Robert David Steele is no stranger to telling things how they simply are. And just this past week, he has once again made several paradigm-shifting statements that is bound to get the attention of many throughout the world. In addition to calling for the end of the IRS, the Federal Reserve, the Department of Homeland Security and major reform and criminal investigations into the FDA and Center for Disease Control, he has called for Senator Rand Paul and Speaker Paul Ryan to introduce the Electoral Reform Act of 2016.

This act, if done in September of 2016, would demand that paper ballots would be used in all federal elections. Obviously then, this would be a curveball to the plans of the global elite who are backing Hillary Clinton and who many believe rigged the primaries and would like to rig the Presidential vote in November. Essentially, this would be a positive step forward for the world in that much truth would continue to leak out into public awareness.

Robert Steele, who is a former US Marine and CIA spy, trained officers in over 66 countries in open-source methods. Open source technology and information is a way to ensure transparency and truth on all levels and on any issue throughout our world. In his recent article Libertarians Now or Never, Robert Steele talked about these issues listed above, including the abolishing of the IRS, Federal Reserve and the enacting of the Electoral Reform Act of 2016:

Put most simply, a Libertarian believes that individuals, families, and communities should decide most if not all of the issues that arise from day to day and over time, not the federal government.

Libertarians have not reached the point I have, after a study of the Constitution and our history, which is this: we are the United STATES of America, therefore the federal government should be an administrative service to the STATES united, not an imperial power. If I were elected president, I would appoint a Governor-General and begin the process of terminating the illegal mandate that allows the federal government to tax individuals and organizations and to borrow money.

States should collect such revenue as they see fit from their citizens — I recommend a single Automated Payment Transaction (APT) Tax administered and collected by the states — and states should fund the federal government by agreed upon appropriations from each state.

In passing, I would cancel all Executive Orders and refer them to the Speaker of the House for legislative consideration. All federal regulations — including the newest forbidding the public from swimming with dolphins (I don’t make this crap up) — would be suspended.

The Center for Disease Control and the Federal Drug Administration would be suspended and investigated toward probable criminal indictments against all their “leaders” while the Department of Homeland Security, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Federal Reserve would be closed, plain and simple, with “soft landing” transition plans for all their employees. The Departments of Education and Energy, among others, would be subject to a zero-based review and at least cut in half if not eliminated entirely, subject always to Article 1 of the Constitution — it’s time we totally recast the government, to include harmonization of Congressional committee jurisdictions with the organization of the executive branch and vice versa.

Note 1: 10th Amendment plays here. The STATES are not exercising their power under the Constitution.Nullification and if necessary secession are vital parts of the Constitutional relationship between the STATES and the federal service that has become an imperial power owned by banks.

Note 2: As I said in my appearance in the Hollywood documentary, American Drug War: Last White Hope, marijuana is the seam between a public that thinks for itself and a government that lies for the banks and corporations that thrive on fencing the commons and making private behavior illegal so they can profit — make no mistake, the drug industry is about liquidity for the banks that launder the money, the criminal gangs are merely de facto agents of the banks. Cannabis in all its forms including oil cuts tumors in half or more and addresses cancer in a manner the government and the corporations actively cover up. The criminal insanity of a government that cares more about profits for the few at the expense of the many must be ended. The immediate legalization of marijuana (and hemp, which has many substantial industrial uses) is non-negotiable.
Robert sees this being the perfect time for such a conversation because it would then be no longer possible for the masses to ignore the rigged 2-party system that disenfranchises 70% of all eligible voters. It would force several truths to emerge that would be beneficial to all."

The End is Near!

It has been my experiences over the past four decades to question everything that is said by the media and by government. Half truths and omissions of facts, outright lies are passed on as facts more often than not. So it was up to me to educate myself by research to discover for myself what truth is.

The November Election is more than just about who will be our President for the next four years. It is about whether we as Americans want to be a free and sovereign people or wards of a corporate-controlled state, ruled by those who hold protection of profits as greater than the rights of the people they swore to protect.

