By The People

There are fundamental flaws in how American government operates today,
contrary to the Constitution and the vision of a representative republican form of governance.
I intend doing something about it: by educating and informing others who
are not even aware of the dangers.

Choose Wisely!

How did we get to where we are today in the united States of America?  What did We the People do to deserve such a state of crisis on so many levels?

We grew complacent and allowed others to take responsibility for ourselves and our Fellow Americans. We trusted in those we elected to be of higher moral fiber than ourselves. I include myself, so it's not about pointing fingers. We as a people have been our own worst enemy.  We have allowed government and the corporations that control that government to dictate to us, what we may or may not do, what products or services to buy, what rights we may have the privilege of purchasing for a fee, what lands we may or may not own or even dwell upon.  But most of all, parents trusted a system to educate their children instead of assuming that parental right and responsibility themselves.  Fixing the educational system is a long term solution and not the First Aid care this nation requires to survive.

The past eight years have been a disaster for so many American families and the privately-owned major media ignores the facts and instead paints such a wonderful picture that will be marked in history as the end of the American Dream.

I look upon the choices that the criminal political corporations have offered to us and I can only shake my head and wonder how we ever allowed it to get this far. Then I remember the memes about how Hitler rose to power, and all of the dictators before and since. And I see the common thread.

We the People are the common thread that both built and destroyed empires throughout our recorded history.  We become complacent and trusting of those we elect to represent us, and they are not always the honorable men and women we expect them to be. Perhaps some self reflecting is required to see the truth.

It is not secret that Hillary Rodham Clinton is a criminal. The media can play it down all they want, but the truth is right out there for anyone interested to see for themselves. Facts and truth do not require they be reported by a 'major' news source. All that is required is good journalism and fact sources. In this case, plenty of emails that have been revealed and many of which that have been reviewed by the FBI and Congress. Like Obama, Clinton is the result of complacency on our part and a failure to have the moral character to demand the same from those we elected.

I am and have always been a fan of Ron Paul, and supported his bids for the presidency in 2008 and 2012. And I supported Rand Paul this year praying that he would reconsider the suspension of his campaign. He has chosen to represent the People of Kentucky and I respect his choice and support his re-election to the Senate.

I reviewed the 'minor' party candidates, but there is no Ross Perot among them. While I consider myself a lowercase 'l' libertarian, I cannot support the Libertarian Party choice for a presidential candidate. And then that old election time mantra played out across the media and social networks, about voting for the lesser of two evils.

I look at accomplishments and character in the person that I was to represent me and to protect my rights. I look to see what they stand for now and then, and check to see if they have changed any, and whether it is for the better or for the worse.

Now that I am an Oregonian, this election in particular I view as the most significant in my lifetime. For us to succeed as a sovereign nation of free States and People, we most choose wisely. We must replace as many incumbents with new representation as possible, but we must replace them with people who understand the Constitution and are willing to abide by it.

Like the choice for President, my top choice for Governor did not make the cut. So I looked at the other candidates and decided that Bud Pierce is the nest choice for Oregon.  I am also supporting Art Robinson for Congress, and Mark Callahan for US Senator representing the State of Oregon.

The most difficult choice for me was selecting a President. I read and watched, I listened and learned, and when it was time to decide, I chose Donald J. Trump. That was a difficult choice at first and then it became crystal clear to me.

Some have called Trump a bully and yet those who have worked for him say otherwise. Some call him disrespectful to women and minorities. Ask Jennifer Hudson about that, or ask Haitian Americans about his regards to minorities.

Some will point to the fact that Donald Trump's success was guaranteed with a million dollar seed from his father. Many wealthy fathers seeded their sons (and daughters) and may also have had to bail them out of debt because of failures in business or their personal lives.  Trump built an empire. Some will point out the few bankruptcies of Trump endeavors but will fail to mention the better than 95% success rate.

The most important factor to me and probably the one that convinces me that Trump is the smart choice is his absolute love of America and the free market capitalism that made his success possible. He is a capitalist and not a socialist. He is a nationalist and not a globalist.

So when you fill out your ballots or go to the polls this election day, put the emotions and party politics aside, and choose based on ethics and morals, and the future of this nation.

