their followers, they have enslaved them in a culture of dependence and entitlement, of victimhood and anger instead of ability and hope.
The president’s premise – that you reduce income inequality by debasing the successful – seeks to deny the successful the consequences of their choices and spare the unsuccessful the consequences of their choices.
Because, by and large, income variations in society is a result of different choices leading to different consequences. Those who choose wisely and responsibility have a far greater likelihood of success, while those who choose foolishly and irresponsibly have a far greater likelihood of failure. Success and failure usually manifest themselves in personal and family income.
You choose to drop out of high school or to skip college - and you are apt to have a different outcome than someone who gets a diploma and pushes on with purposeful education. You have your children out of wedlock and life is apt to take one course; you have them within a marriage and life is apt to take another course. Most often in life our destination is determined by the course we take.
My doctor, for example, makes far more than I do. There is significant income inequality between us. Our lives have had an inequality of outcome, but, our lives also have had an inequality of effort. While my doctor went to college and then devoted his young adulthood to medical school and residency, I got a job in a restaurant.
He made a choice, I made a choice, and our choices led us to different outcomes. His outcome pays a lot better than mine.
Does that mean he cheated and Barack Obama needs to take away his wealth? No, it means we are both free men in a free society where free choices lead to different outcomes.
It is not inequality Barack Obama intends to take away, it is freedom. The freedom to succeed, and the freedom to fail. There is no true option for success if there is no true option for failure.
The pursuit of happiness means a whole lot less when you face the punitive hand of government if your pursuit brings you more happiness than the other guy. Even if the other guy sat on his arse and did nothing. Even if the other guy made a lifetime’s worth of asinine and shortsighted decisions.
Barack Obama and the Democrats preach equality of outcome as a right, while completely ignoring inequality of effort.
The simple Law of the Harvest – as ye sow, so shall ye reap – is sometimes applied as, “The harder you work, the more you get." Obama would turn that upside down. Those who achieve are to be punished as enemies of society and those who fail are to be rewarded as wards of society.
Entitlement will replace effort as the key to upward mobility in American society if Barack Obama gets his way. He seeks a lowest common denominator society in which the government besieges the successful and productive to foster equality through mediocrity.
He and his party speak of two Americas, and their grip on power is based on using the votes of one to sap the productivity of the other. America is not divided by the differences in our outcomes, it is divided by the differences in our efforts. It is a false philosophy to say one man’s success comes about unavoidably as the result of another man’s victimization.
What Obama offered was not a solution, but a separatism. He fomented division and strife, pitted one set of Americans against another for his own political benefit. That’s what socialists offer. Marxist class warfare wrapped up with a bow."

Nichols dropped a bombshell on The Pete Santilli Show when he very calmly admitted that he had murdered people, on command, for Bill and Hillary Clinton. Mr. Nichols has been a voice crying out in the wilderness since he brought to light the sexual brutality of Bill Clinton during his reign as Governor in Arkansas. That information would eventually play a key role to Clinton’s impeachment in the 90′s. Larry says he makes no apologies.
They sent me overseas to kill people for them and told me it was for the good of the Country. So when they asked me to do it for them in the States it felt no different. The real truth is, I did it for the money and I didn’t give a shit about the women I beat and the men I murdered. The Clintons are bad people and I did bad things for them. Larry maintains the Clintons were into so many illegal activities at the time, they had to have a team of mercenaries made up of friends and state-troopers to cover it all up and keep them protected from the public finding out. "The unveiling of the dictatorial debacle that is Obama care absolutely flabbergasts me. It is stunning on so many levels, but the most shocking aspect of it for me is watching millions of free Americans stand idly by while this man, his minions in Congress, and his cheerleaders in the press systematically dismantle our Constitution, steal our money, and crush our freedoms.
The President, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid (with no small help from Justice John Roberts) take away our health care, and we allow it. They take away our insurance, and we allow it. They take away our doctors, and we allow it. They charge us thousands of dollars more a year, and we allow it. They make legal products illegal, and we allow it. They cripple our businesses, and we allow it. They announce by fiat that we must ignore our most deeply held beliefs – and we allow it.