The time of your vote counting for something has long past. In the present day, it is a fraud of free elections when political parties make the rules and hold elections that represent the party and not the people. We are faced now with the most important choices this nation has come up against since the resolve to break from the tyranny of the British Crown. We are faced with the choice of losing our rights entirely and having a dictator instead of a chief executive in the form of a president that is held in check by the judicial and legislative branches of a federal government.

We no longer operate under constitutional government. Our federal and state governments are corporations and operate under admiralty or maritime law. We the free and sovereign individuals have been tricked into becoming property of the state and our rights have been usurped by the laws and mandates of corporations.

Most Americans still believe they have rights. We do not. Slowly those rights have been taken away by legislation that is the very laws that were written by the British barristers, who have infiltrated every level of government through trickery. The title of Esquire, granted to those who are members of the Bar Associations, are themselves loyal not to the Constitution of the United States, but to the laws of the corporate state created by the banksters in Europe to control the currency of the nations.

Did we truly win independence from Great Britain or were we fooled into believing we were truly free? I would tend to think that the former is true. And we now have in place a President who if elected for another term, will take complete control and we will have no rights at all, only privileges granted if we are obedient subjects.

Some will have us believe that we can stop this from happening by electing Mitt Romney, a true corporate statist and member of the Council on Foreign Relations, another group of globalists who want to make the United States a province of a North American Union under laws of the United Nations and the global elitists that control them.

A minority of people even suggest that backing Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson would stop the decline in our economy and restore constitutional integrity to government. I look at facts and not just the speculation.

Facts demonstrate that the only person who has consistently demonstrated integrity and honesty in both his personal and professional lives is Ron Paul. In fact he was denied the nomination by both parties and not just the GOP, although it does make we wonder why they picked Romney over all the others. Romney finished a distant third in the 2008 delegation and convention behind both eventual candidate John McCain and former Governor Mike Huckabee. Now we know how poorly McCain lost to Obama, and now the GOP wants us to support Romney?

Romney’s running mate Paul Ryan has demonstrated his dishonesty by voting for a raise in the debt ceiling after he promised the Tea Party who endorsed him and supported his victory in Congress that he would not vote for an increase. Speaker of the House, John Boehner also lied to his constituents and America by “compromising” with the Democrats in control of the Senate.

So when will Americans finally wake up and take responsibility and vote the party politicians out of office? We don’t have much time to reverse the disaster we are surely heading for.

The Late Great USA?

The end of the United States will not happen with the roar of war, it will happen with the whimpering of masses who have bought into the lies of government. The privately-owned major media has done its job well. Commentary has replaced unbiased journalism in all of America’s media. Propaganda has replaced news through threats by the political parties as well as the corrupted government they hold power over.

Dan Rather has spelled this out quite eloquently in an interview that probably was not broadcast on the major media outlets. Those who remember him and his abrupt retirement will recall his distaste for the what the media had become. But most of America is either unaware or afraid to admit they have been fooled.

As I continue to post on this blog, and draw attention the tactics by which this usurpation is and has been perpetrated on the people, I am dismayed by  the many who still follow the narrow-minded trust that has led us to this low point in our nation’s history.

A post in April told of how Barack Obama was a narcissist and that nothing was more important than his goals. Titled, The Hope for America: Know Yourself and Set Yourself Free is only about the man in the White House that has fooled everyone including his party supporters. They still think that he will help their special interests. Nothing can be further from the truth. I am worried that he will not relinquish his power even in an election loss, and further, I believe that if he feels that defeat in eminent, he will do whatever it takes to remain in office even if that means declaration of martial law and total suspension of the U. S. Constitution. After all, he has such little regard for it at all.

The recent moves of the Republican National Committee during the primaries and now  the convention, demonstrate they are no more interested in representing the will of the People than are the left. The two-party takeover of the electoral process itself is evident of that. Third-party or independent candidates, true representatives of their constituencies no longer are permitted to participate in the election process in many cases even being barred from inclusion on the ballots.