America As It Should Be

The Esteemed Readers of this blog know that many of these individual issues have been addressed before in the many posts we have published since 2008. The following article by an ex-CIA spy and former US Marine, calls on Congress to take immediate actions.

Fix America calls on its Esteemed Readers to call and write their delegates in Congress and in their respective State assemblies to take action to bring the federal government back into compliance with its original and enumerated duties and responsibilities to the States and the People respectively.

Robert David Steele is no stranger to telling things how they simply are. And just this past week, he has once again made several paradigm-shifting statements that is bound to get the attention of many throughout the world. In addition to calling for the end of the IRS, the Federal Reserve, the Department of Homeland Security and major reform and criminal investigations into the FDA and Center for Disease Control, he has called for Senator Rand Paul and Speaker Paul Ryan to introduce the Electoral Reform Act of 2016.

This act, if done in September of 2016, would demand that paper ballots would be used in all federal elections. Obviously then, this would be a curveball to the plans of the global elite who are backing Hillary Clinton and who many believe rigged the primaries and would like to rig the Presidential vote in November. Essentially, this would be a positive step forward for the world in that much truth would continue to leak out into public awareness.

Robert Steele, who is a former US Marine and CIA spy, trained officers in over 66 countries in open-source methods. Open source technology and information is a way to ensure transparency and truth on all levels and on any issue throughout our world. In his recent article Libertarians Now or Never, Robert Steele talked about these issues listed above, including the abolishing of the IRS, Federal Reserve and the enacting of the Electoral Reform Act of 2016:

Put most simply, a Libertarian believes that individuals, families, and communities should decide most if not all of the issues that arise from day to day and over time, not the federal government.

Libertarians have not reached the point I have, after a study of the Constitution and our history, which is this: we are the United STATES of America, therefore the federal government should be an administrative service to the STATES united, not an imperial power. If I were elected president, I would appoint a Governor-General and begin the process of terminating the illegal mandate that allows the federal government to tax individuals and organizations and to borrow money.

States should collect such revenue as they see fit from their citizens — I recommend a single Automated Payment Transaction (APT) Tax administered and collected by the states — and states should fund the federal government by agreed upon appropriations from each state.

In passing, I would cancel all Executive Orders and refer them to the Speaker of the House for legislative consideration. All federal regulations — including the newest forbidding the public from swimming with dolphins (I don’t make this crap up) — would be suspended.

The Center for Disease Control and the Federal Drug Administration would be suspended and investigated toward probable criminal indictments against all their “leaders” while the Department of Homeland Security, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Federal Reserve would be closed, plain and simple, with “soft landing” transition plans for all their employees. The Departments of Education and Energy, among others, would be subject to a zero-based review and at least cut in half if not eliminated entirely, subject always to Article 1 of the Constitution — it’s time we totally recast the government, to include harmonization of Congressional committee jurisdictions with the organization of the executive branch and vice versa.

Note 1: 10th Amendment plays here. The STATES are not exercising their power under the Constitution.Nullification and if necessary secession are vital parts of the Constitutional relationship between the STATES and the federal service that has become an imperial power owned by banks.

Note 2: As I said in my appearance in the Hollywood documentary, American Drug War: Last White Hope, marijuana is the seam between a public that thinks for itself and a government that lies for the banks and corporations that thrive on fencing the commons and making private behavior illegal so they can profit — make no mistake, the drug industry is about liquidity for the banks that launder the money, the criminal gangs are merely de facto agents of the banks. Cannabis in all its forms including oil cuts tumors in half or more and addresses cancer in a manner the government and the corporations actively cover up. The criminal insanity of a government that cares more about profits for the few at the expense of the many must be ended. The immediate legalization of marijuana (and hemp, which has many substantial industrial uses) is non-negotiable.
Robert sees this being the perfect time for such a conversation because it would then be no longer possible for the masses to ignore the rigged 2-party system that disenfranchises 70% of all eligible voters. It would force several truths to emerge that would be beneficial to all."

The Farce Continues: And You Bought It All!

With only weeks away from the Iowa Caucuses, it is obvious that the Democrats are ignoring the possibility that Hillary Rodham Clinton may face criminal charges along with several other members of her staff. That is at present, only the remotest of possibilities, because the Department of Justice is more focused on those who slander Islam than doing the right thing by pressing charges against real criminals. So far, it seems that Loretta Lynch is nothing more than Eric Holder in a dress.