Where is your spine, America?
Yes, I know people are complaining. I read the news on the internet. I read blogs. I have a Twitter feed. So what? People in the Soviet Union complained. People in Cuba complain. People in China complain (quietly). Complaining isn’t the same thing as doing anything about it. In fact, much of the complaining that we hear sounds like resignation: Wow. This sucks. Oh well, this is the way things are. Too bad.
Perhaps you need reminding of a few important facts. Here goes:
1. The President is not a king. Barack Obama does not behave like a President, an elected official, someone who realizes that he works for us. He behaves like a king, a dictator – someone who believes that his own pronouncements have the force of law, and who thinks he can dispense with the law’s enforcement when he deigns to do so. And those of us who object? How dare we? Racists!
And while he moves steadily “forward” with his plans to “fundamentally transform” the greatest country in human history, he distracts people with cheap, meaningless trivialities, like “free birth control pills”! (In fact, let’s face it: this administration’s odd obsession with sex in general – Birth control! Abortion! Sterilization! Gay guys who play basketball! — is just plain weird. Since when did the leader of the free world care so much about how people have sex, who they have it with, and what meds they use when they have it? Does he have nothing more important to concern himself with?)
2. It isn’t just a failed software program; it is a failed philosophy. People are marveling that Healthcare.gov was such a spectacular failure. Well, if one is only interested in it as a product launch, I’ve explained some of the reasons for that here. But the larger point is that it isn’t a software failure, or even a product failure; it is a philosophy failure.
I have said this before: Obama is not a centrist; he is a central planner. And this – all of it: the disastrous computer program, the hundreds of millions of dollars wasted, the lies, the manipulation of public opinion, the theft of the public’s money and property, and freedom (read insurance, and premiums, and doctors) — IS what central planning looks like.
The central premise of central planning is that a handful of wunderkinds with your best interests at heart (yeah, right) know better than you what’s good for you. The failure of such a premise and the misery it causes have been clear from the dawn of humanity. Kings and congressmen, dictators and Dear Leaders, potentates, princes and presidents can all fall prey to the same imperial impulses: “we know what is good the ‘the people.’ And they are always wrong.
Contrary to what so many who believe in a “living Constitution” say, the Founding Fathers absolutely understood this. That is why the Constitution was set up to limit government power. (Memo to the President: the drafters of the Constitution deliberately didn’t say “what government had to do on your behalf.”) They understood that that was the path to folly, fear, and famine.)
3. Obama is deceitful. Just as the collapse of the computer program should not surprise anyone, neither should we be shocked that the President lied about his healthcare plan. Have any of you been paying attention over the past few years? Obama has made no secret of his motivations or his methods. The philosophies which inspire him espouse deceit and other vicious tactics. (Don’t take my word for it: read Saul Alinsky.) Obama infamously told reporter Richard Wolffe, “You know, I actually believe my own bullshit.” He has refused to be forthcoming about his past (where are his academic records?). His own pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, told author Ed Klein, that Obama said to him, “You know what your problem is? You have to tell the truth.”
Did Obama lie when he said dozens of times, “If you like you plan, you can keep it. Period!”? Of course he did. That’s what he does.
4. The media is responsible. And had the media been doing their jobs, we would have known a lot of this much, much earlier. The press is charged with the sacred responsibility of protecting the people from the excesses of government. Our press has been complicit, incompetent, or corrupt. Had they vetted this man in 2008, as they would have a Republican candidate, we would have known far more about him than we do, even now. Had they pressed for more details about Obamacare, Congress’ feet would have been held to the fire. Had they done their jobs about Eric Holder, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, the IRS scandal, NSA spying – or any of the other myriad betrayals of the public trust that this administration has committed, Obama would likely have lost his 2012 reelection campaign. (A fact that even The Washington Post has tacitly acknowledged. Well done, fellas! Happy now?)