Although he was a third-rate candidate in 2008, the RNC in their infinite wisdom and controlled media spin have convinced the conservative base of the American electorate that Mitt Romney is the answer to Obama. I pointed out in my post Bigger Sharper Teeth or Romney’s Dirty Dozen just how far from the truth that really is. Just listening to some of the ads that Ron Paul and the DNC have aired, clearly show how many times Romney has flip-flopped on issues depending on who he was attempting to sway. His selection of the Tea Party endorsed Paul Ryan as his running mate brings ire to many of those Tea Party supporters who feel he sold them out by voting for increasing the debt ceiling which for the first time in America history resulted in the credit rating to drop from its AAA status. Speaker of the House John Boehner also promised much that he hasn’t followed through on.

And now, through its own rule breaking and changing, the RNC has locked out delegates that have not pledged allegiance to Romney or who overtly support Dr. Ron Paul. The news coverage reinforces the coronation of Mitt Romney as the nominated candidate even before the first vote of the delegates commences.

All of these examples singly makes me wince and yet where is the collective outrage of the masses? I still get email and text messages that warn me that if I don’t support Romney it will guarantee another term for Obama. And I will once again repeat my stance on this issue for them and everyone else who reads my blog.

There is only one candidate that I can truly support with my conscience and soul: Dr. Ron Paul. I don’t care what his son does or who Rand Paul endorses. Dr. Paul is a proven commodity in his stance for liberty and his love of the Constitution. Standing up to the establishment for his entire political career demonstrates that he is not a patsy for the party.

So for me it is quite simple. Vote for Ron Paul as our 45^th President and vote for representatives in both state and national elections who represent people and not corporations. Anything less is a sellout and will result in the death of our nation.

Liberty is Our Security!

Do Americans really believe in liberty anymore? Does the illusion of security supersede freedom? Benjamin Franklin stated, "Those who will trade freedom for the illusion of security deserve neither, freedom nor security." Eric Fromm in his book, "Escape From Freedom" pretty much said the same thing, and that was prior to the rise of National Socialism in Germany.

Mitt Romney supports the Patriot Act and the NDAA. Recently a former U.S. Marine was "kidnapped" by law enforcement because he protested on the Internet against such acts that violate the Constitution. Drones, cameras, Internet monitoring by the government is blatantly a violation of our rights as free and sovereign people.

How can a nation be free when its own government, violates the very foundation of a free and sovereign people? How can the majority of Americans remain ideologically divided on such a fundamental issue and instead remain focused on left and right politics that remain the most relevant barrier to a free nation?

I will continue to be outspoken against both political parties as the cause for the major issues we face. History shows that neither party is restoring liberty, both support unconstitutional laws that limit the freedoms that were explicitly defined by the Constitution, and instead support the laws of Admiralty, those which are the corporate laws that elevate a corporation to the status of a person while reducing a free and sovereign individual to property of the State.

Social Security is and was a retirement account that was based on a Ponzi scheme. It was known from the start that it would not meet the needs of the people who paid into the system, but was a smoke screen to issue us a number by which the Corporation THE UNITED STATES (a Delaware corporation) can control the lives of the People.

The creation of the Federal Reserve and its collection agency "muscle" the Internal Revenue Service was just a means by which these central banking elites could "legally" rob the People. It is destroying America from within and most People are not even aware of it.

We must break the domination of the political parties. The way we do that is to vote against the candidate endorsed by the party elite and elect a true citizen representative. We only have one candidate who meets that qualification.

Time is Running Out for America

Romney and Ryan are already campaigning as if they have secured the nomination and the privately-owned media is spinning the choice of Paul Ryan as the completion of the GOP dream team. It amazes me how utterly ignorant and forgetful that most Americans seem to be.

The latest comparison portrays the Ross Perot supporters as the reason that Bill Clinton won the Presidency, ignoring the facts that demonstrate that his election was as rigged as the George W. Bush vs. Al Gore election in which the deciding votes in the state of Florida were ignored which would have made Gore the victor. Not that I would have wanted Gore as President, but I did want the election to be honest.

In a post entitled Protecting the Vote I referenced the ease of which computerized voting machines can be rigged without the knowledge of the officials at the polling places. I demonstrate that the only method that can be employed to insure that the election can be held to the highest degree of integrity is through the use of paper ballots.