On the other side of the illusion of a two-party political system, the Republican establishment is doing its very best to lose every aware and freethinking independent voter they will need to secure a White House win in 2016.

The Independent Voter Network has been pushing for wide open primary elections but the People are not listening. Instead they are hypnotized by a narcissistic megalomaniac billionaire, who beats his own chest claiming He will make America great again.

America is great, it has great People, who have great minds and desire to succeed in life. They want a good home for their families, the ability to labor and reap the rewards, to pray has they wish, and to help others when they can. What they lack is good representation in the corrupted system of government that has replaced the constitutional representative Republic and the system of self-governance, with a legislative democracy in which the People not only have no voice, but are enslaved to its power by force.

In 2008 when Barack Obama was hardly known and Hillary Clinton appeared to be the Democratic nominee, the Republicans had several candidates vying for the nomination. Among them was the Gentleman from Texas, Congressman Ron Paul. The GOP ignored him and his popularity among the younger and independent voters, and instead nominated former Vietnam POW (and alleged fraternizer with the enemy) Arizona Senator John McCain. Again in 2012 the GOP with the help of George Soros funding on the left, cheated Dr. Ron Paul out of the nomination and offered up Mitt Romney along with his lying running-mate, the freshman Congressman Paul Ryan, who was endorsed by the Tea Party on the promise of no more raise in the debt ceiling. He lied.

The privately-owned major media also colluded to make Ron Paul seem like an outcast, and succeeded by not even mentioning him the polls. Which brings us around again to what is happening currently.

Fox Business and Fox News both have made it abundantly clear that they do not like Rand Paul. In many of their online polls, Rand Paul's name is rarely included, instead the choice is 'Other.' In those polls however, 'Other' tops all the candidates, demonstrating that the 'Other' is none other than Senator Dr. Rand Paul of Kentucky.

By moving two candidates onto the main stage (both of whom poll behind Senator Rand Paul), by splitting the candidates into two tiers, is in itself, a public demonstration of the power the media has in controlling what the People think by what they are shown. Apparently, most Americans are swallowing the bait and are once again going to allow the parties and their media whores to control their choices.

A Clear Message: Freedom

With all of the turmoil in the world today, and all the saber rattling by the 'favorites' in the Republican party, a voice of reason gets lost in the din. But not last night!

In what many are calling a 'breakout performance', Kentucky Senator Rand Paul demonstrated why he is the right choice to truly make America the nation it was meant to be.

The CNN debate last night, the final debate for Republican candidates of the year, left little doubt that Senator Paul not only belonged on the main stage last night, but that his stance on the limits of government placed on it by the Constitution are both 'necessary and proper' to restore the nation to prosperity and security.

Each and every candidate stood by the war hawk mentality that we have to spend more, bomb more, determine the fate and policies of other nations through military force and presence. It hasn't helped us and it certainly hasn't promoted stability in any place that foreign policy is applied.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said we need to establish and enforce a 'no fly zone' over the airspace(s) of other nations and shoot down Russian warplanes if they dare enter that space. When did we get the authority over airspace of another sovereign nation? That is an invasion and a cause for war.  Russia is welcomed there, regardless of whether or not US foreign policy makers agree or not.

Billionaire megalomaniac Donald Trump wants to prevent Islamic terrorists from being able to recruit through social media by controlling the Internet. In other words, the First Amendment and free speech advocates are 'stupid'.  Only Rand Paul remained steadfast in defending the Constitution against all of his opponents.

Rand Paul stood up against Marco Rubio on NSA spying and issues of immigration 'amnesty', clearly demonstrating the abuse of power under such unconstitutional acts.

Immediately after the debate and continuing on Twitter and other social media, Rand Paul was hailed as the true champion of freedom and the man to really make 'America great again' even by liberals. I read several posts of Democrats who say they will change registration to vote for Rand Paul in the primaries.

The home run was in the closing statements, when Senator Paul said the greatest danger to the United States was the debt. How can we build border security when they nation is borrowing money at the rate of about a million dollars per minute?