Instead, they turned a blind eye, even when they knew he was lying, abusing power, disregarding the limits of the Constitution. It was only when he began to spy on them, and when the lies were so blatant that the lowest of low-information voters could figure it out that they realized they had to report on it. (Even in the face of blatant, deliberate and repeated lies, The New York Times has the audacity to tell us that the President “misspoke.”) They have betrayed us, abandoned us, and deceived us.
5. Ted Cruz was right. So was Sarah Palin. The computer program is a disaster. The insurance exchanges are a disaster. What’s left? The healthcare system itself. And this, of necessity, will be a disaster, too. Millions of people have lost their individual insurance plans. In 2015, millions more will lose their employer-provided coverage (a fact which the Obama administration also knew, and admitted elsewhere). The exorbitant additional costs that Obamacare has foisted on unsuspecting Americans are all part of a plan of wealth confiscation and redistribution. That is bad enough. But it will not end there.
When the numbers of people into the system and the corresponding demand for care vastly exceed the cost projections (and they will, make no mistake), then the rationing will start. Not only choice at that point, but quality and care itself will go down the tubes. And then will come the decisions made by the Independent Payment Advisory Board about what care will be covered (read “paid for”) and what will not.
That’s just a death panel, put politely. In fact, progressives are already greasing the wheels for acceptance of that miserable reality as well. They’re spreading the lie that it will be about the ability of the dying to refuse unwanted or unhelpful care. Don’t fall for that one, either. It will be about the deaths that inevitably result from decisions made by people other than the patients, their families, and their physicians. (Perhaps it’s helpful to think of their assurances this way: “If you like your end-of-life care, you can keep your end-of-life-care.”)
6. We are not SUBJECTS. (or, Nice Try, the Tea Party Isn’t Going Away). We have tolerated these incursions into our lives and livelihoods too long already. There is no end to the insatiable demand “progressives” have to remake us in their image. Today it is our insurance, our businesses, our doctors, our health care. Tomorrow some new crusade will be announced that enables them to take over other aspects of our formerly free lives.
I will say it again: WE ARE NOT SUBJECTS. Not only is the Tea Party right on the fiscal issues, but it appears that they are more relevant than ever. We fought a war once to prove we did not want to be the subjects of a king, and the Boston Tea Party was just a taste of the larger conflict to come. If some people missed that lesson in history class, we can give them a refresher."
Every now and then, I do run across someone who gets it. It's from one perspective and yet it does demonstrate how Americans are being fleeced of their property and liberty. Please share and give credit to Mr. Root and to FoxNews for telling the truth!

How stupid is the GOP? They still don’t get it.
I told them 5 years ago, 2 books ago, a national bestseller ago ("The Ultimate Obama Survival Guide"), and in hundreds of articles and commentaries, that ObamaCare was never meant to help America, or heal the sick, or lower healthcare costs, or lower the debt, or expand the economy.
The GOP needs to stop calling ObamaCare a “trainwreck.” That means it’s a mistake, or accident. That means it’s a gigantic flop, or failure. It’s NOT.
This is a brilliant, cynical, and purposeful attempt to damage the U.S. economy, kill jobs, and bring down capitalism.
It’s not a failure, it’s Obama’s grand success.
It’s not a “trainwreck,” ObamaCare is a suicide attack. He wants to hurt us, to bring us to our knees, to capitulate- so we agree under duress to accept big government.
Obama’s hero and mentor was Saul Alinsky -- a radical Marxist intent on destroying capitalism. Alinksky’s stated advice was to call the other guy “a terrorist” to hide your own intentions.
To scream that the other guy is “ruining America,” while you are the one actually plotting the destruction of America. To claim again and again…in every sentence of every speech…that you are “saving the middle class,” while you are busy wiping out the middle class.
The GOP is so stupid they can’t see it. There are no mistakes here. This is a planned purposeful attack.