In my more recent post Romney/Ryan Dream Team or Nightmare researching the facts indicates the dishonesty that both of these candidates have demonstrated through their professional and political careers. Yet most voters will go to the polls in November believing that electing Romney is better than another Obama term, and that playing not to lose is somehow equal to playing to win. Rush Limbaugh in his radio show spoke of this difference at length some time ago. It is one of  the few points that I agree with Mr. Limbaugh, although I disagree with who wold be the best choice for America.

How can we as a nation remain divided in our basic ideology of liberty and expect that we can restore it? Is it not apparent to everyone that listened to the debates that the only candidate who has remained steadfast in his convictions of limited powers and Constitution is Ron Paul? Is it not equally apparent that his honesty and integrity as a doctor and a member of Congress speaks volumes to his ability to restore America to the exceptional greatness that once made it the envy of the world? Does history not show us that neither party is interested in your liberty and mine, but remains the prostitutes of the corporate elite?

The Constitution charges Congress with the duty and responsibility for the peoples currency and yet Mitt Romney insists that it is better to have private banks through the Federal Reserve take that responsibility from the American people through the elected representation of the People's Congress. And by choosing Mr. Ryan as his running mate it further enhances my conviction that Romney has no intention of restoring integrity to the monetary system or to remove the debt that rapidly destroying our nation and enslaving generations of Americans yet to be born.

Without a doubt this November will determine the fate of the United States of America. This election will be the most important in the nation's history as it will be a choice between remaining a sovereign nation or a province of a global government, run not by freely elected representatives of the people, but the executive officers of the banks and the corporations they created under laws that by-pass the Constitution and create instead, Corporate law in which the Corporation has status as a person and where a person is reduced to representation of themselves as a number, a piece of property that is owned by the corporate state.

Under the current laws such as the Patriot Act and NDAA if our founders were alive today they would be labeled as terrorists, anti-government dissidents and insurgents whose aims are to topple the government. And that is exactly what is required when a government begins to ignore the Constitution of the People and creates a tyranny against the very people they are charged to protect.

Perhaps in attempting brevity and to allow readers the opportunity to discover these truths for themselves, I omit many of the books and textual references that prove beyond reasonable doubt that all of these things are truly a great conspiracy to topple the United States as a free nation. How can a nation be free when laws are enacted that prevent the free expression of grievances by the people? How can a free nation allow remote controlled drones to spy on the very people the government is charged to protect? Ben Franklin's quote comes to mind in which he states, "A people willing to give up freedom for the illusion of security deserve neither freedom nor security."

After the Affordable Patient Protection Act was signed into law, Americans voted for new representatives who promised they would repeal it. They also promised that the debt-ceiling would not be raised but spending cuts would be put into effect that would make increasing borrowing unnecessary. Paul Ryan was one of the most vocal on this issue and yet he voted for the increase. And now his deficit reduction plan will not reduce anything for at least thirty years. Where will our nation be in thirty years if spending is not reduced now?

Dr. Ron Paul's budget plan calls for a reduction of $1.5 trillion dollars in his first year of office. His opponents say it is lunacy and yet when you look at how he will accomplish this reduction, it is clear that domestic programs will not suffer in the least. Much of these cuts are in foreign aid and military spending, although the cuts in military spending will increase national defense by securing the borders and the seas. It makes perfect sense to anyone that actually reads his plan and does not rely on the soundbites of the corporate media.

It is going to be a challenge to get a majority of Americans to know the truth because they have become so trusting of what the media tells them. The two major political parties pretend to have diametrically opposed ideologies yet both have fostered bigger government and more spending. As approach the conventions, the media has stepped up its blitzkrieg propaganda to make us believe that the election will be Obama vs. Romney.

If you allow that to be, it will simply be a matter of how fast the ship will sink, but sink it inevitably will. But if you exercise courage and integrity yourselves, you can be part of the revolution that will restore our country to exceptional greatness once again. It is a true patriot's duty to defend and protect the nation, even when that requires the government must be defeated to do so.