It is apparent that Americans will have to choose whether they want more of the same or a restoration of the principles this nation was founded upon. I see the choice of freedom is embodied in electing a President who understands that above all issues, the Constitution is the point from which actions taken must begin. I we erode our freedoms for the illusion of security we will lose both. Benjamin Franklin knew this and so does Rand Paul. His message is clear:  FREEDOM!

Are You An American?

How you identify yourself tells a lot about you. We all like to be a part of a group that stands for something that is important to ourselves, but how many truly stand for what is right?

Are you a Democrat?  Do you believe that government must provide you with basic needs? Do you believe that government must provide for your education, health care, and your personal safety? Do you believe in majority rules? Do you believe the government by legislation must define what a marriage is? Do you believe that government must regulate the food we eat, the air we breathe, the types of arms we may possess, the lands within a State for environmental causes?

Are you a Republican? Do you believe that marijuana must remain prohibited by law? Do you believe a strong military presence around the world is in the interests of national security? Do you support the Patriot Act, NDAA, and feel the NSA spying is a necessary infringement for the sake of national security? Do you believe that immigration can be regulated based on religious beliefs? Do you believe that the federal government and the laws enacted by Congress and upheld by the Supreme Court are valid? Do you believe that lowering income taxes for the employed and for corporations will stimulate the economy and create jobs? Do you believe that the currency of the United States must be controlled by a central bank?

If you answer yes to any of the questions above, you are NOT an American. You may live in America, but unless you stand for the Sovereignty of the Individual, the State as a free nation, and the federal system of governance as a limited body politic, you are NOT an American.

We are constantly being bombarded with left-right, conservative-liberal, and yes, Democrat-Republican, as our choices. Chosen by whom? I did not choose any of these labels for myself. I chose to make my own decisions, based on my knowledge and understanding of freedom and the limitation of governance prerequisite in a free society.

So often are we compared to the nations in Europe, our clinging to guns, where most 'civil societies' have banned guns. The latest attacks in Paris demonstrate how dangerous it is for the People to be unarmed and defenseless. How can we call ourselves civilized when we have such mass shootings and gun violence in America?

First, the places where there is so much gun violence are places where the public are restricted by force of law from keeping and bearing arms. And second, gun free zones are the sites of the mass shootings, again where the public is defenseless and only the criminals are armed.

"A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State" does not mean a police force nor a military presence. It refers to We the People, you and me, as we are the militia and duty-bound to enforce the laws pursuant to the Constitution of the United States. "... the right of  the People to keep and bear arms shall be infringed." Simply stated, all gun laws infringe on the right of the People, therefore ALL gun laws are unconstitutional.

In the wake of the attack on defenseless individuals by radical Islamic terrorists, the person who has the audacity to call himself President, instead of standing up as an American (some think he is not) he hopes that you will be in such a state of fear that you will clamor and demand stricter gun control. But that is a topic for another day.

Rate The Debate

While there are many analysts who think that Trump and Jeb Bush were the big winners in last Thursday night's FoxNews debate, to anyone who viewed this two-hour farce, it is plain to see that the stand out and stand up presidential hopeful was Senator Rand Paul (R-KY).

From the very start, Paul challenged Trump's integrity and it was downhill for the Donald from there. Forget the Megyn Kelly issue because she is not running for office.  If Trump thinks she was tough on him, then he better drop out now because that was still minor league compared to what lies ahead.

Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio were both articulate and calm n their performances as was Dr. Ben Carson, who seemed a bit apprehensive at first but settled in and gave some very good answers and a few good humorous lines that grabbed the audience momentarily.

For me it was Rand Paul who stood out among the losers and the wannabe newbies. His lambasting of Christie was a classic in a patriotic display of what liberty and freedom is what this nation was founded upon. Christie so much as called the founders' Bill of Rights ridiculous, lending to his stance in favor of unconstitutional infringements on Individual Rights for the sake of national security. Rand shouted out louder than Christie, "Get a warrant!" and that tipped the scales on the FoxNews approval meter.