The tell-tale sign isn't the disastrous start to ObamaCare. Or the devastating effect the new taxes are having on the economy. Or the death of full-time jobs. Or the overwhelming debt. Or the dramatic increases in health insurance rates. Or the 70% of doctors now thinking of retiring- bringing on a healthcare crisis of unimaginable proportions. Forget all that.
The real sign that this is a purposeful attack upon capitalism is how many Obama administration members and Democratic Congressmen are openly calling Tea Party Republicans and anyone who wants to stop ObamaCare “terrorists.”
There’s the clue. Even the clueless GOP should be able to see that.
They are calling the reasonable people…the patriots…the people who believe in the Constitution ... the people who believe exactly what the Founding Fathers believed…the people who want to take power away from corrupt politicians who have put America $17 trillion in debt…terrorists?
That’s because they are Saul Alinsky-ing the GOP. The people trying to purposely hurt America, capitalism and the middle class…are calling the patriots by a terrible name to fool, confuse and distract the public.
ObamaCare is a raving, rollicking, fantastic success. Stop calling it a failure. Here is what it was created to do. It is succeeding on all counts:
1. ObamaCare was intended to bring about the Marxist dream -- redistribution of wealth. Rich people, small business owners, and the middle class are being robbed, so that the money can be redistributed to poor people (who vote for Democrats).
Think about it. If you’re rich or middle class, you now have to pay for your own health care costs (at much higher rates) AND 40 million other people’s costs too (through massive tax increases).
So you’re stuck paying for both bills. You are left broke. Brilliant.
2. ObamaCare was intended to wipe out the middle class and make them dependent on government.Think about it. Even Obama’s IRS predicts that health insurance for a typical American family by 2016 will be $20,000 per year. But how would middle class Americans pay that bill and have anything left for food or housing or living? People that make $40K, or $50K, or $60K can’t possibly hope to spend $20K on health insurance without becoming homeless.
Bingo. That’s how you make middle class people dependent on government. That’s how you make everyone addicted to government checks. Brilliant.

4. ObamaCare is intended to bankrupt small business, and therefore starve donations to the GOP.Think about it. Do you know a small business owner? I know hundreds of them. Their rates are being doubled, tripled and quadrupled by ObamaCare.
Guess who writes 75% of the checks to Republican candidates and conservative causes? Small Business.
Even if a small business owner manages to survive, he or she certainly can’t write a big check to the GOP anymore. Money is the “mother’s milk” of politics. Without donations, a political party ceases to exist. Bingo.
That’s the point of ObamaCare. Obama is bankrupting his political opposition and drying up donations to the GOP. Brilliant.
5. ObamaCare is intended to make the IRS all-powerful.It adds thousands of new IRS agents. It puts the IRS in charge of overseeing 15% of the U.S. economy. The IRS has the right because of ObamaCare to snoop into every aspect of your life, to go into your bank accounts, to fine you, to frighten you, to intimidate you. And Obama and his socialist cabal have access to your deepest medical secrets.
By law your doctor has to ask your sexual history. That information is now in the hands of Obama and the IRS to blackmail GOP candidates into either not running, or supporting bigger government, or leaking the info and ruining your campaign.
Or have you forgotten the IRS harassed, intimidated and persecuted critics of Obama and conservative groups?
Now Obama hands the IRS even more power. Big Brother rules our lives. Brilliant.
6. ObamaCare is intended to unionize 15 million healthcare workers.That produces $15 billion in new union dues. That money goes to fund Democratic candidates and socialist causes -- thereby guaranteeing Obama’s friends never lose another election, and Obama’s policies keep ruining capitalism and bankrupting business owners long after he’s out of office.
Message to the GOP: This isn’t a game. This isn't tiddly-winks. This is a serious, purposeful attempt to highjack America and destroy capitalism.