By the time the "post-game analysts" began their assessment, the media had already lashed out against Fox for they treated poor rich boy Donald Trump, totally ignoring the fact that they gave him twice the air time of any other candidate on the dais. Charles Krauthammer wasted no time in making Rand Paul a nonissue, and for me, that is the telling of how FoxNews operates. Certainly not the fair and balanced network they project themselves to be. They are establishment lackeys, same as the rest of the privately-owned major media.

The real winner of this debate is the American People. They were able to witness how the media manipulates opinion to produce a desired outcome, in this case, making Trump a victim while ignoring the command performance given by Senator Paul.

Rand Paul demonstrated why he must be the next American President. He was the only one who was ready to present a plan to reduce taxes, balance the budget, and audit the Federal Reserve. It will be that latter issue that will be the reason opposition will rise and use any despicable means to attempt to destry his character.

I will not be fooled again.

The Last Stand: Freedom or Serfdom

I have not been enthusiastic about the presidential elections since Ron Paul was robbed by his own party of the nomination, first with John McCain and then with Mitt Romney. It is apparent that the majority of American voters were not impressed with either of them, and based on results they voted for and to stay with Obama.

Many things have changed since Barack Obama was given the presidency in 2008 by deception and fraud. We are in the worst economic climate I have witnessed in my life and America is no longer respected by our allies, nor feared by our enemies/ And both of the major political parties that drove us here now want to fix it. Well I for one am not falling for the rhetoric and fear mongering.

Common sense and logic dictate the choice must be a candidate who never waivers from adherence to the Constitution of the United States. One who has demonstrated in their personal and public lives good ethics and morals. A person who testifies by their actions what their true nature is regardless of the opposition. This is our third and final opportunity to elect someone with such qualities and qualifications.

Dr. Rand Paul is the only candidate that fits the bill completely. There is another doctor who I also admire for his ethics and morals, and feel he would make an excellent addition to President Paul's cabinet where he will learn about governance from someone who knows it already. Dr. Ben Carson will be my choice in 2024 or 2020 if Rand chooses to be a one-term President.

In the past when writing in support of former Congressman (and Rand's father) Dr. Ron Paul, the Esteemed Readers were given researched facts as to why he was the only candidate capable of defeating Obama. Recent events regarding the NSA spying via Section 215 of the Patriot Act, expired thanks in no small part to the actions of Rand Paul on the Senate floor.

People say that when your enemies attack you with such fervor, it is indicative of you doing the right thing in spite of your opposition. Rand Paul is  that candidate and I for one will do whatever it takes to make him my President in 2016.

How to Plant The Seeds of Destruction or No One Remembered to Close the Gate Part 5

At this juncture, it should be painfully and depressingly obvious that due to governmental deceit, inattention to maintenance of the Constitution, and no vigilance, by the People, The Republic fell during 1871. the People were deceived and betrayed by various officials.
The American People have been unwittingly living a lie.

Since 1871 and up to the present time, it should be understandably clear the System of Governance, as defined by the Constitution of 1787, was usurped by officials within that system and various individuals outside of that system in order to create a Corporate Government to transfer the wealth of the Nation to themselves and their posterity, while setting up a system of never ending and increasing debt. The interest on that debt and the monies collected in other schemes was used to increase their wealth and influence, while continuing to make inroads into the very fabric from what the Nation had been woven.
Forty-five years ago I was told that my concerns were nothing more than mental masturbation, senseless verbal fornication, that I was just toying with words. My concerns have not in any way diminished, in fact, they have only increased. The wheel-work of life turns in curious ways and I would only ask The Esteemed Readers of Fix America what they think is in movement? Given the information and opinion within the articles; 'That which Pushes the Mind Is Not Always Felt', 'How to Plant The Seeds of Destruction', and 'What Tomorrow Will Bring' and the auxiliary books and their information and opinion, what is the most logical conclusion which can be extracted that explains the actions that have taken place and the situations that are unfolding before our eyes?
What outcome can prevail for The American People?

OUR Nation IS IN JEOPARDY RIGHT NOW!
How Can We Retake What Is Rightfully Ours?
The Supreme Court has said the De Jure Government offices still exist but the people have failed to occupy them.

The First suggested Method Is Untenable:

Remember Downs v. Bidwell and the dissenting opinion of Justice Marshall Harlan? He stated that two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions. This is one that We the People need to force our elected public officials to occupy – De Jure rule.
We need to change that by organizing Grand Juries and putting our officials back under De jure rule and out of the Corporate (or Military) Rule under which they are currently operating. Unfortunately, this has no force of law under the Corporate 'Government.' The United States Corporation is supposed to operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law and the current 'Government' will not even abide by that system of jurisdiction.
Our elected officials will then have to operate under the limits of their Oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the respective State Constitutions, circa 1860. When they violate the Oath it’s a capital crime. Although the method of properly convening a grand jury has force of law under the original U.S. Constitution, it means little-to-nothing under the Corporate Constitution. Doesn't anyone remember that the person occupying the White House was found guilty by a grand jury (please see the article, Obama Indicted: Fugitive at Large)
"Fugitive at large, Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Hussein Obama II is now a wanted criminal. Plagued by an identity issue, problems with Social Security Numbers, problems with U.S. Citizenship, problems with lawsuits from Local Courts to Superior Courts, problems with his job, Barry's problems are ever multiplying along with the costs engendered by his issues and problems, has been convicted and is now facing ten years of incarceration. He was served at the White House; however, he has yet to surrender to authorities or be apprehended in order that incarceration can begin," From the Article:
The reason we go back to 1860 is because that is the last time we had lawful laws in this country.
Where do the people get their power to convene a Grand Jury? The Magna Carta, 1215. Our Founding Fathers looked back to history for precedent when they decided they wanted to change their government. What they found was the Magna Carta Liberatum, the Great Charter of Freedoms. It set a precedent that changed the face of England forever, by establishing that the King was not above the law.
King John of England signed the Magna Carta after immense pressure from the Church and his barons (the people). The King often lived above the law, violating both Feudal and Common Law, and was heavily criticized for his foreign policy and actions in England. The Barons, with the support of the Church, pressured King John to spell out a list of their rights and guarantee that those rights would be enforced. The Barons provided a draft, and after some negotiation, King John put his seal to the Magna Carta in Runnymede, in June of 1215.

Section 61 set rules for establishing the Grand Jury. It states: Since we have granted all these things for God, for the better ordering of our kingdom, and to allay the discord that has arisen between us and our barons (people), and since we desire that they shall be enjoyed in their entirety, with lasting strength, forever, we give and grant to the barons the following security: The barons shall elect twenty-five of their number to keep, and cause to be observed with all their might, the peace and liberties granted and confirmed to them by this charter. If we, our chief justice, our officials, or any of our servants offend in any respect against any man, or transgress any of the articles of the peace or of this security, and the offense is made known to four of the said twenty-five barons, they shall come to us.”
This is the basis for Grand Juries in the United States of America, but only under common law jurisdiction which has been supplanted by
Corporate/Commercial/Public Law

The UNITED STATES CORPORATION CAN NOT BE REPAIRED!
The UNITED STATES CORPORATION is a corrupt Corporate 'Government', that believes and takes actions on that belief, that it is above the laws it has created and can do anything what-so-ever it pleases.
Since the CORPORATION is a private concern and is in no way obligated to follow or adhere to the will-of-the-People, I can only suggest that you write to your State or National Congressmen and wait for a reply.

A Different Suggested Method:
Remember Downs v. Bidwell and the dissenting opinion of Justice Marshall Harlan? He said that two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions. This is one that We the people must repopulate by proper election to re-establish the De Jure System of Self Governance that was vacated during 1871.
I can only suggest that no letters of any concerns need to by written to anyone. I can suggest that you think about things and inspect all the activity covered at the website of 'The Republic for The United States of America.
It is only a suggestion while you wait for that reply from the first suggestion.