Let me make this as clear as possible. In the article posted by the Official Tea Party USA, the blame is given to the man occupying the White House and his party of Democratic Socialists. I agree to a point, but not entirely. All appropriations emanates from the House of Representatives. The Constitution gave the House control of the purse of the taxpayer. The President and the Senate cannot force the House of Representatives to fund anything! The President and his Administration cannot pick and choose what parts of the government shuts down and which remain open, since funding comes from the House, it is only the House that can lawfully make those decisions on behalf of the People they represent. John Boehner is lying to us all. The power of the purse is in his hands and not the Senate. It is up to him and the House to appropriate the funds necessary to maintain national security and emergency services during this debate over a continuing funding resolution which itself is the result of years of congressional failure to pass a budget. The Democrats and their Indicted and Convicted Fugitive Criminal, illegal immigrant leader would have you believe that the Tea Party is to blame for the shutdown, but the reality is that the Tea Party and the congressional representatives they endorsed to represent the will of the People, are right in standing up to this blatant disregard for the rule of law. The person occupying the White House wants us to believe that the PPACA is the law of the land, but he and his Regime only follow the law when it is politically expedient.
The proper method(s) employed to remove unjust laws are spelled out in the Tenth Article of Amendment. It is the States who can use their power to nullify unjust federal laws. It has been used successfully in the past and since it is a constitutional method, cannot be prohibited by other unconstitutional laws. All of this dancing around is a distraction from all of the other issues that really do matter. Benghazi, IRS targeting of groups who oppose Obama, NSA spying on the American People, Fast and Furious gunwalking to drug cartel criminals, arming terrorists in Libya, Egypt, and now Syria, telling Americans they cannot visit the White House because of funding issues while billions are sent to foreign nations, many which are enemies.
This is not a Democrat vs. Republican fight. This is a fight for our freedom and rights which are being eroded and lost to a government regardless of which political party is in power.
Yes, we have reached a fork in the road as a nation. We
have a choice to make that will determine whether or not we really cherish
liberty or want to become like every other nation that fell under the yoke of socialist
slavery.
We already are questioning the validity of our
Constitution in view of world governance, and have not been vigilant of the
runaway usurpation by those we chose by election to represent and protect us.
Slowly over the decades, our servants have become our leaders and they are
leading us off of the path of liberty and onto the road to serfdom.
Even what we eat and drink has become a subject of
sociopolitical concern of those who we asked to protect us from a government
that steps beyond its constitutional boundaries, and into the private lives of
the American People.
What are we to think of a government that uses the same
propaganda to scare and disarm its citizens as every dictator and tyrannical
government has since recorded history? Are we to believe that it will be
different this time? Why? If humans were better today than they were during the
Inquisition and more civilized, we wouldn’t be discussing gun control at all.
But the issue is what to do to protect ourselves without giving up our liberty
in the process. And the truth is there is proof that no matter how well
intentioned such laws were when enacted, the result has always been the murder
or innocent civilians.
Our military is the most advanced on the planet, more than
capable of protecting all of the United States from border to border and sea to
shining sea from any enemies. But why are we paying them to protect other
nations and corporate interests? If they were all brought home to defendAmerica, we would not have the need for the excessive
military spending we have now.And with
a smaller military force that is backed up at home by the very capable and well
armed citizens, less taxes need to be levied on the businesses and work force
in America.
Some will say that we live in a more dangerous world
today than even that of fifty years ago. That is all the more reason for the
people to be well armed and trained in protecting themselves. How many planes
would have been taken by terrorists if all those brave Americans were armed?
Even a Sky Marshall or a few on a plane will be targets to take out before
taking over the cockpit or crew.
I am saddened by these school killings, and I am
appalled that those in positions to do the most good have instead continued to play
a dangerous game of politicking which only serves to embolden criminals and
place more good people in harm’s way. I will not however be willing to give up
any rights for the illusion of security. Not once in human history has the
banning of weapons benefited the people at large. Not once.
So here we are, looking at spiraling debt and out of
control government spending, as the government looks for more ways to restrict
the rights of its citizens as it taxes them into poverty. We have reached a
fork in the road and if we take the path to the right, we may have the means to
restore the Republic and our natural liberties and rights. Or we can continue
to allow 534 people in Washington to continue to ruin our nation while they
continue to enact laws designed to take more of our rights and our property.