What America Means to Me: or Some Essential Parts of It
'I have even greater respect for the instrument which our Nation was formed under, The Constitution of the United States of America.
In detail, it describes the parts of government and their composition. This document also contains the manner in which the parts are allowed to interact.
The Constitution of the United States of America also contains a Bill of Rights which applies to all U.S. Citizens. Amendments have been adopted and repealed since its enactment, which may or may not have had worth. It was written in common English of the time in a manner which was expected to be understood by every U.S. Citizen.
This does not mean that all citizens could read but they could understand what was being said when another read it out loud.
It holds the foundation of ideas and concepts our nation of people represent. Many other documents of the time contain a much more detailed account and commentary of arguments, both for and against, the various ideas and concepts involved in the composition. The Constitution of the United States of America remains the only single source document that defines America. All other documents of any nature are subordinate. To be sure, there are many other source documents which support its reasoned construction. The United States Declaration of Independence is another U.S. Sole source document, which itself has many other documents of the time and previous times with which it is supported. These support documents contain many ideals or ideas which were conceptually incorporated in the composition of its construction.
The People of the United States are the primary governing body. They delegate the day to day responsibility of governance to the Federal Republic through representatives and the combination is bound together under the Constitution of the United States of America. The process of selecting representatives is determined by casting individual votes. Every U.S. Citizen has the right and responsibility to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies. If this single source document and the integral components are allowed to be violated in any way, its' worth is in question. If the Constitution of the United States of America falls due to inattention to its maintenance, the Nation falls and the American concept and actuality of a United States of America ceases to exist. It becomes something else that is defined by something else. I vote for the most qualified representatives and candidates that will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America above all else.'

Protecting The Vote

Someone asked me if I were going to hold an election, how would I go about making sure it was fair and open?  I thought the problem over and took the article 'Who Would Have More Votes?' and the video in the article 'A Beacon Of Light:  Take Back America' into consideration. I came up with the following procedure and voting necessities. I am sure I have forgotten things. Please, feel free to leave suggestions that you feel I missed in the comments area.

Voting Process Checks and Balances:

Voter Registration
Residency
Registration Identification
Voter Verification
Ballots
Absentee Voting
Ballot Boxes
Counting Room
Counting:  Electronic Voting Machines
Vote Results Recording & Reporting

Voter Registration:

The problem:  Voter registration has no valid check for residency.

Voter registration is simple and registration forms are available at many locations, such as public libraries, public assistance offices, state motor vehicle offices, and US post offices. US Citizens should demand verification of all registrations and that all of the information must be made available to the proper State and County Election Officials. All registration information shall be public information. This is necessary to avoid multiple state registrations and registration of deceased citizens from inclusion in the voting process as mentioned in an earlier article 'Who Would Have More Votes?'

Residency and Identification:

The problem:  Voter Residency and Identification is lax or does not exist in many parts of the country.

US Citizens must be permanent full-time residents in the state in which they cast their vote, and no other State. (see absentee Voting method)

Your State DMV may provide a State Drivers License or state non-drivers  photo identification with your place of residence. Other forms of Identification may be provided by appropriate sources.

1. State Drivers license
(supplies all required information if valid)

2. State Resident Identification card
(supplies all required information if valid)

3. Military Identification (For Identification only)

4. US Passport (least preferable)
(no current residency information requirement for voting)

5. Long Form Birth Certificate (not certificate of live birth) (least preferable) (no current residency requirement for voting)

Voter Verification:

The Problem:  there is essentially no Verification Standard

Polling personnel must be responsible for properly verifying the identity of a voter

Polling personnel can very easily verify the proper identity of US Citizens wishing to vote, if the registration process above has been implemented, if presented with authentic photo identification.

On election day, when people go to a local polling place to cast their ballot, a method of identification to insure that a voter is truly who they say they are and verification against voter street lists or voter rolls are eligible to vote.

Ballots:

Ballots must be paper and easy to read (see) without confusing the voter.

It must be mandatory that the election board(s) be totally accountable for the protection of the ballots to insure the voting process and the rights of the voter.

Absentee balloting:

Absentee voter information is not covered at this time.

Ballot Boxes:

All ballot boxes must be clear, (transparent). The boxes shall have one entrance slot that is accessible to the voter and the top side open-able with the hinge farthest away from the voter. The boxes are to be kept locked from the time they are placed until the time they are collected for counting. A guard must be kept in the area of the ballot box at all times. Each box shall have a unique serial number by which it is identified by the State election board. Those numbers will not be known to anyone outside the State's election security department, who will maintain a list of those numbers and to which precinct each box was sent. Keys to boxes will be held by each State's election security department, and precinct election security guard, One key each and one backup key held by the State's election security department.

Counting Room:

Each polling place needs a counting room that is completely transparent with one entrance and exit door and multiple ventilation holes 1/4 inch in diameter in floor and ceiling.  Once the ballot boxes and persons designated as counters are inside, it will be locked and remain locked at all times until counting is complete. Counters can enter or exit, but they will not be permitted inside the counting room with anything nor will they be permitted to exit with anything.

A 4-point video and recording system pointing in shall be installed within the counting room, but shall not be accessible to anyone inside the counting room . The room itself is transparent, as are tables and chairs and these shall be in full view of anyone wishing to view during the counting process. In fact, the entire tabulating procedure must exhibit full disclosure at all times.

Recording and Reporting:

It shall be mandatory that polling totals are announced, posted, and reported.

After all the ballots are tabulated and verified, the totals are recorded and announced. The printed ballot tally is placed up on the inside of the counting room with the totals facing out for all to witness. This will be done at each precinct or place of voting until all the precincts have been recorded and reported.

Once all of the local precincts have recorded and reported the results to the county board of elections, they will seal the ballots back into the clear ballot box(es) and those boxes will be locked by an officer of the county such as a deputy sheriff, and those locked ballot boxes will be taken to the county board of elections designated verification and review location and all ballots kept for four years and available for public inspection with a County or State Board of Elections guard in attendance.

After the county has obtained all the serial numbered ballot boxes assigned, they will then transport all of the ballot boxes to the Sate Board of Elections where another public count will be taken. That count will be matched with the original local count and if there are no discrepancies it will then become the final official result.

The End of the Dream

"The person who gives up his individual self and becomes an automaton, identical with millions of other automatons around him, need not feel alone and anxious any more. But the price he pays, however, is high; it is the loss of his self." - Erich Fromm - Escape From Freedom -

These words were written over 80 years ago and are as accurate today as they were then. We are losing our self, we are losing our freedom, and most people are willingly doing so. In his book Escape from Freedom, Erich Fromm was relating the effects that we are experiencing today in losing freedom under the illusion of security.

The Patriot Act is not a patriotic act at all, in fact it is a systematic removal of freedoms by the so-called "representative government" that is elected by the people. The formation of the Department of Homeland Security in itself is an act of treason, removing protections guaranteed by the Constitution from the populace through coercion and intimidation. It totally disregards the right of due process granted by the Fourth Article of Amendment.

We are living in a corporate nation state, where the laws of commerce and trade have replaced the Common Law and the Private Laws of sovereign individuals and the sovereignty of the States. The limits placed upon the federal government by the designers of the Constitution have been taken away through corruption and deceit. Our elected representatives, sworn by oath to uphold the Constitution are the very same people who have allowed the Uniform Commerce Code to replace Common Law, and they continue to hide behind the "commerce clause" as justification for their treasonous actions, which blatantly violate so many other parts of the Constitution. And the Supreme Court, who Constitutionally is responsible for testing whether or not laws passed by Congress and the legislatures of the Sovereign States meet those requirements of constitutionality, instead will interpret the usurpation as "necessary and proper" further taking UCC and United States Code and placing it above the Constitution.

The Constitutionally created Republic of the united States of America is being replaced by the corporate entity, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, by the passage of laws, without proper consent of the sovereign individuals, the populace of the Sovereign States. In fact, the States themselves gave up that sovereignty by incorporating and accepting laws of commerce and trade as their own supreme law of the land, replacing common law side-stepping Constitutional law.

Americans must educate themselves, and take a stand. We must all resist the takeover at all costs. We must end the ruse and restore the Republic or we will all be slaves of the corporate state, which is part of a consolidation of power into a centralized world government where the rights of commerce trump individual liberties. Under the corporate structure in place today, we are chattel, owned by the corporate state, numbered like other possessions, granted permission to occupy state owned lands, privileged to labor for the state, and allowed a meager subsistence after paying taxes to the state for those privileges.

Free people choose their own destinies, they are not wards of the state. We must take back our nation before it is completely taken by the creditors who are eagerly awaiting the final collapse of our economy.

There is hope however for those that can see beyond the rhetoric and spin of the political party hype. The hope is that Americans will awaken in time to elect a true Representative of the people as the next President of the United States.

That man is Dr. and Senator Rand Paul!
